Don't you touch me. You scumbag. You're in my neighborhood and you're with my kids and you're aing cop. This sick cop drove halfway across Texas to meet a 14year-old, but instead found himself face to face with the law. He pulled his badge on me. He's an officer. In Colorado, Texas, a popular YouTuber, Tommy Fellows, going by the handle Colorado Petrol caught a man in the act. The suspect was trying to physically meet a 14-year-old male he was messaging online for very suspicious reasons. When confronted by Tommy, it turned out the creepy man wasn't your average civilian. I'm going to call your boss. I'm going to call your boss. I'm going to call your boss. I'm going to call your boss. I wasn't going to. You want to call your boss before I do? Hey, go a erase it all, buddy. Erase it all. Erase it all. You guys see it? Erasing it. He's erasing it. Erase it all. Videoing in my car. I'm video wherever the you want to do something about it, you [ __ ] Do something about you [ __ ] Do something about it, you [ __ ] Come out here. Yeah. Grab your gun. Really? Oh, you're a cop. You're a police officer. You're a police officer. You're a [ __ ] police officer. You scumbag. I knew you were aing cop. No. You're You just showed me a badge. Yes, I did. Yeah. So, you're a police officer. You scumbag. You're in my neighborhood and you're with my kids and you're aing cop. Using his usual tactics, Tommy posed as a 14-year-old boy on a dating app to lure the creepy police officer to his location. Then he called the authorities only to find out he was dealing with a twisted police officer. But the discoveries didn't end there. It turns out that the creepy cop isn't the only one in his family who is pulling dumb stunts. I knew you were a cop. How's this going to look? How's this going to look to your department? Look when there's proof that you're harassing my brother for money. Your brother for money? He's got a video, too. There's a person videoing him, too. Oh, somebody's videoing your brother. I don't know who your brother is, but you're a cop. They know you. You're a cop. What department do you work for? What What department do you work for? I'm calming down. What police department do you work for? I don't work for one here. I know, but what what police department? What county is it? It's not here. Okay. What county? I already knew you were a cop in Texas. So, why are you here? Cuz I live here. Okay. So, you're a cop in Texas, but you live here. Do you know the Texas Rangers just took a couple guys in in Texas for me? I knew you were a cop. I knew you were a cop before you pulled up. You think I'm stupid? Bro, you're out there supposed to serve and protect, right? You're not supposed to serve the [ __ ] children. When the other officers arrived, Tommy was already prepared. He had the detailed folder containing incriminating chats, screenshots, and even live streams of his encounter with the suspect. Tommy had the officer exactly where he wanted him and he wasn't letting go. Here you go. He pulled his badge on me. He's an officer. He pulled his uh police officer badge on me. I'm just letting you know. Sit on the curb for a minute. You got it, sir. You got it. He said he has a problem. He's liked minors for four or five years. Um is this your address or? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Well, that one right there. That Yep. So, that's your house. That's my house. Um, but anyways, um, then we were talking. Well, his mom, somebody must have called him cuz I live streamed this and, uh, he went to his truck. He was going to drive off. I told him I was calling the police and he pulled his badge out of the center console and he's like, "You're harassing an officer of the law." Pulled his police badge out on me. He told me he was a cop. Got it all recorded where he said he was here to have sex with a 14-year-old. Okay. Um, I got all the chat logs right here. I have one more phone right in there. I can go grab it for you. It's the first like six where where he says he's for where I say I'm 14 and he's okay with it. And then this I don't know if you have one more phone. You have another Well, it's another phone. It's a Grinder. It's my Grinder uh decoy phone. So, that's how we met. But as soon as I told him I was 14, he wanted to get out of uh Grinder. He wanted to go to regular messaging because he didn't want Grinder keeps record. Okay. So, he was trying to go to messaging. So, we went over to messaging and that's what I have on this phone. So, you're going to see on here, this is where he asks, "And what's the paper?" Um, that's just what he said. I just write it down. So, when I'm talking to him Yeah. And I can have it all. You sure? Oh, you don't need this? No, not at all. I have some maybe helpful statements, but I don't really want to I really I turned it mute so they can't hear anything. And I'll put it down. I promise you. See it? I can unmute it. You just unlive it and then go back. I can't go back on honestly. I'll lose them all. I can set it down. You want me to set it down? That'd be cool. Yeah. I promise. I I put it on your chest though. I'm for you guys. I'll turn it off. I will turn it off. After the preliminary investigations, the creepy officer was fired from his job. If charged, he could face severe consequences for indecency with someone who is not of legal age. This could include a 20-year prison sentence and being registered as an offender. While going after a 14-year-old is bad, the next officer took things a step further by going after a blood relative. My sister, she just I man, I guess I just really pissed her off. That is a highly respected officer of over three decades being confronted for his actions towards someone below the legal age of consent. The victim in question was a young girl well below 18 who came forward to identify the cop after her mother, his sister, found incriminating evidence on her phone. The evidence included an ungodly amount of messaging between the officer and victim. That was about 60 to 70 messages each day. The mountain of evidence forced the authorities to send a letter to the chief of his department demanding his arrest, but they needed to get a warrant before the end of the workday to make sure he didn't escape. Luckily, they got one just in time. What you doing, Tim? Hey, just listen to me, okay? You're going to be under arrest, okay? It's not a joke, okay? That's why we're geared up, okay? We know you got a gun. I'd love to talk to you. I'm going to explain everything to you, but we got to take care of this right now. Okay. Okay. What's up? So, I'm going to tell you, but we're going to deal with this stuff right here. Okay. Is it Is it on a belt like through the loop? So, we can just take off your belt and it'll come with it. Take the gun out. Okay. Let's find out. Anything else on you besides the knife? Any other guns, ankle holster, anything like that? Okay. I'm just going to check you real quick and then what we'll do is we'll go upstairs. We're going to visit with you, tell you all the ins and outs of it. Okay? And then if you want to talk to us, great. If you don't, we'll let you know from there. Okay? Let me just check you real quick. What we're going to do is go down this elevator. It'll put us right up on the second floor. We're right into the interview room. It's one we're going to minimize anybody seeing anything going on. Okay. Well done. Yeah. Considering he had worked in the force for 30 years and was about to retire in less than 20 days, the officer knew how serious the charges were. But that also meant he knew all the ways to frustrate the investigation and avoid incriminating himself during questioning the report or their statement or something. Well, obviously the report's not completely done. The probable cause will be public record so you'll have access to that. So, but before I talk to you, I want to see what allegations have been made. Well, the allegations probably explain, you know, explanatory in the in the charge that that's listed. It's facilitating, encouraging, offering, or soliciting sexual conduct or engaging in sexual communication with a minor or a person believed to be a minor. That is that is the state statute. Okay. Go ahead. Okay. So, having these rights in mind, do you wish to talk to me? Let's see. Yeah. Go ahead. Let me ask questions. Probably a couple weeks ago, I got a the letter there was a letter sent to the chief's office. Okay. And it had information related to an inappropriate relationship um with a 14-year-old texting. Mhm. And so obviously our job uh the letter had some information in it in it that pretty much directed it to you, right? Yeah. based on circumstances, the letter, what the information in the letter, everything. We could rule out everybody but you. One, I would ask you, do you know what we're talking about when we talk about Yeah, I think so. Yeah. So, tell us your I mean, what what are we what are we doing? What why would somebody be writing this letter? Was it my sister? Could have been Sher Miller. Could have been. or it was u Jim Morches, one of the two. A surprise to me. I believe you. Yeah. I mean, I believe you. It's crazy. But why why would why would we get this information? Why would we get this letter? Why are there concerns about this? Here's here's where I'm here's where I'm at right now. If if I tell you my story without incriminating me, am I going to walk out here today? Um well, you've been arrested. Yeah, I understand that. Yeah. So, I have to be booked in all that other stuff. Yeah. So, why should I carry on? Maybe I should just get an attorney. While the officer is using his fifth amendment right against self-inccrimination and sixth amendment right to counsel, his actions are usually perceived as an indication of guilt. Yet, the seasoned officer took things a step further by reversing the roles as though he was the one conducting the investigation. I just don't know why she uh we talked and and she understood the situation and she just was pissed off. My sister, she just I man I guess I just really pissed her off. Well, we're talking what? 7 months later. Mhm. I know. So, she reported this 7 months ago. I just got the information what the week before last. So, where did you get the information? A letter came to the chief's office from from an anonymous just recently. Wow. Mid-Marchch. Have you read any any text? Have you seen any of the text that was written? Well, back and forth. Is that going to help you? I think it will. Yeah. Between you. Mhm. Yeah. Well, we've talked. Mhm. And she lied. Probably made something up. Why would she lie? I don't know. I don't know. But why am I here? Well, because of the information that came out so far. Well, what what came out is not probably accurate. After a couple minutes of poking holes in the case, the suspect figured out who reported to the authorities. Knowing he wasn't going to get anything specific, the interrogator ended the questioning and charged the creepy cop with inappropriate communication with someone less than 18, among other charges. Although the officers got their hands on the inappropriate messages between him and his niece, the charges were dropped. While that officer managed to fight and escape consequences, the next suspect completely gave up on his life. Oh, come on. Don't you dare reach for that gun. I swear to God I'll shoot you. On the 21st of April in Wood County, Wisconsin, Officer Backland was on patrol when he spotted a known fugitive who was having a mental breakdown. The suspect was William Vulker, a former police officer who was going through a messy divorce that completely wrecked him. The cop approached the suspect cautiously, knowing he could be armed and dangerous. Working off some anxious energy. I recognize you. Yeah. Where are you staying at? Oh, at uh Maples Hotel. Oh, okay. You sure about that? Oh, I got the card. Well, cuz we've been looking for you for bail jumping. Bail jumping? What did I do? You went back to your house when you're not supposed to. I never been back to the house. We've got We've got multiple complaints. You've been back there. Never in the house. Honest to God. It turned out that William was previously arrested for putting his wife through a hellish life during their marriage. During the divorce proceedings, she claimed that he forced her to participate in humiliating acts with other men. Instead of defending himself, William jumped bail and visited his home, which he was barred from going to. Although the officer was simply doing his job, he didn't know how badly William had declined and how fast things were about to escalate. Oh, come on. Don't you dare reach for that gun. I swear to God, I'll shoot you. I want you to shoot me at all. The officer shot 14 times, completely neutralizing the threat. 376 with county. Shots fired. Shots fired. William, throw the gun away. I need to get you some help, brother. Throw the gun away. 376 with county. Subjects down. He had a firearm on his left hip. Reached for it. I can't see it now. Roll EMS. Have him stage 32 in Grove. Notify 371 370. Further investigation revealed text communications between William and his ex-wife that showed his fragile, deteriorating mental state. He wanted to be unal alived, but the officers did their best to make sure he didn't get his way. Here you go. What do you want me to do? Uh, you stand back for now. Sure. Okay. Sadly, William didn't make it. The cops went to Williams residence and they found numerous weapons, including a Ruger AR-15. The Wood County District Attorney, Craig Lambert, issued a statement exonerating officer back from all charges relating to the incident. Unlike Williams bail jumping, the next police chief broke important ethical rules and he got the consequences. Don't punch me. Don't you touch me. Don't you touch me. On the 9th of November 2023, New Jersey police officers responded to a traffic accident caused by a DUI. While the officers on scene struggled to get control of the situation, police chief Leonard Gita unexpectedly showed up to the scene. And it seemed like he also had one too many shots. I can't get any. Can you tell me first name of you got a a jacket on that stuff to be worn? What's on the back of this? What do you mean? Looking to tell me what's on the back. Oh, it's washed off. Yeah, then get rid of it. Okay, that's ridiculous. Sergeant forgot. Okay, chief. Let me work this DWI. Okay, come over here. Chief, I'm on a DWI. Chief, I'm on a DWI. Get over here. I'm on a DWI. Although the chief was off duty and dressed casually, he would have had a measure of authority in the investigation if he wasn't intoxicated. The police code of ordinance states that unless absolutely necessary, a drunk officer is not legally or ethically in a position to act in an official capacity. And Chief Leonard's slurred speech was enough to indicate that he wasn't supposed to be there. Chief, I'm working. I don't have time to argue about a jacket. Okay. Don't punch me. Don't you touch me. Don't you touch me. You have a problem. You grab me. What? Now get out of here before you get a problem. Take him, man. Take him. No, you're going to go in. Take again. Whose keys are these? You're mine. Get out of here. No. Chief, get out of here or you're going to get locked up. Chief, you're going to get locked up. What the You're branding me. I asked you three times to leave me alone. You're obstructing my DWI. I was about to say to you, what do you need OEM for? You're you're embarrassing me in front of the men about the jacket. No, that's that's neither here nor there. Okay, that that's neither here nor there. Now, we got a realing problem, Billy. Yeah, we do. I know. I know. All right. You're going to have to go inside. No. How about we do that? No. No. No. No. No. Billy, you're going to have to go inside right now with me. The sergeant was initially suspended but he was reinstated after some initial investigations while the chief although inebriated was placed on paid administrative leave. Subsequently he was asked to retire ending his 40 plus years in the police force. Although the chief barely got any punishment, the next cop got exactly what he deserved. So let me just make it easy. You're fired. You're no longer an employee here. You understand? So sometime in October 2022 in Colin County detention facility, an inmate was caught with a cell phone. Since it was prohibited material, an investigation began which led to Officer Tyler Moody. Officer Tyler had abused his power to smuggle in prohibited items. But he didn't quite understand how badly he'd messed up. Moody, I understand that you've offered your resignation. Is that correct? Fired. Have you offered your resignation or not? I can keep my job or not. Well, you can't keep your job. Okay. So, let me just make it easy. You're fired. You're no longer an employee here. You understand? Yes, sir. You've betrayed the trust of every citizen that we have the privilege to serve. and you've betrayed the trust of the brave and selfless men and women that you worked alongside for nearly three years. So, as of this moment, you're under arrest for bringing a prohibited item, a cell phone, into a correctional facility. That's a thirdderee felony. You have any questions about that? Well, you're going to be cuffed. First thing I want you to stand up and take that uniform shirt off. You don't deserve to wear it. Tyler was arrested and charged with a thirdderee felony for bringing prohibited substances and items in a correctional facility. Ironically, he was jailed at the same facility he once worked at alongside the criminals he smuggled in items for. While Tyler definitely got what he deserved, his actions were nothing compared to that of the next cop who was so reckless he took a life. Put the gun down. Hey, bro. Put it down, bro. Put the gun down. Put it down. I'm not going to tell you again. That armed standoff occurred on the 3rd of April, 2018 in Madison County, Alabama, where officers responded to a 911 call for help. The caller was Jeffrey Parker, who claimed he was going to take his own life with a gun. By the time Officer William Berby arrived, his superiors were trying to keep the situation under control. But Officer William believed he knew best. What's going on today that you want to take your life? Point your gun at him. Put the gun down. He has his head. I don't want anything to happen to you right now. He can shoot you right here in front of you. Hey, look. Hey, brother. Put the gun down. Put the gun down. Hey, brother. Put it down, bro. Put the gun down. Put it down. I'm not going to tell you again. Please. Please. Since Officer Williams wasn't aware of his mental state, he fired a shot, helping Jeffrey to end his life. Further investigation showed the victim was actually holding a flare gun, not a firearm. Officer William was eventually relieved of his duties following an investigation into the case. After a lengthy trial, he pleaded guilty to manslaughter and was sentenced to 20 years in prison. However, he got released after 20 months and he struck a plea deal to avoid going back. If he violated the terms of his probation, he would go back to
