I am a come a little animal and a black and I'M A YOUNG WOMAN AND I'M WHITE JUST LIKE ANYBODY ELSE DOWN. [screaming] >> Most police encounters don't start as disasters. They start with a simple request, a basic instruction, or one chance to cooperate. But when entitled citizens turn every small moment into a fight, the situation can spiral faster than anyone expects. These are the moments entitled citizens turn simple encounters into a disaster. But first, watch as an entitled woman who thought she had the right to interfere with a police investigation learns a harsh lesson the hard way. >> I don't need to be put in coping. Officer, I really don't. On May 23rd, 2025, officers in Florida stopped a vehicle after observing a moveover violation. But before the stop could settle into a routine exchange, both the driver and his passenger were already pushing back against what was happening. >> Okay. Why did What were you throwing at the window? >> I wasn't throwing anything at the window. >> It's captured on the body cam. >> Oh my god. >> So, the reason why I was >> What did I throw? The window was up. >> Yeah. And you And your something hit the window. >> Yeah. My head. >> Why did you trying to get something? Do you mind like me to bend down and get something? >> The problem is you guys are going 35 miles hour past me while I'm on a track and stuff. >> How fast would you less than 30? >> Okay. What shouldn't you? >> I don't care then. >> Well, I should. >> So, I need your license. >> Thank you. >> And why aren't you wearing your seat belt either? >> I just got an attitude. I'm a cop. >> Nope. Stop. I don't need my window. Don't touch me. Don't touch my >> Sir, you need to relax. >> Sir, relax. >> Anybody over here, >> sir? You need to relax. >> How dare you touch my car? >> Sir, you need to get out of the car. Sir, >> as officers approached the passenger side, the woman kept arguing through the window and then tried to roll it back up while the stop was still active. And when the contact at the window turned physical, the encounter shifted quickly into something officers had to control directly. >> Okay? Step out of the vehicle and we're going to figure things out. Hey. Hey, stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. I don't know what's going on. >> Listen, just look. Look at me. Talk to me. Just step outside and we're going to figure this out. >> What the figure out, okay? I'm going to figure this out. Let's step outside. Let's go to the front of the vehicle. All right. Just just relax. Just relax. Okay. Just relax. You're just being detained right now. Okay? You're just being detained and we're gonna figure things out. All right. >> Why is this guy arresting my wife? >> Listen, we're gonna figure things out. All right. >> What's up? >> You got any guns or anything like that? Come on, man. >> I don't know what's working over. I slowed down. I went around him. He said my wife had to punch a punch a window or some [ __ ] I don't know. I'm trying to get home, bro. >> Go back to my car. >> God damn. You guys got to slow it down, bro. You guys got to slow it down. >> Yo, you got this real tight over here, bro. Seriously, >> I'm not doing nothing to you guys for you to be >> It's not that it's tight. It's that it's your hard talk to a subject about this cuz this ain't nice. I'm a loyal citizen. I work hard. I work hard. Even after the driver was secured, he continued insisting he was a hardworking, law-abiding person. While officers turned their attention back to his wife to sort out what had happened at the window and how the stop had escalated so fast. >> Well, she's going to do a full search on you. So, if you can step out for him, please. >> Oh, that's cute. >> Yep. >> I don't need to be put in cuffs. I didn't officer. >> I really don't have this. >> Can you Can you not? Yeah. >> Damn. I was trying to be nice, too. >> I You weren't nice cuz they were hurting me. And you're hurting me, officer, for something. I didn't do anything. I did not do a damn thing to be treated this way. I'm sorry. >> Jesus Christ. >> You're doing it right now. >> What am I doing? >> Resisting >> because I don't feel that this is right. >> Okay. >> I don't have a reason to tell you this is not right. >> I didn't touch anything. This is pretty stupid. >> Is that good or is that too That's loose. >> That's pretty loose if she's going to do >> Yeah. No. No. We'll we'll uh she's going to slip on it. Sorry. There you go. That's fine. >> No. No. Dashi was trying. So, there you go. >> I'm not trying anything. >> God almighty. Are sensitive. >> Jesus. >> Do you have any pockets? >> No, I have nothing in my pockets. >> Hey, Castro, can you grab my cuffs that she slipped out of there, please? >> No legs. >> Needle times. No. >> For the love of God. No. >> I tried to make >> me up your mouth. >> Lift up your tongue. >> I didn't do anything to you. >> Just run my mouth. That's what I did. Run my mouth. I didn't know that was illegal. >> But while officers worked through that confrontation, she kept insisting she had done nothing wrong. And even after being restrained, her reactions continued creating more problems instead of calming the situation down. where I saw the cop called somebody over where I was going 20 mph. I kind of went around it cuz I don't want to, you know. >> Were you driving or was you? >> I was driving. Yeah, >> you were driving. >> So, I went around him. Okay. And then he kind of ran out into the road trying to, you know, tell me to slow down >> and I'm like, "Okay, I'm already slow." I thought I was going slow enough. >> Well, >> so then >> the Florida move over law. Are you familiar with that? >> What do you mean move over? When cops when cops, firefighters move over or slow down? I was I was going 20. >> 20. Okay. So, you know what the speed limit is through here? >> 35. >> 35. So, it says you have to drop >> Well, it says you have to drop 20 m per hour below the posted speed limit. >> Okay. So, you know, like I said, we were following traffic. So, it wasn't like I was on my own. >> So, when I saw him jump out, I kind of turn, you know, weave to the left and then he signal to the other officer to go pull us over. >> And he said that my wife punched the windshield. She was going for something that she dropped in in the, you know, on on the passenger side. Uh-huh. >> And then I told I said, "Honey, what happened?" You know, and then I'm like, "Honey, I think they're going to pull me over." He's like, "For what? For what?" I said, "I don't know." >> I said, "I don't know what's going on." So, as soon as he came up, I had my license. Gave him my license. I had my insurance card, registration in my hand. You know, I'm a contractor. I've been helping a lot of people out here >> with the damages and all that. So, I had all my information. Don't resist. >> The driver then tried to explain that he had only reacted because he thought his wife was being mishandled, pointing to his work, his standing in the community and his intent not to resist while also trying to explain away how both of them had handled the stop. >> You know, she's telling talk naturally loud >> naturally, bro. That's her conversation. She was pissed off cuz we got pulled over in the first place. And I'm like, "Babe, >> nobody's ever happy to get pulled over. I've done it for years. Trust me." >> So I said, "Babe, babe, relax." And she tried to roll the window up. I already gave him my license and everything. So there was no reason, you know, I wasn't telling him any reason for, you know, anything. I wasn't smoking pot. I don't do any of that. So then I felt like he was aggressive and I'm like, he grabbed my wife's hand cuz she was rolling up the window and I, you know, took his hand off of a husband, seeing his wife get grabbed unexpectedly. I was on the other window talking to the other cop >> and he was going at it with my wife about why did she punch the window and all this stuff and my wife's trying to explain to him. I was reaching for the ground here. I don't even know what's going on. Mhm. >> So, you know, I don't know if he misunderstood or misaw whatever it was, but I'm driving 20 mph and trying to get out of the way. I'm just trying to go home. I live right up the street from him. >> Mhm. >> And then he's like, "I'm going to tase you." And I'm like, "For what?" I said, "Okay, okay. Whatever you got to do. Here's my registration. >> You got to give me a ticket. Give me a ticket. I I don't know what's going on. >> I'm not trying to obstruct anything. I don't want lawful subset of I don't do anything wrong, bro. I'm a contractor. I've been here a decade. I'm from Hartford, Connecticut. you can run my file, you're not going to find anything on me. I don't do anything wrong. Then he was talking about I told him how, you know, I got tinted windows. My son is autistic. He has blind, you know, he's legally blind. So, I got a letter in my car, my truck that says I'm allowed to have tints on my windows. Yes, sir. >> Because of my son. >> He softened his tone as the conversation went on, apologizing and offering his own explanation for why his wife had become so loud so quickly. But by that point, officers were already focused on the part that mattered most, the contact, the resistance, and everything the cameras had already captured >> or any kind of way. I apologized to them. It was a reaction. You know, I'm not I don't have any prior records or anything of violence or nothing. >> My wife is my wife. You know, you know, you can't control the wife. And she was upset cuz we got pulled over and I said, "Babe, relax. He's just going to give us a ticket or whatever he's going to do and we're going to go on our way." But again is that's almost almost where her actions and her >> I know >> boisterous because I even heard her whenever I first pulled up when [laughter] they're trying to >> Italian bro Italian well >> you know there's no reason for all this to be happening which is crazy. >> Yes sir. >> Like this is crazy. >> I don't deserve this. >> In the end the couple faced charges including obstructing or resisting an officer without violence and battery on a law enforcement officer. Now, let's turn our attention to a woman who unleashed chaos inside a jail after being fired. >> MISS, YOU HAVE TO SIT [screaming] DOWN. >> On May 23rd, 2025, police were called to an Amazon facility after reports that a 23-year-old employee named Tisha had gotten into a heated confrontation and put her hands on staff. And from the moment officers arrived, it was clear she had no intention of letting the situation settle down easily. >> Take me. I NEED EVERYBODY BAD. Miss me. YOU BETTER GET EVERYBODY BACK. I NEED EVERYBODY [ __ ] ABOUT YOUNG LADY. WHAT'S YOUR NAME? >> I NEED A LADY NUMBER IN HERE. >> I NEED EVERYBODY. I'LL >> GIVE IT to you. You need to calm DOWN. >> NO, I NEED SOMEBODY. I GOT EVERYBODY TAKE ME. I'M ABOUT TO HAVE MY COME FOR Y'ALL. We're not >> We need to speak to you. >> AIN'T NOBODY HAVE MY LAWYER FOR THE OPPORTUNITY. >> YOUNG LADY, >> I NEED MY PHONE CHARGED. >> YOUNG LADY, >> I'M A LAWYER. DON'T WORRY ABOUT YOUR NAME. >> YOU BETTER HAVE MY LAWYER. DON'T TOUCH ME. I am a ANIMAL AND YOU'RE BLACK AND I'M A YOUNG WOMAN. I'M WHITE JUST LIKE ANYBODY ELSE. >> WHAT'S GOING ON? >> BUT SHORTY IN THERE, YOU SEE EVERYBODY LAUGHING RIGHT NOW? >> LIKE I'M A JOKE. >> LIKE I'M A JOKE. >> CAN WE HAVE A >> YOU SEE EVERYBODY LIKE I'M A JOKE. CAN WE TALK IN THIS OFFICE HERE? >> YES, we could. >> Okay, >> we could. >> WE COULD. BUT BEFORE WE TALK, I NEED MY LAWYER. I NEED EVERYBODY. I NEED MY FAMILY. I NEED MY BEFORE I TALK TO YOU. >> We We have to see what's going on. >> I need I need a name. >> I need my I need I need names. >> I need my lawyer TO HAVE IT. >> THAT'S ALL I ASK. I need names. >> Okay, we're forced. >> You can get the NAME JUST IN CASE HERE. Instead of calming down and explaining what happened, she immediately began demanding names, badge numbers, and a lawyer, using the conversation to delay rather than cooperate. While officers kept trying to keep the situation from getting any worse. >> THAT'S GOOD, BUT I'M NOT LEAVING HERE WITHOUT NAMES. >> You're not getting the names. What I'm trying to say is if you file, >> I need my phone. I need my phone. >> That's not Listen, >> I need my phone. You have your phone CALL ME FROM MY LAWYER. BRO, Y'ALL CANNOT EVEN TALK TO ME. WHAT ABOUT MY LAWYER? >> AT THIS POINT, IT'S TRESPASSING. Y'ALL DID NOT TALK WITHOUT MY PHONE. >> You're going to be escorted out of the building. Okay. >> Oh, you think so? >> Yes. >> Without no phone? >> You have your phone? >> So, what if I was outside with no clothes on me? You want to still escort me? >> Where are your clothes? >> You can put a shirt on. You got a backpack. >> I don't want me. >> Okay. Well, that's not my problem. >> Oh, so drag me. >> So, let's go. We didn't drive anymore. Did you drive yourself here? >> I don't want you driving me. Drive me. I want you to drive me. >> We're not a taxi service, man. So, >> drive me out OF HERE. YO, I NEED Y'ALL TO DRAG ME OUT OF HERE, >> young lady. >> I need y'all to drag me. I'm not playing. That's where I am. >> I got a vagina between my legs. >> Okay, it doesn't have to be. But listen, you can just go home. >> No, I NEED NAILS CUZ I WAS I WAS UNFAIRLY. IT WAS NOT RIGHT TO ME. >> OKAY. >> I [crying and screaming] HAVE MY EVERYTHING. Go ahead. Do it. >> I'm going to see. >> You're the one MAKING IT DIFFICULT. >> UM Y'ALL GOING TO HAVE TO DO THAT. Y'ALL GOING TO HAVE TO DO THAT. >> SO THE only way YOU'RE GOING >> CUZ I ASKED FOR NAME I ASKED FOR NAME. I don't have no battery. I DON'T HAVE NO CHARGER. Y DON'T EVEN LET ME CHARGE MY PHONE. Y'ALL RESISTED MY ARREST. AND ALSO, I ASKED FOR THE PEOPLE NAMED THAT WHO DIDN'T EVEN GIVE ME THE RIGHTS. >> And young lady, if you file a complaint with the names, >> I'm done with you. I don't want to talk to you. >> Even after management made it clear she was no longer welcome on the property, she still refused to leave without getting the names she wanted, turning the encounter into a back and forth over authority instead of simply walking away and handling it later. >> I didn't have that. WHAT? WHAT HAPPENED? >> EVERYTHING. I PROMISE YOU. >> WHAT happened to got you so upset? Why are you so upset? >> Give me your badge number. I need your badge number and your name. I'm not playing with you. >> That's fine. I'm not >> Give me your number. I'm trying to help you, sir. It's 40. I NEED YOUR badge number. That's you. The problem. >> I'll give you my card. Here you go. You want my card? >> That's what I like. Talk to me nice and don't talk to me at all. I like that. >> Thank you. >> Hold on. Hold on. Here you go. >> Oh, make sure you put your money. Oh, God. You got a card on them, too? >> I don't have a card on me, but I give you all my info. >> I need everybody. I need everybody. >> I need everybody. I NEED A BAG. EVERYBODY WANTS TO RUN THEIR [ __ ] >> OKAY, young lady. See me in court. >> Like I said, you can file a complaint with Amazon. GET THAT FAT name for me. >> I should name I don't give I want his name too, >> YOUNG LADY. THAT'S >> LOOK, I WANT HIS NAME. MISS HIS NAME. >> I NEED HIS NAME. >> WHAT THE IS HIS NAME? >> FIND [screaming] OUT HIS NAME. >> LET'S GO. >> AS the standoff dragged on, she kept trying to dictate the terms of the encounter, demanding information, challenging everyone around her and pushing the situation further until officers reached the point where they could no longer let it stay verbal. [screaming] >> Let's go. You're done. Put your hands behind you. Put your hands behind your back. Arrest. >> Yeah, you going you going TO JAIL. LOCK ME UP. Lock me up. Central 52. One adult female in custody. >> Thank you. Thank you. 28 hours. >> Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I hope you ready for it. >> I hope you ready for it. I HOPE YOU READY for it. I'm good with it. I hope you ready for it. >> I hope you ready for it. Big dog. >> I'm ready. >> I hope you ready. Look at my face. >> I'll be ready for it. >> That's you. I SWEAR TO GOD. Thank you. Nice meeting. >> Yeah. >> You did nothing but your jaw. >> Likewise. >> It's good, dog. I'm ready for it. I hope you ready for me. >> You know what you were doing. >> I got to stay. >> You know what you were doing. That's all y'all want to do anyway. >> You ain't nothing but a whole if you in the car dumb ass. >> Can you stop pulling >> y I'm not worried about you but this >> even then she continued daring officers to drag her out. And once the confrontation turned physical again, the arrest came quickly with her resistance in front of multiple witnesses leaving very little room for the situation to go any other way. Everything by my get my but you got to get my >> It's coming. I was saying you take my >> Relax. Get my >> I need to see everything. >> Look at me. We're bringing it to the station. It's going with you. >> No, I [snorts] need to see everything. >> COME ON. >> NO, I DON'T TRUST HIM. I don't trust him with nothing. WHY YOU DON'T TOUCH IT? >> WHAT? >> WHY YOU DON'T TOUCH IT? >> WHY YOU DON'T GET IT? >> STOP PLAYING. >> GET WHAT? >> NO. >> YOU GOT TO GO IN. >> NO, I WANT NOTHING. WE GOT HE HAVE NOTHING. He should have nothing, DOG. IF I GRAB IT. OKAY. IF I GRAB IT, LEAVE. OKAY. ALL RIGHT. [screaming] SIT RIGHT HERE. RELAX. >> I HATE HIM. >> STOP. STOP. >> HE'S DEAD TO ME. HE'S DEAD, DOG. >> STOP, DOG. >> STOP. >> I SWEAR TO GOD YOU SOON. YOU GOING TO HATE ME AFTER THIS. YOUR FAMILY GOING TO DIE. YOU WON'T DIE. [screaming] EVERYTHING. >> WILL YOU STOP? >> YOU WON'T DIE. YOUR FAMILY DIE. LET'S GO. STUPID ASS. >> All right. Have your stuff. Come on. But being taken into custody didn't quiet things down for long as the escort out of the building turned into more yelling, more threats, and more accusations. And when they reached the detention facility, the same confrontational behavior followed her inside. >> Hold on. STOP TOUCHING ME. YOU ATTACK ME. You want your I want YOUR NUMBER. >> IT'S PATROLMAN ALL THAT STUFF. >> YOU'VE been touching me. DON'T TOUCH ME. YOU LOST YOUR RIGHT. >> RELAX. DON'T TOUCH ME. YOU >> RELAX. I WANT THAT BAG. I WANT THEM BAD. I WANT THAT BAG. YOU'RE GOING TO GET ALL I WANT. I WANT AMAZON. WHERE'S MY PHONE? THEY STOLE MY PHONE. >> There's your phone. >> Have a seat for a second. >> I GOT NO CLOTHES ON. >> HAVE A SEAT FOR A SECOND. >> LET me have a seat. >> We got a jacket for you. Hold on. HOLD ON. >> DON'T TOUCH ME. [screaming] YOU DON'T TOUCH ME. >> WE HAVE TO. >> I HATE YOU. THE ONE that was NICE TO YOU ALL. Can we take the handcuffs off? >> No. >> And then I can secure you to the bench so it's not as >> I want to touch you no more. >> Oh my god. I NEED YOU TO CALL MY FAMILY. YOU'RE going to use me. >> I NEED EVERYBODY BADGE. I NEED EVERYBODY AT EVERY Y'ALL LIKE THIS WITH NO SHOES ON IN YOUR COLD. THIS IS HOW Y'ALL TREAT PEOPLE. THIS GUY AFRICANAME. >> WELL, YOU'RE TRYING TO PUNCH THE GLASS DOOR. You >> didn't really have a choice. >> YOU WANT TO BE SUED? >> I'M GOING TO do the property. >> YOU TREAT SOMEBODY LIKE THIS. WHATEVER you [screaming] >> stand up. [screaming] >> Come on. Help me. >> Tisha, 23, was ultimately charged with trespass of property, disorderly conduct, and simple assault. She was released on summons and discharged from the hospital the following day. Next, an arrogant woman switches into Tik Tok lawyer mode and tries to challenge the police. >> Give you my ID in the law in the state of Georgia. >> I know all the laws. Please look them up. On February 16th, 2024, police were called to Dunkin Donuts after a woman caused a disturbance and exhibited extremely erratic behavior. >> She stated that she wanted you to leave. Okay. Um, she works here. She doesn't really need a reason to tell you to leave, but you have to go. Okay. >> Do you understand, man? >> Okay. So, you're going to have to leave or you're going to go to jail. >> I'm I'm putting it in your hands. Okay. Completely up to you. I'm sorry. If you want to know the reason, I can ask her, but she doesn't really have to give me a reason. But, um, >> you think you're prettier than you? >> Do I think I'm prettier than you? >> Yeah. >> I never said that, man. >> You said you thought I'm telepathic. >> You're telepathic. Yeah. >> Yeah. Avenue. >> The woman started rambling incoherently, making bizarre claims about police comparing appearances. She suddenly stood up and I thought she would obediently leave the restaurant quickly, but instead she put on a show. >> Do you want to trespass to someone back going to jail? >> Okay, so if you come back So if you come back, you're going to jail. Okay. >> Do you think we want to be IN FAIR, GEORGIA? WHO YOU think we want to be? YOU THINK THIS IS WHERE we live? You think this is going to be my new home? WHAT DO YOU THINK? WHAT DO YOU THINK? HOLY [ __ ] >> YOU are stupid. Thank you. He'll be right here with you. His name is James. He's my husband. I've been married since I was 14. He all the time. We all You did what? My husband. You did what? My husband. What? She's grabbing her gun, baby. She's going to Holy What? What? Okay. >> Ma'am, you're being criminally trespassed. Can I have your ID? >> No, you cannot. Ma'am, you're about to be tased. If you don't stop walking away from me, you're going to be tased. >> What are you tasing? >> I'm asking for your ID. Give me your >> I got off the property, ma'am. >> Okay, but you're being criminally trespassed, so I need your ID. >> No, ma'am. I'm not. >> If you keep walking away from me, I'm going to put you on the ground. >> What's your 31? She mentioned a gun for unclear reasons, but her erratic remarks clearly alarmed nearby customers. Sensing the situation turning against her, she quickly attempted to leave. Police then stepped in to formally intervene and regain control of the scene. >> Ma'am, I need your ID. >> And I need your ID because you are being criminally trespassed. So, I need your ID. >> What does that mean, criminally trespassed? >> Okay, so that means Dunkin Donuts. I'm not sure what happened, but they don't want you on the property, and that means if you go back onto the property, you will be arrested. >> So, you're being criminally trespassed. That's why I need your ID. >> Okay? So, I left the property. >> Okay? And now I'm telling you that since you left the property because you were criminally trespassed, I need your ID because I need to put you in the system. So, I need your ID. If you don't want to give me your ID, that's fine. We're going to find out who you are either way, and you're going to go to jail. It's just what? However you want to play it. So, you're trying to take me to jail >> if you don't give me your ID. Yes, ma'am. >> 30. You can hold that last lane call for a moment. I'm going to get out with >> call out. >> 34 31. >> So, my radio is on Douglas. >> Radio, sir. >> Did you go on? >> Soft lights. >> What's your name, ma'am? >> Okay. >> What's your name, ma'am? >> Okay. One, ma'am. >> Okay. >> So, you told me to get off the property. >> Yes, ma'am. >> I did. Yes, ma'am. >> That's it. You can't charge me with trespassing. >> You're not being I'm not being charged with trespass. This is a trespass warning. You're not >> I'm not I'm not Okay, then whatever. I have my warning. That's it. So, if I go back on their property, then okay, you can criminally trespass me. That's the law in the states of Georgia. You do not need to take my ID. >> Okay. So, are you going to give me your ID or not? Yeah, I don't have to give you my ID in the law in the state of Georgia. >> I know all the laws. >> She displayed a clear, confident, but misinformed attitude, having picked up fragments of legal knowledge from social media and insisting she knew Georgia state law better than anyone else. But just as she remained convinced she would walk away from the situation, officers decisively moved in and placed her in handcuffs. 29. >> Put your hands behind your back. Put your hands behind your back. >> 31 radio clear. This is radio traffic. >> Stand up for me now. >> You want to sit down? Okay. >> Where's your ID? >> I don't get it. Ow. >> You will not get it. You better stop reaching. >> Ow. That hurts. >> Where is your ID? >> That hurts me. >> Where's your ID? >> Stop. >> It's in my wallet. It's in my bag. Is it in this? >> Yeah. >> Why didn't you want to give it to me when I asked? >> 1100 N 1 0 N black male, brown pants, black hat, black shirt, walking around with the traffic. Like most other Karens, the woman only displays strength when using verbal dominance, but immediately plays the role of a vulnerable victim of abuse when the law applies legitimate physical coercive measures. But then the store staff exposed the truth. >> Are you leaving? Yeah. >> Okay. Well, I'll get your information since you're the one who told me you wanted her trespass on. >> Yeah, but she was like, um, can you help me? So, I'm thinking she got like a huge order. She was like, I don't know. She's over here talking to the property and like so I come around and I was asking her if I could help her and she was just like 37y old driver. >> She was like, "Could you shut up? I'm talking to my husband right now. I was like, "Okay, >> can you and your husband talk outside like >> and then she just started polling and screaming like Yeah. >> I don't know. Something about her kids. I don't know. >> Something about >> She says that they need to get rid of me. I was toxic. I didn't want to be working here. My energy smelled bad." like this. And if she's ever pick, >> do you have your driver's license? Okay. >> Okay. >> All right. And um >> I'm just going to put her in the system as being trespass on this property that's going to last exactly5 days. Okay. If you see her ever back on this property, just call. If you ever see her as well, just call us. Okay. She will be arrested again. All right. So, right now, she's going for disorderly condom. She was removed from the scene and charged with resisting arrest and disturbing the peace. Next is a dumb woman who thought she could talk down to a young police officer. >> Grab it now and hold my hand and I grab it. >> We're not going to hold your hand. >> You can't cuz you're being rude cuz you're >> On April 23rd, 2024, officers observed a white SUV run a red light and initiate a traffic stop, ordering the driver to roll down her windows and explain herself immediately. >> Hey, roll down all your windows. >> Hey, roll down your window. Roll down your windows. >> No. Don't come up here. >> Roll down your Roll down your window all the way. >> No. >> Why didn't you stop >> when we were trying to pull you over? >> I didn't see it till we got the light. >> Okay. >> You don't need the gum. >> Okay. >> Turn the car off. Officers promptly escorted her to the patrol car. Ironically, at that point, she became unusually compliant and quiet. >> All right, ma'am. >> So, respectful. >> So, that's what's happening right now. I'm gonna read you my rights and let me go. >> I'm going to read Listen, >> I'm going to read you your rights, okay? >> Because this is a criminal investigation. Okay. You you just left a voicemail with the gang unit 2 days ago. Correct. >> Yeah. No, but I talked to detectives over a year ago. >> So things like things like this do take time. >> The woman appeared highly agitated, demanding that police immediately kick down the door and arrest the suspect. However, officers firmly stated that the investigation requires time and that patrol units do not have the authority to make immediate entry or arrests. >> That's what I'm saying. Like how is that not probable cause? Cuz if somebody tries to kill me, that's >> You've already passed the information along with to the >> detectives. I'm not understanding. That's why I'm asking cuz I'm not understanding this. If somebody tries to kill me, that's not a good enough reason. >> There still has to be articulable or some sort of video evidence has video. >> Okay. Did you pass that along to the detectives? >> Yes, we did. >> Okay. So, the detectives, I imagine, have an investigation going on. Just because you haven't heard back from it doesn't mean that they just put it to the side and are not doing anything. >> Keep terrorizing terrorizing me. >> Are you calling when things are happening? >> Yes, I told them. I'm supposed to keep calling. Look. Okay. So, obviously wasting your time right now, right? >> If he is out front of your home or doing something, are you calling? >> How long it takes you guys to get out here? >> I I understand because I'm the one responding to these calls. Do you know how many calls I go to personally just a day? >> I get that. I totally get that. >> Totally get that. But when I'm calling and it takes an hour, he's he's gone. >> I understand. Get her up on the >> Get her up on the porch. >> Step back. You're getting charged, too. >> The police officer, feeling threatened, took the initiative and used force to subdue the teenager. Meanwhile, the mother also rushed out and aggressively intervened, only making the situation more tense. This is ridiculous. >> MY SON IS ON. >> YEAH, you about TO BREAK MY ARM. >> YEAH. DON'T MOVE. You [laughter] get this one. >> I swear to God, you heard me. I swear to God. I swear to God you >> here in a second. Once I get him under control. >> Okay. But he's autistic. Thank you. >> You got to understand I have autoimmune issues. My legs hurt really bad. My body is up. >> You have to be patient. >> The mother's instinctive actions transformed her from a crime whistleblower into a criminal caught in the act. Under US law, physically interfering with an ongoing arrest, whether justified or not, is illegal. >> He has tattoos. He was involved with them at one point. Long story short, this dude took my son into work without permission. He bought this man a gun. I've been I had talked to detectives and everything. Nobody's done about nothing about it. >> The night before last night, this guy B after giving pictures and all types of stuff and nobody's doing anything shot at my child. Right. >> I need to stop you for one second. Hey. >> Okay. So, I I've been calling because this duo, he's like he tried to my child, right? >> This is >> This is why the officers are here today. >> Yeah. because that I called downtown to talk to somebody and she's like, "All you can do is call the police back out." The teen was then escorted to the patrol car, initially defiant, but he quickly shifted to pleading. >> We need to go back to the gym. Y all these cars you in this type of field, you got to be respected. >> We're telling you we've been shot at and harassed. >> Who's what's what's the reasoning and what's going on with it? >> Because we don't because the with the dude shooting or whatnot. But next, a Canadian woman learns the hard way that Florida is not Canada. And the lesson comes at a steep price. YOU WON'T PUT YOUR HAND BY YOUR BACK. PUT YOUR HAND NOW. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE. >> Put your hand by your back. >> Calm down. Tonight. OKAY. >> Give me. >> A teenager assaulted an officer immediately triggering a high alert defensive response. Under US law, officers may escalate use of force once physical contact is initiated. Shouting, "I'm hurt," holds no mitigating weight on scene. Once removed, the aggressive demeanor vanished completely. >> Buddy, please double up. >> Turn that way so I can block the handcuffs. >> Please don't hurt me. >> I know. I'm trying to fix it.
