She was at the district and it's like an abandoned upstairs and she somehow it's like a solid 12t jump, but there's like a railing and she was sitting in the window still like 12 ft up. In the end, Kelly was charged with public intoxication. And while her behavior had probably much to do with alcohol, the next woman seems to collect men like stamps. On February 10th, 2023, an officer responded to a hit and run. And it didn't take long to find the suspect. She was clearly under the influence and even tried making romantic advances at the officer to avoid getting arrested. Before we do anything, right, I'm going to give you a set of instructions, okay?
