Today we head back to Florida for a traffic stop we saw 5 minutes of leading up to the arrest a few days ago. But now, thanks to Police Ride Alongs, we have the full traffic stop. So, without further ado, let's get into what turns into the craziest traffic stop since the last video out of Florida. >> Echo 44 headquarters. I have the temporary tag on. >> Where's the temporary tag? >> Should be on the back. All right, bro. Like on the >> on the back, there's nothing there. So, I don't know. Maybe you lost it while you were driving. >> That's the insurance. We're going to need that, too. And your license. >> I don't need to give you guys anything. >> What's your issue? Why are you being like that? I should have stopped you because you don't have the license plate. You said that it should be there, right? And I told you that it's not. And then in order for me to move forward, I will need the information because obviously I can't get anything off of a tag that's not there. >> Is anyone else buying the temporary tag just fell off story? So being that you're on a lawful stop, you're being lawfully stopped with probable cause of having no tag. >> What crime is that? >> You have no You're not understanding. Those are your only two options at this time. >> According to this snowflake traveler, being assertive and giving the driver two reasonable options to identify is the police being extremely aggressive. If they're trying to get they're trying they're trying to identify who you are and you aren't providing your name and your information but that name wasn't coming up and then you and then you weren't giving them anything that they could use to identify you. >> You're also driving in a vehicle or you're traveling in a vehicle that doesn't have a license plate on. So that's why they stopped you. >> I understand that. >> Okay. So based on >> this went on there. I literally bought that from dealership not even a month ago. So based on on you not cooperating and providing the officers the information they needed, that's a form of passive resistance. >> It is not. >> And they're arrest and they're placing under arrest as a result of that. That's what you That's why you're in handcuffs because they're trying to >> Who is the injured party right now then? >> Sorry to break this to you, but crimes are not limited to offenses against an injured party or damaged property. The fact that you believe that and don't understand why traffic laws exist is wild. It shows you refusing to identify in a manner applicable with the law and being generally difficult. You didn't like them because you knew they were about to expose your flimsy excuses for breaking the law and then hold you accountable. Also, rescending your license is what I think you meant to say, which is kind of ironic. Means you stopped driving, so you shouldn't be anywhere near the driver's seat. And it certainly doesn't exempt you from the law that requires you to identify. >> Okay. Okay. >> So, just as the tow truck arrives to pick up the Tesla, another source, who I'm guessing is the guy the daughter was trying to call. So, not as smart as I thought, arrives to apparently deal with the car. >> So, the driver was arrested for uh failure to provide identification. Uh we pulled over for having no license plate on the vehicle. Correct. Uh the they called you sir, right? Um to pick up the vehicle. So he's now saying he wants to arrange transport for somewhere. So >> you want to drive it? >> They're being they're being [ __ ] about it. So if you want to I can definitely drive it. They're being >> No, he can't drive it. >> Drive it. >> You can. We asked her, we said, "Ma'am, where's the tag?" She's like, she I Well, she was talking to my other partner and we asked her, "Where's the tag?" If you just give us the information, say, "Where's the tag?" This could have all been cease. Like this all wouldn't have happened. She wouldn't give she wouldn't tell us about the tag. She wouldn't give us the bin. She won't give us the registration. She wouldn't give us the insurance. She won't give us her name. >> She still can't drive. >> If I'm driving that there's no tag because that is a one statue. >> Statue is not a law. So, >> we're not going to argue over. No, no. I'm so This is what we're going to do. I thought you drove another car here. >> No, no, no. Absolutely not. >> Okay. We're going to leave. >> Okay. >> If you drive this car and you get stopped, again, we're not going to be we're not going to mess with you, but if somebody else stops you, you have to deal with the repercussions. If you do get stuck driving with it, just understand that you can get stopped and get written a ticket, >> get a plate on there or something, sir. Because of course the random guy who turned up claiming the law doesn't apply to him is not going to wait for the police to get out of sight before driving it away. Should have towed the vehicle. Anyway, according to police ride along, she was arrested and cited for resisting without violence, not displaying a tag, registration not carried, license not carried, no proof of insurance, and driving on a suspended license without knowledge. Turns out her license had expired in 2024. A jury found her guilty, but she's appealing the decision. Right, thank you so much for watching, guys.
