Some riders don't realize just how fast they're going until it's too late. On June 6th, 2023, trooper Dakota Bailey was on routine patrol when a motorcycle blew past him at over 120 mph. That was all it took. Lights activated, sirens blaring, and the chase was on. But the rider had no intentions of stopping, and that decision would come back to haunt him. 375 35 35 34 37 Heat. Heat. [Applause] It didn't take long for Trooper Bailey to catch up. And when he did, he had a surprise waiting for a rider. area. Get on the ground. I'll let my dog go. He's going to bite. Hey. Hey. Get up. Get up. Get up. Walk towards me. Face away from me. Back up to my sound of my voice. I'm right here. On your knees. On your knees. Get away from me. Just a small bump from the trooper was all it took to send the rider into a ditch. He was arrested without further incident and what could have been a simple speeding ticket turned into a list of serious charges. Motorcycle jackets are designed to protect riders in case of a crash. But on this day, that padded gear wasn't just for safety. It was about to meet its match in Arkansas asphalt. On Saturday, October 19th, 2024, trooper Tanner Seal was running radar along Highway 78 when a motorcycle blew past at 80 in a 60 mph zone. As the trooper tried to pull out, a white Camaro briefly blocked his path, buying the biker a few precious seconds. But it wouldn't be enough. Within moments, the chase was on. I've got a motorcycle taking off on me. Westbound 81, black jacket. I'm sure of the race of the whale truck. As the chase ensued, the rider took off at an extreme speed, so fast that even at 130 mph, the trooper couldn't catch up. But pushing those limits couldn't last forever. Further down the road, the rider began to slow. And that's when the trooper closed the gap. I think he's just now he's slowing down, swerving left or right. Blue jeans, black jacket, black and red helmet. Can't get the tag right now. Coming up to Flaming Road westbound Manila light [Music] traffic. Couple hundred yards. 100 miles an hour coming to the curve. He's breaking me. Get on your face. On your face right now. [Music] Get down. Get down. Despite reaching speeds over 130 mph and weaving dangerously through traffic, Michael Ees's high-speed gamble came to a sudden end. A precise pit by Trooper Seal brought the pursuit to a close without injury. Eaves was arrested on multiple charges, including felony fleeing and reckless driving. Just another reminder that you can't outrun the Arkansas State Police. Some riders fly under the radar and others fly right into it. And in this case, that radar picked up a stolen motorcycle doing 76 in a 55 right before it turned into a multi-county midnight pursuit. On February 27th, 2023, just before midnight, troopers spotted a dark-colored bike hauling northbound on Highway 27 in Arkansas. One quick U-turn later, the chase was on and the rider made it clear he wasn't stopping for anyone. Pull this thing primary. Secondary go back [Music] down. The motorcycle right now. I'm [Applause] coming. After nearly 50 mi, multiple agencies, and three counties, it all came down to one sharp turn. As the rider tried to swerve onto Sunshine Road, just a light tap from a patrol bumper was enough to send him flying. Clifton Teal was taken into custody without further incident, treated at the hospital, and later booked. It was later confirmed that the motorcycle was stolen, and now he's facing felony, fleeing reckless driving and theft by receiving. Did you know Florida leads the nation in motorcycle crash fatalities? In Broward County, it's one of the worst places to flee on two wheels. On February 13th, 2025, troopers with the Florida Highway Patrol spotted a biker later identified as Francisco Lisano, riding recklessly. When they tried to pull him over, he made a choice and hit the throttle. What followed was a high-speed chase through Broward County that pushed limits and nearly ended in disaster. I'll give you a warning if you pull over. You heard? I'll give you a warning if you pull over. Just pull over. Okay. There he is. I'm feeling he just 163. Just pull over, bro. Despite multiple commands from troopers to pull over and make things easier for himself and everyone else on the road, the motorcyclist refused. [Music] [Music] Delta Hotel After ignoring multiple chances to pull over, the motorcyclist quickly paid the price. A trooper strategically positioned his patrol car to block any escape route, forcing the biker straight into it. After striking the unit and falling off the bike, he was immediately arrested. Francisco Liskano now faces a list of charges including aggravated fleeing with injury or damage, grand theft auto, reckless driving, driving while license suspended, operating a motorcycle without a license, resisting an officer without violence. They say you can't outrun a radio, but this guy tried anyway. What started as a canceled county pursuit quickly turned into a full-blown interstate chase. It was May 24th, 2024 when a trooper Tyler Langley of the Arkansas State Police heard Faulner County pursuing an unlicensed sport bike on I40 eastbound. The chase was called off due to traffic, but trooper Langley was perfectly positioned at mile marker 135 when the suspect flew right by. Shadow heat. [Music] 10 minutes. [Music] After the crash, Cody Davis ran straight across Interstate 40, forcing cars to slam their brakes to avoid hitting him. And then Trooper Langley tackled him in the median and took him into custody. Turns out Davis had a meth pipe in his pocket, no valid registration, and no motorcycle license. What started with a reckless ride ended with a long list of charges and a towed bike left in the mud. Some riders see flashing lights and hit the brakes while others twist the throttle and roll the dice. On February 19th, 2023, trooper Cody Martin was patrolling Highway 5 in Cabat, Arkansas, when a motorcycle flew past him at an extremely high rate of speed. It took some time to close the gap, but the moment another trooper lit him up. This rider made it clear he wasn't [Music] stopping. Heat. [Music] Heat. [Music] Heat. Heat. [Music] As the trooper began closing in, the motorcyclist seemed to realize the gravity of his decision. He slowed down and gestured as if he was going to pull over, but trooper Martin wasn't buying it. [Music] [Music] West I think it's going to stop. [Music] Put your hands down right now. Put your hands out. Turn over. Oh my god. Look right there. You're going to be on YouTube. Say state police got me YouTube. Say it. Thank you. You got warrants. I shouldn't know. Why'd you do that? How old are you? Almost 19. Don't cry. You did this. I know. The rider ended up crashing into a patrol car and was immediately taken into custody without further incident. He had no warrants, and when asked why he ran, he simply said he didn't know. But one thing's certain, that split-second decision to flee is going to cost him far more than a speeding ticket. They say a Harley-Davidson stands for freedom on the open road, but in this case, it stood for five reckless getaways. It was April 27th, 2023 when FHP trooper was stationed along I 95 on the lookout for a black Harley with no license plate. This wasn't the first sighting. In fact, it was the fifth time this exact bike had fled from law enforcement in just one month. Heat. Heat. [Music] It's [Music] not only as multiple patrol units joined the pursuit, troopers coordinated a box-in maneuver. hoping to corner the rider and put an end to the chase before anyone got [Music] [Music] hurt. Heat. [Music] Heat. Heat. Heat. Get on the ground. Get out of the ground. The first attempt to box in the suspect didn't work, but the second did the job. A trooper made contact at low speed, forcing the rider off the bike. Within seconds, multiple troopers swarmed in and took him into custody without further incident. The same rider had managed to escape troopers four times this month, but on the fifth try, his luck ran out. Now, with a long list of charges, it's safe to say he won't be riding anytime soon. It was June 15th, 2023, when a trooper, Matthew Price, noticed a motorcycle traveling unusually slow. Concerned something might be wrong, he got closer and activated his lights and sirens to check on the rider. At first, the motorcyclist turned into a gas station. But seconds later, he took off, fleeing from the trooper and heading the wrong way down the road. Well, I don't know what he's doing. He's I guess he's running from me. He's wrong way on 64 right now. Our speed's only like 20 mph. You might notify the supervisor. Notify man here. [Music] Trooper Price tried to make contact likely to warn the rider that it was time to pull over, but instead of stopping, the motorcyclist kept fleeing. A decision that would soon turn out to be the worst one he could have made. We're headed back towards 64. [Music] We've never broke [Music] 35. All right, we're coming back up to 64 right now. They blew the stop sign here at 64. We're going back the wrong way. We're going uh eastbound in the westbound on 643. We're going the wrong way on the 64 30. Stop. You're going to get dog bit. Here [ __ ] here. Here. Here. After trooper Price sent the rider flying into a fence, the suspect jumped up and tried to run, but that didn't last long. A K9 unit was already on him, and the trooper delivered a quick taser deployment before making the arrest. What makes this chase even more bizarre, the rider didn't have anything illegal on him. When asked why he ran, his answer was simple. I was just bored. On August 31st, 2023, Trooper Isaac Lawson jumped in to assist local police in a high-speed motorcycle pursuit. The local units had trouble stopping the suspect, so when Trooper Lawson joined in, he didn't waste time. He took over as the primary unit. Turn on [Music] primary coming out. [Music] Even though the rider was signaling with his hands like he was about to pull over, it quickly became clear he had no intention of stopping. Trooper Lawson stayed right behind him, ready for whatever came next. [Music] [Music] [Music] not careful. [Music] on wheel speed 30 That [Music] impression. As the chase dragged on and the rider blew through multiple stop signs, Trooper Lawson knew it was time to end it. The suspect looked more like he was enjoying a joy ride than fleeing from police. And that was enough to trigger Lawson to make his move. [Music] Show me your hand. Show me your hand. Face down. Face down. Face down. Hand behind your back. [Music] That look on his face, that was the exact moment he realized he screwed up. He was arrested without further incident. What could have been a quiet night with a simple ticket and a couch turned into cold cuffs in a jail cell. You don't often see a moped try to outrun a state trooper, but on March 13th, 2023, that's exactly what happened in Arkansas. Trooper Michael was parked and watching traffic when a moped blew past speeding and riding the shoulder to pass vehicles. That was all it took for the trooper to hit the lights and sirens, and the chase was on. [Music] Going south on Breen Ridge and Rodney on motorcycle. See the 28. Appears to be a male. Black pants, reflective coat on 469 Frank Lincoln. 469 Frank Lincoln. Maybe ever. [Music] You might have noticed the audio quality on this one isn't great, but that's just how the footage was released. Now, back to the chase. As the trooper closed the distance, he moved in near the moped, sending a clear message that it's time to stop. But the rider wasn't ready to give up just yet. Around Baptist, Baptist Southbound coming up on [Music] check. Get off the bike. Get off the bike. The trooper pulled up right alongside the rider and delivered a calculated bump, just enough to send the moped off balance. The rider lost control and crashed, bringing the pursuit to a sudden end. Within seconds, the trooper had him in custody. He was charged with speeding, fleeing, and reckless driving.
