Bro, I don't have nothing. Bro, >> step out of the car. >> All right, get out of the car. >> You got ripped open baggies all over your lap. >> Bro, I don't have no drugs on me. >> Hey, look at that. You see how blue that is? >> Bro, that is not >> That's positive for cocaine that came out of your spit in the car. >> No cocaine. It all began on June 20th, 2023. At around 11:26 p.m., deputies in Flaggler County, Florida, attempted to pull over a Silver Infiniti for a traffic violation. But instead of stopping, the driver, later identified as Leslie Brock, continued slowly down the road at about 15 mph, allegedly attempting to swallow cocaine before deputies could reach the vehicle. When deputies finally made contact, they quickly realized this routine traffic stop was about to turn into a long night. >> Stop the car. >> Hi, Papa. >> What's going on? I'm I'm asking you to hop out of the car. You took forever to pull over. >> Why? >> Huh? >> Why? >> Give me the stick. >> Why? >> Huh? >> Why? >> What do you mean why? >> You all know yourself. You come by. Come out the car. For what? >> Leslie, step out of the car. >> What I did, son? >> I'm telling you, Leslie, to step out of the car. What I did though? >> I'm telling you to step out of the car. >> What I did, >> Leslie? Step out of the car. >> What I did? >> Get out of the car. >> I'm telling you to step out of the car. >> Why you talking to me like that? I don't got nothing. Bro, >> step out of the car, >> bro. I don't have nothing. >> At first, Brock tried to play it off, insisting he had nothing on him. But an officer quickly spotted a torn baggie on his lap along with white powder scattered across his shorts. Even with the evidence right in front of him, Brock continued denying everything. But his story was about to fall apart. >> Bro, what you doing? >> Step out of the car. >> Bro, I don't have nothing. >> Step out of the car, >> bro. I don't have nothing. Bro, >> step out of the car. >> All right. Get out of the car. >> Hey, hands up. >> STEP OUT OF THE CAR. HANDS UP. >> OH MY GOD. I DON'T. >> He just threw the bag in THE CAR. >> I DON'T have nothing. >> Stop, man. >> Against the car. >> Against the car. You're going to get tased. Put the hand behind your back. >> Hand behind YOUR BACK NOW. >> PUT YOUR HAND BEHIND YOUR BACK. DO IT NOW. >> THIS IS THE LAST THING I'M GOING TO ASK YOU. >> PUT YOUR RIGHT HAND behind your back. >> If you pull away, you're going to get tazed. >> All right. I'm not >> Give me the phone. >> Hey, go with the phone, you're going to get tased. >> You pull away one more time and you're getting tased. >> But what I did, sir. >> Man, come on. Officer, >> do not win. All right. I'm not playing. >> Hey, I'm not playing with you, man. >> Man, I'm not doing >> Stop turning around, >> sir. I'm not doing nothing, man. >> Man, also we got it all in his mouth and >> man got a thing of crack on his lap, >> man. No, I did not, sir. >> Stay facing the car, >> sir. I don't got nothing in here, sir. Man, sir, I don't have security and clear channel. >> We do need another unit. >> But what I did, bro, I ain't do nothing, >> bro. Why do sir? >> Man, I ain't do nothing. >> Sir, I didn't do nothing. Sir, >> can you hold them while I grab that bag? >> But what bag, MAN? >> YOU THREW IT RIGHT on the ground. >> Listen, I got bad. >> I don't have crack in my car, bro. >> I swear all over you, >> bro. I don't have crack on me, bro. >> You don't have crack on you? What's this, bro? >> Bro, that is not crap, bro. >> Meth. >> No, that's nothing, bro. >> Right, cuz you ate it all. >> NO, I DID NOT. >> AS DEPUTIES pulled Brock from the vehicle, he insisted he had nothing on him, but a torn plastic baggie suddenly fell onto the road. A deputy secured it as evidence while Brock continued denying everything, even with the evidence right in front of him. And what deputies found next made those denials even harder to explain. >> Search him. >> Any gloves? Search him on me, bro. >> Get him in the car. >> Yeah, you got gloves. >> He had it all over him and he had it all over his lap. The bags ripped open. >> Bro, I didn't have that drugs on me, bro. >> Okay. You're going to jail? Cuz we told you to get out of the car and you didn't get out of the car. >> That's why I'm going to jail for you. >> Yep. You're going to jail, >> man. Oh my god. Sir, come. >> Plus all the all the meth and all the stuff crack all over. Okay, >> bro. I swear to God, that's not male, bro. >> You're under arrest >> for what? Officer Weaver. >> Cuz we told you to get out of the car. You didn't get out OF THE CAR. >> I AIN'T DOING THAT. It don't s >> If we tell you to get out of the car, you get out of the car. >> Oh my god. Sergeant, please. Man, >> no. Leslie, that's how it works. >> If we tell you to get out of the car, you get out of the car. >> Sergeant Weaver, please. Sir, man, >> what I'm going to jail for. >> You got a ripped open baggie all over your lap. >> Bro, I don't have no drugs on me. >> I know. I'm trying to >> I don't have no drugs on me. >> I'll get I'll get it back, >> man. Sorry to re I don't have no drugs on me, sir. >> Cuz you ate them. No, I DID NOT. >> BRO, I DID not eat no drugs, sir. >> Open your mouth. >> Open your mouth. Let me see. >> Open your mouth. >> Got him for a sec. >> I did not eat no drugs, sir. >> Spread your legs a little more. >> Please, sir. Spread your feet. Spread your legs a little bit more. >> Sir, I did not, >> bro. So, I'm going to jail for what? Is this an arrest or something? >> Yep. >> We told you to get out of the car. You didn't get out of the car. >> That's a offense. >> No. >> We told you to get out of the car. You didn't get out of the car. An arrestable offense. >> Come on, officer. Please. >> We had to physically remove you from the vehicle. >> NO, YOU DID NOT. YOU OPENED MY DOOR. >> Come on. Put me back on the car. >> So, there for resisting arrest. >> Come on, man. >> Resisting arrest and all that stuff that's scattered all over your >> bro. That's ashes and [ __ ] bro. >> It's not ashes, bro. >> Oh my god. Sergeant Weavers, bro. >> I did not. >> He had a bag ripped open. >> No, I DID NOT, BRO. I GOT BAGS ALL OVER MY CAR. over his lap. >> Man, I do not have no drugs on me, sir. >> As officers searched Brock, he continued arguing with deputies. First, he insisted the substance wasn't crack. Then, he denied having any meth, but deputies had another concern. They suspected Brock may have swallowed some of the drugs before they could stop him. Still, Brock stuck to his story. With more questions than answers, deputies decided to search his vehicle for additional evidence. Brock was then placed inside a patrol car while officers continued their investigation. >> Man, come on. >> Let's go. We got to go. >> Got to go to jail, bro. >> Passenger, sir. >> Come on, man. Please don't. Come on. Weaver, man. >> Oh my god. Weavers. Come on, son. Man, why going to jail, bro? >> Cuz he said he didn't get out of the car. Bro, I'm going to jail for no reason, bro. >> Bro, we going to jail for, man. >> Come on, man. Come on. Talk to my girl, bro. >> No, >> man. Come on, man. What am I going to jail for, man? >> Bro, I ain't get in the truck. Come on. We're not going to do this, >> man. Could you talk to me, please? Sir, >> I don't know what's going on. I just got in here. >> Hey, homie. Can you talk to me, please? >> You sure you didn't eat nothing? Cuz your your mouth is about as dry as it could be right now. >> Yeah. I did not eat nothing, >> bro. I did not eat nothing, bro. I swear to God. >> Let me see your mouth. Let me see your mouth. >> Oh, man. >> If you going to eat nothing, let me see your mouth. >> Sir, I did not eat nothing, bro. >> Listen. Listen. No [ __ ] If you ate something, we got to get you medical attention. >> I did not eat. Hear me out. Hear me out. >> You have white powder all over your lips. >> I did not eat [ __ ] bro. >> You have powder all over your lips. >> I did not eat nothing, bro. Bro, look at me and pick up your tongue. >> Bro, I mean nothing, bro. >> Okay, cuz you did, >> man. No, I did not. Sir, >> get in the car. We're not going to do this. Get in the car, >> bro. Sir, >> get in the car. >> Oh my god, bro. I don't have no drugs on me. >> Oh, yeah. Cuz you ate it. Put your >> Oh, NO. I DID NOT. >> LIZZIE, PUT YOUR FEET IN. >> MAN, PLEASE, SIR, can I >> can I talk to my girl first? >> Let me figure out what's going on. Put your feet in. I'll turn the air up. Okay. >> Oh my god, man. Please, sir. Man, >> put your feet. >> Oh my god, bro. Why? Why y'all taking me to jail, bro? >> He told you. Put your feet in, >> man. Hey, listen. You put your feet in right now. I'm telling you this me, bro. When I talk to my girl, >> put your feet in. >> Oh my god. >> Do this [ __ ] all the way. Put your feet in all the way, man. >> Put your feet in, >> man. Please, man. >> Brock kept insisting he hadn't swallowed anything, but every time officers asked him to open his mouth, he turned away and refused. With white powder around his mouth and his repeated refusal to cooperate, deputies became increasingly suspicious that he had swallowed some of the drugs. But the bigger question was, what else was inside his car? Deputies began searching the vehicle and what they found next provided another piece of evidence. >> Stuff to test. I mean, you need help with anything? >> This was under this ripped open bag was right there between the seat. >> He was eating everything. You got extra gloves on you? >> No. Small. >> Is he the owner? No. >> I don't know if he's the owner. >> You see the ripped open bag here? He was eating it. We got to find stuff to test. Here's the heating. >> That was right here. >> Yeah. He won't open his mouth. Do >> you know where his terminator is? >> It's right here under his back tire. You kicked it under there. Okay. >> Well, you can think so. >> Grab one. I'll grab one. >> So, just scoop it and slide it in there. >> That's what I'm going to do. >> Dude, look at it. It's all white everywhere. Oh. Look at mine. >> Oh yeah, yours is all powder basically. >> See, that was the first one he spit out was yours. >> And that's why I was like, we got to get down. I looked. I didn't see any on my door or anything. >> He wouldn't come out of the car. Me and Aaron kept telling the car. >> You guys didn't like go to the ground or anything? >> No. >> Here's another ripped open bag. >> Mhm. Like, bro, this was on his lap. >> Just sitting on his lap. >> This right here was sitting on his lap. Ripped open like that. >> Surprised he stopped. Who is this guy? I don't know. I was thinking >> Leslie Brock. >> Oh, he took forever to pull over. >> Yeah. >> So, where' you let him? >> Past 304. And he slowed forever. Okay. Yeah, sure looks like it. Even up here. >> Yeah. Oh, it's all my window and [ __ ] Oh, so he spit. He was like >> He was >> He did one of those. >> Look at that. >> Oh, it's all up here, too. Look. Oh, there's chunks. Oh, >> yeah. We'll get another bag for that. >> No, I don't think so. He was just eating it all. >> Um, yeah. I mean, I guess Oh, got >> I don't have a smaller envelope. Do you have a smaller envelope? Yeah, I got smaller ones. Hold on. >> Um, right. >> Yes. >> Yeah. >> I'm just going to try to like that and then just glove and >> he definitely ate it. Mouth is covered in white and he's got rocks sitting on his tongue still. >> So, as soon as he did it, as soon as he ate it, he was chugging this. >> Yeah. He was chugging this. >> It was It looks like cracked. >> Yeah, >> you can see a bunch of white particles floating in here. >> So, this empty bag was on his lap when he pulled over >> like this and he was like and then he grabbed that and was chugging it. Me and Blay were telling him to get out of the car. He slowed the whole way. He was probably eating it all and then he finally pulled over and then we were telling him to get out of the car. He wasn't getting out. reach in, had to undo the car, got him out. He had all this in his pocket. >> Deputies found more torn open bags inside the vehicle, including around Brock's lap and between the seats, along with a bottle of water. They suspected Brock had used the water to swallow the substance. Then, while deputies continued searching for evidence, Brock suddenly began vomiting inside the patrol car. A deputy collected the vomit as evidence, but Brock immediately started denying that it contained drugs, even as the evidence was right in front of him. >> He's puking. >> Yeah. >> Yep. >> Are you throwing up? >> Hey, sir. I'm hot. I'm hot. >> Get out. >> We're not going to do this. >> I'm hot, sir. >> You swallowed drugs. >> No, I did not. >> You ain't stupid. >> I did not sp drugs. >> Get back here. Get back here. >> It's not my first day. >> I got to clean my truck, too. >> Here. >> I'm hot, son. I'm dehydrated. >> Right here. Where the other one's at? >> I'll leave this for right now. >> Wow, man. That is not crap, bro. >> You got white spit, >> huh? You got white spit, bro. >> Hey, look at that. >> You see how blue that is, >> bro? That is not >> That's positive for cocaine. You see that, right? >> You see this, right? >> I'm just no cocaine. >> Do you see how bright blue it is all the way around? >> Oh my god, bro. I didn't know. >> I'm tell What color is it? What color is that? >> Blue. >> Blue that came out of your spit in the car. >> I got no cocaine. You guys see all that blue, right? Bro, >> I ain't have no Oh my god. So you found cocaine on me, bro. >> It's in your spit, bro. >> You see that? >> From the spit in the car. Look how bright blue that is. >> He spit in the back of the car and it's all white. Cocaine blue >> in the in the >> in the back of the cop car. >> See that? >> Yeah. >> That's from a spit in the back of the car. >> And he just spit on the ground and it's all white. >> So, he literally was eating it all when he was getting pulled over. >> At this point, the deputy was concerned Brock may have swallowed a significant amount of drugs since that could cause serious medical complications. They decided he needed to be evaluated by EMS and taken to the hospital. Before he was transported, deputies collected a swab from Brock to test for possible drug residue. >> Here, listen. Hold on. Let me see your mouth. Open your mouth. >> I ain't nothing. >> Open your mouth. >> Open my mouth for what? >> Because I'm going to stick this in the corners of your mouth and or your tongue and we're going to see if that's crack. So, at least I can tell the medics you have crack in your system so they can help you. Nothing. We have probable cause to search you. That includes we're not searching. We're not testing your DNA. We're looking for narcotics. This is the same thing. If you listen Listen, this is the same thing if if you stick something up your butt. That's we still get a right to search for it. Correct. Okay. So, that's all I'm doing. All right. >> Bro, what you mean? Come on, man. >> I'm going to We're going to do hard. Look at this. I'm going to get this little corner stuff right here on your mouth. >> What you mean? Come on, man. Come on, bro. You can't Come on, man. >> We're trying to be as calm as possible, okay? But you're going to turn this into something else. >> No, I'm not moving, bro. What you do, >> bro? Come on, man. >> Take your pick, >> man. Come on, bro. Like, >> it's cuz you know it's crack in your mouth. You don't [ __ ] know. So, let's go, >> bro. Come on, bro. What you doing, bro? Come on, man. >> Seriously, >> bro. Come on. >> I still have chunks in the corner of his mouth that I got >> I got chunks. >> But he was also not me. So, >> bro, I ain't got nothing in my mouth, bro. Y'all found something in my car? >> Come on, man. Look all over my mouth, bro. Okay. 3352 is what you come on, bro. >> It's all blue, bro. That was out the corner of your mouth. >> It ain't nothing. Look at that. >> Come on, man. >> Well, that's all from his >> cocaine. >> When the second test again indicated the presence of cocaine, deputies became even more concerned. If Brock had swallowed a large amount, his condition could quickly become dangerous. They called EMS to evaluate him and rush to get him to the hospital. How you >> feel, bro? >> Okay. Well, X isn't pop off for cocaine, >> bro. >> Cocaine pops off for cocaine or crack. >> Oh, what? I don't get charged with, bro. >> Uh, destruction of evidence, probably. I don't know, though. It wasn't my stop. So, it's something you got to talk to Son Weaver about. >> I didn't get caught with no drug. Well, this shows that you did. >> Well, how do you not understand? >> I have no possession on no drugs. >> Okay. Not going to argue with you, Leslie. >> Not going to argue with you. >> Medics are going to look at you. >> I have no possession on no drug, bro. I'm >> not Nobody said >> I'm pretty sure nobody said possession at the moment. >> I just swabbed his mouth. The corner of his mouth. >> Damn, son. cuz he saw like white chunks right here >> and his tongue is wider than me. >> You got to go by ambulance. >> Yeah. What? >> I'm listening. Huh? >> Call your girl for what? Hop on. >> Was that who she on the phone with? >> Huh? >> Yeah, sir. >> All right. Well, she knows. >> No, bro. >> She was on the phone the whole time. But that was on a girl, bro. The owner of the car. Oh, okay. All right. I mean, well, we're going to take the car. >> We're going to seize the car for forfeite. >> So, okay. So, >> I talk to you, sir. Please put your feet up. >> Put your feet up. >> Come on, man. >> I'll meet you there at the hospital. You can talk to me there if you want. We're the jail. >> Oh, man. >> Well, you got to go, man. There's no >> So, what bro? So, bro, it ain't no drugs in my car, sir. >> Cuz it's in your mouth, right? Okay, >> bro. I'm just saying. >> We showed you all the tests, bro. >> Bro, so your spit. We tested your mouth. It's in your mouth. >> We tested drugs in the car. It's in the car. >> There's no drugs in the car. >> All right. It's all on camera and it's all on test, >> bro. It's no drugs in the car. >> Yeah. The little flakes that you missed when you were trying to eat it all, >> bro. No, I didn't, bro. >> Like this little flake right here in your lip in your beard. >> Come on, man. >> All right. >> So, bro, I don't have no drug. >> No, you know, >> shame on him. Leslie, >> shame on Mr. Leslie. >> We've been dealing Leslie for a long time. Brock was transported to Advent Health Palm Coast for medical treatment after deputies said he had ingested a large amount of narcotics. After he was released from the hospital, Brock was taken into custody and faced charges of cocaine possession, tampering with evidence, and resisting arrest without violence.
