on October 9th 2024 at approximately 9:44 a.m. officers responded to biscane Drive Northwest in reference to a residential burglary prior to the officer's arriving the reporting party replayed information to 911 dispatchers that he could see the suspect on surveillance camera actively burglarizing his home the reporting party provided a description of the suspect and also advised that the suspect had stolen his firearm officers arrived at the location a short time later where they observed a male matching the description that was provided by the reporting party show me 31 R Radio I got one black running additional officers also arrived on the scene to assist with containing the [Music] suspect I got I [ __ ] move stop don't [ __ ] move the [ __ ] H cross my [Music] [Applause] the suspect attempts to elude officers by climbing up and over a fence however he is unsuccessful [ __ ] I'm on the ground I'm on the ground I'm on the ground give me hand put your hand behind your back back because the suspect had been running with a firearm officers carefully control the suspect's movement gra that other I got this can I move over put your right hand behind your M I'm trying to you my no I'm not that tight out here there we go all [Music] right jump face officers are eventually able to place the suspect into custody without further incident [ __ ] guys good sh out officers are also able to recover the victim's firearm which the suspect had attempted to conceal under a bush yeah the magazines over here oh just clear it uh I can make sure don't don't have victim he's a victim that's the victim arrived on scene following the arrest and was appreciative of the officers yes rer e that's the down you don't know how much I appreciate you guys there you go the suspect was identified as 33-year-old Kenneth whack wack was charged with burglary first degree criminal trespass and damage to property possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony and obstruction of a law enforcement officer wack was transported to the fton county jail for processing
