A late night fast food run turned into a felony investigation when a McDonald's employee decided she had taken enough abuse from the drive-through line. But instead of refusing service, she forced open a customer's car door and lunged inside, proving that trying to snatch a camera to hide your rage only guarantees you'll be the star of the evidence. >> Hey, can I speak to the manager? Funny. >> All right. >> Hey, what's up? Can you speak to me real quick? Oh, go ahead and finish that up real quick. So, tell me what occurred. >> Say it again. >> Tell me what occurred today. What happened? >> Only me and him. Me and him got both on the headset. So, I'm trying to tell I'm trying to tell them I when they was coming to the thing, see how our time look right now. When they came to the thing, they was like, "Oh, you didn't take my order." I said, "Yeah, I know. I I know I didn't take your order. I'm busy. It's only me and him. I got other cries and other fools." I'm like, "Can you go?" I'm like, "Can you go back around?" She was like, "No, I'm not going back around." The man in the front seat, he wasn't saying anything. It was two ladies that it was one in the passenger seat and it was one in the back seat. >> Mhm. The lady in the passenger seat, she says, "No, we're not going around." I said, "Well, then I can't put your order in right here because I have other cars and I have other food. I didn't want any food to go cold." So, she was like, "Well," I said, "Okay, well, I'm going to call the police." I called the police the first time. They was like, "Okay, that they was going to send somebody out." So, I went outside to give the people and I think the second car behind them had a crime paid. So, I was just asked if he have cried cash. I had him go to the window to try to pay them out. I have to squeeze through right there. So when I'm squeezing through right there, both of them like this in my face sticking the middle finger just with her tongue out. I'm like, "Okay." So next thing you know, I see this all in my face. So I'm like I just move her phone on her hand. She got phone all in my face. And I'm trying to walk past. I'm this little the door right here. When I walk past, she about to hit me. He about to hit me. No, matter of fact, she was about to hit me on the door. He was out the car. And that's when the other girl came around from the passenger seat with the other girl and tried to walk up on You think I'm going to both them hit me? No. I was trying to I was trying to be the bigger person, but it's every week. It's something. Somebody always come here. It's every week >> and I just >> Do you have your ID with you? >> I don't have my purse. >> Okay. >> I think I have a picture of my ID. I don't >> You have your picture? >> Yeah. My boss said if um y'all want to come to get the camera and stuff, y'all can come at 6:00 when the other manager comes. Okay. So, yeah, >> that's fine. How's it going you guys? >> Hello. Okay, I'm going to have you guys fill out some papers. Okay. >> Um, when she reached in the car, did she take the phone? >> Yes. >> So, she actually grabbed the phone >> and had I know I saw the video. I'm asking. I have to ask. >> So, she reached in the car, she grabs the phone. When she grabbed the phone, she had possession of it or you and her had possession of it. What happened? Like, did So, where's your phone? Grab that phone. >> Grab the phone. >> Okay. >> So, say you have the phone. Did she take it >> or did you have it and she had it like this? >> No. >> She took it. >> You don't expect she going to take and girls come to she and what to do? >> I got you. Okay. No, it's it's an arrest and it's robbery. >> It's robbery. But the phone she actually had possess. So, she like O'Neal's on his phone. She takes it and she like keeps it away from them. So she deprived them of it. So it's robbery >> by suddenly >> and burglary. >> And burglary cuz she went in the car. >> Yeah. >> So let's let's watch it again. And I have another video. >> Regardless of what happened before this >> attached to a black Harley-Davidson. >> She said step out here. I'mma beat your ass. So we got >> assault. Assault. Make sure she don't leave. So basically, she said they were being disrespectful, sticking middle finger. She came out, >> but now you're going to But now you're going to have to Miranda. >> I don't even know if we need to. I mean, she pretty much admitted to it. She even sent a disad, >> but we have to cuz now you have a video and we're we know she committed a crime. So, you're going to have to. >> But at the same time, we're in the business. She called. But yeah, it's not a residence. So, >> no, she's >> all right. >> Trust me, she's on the phone with what's her name? Well, she was freaking out when I got here. She said, "What's the manager's name?" Sheila, Shirley, Sherry, whatever. She's >> That's her, right? Yeah. >> No, that's not the manager. The manager is the light-skinned one with the straight hair. >> Yeah, that's our >> Yeah, that's a reporting party. >> Can you take pictures of the the blonde girl's injuries and like a >> uh I'm going to need your phone. My phone doesn't have a camera. >> Let me do that. >> Excuse me, ma'am. >> What's your name again? >> Can I get more pictures of you again? >> Yes. Yes. >> So, the first one. >> Thank you. You just stand right there. And where are the cuts again? >> Oh, my only this and this. Yeah, I have my >> I I saw blood earlier, right? You see your finger? >> Mhm. >> Is that Is that it right there? >> Yeah. >> Mhm. >> Okay. It's It's already going down. >> So, from what it seems like, she's going to be going to jail. >> Okay. >> I'm sorry. >> Uh she's going to go to jail for be arrested. >> Not you guys. her. She is >> okay. >> For when you guys were in the car and she's reaching in, it's this door. >> Yeah. >> The driver door. >> I sit in >> You were sitting here >> and she grabbed You're in the front seat, right? >> The door and she saw like you sit here. We could sit here. >> Was she upset that you were recording you think? >> Yes. My sister start to recording it >> and uh and she saw it and start to grab the phone. >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, you you agree? I mean >> I mean it's robbery, it's burglary. >> That video is pretty much self-explanatory. >> Yeah, there's not I mean there I don't see what they could have done from inside a car because when she called us >> that I mean no matter what happened before that >> but when she called us she didn't say that they did anything. All she said was as though they're causing a scene cuz her food's taking long. >> But even if something happened before that at that point >> there was no she wasn't self-defense. She saw them open the door. >> Yeah. All right. So look here's the problem. What you are saying and what happened are not the same thing. >> Yes, >> I I understand. But listen to me. Listen listen. >> What you you're saying they they were recording. You know they were recording >> that whole It's on camera. >> She literally like I literally >> I'm telling you. Okay. You're going to jail >> for real? >> Yes, you are. So I'm going have you turn around and put your hands behind your back. >> Okay. >> Can I um call my mom really fast? I'll let you call your mom when we get to the car. >> You got cops? >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, look. >> You can never open somebody's car and touch them. >> But she had her door open. >> No, she didn't. It's on video you opening the door. >> I don't remember me opening no door, though. I would have told you. I won't y I already know how y'all feel. I understand that we don't have a choice because they're, >> you know, it's not our choice to make. This incident occurred and now >> we kind of have to do our job. That's that's what it is. >> Can I call my mom? >> I'm going to let you call I'm going to let you call your mom. You have your phone? >> It's over there. >> We'll get it. >> Okay. >> I'll have him get your phone. Is your wallet here? >> Is your ID already? >> Yeah. Fortunately, they want to prosecute. Um, it's all on video of you going in the car. >> I like I won't even tell y'all no lie because I already >> in the future. You just got to diss yourself. >> I already know. I already >> And if they're going to if they're going to sit at the window, >> take off your headset. >> If they're going to sit at the window and call cause a disturbance, call us. We can do things. >> I know, but we can we can come and do something about that. But then when we come and you've taken these actions, [music] >> I already called her in is detained. >> Can I call my mom? >> I already called her in. >> Yeah, she can talk to her. >> Like I said, we'll get this done as fast as we can. Okay. You're probably not going to get out tonight. You'll see a judge first thing in the morning and then we'll go from there. >> I just want to laugh at this [ __ ] cuz they that's all they want. Like >> don't have them laugh. Don't Don't worry about it. Don't worry about it. Dang. I'm not even happy. >> We're going this way. Are you taking it? >> Yeah. >> Oh, you are? No. >> Oh, we just did. >> You said >> Okay, go ahead. >> No, do it. No. >> Sign you an office number, guys. >> Easy to fill. Let's We're going over here. >> Okay. >> All right. We'll let you get your phone numbers out of your phone down there. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Okay. They're gonna let me get my phone. All right. I love you. I'll talk to you later. >> Here. Let me see your phone. >> All right. >> Look, you don't have anything on your pockets that's going to be contraband in the jail. No type of drugs, narcotics, grenades, anything like that. Okay, perfect. Can >> you answer and tell my cousin that >> I don't know what she's going to ask? I could just speak first. >> Hello. Um, can can y'all tell her? Can y'all let her send me her number? >> Um, can you put it up for her? >> I don't know why your phone like completely >> um cuz it's crack. You probably have to swipe up and swipe all the swipe. No, like swipe up to all the apps like Yeah. And then swipe up. >> Just No, the other one. >> We got to go. Um, so look, she I will make sure she gets your phone number when she gets to the jail and she'll call you and she'll be able to get her mom's number then, but her phone's not working right now. >> Oh my god.
