she's 18 she came here and her older sister got into she burnt up something at her house early I don't know what she did but burn up book back something something that she had over there I don't know what they got I was on my job she just got here you coming here she not bust up all kind of um glass in my in my mom um house you not just throwing stuff all over the place like you don't pay no bills you don't I mean like you need to be so this is your mother's this my mother's house I stay with my mom she don't even stay here anymore so I don't even know why she keep coming here she was stay with my daughter my daughter not put out that's why you're mad is your mother in the house right now yes okay I call yes because she need to be removed so my mom on she she don't have time for all that you ain't coming up in here busting up nothing in my Momma house talk about what you going to do and if you wish everybody dead bye what did she feel upset about why would she her her sister I don't know have a we have a TV that's broke she threw that TV in the frame and what else she just was really throwing stuff a nothing wrong with my bike than she flat my tires y I want my M for my bike she flattened your tires y my tire flat I don't even I ride this bike to the store screen and that bike four times okay is there any other property damage in this room or elsewhere no she just been here what about that place just um you're tired with that okay cuz the knife shouldn't even be okay are there any other property damage in the house aside from what happened in here no sir okay and just to clarify she did she get into a fight with any any pushing shot anything like that break up stuff okay and you saw all this happen Okay I was in do you know if she lives here that's when I got up and you about to get up you call me breaking up my mom that you don't buy does she does she live here no she was staying with her sister my oldest daughter she was staying over there she stay with her what's today Wednesday she'll probably see somebody tomorrow you taking her to jail yes ma'am oh my God all right so oh God this is what this is what has to be done right now of course the court can make changes and and they have a lot more Authority and power over us but I just want to let you know that way not just sitting over here watching your daughter get or grand to get handcuffed and not know what's going so here's what's going on stand right here please he's going to pass you down all right okay so you're being placed under arrest for Criminal Trespass DVA that's best let me explain the reason why is because you broke some property in there that's under $500 in value so it's a misdem up I understand I understand that okay but you can't come over here and start breaking stuff because you can't find the things that you're looking for all right you're also being charged with with disorderly conduct okay I'll give I'll give it listen you're going to go to jail tonight okay but you'll be able to speak with the judge in the morning all right and don't post Dad we can get that for you no we'll get your dad's phone number okay okay what I got to go to jail for how long most likely it'll just be overnight in becausee you'll be able to talk to a judge in the morning cuz it's a week day okay you'll be able to post pond at that point Y going to post me on the Facebook you can take it to my grandma you want your phone to go to your grandma yeah please hold the jail for you no I don't want them to hold my phone at no jail she was charged with criminal trespass under the Family Violence act and disorderly conduct [Music]
