her no I wasn't making her responsible but when she put it on my mind that all someone could have took it home with them that that made me get get upset you know because I it made me think think in my mind okay now I feel like somebody stole my phone you know I just went all the way around this yeah cool said we just cuz I was just trying to get here figure out like how how did it become their responsibility no I didn't make it their respons that's how they it came out over the radio far as we was dispatched to it that you was make try to make it their responsibility that your phone was stolen cuz you got to argument with them in any kind of way I know how to do it no I'm to leave it with you I'm thinking like okay well if it's not in the truck it's not in this truck stop I mean it's not in this uh locker room then it's been stolen somebody just came in here and they just stole it and where was the last place did you have it in a locker room in a locker room there and I really don't want to handle it inside there that's why I came outside cuz I don't I'm not looking for a scener scene scenario that's right I just want to be able to try to get my phone man I got a load that's like 90 M from here that I'm trying to finish we can empathize a bit he's a truck driver probably miles away from home and yeah driving 90 Mi without your phone can be a real pain so I'm just trying to make sure what was done between the staff so the staff was one that call so it came out as a disturbance you see what I'm saying that was how the car came out originally as a disturbance so right now I'm going to go figure out talk to them real quick I was talking to that gentleman outside I guess what's the issue between you guys or anything going on the issue is is that he lost his property in the gym yes he was not using the lockers like he supposed to to lock up his property okay and he lost his cell phone cell phone has not been turned in here and he can't find it okay whenever he asks if I would call the police I told him I could not call the police on this phone to report the phone was stolen that was going to be something that he had to do he's going to have to get with somebody and report his some on his own okay he got angry about that and threatened us that he was going to act cool up in here but here's the thing people are getting their phone stolen every day losing it in a gym you're unfamiliar with because you weren't paying attention that's on you my friend taking it out on the gym staff though might just be the wrong first of all I I've tried to help him look for his phone I've checked the lost and found checked all the drawers up here cuz normally was stuck them in the dra somebody turns them in yes but for him to become violent after we've helped him with first phone and everything okay was unacceptable he doesn't even have club membership I can pull it up for you you say he does it no he doesn't pay the bill so technically when to re walked in whoever was here on overnight should have denied him entry okay cuz it says check and denied okay he's not even a member here it's okay he's a member somebody else all right so basically he say you say he wasn't using the lockers like he's supposed to so how how was he not using it did he not store it inside of it he just left he left I don't know what he did did with his phone okay um he left it apparently somewhere for somebody to pick up but it wasn't in a lot Locker we had lockers up here okay and we have lockers that you can bring your own lock in the locker room and lock your stuff up and we're not responsible for your property if you leave it somewhere okay so far since you did cuz like I tell I'll explain it to him um it came out as a disturbance so that that's why we coming and approaching right because we threaten violence up here so what would y'all like done here so right so tell he P this particular one or what go wherever he wants to but he can't come in this club anymore can't come in here so you trying to trespass you yeah trespassing once you threaten violence you're not Lo back in this club okay so the gym staff decides to trespass him rightfully so considering he doesn't even have an active membership he shouldn't have been allowed in the first place but here's the kicker his threats toward the gym staff who were just trying to help him find his phone probably played a big part in getting him to this point it's almost like he thought yelling at the people trying to assist him would magically turn things around spoiler alert it didn't phone was inside of the locker I left it unlocked for only like a few minutes to take a shower so if somebody went inside of the locker and stole it it's okay why while I was in the shower then it was stolen you know it's just as simple as that like I had I still got to get on the highway and I don't like to put stress on my brain while I'm on the highway that's perfectly understandable like said I just need you to yeah that's pretty much all I got to say I can't find the phone I was not yeah but you left like you also say to me now that you left your locker unattended for about 5 10 minutes while you till take shot right yeah not even that long probably like you know yeah 10 minutes at the most but not even that long like I was in the in a locker room and you know I had the phone going inside yeah because I did a little ab machine I was still listening in the music to the music that's fine you know like say what exactly is that you want me to say cuz I don't really know what can call over the phone they can provide you with that all you have to do is write it down I don't even know how to get to T-Mobile cuz I'm not from here I don't know I I mean I got a trucker GPS but I don't know the address to a T-Mobile I'm lost like right now because I don't got a phone I'm completely lost I understand that I SYM I empathize with you on that situation but in order for me to to move further I need those information now whether you can't get it today that's fine you can you can send it to us or call us and provide that at any day anytime you when you have it know that's going have to be at this very moment I'm just advising you how you need to move forward okay you get what I'm saying so like said you have stuff you have to do that's fine I just need you goad and write they they do want you trespass from you well I'm not a trespasser that's why I'm saying it it got to be a serious report here because this is I come to this gym I got a black car membership here and nobody can say that I'm trespassing when I'm complaining they're trespassing you from this location they can't say that I'm trespassing bother if I'm being a b then we need to go I need to follow at I get that okay so how is this report is this this report right now is a trespass are you making a report are you giving me a citation giv me a or something I am making a report far as for de for trespass now we I'm working two calls right now two calls for the service and I'm trying to do it peacefully and come to a resolution best I can got and like say so you aware same thing is that again that's something to the business owners that stated to us in the past they're not allowing truckers to sit at that property no longer they have a sign somewhere all it say is at the front I came I'm assuming they cannot call 911 from that phone unless from for your situation this is what I was stating so they not supposed to call the police if something is stolen what's again this is this
