I go back. I grabbed gloves. I'm like, "Hey, let's open the door." I said, "I need you to step out." I wanted to do this on my own. Right? She's a female just trying to teach her, treat her with respect. She can just stand on the side. I can do my thing. We're done. She starts grabbing her wallet, grabbing her stuff. I said, "Just leave your wallet." I I don't want to leave my phone. I said, "That's fine." I said, "Take your phone." I said, "You need to leave your wallet. I'm not giving you my wallet." I said, "Listen." I said, "Just give me your wallet and we'll be done. if I'm not giving you my it's my property. She starts shoving it in her pocket. So I said, "Give me your wallet or you going in handcuffs." She refused refused over and over again. So I grabbed the wallet, put it down. I said, "Put your hands behind your back cuz now I'm thinking she's going to be a flight risk." And that's why she just would not. But I mean, all these guys are watching and I was afraid to let her go and came up with one of the weapons not. So thank you for coming up. Anyway, she's under arrest for resist right now. And then I know that she has >> cameras here that would catch the entire thing when I get a ride. The only thing I did not check was this. >> She decides. I just want to make sure that these are your that you you are supposed to be in possession of these. >> The only thing that could be wrong is my license. I did nothing. You said I smoked. I didn't. >> Okay. >> So, I don't know. I'm having a bad day. I >> I just don't understand why we're here. >> Because of what just happened. You asked for my wallet and then you went to arrest me. That's why you accused me of smoking when I didn't smell my hand. >> You have roaches. Listen to me. I asked you if you had you outside my house. I sit outside my house. >> I will go to the We're going down to the jail. I will review the camera. >> Whatever. You said enough. You said enough. People like you make this world worse. Okay. Like damn. I got enough going on with my kids and you're driving while YOUR LICENSE IS STOP [ __ ] talking to me. >> You're smoking IN THE CAR? >> NO, I did not. I did not smoke in the car. You're telling me I did. That's all edible. >> I'm telling you where we're at. >> I did not smoke in the car. There's no smoke coming out the car. There's no smoke on my hand. >> You absolutely did smoke on your hand. No, I did not. There are roaches in the car. >> Well, you just just stop talking to me today. Ain't [ __ ] to talk about. >> AIN'T NOTHING TO TALK ABOUT. >> I'M trying to give you the benefit of you're being What benefit? You're making this worse for me. >> I don't know why we started fighting. Why did YOU HAVE >> YOU SAID I smoked when I did it. Smell my hands. There's no smoke coming out the car. That's dispensary. I'm a medical marijuana patient. >> I asked you to place your your hands behind your back. Did I not ask you? Why were you arresting me? What was the crime? >> I told you. >> What was the crime? >> The crime was I asked you. >> What was the You asking me crime? >> No. Leave me alone. >> Okay. >> I'm not going to entertain this any further. So, we're done. >> Well, she was DWLS. >> Huh? Yeah. >> All right. >> But it's it's not even that. She's smoking in the car. You can't even if you have a medical marijuana card, you cannot smoke marijuana in the car. She admitted to me she smoked in the car. She showed me the roaches she smoked in the car. It was going to be simple. She was going to get out of the car. She was going to stand by. I was going to do the search on my own. It was going to be done. But she decided to resist the entire time. So, here we are. >> The suspect's trip to the bank didn't end with a deposit, but with a highstake search of her belongings. When officers opened her purse, they discovered a loaded 9mm Ruger with the serial number intentionally scratched off. She claims she was only holding the weapon for an associate who managed to vanish in a waiting getaway car just as police arrived. But the law held her responsible for what was in her bag. She was taken into custody and hit with multiple charges, including uttering a forged instrument, carrying a concealed firearm, and possession of an altered firearm. She was booked into the county jail and is currently awaiting her day in court. As always, the individual is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. It's a chilling reminder that when you're looking for fast cash, the real cost might be your freedom.
