trying to get the hotel room on March 21st 2024 Law Enforcement Officers responded to a trespass complaint at a local hotel the manager reported disturbances involving guests on the second floor citing aggressive behavior and Loud arguments in the hallway do I can't bre I can't when the officers arrived they were met with resistance security staff attempted to address the situation but the guests continued their disruptive behavior the manager requested officers to remove the individuals explaining that their actions violated Hotel policies welcome in thanks hello did you guys he call yes what's going on my name is m I'm manager on the tonight I have uh people on second floor M and uh they are they were fighting in the hallway I think they seem intoxicated they were fighting as like fists or like just verbally and uh uh I asked them to lower their voice and could get inside of the room but they are they were really aggressive and I went with the security there they didn't stop and they still are complaining they are really loud on 228 so I'm going to ask them to leave the hotel and I want you guys do that okay okay 228 and 209 209 the guy on 209 looks intoxicated but he's alone and I see think he's not really nois he's noce when he's together with the people on 22 the officer spoke with the manager who mentioned that the guests had been staying since the previous day the manager clarified that their checkout was scheduled for the next morning but requested immediate eviction without refunds due to the repeated disturbances two girl two girls and one boy okay so you just want them trespassed you want them off property yes okay and um if they refuse to leave do you want to prosecute yes okay all right please how long do they have the RS for uh since yesterday until uh are they together I think tomorrow yes yes and uh they were kind of aggressive with me and we dis secured uh and and they check out tomorrow yes okay how does the refund work with the uh like with when they have like days or whatever on the room okay actually he's not have a days anymore he just hours because he they supposed to check out tomorrow at 11: okay but if they uh go against the policies of the hotel and they don't want to coorporate they're going to leave without the okay okay the officers confirmed the hotel's policy which allowed for such actions when guests disregarded rules or acted aggressively toward staff or other occupant um because I don't have a full day to ref on them gotcha okay all righty y all [Music] righty we got when the officers approached the guests they claimed to have just returned to the hotel and denied involvement in the reported incidents they stated they were unfairly accused of causing a disturbance and insisted they had complied with the rules did they explain to you what's going on it's that lady we came here L literally just came she already was on some on some type of time I don't know what type of time she was on we just came here she already arguing with somebody but we tried to explain to him but I guess cuz he work with us so he was not trying to trying to get what we was saying and we literally just walked in here from our Uber and everything right so you guys from yesterday right we been here since yesterday but as soon as we got here they arguing right now because what the lady said talking about we the problem whatever we literally just walked in here so that's just so sicking we paid and everything come here Che out tomorrow okay literally check out tomorrow but it was just so crazy because we literally just we we checked in yesterday we just came in they came in first before me so when I came in I just heard I was going on got to get a new key so it took a little minute so I get we outside we probably too loud they that's why I'm in other whatever policy they the officers explained the complaints and reminded them of the hotel's right to evict guests violating policies emphasizing that they needed to leave have on the thing you guys violated the policy so crazy before before no literally before we just literally just walked before they say anything I don't know what they call judges for we just walked in here cuz we just came from we just came we've been here since yesterday the lady that checked us in yesterday was not on no type of I don't know what type of so we just came in here just now the lady literally just walk upstairs with them and did the whole nine so when I come I'm like what's going on and she like I'm a part of it so she just call him the situation became tense as the guests accused the staff of unfair treatment with one alleging discriminatory Behavior they questioned the legitimacy of the eviction and demanded refunds for their stay and I'm trying to explain to him but he not trying to even even hear me out he trying to listen to the other lady cuz she worked with him so with the the way it work just came in here so I'm like what's going on she not trying to tell me nothing what's going on whatever the case be she a nobody was complaining so the way it works with the hotels whatever policy it was I guess they say y'all were smoking and L never we was we was not even even here we just came back just came back just came back here so how are we smoking was not even here you say they whatever watch the I'm not going to you would see a y'all trespassed um I know yall in in the room but they can't watch the cameras or nothing cuz we just came back here lit we just came back here just now it's not just the smoking I guess is the the back and forth and haven't been here all day the officers attempted to mediate explaining that refunds were not a matter they could address as the decision rested with the hotel management we open the room for good 10 minutes now we just literally when I Y come outside to smoke smoke and then like all right they let's get we don't know what's going on but that's what I'm saying like whatever arguments y'all had you know violating their policy or whatever sry to cut you up we don't have any say or you know what I'm saying are they going to give us back everything that we paid for they going to give us back a dep and everything they it's not their rules so you have to contact they're not willing to speak about it you have to contact card right now to cancel everything that we pay for right now now we're we P for right now could have been a shorter conversation some guests refused to comply as the officers encourage the individuals to gather their belongings and vacate the property they argued about the eviction process claimed they were being targeted unjustly and questioned the officer Authority yeah we just we just have to stand by just out get your get your the get individuals persisted in arguing you got at the end of the day to listen I trying to ask her name and everything you know what she just did just called her corporate no no beond that's why I just saw
