in late August 2023 at Willowwood Shopping Center in Lacrosse Wisconsin officers caught Dakota Richardson's slipping items into his pockets when confronted he bolted sparking a brief but intense Chase ignoring orders to stop Richardson was tackled arrested for obstruction and shoplifting and lashed out with curses and denials as tension spiked despite his protests he was secured for transport his
