On October 4th, 2023, a police officer noticed a vehicle driving erratically, exhibiting reckless behavior on the road. The driver, a female, eventually stopped her vehicle in the middle of an intersection. Eventually, after considerable effort and urging, she managed to present her driver's license. The officer requested the female driver to exit the vehicle due to the strong odor of alcohol on her breath. Once she got out of the car, the officer began collecting additional information, and then finally, the officer informed the female driver that they would conduct a few tests to assess her stability and level of intoxication.
