on July 20th 2024 in Florida law enforcement officers responded to a call from a golf course regarding a disorderly individual I'm just going to leave oh you actually don't have a choice we will be having a conversation okay well I'm going to show you my receipt I don't I don't need to see your receipt okay well I want to refund for my money because I they they return my my my things what is the problem being she was golfing on the golf course um that we got a call at about 12 about her out there just on the course going through guys' games being belligerent upon arrival security Personnel directed them to an intoxicated woman outside the clubhouse the woman expressed a desire to leave immediately stating she did not wish to engage in conversation with the officers we can talk about it ma'am cuz clearly you don't want to be here which is that's I'm okay with that honey don't do you think I would be here if I don't want to be here I that I don't know you I don't even know why you're here so that's where we are this is about of respecting are you a member here ma'am I'm going to show you I just want to know if you're a member they're trying to figure out if you're a member or not okay well that's the thing so they don't even like I'm about to call my mother and father and like I you are you're both they're everybody's disrespecting the of me and like that that's the thing okay well right now I'm going to ask you for your identification okay that's fine but but you know what I'm going to show you I'm going to show you I want a refund for my go ahead and show me your ID ma'am an officer informed her that a discussion was necessary under the circumstances in response she attempted to present a receipt and demanded a refund which the officer declined to review indicating that the receipt was not pertinent to the situation at hand you know what you can go off you you're done you're done no no stop stop stop n okay I'm sorry I'm sorry I I apologize no it's too late for apologize your okay I apologize stop ma'am stop do not fight ma'am listen do not fight stop fighting I'm not fighting do not resist okay right now you are under arrest and you're resisting stop listen ma'am listen you are resisting arrest right stop okay can you stop can you stop this is security staff reported that the woman had been on the golf course interfering with other players games and exhibiting belligerent behavior when questioned about her membership status at the club she evaded a direct response instead mentioning her intention to contact her parents and expressing feelings of being disrespected by those present stop can you stop he F right it's get down on the ground down yep is okay is this funny to is this funny too I'm not laughing my fingers hold is this funny too high got it wait is this funny too high beautiful wait is this funny too high wait you all right yeah absolutely so well it could have been a simple conversation just turned into you being handcuffed the officer requested her identification to proceed with the investigation initially she agreed to provide it but soon became confrontational refusing to comply with the officer's instructions I'm stand up yep you want to open his door okay okay s down I hope you real quick come on put your foot down stop kicking me put your foot down and stop kicking me all right can move anything you got it relax okay have a seat in there come on I have a seat back you ma'am listen back up in there this is not this is go backwards go backwards can you pull her back wait what come on as the officers attempted to detain her for further questioning she actively resisted leading to a physical altercation despite multiple commands to cease her resistance she continued to struggle necessitating the offer ERS to bring her to the ground to apply handcuffs securely what is going on relax relax [Music] relax went from zero to 100 real quick are you having her trust property after I think I shut up I'm glad you stay to watch it man she was on the course she was screwed up do me a favor can I can I get your name real quick and everything yeah Lieutenant for oh sweet do you have your [Applause] yeah uh yeah that's mine that's mine so what what did you see when she was out there when she was out there we were on another hole and she's you saw [ __ ] to somebody else about yard from during the process of escorting her to the patrol vehicle the woman exhibited further resistance including kicking at the officers she was informed that her non-compliant behavior had escalated the situation from a potential simple conversation to an arrest then we left her went around and then the other group that we were with were was on the same green putting she drove across she drove across the green they were literally putting and she just drives across it by herself and then she said she was coming back up here and that's the last time we seen her and that was probably hour and a half ago M [Music] okay go ahead and issue a trespass tour hey Britney you going to be trespass and read this book okay that's fine I don't care I would love that okay do you have Ida I do I promise I'm a good Britney I I know I'm a good one I'm a good one once secured in the patrol vehicle she questioned the reasons for her arrest and made several statements about contacting her parents displaying signs of emotional distress Britney with a I or Britney with a Y Britney with a y a and Y I don't even know what the I did I want she is trust fast she comes back on the property call us and uh she'll go to jail okay thank you all right guys thank you very much have a good day all right I have a female female on board are you arresting me is 5113 are you arresting me yes ma'am you are under arrest why um cuz you're going to have several charges well I don't know we told you you under arrest and you decided to kick and fight that's not true the officers proceeded to read her Miranda rights ensuring she was aware of her legal entitlements during the arrest process she was informed of the potential charges she faced which included disorderly intoxic a and resisting arrest without violence additionally during the encounter she made threats against the law enforcement officers which constituted a serious offense okay I think you got the the girl confused why why does does somebody have my property yes ma'am well you know what I need my property you'll get it when you get to the jail so nobody even told me what I was being arrested for so uh you're being arrested for probably one misdemeanor and one felony I'm I'm going to jump out of the car and then I'm going to get another FY huh door's locked you're not getting out of the vehicle okay you get if you try and get out of the vehicle I'll charge you with Escape too you going charge me with what Escape oh well is that is that why somebody wanted to make sure they got my property oh can we all go to my parents house I would love we can all we can we please go to my parents house cuz it's it's right here can we can we please like I I don't want like I can we please like I can we please like throughout the transport to the local detention facility the woman continued to make various requests including pleading to be taken home and expressing a desire to speak with her family ma listen up real quick all right okay thank you okay sir all right you have the right to remain silent anything you say can will be used against you in a court of law you have the right to talk to your lawyer and have him or her present with you while you are being questioned if you cannot afford to hire a lawyer won't be appointed to represent you before any questioning if you wish you can decide at any time to exercise these rights and not answer any questions or any statements do you understand each of these rights that I've just read to you that means that I've explained to you do you understand that means okay having these rights in mind do you wish to talk to me um can you can you tell me what that means I'm sorry it's all the way across what's up no I well I would like to move your foot back I would like to I would like to talk to my family or ma' move your foot back I don't want to go to jail like okay move your face I don't want to you already got mulge in it move all right the officers maintain professional conduct reiterating the procedures and the reasons for her detention is is there like a like are you going to arrest me can you just tell me now yeah uh can you call my parents no you can call them at the jail are we are we going to go no you're going to be going in a van what do you mean it's a conveyance van what do you mean what do you mean what do I mean well or can we just not go what can we just KN go no can I just give you some money and we can knock go cuz that's what your friend said you're going to give me money that's what your friend said no that's what that's what your friend said you're about to rack up another charge for bribing a law enforcement officer I didn't say that your friend said that I I saw him do the little money sign I I would never do that all right come on there you come on the quicker you get out of there the quicker you're going to be able to go home please take me home take me home I can't take you home how do I get home are my parents going to come here yeah your parents are going to come here oh please take me home we got her okay yep I'm so I will do you want I come just go this way I'll do it oh no fine no yes ma'am I you separ stand right there SE separate your feet separate your feet upon arrival at the jail she was processed accordingly facing charges of disorderly intoxication resisting arrest without violence and making threats
