on November 3rd 2023 officers were on routine Duty when they observed a recklessly speeding vehicle the driver could not maintain the lane prompting the officers to follow the car they eventually initiated a traffic stop and the driver pulled over and that's where the chaos began leading straight to a jail cell for the female driver let's see what happens next I'm sorry for coming out it's home where is she going she's going home the officers began asking both of them questions the man admitted he was her ex-boyfriend and that she was just leaving after a fight well nothing screams peaceful breakup like driving like a maniac and dragging the police into the mess 21 car Vantage Drive why are you following her now not F I'm going uh I'm going to Philadelphia you're going to Phil the fight but we both I supposed to go with the tire and go home and want to go to me to the gas station because I really that I have almost of gas and I have a daughter at home you have a daughter at 78 they had a fight she doesn't want to do anything about it um but you want to they had a fight at the home but they're in a dating relationship they're in a dating relationship he's apparently going to Philly with the orange car she passes him going 78 M hour in the other lane okay over like double yellow and everything over the double yell everything yeah all right so just H yeah just what do you want to do pull her out uh just walk her and see what you [Applause] think the officers talked among themselves trying to determine whether the woman was speeding like crazy because of a breakup or if there was another reason behind it honestly if breakups came with speeding tickets half the world would be walking instead of driving hey how are you I'm patrolman Smith FL what's going on this her car had low tire pressure and was running low on gas surprisingly she was still speeding that's one Fearless woman or just plain Reckless she didn't seem to care that she was putting herself in investigation if she could barely stand on two feet how was she supposed to balance on one yeah not happening all right listen you're going to be under arrest for DUI okay put your arms behind your it's in the pock it's in the front when the woman failed all the test miserably what was left except for taking her into custody officers arrested her but the surprising part was that she didn't resist or show any reaction her behavior was truly unbelievable how's it going sir I'm sorry to B you um um is there anything from the car that I can get for you I you have your phone your wallet I have no idea he took my bag I don't know what which one I had the B oh he hit the bag is in the car oh he took one bag but there was what do you what do you need my on the small bag like with my uh officer discussed some important points with her she looked confused maybe she wasn't accepting what had just happened to her did you say call Joe after that if he doesn't pick up should try call him again Joe's off man he's on vacation right he put in for don't call Joe and if Cory doesn't pick up after like five times then call LT back and say okay I'm going to head to the station okay 47 Route and Cooperative she did not act aggressively toward toward her which was commendable given her Condition it's surprising she didn't start giving them life [Applause] advice all right now I'm going to you wish if you agree to it and then uh we'll go from now right at the police station the officers remained professional and completed the necessary paperwork they read her Miranda rights and explained additional information to her finally they placed her inside the jail she was charged with operating Under the Influence reckless driving and speeding court records show that on February 7th 2024 the charges against Anastasia for drunk driving and speeding were dropped however she admitted to reckless driving because of this her license was suspended for 30 days and she was fine $240 so
