officers arrived at the scene they were met by a store employee who appeared visibly frustrated hi how's it going um oh you called uh so what's going on with them so the lady in the Afghan been coming in and out of here for hours I've been here since 6:00 a.m. she's just stealing she PID grunny of her beverages she stood here a few minutes before I C drank her drink made her coffee it walked out in her blanky I tried to stop her she just kept there and the other guy wheelchair with their pillow and blank the guy with the wheelchair left um um and the woman um we'll we'll go speak to her all right what's that you do you do want to trespass or okay after gathering information from the employee the officers approached the woman who was sitting outside near the store wrapped in a blanket they attempted to engage with her but she remained uncooperative when asked for her name she refused to respond hi sorry I didn't get your information what's your name do you have a name what's your responded to multiple 911 calls about a heavily intoxicated woman causing a scene on a bridge officer Kenny approached her trying to deescalate the situation but she remained uncooperative I'm officer Kenny I'm with the St Augustine okay I'm with the St Augustine Police Department I don't have a problem with you I don't know you I don't know your little boy here okay um but I am being fronted undocumented for no reason like your I'm sorry can you 10 N St Augustine is Hit or Miss whether or not you hit evil or you hit good as the officer tried to move her off the bridge the woman became more aggressive using profanity and refusing to comply she falsely accused the officer of cursing at her and despite his attempts to reason with her she continued to argue and threaten legal action so because of where we're at right now what I'm just asking is if you and I can just have an adult conversation I'm always up for adult conversation all right is I mean would you prefer to walk that way so I would prefer to have documentation of your copies of record okay of the complaints okay well I've gotten two phone calls so far okay I would love documentation okay well I can't provide that to the car right just took my baby from me she continued to resist physically fighting them kicking one officer in the head and even urinating on another officer C coming in C coming in you are losing
