Happ uh we got flagged down by a city
employee she was in the female restroom
for well over an hour the gentleman was
trying to clean it um he went in and
said hey I need to to do my job I need
to clean the restroom she started
cussing yelling screaming at him he
comes Flags us down calls us over as I'm
pulling up she's walking out the
gentleman says hey that's her
and she starts yelling and screaming so
I asked her for a form of identification
she continues to yell and scream she
states that she does not have to
identify did she provide you with
anything at that time she did eventually
after after I told her it was a wrestful
offense um she she finally gave me an ID
yelling screaming cussing there's T us
walking through so you're investigator
for trespassing after warning yes sir
because the the janitor wanted her to
leave correct she again yelling
screaming trying to to yell over me I
told her she didn't stop I was going to
arrest her for disorder conduct it just
pissed her off more I gave her
identification she walked about 15 ft
that way towards the end of the building
called 911 while officer arasco and I
were standing in front of her then then
she proceeded trying to walk back by us
yelling scream to cussing some more and
uh at that point I proceeded wa she
finally stopped right here I told her to
take her her backpack off and her jacket
MH asked her to step up against the wall
put her hands behind her back she
complied I put her in handcuffs and then
when I started trying to search her she
started yelling and screaming and
cussing again saying that I was touching
her inappropriately touching her
privates which I was not I didn't even
get a chance to search her yet okay um
then we have a female that's going to
come we I we don't have one working
today as soon as I started trying to Pat
her down to make sure she didn't have
anything on she kicked me like that and
she elbowed Rosco um she spun around I
tried to grab her she but she was
already in cut yes she she bit me on the
wrist um and we put took her to the
ground in control Manner and placed her
on her stomach um she was still did she
get injured no she she got some scrapes
on her on her right shoulder some minor
scrapes not even it didn't even break
the skin but she she broke the skin on
my wrist I have Sprites and cuts on me
as well that's when
heot should do is leave I know

okay Maya was charged with resisting
with violence two counts of battery
disturbing peace misuse of 911 and
another resisting charge without
violence court records indicate a judge
ordered the suspect to undergo testing
for HIV and hepatitis after allegedly
biting and breaking the skin of the
officer even though the case is more
than a year old the matter is still
awaiting adjudication the next court
date is fall of 2024 she is innocent
until proven guilty in a court of law
