A quiet evening at a local McDonald's was shattered when a trespasser decided to fight her way back inside the building after being told she wasn't welcome. The woman launched a physical assault pinning a manager against a door frame and eventually punching another employee who tried to intervene. Hey, come here. Come here. Get over here. I'm going to have to ask you to leave." "I was here yesterday. I'm allowed here. I'm allowed here. Blah, blah, blah." I was like, "Ma'am, I'm going to need you to leave." And I grabbed the door. I grabbed the door. She grabbed it and tried to open it. I tried to pull it closed. And with that, it kind of like she was pushing against it, so I was like pushing kind of on her, I guess. Okay. Like I was with the door. You know what I mean? So I could close it. And then she started hitting me in the head. So he pushed out, got outdoors, stepped in front. Um he took her to the side. I was able to close the door. I called the police. >> like this. I never never laid hands on her. I literally just used my body. No, this is from somebody else, but she did coldcock me, dude. So you see, I'm on the phone behind him through the door. The door is cracked. You can see it is cracked open. Yeah. I'm listening to what's going on. Um he's telling me to go get the key. And then struck the manager in the head multiple times and then a while that was going on another male You're coworker? I'm a I'm coworker, yes. Uh, coworker I work with her now. got in between them like pretty much putting his body in between the two so that the manager wouldn't get assaulted any more. And then she eventually goes outside and he's just standing outside in front of the door so she couldn't reenter. And then one of the I guess customers that come through at the in the the drive-thru started recording it and on recording you can see him standing in front of the door and her trying to continue to make entry. And she tries pulling on the door again, starts banging on the door. And he kind of just again gets in between the door and her and she just clocks him in the face. Are you willing to go down with us and sign charges on her? Absolutely. Absolutely. McDonald's said they'd back us up. Carmen said they'd So she's probably just going to get uh, at least one count of assault. Yeah, at least one count of assault. The suspect didn't make it far. Officers cornered her at a gas station across the street where she was quickly identified. While she claimed she was the one being assaulted, customer video footage told a very different story, clearly showing her throwing the first punch. She was hauled away in a transport wagon and hit with multiple charges, two counts of assault and criminal trespassing. She was booked into the county jail and is now facing the legal consequences of her actions.
