She claimed she wasn't stealing and blamed it all on needing to use the bathroom and needing customer service. What happened next illustrates the consequences of pushing one's luck too far. And you used the food stamp? Yeah. Okay. So, the thing is is that uh you had already passed all the points of sale before exiting the store. Do you understand that? I went to the bathroom. Um, you run her all her information and run her. You don't have an ID on you at all? No. Is your information going to come back or are you are you keeping that from me? No, it was going to come back with that date of birth. Yes. Okay. So, here's the thing. We're going to do a trespass and uh you can no longer shop here at at Target. Okay? You can't be on their property. That includes the parking lot. Okay? If you are on the property in the store, you will be arrested for criminal trespass. Okay. All right. So the things that you're telling us, we know how to return items. None of that makes sense for a reasonable person. I guess I I guess so because loading a backpack up of stuff that you're going to walk out with. You saw us looking at you over here as Lost Preventure was talking to us. I was like, "No, you didn't. Let's go get a receipt then real quick so we can make sure." Went back and that's why she's like, "Don't do this. Don't do this." Then she's a repeat offender. I'm a manager with Robertson's right here. I have both of them I've been at and I've stopped her before doing the same damn thing. She'll pay with her food stamps for the food items and push out $500 on other items. So, repeat offender. I already knew she wasn't recognized as soon as I walked out here. So, perfect. Stealing never works out and it definitely won't get you anywhere other than jail. The female suspect was transported to jail and charged with shoplifting and resisting arrest.
