I can't I can't I can't I can't I can't I can't on May 4th 2023 officer Perez of the St Cloud Police Department in Florida responded to a retail theft incident at Walmart a woman had been seen pretending to pay for items at self-checkout before passing all sales points as she tried to leave through the general merchandise entrance Walmart's asset Protection Officer stopped her and escorted her to their office I've done it tonight I was I'm sober I've been 15 days sober I shouldn't have done it I just I should that's fine you're going to keep your shoes off for now you're fine right now you're good yeah I just want to call I will toss you the cigarette don't throw it on the ground here I got your your bottle officer Perez arrived and instructed the woman to stand up and turn around she lied as he placed handcuffs on her asking her not to move the woman requested her medicine a hearing aid and a cigarette officer Perez assured her she could have a cigarette after the necessary procedures were completed and promised to look for her hearing aid how you doing she went to the register and she just like put B without stand up all right man do me a favor stand up for me stand up I need you to stand up here see the tablet put it down come on stand up and turn turn around put your hand behind your back they want they want a prute pressure charges that's what it is stay right you get a come can I get my other haing for please the woman delayed sitting in the patrol car saying she needed time to move officer Perez encouraged her to sit properly and Buckle in while she hesitated he remained patient assuring her she was fine and needed to breathe he searched for any additional items she might have but found none let me find it and then I'll I'll get it for you okay officer Perez lit it for her stating he wouldn't remove the handcuffs but would assist her she admitted she regretted her actions and declared she was sober expressing that she shouldn't have done it officer Perez reassured her asking her to relax watch your please don't do anything please don't take me with my daughter please fine just breathe just breathe okay I got to breath can I can I just caught her expressing frustration at her attempt to flee he told her the situation had worsened and questioned her reasoning for running she apologized repeatedly saying she was good and asking to pay for the items to end the matter all right man go ahead take that I will toss you the cigarette don't throw it on the ground here I got your your bottle I'll throw it in I don't think you're allowed to expressing regret and promising to change her behavior officer Perez reminded her that her actions carried consequences no I'm sorry I'm [Music] sorry I miss everything please how many OPP
