on July 26th 2023 two women were involved in an altercation that led to confusion about the unfolding events the officers were called to investigate the situation and both women provided their versions of the story which became difficult to piece together one of the women the first to speak with the officers explained that she had gone to pick up a friend who was allegedly going through a difficult time they were supposed to go lobstering but ended up at a country music event hosted by some of her friends having seat no this lady me okay her name is okay yes you guys got you might grab for me she has my wallet she has your wallet okay just have a seat right there we'll get C I don't know what the hell happened give was calls give us give us a second you're not in charge listen to the officer sorry H we got questions to ask and then we'll listen to you I drove down here um one of my good spear fishing buddies was like she's going through a hard time I didn't know what the [ __ ] she was going through and he was like bigger up take her like go have a good time tonight whatever the situation escalated when the woman woman became intoxicated which led to some tension the woman described how she later discovered her purse and belongings were missing including a wallet belonging to the other woman she explained how upon realizing her purse was missing she confronted the woman accused of taking her wallet and she's like my friend at a f on I'm like what what I'm not affiliated with SH face right so I'm like freaky so then we are bring out here my friends his friends are hosting a big country music deal like whenever I came down from mini season well I bring her down here and everybody's like who is this girl jeez go go go go go go go go go here is my friends calling me to go fishing um so anyways well she's just starts kind of back getting drunk and acting crazy and we come back here and I'm like everybody go backed I'm laying in bed and I left my purse right here and it's gone M all my shit's gone so is his wallet and I have my car out here she's like give me your wall she got her bag is sitting right here she takes her bag outside I'm like your whole bag is there I don't even have my car key my whole CSE is gone and it's everything and she's like get me my out of your car I'm like I can't get in my car I can't even go fishing like this is my life I fish for living like I don't deal with crazy she literally grabs her bag and comes at me and I fall against this chair and she just C clocks me and hits me right in the lip and like I got her in headlock like and he he's like get off right okay like I know so who who broke this up who broke the fight up she he kind of I guess you I let her go and she backed up again did your stuff back no not even his stuff and how come you didn't call the police I tried my phone I'll show you okay and I'll show you my phone where I try to call the situation further escalated when the woman allegedly approached her aggressively and hit her in the face at this point the woman who had been struck tried to defend herself which led to a brief struggle so you got so drunk that you got where the purse is no it was sitting right here on the bar okay where is it now could you doesn't have it I don't know you're accuse okay let me go back to what you were saying before you said she took s let me go back to what you were saying before you alleging that she took it she doesn't have your purse she's out there with her stuff not your stuff so your purse is not with her okay well then if it's not then I don't have a key disappear okay so so go on what happened after the five was bro broken over over here she called the cops I called the cops at the same time because she kept going and kept screaming and coming out he kept cing her back and I was like why did she throw the why did she smack you on the side of your face you said what C that she came across this whole Bay what's your middle name ma'am my middle name she came across this bed where were you when when that happened on the on the chair no just just to the side yeah okay what PR to that the fight because she was like I'm going toing freak out I'm going call the cops I said what are you going to call the cops about please do what are you going to call the cops about please do call the cops okay and then what happen there's nothing I'm not holding anything from you you have your whole bag everything that you have in my car is with you she brought things for one night from Marathon that's what I found out have have you seen her before no I don't even know like truly I I literally met her today you don't mind if I take a photograph of the side of your face sure cuz cuz you leg battery and I got to go talk to her as well and get her side of the story this guy right here what's his relationship to you he's a good friend from Texas okay was he present when this happen yes was he with you guys yeah he right admitted that her phone was in her purse which had disappeared she was visibly upset and questioned why she was accused of stealing the wallet just for that's really really really strange how is she screaming at me about getting into my car when she apparently had my keys' stay in here um they can't just go through my car to get her what the she wants I have a lot of expensive things in my car okay for the time being you're going I to watch okay she had nothing else in my car she had my okay we'll just confirm right now she's just claiming that she had shoes on she hid them at the bar in a plastic bag at at okay she bought socks at CVS and I walked all around with her to go buying socks and she hid her $5 flip-flops in a plastic bag from CVS at Ricks okay she does not have she are youing kidding me she called the cops are youing kidding me 512 in the morning are you and I'm supposed to be waking I she got pissed me because I was sleeping in the bed and I asked ready shut the up cuz I'm trying to sleep I have to wake up [Music] whose boots is she wearing her that's why she went to go buy socks cuz she was wearing flip-flops some $5 flip-flops you left your flipflops head over she has nothing in this fing house she is playing the [ __ ] out of y'all right now and y'all brought four people on the other hand the second woman explained her side of the story which also conflicts with the first woman's account she mentioned that she was simply trying to retrieve her belongings as she briefly stayed with the first woman she further clarified that her involvement in the situation had begun when the first woman became upset and began yelling at her for being too noisy it's really that simple I mean Life's a lot better with peace of mind and that's why I was like I was almost like the shoes but yeah kind to need some shoes for later a girl needs her shoes it wasn't even that is because she called the cops and I'm like you know what I feel like now I have to call the cops and I'm usually like a person like I said when did this happen hey 15 minutes ago they're inside um no when did the issue earlier what you you said she called the cop time did she call the cop same time as I did like right after I asked him to get her off me when when was this 10 minutes 10 minutes ago literally just happened matter of 15 20 minutes all of it okay all like I said all I try to do is restrain her she attacked me I asked him please just get her off me get my stuff like and who is she do you just matter um Instagram so I my the guy that I work for is a photographer she's an Instagram model and wanted content so she came in the house was like you want to come downtown down I'm like yeah why not I never get out where are you living my house is up I'm just here for Min season to help him work so you're with your this is my photographer s you're staying with your photographer yes sir I got you yes how long is this going to take to just get myself I'm so sorry to something like it was like yesterday but it was a long time ago and it's something that emotionally like impacted you the core well ever since then I'm like like my friends to be honest not not but they drink in Dr and I was like please like I will buy this like it's not worth it she's like it's one block I'm like you you know I got DUI and I literally said I had one shot but I was 98 lb and I blew like2 over so I went to DUI class and everyone in DUI class 90% said they were just going around the corner and they were and they got po but the guy some with the long way didn't the closest you are to your home so I said you know say like the second woman also denied involvement in the theft of the first woman's purse but the allegations of robbery persisted Ed as the officers continued questioning both women it became evident that the situation was chaotic with conflicting stories and confusion about the ownership of the items did she get her stuff back she has no uh it's in the car and my phone case is inside and whose car that's our car my phone case is inside I think my boots are in there you think it put are inside yes and my ID my ID is in there too thank you y don't have much on like no you caught us kind of in the middle of like a shft SW I know for a second I'm like Sheed you C us right in the middle of it too yeah this is what happens then when you said uh she grabs something sudden snatching that's what we call like when she took something from you we call that grabbing and sudden and snatching grabbing I'm sorry I was r or along those lines a bology second woman even claimed that she had been recording the first woman during the altercation providing video footage to support her claim of self-defense the officers took note of the video and continued their investigation I have nothing I'm officer Hernandez I'm going to be primary on this what happened tonight that we were called okay so what happened was um we came here hung out after to the bar and had a couple drinks all I asked was that I leave because she got very upset that we were a little noisy and I tried to quiet him down but obviously he's clearly intoxicated he went quiet down so she was yelling at me so I said okay can I please leave like I called my friend to pick me up I said please let me get my belongings out of the car and I was recording her because she was acting hostile and she would all I asked was please get the key so I can leave and she grabbed my phone I tried to grab it back she charged me I restrained her and and here we are all right show me the video that you said you were recording her hold on to this please yeah that's that's that's her I mean she's not on my phone but I've got a couple videos so here here yeah look through my stuff I don't care I have nothing to hide I will never Ste ma'am can you focus on what I'm asking you video video no he just wants to see the video so so this is her walking towards me as I'm talking all right let me let me look at it let me look at the video so you're recording her she telling you not the recorder she's putting her hand up okay all right I have enough for more battery okay they both be do down after reviewing the evidence the officers concluded that both women had been involved in a physical confrontation when the officers reviewed the situation they discovered that the first woman had allegedly charged the second woman and attempted to take her phone which was a significant part of the confrontation the officers also found evidence in the video footage that seemed to show both women engaging in physical contact with each other which they identified as battery okay hold on one second okay yeah she need stop there recording before I can actually turn around put your hands behind your back you're under arrest for battery no way stop stop relax please don't wait can you explain relax he's going to explain it in a second you're under battery please don't I listen you hit each other that's called battery in Florida officer I swear on the Bible I never hit her I saw I saw what happened in the video in uh in in I witness of what happened inside the house it when you show what happened Warrior double on okay what do you mean video in the house what do you mean video in the house that right there okay okay what I never hit her how is there video in the house did you show me yourself I I did not I never hear her she Char can please you're under arrest you can talk to a lawyer okay now the talking that you got to do from now one is to a lawyer next time think before you drink some much chelse I'm this this probable cause for arrest for both um I saw a video where she hits you you hit her but before this happened you try to snap you you actually go at her you are hold on I have a video where you actually charge at her and you snatch yourself from the way which is a crime in Florida that's a crime in Florida you can't do that turn around put your hands behind your back are you serious yeah we're done talking yes really no I'm 100% oh my God just don't move okay relax you're under arrest are you serious for battery hey don't start yell you have to help me like there's nothing he can do for you what the what did I she came at me no you came at her Miss I did not it's cleanly seen in the video based on the videos and witness testimony both women were arrested ultimately the officers decided to arrest both individuals based on the evidence and the physical altercation that had taken place do me a favor what am I getting arrested for uh we'll get to that in a moment ma'am just U oh my God where is she going to oh my God you have to help me I'll get you I'll get you got her you got I all right howy you got myself on but hey sir my my my my security card no but listen listen my soci security card is inside of that please do not let it fall out I put them back up here it is like literally inside of there my social security let's go and the second woman was arrested for battery and snatching as she had been seen taking the phone from the first woman both individuals were taken into custody and their legal processes were initiated
