here come here just just just stay seated please on July 19th 2023 at approximately 3:00 a.m. officers were dispatched to a local bar following a report of a highly intoxicated woman causing disturbances upon arrival they saw a woman apparently passed out outside a bar hello hello I I I brought my receipt out to show you that I did not over server I don't know what is this the one that was the problem yeah okay I figured I was hope I I was hoping then then I'd have two to deal with I was going to say I don't know what you like what should I be doing here like what should I I tried to help her out we tried to get her a ride I gave her a lot of water I gave her one drink I don't know what else to no no no it's it's fine you know about how old she is ma'am no I don't know anything about her okay ma'am can you hear me again I feel bad we really tried to help her we really really tried to help her okay and she started kicking she started spitting she started kicking and she started trying to break these windows from the outside okay I keep keep keep keep your pants on please please please ma'am keep your pants on please place what no heyy Jesus 19 19k you as the officers arrived they were met by the bartender who immediately began explaining the situation she told the officers that she provided the woman with water and drink in an attempt to sober her up and that the woman was kicking spitting and attempting to break windows from outside the bar before they arrived she tried offering her a ride home through Uber but her behavior became increasingly unmanageable her name is Stephanie okay can I get a 32 rolling this wave for a signal 4 female 20s guessing I have two of my friends in the bar right now though they're just staying with me okay ma'am I'm going to look in your purse for your ID okay do you know her no she's the bartender make a bag pissed herself we tried to find like for keys to her house and they're not they're not in there at all I didn't yeah we had it couple people trying to help her we were going to give her an Uber a couple of things and we I don't know how else to help her here okay but she had ID when she came in the bar though yeah sorry I don't know like she had her wallet she had everything that's the thing she paid I gave her her car back at she had one how long was she there for she came in at 2 2 last call is at 2:0 23 name what's your name you're okay you're all right this is the police she appeared to be in her 20s and was visibly intoxicated the officers attempted to communicate with her asking for her name and address but her responses were unclear at one point she identified herself as Stephanie but later referred to herself as Tori adding confusion to the situation her condition had deteriorated to the point that she had urinated on herself and could not coherently provide any identification or address we have an ambulance coming to evaluate you come here come here just just just stay seated please up every way you want to do I will the officers also searched her purse to find any identification or Clues to her res residents but were unable to locate her keys or any other useful items bartender confirmed that she had her wallet and identification when she entered the establishment but these were no longer in sight as the officers continued to question her the woman became increasingly we we we get all this done when they check your vitals and all that then we'll be able to get to that part okay so you got to just calm down and just take a deep breath you have to please let me go like okay please calm down first yeah I'll get get I to go through she refused medical assistance when officers informed her that an ambulance was being dispatched to evaluate her condition her refusal became more aggressive as she cursed at the officers and insisted that she did not need any medical help she then tried to walk away from the scene but the officers intervened explaining that they needed to ensure her Safety First don't hey things so much more difficult for every are serious serious we are serious yes we're dead serious do right now I have nothing to do with [Applause] it medical team attempted to evaluate the woman but she continued to resist any assistance she shouted at the officers and medical personnel refusing to allow them to check her Vital Signs her aggression
