Heat. Heat. [music] [music] Heat. Heat. [music] Heat. [music] [music] Heat. All right. Is that No. Is that any better? [snorts] I didn't have my uh mic settings correct. [laughter] Damn it. It was going so perfect. [laughter] No, for some reason it uh defaulted to the computer's mic, which isn't turned on right now. All right. Uh let's start over. Happy Friday, everybody. Uh we've got uh a few videos today. Um then I've got my stream tomorrow. Members only tomorrow after that. Tonight I'm going to be joining Katie Zed uh for Booze and Body Cam. K4 might be there. We don't know. Um, we're going to find out, I guess, right around showtime whether he's going to be there or not. He just, uh, his wife just had a new baby 2 days ago. So, congratulations, Kayfar, on kid number six, I think it is. [snorts] Um, but congratulations, Kfar. Uh, two-day old baby. I don't know how long it takes to get tired of hanging out with a newborn. I don't think you ever do. That's what my parents told me, at least. Uh but yeah, I'll be uh doing that at 8:00 p.m. Eastern tonight. And uh let's get started. I've got a couple throwbacks that I mixed in uh today. I was having trouble finding uh enough videos for today and I think I've got a couple already for tomorrow, but man, it's been slim pickings. I think adding that Wednesday show might have been a mistake, but who knows? We'll find out. Hopefully the YouTube gods will smile on me and after the stream there'll be a whole bunch of brand new videos that are fantastic and I can download all of those and be ready for the weekend. But we're going to start with a throwback from I think this came out maybe two or three years ago. A couple uh ladies down in Key West. They're Ukrainian and they apparently don't understand that you can't get drunk and then fight with the police and do whatever the hell you want. So let's get started with them. The sound does Malia uh if you join my discord there is a channel there uh for suggestions obviously These two guys. Okay. >> All right. Hey guys, let's go over here. Let's talk. Come on. >> All right. Let's go talk. Let's go talk. Come on. Come on, guys. >> Hello. >> Let's go talk. >> We're going to talk on the sidewalk. All right, let's go. >> All right, hold on. Who is this? Who? Who is this running? >> Who is this fighting? >> Yes. Need to see this guys. >> Funny you should ask that because they do bring it up. The year is 2023. Uh if you guys follow the news at all, they're having a little dispute with Russia right now. And in 2023, they were kind of at the height of it. ID. >> We need to see your ID and then you can go. We're trying to identify who you are. You didn't want to listen. So, now you go to jail. >> Doing this because >> I can take you to jail for for resisting. You don't want to identify yourself >> for what? >> Because we ask who you are. We asked for your identification. You don't want to provide identification. You want to leave. So, now you're going to use this girl. Everybody use this girl. Nobody in her. >> Okay. I can't understand what she's saying, but there's more captions. On December 19th, 2022, she allegedly punched a young woman in the face after a dispute at a bar. That's this lady. >> For what reason? >> Because they told you to leave and you didn't leave. >> For what? >> They don't have to have a reason. They told you to leave. >> Many people come. And that the people that work there >> and then when we try to identify who you are you said that you don't have to and you tried to walk away. So now you go here, but I tell him I can't take her uh me alone. >> You didn't leave when we when they told you to leave. >> Okay. And then we needed to identify you. So now you go to jail. It's that easy. >> But she's my friend. >> It's either It's neither here nor there. Okay. Up against the car. >> Up against the car. >> What reason? >> Because I'm going to take your purse off. >> I have no reason. I have no reason. I don't understand. >> I have no reason. >> Okay. leaning up against the car here. >> No, >> we're going to take your purse. >> You're going to jail. >> For what? Jail. I don't do you nothing bad. I don't do you nothing better. >> You kick the police officer. >> No. [applause and cheering] >> That's when you know you screwed up. When the entire place cheers because you got arrested. >> She's probably got drugs in there. That's why she was so adamant about her bag. >> Yep. This one's a real problem. >> Are you looking for somebody? >> I don't have it. I need to >> Stop. >> You're not pulling out. >> Look at him. Look at him. >> Stop. Good to see you again. >> Okay. I don't understand. >> I have no reason. >> No reason. >> I have no reason and I don't understand. Okay. >> You do whenever you want. I see that. >> Okay. All right. So far so good. Enjoy the quiet while it lasts. Even though I'm talking over the quiet because it it's about to get loud when they go back to the ladies. Uh let's see. I don't know why they muted this part. They're the owner telling them what happened. I don't remember it being this long. >> Well, they they were basically uh in here >> like they were from what I can gather like they were here with a whole bunch of post they just trying to help food. >> Okay. >> But they were like so intoxicated and they holding the line for the customers like they want to ban here but they just don't want to eat. >> Just keep going back and forth back and forth. That's why >> so they were basically disrupting others >> and there was something about name calling on the radio. They said that some they were like calling you guys names and >> they were calling us like dumb Americans and like >> I remember so basically just being disrupted. Yeah, I'm trying I'm trying to convince them they're holding up the line and like you can't be doing this and then for their safety alone too they're like >> well it sounds like they tried to finesse a couple guys into buying them pizza and the guys were like no we're not we're not paying for this and then they were holding up the line and that's what caused the whole thing >> falling over almost each other. >> Okay. And what was their deal like? What were they trying to get pizza or? >> A couple of like military guys first brought them in here to try and help them get pizza. >> Okay. >> Thank you, Darcy. >> They told me what they wanted to order and then the guy was like, I don't have money to like pay for all this, but he's like, are you going to lose paying for this? And nobody says nothing. I'm just standing there. I'm like, you leave >> and uh because people started coming in and then a couple seconds went by and they're just still standing there like they didn't hear me at all. And I'm like, I said it again. And then one of the other Jer came by and then I was like, J, these girls need to go >> and they're still >> Yeah. And then so from here they move to the mall. They trying to get we got them off. They don't want to leave. They're bothering the customers and there ladies, you really have to go because >> Okay. How are they bothering customers? Oh, the bar >> like they don't want to talk for it, but they've been all over them like they act like they working in a club. >> Okay. >> They're dancers. >> Okay. Okay. >> And some people that's in touch. >> Okay. Okay. I got you. >> So that's why I keep asking to leave and then like, >> oh, you're an idiot. You're American. >> Maybe an idiot, but you can't be here. >> Okay. >> No, you're not on the property. This must have an emergency because you can't really >> handle. No, no, you do the right thing. They were definitely hard to handle. >> Yeah. >> Um I'm going to need >> Huh. >> Hey, you don't want to get in more trouble than Yeah. >> Yeah. Now it's like >> Yeah. Can I have one of your ID just for the report? >> Yeah. >> Oh, let's see. Thank you. >> Mom, you want me to grab the hob? >> Hang on. Now, I'm going to open the door. If you try to kick me or try to punch me or do anything like that, I promise you, you're going to have a bad time. >> Thank you for the person. >> Go ahead and turn and face that way. >> And what happened? >> You're going to put the handcuffs back on. >> What happened? >> You're going to put handcuffs back on. Ma'am, if I have to for I don't want to force you to put the hiccups back on. >> Don't touch me. >> Here we go. >> Now starts the a little bit of a headphone warning. So, you might want to turn your volume down. [laughter] >> Yeah. Seriously, >> stop. >> Stop. >> Stop trying to punch me. >> You're not that late. >> [screaming] [screaming] >> Don't touch me. I'll be on with KTZ. Uh, it's KTZ ED is the name of her channel. Uh, maybe one of my mods can post the link to her channel. >> Okay. >> From there. >> It was um, it's a low EDC. >> Huh? >> Little car piece. >> Is it in Indiana or is it in Key West? >> You won't be able to find it. >> I promise you I will. I will tornado whatever room staying in. >> If you can find it, >> I'll give it to you. Okay. >> Right now, you're under arrest for uh, threats >> of what? >> Right now of threatening to blow up a base. No, I do not. >> No, we're done talking. We're done talking. >> That's a false charge. >> I never think about that place. >> This is my home. This is my home country. Why would I blow up my own country? >> Can we give you a consent? >> You don't need consent. You said there's C4 in the vehicle. No, I didn't. We're searching. >> No, I said if I had had C4. You got to get it right. Making up stuff. You got to know exactly what I said. >> Did you see if C4 is mentioned? >> I'm going ahead and I'm going to search. >> I didn't mention that until on the way out. She handed me my >> Okay. So on the way out, you did mention that handing me. Listen, can I explain something dude? >> She was handing me my ID back and before and I said I held up my hand. So before I take my ID back, if I had had C4 in my car when you guys let me in the gate and let me spin around, I could have driven all over the base and blown up anything I wanted. And thank thank you. >> Why the hell would you say that? So he he needed to turn around. So he went past the gate and they were keeping an eye on him. You know, you shouldn't have done that cuz if I had a bomb on me, I could have blown this place. What a [ __ ] idiot. >> And and I took my ID and left. I It was a security check. >> But you you you said that to the gate guard. >> You need to get down on writing. Exactly what I said. Do you have a pen and paper? >> I got a few on camera. >> Yeah, I will. I'll say it again. >> Okay. >> I came to visit the the naval base, hoping they allow guests in like they do down in Fort Campbell, Kentucky, and they don't. So I told the gatekeeper I'm a guest. I'm not a gatekeeper. Um so the key to mention I have a traumatic brain injury too, but just give me a second. If I can relax, I can remember it. Right. >> Take take your time. >> Okay. So I pulled up. I said I'm a I'm a visitor. I wanted to visit. My initial intention to go there was just to do a look and see kind of thing. Do I let guest command and tour >> and um and she said no. Uh she said and I said and then she said basically you're going to have to turn around and and get out. So I said okay. She said he's going to pull the orange um barricade out and then he's going to have you circle back around >> and leave. So as I'm going through the gate, I realize, man, I'm driving a 2,000lb car and they haven't even done a cavity search on my vehicle. They haven't run dogs. They haven't run sniffers. They haven't done the mirrors like you do on talking about >> they haven't even checked my trunk. They have no idea. I could have an AR-15 in here and they don't no one even knows. And I could have C4 in there. Nobody even knows cuz it's America. We don't have C4 in America, do we? You see what I'm saying? So I was like, dang. And all that was there to stop me was a one police officer and one armed guy, but I'm driving a 4,000 car. And I was like, dude, if I wanted to and I had bombs in here, I could just go through the guard through the guard on the right through the the police on the left. I could go hit a building and boom, they people. It's like this is a d this a risk. He has guarders on a risk. This is a threat. Um what do you call it? Um a security loophole. A loophole in security. Does that make any sense? A loophole in our defense in our gate system. No, you're making sense. >> Our policies have not been perfected to guard gates. Does that are the gates of the United States right here? I know. >> How the hell does he know what the military protocol is for letting people turn around or what the hell is he talking about? He's never been in the military. >> So, let me ask you a quick question. All right. Since you said that there's no C4 on board, right? Yeah. All right. >> I have no idea where >> Okay. So, so let me let me ask you this. All right. You mind if I go check your car? Yeah. Just to make sure. Search me. So, I get I I have consent to go search. All right. Great. >> You can search anything. You can search my houses in Indie. My apartment in I don't even know where an EC4 is. I had some guys offer to help me. They wanted me to help bake it. I'm like, what are we going to do with it? >> Uhhuh. You got to decide what what's the game plan here before we start building making an explosive, right? >> So, but I never did that. >> Okay. >> So, so what happened was I you're the detective on the case. >> I'm a detective. >> Okay. So, what happened was I drove in and as I and when he So, he pulled out the orange barricade and I'm looking I'm like there's one armed guard here and armed police, but there's a big gap in the middle and I'm on a all I have to do is go and so of course I'm not there to do that. Um, but so I turn around and do the and he directs me, you know, turn your car in and I took his orders and went back following every order, right? >> You got to follow the orders. I can't do anything. >> Right. And you and you were very respectful. You came and you you cooperated with me. >> So I turned around and then I was like as I was leaving the young gate girl and so I turned around and she and I was coming from the gate and she comes out to me and she hands me my ID and says, "Thanks. You know, here's your ID back." And they were letting me out. And then I but I thought now that I've spotted this opening, why don't I tell her it so that you guys can change practices and policies to make your border gates more secure from attack. So I dropped that little >> goofy. Hey, just if just want to let you know if I had had C4, I could have ran I could have got through you. There was a g there was a gap in your in your disregarded. I've done armed security. I'm a security specialist. I drove um I'm a I I ran a company called Petra Assurance and I drove flew drones >> and over and I watched I watched a Secret Service going in and out of buildings. >> Okay. >> So So I like I like do testing the gates and just making sure we're secure. If I walk around a school one day I walk around schools, I just make sure the school doors are locked. I'm not here to attack. I'm here to protect. And >> whoa. He goes to schools to check if they're locked or unlocked. Are the kids in in the classrooms? What the >> weaknesses in your defenses so you make it stronger here. >> Yeah. >> So I left and and and I said, you know, if I had had C4, I could have got through and g and I gave her the keep it up, sister. Good job. Love you. And I left. >> So that was all that. >> All right. >> So, you know, I saw something in the moment. Yeah. >> Probably just wanted to help. Didn't want to scare anybody, >> but I knew that might make a little bit of a ruckus. So, thanks for coming out. And Sorry to waste your time and gas. >> It's all good. It's what I get paid to do, right? >> Oh, great. What's your name? >> Mike. >> Um, are you hiring? >> I don't know if we are right now. >> You know, I applied to the CIA. They called me back. CIA told me, um, we want you. >> Um, I went through the first three months of interviewing with the C. I took the You took the ASVAB, right? >> I didn't. No, I never did. >> Oh, you're never military. >> I took I wasn't military. I just didn't have to take the ASVAB. >> I Why? How'd you get past that? >> The program that I went into. >> Okay. They gave me a 99 on the ASVAB. said, "You missed one question. You can do anything you want. Intelligence or special force." I said special forces. >> Mhm. >> Right. That's the way to go. Right. Intel. Yeah. [laughter] But you have to have good intel to have good special forces. And you got bad intel in some of your federal systems cuz I work for them and I've seen them. I know what fed records got on me and some other stuff. I had access to the LE BMG, >> um, you know, the license registration around the nation. We connected the two and we could track federal movement of vehicles. that access classification. But so I'm just here to help and I want to help make our I want to I want to work for the people, you know. I'm here to serve the United States as long as time for him. >> When the good master and king takes me out, I'll go where he tells me to go. >> I'm here to jack gates and look for, >> you know, to keep people safe, right? >> Yeah. >> Same thing I do. >> It's fun, isn't it, >> dude? Sometimes. >> What's the worst? I I love I hate guard dead property and money, but I love gardening people. love it. >> I have 142 IQ, 20 years in data intelligence. >> Um, I can get in physical shape. I I led a 100 guys. Um, >> he can get into physical shape. He just chooses not to. >> In officer training, I led 30 guys on a motorcycle. I'm a leader, dude. >> I'm not built to follow women. I'm built to lead guys. But I got to get back in shape for that. I'm intelligent. >> Ready? 1 2 17. All right. We are going to go to this vehicle over here. Get you some AC. Yeah. >> Yep. You're good. You're good. You're good. >> You know, the good news is that God came in the flesh of Jesus Christ. >> I believe that. Yeah. >> And he was crucified and died bearing all our sins and we crucified him. >> And on the third day, raised him from the dead and set him above every principality in power. >> Lord Jesus, thank you. Let's go take a seat. >> Whoever believes I'm almost done. Is that all right? >> I'm trying to get you some AC, man. >> Yeah. So, whoever believes and is baptized in the name of Jesus Christ will receive the gift of the spirit and be saved. But whoever does not believe this will be damned. That's the gospel you get to choose >> 100%. >> Thank you guys. >> That's why God has me here. I'm a preacher. >> I'm an evangelist preacher in the sons of God. Hold on. >> All right. >> Prison fellowship ministry. I had a dream about it and here we are >> going back to the jail house. >> No, >> there's people there that need me, you know, the gospel. They need hope. >> Yeah. So, I'm there to I'm going there to preach and I knew God was calling me to prison Fellowship Ministry. >> Oh, yeah. >> Sweat and everything. >> I hope I get all my gear back. It's in my apartment. What about all the gear in the apartment? >> We can go talk to Ibis. >> I room 512. >> 512. >> Yes. Thank you, guys. >> You got it. >> Wasn't me. >> And uh before you like write your statement. So, can you just tell me from the start like what happened? >> So, there does she have wrapped around her? >> We had just found an axis. >> That looks like a weapon. when you were on watch at Trumbo. You were the >> guard. Yes. I was a century and it happened at I believe 18 or 19 times. And I asked him for his ID, his access. He gave me his driver's license. So I figured he was on the access. And so I told him to stand by. I looked at he wasn't on there. I asked him, "Do you have military affiliation? Do you have access to the base?" He was like, "No, I'm just visiting." And I'm like, "Okay, well, I'm going to need you to stand by. I'm going to hold on to your license. I'm going to do a turnaround on you. wait till I give you the go and leave me on the other side. He was like, "Okay, no worries." And so yeah, I went to the other side, did the turnaround, and uh I gave him his thing. He was like, "So, you know that I could have had C4 and I could have blown his face up, but have a nice day." And he took off. >> Okay. So, yeah, basically, she's doing a turnaround procedure. He had no access to Trumbo. And he said, "If I had C4 in this vehicle, all these I could place." Yeah, he mentioned that to >> not down at Key West, but he mentioned that like Yeah. like trying to test the security measures at the page just so >> Yeah. And if you look at the history from yesterday, he also, if you see all that, um he was asking for uh Mat and all this other stuff. So, >> did we get all your information? >> Yeah. She's just going to write the statement. >> Do a quick statement. All right. We don't have to go crazy on it, but I pretty much got the gist of it. Um, from my body camera, >> guess when they're guarding the gate. >> So, get that done and then as soon as we're done with that, you guys can take off. I'm taking over the terroristic on the federal base. Um, >> yeah. >> The man was charged with threat to bomb, a secondderee felony. Officers found a 5-in diving knife, but no explosives in his vehicle. The case remains pending with no conviction or sentence recorded. >> All right. Well, if there was no sentence. Yeah, I I got a feeling that the judge probably ordered a a psychological exam and he was ordered to follow all the instructions of the psychiatrist. All right. Now, we got another guy who he's not quite right in the head. He was at T-Mobile trying to get a refund. They wouldn't give it to him uh because he was acting like a jackass. So, he called the police. >> Sir, what the heck? >> How you doing? >> What's going on? Good. Just got to let you know you're being recorded. What's going on? >> I'm also recording for my safety and I practiced space police. Oh yes. You know I'm recording a fraud cuz these guys has been stealing from me. Supposedly they've been applying a promotion and just been charging me this whole time and now I want my money back and supposedly oh I don't know what's been going on why they stopped applying it. Okay, they still been charging me and uh I called in August around the guy did the whole search up on the computer when I called also when I reported the fraud. They did the fraud investigation supposedly supposed to hear something back in 3 weeks. No, I didn't hear anything back. So, I'm coming here to them and explaining everything to me. Why is my charges going up and crazy and stuff stuff like that and and what's going on? And I want my money back because of it. And they're they're they're refusing to help me in a way where I can receive my money. They keep sending me to customer customer service. I have to call. I have to call. I have to call after call to call. They are customer service representatives. What are they here in this for in the store for? What are they doing? They're not providing customer service. Huh? They are in person people alive I could talk to. >> Okay. And I want my money back. This whole time they've been taking my money and I'm demanding it for you now. >> Okay. >> Please. >> So I I'm going to try to see if I can help you out. First thing I need to do is advise you that 911 is for emergencies, not for disputes over cell phone bills. All right. 911 is for life or death emergencies. All right. You understand that? You should have called the non- emergency number. >> No. No. That's why I called them and I asked for a contact for me to get in touch with to report a fraud that's been going on here. And they said, "Okay, give me a second." >> Okay. Okay. Let me go step inside. >> I don't know. I don't know. I didn't do my own investing who to call. So, it was at the moment. They threatened to call. I'm I'm just let I'm just letting you know 911 is for life threatening emergency. Okay. Not about a problem with your phone bill. >> Okay. Let me go and see. >> I'm sorry. They sent you. I'm sorry. They sent you to deal with this. This is not what I want. >> Okay. What's your What's your name so I can go? >> David Roberto. >> Okay. All right. Let me go see what I can get from them in there. See what I can do for you. Okay. >> What's going on, man? >> I just got to let you know my body warn camera's on. >> I just clocked in. I don't know. >> You just clocked in? Does anybody know what's going on here? >> Let me grab one of my videos. >> Okay, perfect. >> Yeah, get it straight. >> Good. Just got to let you know my body camera is on and recording. >> Okay. >> What What's going on? I don't understand. >> Um, he came in. He came in was he was inquiring about like his bill being >> too high. >> Too high or something like that. Then he wants a credit >> for many months before then. So, um, we gave him a solution. And I told him like, "Hey, we what we can do is set up a new service so he could get the discount." >> But requesting about refunds, >> Michael, >> you can't refund a whole year. Like, >> right, >> should we should have we should have went to your bill and checked that whatever. But we didn't say that to him. We said it in a nice way like, hey, you know, >> but he started disturbing the business. He started yelling customers here, >> you know. It was very >> But what was he was he saying anything? Right. >> He was just yelling. He was just yelling and starting my money. >> Yeah. Exactly. Okay. >> So, I told him he needs to be out because he's disturbing the business. And then um >> he ratted himself out just by saying, "I want to call the police." And I was like, "I think you should." So, they go toward. >> So, you guys went in and trespassed? >> You don't want him to come back to this location? >> Yeah. >> For a for a year? >> No, just just for I mean, we can't do that for a year, but like we could do >> You can do it for a year. >> Just for the day. You just don't want him back. And >> Okay. >> I don't think he's going to get calm enough to go to another location today. >> Locked into a contract. probably just tell I mean I can't stop him from going to a different location >> cuz obviously I can't >> you guys are his phone provider >> his phone provider maybe act differently over there maybe a better calm way but not not here today. >> Okay. Just spoke with them. I guess they they kind of confirmed that you're not happy with your bill. They said that they would I guess start a new account for you so you can get the discounted rate but that they can >> Sorry to pause. Uh this is uh just Lily. This is a voo drag x. >> Cannot refund you. >> They cannot refund the stolen money. Huh. >> So they're not going to be able to help you with that right now. >> Stolen. >> They also they don't want they also don't want >> they were happy to take him that that personally. >> No, it is it's T-Mobile's connected. It's not your person, but all police force is connected. Right. >> Right. Right. >> I guess through a computer system, but >> I have no control over >> T-Mobile is in charge. What are you saying, officer? You can't help me. You can't help me. You won't help me. >> You are to help us, right? This this >> Not a problem. >> Don't you guys take an oath. >> Yeah, I'm trying to help you. >> I know you're trying, but you're not. >> So, I went in there and I talked to them. >> They said right now they don't want you back in the store today because I guess you were in there causing a scene, >> screaming and yelling. >> Demanding my money. Stolen money. >> Okay. >> They have every right >> to not to steal my money. >> I'm not saying that. I'm saying they have every right to request that you leave the store today. I don't care about stepping foot into the store ever again. I just want my money. >> Get in your car and go away. >> They're not gonna be able to help you with that. >> Be able to help me is what you're saying. >> I Where can I have your ID so I can see where you live? Maybe I can help. If you do you live in Southfield? >> Got to call customer service. >> You live in Southfield, >> sir? I am. What kind of question is this? My my whole my whole initial call was for them to help me retrieve the story. So if you want to make a if you want to make a fraud report >> and that's what initially what for. Why did they send you out here for then? >> They didn't they sent me out here because you called 911 >> initially to get me in contact with somebody who I could file fraud with. It's recorded. Your lines are recorded. Go back in here and please sir please. You're refusing to help me. What are you saying? >> Do you live in Southfield? >> What does that have to do with my with fraud? >> You have my my full name. You have my full name, sir. >> You have my full name. >> In fraud cases, you report the fraud where you reside, >> which is why I'm asking >> for your address. >> Why don't you just if you're not happy with how >> you're my supervisor is on his way out. >> You can speak with my supervisor. He's on his way out. >> Sir, >> have a good one. >> Ask for that. Why can't you just reside at? Why do you have to ask for my full everything, >> sir? Please. >> My supervisor's on his way. Oh, you can. >> Please. I have to go through another pause stage. This is This is round three of you guys. Stop. I just want my stolen money. Come on. You're not trying to I'm not just saying I could start a new plan. What? What happened with the stolen money with that? Sir, are you sure? Are you sure? You might be. You heard it, guys. >> [laughter] >> You heard it. You heard it. He's one of those. >> He's a guy who he was going to help me treat my soul with money. >> He's losing his mind. >> You sure you got yourself? >> Huh? >> I don't even know what you're talking about, bro. >> Exactly. You don't even know what you're talking about >> cuz talking nonsense. >> Find out who you are. >> Okay. >> Stop being a pawn. >> Can we help you with anything else? Do you want to report the call? >> Help me retrieve my stolen money. >> They cannot initial call. You want to help me with something else so much? Help me regime my stolen money. Yeah. Look down. Don't Yeah. Come on. You're supposed to be on the right side of the force. >> Okay. >> Yeah. Okay. >> Yeah. Get in tune with yourself. Stop being a palm. >> Get in tune with yourself. >> You are. Okay. >> All you watching, are you watching? This is real. >> Negative force and positive forces in this world. I think what happened was he signed a contract and then a few months later he's saying, "Wait a minute. Why is my bill so high?" You signed a contract. You didn't read the fine print. And now he's claiming that it was stolen. No, you signed a contract. >> Christ. >> Yo, brother. What happened in 1926? >> No clue. >> You don't know. You're quiet now, huh? >> Cuz honestly, everything I say is wrong for man. We're just local civilians. What if this ever happened to you? Arizona >> because of how you're answering my question or not. >> What did you say? >> Yeah, you can talk to him. He's >> because you asked for extra information. Why? You could have just told me, oh, you know, you at the location you reside on. >> Okay. >> Why do you have to ask where I live and everything like that for ID? >> If I just told you my full government, but you think I'm lying? >> No. >> Why? >> He hasn't filed a report. more do you have to ask for my ID to ask for a simple question to say yo I'm trying to file a file for court case I bought initially >> you can talk to him >> can't handle the situation >> man take care >> so this doesn't seem like it's going to resolve itself you guys sure you just want to do for the day >> what you said >> he's he's like not leaving till he gets his money >> that kind of he keeps claiming he's not leaving here until he gets his money I know you guys aren't have no no way of doing it at all. And I'm not saying you need to do that. >> There are other stores. So maybe it's your corporate policy. >> Yeah. >> I'm not saying you should do it, but I don't know what is going on here. Does he was he threatening anybody or he was just >> screaming, yelling? >> Screaming and yelling. >> That's it. And you can only get trespassing for a day or not requesting not comes back for the day. >> Right. Cuz he didn't he didn't he didn't use any foul languages or >> any threatening or anything of that nature, but he was yelling and wasn't being cooperative. >> Yeah, some people just I don't know. I don't I don't know. >> You're stupid. >> You know, I don't know the dude personally, so I can't >> if maybe there's something wrong. Maybe he's might >> he's off. I don't I don't know. >> But I know I wasn't making the situation better out there, so I figured I'd come in here. So there's no swearing, no threats. If I do no trespassing, that means that if he does trespass, then >> then he'd be arrested. >> If he comes back to this store, >> he would be arrested. >> Yeah. No trespassing. >> All right. So, you want to do 6 months? >> 6 months. >> 6 months. >> I'll let them know. >> Okay. >> For this promotion, did it have a certain time frame or was it supposed to be like, let's say, was it like a 3 month promotion? Was it a six month? >> They told me in the store, nothing on the phone, nothing in the store. This is your home internet promotion. Your promotion will always be applied to each bill cycle. I get my discounts. Yes, they you ask them. No, they don't. >> Do you happen to have a copy of the promotion on your phone? >> They have all my information on that. The guy in the pink shirt searched it up. He even searched up where I called to file for that investigation. The online customer helped me file the online investigation. 3 weeks I was supposed to wait. 3 4 months, 5 months later, what? Where's my money? Right. so happy to take my money out the account where I'm demanding my money today. Customer service representatives who I could speak to in person do not want to help me. >> What's going on now? They're offering me another home internet >> so I could smile about my day and go home. You think you think No. >> My question for you though, okay, why would they give you money? That's why that's why I'm >> because they've been siphoning it out my account every bill cycleing >> not applying it to me but still taking it out. That's why the whole file investigation is being applied and everything. The guy searched it up. He has the information on the computer. I was sitting right in front of him speaking to him about it or he's speaking it back to me. I said, "Oh, they told me 3 months that I had to wait." He searched it up and said 3 weeks. Yeah. Yeah. Hey, I'm on Tik Tok. Yeah. Yeah, you're not. Keep recording. >> Oh, he's on Tik Tok. >> I'm also recording. I'm I'm telling you it's real. I'm telling you it's real. >> He's got dozens of followers. >> Internet. Oh, you they're not giving you the whole internet. >> Yo, bro. >> You are not listening. I'm speaking to you. >> Yeah. You know what's going on. I want my money. So, here. This is my thing, though. I I haven't seen the promotion. Okay. I don't know what the >> Go in there, please, and look for Look with your own eyes. >> I will in a second. Okay. >> With me, please. I don't want to be >> I just like like I said you >> some promotions. They they do run promotions. Okay. >> Yes. Cuz when they told me he was going to continue on >> seen it with his own eyes >> and told me straight to my face about it. I don't know why they disconnected it. H >> this information that's in there. >> I'm not even >> All right. Go in there with them and and talk to them. Open the door. >> Open the door and talk to them. I want my money. You just wasting my time. I want my money. Fraud investigation. Oh man, I was screaming too much. My voice just gave out. All right, cool, bro. Dumb investigation situation because I did call and I told him, "Who can I get in contact with to report this fraud investigation or situation that I'm currently in? You could go back. Every line is recorded. Go back and hear it." And he said, "My brother out here dumb ass." >> Who have you been talking to? You told me I had to speak to him now. And you you you're not following along. So >> Okay. Well, I just got up to speed by inside. >> Oh, >> so who did you speak to online on the phone originally? The corporate office, >> brother. >> Yeah. >> What does that have to do with me retrieving my stolen money that I called you guys for and explaining the situation to you guys? >> So, here we go. They're not going to be able to give you that money back for a year. He says that you had this for a year. It was supposed to be $20 off. Um, >> so they stole my money for a year. Could keep going. >> Again, that's T-Mobile. So, they're not going to be able to give you money. >> They won't be able to give me money for a year because I had to deal with corporate, right? But their customer service representatives, >> humans that I can speak to in life person. They want me to go speak to cellular online people to get information to give me more of a runaround. And I'm telling now, I want money to date and they're not trying to help me. They're saying they can't do nothing. >> Where your account? Where did you open your account? It doesn't matter. Well, not funny, but I've actually seen a couple videos where they show like the traffic cams of a driver going full speed down the highway the wrong direction and they go head-on into somebody and of course they survive. They have a few scratches on them and whoever's in the other car totally wiped out. It's like specs. Thank you very much for the jewels. I appreciate it. >> Yeah, >> you could check me. >> No, I asked him if he want to um I was asking him to turn off my lights. Okay, >> just my my squad lights. All right. You realize you hit a barrel? All right, it's going to look like this. Okay, this is the starting position that you're supposed to be in. >> I got it. I got it. I got it. I got it. I got it. >> After your nice step, take a small series of steps. Turn around. One, two, three. Again, I took three. You're going to take nine. Okay. Do you have any questions for me at all, ma'am? >> No. Sorry. >> Okay. Whenever you're ready, you may begin. No, no. Well, since she didn't hit anybody and everyone's totally fine, nobody's injured, we can we can chuckle a little bit about how drunk she is. You want you want me know? Angela's PBT result was a.375, which was nearly five times over the legal limit. During an inventory of the Dodge Journey, deputies found a container with a beverage inside that had a strong odor of alcohol. >> A construction worker stopped and told deputies he had nearly been struck by Angela. The worker said he had been driving northbound near Hampton Avenue in the median distress lane with his vehicle's strobe lights activated. He said Angela was traveling directly toward him in the wrong direction. Traffic management center video later showed Angela traveling the wrong way at multiple locations along US 4145. Investigators determined she passed approximately 22 vehicles while traveling against traffic. Angela was ultimately cited for driving the wrong way on a divided highway and reckless driving that endangered safety in a work area. She was also issued an OWI citation and taken into custody on a felony charge of secondderee recklessly endangering safety. Angela refused a blood test after being arrested. A judge approved a search warrant and Angela was taken to the hospital for illegal blood draw. She was given a $5,000 cash bond. This case is still open. >> No, don't do this to me. Officers located an open bottle of New Amsterdam Redberry in front of the driver's seat and requested that Jason submit to a blood test as part of the OWI investigation. Jason agreed, although reports do not indicate what his blood alcohol content was. Jason was then transported to jail where he was charged with fleeing and eluding, resisting and obstructing police, operating while intoxicated, and having an open container in a vehicle. 3 days later, Jason was arraigned and given a personal bond, meaning he could be released without posting any money upfront. Jason later accepted a plea deal for fleeing and eluding and operating while intoxicated and was sentenced to two years of probation. Thanks for watching.
