This man was exercising his First Amendment rights on federal property, but when police demanded his ID, he asked one question they couldn't answer. What crime did he commit? >> Who are you? There is a poster 7 in here that allows me to do what I'm doing. Not only that, DHS memo came out that says um photographs on all federal property inside and outside in publicly accessible areas is lawful activity. >> Yes, sir. >> And I'm here exercising my right to the First Amendment. >> Do you have any ID on you, sir? They do want you to trespass on the location. You started a peace disturbance. You started a day or or racial business. That is a time sucking law. That's called breach of peace. I'm asking to verify your part you're saying that they're lying about what you call a disturbance.
