This man exposes an officer detaining him over protected free speech and threatening ID without a crime. I flipped them off. He pulls his truck behind me. And now he says I'm detained. Can I get your supervisor? I'm the top cop working right now. So what's the problem? What's there to investigate? I can ask for driver's license or take you for disorderly identity if you don't want to pull it over. You have a kid here. We're not trying to do all that. But You know for a fact that charge will not stick. This is contempt of cop right now. It's not contempt of cop. Reasonable suspicion is a lower standard. It is lower standard. So I have reasonable suspicion to investigate this right now. You agree with that, right? No, I don't. Rights don't disappear because an officer feels disrespected.
