Watch how this officer completely lost his composure after a woman fled and called 911 because he tried to stop her while wearing a dirty t-shirt and driving an unmarked looking vehicle. >> You need to settle down, okay? >> You were doing 80 miles an hour coming up highway 15. You ran your stop sign right down here. >> I was scared. You're not in a police car. >> That is a police vehicle. >> You're not in a uniform. How do I know that? >> Don't holler at me, ma'am. >> You are yelling at me. >> Don't holler at her. Give me my ID. >> Just back up. >> You're in my town now. >> Get in the back of that when I tell you to. >> No, I'm not going to. Don't start. >> Back up. >> Just go over there. I'll go to >> No, don't you tell me what to do. >> Do you know what jurisdiction you're in right now? >> Yes, I know. >> So, back up. >> matter. I come into this jurisdiction with my lights on chasing her. >> That does not look like a police vehicle. >> care what you think. >> understand me? Back up. >> The most that's going to happen is he's going to write her a citation. Under no circumstances is anything else going to happen. I promise. >> He will go to jail before you will. >> And what he's wearing and the vehicle, I thought I wouldn't believe he was either. >> I wouldn't either. I told him I'd have left, too. >> She's out of control. You just need to go on down the road. >> Yeah, you're free to stick around and make sure you don't follow her.
