Heat. Heat. [music] [music] >> [music] [music] >> Heat. Heat. Hello. Happy Thursday. I hope everyone's having a great week so far. Had a couple days off, got some things done around the house, and now I'm ready to start streaming again. Uh, I've got the vertical stream on again. Um, if you're on the vertical stream and you don't want to be, I pinned it the uh the link to the full screen version. So, you have your options. Or you can go to my channel homepage and both streams are up. I labeled the vertical one. Uh, let's see. Before we get started, somebody while my intro is playing thought that I could fix the lady on the thumbnail. Mm- No, I can't. Nope. Way above my pay grade. Not even going to go near that. Uh, let's see. What do I have today? I have a lady who is really drunk and swears that the police stole her ID and she argues and argues and argues for about 30 minutes. She finally gets arrested because she won't shut the hell up. I got a lady who pees in a bedroom. Uh, she just dropped her pants right in front of the cops and took a leak right in her bedroom. I don't know. That's what some people want to do. I got some cheaters. Um, I've got a drunk lady who completely flips out with the EMS uh crew. Uh, there's a headphone warning on that one, but I'll I'll let you know when that's coming up. Uh, and then I've got the lady from the thumbnail who was passed out behind the wheel of her car and swore, "No, no, no, she's fine. She's going to walk home." No, she's not going to walk home. So, uh, let's see. Oh, I believe it's her parents house, but I'm not sure. I I only halfway pay attention when I watch the videos the first time. So, I try to pay more attention the second time when we're all watching them together. So, let's start off with this lady. I believe it's in Key West. Uh it was giving me a kind of a Key West vibe. So, I didn't hear a rooster in the background. Or maybe I did. I don't remember. But let's get started with her. On July 2nd, 2026, officers responded to a verbal disturbance after a woman called 911, claiming her boyfriend was being mean to her. When they arrived, they found the caller visibly intoxicated and struggling to explain why she'd called. >> So, because like he's being mean to me, like why would I go in there? Like I'd rather get on a plane. >> So you're you're calling us because you made me >> Yeah. So like get my clothes and like let me go on a plane. >> Yeah. I guess I should get better about doing that. Uh not giving so much away, but I don't give the whole thing away. >> Or like tell him to stop being like that's I don't know what else to say. I like I want to cry right now. >> How is he being mean to you? >> Like he's like being mean. Like I know I'm throwing my phone, but like he has me drunk and like he's being mean and like I just want to go in there >> or I want to go on a plane. Like just put me on Delta. Put me back where I belong. >> Where do you live at? >> Like Pennsylvania. Like it's just not cool. Like he's being mean to me. >> Okay. >> And there's no reason for it. Like I rather go in Pennsylvania or go to jail cell or something. Like, >> so he's being mean to you, but like how? >> Like, he's like being rude, like like grabbing me and [ __ ] and telling me that like, "No, you're not going to do this." >> Uh, Shane, I did pin the link to the fullsize or you can go to my channel homepage and I've got the other one. >> No, you're not going to do that. He's grabbing me. Like, I have bruises all over me from him. Like, I don't want to do it. Like, I got bruises down here from him. Like, I don't want to do it. Like, I'm going to >> All right. >> And he thinks he lives down here and it's okay. I didn't smell it. >> What was your What were you uh What was he so upset about? What are you upset about? >> Because he's upset because I talked to a 23y old guy. I'm 40 years old, man. >> Like I'm not even like he's 53. I'm 40 years old. >> It's not even like that. And he thinks because he lives for he works on a naval base that he's okay. And maybe he is. And I don't even care. But like, just get me out of here no matter what. Like, [laughter] I don't care if you charge me. Like, can you put me over in this car? >> No. No. Just sit tight. Just sit tight. >> Just Just >> Yeah, I think everyone in this uh stream. >> Like, I don't even want to be around him. Like, if you have to put me in a car, put me in car. >> Were [laughter] you Were you Have y'all been here all night? Are you somewhere else or >> I've been here for two weeks? I don't want to go home. >> Okay. [gasps and laughter] Where were you at previously? Did you just get here? >> Pennsylvania. >> No, like in Key West. Where were you at? >> We have good timing. I don't know. >> Here. >> Okay. Didn't you get in an Uber or something like that? >> I got an Uber with him. He met me at the airport. >> It depends on your taste. >> He met you at the airport. Okay. What about tonight? You weren't in an Uber tonight? >> I was in an Uber with him >> tonight. >> Okay. Where'd y'all come from? >> Um downtown, I guess. I don't know what he calls downtown. I don't know where I am. I just want to go home, mister. >> Okay. >> I don't care where he go. >> I mean, I doubt you can get a >> like I want to go home. >> So, here's the situation. >> Like, I can I can I can buy a plane ticket home. Just let me go home. >> So, here's the thing, right? >> Right now, you're very I'm not calling. It's not illegal to be drunk. Okay? I'm not saying you're wrong. Can you just listen? >> I am. I'm 100%. And he's the one. >> That's fine. That's not against the law. But right now, even if you went to the airport or whatever, they're not going to let you get on a plane with that. >> Can you please take us? >> So, would you like to do you have money to get a hotel? >> Sorry to pause, but not anymore, Tammy. I've decided to change my schedule. It's Thursday through Monday at 2 p.m. Uh, the only time I might overlap with him is the members only, which would be Tuesdays at 8:00 p.m. Eastern. So, he might be finishing up his show when I start the members only >> or something >> and we can take you there. I can't. >> If you can get a hotel, we can take you there. As long as you're >> I can't hold on. Let me Let me call somebody. >> Just wait until we figure out what's going on here. >> Can I call somebody? I call somebody and I can call anyone at a hotel like tonight. I don't want to be with this man. >> They're going to figure out. They're going to ask him what's going on and then we're going to try to handle. >> I'm sure they will. And he's a Navy said that he's so [ __ ] Don't let him that Navy thing. Don't let him fool you. He has my cigarettes and everything. I don't even have cigarettes. >> Took me a while. I figured out Kings mental go. And he has he has Maro specials. >> I will sit in that airport until I get a flight to home. It's going to be less than 24 hours. I guarantee you I will get a flight. You really think the best thing is 24 hours. I promise less 24 hours. I'm not going to talk. I'm not talking over you. Okay. >> And you don't have to, but I promise you. >> Okay. I'm done talking. >> I promise you. >> You got to switch over to the other stream. There's uh you'd have to go to the channel homepage and click the one that does not say vertical. >> Talk to me. >> It's two different streams. >> Put me in jail. Do something with me. Don't put me in there. >> Well, if we if you go to jail, you have to have a reason to go to jail. Don't put me in there. >> Please don't put me in there. >> Okay. You just said take you there. >> Put you in where? >> Please don't put me in there. >> You got a place to go? >> No. I I don't want to be in there. >> Okay, I understand that. But >> put me in jail. I don't care. >> I've been trying to explain this. There's no crime here. What I can do is help you grab gather your stuff. >> All right. So that you can find a place tonight. >> Okay. >> Please. Can you please? >> Yeah. Can Can I walk with you? >> Yeah, I'm having stuff out and that way you can grab all your stuff. Wait right here. >> Can you So I don't I want to be that do anything. again. I'm really rusty. >> Can I pick up my phone? Do you mind? Can I pick up my phone? >> That's fine. You made it. Awesome. Shane, >> hey, Judy. >> Yeah, he's on alcohol, too. He's had to call back at him. He's just >> Yeah, they're trying to avoid the paperwork. >> Who are you calling? >> Um I'm calling Bill. >> Who? >> He's from Pennsylvania. Bill, >> why are you calling Bill? >> So he can fly me back home. >> Okay. >> Is that okay? >> I don't think she is. >> Okay. >> Well, we're going to get this handled and then you can do whatever. >> Can you fly me back home, please? I'm with cops right now. Please fly me back home. >> Hey, weapons. Good to see you again. I am drive I'm driving on the highway. I heard I heard you're talking to the cops. >> Yeah. So, >> no more. >> Okay. >> I'm going to get in the hotel tonight, but I need an ID. >> So, you need you call 911 to help you find your ID that we gave >> um because she says it's in here and I believe that he has it. >> I gave it back to you. >> I believe you. >> Check your Adam and Eve. >> Yeah. She ended up getting out the next day after putting up a $5,000 bond. The state prosecutors did go ahead and officially file both of those misdemeanor charges against her, but she never showed up for her arraignment. So, a judge issued a bench warrant for her arrest. [music] And as of right now, that warrant is still active. As for the missing ID card, the body cam footage from inside the residence wasn't part of what got released. So, there's no way to independently confirm what actually happened. But according to the arrest report, the officer believed the card had already been handed back during the first encounter and later went to check the body cam footage to verify. >> Oh, well, that was the end of that. So, she's got a warrant. She's on the run. She Well, she said she was going back to Pennsylvania, so they could scour Pennsylvania, try and find her. But, uh, hopefully we'll see her again. Maybe she'll go back down to Key West sometime later this year and get arrested again. Now, we got a lady who, uh, this one kind of made me sad. She took all her stuff and left. >> Okay. >> She didn't have her phone or her purse. >> Well, I don't have it either. >> I take You mind if I take? >> Go ahead. I ain't got nothing to hide. >> So, talk to us. What happened? >> She started getting physical with me. I just asked her to leave. It happens every time we go out of town. I've paid $10,000 to come on vacation. >> Hold up. >> I'm just >> If they get into a fight, the the first time they should have broken up. What's the matter with this guy? I just I just don't want her I don't want phys I don't want anything physical. I just ask her to leave. >> So, what happened tonight? Like not what happened in Miami last week or two months ago. What happened tonight? >> We came back. I mean, I wasn't really being intimidated. >> I did not want to answer her cuz some dude calls her phone. >> She tried to hide her phone. She has her phone. And the dude, she answered it. She's like, "You can answer it." I swiped left. He's like, "Oh, you remember when you topped me off last night?" >> And I was like, "Can you please leave? Can you please leave? >> I'm not paying $300 for this room for you to be out there when I came home early and somebody over here calling to the best of us. Top me off." You know what top me off means? >> No. That means you just got >> So >> yeah, so she hooked up with another guy while she was on vacation with her boyfriend. It's got blood on her. >> He's a fool for staying. >> $300. I'm not trying to got blood in the back. >> She's available. >> Yeah, it's probably from her smacking me and her nail broke and it probably busted all over my ear. >> I I got nothing on except for all her bruises. >> I got one right here too from last week. >> Yeah. We're just talking about tonight what happened. >> Yeah. No, no. I'm just I'm just trying to spoil it, but so the argument sued over >> her and she topped them off. Were you guys not together last year? We were. And then we separated. I came back to I came back to the room cuz I was a little too drunk. >> When she gets back, she's trying to get all on me. And I was like, you know, you smell like cologne. Somebody calls her. It's another dude. He's like, she said, "Answer, answer." I was like, "Hey, what's up, bro?" He's like, "What's up, bro?" >> He's like, "Your girl was just topping me off in the in the car." I was like, "All right, get out, please. Just get out, please." So, getting all educated guess. There's nothing wrong. I don't have her phone. And so, um, that happened tonight. So, she she got home smelling like cologne. Uh, >> no, but she didn't get home smelling like cologne. Like, I didn't care about the cologne. She's at the club. She's out like on the wall street. >> I don't fully believe either. >> What's in your bag? Is that your backpack? >> Yeah, that's my bag. >> What's in your backpack? >> All my clothes. >> All your clothes? >> Yeah. >> You mind if I look in there? Just see if you got >> Yeah, you you search everything. >> So, you guys are from Texas, Robert? >> Yes, sir. >> I'm not drunk. I wish I was smell You smell like you got alcohol on your body. >> No, no, we've been drinking. But I drink a lot. >> You seem very intoxicated. >> You just had two drinks. Two shots. >> That's what I'm saying. >> She likes to drink. >> Yeah, she's more. >> Buy me shot. Buy me shot. Buy me shot. Dude, we've been here for 5 days. I was spend $8,000. I'm like, I'm stressed out about money. >> What happened when you found out? So that guy called, right? Well, I think this is Key West and I' I've noticed the last couple of weeks when I watch a video from Key West, they all the officers there seem to be getting really impatient on in the videos. I don't know what it is. >> I just asked her to leave. She starts slapping the shadow. I'm not talking to anybody. I'm not talking You talk to your ex. You talked You had your ex in the car the other day. >> I'm like, that's the other day we're over here in in Key West. Like, forget about dropping it. I want her to stay here, but I can't have her stay here. I'll get her another room right down right here down the hallway cuz I feel bad. But I'm not going to put up with that [ __ ] Like another dude call >> and she just sort of >> Yeah, it's always like that. [ __ ] Look at her hands. Her nails are so long. I didn't peel them off. She's over here getting so aggressive. >> Am I getting kicked out the hotel? >> We're trying to find everything. >> That's not up to us. >> God damn. [clears throat] >> That's not up to us. That's up to the hotel. So, so bottom line that and I kind of heard you too, right? Um, so somebody called her phone, you answered the phone. It was another dude. >> She's literally on top of me. She's like riding me. Somebody called her phone. >> What do you mean she's riding you? >> She's We're having >> Okay. It's 3:00 in the morning, >> right? And then some Why? Okay. While that is happening, while I said, "Answer it." She said, "We'll answer it right now." He's like, "You remember when you gave me top in the car?" I was like, "Melissa, get out. Please get out. Just get out." She starts packing all of her stuff in a hurry. Probably trying to go meet him. Go ahead. Go meet him. I got my own room. I don't know where homeboy staying. That's where she's probably going. I'm telling you. I will get her a room. >> How did her How did her phone end up like this? >> Probably. She's throwing it. She I thought it was in her damn car. Okay. >> I mean, in her uh suitcase. >> It was over there. But she said her phone wasn't like this. >> Look at my phone. Where's my phone? >> Yeah. Yeah, there somewhere. >> Find my phone. >> Almost all tourists getting arrested. >> Both of them look trying to set me up. >> Your phone look like it's messed up. >> Trying to set me up. >> It's not. >> No. >> Can you take a picture with it? >> Yeah. What? >> You can? >> Yeah. >> Take a picture of it. Take a picture of your feet. >> He smashed. >> I remember a few in a drive in a driveway. >> He was on his right knee. I don't know. I was like, >> "What?" Whatever. >> Yeah. >> Left, left, right. >> So, and then I saw it got shattered. This isn't the first time he shattered a phone. And then he took it to the um the uh desk where the f or the TV is at and he and he smashed it on there. >> Okay. And um >> and then I said, "Where is it?" >> What kind of phone? Okay. Like iPhone. Okay. >> 4:00 in the morning. Okay. So, were there any kind of push in shoving going on? Oh, no. Yeah. I got slapped. >> And you can hear the rooster in the background. >> You got slapped a couple times. >> I might have a tooth missing. >> So, there was shoving going on between both of y'all. >> No. >> Shoving, slapping, whatever. >> Between both. Now you're making assumptions. It was between her. I'm asking I'm telling you it was between me and her. She was pushing. I'm sure I've seen it. >> What you're saying is your side of the story. All right. I am not there. Three sides of the story. There's hers, mine, and the truth. >> There's no cameras in here. >> So you're not telling me the truth. >> I am telling the truth. Why would I lie? >> You just said, >> officer, it's an old saying. >> There's three sides of the story. Yours, hers, and the truth. >> Exactly. So >> So you not telling me the truth? >> I am telling you the truth. How long did you plan on staying here? >> Um, until Sunday. >> Mrs. Jarhead, how you doing? >> But you told me that I was on the reservation and I'm not. But luckily, I met these nice people. >> I watch like 20 videos a day. I I can't remember specific video. >> Leave to other rooms. >> Yeah. >> I just told you I just told I just told you look at my phone. You think I would bust my phone up like that? >> I have no idea. >> Okay. So, you're you're coming at me for a busted up fun. He's like, "I got I got a busted up phone, too. Where's my phone?" >> I have no idea. Your phone's over there. I put it back where it was. Thank you. But I can't even show my phone. Okay. How do I know that wasn't like that before? >> I don't know. I'm not going to tell you yes or no. >> Okay. But like for somebody that knew that your phone couldn't take pictures if it was busted up going crazy. All right. I I tried to record her going crazy. I couldn't record going around on the on the damn uh floor right here. So, is this person Is this your boyfriend? Is this a hookup? What? Hey, Duke. >> Boyfriend. Good to see you. How long you guys been together? >> Like two two years. >> Two years. Okay. Do you know he's come down here before? >> You're going to fix him. >> Have you been down here? >> Yes. >> Have you been down here with them before? >> No. >> Do you know that he's been before? >> No. What? >> No. >> No. >> Causing issues in hotels fighting? >> No. Okay. Just a question. >> No. Never. >> Um earlier this year. >> You're doing too much. >> How long you guys got the room for? >> I'm supposed to have it till Sunday. >> Okay. >> I am. I I I understand it. I I I get that. >> I mean, if she can calm down, I know you're not going to let her back in the room, but if she can calm down, I'll get her another room. I do not care about that. Like, >> okay, this guy's an idiot. She He just found out that she was cheating. She slept with another guy the night before. Oh, I'll pay for a hotel room for her so she can stay somewhere else. Why? >> Relax and vacation. Just >> But this is what's going to happen. All right. Do me a favor. Turn around. Put your hands behind your back. Cuff on them. >> You like the mullet, don't you? [laughter] >> What do I do? >> Both of you are going to jail for bad. >> All right. Because one, your sword is one. Her sword is another another side. There's obviously >> there's blood or whatever. All right. >> It's my blood. It's living for me. >> Okay. But the thing is she pushed her. You're saying she slapped her. I don't know what's the truth. All right. In Florida, domestic violence, we don't play around with that. All right. We don't play around with that. So, what's going to happen is both of y'all are going to go to jail. >> He's from Texas. >> All right. Cuz we don't know who to believe. >> So, when we don't know who what the truth is, both of y'all go. >> Can Can I get my phone though? >> Yeah, you get your phone. And I guess she's going to go into the room with these people right here. >> She going to go into their room. >> His story kind of lines if that's true. >> Kind of seeing this as a >> It's still domestic. >> Two years. >> Yeah. Simp fits though. >> Yeah. >> How long you think I'll be in here? Day two? I'm not sure, sir. >> Take both of them. Put your arms behind your back. >> Why? >> He's probably cheating, too. That might be why he's staying. >> Why am I being arrested? >> This is your phone and this is your purse, right? >> They explain that in just a second why they're arresting both of them. >> What? >> And I kind of agree. >> What? >> Ma'am, both of you both of y'all. All right. He's saying you hit him. >> I didn't hit him. >> Okay. Listen. He's got some marks on his face. You got some marks on your body. All right. In Florida, we don't mess around when it comes to domestic violence. You guys are both in a relationship, boyfriend and girlfriend. All right? We don't know who's telling the truth. Okay? But we do what we do know for a fact is there was some kind of altercation. All right? There's a push, shoving, slap, whatever. I get it. I understand it. But at the end of the day, we do not play around with domestic violence. So both of y'all are going to jail. You guys are going to go to to arraignment in the morning and you guys are going to sit in front of a judge and the judge is going to decide. All right. So this is what's going to happen. Your suitcase and this bag is going to go back up in a room 12:04. All right. You guys got the room to Sunday. >> Correct. >> Your purse and your phone is going to go with you to the jail. >> Okay. >> Both the man and the woman were charged with battery. The case is still pending. you would. [laughter] All right. Next, we have a DUI, and I don't want to spoil it, so I won't I won't tell you anything about it, but uh she's kind of pathetic. I can't really hear you, Shelby. I'm >> sorry. >> Okay. >> She sort of explains it. I think >> I'm a failure. >> Okay. Well, I don't think that you're a failure. I'm sorry that you feel that way. >> She's so sad. >> Okay. >> I promise I'm not drunk. I'm just so close. >> Yeah. I suspect that this isn't the first time she's had a few too many. I think that's why she's having such a tough time at home. >> That like it's coming across like a loser. >> I don't think that you're a loser. I'm just trying to figure out where are you coming from? Obviously, you're trying to get home. I know that. But did you stop anywhere? Oh, okay. Where are your friends from? >> Shelby, do you know your ABCs? >> I don't care. >> Okay. >> All I know is [laughter] Okay. >> Do you know your ABCs? I don't care. >> I'm like disgusted with myself right now. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Pull over my cup on my birthday. >> Will you do me a favor? Just hang out for just a minute. Okay. I'm so sad. >> Okay, I'm sorry that you're sad. We'll try and make sure that we can get this taken care of. Okay. >> I don't think I've done anything. >> Okay. Well, I'll tell you what. So, the reason that we're out with you is a you were stopped in the middle of the road. Okay. >> Because I was getting texts. >> Okay. Um, she's getting sorry that you're receiving those texts. Okay. And then I'll tell you another thing, too. Somebody was concerned about the way that you were driving. >> Oh. >> Do you think is that a valid concern? Obviously. I mean, I stopped right behind you and you stopped in the road, but >> would never. >> What kind of text? >> Something tells me though that about 5 minutes before she got pulled or maybe 5 seconds before she got pulled over, she was probably jamming out to music, having a great time, and then when she got pulled over, all of a sudden, the tears come out. >> I love my children so much. I would never do anything to >> Shelby. Do you know how to count on your fingers? >> She might. >> Okay. She might. >> You count on your fingers. I'm not going to ask you again. >> Okay. I'm being polite. I'm concerned for your safety. Please step out of the car. >> Calm down. Get a hold of yourself. >> That's right. >> Oh, stop crying. I am giving you a ton of grace. Okay, you have to >> you have to understand you just put the car in reverse and I don't know how long it was going to take you to stop it. >> Okay, I understand that you're emotional, but I need you to step out of the car. >> Don't do this, sweetie. >> Okay, >> it's done, ma'am. >> Step out of the car. I was at the hospital. >> You don't need to apologize to me. Okay. You are not in trouble. >> No, I don't think I'm in trouble. >> You keep saying I don't want to be in trouble. I I was at the hospital. >> Okay. So, you were at the hospital today and they kicked you out. Were you being rude to them? Cuz I have a strong feeling that might have been it. >> Um, no. >> Yeah. >> Then why did they kick you out? >> Because they told me that I can't live at the hospital. >> Okay. How are you getting back to Boca Rat? >> You can't live at a hospital. >> I don't have a place to homeless. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> How are you homeless? >> You want to take me? >> I can't hear you. Well, >> and I asked you what and you didn't want to repeat. So, what did you say? >> Yeah. And I'm not being judgmental asking, you know, how does that happen? A young woman ending up homeless. I I'm curious. I just really I don't see how it happens. Of course, I'm kind of naive with that kind of stuff. >> Cars are going by. I can't hear you. I just pulled up. I went to the hospital today. >> Okay. >> And they told me that I cannot live in a hospital. >> Yeah. You can't live at a hospital. I >> I'm Okay. >> I seem arguing. >> Oh, yeah. And the way you were found, you were in actual actual physical poss control of your vehicle. So, I'm asking you, do you want to do the exercises with me? Yes or no? >> I don't know what that means. I really got to use bathroom. >> Not right now. Not right now. >> Give me a second. So, are you going to participate in the exercise? >> I I highly do. Well, I I can't I can't sit here all day waiting for you to make the decision. Okay. So, it's either do the exercises or not do the exercises.
