[music] [music] Heat. Heat. [music] >> [music] >> Hello. Hello everybody. Happy Saturday. I'm looking down. All right, the mic's working today. [laughter] Not going to do that two days in a row. Start off on mute. All right. Good to see everybody. Hope you had a good Friday night. I had a lot of fun with uh Katie Zed and Kayfar on Booze and Body Cam last night. We stayed up a little little later than I normally do, but it's okay. I slept in a little bit to this morning. Uh let's see. I've got I've actually got a couple that we played last night, but uh I figure most of you weren't there, so [snorts] you probably didn't see them. Um they're fun videos, so they're worth watching again. And what else do I have? Oh, and I've got another uh a long DUI with this woman is just so insufferable or woman. She's a little girl. I think she was in her early 20s, so technically a woman, but I'm almost 50, so anyone in their 20s, they're kids to me. Uh, then I got a couple other ones. I have a uh she said she's a a famous casting director. I didn't recognize her. I have no idea who she is, but she's famous. Everybody knows her except for everyone in the world. Uh, she got caught shoplifting at Walmart. Uh, let's see. I think that's pretty much it. uh members uh at 4:30 today, 4:30 Eastern. I've got the members only set up. Um probably have about 15 maybe 20 minutes in between the stream and the members only. So, if you're not a member, you got plenty of time. Yeah, maybe you can wait till halfway through the stream to decide if you're new to the channel whether you want to be a member or not. If you like it, then you can join us for the members only after this. Let's get started with a drunk driver um in sort of my neck of the woods. She's in uh North Metro Atlanta. I I know exactly where this is. I It took me a little while to orient myself when I was watching the video because they've done a bunch of construction since I drove through there the last time. But here we go. >> On September 8th, 2024, Chambley police officers responded to a report of a female asleep behind the wheel and blocking an exit at a local plaza in Chamble, Georgia. By the time the officer arrived, bystanders had already woken her up and she was ready to leave. I have three passc >> I'm I'm okay about my door on you. >> One second. Excuse me. >> No, I'm fine. We're your sister. >> No, no bad to you. I'm trying to make sure you get home safe. Tina, I'm okay. I'm over here in a second. Okay. Okay. >> Step out. >> Step out. >> Step out the car. >> You can talk to me correct. >> Yeah, I guess. >> Yeah. No. Talk to me correct though. No. Just come over here and talk crazy. Like for what? Like what reason? Look at my record. Like what the [ __ ] you talking to me crazy? >> Like be on your way real quick, man. Probably act crazy. >> You're not going to act crazy. >> How you know I'm not going to act crazy? If I If I want to sit in jail tonight, I'm going to sit in jail tonight. It's not on you. So if I want to be stupid tonight, I'm be stupid tonight. >> No. Exactly. So don't make me act like that. >> No. Why would you be be accordingly? Look at my car. Look where the [ __ ] I'm in right now. Look at my record. Look me up. So why you got to act like this? Just search me and do what the [ __ ] you need. Like just do what they need to do. Do what you need to do. What you need to do? >> I'm ask question. >> This what you guys asked for. >> It's exactly what you asked for. >> This is No, it's exactly what you ask for. Hey, >> my name is Jessica. Jessica. >> Yeah. Jessica, what's up? >> Where you coming from? >> I've never heard of Mod Pizza. >> Where you coming from? >> Pretty much. >> You going to answer my questions? >> Yes or no? Jessica, I'm giving you a chance to speak to you. >> What's going on? My I have everything in the car. I'm fine. Don't text me. Do whatever you need to do. I'm okay. I woke up in my car. That's what it was. You >> were asleep. >> Yeah, I was I was sleep because I went to work. I work overnight. I'm a bartender. I sleep. Yeah. I'm not going to say anything else because you don't like cooperating. >> Like that cooperating. >> You want to speak to this officer? >> Yeah, that's that's absolutely fine. Thank you. >> Good morning. Good morning. Yes, ma'am. What's going on? >> So, you know why we're here? >> Yeah. What happened? >> I was sleeping and you woke me up and my sister, he spoke to my sister. My sister said, "Hey, yeah, she did an event. She was sleeping and now you sitting here. I just was worried about this girl that was sleeping in her car." That was it. So why is he making a big deal about it? I don't understand. There's a way to talk to people about it. I was sleeping in my car. That was it. My sister called me after she spoke to him said, "Hey, they making a big deal about you sleeping in your car." Okay. Okay. That's >> okay. It's not that she was sleeping in her car. Look where her car is parked. She's pointed in the entrance of the the little shopping center here. Passed out at a quarter to 8 in the morning. It >> it has nothing to do with just sleeping in the car. >> Well, the thing is cuz you're in the entrance way. And so typically when we run into people like that, not saying you are, but typically you run into people like that, they're under the influence. So that's probably why he kind of came out the way he did. I'm not sure how he came off, but I apologize if it offended you. Um, but that's typically why we kind of make contact with people, make sure they're okay, make sure there's no medical attention needed, make sure you know you get home safely, cuz that's the biggest thing here. Um, your sister drives this truck, the black truck. >> No. >> Where's your your sister's here? >> Is she able to drive? >> I don't feel far at all. >> Is she able to drive? Oh yeah. You have your license on you by your head? >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Okay. >> Brandy, that was Booze and Body Cam. I was a guest on Katie's head and Kayfar. They do a show every Wednesday and Friday night at 8:00 p.m. Eastern. >> Yeah. Correct. >> Yes. >> Give me one second. Okay. >> So, who called? >> I did. >> What did you >> She was passed out parked right there with the car running and she went up to her to see if she could wake up and she was, you know, okay. And she did wake up and she was able to talk to us. I don't, you know, we were concerned that maybe she wouldn't be in a condition to drive. >> Hey, Mark. >> She said she lived close. Her ID says she lives in Cobb County. So, we just didn't want her driving all the way like this. >> She was She was fine. She was calm. She was, you know, we were trying to get her help. She called her sister. Her sister's coming to get her. Like, she wasn't doing anything wrong. She was just passed out like this. Our concern was it was like a medical thing. Like, we thought something had happened. So, we just hopped out to check on her and then she um woke up and just seemed not, you know, >> I've got my kids in the car. They're probably terrified right now. So, I don't think we can stay. >> Okay. >> Um >> this is how she >> So, she drove up there with her kids in the car probably to do some shopping or something and then see some lady passed out with the engine running. So, I'm assuming there's some kind of nightclub or a bar in this shopping center. She probably left at like 3:00 or 4 in the morning and passed out for hours before anyone noticed. >> When she laid her head back or her head slumped over. >> No, no, no. She was laid back. The seat was laid back. She was like, >> you observe that too, right? >> Yeah. >> Okay. You're good to go if you need to go. I'm with her. >> Oh, I'm sorry. One ID just as a witness. I mean, you don't have to write anything. >> I don't mind. >> I saw her. If you guys want to >> Oh, you saw fine. You can just had the phone. I'm not going to call. >> Have a good day. Thank you so much for calling. >> So, one of my employees pulled in over here and then came and got me. So, I came over here to see um if she was okay. >> Were you here first or were they here? >> We got here all red. Same time. >> Yep. >> Her head was >> Yeah. She was going back in the seat. Um she got out and she knocked on the window. She did not wake up. >> She opened the door and that's when she woke up and was kind of disoriented. We asked her how long she'd been here. She said it's been about 4 hours. >> Oh, okay. >> But I don't know if that's the truth or not. >> Yeah, that's a witness. >> Man, put your phone on the hood of the car for me, please. >> I don't know. >> Put your phone on the hood of the car. >> Why? >> Cuz I'm asking you to put your phone. >> No, but why? >> Cuz we're here investigating something. That's why. >> Investigating what though? >> Well, we got called out here for >> What did you call out for my niece to be on the hood? Did someone die or did I die driving or something? Like I don't understand what why does my phone need to be on the hood when I'm calling someone that's coming here to get me when I wasn't driving. >> You can call him after we finish with you. Okay, >> Keith. It's on my homepage. >> What? >> You can call whoever you need after we finish. >> No. Why does my phone need to be on the hood? >> Because I'm telling you to get off your phone. >> Why? >> Because we're here investigating something. >> What? >> And she's going to finish with you. >> No. But what though? >> Yeah. I'm not going to talk. >> So, just stand right there until the officer comes over. >> You're not going to talk to me. >> I'm not I'm done. >> What? You're not going to talk to me in nothing way. >> I don't know. She didn't want to talk to me, so he was going to take care of it. >> Ma'am, um what? I can't go in my car to get anything, right? Or you simply tell me the female. >> Oh, open the door for me. >> Probably at night. Yeah. >> So, I can't get water and nothing out of my car. >> No, not yet. We're almost done. We're almost done. >> Okay, that's fine. >> We're almost done. >> No, not you [clears throat] guys are not almost done because wait, >> but go ahead. >> So, you're a bartender. >> Where at? O'Neal close by. Okay. Oh, sorry. Travis, thank you very much for five gifted memberships. New members, you can join us at 4:30 today. I'm doing a members only. >> Douchebag douchebag. >> Douchebaging douchebag. The far up your ass, man. >> Hey, Mandy. Good to see you again. >> Why are you looking at me like that? Why are you so hostile? >> Because this is no reason. There's no reason for this. >> There's no reason. There's no reason. This is so unnecessary. Look at my record. >> It's so unnecessary by records. We don't go by. >> We go by what we see at the scene. >> Okay. What did you go by the scene to make it seem like this is all necessary? >> Okay. Let me explain. Jessica, Jessica, that's her name. Jessica with a Y. Jessica. >> You got called Jessica with a Y. Plenty of witnesses you were sleeping. >> All right. >> Yes. Why is that wrong? I'm back talking. >> Driving. I'm not done talking. >> Yeah. Talk to ME CORRECT. YOU'RE NOT BETTER than me. Talk to me correct. If you talk to me correct, we can talk. Talk like we're both humans. No, I'm not interrupting you like you. Then don't talk to me. >> Okay then. >> Thank you. >> Get away. >> If you cannot talk to me like you're human, >> talk to me like a human. Mark, thank you very much for 10 gifted memberships. That's 10 more people. At 4:30 today, they can join >> like you're a regular person. I'm ordering you. I'm ordering you. Talk to me. Respect. Uh she's an ex and she was harassing her ex and uh she got caught and but she's got a great story. >> Never been arrested. I'm ma'am. That's very understandable. >> I'm scared. What do you want me to do? >> Listen to me. On June 5th, 2023, officers were dispatched to a neighborhood following reports of a woman banging on windows, harassing a man, >> banging on windows. >> Something's going on. >> I My ex keeps coming back and like this like the second time she been back in the night banging on the window, banging on the front door. This time she claimed I already sent her home at 11:00. You know >> what you mean? >> Like 11:30 she came over and told her, "Hey, not coming outside to talk to you. Not coming to talk. We won't need to talk about anything. Just go home." >> Her she was parked out here on the side of the road. I'm like, I don't care, you know, and I'm going to go I'm I'm just going to turn the light off and go to bed. She finally leaves. She's back at 1:00 in the morning basically like 12:50 something. Banging on the window again. Now she claiming she got mice in the house. She want me to get up and come over there and clear them out the house like I'm an exterminator. >> Got mice in the house. >> No, I'm not coming to do that. I told you to leave. >> Go away and go. >> Now at 11:30 I was like, I'm going call the cops on you. Leave. So now it's like 1:00. I got to call the cops on you cuz you ain't let me going to go to sleep. You banging on my door. The cop my I got two dogs in here that are going to bark every time she knock. >> Mhm. >> So it's just keeping me up. So, I told the lady at the dispatch, I said, >> "Or a man, >> whatever y'all got to do, get some stalker. I'll find whatever I need. I I'll do whatever report I got to do cuz I go over there in the morning. I'll do whatever report I got to do to get her to stop coming from over here." >> Well, what you need to do is go down to magistrate court, do a peace bond on her. I think so. >> Yeah. Just go to third floor magistrate court and um fill out the paperwork and do a peace bond. I don't know what happened. Sheriff department serve it on her >> uh tell her not to come back over here and then she violate the peace bond, she can uh go to jail on it because I mean she gone now. So um >> she running around here somewhere >> cuz that's how she is. She driving a Civil Ultima right now. >> She She was acting like she was on the phone in the back with the guy >> talking about she was over here trying to get her boyfriend. Like no you not you trying to get me to come over there not at 1:00 in the morning. Okay. So, >> this is Savannah, Georgia. >> I tell you, she used to be like some like little correction officer or something in Virginia or something like that. So, she the type she want to be technical with you. Yeah. Like if you came over here right now and tried to tell her to go, she'd be like, "Well, I'm not in the yard. I'm in the street. I can be in the street. You can't tell them to be in the street type situation." Like just hard hit. I called the cops over here on before. And they had to escort her off the spot. >> That's right. And I know how she is. And she if she won't do what y'all want to tell her. I know you definitely want to do what I want to tell you. If you want do what a man with a pistol tell you. So you got you really That's right. >> Right. But she probably run around here because this her second time knocking on door. She ain't the type of person that take no for an answer. >> That's why I stayed in the house. >> Yeah. I didn't want it to be done. I'm tired. I can't can't be waking up waking up. Waking up waking up dealing with this. She banging on my doors, banging on the windows, >> right? >> And I live in a quiet neighborhood. We get a whole lot of police activity around here like that. >> Right. Well, if she do come back, you know, instead of talking to her or saying anything, just dial 911 and just let her stay here so that way we can >> probably get him before she leave. >> But then, like I said, in the morning, go down there and do that. >> I will. I >> protect some water. >> Yeah, cuz I'm I'm going to go up there tomorrow and just do that. >> She just called me like 109 right then. >> She literally vampire in my phone, man. She said she's done over a hundred some movies and she got caught stealing at Walmart. >> A felon. I'm a famous person. Crazy. How can I be a famous person and be a felon? How can I make 131 movies and be a felon? >> On October 3rd, 2025, deputies in Florida responded to a Walmart theft call that quickly took a bizarre turn. A loss prevention associate watched a woman stash nearly $90 worth of pharmacy items into her purse and walk straight past every checkout lane before confronting her. Here's what the deputies did next. >> Take care, Queen Bee. >> Call the police. >> I wish you wouldn't have called the police. >> I have the right. I >> I offered to pay for it. >> I wish you didn't steal. don't see much on the floor or the u uh pharmacy area. Then I continue um watching her until >> I remember where she paid for some stuff, >> but she didn't pay for this >> the NFL too. >> She passed the last bonus without paying for the mission. I detained her and when I brought her here, she said that she wanted to pay for this. >> Okay. >> Okay. I'm just going to explain that. Um, >> real quick, we we we can have this conversation. I want to read you something. It doesn't necessarily mean that you're under arrest or anything, but you're not you don't feel like you're free to leave, right? >> No, I don't feel like >> So, I got to read this to you. Okay. And then we can have whatever conversation you want to have if you choose to have it. >> Okay. So, you have the right to remain silent. >> Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You understand each of these rights as I've read them to you. Do you wish to talk to me? lawyers. See, I do need to start to I'm sorry. >> I'm just going to explain my situation. Uh I'm on medication. My husband has four kids. I have money. I am famous. I can't have that this casting director. I made 136 movies. I have the money. I have never stolen anything. >> Okay. I'm sorry. I I couldn't name you a single casting director anywhere in Hollywood. They're not famous. I'm sorry, lady. You might be known in the industry. Nobody outside the industry knows who casting directors are. And the only reason I did it was I took the medication I shouldn't take it because of my anxiety. I offered to pay for it the minute he caught me. I was honest from the beginning. I just don't want to go to jail. I can't go to jail. My husband's sick. Um and my business if I go to jail I could lose everything. Google me. You'll see. I made 13. >> Google me. >> I I don't It's not a felony. >> You're a casting director. >> It's not a felony. make movies. >> Yeah. >> Rita, do you just have your ID form? >> Sure. >> Thank you so much. >> I I just can't go to jail for this. Look, I could pay for anything. >> Yeah. >> Please, just let me pay and walk out the door. Please. >> I'm the sound engineer on movies. I'm paying this. So compassion. I'll never come in the store and do it again. Well, I believe they'll probably also want you trust from me. >> I'll never come back to the store again. Never again will I come back to the store. I I just can't get arrested. I was arrested once in my life when a guy beat the [ __ ] out of me and I stabbed him 11 times and I went to Riker's Island to save my life. I cannot go back to jail. Not enough of this. >> Can you please tell me what's going to happen? I'm sorry. >> That's true. >> I'm going to just double check with everything here. Oh, casting directors are in charge of organizing the casting for movies. That's, as far as I know, that's pretty much all they do. They organize the auditions and talk to the directors about who they want in different parts. That's it. Control. Thank you. >> Listen, I was honest from the get-go. I did not lie to him because I knew what I was doing was wrong. I go to church every Sunday. I go to Bible. I know I shouldn't be doing this. >> Then why'd you do it? >> I know I should be. I'm not a criminal. >> Apparently today I was supposed to get your phone number for you. >> 91. You can just Google me and find everything. >> Sounds like a fun combo. >> You can just Google. You could Google me and get is the address on lady address. That's my address. >> Please don't send anything there. I'm not telling my husband. Yeah. >> He's already got cancer and anxious and on medication. I can't help him. He's got stage four cancer. Yeah. Go for four. >> Oh, sure. Yeah. I got it. That's all. >> I'll do it. >> Can you please tell me what's going to happen? >> What do you think's going to happen? If you come to the store stealing stuff, what do you think happens? >> Yes. Yes. You're going to go to jail something. >> Okay. Have you been arrested here in C County before? >> Are you a felon? >> No. >> You are, but you get a bond. >> Okay. Your bond for this is going to be $150. You have to pay 10% of your bond to get back out. If you have $15 on you and you call a bondman, you can get right back out. Okay. Within a couple hours. >> So that's the deal. I'm not here to show you. >> This isn't even a felony. >> It's a misdemeanor. It was 86. You can't give me a break. >> No. Here in Florida, we don't do that. >> No. Being so mean. >> I'm not being mean. But you're coming in here. >> The way you're speaking to me, you could have a little compassion. >> At the end of the day, it's conscientious decision that you made to come in here and steal. >> I did do that. Yes. >> I did. I agree. >> I could have lied. You have it on camera. Why would I lie? But I would also come and steal stuff. >> Okay. Um >> Okay. Simple as that. >> I have a you are you going to put me in here? >> Yes. >> Yep. Then we're going to go to the jail house. You're going to get fingerprinted the Naples Jail Center, which is the airport in 41. You're going to get fingerprinted. You're going to get a photo. And then you're going to get a get on the phone. >> I have $15. Don't worry. >> Okay. You can call the bondsman. >> I don't need a bond. I'll just pay the whole $15. I don't need a bond. You'll be on in a couple hours. You'll be given a court date. Make sure you show up for that court date. Otherwise, a warrant's going to be put out for you. Okay. >> Hi. Google me and you'll see who I am. I always show >> I have a lot to lose. >> Okay. >> I'm I'm I'm not a thief or a criminal today. Apparently, I am, but I'm not a thief or a criminal. I'm a hardworking. >> Then you're going to arrest me. >> Just you could have a little compassion. >> No. No compassion. >> Sand please. >> What about my personal things? go for my personal fees. >> Well, this is just for a misdemeanor. So, it's $150 to get out and or if she can't afford the $1,000, then it's just $15 to a bondsman. >> I I I have a friend in in outside. I'm giving you my personal things. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> You tell your friend to come stand by the police car out there, but he's not coming back. >> She's famous. >> Yes. Listen, they're going to arrest me for shoplifting. I need you to take my personal things and I'll hook up with you later. What kind are you coming back? piece of [ __ ] >> Yeah, I have to pay $150. They told me to get a bond for $15. >> All right, I'll see you later. >> No, they're not kidding you. >> Take the bag off. >> Can I hold your phone? >> Sit down with a bunch and then we'll we'll take it out. Okay. >> Can I hold my phones? >> Can I hold my hand and let him know what's going on? >> Not yet. >> Are you going to strip search me? >> Oh my goodness. Calm down. Face me. Put your hands in front of you. Are you going to strip search me when I get to this precinct? >> That's up to the jail, but I doubt it. If you're not a felon, you haven't been a felon. I'm I'm a famous person. I'm a felon. How can I be a famous person and be a fel? How can I make 131 movies and be a felon? I'm licensed in Bond New York City. Are you kidding me? >> I'm trying to explain why I did this. And look how mean they're being >> Put your hands up like this. >> Tried to kill me. It was the only other time I was in handcuffs. >> Why? >> Could have been avoided. >> Well, it could have been avoided. You could have been a little nicer, too. >> Don't steal stuff. >> Do you have a mother? Do you have a mother? Do you have a mother? >> I had a mother. She didn't steal. >> Children. >> Let's go. >> I'm sorry. >> Let's go. >> I'm sorry. Okay. Forgive me. >> You also trespass. If you return to this Walmart, you get a [ __ ] She has the nerve to call Walmart a [ __ ] hole after she just got caught stealing from this [ __ ] hole. Screw >> go this way. Down this hallway here. >> This way. You're a 60-year-old woman. You never hurt anybody. Is this proto or you had to do this? >> Did you have to do this? You could have just let me get in the car. I wasn't going anywhere. Let's go. >> You don't have a mother. >> You don't have to have a mother. I stole $86 worth of stuff. And you >> Do you have anything in your pockets? >> Anything on your knives, guns, drugs, anything either, honey? Well, we're going to have a problem. Well, we're going to >> What are you going to go through my bag for? >> Hop in the car. >> Cuz I'm going to jail with you. >> It's not your business. What's in my bag? Get in the car. >> There's no There's nothing stolen in. >> Ma'am, get in the car. >> Wait till you hear from my lawyer. >> Okay. I got searched when I went in detox, but didn't have to bend over. A few cell phones. Just wait until the ride to the jail. She puts on a terrible acting display. That is the stuff she actually purchased. She did buy some of this stuff. >> Picture of all the stuff she >> Yes, it can read the receipt, but sometimes it's like it's weird the way it says it. >> Yeah. And then you're trying to figure out what what the heck. >> Rachel, how's the cat? >> Thank you. >> Oh, thank you. >> Just send me that picture if you could, >> please. Thanks. >> Yeah. Wallet $4,000 left. >> It's in your bag. >> And and and first off, I need my phone. My husband's on the way to the hospital.
