We're not supposed to get rain till later tonight. So, after this, I get to go out and do yard work in the heat. I'm actually looking forward to it. I like yard work. It's fun. Uh, let's see. All the members, all the new members who just got a membership. Thank uh see, did I miss anything else in the chat? Bunch of people saying hello. I hope everyone's doing well. Let's see. Yes, I do. Actually, Ben, [laughter] I start to and then I'm like, "Oh, crap. I gotta I gotta sit still for the for the camera when it turns on. I'm still getting used to having an an actual intro where I can just sit here and I don't have to press buttons or turn anything off to start the stream. So, that's kind of fun. Uh, today I've got uh I think I've mentioned uh this video a couple times this week. It's a really long video. I do have a couple backup videos if we get like halfway through and you guys can't take her anymore. It's the lady from the thumbnail. If you haven't seen that video, she's probably the most annoying person I've seen all year. If you have seen the video, you know what I'm talking about. Uh she's loud, obnoxious, uh drunk, and just man, she just drives me nuts. She drives me absolutely crazy. Uh but first, we got a guy who had a little weed on him, and he was in Georgia. Yeah, weed's illegal, but it would have been a ticket. And instead, he decided to run and make things much worse for himself. Very, very foolish. So, let's get started with that guy. The very foolish guy who had some weed on him. What's >> wrong with you, man? That's a ticket. >> Yeah, I'm on probation. >> But that's your problem. That's a ticket. Now you got all these other charges, bro. >> While on patrol, an officer observed a 2015 red Chevy Impala run a stop sign. After finding out what this man had on him, you'd think he'd think twice about running stop signs. >> I get used to it. >> Sergeant Cook with Athens County Police Department. Need to see your license. >> Status 7. Mr. ID while you're stopped today. Come off at Bridge Road on the West Broad Street. There's a stop sign at that intersection. Reason we didn't stop for it. Two seconds. >> Hey, Buck Wild. >> Started 3 seconds. >> I'm sorry. >> I counted 3 seconds. >> Didn't stop at all, sir. All right. Give me just a moment. Is there a reason our vehicle smells like marijuana today? >> No, sir. >> All right. No one's been smoking in the vehicle? >> No reason at all. >> No marijuana in the vehicle? >> Yes, sir. >> All right. Give me just a moment. >> You have an ID on you, sir? >> I'm sorry. >> You got to stop. You didn't stop. >> It's on camera. >> It looks like a major uh one of the major roads there. Just smoke. >> 21 central. If you got another unit there, I'm 251. 21 central. Just uh >> occupied twice. Odor of marijuana gun history. >> Hey Jenny, good to see you again. >> Oh yeah, that's good stuff. >> They had a pulled him over stop sign violation coming off Oldest Bridge Road. Uh driver's pretty clean. Pastor has a lot of history. Gun history, drug history. The vehicle smells like marijuana. Cool. >> So, I'm going to pull him out after I get them signed a citation, search card just to make sure it ain't >> okay. >> You know, intent distributing and that kind of thing. >> Okay. >> So, I just need you to sit with them for a moment. >> Gotcha. >> I've never been to Perry. >> Hi, Mr. You receiving a citation for stop sign violation. Yes, sir. >> Welcome to contested on March 18th of this year, 9:00 in the morning in this county. >> How you doing? He would let you know. >> He's got to let you know. >> All right. Just need you to sign up there. Not admit any guilt innocence. Just saying you're going to receive a copy of that citation and take care of it one of the two for four mentioned ways. There's your copy. However, Mr. Are not free to go due to the odor of marijuana. Um, we are going to pull you out of the car. We're going to search you and your car just to make sure if it's a little Hold on. >> If >> Why is he eating weeds? >> It's a little bit of weed. I ain't worried about that. I got a little >> Don't be rich. I ain't I just told him that's all. They probably with the smell. >> All right. >> If that's all it is, I'm not worried about that. Okay. >> Okay. >> All right. Give me just a second. Let me lay this down. >> Step out. >> Unlock it. >> Oh, he says >> right now we have probable cause cuz he have marijuana. So, he needs to step out. He's not giving consent to search a car. >> They don't I they I don't I don't need consent. >> We don't need consent at this point. So, you need to step out. >> I don't need consent. One, I've got the odor and now I have marijuana in the vehicle. I do not need >> Yes. Step out. >> Consent. I don't need a search warrant. No, I do not. No, I do not. Sir, I'm telling you right now, I don't need consent. >> On the weekend, that's allowed. >> It's what you work hard for all week long. >> All right. over here man custom charged with obstruction >> telling me how the law works. Now is not the time to dispute that. You're welcome to dispute it down the road. >> All right. So right now I'm just going to package you down for weapons. Okay. Do you have anything you're going to >> All right. Just for weapons right now. >> Blue dragon. >> I'm not asking for at the end. How you doing? >> Have to say you're right. I'm well aware. It's recorded right here. Do not have consent. Don't need consent. Yes, you do need their laws. >> Step out. >> Can I call my lawyer? >> I'm going to ask you one more time to step out. >> Can I have my license? >> Never been to Houston. I've heard it's nice. >> You have your license. >> Okay. >> I'm not refusing. >> 21 Central. We need one more unit, please. >> I promise you, sir. >> I I like how when he explained, "Well, I can smell marijuana. I don't need any consent." And he's like, "Okay, well, I don't give consent." Did you hear what I just said? Come on, man. >> You need consent to search my car, bro. >> I do not. >> Yes, you do. I haven't got >> That's right. It's night for you. >> Welcome in. >> You search him? >> Yeah. Can I help? >> Can I have my license? >> You need consent to search my car, sir? >> Can I have my license? >> What is your name? >> Do you have anything else on your name? >> No, sir. I got another I got my cell phone right there. >> All right. Go take it out. Okay. >> Okay. >> I'm Sergeant Cook. >> Sergeant Cook. Yep. >> Okay. >> No, I do not. >> Hey, Marley. Mom. >> Officer, do this. Once you search him, he is not in any trouble at this point. >> But let's just sit him in my car for safety or your car for safety. >> We got one that's 1080 on us. >> Oh no. We got one. >> He's running. Oh no, >> he's running. I ain't running. You stay with him. Why don't you come over here? Go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go. >> Come on now, sir. I ain't run. Don't do me like that. Come on now. He just told you. >> It would have been a simple ticket. Worst case, he would have had to go in and they book him in and he'd be out in an hour or two. He just got back in the car and drove off. >> You have any weapons? Anything on you? >> Looks like he's going down Sycamore Drive. This man has been >> nice. Now you can hear >> my cell phone right now. >> I got you. Have a seat and I'll go get it. >> I got you. It was your friend. >> It was your friend who took off. I >> told you I was good to go though, man. Come on now. I can have a sit. Have a seat. I'll right back. Nice. >> Clear. >> Always nice to have a designated driver. >> About to ditch it. >> Yeah, he did. I I I don't know what goes through people's minds sometimes. >> Yeah. He immediately was like, "Whoa, whoa, not me. I I'm not doing anything. You could have I could have walked here, man. >> Yeah. Don't cut your hand or anything. Don't burn yourself. >> Focus on your [ __ ] mayor. >> All right. [screaming] >> Way out. >> GET DOWN. GET DOWN NOW. >> I I don't get it. [crying] I I really don't. >> He probably knew he was going to run, though. They're 26. Y'all got him. I'll get your sirens. >> Yeah. Yeah, they do. >> Just can't. >> He did something in the woods is what he's done. Yeah, >> if I'm a bad man, I'm betting it's a gun. >> A little excitement. >> Come on, man. While it in my phone right there, sir. >> That's what I'm trying to look for. I found out right there. >> All right, stand up. >> One or two people? >> So, what do you need K9 for? Article. >> What did he drop? You're not sure? >> Not at this point, man. >> Not at this point, man. >> Sit tight. >> 21. Go ahead and detain him. And if you can get my ticket down the road there, please. >> Are they actually on manpower? >> Who's who has the best uh spot where you entered in? Right here. >> Right there. Right there. >> Yep. >> All right. >> I'm betting it's a gun >> right with the >> That was dumb. >> No, we're going to have a can around. >> So, we're going to find it. So, go ahead and tell us what you threw. >> Come on, man. >> It's just weed. >> It's just wasting time. >> All this over weed. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> What the hell's wrong with me? Because I'm on probation. >> But that's your problem. That's a ticket. Now you got all these other charges, bro. Why? >> Yeah. I'm like a steal and everything. >> I just hunting back. >> Man, you ain't going to take the deck like that to get my license and all my stuff, man. Flip out for me. All right. Face that way. >> Right now, you're being detained. Okay. >> What the man told you? I don't have nothing to do with that, man. >> Once again, you're being detained right now. >> Man, told you. >> Just think, man, >> I told you if it was a little weed, I wasn't worried about that. >> Your probation officer wouldn't even know about the dang weed. They're going to know eventually if you're smoking it cuz they're going [laughter] >> they're going to test you. >> It is, man. I just figure out what's known and we got a search car. I promise you going, man. >> Actually, I'm paying him. >> You act like you my car, man. >> He is not under arrest. >> I promise. >> Not too bad. >> Once again, I told you you're being detained. You're not arrested. You're being detained at this point. Okay. Until we investigate further. >> If I mean, if it's dope or gun, even if we go through there. >> Hey, Sen. Let me stick him in your car. I don't have >> We can go ahead and ground search Jason. >> Okay. >> Yeah, >> you can slap back and man told you I didn't have to do. Hey, man. Was it in a bag or a container? >> It was in a bag. >> You got to read something. Okay. >> All right. >> Ran through here. Depending on how big the bag was. >> All that old Well, we'll see if it's just weed. >> That music is punishment enough. I'm sorry about that. >> He came out down here. >> Yeah, that's all it was. >> I'll go out and I'll show you where he came out. I'll get it better. I don't know if it was a little amount because they at one point they're they're looking around and they can see he dumped a bag. So, it might have been more than just a little bit, but still it's not that big of a deal even in Georgia. >> That's got a whiff right here. >> Yeah. Saw him tucking his hands right here. >> Having this right in mind, are you willing to answer any questions? >> The man just told you I was pretty dope, man. I don't know why you tame it. Like I say, >> acting like it's my car. >> Like I said, >> what I'm asking you is having these rights in mind, are you willing to answer any questions? Yes. A yes or no answer? >> No. Okay. Stay in touch with me. Okay. Like I say, you right now being detained >> 76 >> into uh finish our investigation. >> Giant license, all that up there talking to you. >> We're going to I'm going to go see real quick. We're going to get send an officer. We're going to go from there. Okay. >> Where he threw in here, he's saying it's weed. >> I just got a whiff of right here. There's a slide. >> Yeah, >> I'm going to guess. Yeah, he cut right towards the fence. That's where he probably threw it >> over here. >> Yeah, >> here's one of his slides. >> Yeah, I can smell it. I had a feeling he was going to do that, but there wasn't much I could do to stop it. >> There's his phone. >> Ah, he went to this corner and got stuck. >> Oops. >> There's a phone. >> It gets stronger over here. >> See? >> Is that it right there? >> I can't tell. >> Yeah, if it was one of those gallon ziplock bags. >> Yeah. See right there? >> He ripped the bag open. >> Same bag right there. Looks like a little green vacuum seal. >> Yep. >> He ripped it open right around in here somewhere. But he ripped the bag open and dumped it. That's why we're smelling it all over the place. >> I got it right here. >> Got it. >> Yeah. Big dude's allergic to it. >> Go get me an evidence bag. >> What were you saying? >> Can you go get the other guy, man? Yes, sir. >> They're looking They're looking for the the stuff that your part your friend dropped. >> That's what I'm saying. What they got to do with me, sir? >> You were in the car. Okay. >> He just told you to let me go, though. He just told me. He told you you were not in trouble because of the marijuana. Okay. So that's why you're being detained right now. >> Why? >> Because he's doing an investigation and depend on the investigation. He's going to determine he's going to let you go or not. But right now you >> and when you leave a pale a trail of pot behind you. Yeah. It makes it pretty easy to find you >> being detained. >> Yeah. He probably had a half pound. >> I used to long time. Can we at least go back up there and get my wallet, man? My money and all that stuff. >> Give me a second cuz right now you're my responsibility. So, I have to make sure everything's clear. Once I get one up there and get try to see for your wallet, we can go. Okay. >> This is in >> this is in Athens, Georgia. >> Yeah. See Yeah, that should that should have been my excuse. >> Here, get that. You get that, too. And then get that on the other side of the fence. That demonstrates. >> Yeah, it's scattered through this whole area right here. So, I'm just estimating. It may not be a half pound, but >> just estimating. It's all through here. He He tore the bag right here. >> Well, when he realized he couldn't go nowhere. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. He He wrapped the bag. >> Yeah. >> You want to get on your knees? You want me back on my knees? >> I get it. They're not going to find it all. >> Scattered all the way over here, Jason. >> Okay. >> Oh, it's scattered everywhere. >> His lawyer can argue that. >> Can we go back? >> Yeah. Cancel K9, too. >> It goes all the way over to the fence. >> Good eye. >> Yeah. Sometimes they they'll use it on skills. [laughter] finding dope in the woods. >> Most likely if they can find it all. >> I think it you can prove >> mayor. Another five gifted memberships. Thank you so much. >> You got that bag, too. >> When you go up there. >> Hey, hood. >> See if you can find his wallet and these two phones. >> Where at? >> Uh, you know where you turn left? That little corner over there. >> He said he saw them there. Like on the curb or >> Yeah, like about like behind the curb because he was in the trunk of that car when he took off. >> Oh, the stuff was on the temp. Yeah. Okay. >> And he took off. I guess when he did when he went right, which is what went through. >> So a phone and a wallet. >> Two phones in a wallet. A green wallet. >> Oh yeah. >> Thank you, sir. >> That can be go look for it. Okay. >> Appreciate it, dude. >> Yeah, man. And then Sergeant was, "What are you saying?" I was like, "He's not stepping out." So, you know, went through the whole shenanigans. World of weird news. You'll be on tonight, right, at 7 o'clock. If one of my mods could be so kind as to post your link. >> I guess Arch got distracted and he got into his car again and drove off. >> Hey, man. He could He didn't find anything. All right. >> Hey, man. That's crazy. >> All right. >> That the guy that pulled us over right there. >> So what? >> That the one that pulled us over. The one that said I can go. >> No, that's not him. That's our captain. >> Ain't nobody sergeant over there. The one who pull you up. >> Okay. >> All right. >> Can I speak with him? Yeah, I got you one. He's done over there. >> Hey, Denali Mike, good to see you. Got your little run in today. >> Not really. Thank you very much. Chase all the way down here. I mean, >> he ran from He took the car from >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. >> And I caught up with him by here. He stopped cuz we had to run back the vehicle. So, technically, I didn't attend him. He just took off. >> He jumped out here, tried to go in the woods, but there's a fence. >> There you go. >> And he couldn't go anywhere. A six foot fence. >> Yeah. >> So, he backed open and threw it everywhere. So there wasn't nothing in that other bag over there. So >> yeah, but it still shows, hey, this is what we believe he did. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. So you good on all that? >> All right. Step out. >> But he's going for instruction. >> Awesome, man. >> Check him out. He's just getting >> for your weed. >> There you go, Mayor. >> Normally I would soon. >> Yeah, this is just a trip. >> I got to walk. Normally, I'll be honest with you, bro, I wouldn't do it, but with the totality of everything. >> Anytime, my friend. Anytime. >> I got some everything go there. >> I got you. >> Well, especially if you're smoking it. It's like it's like smoking cigarettes. It gets into the vents and it the all those vents in your car have foam or something to kind of muffle the sound. Yeah. All the smoke gets into that and the smell never gets out. Really? >> He's going to text me the case number for my supplemental anyway. So, I just walked there while I was kidding. >> Yeah, it's just we, you know, when I went down, we didn't, >> you know, know what was in the car and that kind of thing. >> I got to go. >> You look familiar. What's your name? >> I'm too old for that. >> I've been around here a long time. >> A couple times. >> I would remember you. >> I don't see many out of Minnesota. >> I was no trouble. >> Nbody makes mistakes when they young. >> I get that. I'm about to be 40 now. I see a 40. Come on. >> Now I vape like you about 42. >> No, we just need the barber shop. >> Will you give him a left back? >> Yeah, they're my cool. >> All right, man. >> Thank you, man. See you, buddy. >> He didn't run. He didn't cause trouble. >> Telling that lie. >> He got them good jeans. Yeah, I got to get mine and then I'm going to be in the same boat right after I finish the yard. It'll be time to eat. Or I might eat before that way I don't pass out while I'm outside. All right, now we got the uh the lady from the thumbnail. Um I do have a couple of extra videos. Hey Stacy, good to see you as always. I do have a couple of extra videos. Um, so if it does get to a point where you you guys just can't take her anymore, let me know. Uh, start yelling at me in the chat. It's, like I said, it's about an hour. So, uh, I was entertained through the whole thing. She was irritating, but I was entertained. >> Oh, back up, you sucking ass [ __ ] Back up. Back up. >> Back up. And I'm going to tell you what to do, [ __ ] Back up. But put your feet in, >> man. I was not with you earlier. >> Yes. >> Can you stop? What are you doing? >> I'm not. >> No, I'm trying to figure out like how the I can get away from these people. >> What is your What did you do? >> I I liked it. >> No, like Okay. So, like >> like like >> step out of the vehicle. >> Yeah. Can you come here and talk to me? >> Yeah. >> Yes. >> She slowly builds up and then builds up. >> How did you get to this right here? >> Okay. So, like me and my boyfriend, he was literally like chasing me >> and I'm just like, "No, we're going to get the away from here." >> He's like, "Yep, >> no." Like, I'm you're not going to get away from here. And I'm just like, "No, like leave me alone." And he's like, "No, I'm not going to leave you alone." And I'm just like, >> all he asked was, "How did you get your car up there?" >> "Yes, leave me the alone." And he was like, "No, we're not going to leave you alone." I'm just like, "Leave me alone. I'm trying to have my friend come and like save me." >> How did you get here though? >> No. Like this. How did you back into this? >> I'm trying to like literally >> trying to chase from this. >> No person. And he's like not trying to leave me alone. >> Just stay there. Let me talk to you. >> I can't be with you. >> I called her earlier today because she had no registration. >> How did your car into this though? >> No. Like I'm trying to run from him. I'm trying to run from him. >> How did your car get up there? >> He keep beating on me. Like >> Okay. But how did your car get right here? No, I'm trying to look. I'm trying to run from him. >> Did you back into this? How did you get your car here? >> No, look. I'm trying to run from him. Can y'all understand this? >> That's something separate. How did you get your car >> before you ended up right here? Where were you? Where was our car? >> Over here. He's trying to chase me and he's like, "No, you're not going to go over there." And I'm just like, >> "Yes, I am." Like, "I'm done. I'm done messing with you." But I said the f word. I'm like, "I'm done you. I'm not I'm done with all this." Oh, yeah. Like, we have a kid together. I'm just like, "No, we're not gonna do this." And he's like, "No." Like, he's trying to hit me. Like, he's hitting me. And I'm just like, >> I [snorts] can appall her. I I shouldn't be too judgmental. You know, guys have all kinds of tastes and ladies, but really really >> No. >> Okay. So, your car was parked over there. >> Yes. And I'm trying to like run away from him. I'm trying to run away from him. Please don't. Please don't. >> She's just nervous. >> Because he might come over here all night. >> Okay. But your car was parked over there. Or no. >> Yes. My car was like not parked over there, but like it's like >> we definitely need a light counter >> and the right here. >> And that parking spot right there. >> Yes. And he's like, "Charge, chase me." And I'm just >> not f to do this. He's like, "No, we're going to do this." And I'm just like, "No, I don't want to do this with you. Like, I'm done with you." Now this like he's like okay well you know where >> how did you get your car up there? >> He has the gun. I'm just like >> where is he now? >> I don't know. Like I'm trying to >> car. >> Huh? >> Did he leave in the car? >> Yes. >> She's too far gone. >> A black car and I'm just like I'm not going to do this with you. Like >> Okay. So then you're in this parking spot >> right here. >> And then what happened after that? How did you >> She doesn't really scream. She does raise her voice but I don't know. Uh, headphone caution. Maybe not a warning. >> Your car get from there. >> He hit me. No, he hit me. >> How did your car This car >> Oh, yes. >> How did it get from that spot to right here? >> I moved it like I'm not going to fight with you. I'm not going to do nothing with you. >> How did you move it? Did you go back into it? Did you back into this? >> Look. Look. Nobody I don't know who these people is, but they were right here. So, I'm like going around and I'm just like I'm trying to run for my dear life. Like, you're not going to kill me. >> Okay. So, >> that's basically what she's doing here. >> What path did your car to get very drunk? >> Right here. My car was right here. And he's like, "Oh, well, I'm about to." >> He's like, "And I'm like, and he's like, and I'm like, >> we're not going to do this." And he's like, "Yes." >> So, my car was right here. And he's like, >> "Yeah. He's like holding me and I cannot I cannot resist. >> Where's he at now? >> I don't know. He like ran. >> Okay. So, did your car >> or he was running away from her? >> Forward or did it move? >> No, it went backwards because I was going to go back because I don't have >> So, let's play this out. Your car is parked right here. Did you move forward? >> No, I moved backwards. I'm trying to get away. >> I usually just summarize. I'm lazy. Did your car go this way? >> No. And then this way. >> It went this way. It went that way. >> How did it end up circling around trying to turn out over here? >> Over the river and through the woods. Okay, got it. >> It just wasn't working. Then he's like, "Oh, yeah." Like you're not going no way. >> No. He was She was fitting a [ __ ] >> Can your car go forward at all to get it out of that spot? >> I have no idea. Like I'm trying to get away because like >> I'm gonna get away. >> Okay. Which way did go? >> I went that way. >> What's he look like? >> Yeah. >> He's light skin. >> He's like >> I think so. >> Five. He's taller than me. He's taller than you. He's taller than you. So he's like five. No, not even five. He's like six foot. He's like six. You don't want me to move on. And I'm just so confused cuz I'm trying to go. Your channel is weird. >> This way. >> Am I staying here? No. >> What were you doing here? >> My friend was here. Okay. >> And I'm trying to find He found me because my phone is in his name. >> Yes. Um, was this >> No, my phone was in his name. phone was in his name. >> My phone is in his name. >> Okay. And I'm just like >> She's fitting to tell uh like >> How long ago did you get here? >> I got here like two hours ago. >> Were you in your car the whole time? >> No, I was inside 1848 there. Let's see what No, but he's like, >> "Oh, I know where you at." Hold on. >> It also doesn't help that I don't think she's that bright. >> Can I explain it? >> Yeah. Go ahead. >> He's like, "Okay, so when I got pulled over, I'm like I'm pulled over and they talking about some, >> you know, like I have insurance. I have everything." >> Insurance. >> Okay. Yeah. So, I'm like, "I have everything." Like, "Oh, he's like, "Okay, cool. Where you at?" And I'm just like, I'm not going to tell you, but cool. Like, I'm not going to say nothing. And I'm just like, well, you're just going to have to meet me on this side of the river. And he's like, what's that? And I'm like, Illinois. He was like, okay, cool. Like, I'll meet you on this side. Like, what you on this side? And I'm just like, well, I'm just kicking it. And he's like, >> yeah, >> okay. Who are you? And I'm just like, no. >> Yeah. She's saying she's doing too much. >> He's like, I guess he is. I'm like, no, I'm not. >> And so me and him got into it and I'm just like, I'm not going to argue with you or whatever. So far, she said nothing. I'm sorry you pulled me over, so I'm going to go home. He was like, "No, you've been kicking it, so kick it." And I'm just like, "Okay, I'm got to keep an eye on that." >> And so he was like, "Okay, cool." Literally 30 minutes ago. And I'm telling you, >> I hope so. Take her away. >> I'm going to pull up. I'm like, "Okay, you going to take me home?" He's like, "Yeah, I'm going to take her home. Okay, I'm think he's going to take home." >> It's like story time that just never ends. >> He put his >> He's like Shahara's up. >> He put his hands up. How did he know where you were? So, did he drive here? >> I don't think she can get on a base. I hope >> mother's sister. I don't know. Brought him here. I'm like, you can't find me. >> Yeah. >> He's like, yes, I can. He literally pulled up. There's like >> I'm just like >> why am I doing this? >> I'm just like there's no way more like >> no way you can pull up. >> If anybody saw anybody else or that guy >> there's no way you can't pull up to me. And he's like, "Yes, I can." >> And it even sounds like a a railroad crossing. You can hear the ding ding ding ding ding. At least that's what I'm hearing. >> You have an ID on you? >> Yes, I do. There's no way you could pull up to me and find me. Leave my head out. >> So, why were you in this spot? >> I'm trying to leave it. I'm trying to leave it. Why? Why are you trying to follow me? Like, we were not we're not even supposed to be [laughter] together. We're not even together. >> I'm trying to figure out a timeline of events cuz it's not making a lot of sense. And that's what I'm trying to explain to you. Like why >> I'm trying to understand >> like why you're trying to follow me and we're not even together. >> Why are you trying to follow me and we're not even together? We're not even over here. >> We're not together at all. >> Yeah. So she went over to her ex's house and now she's complaining that the ex was trying to talk to her. Why'd you go over there if you're not together anymore? M >> any injuries? >> No. Like I'm so glad like cuz if he would have come he probably would have >> suck me up. >> Okay. He's like, "What are you doing here?" >> Maybe somebody's blasting the music. >> Well, you know my friend, she's in my lane and I'm going to go. We're going to go kick it. He was like, "Oh, no. You're not gonna go kicking nowhere." And I'm just like, "Yes, I am." He's like, "No, the you're not." I'm just like, >> and I was like, >> the phone or >> in person? >> Was he texting you over the phone? >> No, he literally >> Yes, he was here. What are you talking to? I mean, you don't know what's going on. It's just not making a lot of sense. Like, like the the sequence of events just isn't making sense to me. That's why I'm talking. >> My whole phone is in this man's name. Yes. >> So far, she hasn't said anything useful, so there's really not much point in paying attention to what she's saying. [laughter] >> I didn't know he could track me. >> Do you guys have do you guys share each other's location? >> NO, BUT I DID NOT KNOW HE COULD TRACK ME. My whole my ho literally everything. He's like, why are you leaving? I'm just like >> I'm not trying to mess with you. I'm like, I'm not trying to sex. >> He's doing it. >> This is what I tell him. >> He's like, well, I was going to get not even together anymore. You >> told me you have a friendship to kick it. >> M and you told me you had a friendship. I don't know. >> The first time I watched this, I was trying to follow along with whatever story she was telling. I'm like trying to build the image in my mind of what's going on. I have no idea. You think you're tough, [ __ ] Actually, that I could do. That's probably a better idea. Parson, you're a genius. >> Let me skip. Uh, I'll just skip a big chunk and we'll just go to the last few minutes. It's actually just more of the same. And she starts yelling and just repeating herself. So, person, you're a genius. I still have to add another video though. I got plenty. >> Okay. Okay, cool. I've been That's the thing. Like, I've been blown. You have to get a blow like I've been blocking the machine. No, we got to make sure that machine is real. >> Yeah, we don't get one. >> Don't play with me now. Like, let's go right this time. >> No, for real. I've been I've been forever. >> So, make sure you cover your mouth with it. >> How am I How am I going to cover my >> No, I mean like when you put this in like seal your mouth. >> Like, how am I cover? >> She just does it for an hour. goes on and on and on. >> And then keep alongside the step. >> My pleasure. I'm here to make you guys happy. [bell] >> Okay, come on up here. >> This is actually from Sergeant Pepper Spray. Um, she's on the thumbnail, so it's really obvious. Um, maybe one of my mods could find either the link to Sergeant Pepper Spray or the uh the actual video. You're doing that. >> Doing it again. >> All right. >> Do you know that sound like a good sample? >> What do you All right, we're done here. >> All right. >> With a blindfold on. >> Do it two more times. >> Well, we need to know how to do it two more times because I really can't be spitting in my blood. >> You just got to blow without I wasn't trying to spit my All right. All right. This is it after this cuz it only gives me like two more tries. Okay, >> one big blow. Keep going. Good. >> You want me to skip forward or backwards? >> Blow harder. >> She's not even blowing. Is she blowing? I don't think she is. There we go. Thank you, Leslie. >> Oh, she was sucking on the thing, pretending. >> Not looking right. >> I gave you I gave her She gave you a chance to know. I >> She's kind of freakish looking so it's distracting right now. >> Can I like like literally like can I do this? >> This is taking a long time. >> Yeah, she never did the thing. She never did the test right. >> Come on. >> Take a deep breath. >> It's going to refuse if you don't. >> That's what I was saying earlier. Like it's unbelievable what some guys >> just blow in there. This is sufficient. Okay. >> Sort of. Maybe. >> Hold on. That's it. >> Hold on. Nothing. Just go away. Don't touch me. >> Let go of me. >> Stop touching me for real. >> Don't try to grab me. >> Get away from me. >> She ain't going to let me touch her. >> That's how she gets that wonderful voice. the [ __ ] over. >> Hold the on-re. >> Hold on. >> Come on. >> Hold on. Nothing. [laughter] >> No one touch you. >> You got to go out. All right, >> [ __ ] You got to set up. >> There are a couple minutes left to this. I thought I'd be able to get through it again. Even skipping a big chunk, I can't take any more of her. She ends up going to jail, charged with DUI. I don't know what happened at the end, but at like when she went to court, but uh yeah, that's going to be the end of that one. We'll move on. Next, we got a Walmart trespasser who completely freaks out when the police uh try and give her a trespass warning and just tell her to go away. >> So, what's up? I actually believe she's refusing to leave. She had a little altercation with our associate >> that she said that she got in the face and wouldn't let her check out something that she is saying >> trying to put this stuff back. So now she's trying to say that the register broke. So I I'm going to go ahead call the authorities to have me removed. She don't want to leave. So, right now she's trying to prove that the register. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. This one gets fun. I don't know what she's doing, but I I would like her to leave. I want to crash. >> I will say though, there is a part when they're uh searching her bag or I think it's in her bag. Uh, she has a weapon on her, so I have to skip past that because the the officer is holding it up in front of the camera for several minutes trying to find the serial number and I don't want YouTube to flag. >> Hello, ma'am. >> You're initiated. >> So, I guess they told you they want you to leave. >> Well, what she did was her name Hannah. >> Hannah. What she did was she went and got DJ, which is their uh I don't know. He didn't say he was off, but he did say he was into >> He said he was doing another investigation when she came and told Kim that I was walking I walked out with some stolen items. >> That's not what happened. over to you're not I mean you're not arrested. Um they do want you trespass from the store though for some reason today. >> No doing all that. >> What are you forgetting? >> The officer just said, "Yeah, they just want you trespassed today." She Well, y'all are going to have to arrest me today, baby. Why? Just leave. Why go to jail? Oh, your phone. >> Yeah. >> All right. >> Hello. >> Well, we're not going Look. Look. Hey. >> No. Come here. >> Look. They want They want you out of the store. Let's go. >> You You got to go to Shackford. >> Go to Shackford. You got arrested. >> They want you trespass from the store and they want you to leave. That's simple. >> Yeah, but why? >> That's simple. All you do is got to leave. >> Why? >> It is because they want you to. >> Why? Hannah don't have to leave. >> Isn't she an employee here? >> No. See, there she is right here. Look. Oh, that's >> Oh, >> so you got to face. >> Well, look, they want you to leave. That's it. Simple. >> I don't want to leave. I want to stop. >> Well, do you got your ID on you? >> Yeah. >> Can I say it real quick? >> Well, I don't want to go through your per up. Hold on. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Where's your ID at? >> It's uh right here. >> Or what side? >> No. See what they trying to have. >> So, Miss Crystal Murphy. >> Yes, sir. >> And as you see, I made a purchase today. >> Yeah, I see that. >> Yeah. Sometimes if somebody's causing a problem, they're like, "Yeah, just get her out today. Hey, she can come back tomorrow when she's in a better mood. >> Refusing to leave after they told you to leave. >> Well, because I'm here as a shopper, right? I come here all the time. >> And >> basically like this second home. This is where I shop, right? >> And you can't just choose like a different Walmart. >> Why should I have to? >> Because this is a private business. You understand that, right? No, they advertise to the public's house. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> That's how they get business. Um to the public. >> Are you still living in Hot Springs or Little Rock? >> What's your name? I don't >> What's What's your address? >> 501. >> I don't know. >> Huh? >> 501. [laughter] Well, you know what? Put 1216. I did my 1216. Uh >> what is that? >> Highway 5. Hot Springs. Highway Strictly fancy. >> Why they call me? >> I just work here and just go where I'm told. >> Exactly. >> What is a good phone number for you? >> I don't have one. >> You don't have one? Okay. >> Thank you. >> All right. So, they do want you to leave. Okay. >> I told them I wasn't. I came to shop. >> Well, I know, but they don't they don't want you here no more. Leave. >> Let me tell you what I told you. Mhm. >> I said, "If you want it after you have falsely accused me, excuse me, of stealing, right?" >> Yeah. >> I said, "The only way you going to give me from all >> is if you good to see me." >> Well, there's other there's other ways to do it, but file a complaint with corporate and do all that. There's >> the state is over with them now. >> I don't even think you that do associated with Walmart. >> You're associated with the state. >> But look, they want you trespass from here. They want you to leave. You You need to leave now. Okay. >> I told you I came here to shop. They advertised to >> You're not shopping here anymore. Okay. You're You're officially trespass. You have to leave >> for what? What is the law? >> You You want me to look it up for you? >> I don't know what it is. They didn't tell me. >> I promise you. >> If I had my phone, I look it up. I know. But they want you to leave, right? And you're refusing to leave. >> Just because they say it. Like everybody can >> Well, I'm >> Because they don't like your sweatshirt. That's why they want you to leave. It doesn't matter why they want you to leave. Just get out. >> Saying it, I'm a law enforcement officer. I'm saying you will leave or you will get arrested. It's simple as that. >> Respect Officer Lou. Yeah, >> I'm not afraid of being arrested. >> However, >> it's stupid to get arrested for not simply just walking out those doors and leaving. You know what I mean? >> You said it's stupid to not be arrested. I don't want to be arrested. >> Exactly. All you do is got to leave the store then. >> Why would I leave the store if I can't? >> Because you're no longer welcome here. It's not about >> She doesn't want to leave the store and she doesn't want to be arrested. Those are her only two options right now and she doesn't want either one of them. She wants a third option. >> Welcome. It's about shopping. It's my >> Okay. They don't want you to buy anything. They don't want you as a customer right now. >> They don't have it. >> Yes, they do. They're employees of the business. >> What What are you not getting about what anything I'm telling you? >> Right now, I'm >> They are Okay. They're refusing to let you purchase anything from here. They don't They don't want you here anymore. They do not want you in their their business no more. It's a private business. >> Okay. >> So, how can you leave? >> I'm giving you a chance to walk out here without getting arrested. It's simple. Just >> I don't know. I think they talked to an employee at the beginning. I wasn't really paying attention, but for whatever the reason is, uh, she's got to go. >> Walk out and leave the property and you will not be arrested today. >> If you can tell me what the law broke out, >> it's criminal trespass. What did I do criminally? >> It's trespass. >> You're not breathing. I'm just trying. >> You're in a private property. You're refusing to leave this private property. >> That's trespass. I have business here. >> Not anymore. >> Uh they asked me that I want to continue my business. I told them, "Yeah, you were caught." >> Yes. And I'm telling you, as a law enforcement officer, you have to leave or you will be arrested. >> It's not there. >> You understand that? >> Under what ground? Criminal trespass. Statute reads to remain unlawfully on property. This is private property. They have the right to tell you you need to leave. What's the law? I just read it to you. I just said it. That's what the statute is. >> Okay. What did Crystal L. Murphy do? >> You're on property after you've been told to leave multiple times. >> Why was I told to leave? >> If they don't have the right to say as soon as you walk through those doors, they don't want you here. It doesn't matter what you do. It doesn't matter how you do it. So there's a sign up that say that that if they say just a employee can say hey they don't come in the store. >> Any employee can refuse service to anybody. >> No. Where is it in here that where they were already serving me? >> It doesn't have to be put on paper. >> She wasn't serving. [clears throat] >> It does not have to be put on paper. >> This is in Arkansas. >> It doesn't have it doesn't have Well, >> cuz I know what y'all talking about. Are y'all talking about? That is what we >> So, are you refusing to leave the business? >> Let me just say, >> are you refusing to leave the business? >> Refusing to leave what business? >> What's the name of Walmart? >> Are you refusing to leave Walmart after you've been told to leave? >> Mrs. Bowman, >> if you can tell me what ID >> criminal trespass told you 100 times. >> Well, come you want her crimally trespass. You want her to leave? Correct. What's the charge? He He is an employee of Walmart. He has lost >> prevention >> contract of Walmart. >> So I've told you, she's told you. He's told you. >> Look, I'm giving you one more opportunity to leave or you will be going to jail today. >> You know, Officer L, you can't because I had already told him. >> It doesn't matter. All I need you to do is leave. You're willing to take a criminal charge because you do not want to leave a store. You just You just have to walk out. I really hope she's high or on something cuz that's scary if she's served. >> Look it up. You got to Google, right? Look up criminal trespass. >> Look up criminal trespass. >> Crime. It is criminal trespass. That is the crime. After >> Hey, 1 2 3. >> You're told to leave and you're refusing. You're crimally trespass. Who has to tell me to leave? Ma'am, >> we've all told you to leave at this for what? Okay, this last time I'm asking, are you going to leave or not? >> Look, we're going to give you We're going to give you one more opportunity to leave the property or you will be placed under arrest. I can tell y'all this is it cuz they been looking. >> No, we're not. We're not talking no more. We're not talking no more. Are >> all right? I know there got to be at least two people here. Hopefully there not two people here who aren't subbed to Mayor McN or I always say Mc Wrench. Mayor Wrench Mcnome. Your name is very confusing. World of weird news. >> You refuse to leave. >> The crime >> criminal trespass. >> What's the criminal trespass for? >> Okay. Are you going to leave the property? You didn't tell me what it's for for >> normal trespass. I told you. >> Tell me what it's for. Is it stealing? >> Okay. Right now. >> And if it's not stealing, I >> put your hands behind your back. >> Sure. >> Since you want to go this nut. >> Come on. [screaming] >> Sorry about that. Uh, I forgot about that. Let me turn the volume down a little bit. And uh, headphone warning. >> Stop. Put your hands behind your back. Do it now. >> PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND MY BACK. >> PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> PUT YOUR HANDS behind my back, sir. >> Officer, last y'all wanted to do. You've been ease dropping on my phone call and this what you want to do. That's cool. >> Stop. Stop. >> Just put your hands behind your back. >> I did. Yo, do what y'all wanted? Yo. Make sure cuz all y'all say I got something inside my booty. >> Where my shoe at? >> Baby, my leg is not right. I got to put that on to balance out my walk. You're walking just fine. >> No, I need an EMT. No, I need emergency vehicle. >> I need an emergency vehicle. I need emergency vehicle. I need emergency vehicle. Don't let me get that. >> Don't do that. >> I got a tip for this lady. Uh, police cars are considered emergency vehicles. >> Stretch out. >> Sit down. >> Get in the seat and sit down. Stand up. They're done. >> They're all going to get canned. >> I think we have enough for DUI. Um and I would like to pursue it. This is so history on her is she was so impaired by cannabis she either wasn't able to talk but seems catatonic and distance away from the vehicle um and we actually had her transported to PR. >> So I don't disagree that there probably >> that's one thing I like about watching these videos. It makes my life so much. Anytime I get stressed out, I watch one of these videos and I go, "Yeah, you know, got it pretty good. It's pretty peaceful over here." And they, the lady was saying, uh, or the officer, sorry, lady officer was saying last time she was so high on cannabis that she couldn't talk. I used to smoke it. I never got that high. I mean, I know it's stronger these days, but >> PC, how are you going to So, what does pursuing it mean? And how are we going to rule out the menal? >> So um pursuing it means going through the BAC data master. Um and ideally it will get her suspended because she should not have the lawful ability to operate a motor vehicle if this is how she keeps driving a vehicle. Um and I I understand the BAC may be difficult. I've dealt with difficult in a VAC before and I'm happy to deal with it. Um, and I understand that the BAC may have to be done with her in the chair. >> Yeah. >> Um, and that doesn't cheat. >> I'm fine with with us starting that path. >> I don't care for the chair being used as if she'd be safe in a cell. >> No, >> we can't put her in the chair just so she can do the BAC. Does that make sense? So, if she's just going to be a turd and she would be spine in a cell, which is what she seems like she would be to me, >> then we can't put her in the chair because that's extra use of force just for the sake of getting these >> normal would be. So, if she's going to be crazy and whatever, we may just have to abandon the BAC regards cuz if she's she ain't going to be able to talk on a phone. I mean, if she has to call a lawyer, I don't know. >> So, she has to talk to the lawyer. screaming about. >> Yeah. >> So, let's try take her to the station and see how it goes. >> You may let me out. >> Yeah. >> So, I can go back about my business. >> No, you may not touch my vehicle. >> So, I'm going to get your dog. >> No, you're not. People misunderstand me. >> People think we understand you. >> Stupid. >> People think I use drugs. What are drugs? What pharmaceuticals you buy? >> Yeah. >> Or wheat did you buy or crackage you buy? I mean what qualifies? God damn. Give you >> calm down face. >> Hey Bill, welcome back. >> Rather not be in the human race. >> This sucks like a goddamn rubber duck. Don't even flirt my boat. Not one second did I roast. >> You nailed it. That's it. >> No, I ain't been wrote. I ain't been right. Goddamn pants tonight. >> I think she said earlier. I forgot. >> Breaking. >> How old did she say she was? 60some, I think. >> Heart is already >> too old to act like this. >> CUZ NOBODY WILL GODDAMN listen to me. My kids won't listen to me. Oh, you got to leave here now that Bo died. Now nanny can take care of you. She takes Jackson. >> And by the way, Jackson still around. Make sure that it isn't >> overly tight something. >> Go ahead, Michelle. >> Nobody gauged it earlier. >> Okay, I'll make sure to gauge it. Go ahead and turn our face that way. >> Sorry. >> Oops. Yeah, I've actually seen that. There was one uh there was a DUI where they put the lady in the back of the car and they just turned on an audio tape and it was an AI voice reading the uh the implied consent and then they played it a second time because I didn't listen. I wasn't listening. All right, we'll just play it again. Then they walked off. >> Not necessary. >> We're going to be putting you in cuffs, Michelle. >> Then can you do it where they're not hurting? >> Do my best. And what will really help with that is your compliance. Okay. All right, Michelle, you have a hand an arm in the t-shirt. I need you to put it >> through the armhole. >> I don't know. After the arrest, she was initially charged with three felony counts of assault in the third degree along with obstructing a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest and physical control of a motor vehicle while under the influence. She was released on her own recgnizance. [music] When prosecutors formally filed the case, the resisting arrest and physical control charges were dismissed due to insufficient evidence. An additional charge of assault in the fourth degree gross misdemeanor was filed. She ultimately reached a plea agreement pleading guilty to the single count of assault [music] in the fourth degree. While the three felony assault counts and the obstructing charge were dismissed without prejudice, the judge sentenced her to 180 days in jail with 179 days suspended and credit for one day already served, followed by 12 months of supervised probation. As conditions of her probation, she was ordered to complete a mandatory mental health evaluation, refrain from alcohol use, submit to random year analysis, and commit no further criminal [music] violations. >> I can actually live with that. I I was really disappointed at first when they uh when they said uh released on her own recgnissance and then they dropped the felony charge. There's insufficient evidence. The officer had said on the camera she just kicked me in the knee. He could have testified. That's ev anyway. She got six months in jail. So that's something. And mandatory mental health and drug and alcohol treatment. So that's something. All right. Um, I forgot to check to see if anyone is on today. Let me take a look here. See if there's somebody we can raid. There's got to be somebody on on Saturday afternoon. Give me just a second to dig through here. All right. I should have done this earlier. I should have done it while the video was still playing. Let's see. Oh, nothing but Shane's at 8 o'clock. I thought John going to was going to be on. All right. Well, I can't find anyone to raid. So, everyone enjoy the rest of your Saturday. I will be back here uh at 1:00 p.m. Sorry, it took me a second. Tomorrow, Sunday. I'll be here at 1:00 p.m. Eastern. So, I will see you all then. Until then, [music] [music] [music] thank you for watching. Goodbye [music] for now. Don't you go screaming. Don't you go. We hope you [music] enjoy the show. We'll meet again on another day. [music] Just don't your screaming. Don't you go. Yeah. And we hope you enjoy the show. [music] We had some fun. We had some laughs. But it's time to go. [music]
