Heat. Heat. [music] [music] [music] Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. [music] [music] >> [music] >> Hello. Welcome back. It's Thursday. I've got a couple hours of videos to play today. Hope everyone's having a good day. I know there's a lot of smoke up north and it's I think it's supposed to come down. I don't know if it'll get down to me, but I might smell it. Who knows? We get wildfires in the southern part of my state and that the smoke sometimes comes up here even though it's hundreds of miles away, but that's just uh part of nature, wildfires and all that good stuff. Uh let's see, what do we have today? We got a lady who won't leave a hotel room. I think she might be a little off mentally. Actually, I think she's a lot a lot off mentally. And I got a guy who uh won't leave his parents house. He broke in, kicked the door down, and refuses to leave. That [clears throat] one gets exciting. And then I've got a lady who uh could have just gotten a a citation for shoplifting, but decided to get it a lot a lot bigger charges. I'll put it that way. Um, then I got an airport video. Got to have an airport video uh with these longer shows. So, let's get started with the lady in the hotel. She was trying to uh I don't know what she was trying to do. She was trying to give cheese to a kid. I I've never heard of that, but I don't know what she was planning to do with the kid once the kid took the cheese. But fortunately, police step in and stopped all that. >> Give a neighbor cheese. You are not going to arrest me. >> Courtney, listen. >> Listen. If you don't leave, >> oh, I'm calling the real cops. On July 14th, 2025, officers in Washington responded to an extended stay after an employee dialed 911 to report a disruptive guest. The woman reportedly followed an unrelated child straight into her room, claiming she was just trying to give the minor some cheese. However, what should have been a routine trespass eviction was about to spiral completely out of control. Here's what the officers did next. >> Um, I came out, so I work front desk. I came out my side door here. >> Okay. >> And, uh, I saw her go into a room that she's not associated with. She's proceeded. She's going to stand at my counter and yell at me and argue with me because she does not comprehend why it is not okay for her to go in someone else's room >> and especially in a room behind a minor child. >> Okay. >> Is that on the first floor? >> Yeah, it's right here. >> All right. Do you know her name? >> Courtney. >> Courtney. Okay. >> Yeah, >> cool. >> She I'm literally shaking how bad she has been like so upset cuz I'm just like what do you not understand? And it's not okay to go into a room >> behind a minor child. >> For sure. For sure. >> Yeah. It was She went She went in after her. >> She's like, "Well, she was screaming and she said she wanted this." I was like, "No, she didn't. No, she didn't." And then she said she was going to call you call them on me. Call you guys on me. I was like, "For what?" Cuz you're yelling at me and being rude to me because I'm getting to comprehend that it's not okay to go in someone else's room, let alone a room behind a minor. >> And what room are you in? >> I could mix it up. Yeah. >> All right. >> Hey, Courtney. I need you to chat with us. I need you to come chat with us. >> Back up off the door. >> Are you going to open it? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Cool. >> What's your problem? >> What's my problem? Okay. I don't know. >> So, she's got a problem with understanding that I was trying to give a neighbor cheese. >> I don't eat lunch. >> And she had a fit. >> Okay. So, it sounds like there's a little bit of miscommunication. Okay. What's going on? So basically she called me a pervert. >> Okay. >> For giving her cheese. >> Do you know the person you were giving cheese to? >> Yes. >> You do know them? How do you know them? >> Yeah. >> I don't know him. I just I just met him in the hall. >> Did they ask you for cheese? >> No, I just give it to him. >> So I just gave it to him. >> Okay. >> And and she had a fit and I That's the front desk and I was literally like you're going to call the cops on me for giving that neighbor cheese. She She's questionable. And >> this is a hotel. It's not a neighborhood. They aren't your neighbors. >> She's questionable as far as understanding. She's questionable as far as uh children. >> Okay. So, >> I hear what you're saying, but they don't want you here anymore. >> I'm fine being here. >> If you don't leave, we have to arrest you. >> Well, I just paid for another week. >> Hey, Buck. Wild. >> It's a civil matter. You'd have to talk to her about it. Okay. Okay. So, I'll talk to the owner's name. >> Okay. But you have to leave today. >> Okay. >> How long do you think it would take you to pack your stuff? >> Probably like 24 hours. >> 24 hours to pack up a room. I don't know if it I don't know if this is one of those extended stay places or if she just paid for a week. I don't know. >> Okay. That doesn't work for me. >> Okay. >> How much How much time you What's reasonable in your eyes? Can you do half an hour? >> I can give it like I can give it like uh 24 hours. >> Yeah. No, >> he give you half an hour to go to get your stuff and leave. >> I'm going to make a few phone calls and I'll let you know. >> I'll call 911. >> So, I don't care if you call 911. I'm telling you, you have to leave. I'm going to give you half an hour. If you are not gone in half an hour, you will go to jail for trespassing. Does that make sense? >> Trespassing is >> trespassing >> a thing. >> Yeah. I I I don't know if that was the only thing she did or if other guests were complaining or what, but yeah, it does seem kind of minor. It doesn't really seem like something to call the police in on. I mean, if the parent had called the police, okay, it's their kid, but my jurisdiction not in this case. >> Well, you're in Everett's jurisdiction, so it's a thing. Okay. >> So, half an hour. If you're not gone, you go to jail. >> We'll see how that works out >> and not in your favor. Okay. So, half an hour, that's all you have. >> Yeah. If you do decide not to be out in a half an hour and you do decide to not open the door, we will have to force entry. >> Just make it very quick. >> Okay. >> So, >> and why is that again? >> Uh because you're trespassing. If you're not >> trespassing without payment is trespassing. Trespassing with payment is not trespassing. >> You're not comprehending, which I that's okay. So, so um do we need to go talk to the receptionist >> about why she's matter >> trespassing? It doesn't matter why, unfortunately. Like they can trespass unfortunate >> cuz they wanted to trespass me. >> Yeah, it's unfortunate for you lady. >> You are in big trouble coming at me about this. >> Come on out. So, just so we're all on the same page right now, it's 8:21. So, by 8:51, >> don't touch that door. >> Don't touch that. >> The officer gives Courtney a generous 30-minute window to pack her things and walk away without charges. >> Yeah, she thinks she's immune. Now, now that they have her out of the room, they should not let her back in the room. But, of course, they do. >> Was kids alone? Oh, there she is. It's too smoking a cigarette. Okay. So, >> what exactly is the problem here? >> You need to go. >> No. Why is that? >> Because >> I just paid for another week. >> Okay. You can come back. >> Are you going to let her talk? >> I trespassed. >> You are trespassed per my GM. >> Okay. So, let's get the GM's number on the phone. >> Don't need to call my GM. She's off the clock. You can come back. >> Okay. So, so it's >> Courtney. If you don't let her talk, then she's just going to walk away and you don't get to talk to her anymore. >> I think she's >> Courtney. Courtney, listen. >> Listen. >> How you doing? >> What time did you say? >> 8:51. >> If you're not out of here with all your stuff by 8:51, you will go to jail for trespassing. So, I suggest you go pack your stuff up. >> And if you don't start doing it now, >> Oh, I am calling the real cops. >> You are the real cops. We will be here. >> No, I know. Um, I'm giving her half an hour. She got further in there. Hey, if you don't open the door in a half hour, YOU WILL ALSO be arrested for resisting arrest and obstructing. >> Fast forward 30 minutes. The officers returned to Courtney's room to ensure she's leaving. Instead of packing, she's engaged the interior swing bar latch, barricading herself inside. >> See, they they let her back in the room. She's closed and locked the door. Now, this is going to take forever to get her out, unless they want to just kick the door in. >> Hey, Courtney. Police Department. Open the door. We're going to come in. >> Hey, Courtney. >> That's what I thought, too. >> Courtney, you should probably come chat with us. This is going to be a lot worse. >> How's it going, >> Courtney? If you don't come out, you're going to get additional charges. >> I have a thing you guys can use. >> Oh, better yet, I have a tool. >> Okay. >> If you need and I will hand this to you. No. >> So, what you do is you just shut the door a little bit. Put those in between the metal in it. Push it. Push it. Yeah. Got it. Barney, >> you're under arrest for trespassing. If you don't come out now, you're going to be under arrest for resisting an obstruction. Come to the door. >> Why'd you let her in the room? >> I know you're awake. We just talked to you. Get out of the bed and come to the door, Courtney. You're making this a lot harder for yourself. >> More charges means more jail time. >> Not really. >> I know you're in there. I saw your movement. Come to the door now. >> When officers return to check on Courtney, they discover she's placed a phone call to her mother rather than pack up her thing. >> The cops are here. I need you here right now. Mom. >> Oh, it's mom. >> Yeah, I know. I know. The cops at my door. for nothing. >> Courtney, you are under arrest for trespassing. Come out now. >> WHY? WHY IS SHE UNDER ARREST FOR TRESPASSING? >> I'm not going to have this conversation with a third party. >> Open before. >> You are under arrest for trespassing. You need to open the door and come out now. >> Yeah. No. >> No. >> Okay. Well, then you are also going to go to jail for resisting arrest. Good to see you. >> All right. You are resisting. So, >> what did she do? >> She is trespassing. I already explained it to her. I am not going to have a conversation with you. You are not involved. You are not involved. room is paid for until tomorrow. >> I don't care. Listen, >> I'm I'm paid for that is a civil matter. The management does not want you here. They trespassed you. You are refusing to leave. So, you are going to jail. >> No, I'm not going to jail. >> Yes, you are. >> You are going to get the off my [ __ ] If you do not get away from me and away from my door, we're going to have problems. >> We already have problems cuz you're under arrest and you're refusing to answer the door. >> I'm not under arrest. >> You are. I already told you. You >> okay for the roof? I already told you you are under arrest for trespassing. I am not going to explain it further. You need to open the door. >> All right. All right. These cops are out of control. >> We are going to come in if you do not come out. >> You're [laughter] not going to come in. >> We will. Okay. >> No, you're not. Sit your ass down. >> No. >> In your cop car and get away from me. >> No. You are under arrest. I am not leaving. >> I'm going to need some help and I don't know how to. >> We gave her 30 minutes to pack up her stuff and she decided not to do so. And so now she is under arrest for resisting as well. >> You have the copy. No. >> Yeah. No, I'm going to call 911. >> We already here. >> Oh, don't call 911. Actually, do call 911. It'll make things worse for you, which is better for us. >> There's no point calling 911. >> Yeah, there's there's multiple cops here. >> Yeah, there's three of us. It's >> because you're making us a bigger deal than it needs to be. >> Just wait. That is exactly why you're >> You're okay with arresting me? >> Yes, you're under arrest for trespassing. I am okay with that. >> I'm not arrested for [ __ ] >> If you have the cops calling me? No, I am not calling your mother. >> I'm going to call 911. >> Go ahead and call 911. We are already here. >> That is totally okay. >> Do you know how to use it? >> We have to close. >> You can go ahead and try if you want. >> Did she explain it to you? >> Yeah. So, she said you put the things right here like this. >> You close it a little bit and flick it back. Hotel staff provide police with a tool to disengage the swing bar, but Courtney simply relocks it each time, earning a resisting charge while escalating the situation and frustrating law enforcement attempts at a peaceful resolution. >> Are you kidding me? >> Mom, >> no, they're not kidding. >> Try this one. It's already like bent. >> Stop it. >> If you come out, this won't be a thing. >> Stop it. >> Good to see you, Keith. Stop it. >> Hold up our desk right now. >> Some real cops. >> That might work. That might work. >> I don't know. Let's face the fake precip. >> An officer heads outside to attempt to gain entry or cooperation through the window. >> Well, actually, they can help her get a refund. >> Get off. Hey, Jimmy. >> Courtney, come on out. >> I don't think so. >> Yeah, >> that would be fun. >> You need to go. You are under arrest. >> You are under arrest. >> You are making this way more difficult than it needs. Now, this is a perfect opportunity. The one at the window could like coax her over and distract her while the two at the front door could get the latch undone and she wouldn't be at the door to unlock or to lock it again. Then they can get in smarter than you think you work together. >> That is so great. >> All right. So, get them off my door. >> No, not until you go open it. >> So, um your little sweet ass face >> a door. Um you're under arrest for trespassing. You need to go out to the front door. You need to unlock it and chat with my officers. >> To the front door and you are not going to arrest me now. >> You're under arrest. >> No, >> you are. You are under arrest, Courtney. >> Despite what you think you are, >> why am I under arrest? >> I told you you're under arrest for trespassing. I'm not talking to your mom. I'm talking to you. You are under arrest for trespassing. I've already told you a million times you're trespassing. I already told you. I'm not going to keep explaining it to you. my mother the room. >> I am not having this conversation. You are under arrest. Do not hit me. You want an assault charge? >> That's not That's not assault. >> You just hit me with your phone. Would you like me to take the phone? >> Mom, give me the phone back. >> Would you like to have a conversation? >> Yeah, I give the phone back. >> She has a court date. >> We're not allowed to phoneass for >> She has been trespassed because she's causing causing issues here. She is now under arrest for trespassing because she has refused to leave when asked. >> She just took that phone. >> Okay. Can you can you listen for a second? How was she trespassed? What did she do? >> It doesn't matter. They didn't want her here. You can have a conversation with the extended stay. You can have a conversation with extended stay. >> I was literally just there. Like I was literally just there like 3 hours ago. >> Oh, that's where the that's where the daughter gets literally from. Mom says it too. get that. But something happens in the time that you were there or that you were here. >> The management has decided that she does not want her anymore. >> Yeah. Take it. Go talk to mom. Thank you. >> Talk to mom. >> I'll move my >> No, you're under arrest. >> No, I'm not under arrest. >> If you don't go outside, you will be charged with resisting arrest. >> No, she's already charged with resisting arrest. >> What I'm going to make sure of is you guys get your [ __ ] under control. You do not get your This is a lot of stuff to move. >> Well, I gave you the opportunity to move it. This takes Do you think this takes >> You're sitting there? You were sitting there laying in bed. You were making no effort. I saw you through the door. >> Okay. >> You want to help me move? >> And if her mom is so close, why can't the daughter just stay with mom? Why is she putting her up in a hotel room? >> All this food and all this [ __ ] >> I'm not helping you move anything. You made no effort to pack up in the time I gave you to do so. >> Are you going to help me move it up? >> Absolutely not. That's not something I'm doing now. >> That's not our job. >> Our job is to take you to jail. So go outside that door, please. >> You're just making this harder on yourself. You're going to get You're already getting more and more charges >> on yourself. >> The longer that you play this game. >> Stoping with the hotel. >> No. >> The hotel gave us permission. It's not your house. It's theirs. >> Yeah. >> And I'm the one who owns this. >> Okay. We do, too. >> Yeah. No, you don't. >> Yeah. Because Courtney continues to resist, hotel management authorizes police to use both cutters to cut the lock and enter the room. >> There we go. >> That was easy. >> Good afternoon, Lyn. Good to see you. >> All right. >> Hey, you're under arrest. >> Yeah. >> Hi. >> Just sitting on the bed like a wacko back. >> Get your hands off me. That was not okay. >> That was not a wrist. I got >> That is not okay. >> I got right arm. Left arm is underneath her. I have the wrist. If you want to call 911, >> are you kidding me? >> No, they're not kidding. >> Get off my [ __ ] There's no reason you should be arresting me. >> We found two of them. >> Yes. 3 47. >> We'll roll you on the side. Okay. Don't kick anybody with it. >> Stop. >> Courtney, are you okay? >> Stop. >> I don't think they could figure out how to use the tool and then the hotel staff, they left. They just said, "Here's the tool." And took off. >> Are you doing okay around? >> We're going to sit you up. Okay. >> Give me my purse. >> I'm going to roll you on your back and then I'm going to sit you up. Okay. >> Yeah, I'm fine. >> There we go. >> Okay. Now, >> you're not injured at all, guys. You guys sit your ass down and we're going to have a conversation because I need to talk to you real quick. >> Yeah. >> We're not going to get kicked in. >> Um, get my phone. Get my purse. >> Where is my purse? >> On the couch. >> Worry about my ass. >> They don't grab it for you. They already >> Yeah, I don't think she's right in the head. I I think she needs some treatment, but she's annoying as hell, too. >> Why can't you guys just let me be in a room? >> Because you're not acting like an adult. >> I am acting like adult. >> They're not letting me get a dog. And now I've got no shoes. >> So, we gave you 30 minutes, Courtney, >> for that deal. >> Will get >> Do not kick officers. That will be another car. >> Stop. Stop taking me out of this facility. >> Time for half measures and >> my car is to the right. I can pull it up or we can walk. >> You have got people. >> I don't care about us. >> Yeah. So, who do you work for? Boeing and Amazon. >> We She's not >> She's not right. >> That's Yeah. >> Why? I am >> dude. Not getting my >> You're not kicking officer. Are you three? >> I know. >> I don't know. I'm tuning around. >> I am doing and I know who I am with. >> Yeah. >> You better get a sandwich going for me there. >> That's good. >> Okay. >> As always, you'll write a statement. >> Yeah. I need to inform her that her opinion. >> Yep. Bingo. >> It was made in cash today will come in the form of a payment, which is a check. >> Okay. I can do that. >> Officially not allowed. >> I'm just going to roll down the window cuz she's a little feisty. >> Hey, if you kick out a window, >> could be. >> Hey, if you piece of [ __ ] >> if you kick out a window or damage my >> Oh, okay. I know. I heard something about sandwiches. >> My phone. You took all the [ __ ] I was just in the room with her. You have no >> You're welcome to tell her if you'd like. >> Good. >> Party. >> No. Hell no. >> Hell no, [ __ ] >> You're welcome to say your payment >> in your hotel and I am well aware of how many people >> You're welcome to get your payment. >> These are [ __ ] >> It will be refers to what credit cards. Okay. It'll be given back to you >> every time. >> Yeah. That's that [ __ ] talking. >> GIVE ME MY PHONE. GET YOUR ASS OUT OF THE CAR. >> HEY, >> get your ass in the car. >> Hey. >> Yeah. You want to play games with me? >> Hey, >> get my phone. Get all my [ __ ] >> You want You want all my [ __ ] You want everything? I want you to go down here right now. Okay. So, you know what? You know what? Do you know who my wife is? >> I do not, but I don't really >> I don't think you give a I don't >> Nobody gives a [ __ ] >> Oh [ __ ] >> You could what? >> Yeah. >> You want to mess with the Hilton? You want to mess with the demies >> and the Lados >> and the Do you want me to go around the other side? >> You want to mess with >> Okay, now >> Okay. >> Hey, if you damage my patrol car, it is a felony. You are a coming out. >> If you kick me, if you kick me. >> I didn't kick you. >> Okay. >> Stop resisting your wrist. >> Yeah. >> All right, that's it. >> Oh, what just happened? Oh, yeah. That's my foot. >> We need the wrap. >> Yo, I'll show you. >> You guys want me to go? >> GET OFF MY [ __ ] I guess so. >> You are in so much trouble for hitting me. Ma'am, you need help. Yeah, >> I see her here. >> Seriously, >> get her. >> Yeah, someone can get the rap. >> I can go get >> Go get the wrap. Yeah. You want to go? >> Throw her in a >> They're kicking you in the face. >> What is this, you [ __ ] >> The wrap is a device used by police when a violent suspect won't stop kicking while being placed in the car, Courtney kicked an officer so hard that her head bounced off the patrol car ceiling, leaving a massive lump. YEAH. YOU SEE THAT? YOU SEE HOW THAT WORKS? You see how things work? >> I see how it works. >> GET THAT [ __ ] off me. >> Hey, you just Hey, you just caught a felony. Chill out. >> YOU JUST CAUGHT A FELONY. >> OKAY, chill out. >> Arresting a felon. >> I am a felon. >> Okay. Well, you are. Yeah. You >> You want me to pull you out? >> So are you. >> I know you are, but what am I? Get that [ __ ] off my [ __ ] >> Around and kick and scream in the back here where she >> get that [ __ ] off my sh that door. >> Yeah, >> get that one. >> I can't remember if they do it. >> Yeah. You want to? >> I guess not. >> All right, I'm out. >> Hey, Gary. How you doing? >> Uh-huh. >> Open the door. >> Well, I got screwed on and you arrested someone for it and you just got your hand. >> You saw your pipe sabber. She donkey kicked her in the face and her head bounced off the roof of the car. I think you should do this all pretty >> in the neck. >> Yeah. >> And you saw it? >> I saw three. >> Yeah, I found body cam. >> You can't do the cage port anymore cuz you're the victim. So, you can drive her up. That's fine. But do you want to do the uh cage port then? yourself. >> The officer Courtney assaulted transports her to the jail, but it's not long before she begins kicking the windows in the back of the patrol car. >> Hey, if you kick out my window, it'll be another felony, Courtney. >> If you kick out my window or damage my patrol vehicle in any way. >> Welcome to being trained by the cops, the real one. Huh? What? >> Hello, sir. How long have you been out for? >> Yeah, you got you got it. >> Yeah, you got it. >> Welcome to my world. Welcome to 143. >> Yeah, that's what I thought. >> Sounds good. >> Hello. They just for giving a girl, a little girl, a piece of cheese. >> After the arrest, Courtney was booked into the county jail. She was charged with assault in the third degree, a class C felony in Washington State, along with obstructing a law enforcement officer and criminal trespass in the first degree. >> All right. Well, yeah. I think she uh I think she needs to get some counseling and might need some medication. I don't know. I'm not a doctor. Can't give medical advice. This next guy, he's in a similar situation. I don't think he's quite right in the head. He uh kicks down the door of his parents' place after he was removed from the house and uh refuses to leave. And we get a little taser action. >> 2026, officers responded to a residence after receiving a report of a domestic incident. According to police, the homeowners reported that their son, who no longer lived at the residence, had allegedly forced his way into the home after previously being kicked out by his father. >> Love the animation. >> When officers arrived, the situation quickly escalated as they attempted to take the suspect into custody. >> All right, what happened? >> He came back and we didn't come in, so we said we'll put some stuff out for you. Go. We were g to give him money to go get a hotel and whatever. >> He kicked on the front door and she is petrified. So >> where's he at? >> Okay. The front door looks okay. What do you mean? He kicked it down. He kicked it open. >> I don't know if he broke it, but he kicked it was locked. >> Okay. All right. >> Yeah. In the house. >> All he's got to do is leave. Hey, Daniel. >> Yo, >> dude, I got to take a shower. >> Come here. >> Look, I had >> Yeah, I had a feeling this was a repost. >> I literally have to take a shower. >> I don't really care. I said get down here right now. >> Down here. >> I'll go. >> Down here now. >> I got to get a a sweater on. It's cold. Fine. I'll go >> walk down here. >> I don't want you to touch me. >> Then you start walking or I'll start dragging. Come on. >> Get down here. >> Let's Let's sit and talk. >> He's playing games. >> No, this guy that guy locked me out. >> No, don't sit down. No choice but to do this. >> I said to come downstairs. You're not listening, >> dude. Listen. >> Okay, >> I'm listening. >> He had no choice but to kick down the door of his parents place. He's a grown man. I mean, I know he's got mental issues, but still, you got to start taking care of yourself. >> I had no choice but to do that. >> No, you didn't. You did have a choice. Come down here. I don't have like a income, dude. >> They're sending me bills. >> Okay. >> Like that. Like I I'll go fix it with my dad. I'll go with him to the store. >> What? >> I don't know. I I don't know. Okay. >> I'll literally Why Why don't Why don't you stop acting like this? There's a lot going on. >> It is. Looks like a nice neighborhood. >> They keep locking me out. >> Exactly. >> I didn't even go. >> When I left here, you said you were walking and you were going to the gym. >> I didn't I couldn't even get >> You just kicked the door in on the house. That's not normal. >> Saying I can't be home. >> Okay. They kept saying I'm I had like I can't go there to a homeless I don't even have a ride to a homeless shelter. >> So now you're acting irrational. Take >> the laundry basket and slide down. >> I'm not I I I had to. I had to do that, man. >> No, you did not. I literally had to. No, you didn't have to. That's what they call irrational actions. >> No. Well, >> so why did you do that? >> I did it because he locked the door and I need to be inside. I need power. My back's all itchy, man. I got like Lyme disease. Like >> I don't care what disease you got. Come down and sit on this chair right now and start listening to me. Otherwise, I'm going to drive means you got to break in. >> Dude, that's that's like that's Please don't. >> I'm telling you, you're not listening. Good to you. >> Get off the stairs and start listening to what you say. Otherwise, I'm pulling you down. >> So, it's your You don't want me to touch you? No, punch me. >> They're allowed to detain people temporarily. >> Punch me cuz y'all a whole bunch of [ __ ] [ __ ] Punch me like your other [ __ ] That's what y'all can do. >> Yeah. >> I don't give a [ __ ] Y my mother head. Y you looking at me the [ __ ] out. >> Have a seat. >> No, I don't have no seat. >> Okay, >> now we get to find out what happened to her. >> Get out my head. >> She might have yelled that at the judge after the sentence. >> My face, bro. The suspect later pleaded guilty to aggravated assault against a public servant, harassment of a public servant, and possession of a controlled substance. >> She was sentenced to 40 years in state prison. >> 40 years. She's going to be out of circulation for quite a while. All right. Next, we got uh I forgot this one. I think this is the lady who threw a Bible at one of the officers. She was being asked to leave a room. Uh I don't know if it was a current boyfriend girlfriend thing or if they had just broken up or what, but they were trying to get her out of the room and on her way out she decided to throw a Bible. >> Oh yeah. What's going on, brother? >> How do you do? >> Doing all right. You the only one here? No, there's a lady. >> Okay. What's going on? >> Yeah. >> Trying to get her to leave. >> Okay. >> She come banging on the door last night, this morning. She's smashing my stuff. >> She probably had a record. >> My thing is to keep everything cool and corded, you know. You know, there's her mom there, you know. So, >> yeah, >> it's just a little yelling, you know. >> Yep. Okay. >> Did she just leave or what? You know where she at? >> Yeah. I suspect that that's not her first criminal offense. I think she had a long record and might have been on probation. might have been on Pearl for something else and they're finally fed up. >> She's in the bathroom or what? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Just trying to get the cal down. >> Yeah. >> What's her name? >> Name's Chloe. >> Okay. Neighbors are calling saying y'all yelling and there's things being thrown and something about a kid and everything else. >> Hey, Jada. >> She just threw my light, you know, and I'm I'm just telling her, you know, it doesn't even get this far to call the folks, you know, go and this will be the point where it get far as >> Okay. It's literally nothing, [ __ ] Like, I'm literally just trying to talk. Yeah, he seems all right. >> I finally got a folks deal right now. >> Okay. >> I wasn't trying to get this phone. >> Are you needing to get by or >> I just was waiting on my daughter to come get her phone and I saw you show up. So, I'm trying to figure out what's going on. >> Who's your daughter, >> Chloe? That's what I'm saying. >> I'm not leaving WITHOUT MY SON. NOT LEAVING WITHOUT MY SON. I'M GOING TO GIVE YOU MY NO, I DON'T [screaming] CARE. NO. >> SORRY. I guess I should have given a a volume warning. Let me turn that down a little bit. She just blew out my ear. >> [ __ ] WHERE'S MY SON? I DON'T GIVE A [ __ ] MO, >> [ __ ] you. STOP YELLING. >> WHERE'S MY SON? >> CHLOE, >> NO. >> STOP THE YELLING. >> HE CAN'T. NOBODY CAN FIGURE OUT what's going on. I don't know what's going on. I have I She showed up. >> There's nothing going on. It's just I'm literally I'm literally not trying to antagonize or make her angry. I just want her to grow up and I'm tired. >> Yeah. Sorry about that. [laughter] >> She can Where's the kid at? >> The kid is with my folks. I basically took care of him his whole life. I'm going to take care of her. You know what I'm saying? >> And sorry to pause, but this lady right here is mom of the the screaming lady. >> I will talk to you in a minute. >> Will be great. >> I will talk to you in a minute. >> My kid is four. I took care of him since he was born. I've been doing for him. >> All I do is take care. I just said, you know, I just take this time, you know, while we doing all this, you know, to get everything situated and I can hold on to him, you know, while you want to do what you want to do, you know. >> Yeah. >> That's what I'm saying. And I said, "I got it right now." You know, and when I give me like a week or two, you know, I make sure I get them to you, you know, cuz I I know how she is. She's >> going to disappear. >> Your mom, right? >> Can you go wait in the car with mom? You don't have to leave. >> No, I'm not. >> Chloe, you don't have to leave. I'm not asking you to leave. >> I'm not in the car. >> And >> sometimes that's >> sometimes they'll put on an act for the police. They'll stay nice and calm and relaxed. In this case, I think this is just how he is. He's just calm and relaxed and just trying to He's just trying to diffuse everything. >> Can you wait with her and I'll talk to you over here? You want to grab a jacket? >> He's like in the bathroom back over there or something like that. >> A nice big crowd over there. I just don't want to have her keep interrupting and crap. So >> So kid is with your folks. Kid is with my folks, but I took care of this time. All I do is do for and I'm trying to get her to get her like to get a bit out. I'm just tired of all this petty games, you know, just trying to be her, you know, as in a situation, you maintain the situation, you know, and I'm actually done with I speak to her about it, you know, type. She's always throwing me off, you know, angry, you know, calm and relax, you know, >> when I'm just trying to talk about stuff, you know, but I can't speak. So, >> if I did do it right now, she'll disappear, but I'm just going to enjoy this little time I do got cuz I do know. That's what I'm saying. >> Is there a parenting plan or anything in place? >> There's never been a parenting thing. You know, I've always done everything myself. I take care of him myself. I took him to work today with me by myself. >> Okay. Is that all kind of sound? >> He pretty much has the kids at least 75% of the time. Chloe is younger than him by several years and much more lesser than he is. >> Sure. >> She can come home with me. >> You have to let her see him though. >> I would bring him back myself. >> He's the primary >> what? Yeah. >> As of right now. But I know he don't have a problem with Chloe seeing the baby. She would not run off with her him >> trying to help her evolve. But >> no, I'm not your dad. >> Hey, how you doing? >> Mad. I think she's just mad right now. >> Was you or where she living at? >> She She was >> She floats around. >> Okay. [snorts] Okay. >> But I mean, she has a place to go right now. I can take >> Yeah. As calm as he is and as wild as she's being right now, it really does make me make you wonder what did he see in her? like he seems calm and peaceful and he brings chaos into his world for what? >> Okay. >> So, what do you want to see happen? >> I'm hope hopefully, you know, since we've done all this talking, you know, I'm just trying to get her, you know, get her get herself together, you know, and I literally will have them in her hands in a few days. >> Okay. >> I'm pretty sure this whole situation is about the kid for sure. >> Time. Okay. What were you saying? >> I was going to say he's pretty much everything he's >> Wiggles. Good to see you. Okay. Well, I'm going to talk with her and see if we can work something out. But >> can I get my phone from you, too? >> I will work on that. Yes, >> I think this is him. >> Okay. Can I have her phone? See if I can make a trade for it at least. >> I didn't know any of that. >> Yeah, that's true. >> Him at least at the door. >> Yeah. >> Hey, Chloe, can we talk a minute? >> First, can we trade phones? Have his phone >> and I get my son. >> Okay. That's not how that works. >> That could be. That could be. She conned him. That's not how that works. >> Until my son gets here. He's not getting his phone until my son gets here. No, >> Chloe. Let's be rational about this. Take a deep breath. You can be charged with keeping his phone from him. >> If he wants to put >> You want to go to jail? >> You can do it >> over my son. Yes, I will. Because >> his phone has nothing to do with that. >> No. >> Nothing whatsoever. >> Yeah, his phone does. His I don't know where my son is. His stupid family does have my son in a [ __ ] motel room. So I guess it does. I'm texting his family trying to figure out where the [ __ ] my son is. >> Okay. You keeping his phone from him would end up with you in jail. >> Yeah. If you want me phones so he can press charges. >> It doesn't matter if he wants to or not. >> Technically. Yeah. >> He could press charges if he wants to. I'm waiting for my son them to text me back. >> When I was younger I was too. >> Chloe, it sounds like he's willing to work out stuff. >> No kid. Saying that because you guys are here. He's [ __ ] psycho. >> Oh, >> that's true. >> He's telling your mom that, too. >> Your mom's backing up everything he's saying. >> Okay. >> So, what what is going on here? >> Nothing. He's >> there's nothing going on. I left last night. We were cool. I left last night with my friend. He doesn't like when I leave with my friends. >> And then I came back this morning and he wouldn't unlock the door. And then >> we find out >> he's just that kind of jealous person. He's mad because I left last night with my friend Chloe and I didn't come back home. I stayed the night at her house, but she lives behind Dixie Stampede and he didn't like that. Now look at us. We're here, >> right? So >> now look at us. >> Let's not make things worse for ourselves >> and figure out a solution that works for everybody >> where people don't have to go to jail. >> Nice. >> Cuz it's pretty asinine, right? You want to go to jail for holding on to a phone? >> No, but I will. >> Okay. So, straight phones, you have yours. No, >> he knows I'm not playing with >> That doesn't make any sense. If you go if they have to arrest you, they'll they'll still going to take the phone. The only difference is you're going to jail versus you just give up the phone and don't go to jail. >> I'm not until I get my son. He's not even on my son's birth certificate. Get him for kidnapping. >> That's not how that works. >> Yeah. Give me his phone. I will give you yours and we'll continue to have a civil conversation without you going to jail. >> Yeah, my son should be here in 2 minutes. >> Okay, now give me the phone. >> I'll give it to him. >> Chloe, give me the damn phone. It doesn't matter. >> It is not your phone. >> I bought it. >> I bought both of them. >> Okay. Just [snorts] find this, >> right? >> Is this her? >> That's hers still. >> Did you get his or >> No, she refused to give it to me. She says boy will be here in a couple minutes. I don't know if she's Sounds like she's been texting or calling or whatever. >> Yeah, >> your folks. >> Can you wait here for a second? >> Your crackhead ass friend is bringing my son right now. Yeah, she's going to sp have to spend some time in jail, but yeah, I think long term, yeah, she needs to get some mental help. This is three in a What? Three in a row I've done. I won't be too hard on her because Yeah, she is not quite right in the head. >> Why you would have my son in that ugly ass? >> Knock it off. >> While we're at it, we pack all my son's [ __ ] cuz that's where he's going. So from here, because she's keeping you from your phone, we can arrest her. >> Yeah, something along those lines might help her. >> It's really kind of silly to me to do that, but >> that's kind of where we're at. So >> yeah, he looks kind of dejected. He's like, Love is never real. Stuff like that always happen. She said >> not until she gets help. >> Okay. You said she don't live here, right? >> Okay. [snorts] Do you want her out of there? >> I'm going to give her what she want. That's fine. >> Fine. She can come live with me. >> Yeah. My wife's >> and I've been here for 6 months. So technically, you know, the law I don't have to leave for 30 days, right? >> Doesn't live here. So I don't have to leave right now. It does matter when I've been here for a long time. >> Just come home for a few days. >> Huh? >> Just come home for a few days >> with my son. Yeah. And all his [ __ ] That's where That's what's going on right now. >> He did. You going to call him? See if they're on their way or whatever. >> Hello. [snorts] You still at work? Can't bring you. You stupid [ __ ] hoe. >> Let's show them these walls you punch in the [ __ ] >> Didn't like my ass. >> Let's cover up all the wall. >> Where you at? All right. But you got my mans, right? I appreciate you though. All right, bet. Yeah, that's fine. I'm standing outside. >> Hey, you can [ __ ] off. I paid for. >> Okay. [snorts] >> My money. >> Okay. So, >> stick around while she gets her things together or things for him or whatever. I can see it in the face. >> I don't want to leave here with the two of y'all still going at each other's throats and [ __ ] So, >> go for it. >> Yeah. She said something earlier about he's uh he's he hasn't been legitimized yet. You do not have a ticket. So now you're in trespass. Let's go that way. >> But I bought a ticket. >> Well, you had one. Then they rebooked you >> and that's it. >> We told Nobody told me otherwise. >> You asked me. You asked me to rebook me. >> No, they told you you were not flying. Everything's been video recorded. All right. So, you can see it for yourself. Go ahead and request it. >> You were told at least four times. >> Dude, >> we asked you to go. Come on. Walk this way. >> There's nothing wrong with me. >> I just want I just gained a lot of weight. >> We told you pushing me, bro. >> Okay, we'll just go to >> Yeah, her deceased parents. Uh, we get to talk. Well, we we get to hear from dad in a little bit. >> I need to talk to some supervisor. >> I'm not being held in custody. >> No, you're under arrest. You're being >> I didn't do nothing. I didn't do anything. >> Go that way. You're going to jail. >> You did do something. >> So, you can walk down to David 3 to his patrol car or we can take you to David 3 to his patrol car. >> I had a lot of consequences growing up. >> Privately that point. >> I'm sorry. >> No, I'm not that point, bro. What the mean? Why am I What are you doing to me? This is harassment. This is harassment. This is harassment. >> Harassment. >> Harass. >> No, it's not. >> All right. What are you doing? >> I am civil. I am straight. >> She calls her dad. >> Wow. Let me go. Let me go. >> No. Let me go. Ask me to perform the lines. >> I am. I have n stagments. I have nag. I have a sister like this. No, I got beat the [ __ ] out of her ex-boyfriend. I want to go home. No, I'm sober. >> You're not listening. You're not listen. You're not listening either. >> She insists. She's got it stuck in her head that she's being arrested for being drunk at the airport. It's because they told her to leave and she didn't leave. It's trespassing. That's it. >> I heard everything you said. >> You're not listening to anyone but my dad >> dead. >> That's all I'm trying to do, officer. I'm not >> You should have listened. Listen how I'm listening to you now multiple times. >> I'm not disre >> that they're not letting you on this plane. >> I'm not >> We asked you to leave. We told you to leave. >> I wanted them to tell me. >> You didn't want to leave. >> They told you. The supervisor told >> me themselves. >> What supervisor? >> The one you were talking to at the door. >> She had no idea. >> It was a dude. You were talking to a guy. >> That was a an African woman. >> No. >> What? >> That was that was a man >> doing anything wrong. Just let me go. >> I didn't do anything wrong. How? What? What did I do? >> What do you mean? I didn't do anything wrong. I didn't do anything wrong. >> I think this lady >> I think this lady is drunk. They can smell it on her. >> Stop pulling away from me. >> I don't deserve to be detained. I don't deserve a mix of anxiety medicine. >> Hey, it's my dad. My dad. Can you tell them to exercise these rights and not answer any questions statements? Do you understand these rights? >> Dad, I'm being detained. I don't know. No idea why I'm being arrested. It's a miracle. Dad's back. I tried to catch my understanding. >> Okay. But do you understand what I told you when I had a concussion? That's all I was doing. >> Would you like medical attention? >> Yeah, but like there's nothing. I already had medical attention. I was put on a flexerol. I saw you. Listen, there's nothing. >> Flexerol and alcohol don't mix very well. I can smell it off your breath. Nothing. >> There you go. I can smell it. >> I'm I'm really I'm hurting. Do you want dad to be on speaker phone so we can have a conversation? >> Yeah, because >> I think dad's on the plane waiting for us. >> No, I'm not. I'm not I'm not I'm not There's no reason to be detained. >> You think it's a good idea to walk her back to >> There's no reason to be detained. I'm trying to catch the spike. >> These are going to have to >> My cousin is getting married. There's no reason for me to be detained. >> They're double locked, but they're just not >> They're not tight enough. >> Listen, I'm I I don't mean to disrespect you. I love everything about what you do. turning into me to disrespect. >> But I'm I'm telling you there's nothing that I did wrong. I didn't do >> Put your hands behind your back. >> When you want to listen, I'll try to explain to you. But >> please explain to me because I can't be here. I can't. I've already been in jail. I can't do it. I can't do it again. >> Okay. Are you going to listen or no? >> Ever since I've been I swear. >> I'm not going to explain it to if you're just going to talk while I'm trying to talk. Okay. All I try to do is tell them that I have a concussion because I my ex-boyfriend beat me. >> Okay. >> Yeah. If she had stayed calm and just played it cool after after having a couple drinks, she right when she got into her seat in the airplane, then she could have taken her medicine and then she would have just fallen asleep and woke up wherever she's going. >> Police [clears throat] reports about it. >> Okay. My eyes move because I have nice stagn because I had a shot before I wanted to go on this flight. Guess what? >> Just one drink. >> Every business has a right to refuse somebody. Don't detain me. Don't throw me in jail. You're not listening. >> There is no reason. >> So they said flex muscle relax. I want to walk the line. I want to do everything. Soriety test. Let me do everything. You're not driving. >> That's why you're not listening. You're not arrested for anything alcoholrelated. >> And her parents were dead and dad's on the phone. >> It's very confusing. >> You're not arrested for anything alcoholrelated. >> You're arrested because we asked you to leave and you refused to leave. >> No, I didn't refuse to leave. I didn't refuse. I would have left if I knew my >> I'd have to Google it. >> Everything. >> Okay, so we're all good. >> Yeah, they can still smell it. Going to the police car. >> For what reason? Yeah, >> I'm surprised how many people do that. They go to the airport, they take like a double dose of their anxiety medicine, and then they go to the bar and have a couple drinks when they're getting ready to fly. No, don't do that. Do one or the other. >> You're under arrest for trespassing. >> I am not under Somebody has to testify that. Somebody has to testify that. >> Where are we going >> in court? They'll testify. >> Testify that. I would No, there's no way. I know my rights. I know my rights. >> Wouldn't surprise me. Everybody's there for a proper operating hand on any aircraft governed by compliance with the rules and regulations of the airport. >> You have to have a ticket. Your ticket was voided. Did they tried to tell you that you could go? >> When was that ticket manager that you're speaking? >> No, she never told us. She said just wait. She said >> okay. Is there any way we can get the car like that's the witness? >> Can we go out and under arrest? That's what's happen. >> No. >> Yeah. They don't react well together. >> It never happened. It never happened. I never trespassed. >> So, a couple options. You can walk away. >> It never happened this time. >> Okay. I will burrito and we will tell you right now. >> I will miss I will miss this flight. >> If that if that means that I didn't If that means that >> I didn't I didn't I tres >> passfully I didn't try that >> trespass. >> You're doing this because I have a record. No. Do you have that? You're under arrest. >> We have no idea what you're a non threat. >> Do you have a >> What do I do if I'm a nonreat? >> Hold on. No. >> No. I think we can just >> No. Explain. Can you ask her? Can you ask her? Can you ask her? Ask her. Babe, did you deny me? Just tell me. Like, it's okay, but like I don't think I got denied boarding. Like, just like tell me. I'm not like >> Yeah, I'm straight. I'm literally straight, dude. >> Okay. >> Why would you? Why? Why? Why is that? I'm [ __ ] over, dude. You can't do this, dude. These are my rights, bro. You can't do my rights. What about my rights, man? I'm I'm making this flight, man. These are my rights, dude. These are my rights, man. These are my rights. These are my rights. Hold on. These are my rights. I >> What are your rights? >> What are you talking about? >> All right. Listen. Listen. >> Do you want more charges? Cuz that's what you're going to get if you don't want. >> I need to be out so I can go see. >> What are you guys going to pick me up? >> Holy [ __ ] >> Put your shoe on. Put your shoe back on so you don't get all dirty. >> No. For what reason? Am I being arrested? >> For what reason? >> For this is unjust though. For what reason? >> It's not unjust. >> I had my stagmas and I had a concussion. >> Yep. >> For what reason? For what reason? >> I tried to explain it to you. You're not listening. >> I tried to listen. Tell me again because this isn't right. >> So the airline said you're not fit to fly on that flight. >> That's fine. I have a concussion. I knew I might not be able to fly. My doctor told me your pressure in your head is going to bother you. >> Okay. All right, we're over that part. >> Okay, but I >> once they said >> my parents >> you can't fly tonight once they said you can't >> fly tonight. >> We were there just to walk you to their ticket counter to get a new flight for tomorrow. >> Nobody told me they would walk me to their ticket counter. >> We asked you wouldn't leave. >> Then we said you need to leave. I would tell you right now then my partner said you need to leave or you're going to go to jail. >> I did them for a long time. You refused to leave. I had zero understanding to jail. No, I had zero understanding that you were willing to rebook me a ticket. That's not cool. That's not a right car. >> That's not a right. That is not a right, [laughter] >> dude. What? Like I'm not like how are you arresting me? There's no there's no grounds. You have no grounds. >> So you were interrupting their ability to operate. >> No, I just trespassing concerned. >> I'm trying to answer. >> Great. But I'm told them I I'm concerned that my head might blow off cuz I have >> What are they waiting for? Okay. Like, lights are so sensitive to me. I got beaten the [ __ ] up by my ex-boyfriend last night. >> Wanted fire to come check you out. >> Yeah. Whoa, whoa, whoa. >> Okay, let's assume that's true. Why did you go back to visit your exboyfriend? I've broken up with women. I never talked to him again. It's over. >> They do. They did check. >> I'm old fashioned like that. >> Listen, I'm very respectful for everything. I'm a health care professional. You have no idea. This is what I'm aspiring to be. If there is anything I can do to help me, I'm there for it. But you have no idea. Like I done wrong. >> There's nothing for me. >> Work as a healthare professional. >> I work for Husky Senior Care. I'm a home healthare nurse. I do assessments. I go inside and I do assessments. >> Healthcare nurse. Huh? >> Where you from? >> What's that? >> Where you from? >> Chicago. >> Where am I? >> I'm from I moved over here to get a better life, man. Like this is not me. What you see what you're thinking? You're concluding yourself. I promise you I can put myself on my knees and my hands, man. >> So you're a nurse, right? >> Days, right? >> You work in like healthcare. >> Yeah. >> So you should know like when you take medication like Flexerol on the bottle it says do not mix with alcohol. >> But I haven't taken Flexerol. I haven't taken it yet. I wanted to take it when I was told you took Flex and you told us on the plane and you told us she took a shot out. >> Oh, she was going to follow my plan. probably why you're, you know, not understanding. >> I've been emotional because I don't have my mom by my side. I don't have my dad by my side. I have nobody. I'm living here on my own. I'm emotional. I'm a cancer. >> All right. Right over this woman. >> There is no grounds. I need to know what grounds I'm being arrested on because I'm drunk. Maybe he was the one. >> I'm not being arrested for being drunk. I'm being arrested. >> Wait. Listen. I have >> You're being arrested for criminal trespass. >> I'm not trespassing. Nothing. >> Well, we told you to leave. really need to put that on. >> Nope. You did not tell me I had an option. >> You can bring that up on both was keeping them from the fight >> and every minute they don't >> because I don't need understanding >> when they don't they don't push back when they're supposed to. >> Yeah. For a trespassing, she won't even spend the night in jail. I mean, it's 1:00 in the morning, so she'd be there for a few hours. Just relax. Just deal with it. Deal with it in court. tens of thousands of dollars every month. >> I wanted to get on that flight. I don't mean I didn't mean to interrupt that flight. What are you doing? >> I don't believe in astrology. >> I wouldn't I I'm not I'm not interrupting your >> here. >> I did not cross this line. >> You will be doing a more thorough search at the jail. Is there anything on you that I need to know about this? >> I need to I need to get out. >> I spoke with your father. He's expecting a call from you once you >> listen the do anything. I I'm I'm telling you right now, >> let me go so I can talk to him. >> Yes, she is. >> I'm not in her. Can I talk to him? >> You need to get in the >> No, you my right. I know my rights. Let me talk to the officer. >> Let me talk to the officer. Let me talk to the officer. >> You're going to get more. Yeah, I'm a Leo and I I don't have any of the traits of a Leo according to astrology. >> Officer, do you want to talk with >> Do you want to talk to a supervisor? Do you want to talk to a supervisor? >> I want to talk to you. I want to talk to a supervisor. >> You want to talk to a supervisor? >> Step in the car and I'll talk to you. >> That's a supervisor right there. >> Sure. That's no problem. >> You see what your officers are doing? >> I'm telling you, >> you see what I will No. Perform a sobriety test. Listen to me. Perform a for being drunk. So I am not under arrest for my brother's in Scorpio. >> No, I'm not. >> I will have a civilation with you. >> You did not tell me. I will have let go of my >> She's still arguing. She's still arguing the original arrest. >> It's over. >> No, because I don't agree with what I'm being arrested for. Yeah, you don't have to agree arrest. >> I will additionally there is nothing that impies my arrest. >> If you don't get in the car, we're going to have to use force conversation. No, there's no evidence that supplies my arrest. >> If you don't get in the car, we're going to have to convertationally resisting arrest. >> That's fine. I'll have a conversation with you. Tell him to let me go. Tell them to let me go. Tell your officers to let me go. >> Brother, what the are you doing? >> Not what I wanted to do. >> She doesn't agree. >> Why are you doing this? >> Do it like an adult. >> I didn't do it. I didn't do it. >> What? What am I doing? I didn't do nothing. I'm not going to spend the weekend in jail. I've done that before. I'm trying to make my parents proud and finish school. What What did I do? What did I do? >> I told him I had a concussion cuz my ex-boyfriend beat me. Babe, what did I do? I didn't do nothing. >> I'm not a threat. >> Medical attention. Where did you receive medical attention at? >> Yeah. Either way, she's getting >> What did I do? I didn't deserve this. >> Trust me, I don't deserve this. >> Having a hard time believing you because you told me. >> She sounds like she took flexer and alcohol. >> Look over here. What do you want me to tell you? >> Sergeant trying to have a conversation. >> They definitely don't help. >> I want to talk to you because I'm real with you. >> Okay. >> You know why you want to talk to me? >> Do you want to talk to the sergeant? >> You know, like I literally turn my life around is fun. >> Good. >> But like what do you like need as proof that I've turned my life around? I'm just trying to make a flight so I can see them. >> Even if I can't see them, that's fine. But they need to know I'm doing okay. >> Let's get your flight rebook so that you can go see them. But no, that was never offered as an option to me. Hey girl, if we rebook your flight, you won't be getting handcuffs. I would have agreed to you. That was never told to me. >> That was not communicated to me. >> No, I I I I promise you. >> Wait till the next video. >> I will go home and go alone until my >> happened if you refused to comply. >> But you never told me that was >> I raised my voice. Everybody in the lobby heard me. >> And I gave I gave up to you at that point. I gave up to you. You I allowed you to arrest me at that point. >> Okay. >> After you >> Is that what you call us having to pick you up and carry you down here? Do you see that? I'm a little confused cuz I literally had to pick up your legs and carry you >> cuz I I wanted to catch that flight. I understand. But >> no, dear. I'm sorry. I just I I been placed under arrest for criminal trespass. Okay. I'm not saying you're guilty. I'm just telling you. But my love like I don't have indication to give you that. You cannot arrest me for no indication of doing that. >> You're arrested a threat to any flight more than welcome to advise all of us. >> So what am I supposed to do? Spend like 70 another weekend in jail like I've been. >> I would not want that on at all. No. >> So when you have court tomorrow have court tomorrow and explain it to the judge. >> That's fine. Look at me. >> I almost killed myself two days ago. You can ask officer. >> Yeah, >> I'm just trying to go home to my parents. >> Well, I'm glad that you're still here, >> babe. I will give you everything I have. >> Why Why is he even talking to her? >> I mean, seriously, what's the point of this? Just close the door and just drive her to jail. What What point does this serve? >> There's nothing that I did to compromise me flying. >> There's nothing that I did. >> Your dad is waiting for a phone call from I want him to know you're safe. >> But there I can't be in jail. I can't be in jail. I had to hang up on him. >> I was helping carry you out of here. >> But I want to call him back so that he knows you're safe. >> So, we're going to get going so that you can >> I can't be in jail. I've been already before. I've learned my lesson. I' I'm learning my lesson. >> Yeah. We only got under arrest for that. >> Less than a minute left. >> I'm not over what she was charged with. >> You're not under arrest for being intoxicated by any means. Okay. Hang tight. Talk to my sergeant. The woman was arrested and charged with first-degree criminal trespass and resisting arrest after refusing to leave the boarding gate, resisting officers throughout the arrest, and continuing to fight their attempts to escort her to the patrol car. All right. Well, there we go. That's that one. Now, I got the guy from the thumbnail. This is the First Amendment auditor where it this is down in Key West. So, of course, he's drunk and they're talking to two people. I don't even know what the initial stop was for, but he just walks up on the stop and just starts talking to the police and the the people that the police are trying to talk to and interfering, getting in the way. >> Erd 2026 officers were on scene of an active incident when a man unrelated to the incident continued to interfere with investigation. >> No, my friend went to get off. >> Yep. >> Always fun. >> You tell him to get back one more time. And that's a bad insurance >> company vehicle. >> Do you need any sir? Get back. >> You don't dictate. Yeah, >> I don't mind the auditors if they are recording if they're like standing across the street or something filming a police interaction and then when the police stop is over, they go over and try and talk to the police after they've already, you know, done what they're going to do. But when they're right in the middle of conducting business, like get out of here. >> We we are doing an investigation right now. You need to stand 25 ft back. >> Put up your You don't do that. >> You're going to stand 25 ft back. you to go back over there. >> Set up. Set up a >> You can go for a different ride. >> You're asking how to sue you or you got a 25. >> Is your body camera on? >> It is on. >> Is your body camera on? >> I'm telling you to go back. >> What's your name? >> Officer Harris, QS Police Department. >> What's your number? >> Look, this is the last warrant, dude. >> What's your number? >> You need to back up. >> He's got the warrants to prove it, too. >> Please don't rule my weekend. Don't ruin my weekend. >> Take care, Buck. >> Don't. Okay. Do we need them to stay on scene? >> Key West, Florida. >> Yeah, that's the law in Florida. >> Yeah, >> kind of arbitrary, but >> I just need your ID to do the driver's exchange. Real quick and easy. >> See, he had it. No problem. Look for a friend. >> No problem. Is it going to be reported on me or >> No, it's just a driver's exchange. >> Oh, so it's just an accident. >> You have a picture of it? >> I do. I have a picture. >> That works for me. >> I can work with the picture. >> Thank goodness I took care. >> And notice how as long as he stays over there on the sidewalk, it's not a problem. Nobody has any problem with him. It's when he leaves the sidewalk, that's when the problem starts. >> I don't want to get arrested. Definitely going to need that when we fly home. >> That's a good You take a picture of his ID. >> Regular driver's change. If you got any properties or anything later on with any problems, if if they contact you or something like that, just get his information. Okay. >> Oh, that's his idea. >> Yeah, that's just just in case. >> Yeah. No, no, no. I appreciate >> whatever they're doing right here and actually investigation. >> You want to take a picture of his ID? >> Yeah. Here. >> Where your Yeah. >> Do you need mine again? >> I will. But here, just blow yours up. So, I got that. >> You take pictures. >> Thank you. I appreciate it. >> Okay. You could take a picture of one of them later on. >> Yeah. >> Can I do it once? I'm sorry. >> Let me see your phone. All right, maybe you can do it. >> Thank you. >> Do I need the back or anything? >> I don't know. They're everywhere in Key West. >> And then that one is way more complete. >> Yep. Thank you very, very registration ready. >> Hey, is this guy a part of it? >> Yeah, but he said he's good. He doesn't need anything. So, >> no, because he's about I'm about to make him something else. >> Yeah, 100%. See, and so far he hasn't left the sidewalk. So, I I wasn't fully paying attention when I first watched this. I just saw near the end when he's talking about being an auditor. >> I think he's from Ireland. He's very interesting. >> Does that do I need this? See where is? Do I need that number? >> No. >> Let's go ahead and ID him. >> L I part of the Ah, it's the Cuban school. >> You guys You guys have anything to do? >> Oh, full time job, too. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Harris, >> V2, good to go. >> You good to go? >> I do remember that one. That was crazy. Yeah. Can you just pull ahead a little bit so they got a little extra room here? Boss, >> very very old. >> Yeah, I don't get why they arrested him. He never left the side after they told him go stand up against the building, stay on the sidewalk, he never left. So I I don't know. >> Hit mom's info. She was part of the record. >> All right. Do you have an ID on you? >> Now we get to hear his ramping ranting and ranting. See a question officer. Can I ask you a question, officer? >> Yeah, that cuz they told him to back up. He backed up. So, that should have been the end of it. So, I I don't really get why they are arresting him. I don't know. >> This is easy my [ __ ] 40. >> I'll be right back in a sec. >> Cops can't do that, Mom. to get very thank Thank you, sir. That's all right. >> I just want to thank you, sir. >> You're welcome. >> I'm a First Amendment order. It's just for Thank you. Thank you sir. >> When is the court or when what happens next? >> 1847 1847. >> Sir, can you tell me what happens next? I didn't realize there's no height restrictions or weight restrictions for cops. As short as you is being recorded right now, man, what crime just committing? What crime? You know, you know you up. >> You You know you up. You arrested a man for not committing a crime for standing in a public sidewalk. You sir, I think you were arrested a man for standing on a sidewalk without committing any crime. And you know what's going to happen next, don't you? I'm a First Amendment order. >> Thank you very much. >> There we go. >> Thank you, sir. You pay my wages. I pay your wages and you pay my wages. Thank you, servant. >> Thank you for serving me tonight. >> I don't necessarily agree with this arrest. >> Awesome. Thank you. >> But he's fun to listen to. >> Very much. >> No, just too much water. >> You got little man syndrome, don't you? >> Violate people's rights. You get hurt. But luckily for me, we live in United States with a constitutional law. And if you >> Yeah. I don't know why my camera follows me. >> Oh, you don't want to hear it. You know, you know, you know, you up, big dog. You know, when you go to court, man, you stand up in front of that judge. Why was he arrested? He didn't provide his ID. >> This is how I make my living. >> Yeah. [laughter] I love getting unlawfully arrested. It's just easy. I know it. I know you're a man, but you look like a woman. [music] >> Oh, that music going to give me a copyright strike. >> Thank you, Lord. My lawyer arrested me. Turn the music off. >> My ID on a sidewalk in Florida stop. >> Thank you, sir. >> Yeah, that's true. >> Turn that up, please. I was enjoying that. Oh, you wrongfully arrested somebody. >> That's what he does for a living. >> Now you're starting to realize like, oh [ __ ] it is Florida. It's not a stop and ID >> and I arrested this man for snapping public sidewalk and for not IDing. It wasn't a lawful law order. Huh. Now you're starting to think. Now you're like, "Oh, what's going to happen to my my kids? They're going to realize >> you're going to go to court. You're going to get sued. Your police department's going to get sued. >> Your qualified immunity. He's gone." And you're going to stand in front of the court and the judge is going to ask you, "Why did you arrest this man? >> He didn't ID." And the judge is going to say, "This is Florida. We're not a stop and ID state." >> And you arrested for standing on a public and your body camera footage is going to show everything. and those other two cops are going to show absolutely take care. >> Yeah. >> And your husband and your kids are going to know that you're going to get sued qualified. >> My mom was from North Carolina. >> Thank you, sir. You know, I'm not sure. You're you're either a woman or a man. I'm not sure. You look like a man. You're overweight. You obviously shouldn't. Please, sir. Thank you, sir. Thank you very much. You should be smarter than that. Your colleagues even let you do that. Brilliant. You recorded the whole incident. I don't drink alcohol. I don't do drugs. I stress test cops. >> Seriously, I'm not intoxicated. Thank you so much. It's half a bitcoin. Now, when I get that money, I'm going to purchase half a bitcoin. >> Hopefully, the price of bitcoin will drop. >> Yeah, I got a feeling the charges are going to get dropped. I don't know if he's got a lawsuit though. Maybe >> to $40,000 cuz obviously I don't know if the rest is either $50,000. as I've got before. So, let's say I get $40,000. Liz, you lose your job and I get to buy a Bitcoin half a bit. Good to see you. >> I love you. Thank you very much, lady. >> Or man, I'm not quite sure exactly what you are. >> Like a man. You're fat. You're overweight. You obviously don't exercise. >> Failure to ID. Huh? How's that going to stand up in court in front of the judge? Huh? And the judge went, "Was he driving the car?" "No, he was passenger in a taxi." >> Huh? >> You can always try. >> He didn't provide his ID cuz he doesn't have to cuz Florida is not a stop ID state. Huh? And you arrested me. >> Thank you.
