[music] [music] Heat. Heat. >> [music] >> Happy Monday, everybody. Whoops. Let me get my microphone a little closer. Hopefully, you can still hear me. Uh, let's see. Happy Monday. Today is actually my Friday. I know it's Monday, but I'm off for the next two days. So, this is going to be the last stream for me until Thursday, which is great because I've only had one day off in the last two weeks, and I could use some time off. Uh, let's see. What do I have? Got some more DUIs. I have one video. You could probably tell from the title of this stream. It's a little bit different from what I normally do. Um, normally I don't play those kind of videos with adults doing things with kids. Uh, but this one, they don't go into great detail about what happened. I mean, you get the gist of it. But, uh, I thought it was I I thought it was an interesting story, so I decided to throw that one in. Um, I got a couple of airport videos today, and I'm going to start off with, uh, this one's a little bit long, but she's very entertaining, and it's at the Atlanta airport, so, of course, I had to do it because it's my hometown airport. Uh, let's see. Yeah, let me just get started with the first video. Here we go. >> I'm leaving the airport. Don't do it. I know my rights. Get away from me. I >> Oh, and I forgot to mention, uh, there's a bit of a headphone warning. She She does this ridiculous screaming where she's looking at the officer to make sure that they're paying attention and screaming. >> I know my rights. Get away FROM ME. I KNOW MY RIGHTS. >> YOU NEED MEDICAL ATTENTION. [screaming] >> DO YOU NEED medical attention? >> Like that? [screaming] >> OKAY. On January 20th, 2025, around 4:50 p.m. in the afternoon at Hartsfield Jackson Airport, an officer gets sent to the Delta help desk for an iate passenger. The supervisor tells him a woman has been at the count of slamming her hands down and swearing at the staff and that she seems drunk. Delta has already decided she isn't getting on the plane to New York. By the time he finds her at gate E35, it's already over. She has no flight, and Delta has already refunded her money. He asks her for a boarding pass. She shows him one on her phone and it's expired. So, he offers to walk her out to the train so she could rebook with somebody else. And once she hops out the train, things only get a lot worse from there. These are the events that unfolded. >> Hey. >> Okay, we can walk to 34 cuz she ended up walking that way. >> All right. >> I'm not yelling at anyone. >> What's she doing? Um, she calling everything like that and bagging on on the counter and she just she's intoxicated. >> Okay. >> She just went down to go to E34. >> E34. >> Did she get rebooked or >> No, I end up news to me. >> Robot juice. GET IN WITH ME. TELL ME. TELL ME WHY. >> STILL WITH THIS. >> Tell me why. >> Stop. Ma'am, >> we're not playing games no more. >> This is embarrassing. >> No. No. No. Take picture. No. Take your hands OFF ME. >> I HAVE ALL THAT METAL IN MY BODY. DON'T TOUCH ME. I metal cuts from this and I want photographs. Don't touch me. Don't touch me. No right now. >> Don't touch me. She just adjust her wig. I want to sit here without >> Please take pictures of the >> Thank you. >> So, at this point, we're going to have to get you up >> and we're going to stand you up against the wall and I'll go ahead and patch you down. >> All right. So, you can either we can help you up and you can help us or they're going to have to lift you up. >> That's okay. Y'all lift me up. >> Okay. Come on. Just take the cuffs off. Let her sit on the floor. >> All this. >> Come on. >> Just stand up there. >> Okay. Stop it. Stop it. >> All right. Let her sit on the head. Stand me up. Stand me up. Stand up. Stand up. Stand up. >> Oh, there we go. We did it. Stand me up. Stand up. >> Ma'am, stop. Touch my tissue. Touch it. TOUCH IT. >> NO. Y DON'T THE WRONG >> FLIPPED her with the wrong >> calm down, man. Let go on me. Y'all don't with the wrong know who the I am. Let me go. Let me go. >> Stop it. Put your hands down and stop it. >> Stop it. Look. Hey, >> I'm a middle-aged man with a receding hairline. >> Look bad. Okay. You from Williamsburg, Brooklyn? >> Yeah, >> I know that area. Come on. >> Yeah, I'm guessing that she's perfectly normal when she's not drinking. And she probably mix some medication in to help with the nerves for flying and then had a few drinks. >> I don't make ME LOSE MY SHOT. >> COME ON. Come on. >> You didn't have to do nothing to nobody for this. >> I just had drinks and that was >> How many drinks you had, young lady? >> Maybe two, three, two, three? >> Oh, yeah. Five. >> No. Have you been any medicine? I did not drink and I did not drive. >> Have you been taking any medicine with it? >> But your conduct was all conduct. These people were mad. What kind of conduct? >> So in the arrest report it says she swore on him the whole way to the train. He kept walking her out. They got on. He told her to stay on until it left a secure area. One stop and she'd be free to rebook. She got off at concourse C. She stopped and the report said she turned in a defiant manner. And she said, "Do not place your hands on me." That's when she was arrested. Disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor, unarmed, no force used, nobody injured. Her bag went into an airport locker and she went to the Clayton County Jail. Two things in the report I keep coming back to. Under occupation, the officer wrote teacher and on the form asking whether she was offered a diversion program instead of jail. He checked a note because she wasn't in a state to consent to one. She was out on bond the next morning. The case was bound over to state court and then it sat for a year and a half. On July 30th of this year, the court finally docketed it and closed it the same day. No conviction, no sentence, no fine. But that's about it for today. So, if you enjoyed that video, leave your thoughts in the comment section. Until next time, thanks for watching. >> All right. And I know why they did that. I bet this the uh case was probably in Fulton County. And Fulton County was incredib they they're still incredibly backed up with cases. So for stuff like this, they just threw it out that way gets it off the books and then they can move on and be backed up with other cases. All right, next we got a guy who uh a little tipsy. If you guys know Chile Dcastro from the channel Delete Laws, this guy kind of reminds me of him >> like it now. >> No, I make sense. I make complete sense. >> Step out of car. >> On May 27th, 2024, an officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for crossing the white line multiple times. He'll be surprised by how the driver responds to getting pulled over. >> What's up, man? >> How you doing? >> You crossed the red line a couple of times. Everything okay? >> Yes, sir. >> Yeah, sounds like you have the driver's license registration proof and insurance. >> Uh, where you coming from? >> I live in North Park. >> That's not what I asked. I said, "Where are you coming from?" >> Like most of us, >> I'm going home. >> I going home. >> That's not what I asked again. Where are you coming from? >> I don't have to answer. >> Just say I don't want to answer. Don't tell me you're going home. >> Okay. >> To the question that I'm not asking. >> Fair. >> Do you have a registration and proof of insurance on you? Um >> somewhere in here. I have my You can tell me insurance on my phone. >> Can you? >> No. I'm going to do that because I don't know whether you digging into trifold. >> Officer, >> I'm not going to listen to you. I'm going to have my lights on and you're going to give me whatever I ask. Okay. >> 15. Can I get to 94? >> I need a registration proof of insurance. >> Do you have insurance on you? I have it on my phone. >> Oh, for you. >> Let this go. >> Officer, >> step back, please. >> Officer, >> sir, step out of the car for me. >> Why? >> Because I'm asking you. >> No, I understand that you're asking me. >> I'm going to ask you one more time. I'm going to put you in handcuffs if you don't get out of car. >> Why are you going to put me in handcuffs? >> Because that's obstruction. I'm asking you to step out of the car. I'm asking you to step out of the car nicely. Next time, I'm not going to be that nice. Step out of car for me, sir. I'm completely being cordial with you. >> You just starting completely wrong foot. >> Well, you pulled me over for no reason at all. >> That wasn't no reason. You crossed white line multiple times. I was right behind you. >> Great, Granny. >> The whole time in center. >> Okay. >> Need to plug that thing in. Jeremy, >> you said I stopped you for no reason at all. So, I said, "What's the reason for a stop?" >> Right. Was I speeding? >> Speeding is not the only infraction in the book, sir. Officer, >> the club, >> please. With all due respect, >> sir, step out of the car. >> Why? >> With all due respect, >> because I'm asking you to. >> Can I have your badge number and name? >> Absolutely. I'm going to give you all stuff in the uh >> I would like it now. >> Then I finish my traffic stuff. >> Okay. >> For his ID. >> Just step me for now. >> Officer. >> Sir, >> I've asked you for your name. >> I'm going to provide all of that for you. >> Okay, that's fine. And I know that you will. I would like it now. >> Is it out? >> Sir, >> I have >> I want you to step out of the car right now. >> But I'm asking I know what you want. >> Okay. So, step out of the car nicely. >> You don't make it harder than it should be, man. There's nothing you should be. >> I'm not doing anything wrong with you. >> I'm asking you to step out of court and you need to step out of court. >> Why do I need to? >> Because I'm asking you to step out of court, >> officer. Sir, >> because you asked me to do something. >> Then you need to do that's a lawful request. Getting out of car. >> I'm not sure. I'm not I'm not certain. >> That's fine. That's your interpretation. So get out of the car for now before I pull you out of a car. >> Are you you're going to do that? >> Yeah. >> Why would you do that? >> Because that's obstruction. >> Dude, obstruction. I'm sorry, sir. I didn't mean to call you dude. >> I don't care. Whatever you want to call, >> dude. >> I'm not obstructing anything. >> I'm just asking you to step out of court. >> Why? because I'm asking you to do so. >> This is my property. >> Okay, >> that's fine. >> My property >> and I'm asking you to step out of your property. >> So, it's not that hard. >> You're You're not wrong. It's not hard. I can step out easily. >> Yeah. And please do that then. >> Why? >> He's waiting for backup. >> Because I'm requesting you to do that. >> There's a case law for it. Supreme Court case law >> on it. What's the case when the officer? >> No, I don't have to. But I'm asking. No, I don't have to. But I'm asking you to I'm asking you to get out of car. You need to get out of court. >> Okay. >> Thank you, Alex. >> Cuz am I requesting you to get out of car? >> Are we peers? >> What's that? No. >> Are we peers? >> No, we're not peers. >> Thank you, Cat Williams. >> Sir, step out of car, >> please. Officer. Sir, for a 10th times, step out of car. >> You're not wrong. You you've you've you've you've asked me to a number of times. >> Correct. >> Right. >> And I want you to step out of car. >> But we're peers. And you can't explain why we're not peers. >> I don't know what you're saying. Doesn't make sense at all. Step out of car for me. >> No, I make sense. I make complete sense. >> Step out of car for me. >> Peers. We are peers, >> sir. >> No. >> Step out of a car for me. They'll work together. >> No, it's not the 20th. You just said the 10th and now it's maybe the 11th or 12th. Officer, >> I'm going to ask you one more time. Then I'm going to pull you out of the car. >> I know you will. >> So, step out of car. >> I know you will. >> Step out of car. >> I know that you will, >> sir. Step out of car. >> Why? >> Because I'm asking you to. >> Now, you have your partner here. >> Correct. >> Yep. Now, they're going to drag you out. >> I don't I don't I'm I can't defend myself against you. And you would not even think about >> how that works. >> You know how it works. >> I know. I know how it works. I know how it works. You pull me out of my car. >> Uhhuh. >> Even though I've done nothing wrong. >> Yep. >> You're pulling me out of my car. >> You ready? Your smell of alcohol is coming from your breath while I'm talking to you. Correct. Your eyes blush are watery. Okay. Listen to me. You're being completely belligerent for no reason. >> Not being I am so much more coherent than you are. It's insane. >> Is it? >> So you know >> these reason I'm giving you I'm asking you to get out of car and also I see I see in the center console. Yeah. So all this stuff that I'm explaining that's your reason you need to step out of car. >> So we step out of car and we going to sort it out. >> I'm not stepping out of my car. >> One foot in front of the other. Sir, you are stepping out of car because I'm asking. >> Skip out of car. >> Turn around. >> Why are you doing that? >> Cuz you're under arrest. There we go. >> Stop doing that. >> Why are you doing this? >> Because you're being completely >> I'm not. You're making this up. I wish I had video of you. >> Everything's being recorded, man. >> Fine. Am I being >> out? You're being detained as of right now? Yes. >> Yeah. Well, why why am I being detained? >> Because you're make me feel unsafe right now. >> Is that lawful? Is that the lawful reason for detaining me? >> Step stand there. >> Yes. You weak of alcohol. >> We have 15. >> I'm going to have one. >> Well, he's out now. >> Now, what are they going to do? charged with obstruction without violence as well as driving under the influence. >> All right, that was a nice little quiet one after the first lady. All right, next we're going to go uh to a video that I thought was kind of interesting. Normally, I don't do these kind of videos, but it was a 22-year-old woman who was uh texting teenagers and uh pre-teen as well. And yeah, well, I'll just play the video. >> Good, honest people, hardworking people. And my my daughter is 21. She was a virgin until she was 21. >> Are they going to like post these pictures down? >> They don't post your pictures. >> They're acting like I'm a murderer. >> Part of the warrant. >> Yes. Detective said nobody can go in the house. >> Okay. >> So, I that's weird cuz I talked to my lawyer and he says you guys aren't under you guys aren't >> there's a search warrant for the house. She told me she got a search warrant. Nobody's allowed in the house. >> For the phone or for my hub? >> Nobody's allowed in the house. >> No is in the house. So that's correct. >> Right. So that's why I was Tim over because you know I know it's your house but we can't let you >> we want we've been like he knows completely 100% cooperative in every way shape or form but we want to make sure that you guys are doing the right thing too. >> No absolutely. First off >> and we we have body cameras. So >> and first off >> your lawyer can request anything. >> Perfect. And first off, we like I said, we've from the get-go been doing nothing but being 100%. >> Right. But the detective called me and said, "They're on the way to you. They're going to they cannot go in the house." >> So, >> the man doing much of the talking is the suspect's father. This is the home where his adult daughter had been living. And the officers aren't here about him. They're serving a warrant for her phone in a case involving five boys. >> I know it sucks. appreciate you guys cooperating. >> Hey, listen. It is what it is. We're going to do whatever you guys suggest you want us to do. Simple as that. >> They've got a warrant. They're looking they're going to go into the house and look for any electronic devices that she may have been using to communicate with the boys. And of course, the father in just a minute. He actually pisses me off more than the the woman does. Actually, no. About the same. >> She told me 20 minutes ago or half hour ago she was 20 minutes away. So, I don't know. >> Yeah, that's about where we were. >> Okay. Is she Is she right behind you? No, no, no. She we left. She was finishing up talking with >> And I'm like, you you took off. I was like, what the [ __ ] He left me. >> Yeah. My for whatever reason my GPS had me turning and then I'm like, oh, I guess I could have gone straight to the same time. >> We're not in the chase. We're not running. So, and you know, this shouldn't be happening. She's got a lot of problems and um a lot of mental issues and stuff and it just sucks that I don't know if you have kids, but >> Yeah, we have two kids. I have two kids. Yeah. >> You can imagine. I'm sorry to hear that, by the way. >> Well, I mean, she got messed up with the wrong kid, you know, even though he's a lot younger. He is, put it this way, my daughter, my wife for the federal government, >> 38 years, never been in trouble in her life. Not a single thing. My daughter, the same thing. Me, stupid little [ __ ] when I was a kid. >> But we're good, honest people, hardworking people. And she just >> got me. She never been in trouble in her life for nothing. But she met a kid and he even though he's that's why we're we're in this situation, >> she never been in trouble in her life until and this kid's like insane. Like he >> Now keep in mind when he's saying this, he's talking about one of the victims >> shot. I don't know if you heard about but do you hear anything about shootings on the Hillsbor River? >> No. No, I didn't. No. >> Yeah. He >> recently. >> Yeah. I guess he shot if he's in airsoft, >> you know. Airsoft. >> Yeah. Yeah. So he had been up on the balcony and he was shooting different people going down the river from his balcony. >> He did that. Hit a couple people and then a child. >> Really? >> Yeah. And then you would think a normal brain would say, "Hey, I just shot >> I just shot a couple people. The cops came. They were looking. They were trying to find it, but I guess it was hard to tell what you know building it was or whatever." So the sheriffs were swarming the place. But then the kid two weeks later shoots his eyeball out. >> Oh yeah. >> Ends up shooting the guy's freaking eyeball out. >> He's in denial, I think. >> And >> so that's the kind of kid we're dealing with. You know what I'm saying? This kid is, like I said, my daughter's never been in trouble in her life. This kid is 14 years old. He's got girlfriend [snorts] girls at his house videotaping them, having makeup and [ __ ] And my my daughter's 21 or 22. She was a virgin until she was 21. We got this kid being a freaking I don't I don't know the details or anything. >> I don't know what what's the gist of it. You know, it sucks. It's horrible. >> Absolutely. I'm sure it's a terrible situation. >> Come up and I talk with him and see, you know, seeing some scumbag on the paper, you know? I'm like, I'll help you find the guy. [ __ ] Hey. And then he goes through and I see my daughter and you can imagine what my heart's my daughter on a freaking Marshall's freaking [ __ ] I was like, you know, we suck >> and we're good Christian back here and hardworking people, you know. wrong kid. [ __ ] lied to her about his age in the beginning. It just it's been just a [ __ ] nightmare. >> What he's describing, a predatory teenage boy who wronged his daughter is close to the opposite of what investigators allege. They say his daughter, an adult, posed as a 14-year-old to reach these boys. The youngest was 12. >> They do have a dog. >> 12. And she's 22. >> Was not in the house, I don't think. Right. >> I hope so. He's a big big boy. So >> kind of dog is it? >> Bit. >> About that big. >> But I think you're right. I think he's outside. >> I need to move. He said here, but he hears our voices. >> You want >> This is the dad of a woman, a 22-year-old woman who was uh texting uh inappropriate messages and meeting up with boys. >> You want him going inside then with you? >> Yeah. I'm going to let the dad walk in with me. I'll probably have one of y'all just walk in too with the body warning. >> Yeah. It's on. >> Yeah. It cut off the case number when you printed it. So, >> yes, I just read that off the tower. >> All right. There is search war right there. >> I'm going to go put him in the room. >> So, who knows where the phone is. >> Okay, I'll go ahead. But, like I said, the phone is going to be >> crazy. >> But he's a good little puppy. So, >> typically we like go since you want to go and show me where we can expedite. I know y'all are ready to >> Oh, more then. >> Go ahead. [snorts] >> You sit down. I'll take >> that and then >> Okay, >> just lie down. >> There's a big one on the porch. [snorts] >> You guys are good to go in. I just He's going to print me off the copy to get to you. >> What are you going to print that the copy? >> I'm going to take a picture of it and email it to you. >> Okay. >> And then have you >> print it so I can perfect. >> This is so you can have a copy of what we took. It just we don't like sometimes they have car copies. This one doesn't. >> I know. See how like >> Yeah. I I will say I think this happened in 2023 and even though this video just came out, they still don't have a resolution on the case. So, but we get a little bit of information at the end. >> It worked. Kind of satisfied it. >> No problem. Have a good one. >> Thank you. I appreciate it. All right. No problem. Good luck to you guys. See you. >> Step out. Thank you. >> Um, do you guys have anything more? >> Okay. Says, "Six months later, officers returned to the suspect's residence after the suspect was released because she was arrested in that last one. We didn't see it. Uh, six more months passed before additional victims came forward, prompting officers to return to her residence. >> That's her with the dog. >> He's a little bugger. Yeah. >> You want to you want to go in every room or >> how? Well, so depending on what's found, you know, uh depending on like you know us being the subject of it certain room or >> Well, your pup >> if he's not going to bite us, let him know. Yeah. No, you're >> just like No, that's fine. I love dogs. Huge dog fan. So is he. So you're good. You're >> not as big as Sheila and Anna. They have like freaking five or six of them. >> Um I was telling him if you you guys want to sit in the car with the heat on so you know. >> Yeah. Okay. chairs. >> Yeah, it's not fair. >> It's not fair. >> It is. They have to do their job. >> It's their job to do. >> We'll explain everything that's going on in a minute. Okay. >> I know what they want. Do you want pictures of see the walls and see you say, "Oh, this is the room." She did a hand. >> Do you have anything on you? >> Phones, tablets, anything. >> I have my >> No, no weapons or anything like that. >> Perfect. I appreciate it. >> We're not going to do something. >> Um, you know, once again, this is, you know, something procedural. If there were, you know, like any additional charges or anything like that, we would have communicated that with your attorney and your attorney would get in contact with you guys, you know, to to make those kind of arrangements. We want everything to be as civil as possible. Whenever it comes to executing residential search warrants, that's something that they're not privy to with that information. That's something that we have to execute in, you know, a capacity of of maintaining the integrity of the investigation. Okay? So, we're not trying to scare you or anything like that, you know, and and this morning, like I said, you know, we were talking a moment ago, it's that is all procedural. Trust me, it's a headache for us to put all that together, too, whenever we know that it's nothing that's probably going to be needed. But because >> it's just a simple call would have said, "Hey, >> I know, but they won't >> Well, they don't call in advance and say, "Hey, we have a warrant. We're going to come search your house." Cuz then you could get rid of evidence. That's why they don't do that. I was actually happy when I saw this video. I looked through the comment section and there was nobody saying, "Oh man, if I was a teenage boy, I would have been I would have been the talk of the town." No, everyone was talking about her being sick. >> Let us do that. you guys, right? You guys, other people. >> We We have those 01% times where we think everything is going to go swimmingly and unfortunately somebody comes out with, you know, with something violent. So that's why they have us do things a certain way. But yeah, so our crime whenever she gets here, we're going to go through the house and and we'll take pictures and document and stuff like that. And she'll also get a copy of or she'll be, you know, she'll get a copy of the search warrant to take pictures and document up too, which I'll go ahead and just kind of review this with you now. Okay. >> And so, you know, just so you know that it is something that is valid, you can sign by a judge. Okay. as you know that >> it says that your fight has reason to believe and does believe uh certain um residents of Alyssa Anzinger which would be you located in Hillsboro County, Florida described as follows to it the residents of Alyssa Anzinger is you know well the the color I guess could be debatable as far as what you exactly would want to describe it as and the scope of the search in this is for device okay jurisdiction of this office to be disposed according to law okay you're going to get a copy of this before we take off. All right. So, that is just essentially the the ground screen. >> Sure. Fair enough. >> So, can we do the um any cam's going to be on? >> Yeah, it's going to be on. It's on now. >> Okay, great. >> So, >> perfect. Hello, by the way. >> We got our family home, you know. >> We finally got our daughter back where she plays with us, watches TV. She hangs up with us now, but she won't have a phone ever again. when they came in. >> Okay. The daughter is 22. How can the dad say the dad of a 22year-old say she's never going to have a phone ever again? She's an adult. She can go out and get her own >> to look for that phone. There was an iPad and a phone on the table. I looked at it >> and she goes, "Is that the phone?" I said, "I do believe so." I say, "This is her phone >> here." No. I handed her the phone. I said, "I do believe." And I even said, if you rewatch the body cam, said, "What model is this? I'm not sure. I got like a freaking eight, you know. So, she took she took the phone and that's that. Now, I wasn't trying to be manipulative and any tell me this >> put on an act. The phone was dead. >> That cooperation with the phones is the heart of the dispute. Investigators say the device the family handed over didn't belong to her and the phone they actually wanted was later reported lost. Its contents were never turned in. I said, "You want to >> Okay, so I'm guessing either she had two phones or she just Yeah, she had two phones. The one that she was talking to the boys on, she got rid of that one and gave them the other phone. Said, "Here you go. Here's my phone. You can look at you want. >> Take your phone and leave." And what I could have said if I was not trying to work with you people, but what did I say? Got to make sure you watch the camp. I said, "Ma'am, there's a charger right there. Go ahead and charge the phone." >> Like, like I said, just making a statement that >> I just want to let you know we're being transparent. I even said to her, "Ma'am, >> I know." I just said, "Go ahead. Use my plug and charger. Charge up the phone. Do what you got to do." >> And I We're trying to be transparent and work with you guys as much as we can. But that phone, you know, that's why we're going to do what we got to do. I told him like, "You want to be in the house?" I I said, "Listen, you know, you guys can have a seat. >> I have no problem." >> Or just one of us. >> They can stay out here. So you're not over. >> That's not we don't that's not how things work. I mean like I said we have we could tell you guys we can put chairs up on the road and that's where you sit. >> Absolutely. >> And if you told us that we say yes sir. >> You know you're not going to have your guys looking over our shoulder. >> Sit down there. I won't I won't touch say a word. >> You say you we'll put a chair right here and you can look inside. >> Just stand there. >> Yeah. Yeah. Do a roll of living room first. >> You just got to hang out and keep an eye on that. >> Nope. No worries. >> Yep. >> They going to like post these pictures. >> Yeah. They don't post your pictures. This is for their investigation. >> Okay. Well, >> it's nothing to be anybody. It's nobody's business. They just got to do their job. They got to take pictures of what they need to do. >> And uh >> I think you guys should leave. >> I can't. >> Well, I mean, >> they've surrounded me. I really can't. >> I don't think they meant it like that. >> There's five cars. How do I back out? I can't even go in the hot tub. My bathroom collapse. They all >> What? In her bedroom, they do that. They do >> all broken and that's heavy. >> I think their main focus is going to collapse. >> Yeah. They hear about my room, not that. >> That's what they're worried about. >> Hey, they're doing their job. >> They're going to do their job. I mean, I guess you really can't get out. >> Well, they won't be out. >> 7:04. The big thing is I'm worried about Yeah. I didn't want to waste your guys' time, you know, scoring. >> Well, even though she's 22, he's probably still looking at her as, "Oh, that's my little girl. She's not a little girl anymore. She's 22." >> This was right on her lawyer. And I was like, just come. You guys just call. That's all yours. You know, just call, hey, we need >> acting like I'm a murderer. >> They got to protect. Hey, they don't know who is here. They got to protect themselves. This is a crazy world. People are mental. They got issues. There's men probably out there that would do something stupid. You know what I mean? They >> You know what I mean? There's a lot of crazy people out there. And so and a lot of people don't like police, you know, but that's not us. Like I said, we we back you guys 100%, man. That's for sure. We have friends. >> Yeah. You're friends with a lot of friends. >> I have a lot of friends that are police and >> we firefighters and that's that's we we need you, you know. >> Yeah. Unfortunately. >> No, no, we we need you. That's if someone's coming in here and hurt trying to hurt my family. That's the first thing I do. You know, try to protect them, but also call you guys and hope you get here quick. You know, 70 80 years ago, >> I think they're >> You go to some man's farm and try to steal his horse. The sheriff would come up and go, >> "What are you talking about? >> Good one, Hank. Load that bastard up. Go ahead and give it." Now it's like, "Did you shoot him in the back? How many times? He shot my boy 10 times." What is he talking about? The issue is if you live in a neighborhood like this, >> hit somebody else. >> You're going to hit there's no way you can avoid basically unless you're like shooting from down to up or something crazy at a weird angle. >> I think the times have changed though. >> So, the search ends with nothing taken. Prosecutors would later argue the family's cooperation crossed a line. And that case had to be built almost entirely from the victims and her iCloud because the device that mattered never left this house. Well, I appreciate you guys. We didn't even uh we didn't even take anything. >> Um, so I'm not seizing anything. So, there's no inventory, you know, to provide for seasoning. You can see I don't, you know, I have the stuff that I locked in here. >> Yeah. What the hell is that? >> Definitely not. Trust me. My pension is not worth your $2 bill. >> Hey, John. >> Um, she'll have my work cell phone number. >> So, Donald Trump pays in sheets. >> Yeah, exactly. [laughter] You don't mess around with anything. My email is connected to where I can check it, you know, on my own. >> Do you have any questions for me right now? >> No, I just appreciate you guys being respectful and uh >> No, this is >> I'll be out there. Be safe and thank you. >> Uh the waiver uh she does need to she does need fixing, but you might be way too old for her. She likes uh much much younger men, boys. >> Hopefully get through this. >> Yeah. No, once again, this is this was not about us trying to disrespect or anything like that this morning. We had to follow protocols and do what we had to do, you know, based off of our our agency's policies and procedures. Um, if it were up >> simple call, you could have called and I would have said, "Come on." >> I wish I wish unfortunately, you know, >> some people don't do that. >> Some people don't do that. So, we have to, you know, to do a whole >> and we wouldn't find out until afterwards until holes in us. So, >> I don't like it. We totally get it. >> Walk away. you know, I was waiting for an opportunity for you guys to just like walk out of the house. That way I can just come up and say, "Hey, >> I'm Detective Amanda Verioski, you know, this is why we're here, you know, but um but yeah, so that's all we wanted." >> And yeah, and I even your partner I gave her I gave her both our cell numbers, too. Right. >> I said, "Hey, call us. Here's our cell numbers. Call us." >> Once again, whenever we have to do something like this, whenever we draft a search for residents, we have protocol. >> But thank you so much. I appreciate it. >> Thank you all. >> Have a good night. Relax. Okay. And >> yeah, it's tough being a dad. You know, one girl, >> no further contact. >> Alyssa Zinger was first arrested in November of 2023 after a single boy came forward. She posted no bond issue. Then she was released and then she went back to living with her parents. 5 months later, detectives identified four more victims, all boys between age 12 and 15, and she was arrested again. This time, at a pre-trial detention hearing, the judge ordered her held without bond until trial. No contact with the victims, no access to any device that could reach a child. By then, the charges had grown well beyond the first file. multiple counts of lewd or lascivious battery and lewd or lascivious molestation, plus possession of childhy, transmitting it electronically within the state, and sexual cyber harassment. Investigators believed more than 30 separate acts had occurred with just one of the boys. The device he watched officers fail to recover, and this footage never resurfaced. Prosecutors told the court the phone handed to police didn't belong to her and that the one they wanted was reported lost, leaving them to build the case from the victims themselves and from her iCloud account. From the bench, the judge said plainly that the parents in trying to help their daughter had made it worse. That they'd interfered to the point of helping her evade accountability. Whether they'll be charged for it, prosecutors would not say. The investigation into whether there are more boys is still, as of the last update, open. And the father you watch being so accommodating in his own driveway later went to the press to call his daughter the real victim of the case. Said she was mentally incapable. She was wronged by the boys and he was certain there would be no plea and no consequences. What the footage can't show you is the quieter cost. Five households that led a stranger in believing she was a child. Boys whose private moments were passed around their own school. Families still living inside the aftermath of it. So, here's the question worth leaving on. Where should the line sit between a parent protecting their child and a parent obstructing a criminal case? And if that phone had been handed over the first time officers asked, how many of these boys would have been spared? We spend a lot of time on cases most people would rather scroll past. If you think this is one that deserves the attention, stay with us. >> All right. Well, we probably all feel like we need a shower after that one, but we're going to go back to the airport. We got an old guy who was returning a rental car. There was a lady in the uniform of the rental car company. He handed the keys and then wanted to take her picture and she had a problem with that. Um, and then things escalated. >> March 31st, 2026, 5:00 in the morning at Savannah Airport. The rental car return is basically empty. A 67y old man walks up to the Avis counter and hands his keys to the employee standing there. He asks her if she works for Avis. She says yes. She tells him he's supposed to leave the keys in the car or drop them in the box, but she's right there so she'll take them. And then he asks if he could take a photograph of her, not of the car, of her so he'd have proof he handed the keys to the right person. She says no. She tried to walk away. He followed her and he pushed her. She put her right arm up to block him. He kept stepping into her path, still talking about the keys until she broke away and called the police. These are the events that unfolded. >> Is everything okay? What's going on? >> I was I called I work here. >> Okay. >> So, I was at the counter and normally the customers who don't leave their keys out here because they said they can't see the sign. It says leave keys in there. So, >> he said, "Do you work for Avis?" I said, "Yes." So, he was getting his keys out of his pocket. So I said, "Well, I'll take your keys because there's signs outside that say to leave your keys in the car." So he handed me he handed me his car keys. That's how I have them. I didn't take them from him. >> Okay. >> He handed them to me. So he was getting he said, "Well, let me get a picture because I don't know who you are." I said, "Sir, please don't take a picture of me." I said, "Your receipt is emailed to you. I'm going outside to check the cars in." So I walked off. He said, "Excuse me. Excuse me. No, you don't go nowhere with my keys." I said, "Sir, I work." He said, "Well, then we'll go outside together." I said, "There's no [clears throat] need for that." I said, "I'm going outside to check your car." I said, "I work here." >> So he said, "Well, you're not giving me no name." So I tried to walk around the carousel and he was following me. So then after I was trying to get past him, he put his hands on me and he mushed me. So that's when everybody was down there and they seen him put his hands on me and one of the workers said, "Well, airport police is right there just talking to somebody and the man wouldn't listen." So I don't know where he disappeared to. I don't know where he's at, but he said he was coming out here to follow me to make sure I checked his car at >> the he and that >> he was older. Blue sweater. It was like he he had a blue sweater on and he was an older gentleman. >> That's not him down there with the backpack, is it? >> No, I don't think so. I've never seen him come home. >> But he didn't. So, she's been at work for half an hour and I don't think the officer knows what mushing is. I didn't know until I started watching body cam videos. For those who don't know, it's when somebody takes their hand and pushes it into your face and she said he put his hands on me and he forgets to ask a very key question >> like harm me anyway. Just >> No, he just like like he mushed me >> like like did like push you on you like this? >> Like he moved my hands out the way like this and >> Okay. So, he never actually touched it like >> he did touch me >> like that. No, like like that. >> Okay. >> Like I wasn't going nowhere. He wouldn't let me pass in like at all. >> Okay. >> Like I was being held at hostage or something. I didn't do anything. >> Apparently the kids call it mushing. >> He's back. >> He's right here. >> Notice he never asked, "Do you want to press charges?" >> Stay with me. Sir, did you did you touch her? >> Yes or no? Did you touch her? >> I I listen, let me explain the situation. Yes or no? Not trying to be difficult. >> I don't know this lady. And she comes and she takes my car keys and I'm saying, >> did she have any? She has a jacket onandom. I just told her I'm just asking, can I take a picture of you? >> Well, if she's not comfortable >> with my car. Yeah, but she's got my keys. >> Well, if she wanted to walk back to the car with her. I just I'm trying to see if >> Yeah, but you can see right here. I just want to take Listen, I think if I can just get a picture of her with my car. >> That's done. She works here. I know she works here. >> Okay. If you can >> It's not about that. So, but you're not supposed to touch anybody. You know, that's >> No, I I just I just told her, "Can you I'll walk out with my keys. I'm just worried. I'm good. If you can vouch for If you can vouch for >> No one's going to be coming in here like that and asking." >> I'm trying to ruin that one. >> I know. But you understand some some stranger comes. I'm I'm I'm good if you will. You know her. It's not about what I know here. You there's not many people going to come in through this way to come get steal a car. There's cameras around here. Even if you turn the car in, >> you're still not going to be liable for anything because you turned it in and think you know representative. >> I I do you have a driver's license on you? >> I understand. So say you're you're but you sometimes if they're wearing the shirt you might want >> I don't know. I asked her for identification. It's how much if she >> I'm good if you are good. Yeah. >> He vouch for you. I'm good and I'm sorry. Sir, >> it's okay. I'm just trying to be peaceable. >> She doesn't want to deal with you. >> All right. Stand right over there and I'll I'll deal with you. I got to talk to my sergeant real quick. Just stand right there, sir. >> All right, sir. >> That's the vape I have. >> Are you flying out? >> Yeah. >> All right. Just go ahead and leave. No, >> I'm sorry. He was just weird. >> Go ahead and leave. If he had asked the girl, "Do you want to press charges because he touched you unwanted? I was unwanted touching." >> I'm sorry. I'll just say no more. I apologize >> because you already made her feel really uncomfortable and she's just trying to do her job. >> Yeah. I'm sorry. You know what I mean? >> If you really >> I think he's stupid. >> Just stand by the car until you see a representative come up. Okay. Cuz All right, sir. Just go ahead and go. >> Shaking his hand. All right. Take off, man. >> He's gone. I tell him he can't come back here. >> No, I would have pressed charges on him. >> You hold on a second. Sir, >> officer, it would have saved you a lot of trouble if you had asked her that in the beginning. >> Sir, sir, stand by. >> Step out here right now. >> Yeah, >> you might have to help me deal with this. >> Must be a rookie. >> Now she wants to press charge. >> Seriously, >> I have my sergeant. I This is going beyond more than what I need. I need to get my sergeant out here. Just stand by with me right now. Okay. I want to speak, >> sir. Situation happened. All right. So, we have to I have to take care of this if she wants them. >> I don't think he understood what was going on. >> Press charges cuz you touched her. >> I didn't. Oh my gosh. You know, and I'm asking her, I ask her, "Can you just give me my keys back and I'll walk out with you?" Cuz I know she wouldn't give them back. And I said, >> that's I don't know. >> She says, "I want to call the police." I see it all the time. >> Please call the police. Just call >> That's I would have just waited right there. I would stop. >> Yeah, but she's running off of my keys. You got to understand. >> She wouldn't show me any. >> He handed his keys to her. She was in a uniform from the rental car company. What is he talking about? >> How long have you I don't want to mess up my flight. >> Go for 750. >> Yeah. >> I'm not a violent person. I'm just trying to So, I'm What happens next? >> Well, sir, I guess when he goes out here, I'm let him talk to her and then we'll go from there. >> Well, how long? >> He's coming right now. work half an hour and she like has this hand away. >> No, I just she's trying to run off and I just I kind of like fought for egress. >> You still have to ask >> kind of running just you know I don't you didn't like assault her or anything. >> All right. Yeah. Did they send you the video? >> Do it again now. >> Did they send you the video? >> No, they just said they send to you. >> I have not received it yet. >> I did. >> So, >> okay, here it is. Sir, sir, stand back over there. >> We can't see the video, but >> yeah, he was avoiding paperwork or something. I don't know. >> All right, come with me to the retreat. Well, if he really wants to press charges. >> Oh, seriously. >> So, what does that mean? How long is this? >> Yeah. >> So, you can be arrested for this. That's assault. >> You will be arrested for this. >> Oh gosh. Oh my god. Why should you just show me identification? I don't get it. >> She doesn't have to show you identification uniforms. I'll walk out with you. I just wanted to make sure that I don't know who this lady is. She wouldn't show me identification. She has a jacket, but I mean, someone could pick up a jacket from behind a counter. I'm thinking, >> "Dude, it's 500 a.m. at the airport. Do you really think somebody's going there to steal a They have cameras, dude? What are you talking about? >> I don't have >> I could have stole the jacket. >> She some strange. She steals my car. I got nothing. >> It's not your car. It's a rental. >> What? What's happening? >> I'm going to arrest you. >> Oh, seriously? >> It's more work. >> You're going to have to be You'll be uh transporting it down to Chadam County Detention Center. >> This is in Savannah, Georgia. >> Seriously? Can we talk now? He's >> whining. Oh my gosh. >> Like I said, don't put hands on people even though you're not sure. Just let let them call the police. If she said she was calling the police, >> she didn't call and she's like, "Sir, did you came here and you handed over to somebody in budget?" That would have been >> I didn't know. I didn't show any identification. I gave it to said, "Okay." >> Do you have anything in your pockets that you want to hand over to your friend >> or do you want to have your bag still? Well, I have my bag. I have my ID. I have Oh my god. >> I don't know what his deal was. >> All right. How do I get? >> So, I go to lock up. >> Yes, sir. >> I'm trying to be nice about it. >> Well, I'm not I got no issue with you. I get that you have no you're not the one making the calls here, but >> can I talk to your sergeant? I mean, it's who makes the call. >> That's the sergeant right now. And it's basically That's why I was trying to get this stuff here. Oh, wait. I have some fun ones. >> All right, hold on a second. I am I'm taking it with me. >> Yeah. >> Where Where's your friend Jim? >> Huh? >> No. >> No. >> It will be now. >> No. Nope. >> I don't I don't need to hear nothing, sir. I've seen enough. There's no excuse. I don't see anything. >> Can I just explain this? Did he explain to you already? >> Okay, that's it. >> Sure that she was >> sir. Sir, put your hand behind. Put your hand in the window. Put your hand Let me get your hand clutched, man. Put him in the handcuffs. >> Can I just talk to you? >> Okay. >> Can I just explain to you? Can I talk to you, please? >> No, sir. You cannot. You already talked to this officer. He's the primary. I don't need to hear nothing you got to say. >> Oh my god. >> Yeah, >> man. It's too early for this. >> Yeah. I was asking her to show me identification. I didn't know if she was legit. I'm saying, can you show me some ID? Can I walk out? >> Okay. If he didn't think she was legit, why did he hand the keys to her in the first place? >> Have a car with you. She's saying I'll call the police. I said, "Please." >> Well, I held my arms up. >> Well, this is a tiny airport. >> Okay. >> Um, wait a minute. Wait a minute. Wait a minute. >> So, get in the car right now. >> I'm taking my buddy. He needs my car keys. >> Okay. Sir, where's your car keys at? >> Um, >> okay. Okay, good. I can get that. You need to get in the car. You need to get in the vent first. >> I get the bag. We get the keys. >> All right. >> I'm trying. What? >> Oh gosh. >> Yeah. >> I'm trying. >> All right. Where's his keys? >> He just told you he was in his bag right there. >> Oh, >> I don't know. I think he's just stupid. I think he's a very stupid guy. >> He came right back out and that's when she said she wanted to press charge. That's how that's how you end up losing your on video, bro. That's the same thing happened before. >> I didn't. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. No, I'm saying this is bad right there. You want them searching? >> I'm getting >> No, you're trying to simple better. >> Okay. >> I have it right there in the front seat. >> Okay. >> Can I talk to my friend? He's an older guy. >> Yeah. Just the rental car company. Too much wasting time, man. I hear what he's saying. Um, you going to now now the bags and stuff. Um, >> they had to go to Terry. >> Yeah, I understand. Yeah, I understand that. But >> I had to have him sign it. >> I had to have him sign that stuff. That's why I wanted you to just just wait a few minutes so we can have somebody else down here with me so I can get this stuff processed. That's all I was trying to get done. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> I'm trying to catch that lady, get her information before she end up getting out of here. So, >> why she Why is she leaving? She's working. >> I don't know. I'm just I'm just trying to I'm I'm run out here and get her stuff first before she leave. get it quick and then come back in so we can get this done. >> Go ahead. Go get Go ahead and get this and get this to the guy. >> Let me tell you something. Let me tell you something. [clears throat] But listen, whenever you got like a 295, whenever somebody that you going to arrest, the first thing you want to do is get him in the hands and get him in the car and search. That's the first thing. the bags because get that back. He got going to jail. He took the bags [laughter] because I know he's another officer and I came out here with that's why I came out here with him. But the first thing you got to do get him in there because that video show I don't know. Yeah, that it said on the screen that they tried to he tried to reduce the plane noise in the background, but I can't understand anything they're saying. Chasing Miss Charlie. Good to see you >> saying this. She said he basically said I mean you saw the video you saw the video and listen your phone that was enough. But the longer version he blocked this [ __ ] several times and keep checking competing her movement or whatever and then when she tried to leave that's when he pushed and he she chug him off. So we regardless whether she want to press charges or not, we got the evidence. We got to go to jail. So he get to the keys before he died. >> That's fine. That's fine. Like I said, [laughter] >> the father had this thing snatched beforehand. >> He came back outside trying to take a photograph. >> Yeah. Yeah. But yeah, but whenever you >> I wasn't trying to avoid I asked her, "Do you want a police report?" You don't let me know. >> Yeah. But let me get this for you. >> Okay. He said I asked her if she wanted to do a police report. We saw the video. I never heard him say that. He didn't ask if she wanted a police report, if she wanted to press charges. She He didn't ask any of that. He forgot. >> Out of here. Okay. Okay. >> So, when officers asked him to explain, he said he wanted the photograph so he could prove that he handed the keys to the right person. He said that just because she was an employee, that didn't mean she was an employee of that company. The officer didn't argue with him. He just wrote one line into the report. Quote, "It should be noted that Miss Hansley was wearing a red A's Renault car jacket." End quote. He was charged with simple battery, obstructing a public passage, and false imprisonment, which in Georgia is a felony. The report says that at the time of his arrest, he was confused about why it was happening. He bonded out the next day. 5 weeks later, the state dismissed all three charges, not because the case fell apart because he completed an anger management evaluation, which had been a condition of his bond. The prosecutor's motion says the state quote chooses not to prosecute this case further. End quote. The report, the video, and the court file all came from public records request. Until next time, thanks for watching. >> Well, that was I mean, it wasn't the crime of the century, but he should have at least been trespassed from the airport. He had to take an anger management class, so that's something. All right. Next, we're going to go to a lady who was trying to cash checks, and she has uh she has quite the tall tale. She was put up to it, and her life is in danger. called police after a woman tried to cash a nearly $3,000 check using someone else's stolen ED. She drove off before officers arrived. But when police finally caught up with her, she claimed something much bigger was going on. >> Hello, Officer Dary. Police smart. Can you step on the vehicle for me, please? >> Right on. >> Sorry. You can leave that there. Let me see it. Someone step back here in front of my car, please. >> Huh? Come back here and talk. Is there rainbows in my car? >> How can you help me? >> They're in front of you. That white car. Don't point to me. >> Was it that white gear? >> Don't point to it. Please help me. >> Was it that white SUV? >> Please help me. Yes. Please help me. >> Yeah. Is that >> She's so scared. >> Turn around right now. Is that the one turning back around to us? >> Please help me. Please. Please help. Please help me. >> Go ahead. I got you. >> She's frozen in fear. >> Please help me. Please help me. >> Please help me. Please help me. >> I didn't see if it went east or west up there. Please help me. Please help me. >> We got an additional vehicle involved. >> Okay. >> So, here's what we're going to do. Just for the time being, I'm going to patch you down. Make sure you got no weapons and I'm going to detain you. Okay. So, turn any weapons, anything on you. >> What kind of vehicle is it? >> There's like a white GMC or what kind of vehicle was it? >> It's the mean people who put her up to it. They were they've been making her do this, forcing her, probably holding her family hostage. Wait. >> She sounds like a white Jeep. Grander. >> White Jeep. Grand Cherokee. >> Yeah. >> So, we're going to we're going to worry about the Okay. So, officer going to come and talk. >> Right now, detective detectives on this. All right. >> Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. >> Thank you. Thank you. I've been trying to gun with us the whole time. I even ask the guy to help. >> She's been trying to get out of this for so long. >> Who Who is Who's in the car? >> This guy's name is Cheese and isn't help. >> She's a suspect uh in check fraud. She was trying to cash bad checks. >> How many people are in that car? >> Two. Two. >> Are they black, Hispanic, white? >> Yeah. >> Should be two black males in the vehicle. >> Please help me. >> Okay. So, everyone walk over here. Okay. >> Okay. Oh, she's she goes on and on with it. She really lays it on >> thick. >> This lady we'll talk about in a second. >> Okay. So, were you at the bank at farmer state bank today and you're trying to take money out of the ATM? Was that you earlier? >> No. >> What was the last location of a scam? >> Okay. So, >> I hold my kid over my head. >> Okay. We're going to Limited 3781215 boy is here just >> Oh yeah >> of Clark >> was the nondescript black guy I don't see occupants at this time >> who are they wearing you remember >> um yeah shoes um one has a do-agg on he's taller he has white shoes um black shirts both black shirts >> oh that'll never black males and black shirts one male's got a do-rag and white Nike Okay. So now >> he has money from another bank. >> Okay. So that was you at the farmer state bank here in town. Correct. That was taking money out of the ATM. Correct. >> No ATM. >> You didn't go to the farmer state bank here in town? >> No. >> Yep. But not the ATM. >> Okay. So you went to the drivethrough though. Correct. >> Yes. Maybe. >> Okay. All right. So >> they're behind me. >> No, they're not behind you. >> I don't see any money. >> All right. So there was nobody else inside that vehicle. Just the two black males. Correct. >> Behind. No. >> Well, no one's behind us. That's just us right now. >> Yeah. No, >> they're going to go after my kid. >> Do they have your kid? >> No, they're going to go after my kid. They know where my kid is. They know where everything is. >> Okay. All right. >> They know where everything that I used to know. His name's Chewy. He's my boyfriend. And then he left. They took me on the walk. >> So Chew was your boyfriend? >> He was He was >> What's his real name? >> Right. Right. >> Yeah. She doesn't have any evidence. >> He was in the car. And then they left him on the west side cuz he got high and >> um he was the one who said all this up and then they wouldn't let me go. Every time I go to the hotel, I try to get away and then they're following me in the parking lot and then they're making like I went to go drive and I stopped stepped at a gas station. I tried to get um Casey's gases. >> I try to get help. I try to look in like please help please. And then I got the phone. I'm trying to message on the phone. They won't let me message on the phone. They're like they take the phone away. that in front or behind that car. >> It was in front of it. >> Oh, was it a card? I thought it was a check. >> I don't want to help unless I know I'm not going to get in trouble. >> So, I'm not going to say anything and or promise anything yet. So, the officers, they're looking for them right now. Okay. So, you don't know Cheese's real name. Where's your boy? Would your boyfriend know who they are? >> They're all bad people. >> He left me. >> These are really bad people. >> So, give me your first name. >> Horrible people. >> So, right now you are under arrest. Okay. So, look. >> What? >> Can't be trying to take money from ATM. Okay. Trying to use cards. But like I said, we're going to work through that. Okay. Um, spell your last name for me. >> Hey, did you uh look through your camera? Did you pass the vehicle and then turn around on it? >> Yeah. >> No, no, no. They had already went past me as I was turning north or was on fair street to turn west onto Dion. They they just passed me and try to catch up to it. >> Yeah, she's she I I don't know if she's actually on some kind of speed or she's just she thinks this is what people sound like when they're really terrified. If you click on the all reads function, it'll give you a picture. >> So, if you click OB and check the all reads function, it may have captured it anyway. You might get a plate off of it or picture of it. >> Yes, sir. I'll do that right now. Have a seat. I'm going to turn air on for you so it's not too hot back there for you. Okay. >> I have paraphernalia. I'm going to check for paraphernia. >> Do what? >> I have paraphernia. That's what it >> Where's that? Play my vague. I'm going to be honest with you. >> Okay. I'm not I'm not worried about that. >> And the thing she's doing with her voice talk to you. Okay. >> Yeah. >> Please. >> We're going to take care of that. Where's your kid at? >> Wisconsin. >> Yep. >> Kids in Wisconsin. Okay. >> Are there people watching your kid right now? >> Okay. Is it just them two that are involved with this? They're right outside my kid's school. >> What part of Wisconsin? >> What's your address in Wisconsin? >> Mine's um Public Drive, Wisconsin. >> Public Drive, Wisconsin. P lake. I'm in I'm in P Lake, Wisconsin. I'm sorry. This is the thing I gave you. Jefferson like like 15 people in here. Like I'm freaking out. Can I Oh my god. I'm going to paint. I'm going to faint my kid. They told me if anything happened, my kid was going to be a goner. >> We're going to take care of it. What's your >> My kid, my kid, my kid. >> Okay. Hey, baby. We're going to I need to worry about my son. No. My son. My son. My son. >> I haven't looked yet. I'm trying to get all this information. Yeah, it's unlocked. So it was the white the white jeep chair two black males pulling >> behind you or >> they were in front of me. >> So they you stopped them. >> I stopped this one and they were in front and they just kept going. Then they did a U-turn just north of the second stop sign there. Saw us and I looked back down to her and then they were gone. So I don't know if they went east or west but she kept saying they're right there. They're right there. Don't look at them. I was like what? And then the car was gone. Okay. >> So two black males one named is what she's saying. So >> and her kids are in the car. >> No, they're up in Wisconsin but this is operation out of Genanoa Wisconsin. U 50 people involved and she's saying they are watching her child >> to make sure she cooperates. So I'm going to call dispatch and I'm just going to sit on the house to make sure the kid's okay. Yep. Have them go by that address. >> Yeah. Have them go by check make sure the juvenile is okay and have them sit on the house for a minute until we give him a call. >> My parents. >> Thank you, Patty Jane. >> Good to have you here. >> I have everything about me. Everything. >> Yep. And make and check on that GM. Make sure they're okay. I want my son to be crazy. >> What's up? >> He said I just need to make sure my son's okay. >> No idea. I'm just I'm here with him. >> I have no idea. I say just I mean you'll figure it out. >> Birthday tools, credit card right here. Just plain view everything. So, huh. >> Just a photographs right now. I haven't done in depth yet. So, >> yeah. Sorry about that. >> I'm asking for permission to get into your phone to get Cheese's number cuz he's called you. Okay. It's cheese, please. So, >> cheese, please. It's >> okay if we open your phone. Get that phone number. >> Do what? >> Say again. >> I'll open it. >> Okay. Step out from here real quick. Okay. So, how do I open it? Just swipe to unlock. What's our passcode? >> You don't want to help us out now? >> No. Because that you're not telling promising me that there's anything going that's going to be good for me. Like I mean you said in charge of everything like a guarantee cuz I don't want to my kid what my kid later talk to your >> but later on down the road like >> I mean I can't promise anything for later down >> they probably have snipers at the school. >> I can promise what's right now. Okay. So I'm going to have her come over and talk to what I'm going to do. Okay. >> Have a seat. She has been mirandized. >> I don't She won't. Yes, ma'am. doesn't want to give us the phone. She wants a a deal as we promised. >> She doesn't want to what? >> Doesn't want to help us identify who these people are or give us the the phone number. >> Like like what what does this say like 6 months down the road? Like I hope you guys don't they have like 50 people like they have people in every town. Like >> hey so right now >> it's 50 people now. 50 people put her up to this. >> You're in custody. >> You're you're the one that's behind the wheel. You're the one that that was at the bank. So, it it's on you. You know what I'm saying? Is that Are you following what I'm saying here? >> But I'm already getting charged that they're not here. Like >> either either you can choose to h to do what you can with the situation as it is. >> But is it going to help I know it's going to help me get out like getting them? Is it going to help me get out of there? >> I I don't know. Basically, the report will reflect everything that you say and do to help >> me. I need to go call my lawyer like >> cuz it's not I need to know that I'm I'm down me helping you is going to help me. >> What's done is done though. >> I know. But I need to know what's going to help. It's going to help. >> I don't mind helping, but I I need to know it's going to help me. >> You're in the position right now. You You need to choose to help yourself. You can choose to help yourself either way. Either way. I mean, you're the one again. You're the one that's in the vehicle. You're the one that that goes to the bank. So either you can choose to do what you can >> and you can see there on camera what's happening >> and try to help yourself out the best you can or or you don't. That's up to you. >> Well then I'm already screwed. What I'm saying >> what she's saying is you're screwed either way. >> But if you help us there's a chance that you might be not as screwed. >> That's what we're getting at screwed. >> Okay. So >> you guys like we can't promise you anything right now. There's nothing we can do with that. That's not up to us. We have the charges. We submit them. It's up to the state's attorney and your lawyer. >> You're not going to, >> huh? >> So, basically, you can't help us. >> I can't. However, the state's attorney might be able to. That's not up to me, though. >> I need to talk to the state attorney. >> Well, we can't talk to him right now because they're not working. They actually have lives. They go home at the end of the day, unlike us. So, I have a son that needs to protect. >> Okay. Well, we have guys going up there to watch after him right now. They are going. >> Okay. You can puke outside the vehicle. Okay. So, I'll ask, can we please have Jesus's phone number so we can track him and we can take them into custody? >> Yeah. Because I'm not going to give you my passcode. >> Okay. You don't have to give me your passcode. If you want to stand up, I'll let you enter it. >> Yeah. >> No, because I'm not looking. >> You'll change it as soon as I do that. >> I I'm not going to change your phone. I have morals. I have respect. >> Yeah. The police are going to change the code to your phone and then they're going to drive you over to the guys and release you back to them. They're in on it. Travis, thank you very much for the $2. >> Even though I feel this is a horrible, shitty situation, I'm not the type of person that's going to take advantage of you, okay? That's not what I'm about. I'm here to help you. Even though you [ __ ] up here, I'm here to help you out, okay? I may not look like it, but I'm serious. That's why I have people going >> I've had people going to your son's house right now to make sure he is safe and well, okay? >> Can you like let me know that he's okay? >> Yeah. As soon as we get information, I'll let you know that he is okay. So, here's your phone. I'll let you in. I I want It's his phone number. Okay. >> Okay. So, what's his real name? >> I don't know. >> Okay. >> I do that on purpose. >> Do what? >> Yeah. >> I do that on purpose. >> Have a seat. >> I don't want to buy um what the name that they use is a real person for the hotel. Timothy Goodwin. >> Like, it's really out. I >> I'll open this vent where the air gets through. Okay. >> Thank you very much, Travis. I've got the phone number. All right, man. Go ahead and hop out. We're going to get you over to his vehicle. Okay. >> So, you have a question. Nothing on your person at all? Nothing like up inside you that you're hiding? Where's your crack at in the car? >> Okay. Is that why I mean is that kind of reason why you're doing this? Is for the crack? >> No. The reason why I was doing this? >> She did it all for the crack. is because he told me that my black's boyfriend was literally just copying me. Okay. >> The woman claimed two men had threatened her and forced her to cash the stolen check, even telling officers they were connected to a much larger organized group, but detectives found stolen IDs and bank cards inside her rental vehicle along with a notebook containing repeated practice signatures of multiple victims. Investigators later discovered she had also used another victim's identity at a different bank that same day, [music] successfully withdrawing $5,000. She was taken to the Williamson County Jail and charged in this case with aggravated identity theft and forgery, while investigators requested additional charges involving another victim. >> Wow. Well, at least she's safe in jail. And the bank's money is safe and all the people who had their identity stolen, they're safe for a little while. All right. Next, we got a lady who I had two videos like this yesterday where all they had to do uh well, yesterday they all they had to do was show their ID and they'd be free to go. This lady does not even have to show her ID. All she has to do is leave a store. Just go away. That's it. But no, this is Donna Deran and today she's going to show you why an $1,100 theft spree and a bad attitude are probably two things you never want to combine. Seriously, what could possibly go wrong? On Sunday, January 25th, 2026, at around 7:48 p.m., officers with the Oallon Police Department in [music] Illinois responded to Walmart for a retail theft. Duran had allegedly pushed two full carts of merchandise past the registers, [music] ignored employees, telling her to stop, and loaded everything into a white Cadillac. Minutes later, an officer caught up with the Cadillac on a snowy road. And what happened [music] when officers walked up to her window? Well, take a look. >> Oh. Oh, wait. This is the wrong video. [snorts] I thought I had that one for today. Well, this is different. This lady got caught shoplifting. All right. Sorry. Forget my whole intro in the beginning. Yeah, this lady's going to jail. >> Hey, [snorts] probably. >> We don't talk about that here, though. >> Yeah, you were. >> Let's find that ID then, Donna. I don't care. I need more than your name. I need your driver's license. >> Got a lot of merchandise in here. It's a lot of stuff in here unbagged. >> Where is your insurance at? >> Well, that's not very smart to not bring the right purse, right? >> What about this purse right here? >> Yeah. What about this purse in the back? This officer sees. >> I said we don't talk about that here. >> Why don't we Why don't we look? >> Why do you have a big old empty purse? >> Even rolling down the window. Big empty purse is no sir. >> I don't know who you are. >> This whole box is >> You have tinted windows and your windows rolled up. Let's see what's in your hand then. Hand me what's in your hand. >> Just see what she what she took. There's a lot of loose merchandise throughout the vehicle. >> No. >> Why is all this stuff in the back not bagged up? >> It's all stolen. >> We're going to we're going to we're going to determine if you're good or not. >> Currently detained, ma'am. >> Give me my Give me my >> You're not leaving. and turn the vehicle off. >> If you do not turn the vehicle off, I will bust this window out. >> You ain't going to bust nothing. >> Turn the vehicle off. >> I'm not going to bust nothing. I got It's I'm not You're not going to bust nothing. >> You ain't leaving. >> Yes, I am. >> You want to bet? >> Yes, I am. >> Try to drive off. See what happens. >> You are current. I don't need one. You are currently detained and that's called obstruction. >> No, I'm not. >> Yes, you are. Where'd you go to law school at? >> No, I'm not. >> Where'd you go to law school at? >> No. No. Where you go to law school at? >> Me, Slooh? >> No, I don't care. Where you went? >> Okay, then. >> You're not YOU'RE NOT YOU'RE not going to detain me. >> You are detained. You are not free to leave. >> No. No. No. >> Yes. Yes. That's a lie. >> That is not a lie. You're not free to leave. You're not getting anything. You are detained. >> You are detained. >> No, I'm not. No, I'm not. >> You are not free to go. >> Those two. >> You are not. >> Yes, I am. >> You are not. >> Yes, I am. You ain't got no search warrants. >> I don't need a search warrant. >> Yes, you do. >> That's false. >> Yes, you do. >> Nope. >> I don't want to hear that. >> I don't want to hear what you got to say. You're going to sit here and you're going to >> You don't know. You don't know who was in the court with me. >> Yeah, cameras are going to speak truth. >> What you say? You pulled ME UP FOR SPEEDING. I WAS NOT SPEEDING. >> OKAY. You're still detained. You're not free to leave. >> Get that Get that out my >> No, you you're not my supervisor. I don't got to listen to you. >> My face. Get away from my car. >> Don't work like that. >> Get away from my car. >> I don't know what makes you think you're calling the shots here, but you're not. >> You ain't either. >> Oh, I'm still standing here. >> I don't care. >> My light hasn't moved. >> I don't care. >> N She's not me either. >> I don't care. Don't mean to me. Clearly you're a Red Langford fan. >> No. >> Yes, it was. You said that I was speaking. I wasn't speaking. >> I didn't say anything about what you were doing. >> He said I was speaking. I wasn't speaking. >> Hey, he's probably right. >> No. No. But like I say, you that warn on me. Y'all beening harassing me. Harassing my car. >> She has to start the game. >> It's not harass cuz you don't like it. >> Damn lie. >> It's not harass me cuz you don't like it. >> That's a damn lie. >> I didn't lie about anything. >> What are you standing here for? Doing my job, man. >> Doing your job. I'm doing mine, too. I just >> Yeah, I'm f to stop using that myself. >> Quit reaching around. Put your hands on the steering wheel. I wouldn't be in your face. I don't know what you're reaching for. >> I'm just putting my phone. >> He was permanently borrowed. >> Yep. >> So, uh, apparently it was a whole car push out, huh? >> It was a whole car push out. said all the merchandise that was stolen on the back pass. >> She had an entire cart full of crap and just walked right out the door with it >> on the side of her vehicle and they said >> and Walmart >> he's Brad's getting ready to send me a photo. AP is not on right now. Loss prevention is not on but manager was the one that reviewed the camera and they tried to stop her and she just kept pushing past. So he's sending me a photo now cuz he's reviewing the camera. See if she's willing to get out if we're going to have to get her out. >> Hey Joe. >> Well, she won't even roll down the window really. She rolled it down like half an inch. if you want to cuz she's not going to come out. I mean, if she does, we'll call you off, but I don't think she's going to get We'll give her an >> ultimatum. >> How'd they catch her? Two cards. >> Bye. >> What's up? Why am I waiting here? >> She's safe in her cocoon. >> Okay, ma'am. So, you were just identified as law as by Walmart management that you committed a retail theft. >> I did not do that. I did not I didn't commit no no retail. >> Okay. Well, there's six witnesses that say otherwise. >> Okay. Maybe but I had somebody else with with me. >> Okay. Uh the photo I just received was you pushing a cart by yourself? >> No. >> With a load full of merchandise which is currently sitting in your back seat. >> So you have here's here's what's known as an ultimatum. Okay. >> We need you to step out of the vehicle. Okay. >> Or we have to get you out of the vehicle. So let's make this easy. >> No no. So what are you talking about doing? So currently you need to exit the vehicle. >> Is it a vehicle for what? >> Because we're going to place you under arrest. >> Huh? >> We're going to place you under arrest for retail theft. >> You need to get off the phone. You're here talking to me. Step out of the vehicle or you're going to be hit with another charge of obstruction. >> I'm up here. >> You got about 10 seconds before I open the door. >> What's her name? >> Okay. >> Donna. >> Donna. >> So you're on your way. >> It doesn't matter who's on their way. They're going to get charges. Open the door. Open the door before I open it. Open the door. on on my like that. Don't do that. >> Go ahead and step out. >> Step out. >> Wait a minute. >> Step out. >> You don't call the shot here. Step out of the car >> either. And you you you you SAID THAT I WAS SPEEDING. I wasn't speeding. >> It doesn't matter. >> Yes, it does. >> Come on. >> Y'all retail thing. >> She's fixating on the speeding cuz she's trying to deflect. >> I ain't I didn't commit. Let me get my stuff. >> You got about 2 seconds before I remove you. >> Move. Move. >> Step out. >> I can get out. Move. >> You do not call the shots. >> Move. Let me >> get out of the car. >> Go ahead cuz you don't care about >> Don't pull me like this. >> Don't pull me out. >> Get out of the car. >> Don't pull me. Stop ping me. Don't pour me. >> Get out of the car. >> Don't pull me. Don't pull me for breakfast. >> What's your name? I got you. >> You pulling me. >> No. Let me get my >> No, you don't call it. You better stop pulling my arm like that, man. >> Listen. Somebody come get my groceries. >> Listen. >> No, ain't no Listen. You don't do me like that. >> Don't do me like that. >> Don't resist. How about that? >> Don't do me like that. >> How about don't resist. >> I got you. And you bump bump my head if Okay. Okay. Got you. >> Got you. For real. >> That's fine. >> Got you. >> Officer Carter, badge number 130. >> Yeah. Okay. Got you. >> Yeah. >> Got you. >> She's in custody now. Go ahead and walk. >> Stand up. >> Let me stand up so I can make sure these cuffs don't tighten up on you. All right. We're going to have to know. >> All right. >> Let [snorts] me get what you need. Just tell us what you need. >> I wouldn't steal. >> I want I need I need my purse. >> I want my hat. >> Yes, I do. And get my uh my key. >> You want your phone? >> We'll get all that. >> Yeah, we're going to bring it. >> You're You're busting. You're not going to get it. >> My son going to come get my phone. >> He ain't coming to get your car. >> What's your name? You're towing it. Put on my car. >> It was using the commission of the crime. It was using the commission of the crime. >> I would not give No. Give me my other purse, babe. Go. >> Two parts [snorts] of crap. Half of it would rot before I got a chance to eat it. >> Sit your butt in there. >> Watch what you say. With Duran now in the back of the patrol car, let's rewind and see how we got here. According to the police report, she walked into Walmart at around 7:14 p.m. with an empty cart. 11 minutes later, she came back out with it packed full of large boxes, [music] including an espresso machine and an ice maker with a rug covering the top. A loss prevention employee said she kept looking up to see where the cameras were. Then, just 3 minutes later, she went back inside for round two. This time she filled another cart with groceries, including three buckets of chitterlings. On the way out, the manager said she told Deran to stop about 12 times. 12. You think she stopped? Not even close. She kept going, drove away in her Cadillac, and the manager called police. Now, let's see what officers found inside that car. >> So, she was stealing an ice maker, espresso machines, whatever the hell chitterlings are. Yeah. Come, ma'am. What the f? Look at all that. >> She said then she can total it up tonight if we have the actual property of [snorts] what she took or >> I've learned a lot by watching other people. >> Let me take photos for you. >> I don't know. >> Her son's on his way up here, so I'm sure he's going to be a delight. >> Yeah. So, however you guys want to do it. >> Okay. Well, that makes sense. Chitterlings. [snorts] >> They can't. Yeah. >> Is that a brand? >> That's fine. get everything out. But she says it was stolen, I guess, and put it on the hood and get a picture of it. >> Well, if they're chitlins, if they're made right, they're good. >> I mean, normally they keep everything. >> I wouldn't be surprised if some of this came from >> like this. They don't sell that kind of, >> do they? Ah, >> it's not chitterlings. It's chillins. those chitlings. >> Yep. There was three buckets right there. There's a >> couple more back here. >> Yep. That brown bag. >> Is that what she was pushing or not? >> What? >> What about this? It's got a bottle of wine or something. >> Yep. That whole bag. >> Yeah, that bag was in the cart. What about these big old uh >> She stole the bag? >> These pork spare ribs? >> I've always pork spare ribs. Yes. >> What about this? >> Oh, pork spare ribs. >> I didn't see that. the tag on it. >> Yeah, I didn't see that one. But th those ramen noodles for sure. And that tide and that brown bag was in there. Yeah, that was on the picture. It was three buckets of chitlings. >> Oh, there was I think you have >> three buckets. >> Those are ours. >> Those [snorts] are yours, too. >> Those are ours. >> I'm curious if you made multiple trips. >> But but this right here, >> how that set up in Walmart? I can scan it and I can see if it's been sold or not. And if it made, I can see where it came from. >> If they're not. Yeah, >> that's a $100. That's a felony level theft easily. Does it say what store number it goes to? She says >> nonsense. She >> fried every part of the pig. >> Oh, okay. Yeah, cuz it looks >> the feet intestines. >> Who makes multiple trips to multiple Walmarts in the same day? >> Roll in the back. >> I don't know. I've always heard it called chitlins. >> Back. >> I never knew there was a brand that sold them in the store. >> I've always had them. They're homemade. Best take. >> Donna Deran was arrested at the scene, booked, and later released while officers applied for a warrant. On June 17th, 2026, a judge signed that warrant, and she now faces three charges under Illinois law. Retail theft over $300, resisting a peace officer, and obstructing a peace officer. And the total value of everything officers pulled out of that Cadillac, $1,139.71. Damn. All right. Well, sorry I had the wrong intro for that. But now we're going to go back to Atlanta for a hit and run. And I know exactly where this is, too. Guy was driving a Home Depot truck and decided to just shoot across to get over to his exit. There was a dump truck in his way. Oops. >> On March 25th, 2024, Sandy Springs Police Department responded to a hit and run report in Sandy Springs, Georgia. Oh, >> what you talking about? You got a video. >> I got a video on [ __ ] Truck's white. It's green. def. >> I don't know why it's not 26. >> Oh, there you go. Mhm. >> I'm driving. >> Here he is. >> One lane. >> Oh my. >> And he just kept right on going. >> Rewind that. We'll watch that again. Say I'm driving. >> Oh, I stopped there. He kept coming. >> He's off. >> When did this happen? >> It just happened about an hour ago. 30 minutes. You got about 5 hour. >> About an hour ago. Okay. >> You have your license transmission with you? >> Yeah. >> Thank you. >> Truck loaded? >> No, it wasn't loading. >> How much your truck weighed roughly? >> Huh? >> How much did your truck weigh roughly? Uh, >> 28. >> How much? 38. >> Yeah. Catherine, I've been to Scotland a couple times and had haggus. It's really good. I liked it. Some people didn't uh in my tour group didn't like the spice that they used on it, but I thought it was delicious. >> Did you see the tag on that vehicle? >> No, I ain't seen nothing. Like I said, all of a sudden I just shocked up you broke that. I was shocked, you I'm like, "Hey, I thought you were going to stop, but he kept going." You know, >> you get your interation. >> Yeah. >> All right. Give me my little brother with you. Okay. >> All right, sir. This the case for this. So, there's been two reports. There's going to be an accident report that's going be for the vehicles and then report. He's there for me for the hit and run. All right. Have a good day, guys. >> The first thing the officer did was contact the nearest Home Depot to the accident location to check whether any damaged truck had been returned from their rental fleet. >> Thank you for calling the Sandy Springs Home Depot. This call may be recorded or used by Home Depot and its authorized vendors. >> Home Depot. This is Sarah. How may I help you? Yes, my name is Officer Brigman with the Sandy Springs Police Department. Just did a hit and run report for a um a dump truck versus a Home Depot truck. I want to see if one has been returned, has got damage on the rear passenger side. >> Okay. If one does come in by chance that has damage on the rear passenger side, could you give us a call? >> Okay, guys. >> All right. >> All right. >> Awesome. >> Well, thank you so much. You have a wonderful day. >> Okay. The following day, the officer received a call from a Home Depot employee reporting that a suspicious truck had been returned. >> Thank you for calling, too, may I help you? >> Yes. Is this Monique? >> Yes, it's Monique. >> Hey, Monique. This is Officer Brick Mini Springs Police Department. How are you doing? >> Officer Brickman. Yes, the truck was returned on yesterday, but I wasn't here. >> Okay. >> But I I think my um one of my managers would want to speak with you. >> Okay. if he's there. Um, and that truck is still there. I can head that way because I need to >> Oh, yes, he's here. >> Okay. All right. Cool. All right. Um, I'm leaving the near the city center and um, I'll be there roughly uh, 10 minutes. Now, where exactly that truck be located at? >> Well, wherever the gentleman left the truck at, that's where it was left. And, uh, I guess the person who brought the key back was the person who was supposed to fix the um, the tire. >> Okay. >> But Mike just showed me the picture and it nothing but pitch. Okay. So, >> well, the guy who did the hit and run, he rented the truck from uh Home Depot and then returned it still damaged as if they're not going to be able to figure out who he is. >> So, the truck is no longer at Home Depot anymore. >> It's at Home Depot now. It was returned I guess on late um yesterday. >> Okay. All right. Um, and so where's it where's the truck going to be at located at in the parking lot so I can easily uh >> uh it should be uh right where the closer to the um pro area. You're going to see all the trucks over to the if you coming in it will be over to the right hand side closer to Costco. >> Gotcha. Gotcha. Okay. All right. Well, I'll be there roughly 10 minutes. Okay. >> Okay. Thank you. >> Thank you. Without wasting any time, the officer headed straight to Home Depot to inspect the truck and confirm it was the one involved in the hit and run. Oh yeah, he returned. There's no tire on the back, so the tire went flat and he just kept driving on it. Drove on the rim and then just dropped it off like nothing happened. food. I've had that, too. Delicious. >> Probably Discord. John, >> my email is secret. >> How you doing, sir? >> I'm good. How are you? >> Good. So, you guys found it on the highway? >> No. Um, came as a hit and run. The driver of a dump truck is the one that called and I actually got a video thankfully. Um, there's a picture of the truck. >> Mhm. Yeah, it's rim. >> This is This is our gone truck. You see that truck right there? >> Yeah. >> You'll see in a second coming straight across. >> Hey, Timothy. Oh, yep. That's it. Run. Yeah, cuz I was looking at it. I was I was looking at it last night. It ended up here and then we're trying to figure out Looks like they drove like the rim to get it. >> Yeah, that's why I took some pictures. It's pretty damaged. And you can see >> Yeah. So, you can see too here there was a little bit of some plastic still stuck on it, which is about even with the uh dump trucks. I look it hit basically like the front driver side tail light area and that's that's about parallel with that. So when the person returned it did they say what happened? >> No. Did they say anything? They just dropped it off and said do this. Good luck. >> He brought the truck and actually driver and he said that the truck was broke down on the expressway and I called my other manager and I was like Michael I have I mean not Michael JT I have a um someone bringing a truck but it broke down. I said should I close it out? He said, "Close it out." Then I guess he put the key back in the truck for the person who actually supposed to come and fix it. >> The guy who supposed to claim fix it, he brought me the key back and you know >> Okay. All right. Now, do y'all have uh the person that rented it, y'all have any of their information, >> like driver's license information or >> Yeah, he's probably being out. We will have to pull it up. >> Is it possible to get that information? >> Yeah. Okay. and I'll be back down here. So, um yeah, cuz I was looking at I was like this is for It looked like something happened. I couldn't tell. I'm going to report it. I was waiting to get more information. I'll do a claim on our side, file it. What do you need from us? >> Um y'all have tracking a chance on this truck so I can maybe see if yes, it was at that spot during that time before I call the person up and see what they're going to say. >> Um >> we got it right here. >> I'd have to see. Some of them do, not all. I'd have to see. I have to check with my loss prevention and see what they say. >> Okay. >> It will help under >> Yes, >> let me talk to my loss prevention team and see. I know some of the vehicles have that stuff and I can see if they can give me something on it. Um I'll investigate it cuz I was going to file a claim on it because it just didn't look like it was like something. >> It's not just a flat tire. >> Yeah, it's not a flat tire. And plus, you know, they get damage protection in this. So for him and I found out today that he came in said that didn't have the vehicle here and and took off and then he said someone else was going to come or showed up >> with the key >> with the key. >> So somebody rented it. >> I'm assume whoever Jessica is. >> Yeah. >> That's who >> supposedly rented it on paper. Okay. >> But he is it's a gentleman who brought the key back his truck kind of flat wherever the truck flat at. >> Okay. Yeah, >> you put the key back in the truck for the >> through the repair guy for for for Home Depot >> for somebody to come and fix the >> We didn't send We didn't do anything on them. We were trying I got it late last night and I was coming in the morning trying to figure it out >> and I was trying to invest. I was talking to her and she paid me more and I said, "Oh, cuz we hadn't sent anything to our plan. There's no no tow truck came from us." >> Okay. >> So, somehow it got here. >> He It looks like he drove on it. >> Appreciate you calling me back. >> Thank you. Armed with the suspect's information and the tag from the Home Depot rental truck, the officer was able to track the truck's movements using flock cameras. >> So, the time is 10:42. This is the intersection of Glen Ridge Drive and 285. He's coming down the ramp. >> Home Depot truck. The hazard lights are on. There he is driving on the rim. It appears that the vehicle is shaking and you can see that the tire is flat on the rear driver's side. >> Dude, >> now confident he had the right truck, the officer's next move was to contact the suspect and hear his side of the story. >> Hello. Received a call from an officer on a U-Haul truck that was >> correct. Yes, I was trying to speak with Jessica. >> Uh, this is her husband. I was actually the one that uh was renting the uh uh multicole truck. >> Okay. You So you rented the vehicle under her name. Is that correct? >> You were driving. >> She's used my phone number before to rent vehicles. So when I went up there to the phone number, they placed it back under her name. >> Okay. All right. So All right. So were you driving the vehicle the whole time? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. All right. Okay. Um and what's your name? I'm sorry. >> Georgio. >> All right. All right. And so you were driving the vehicle the whole time on the 25th? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. All right. And so uh so when the vehicle was returned, it had a flat tire. What happened with how that get a flat tire? >> Yep. So basically, I was driving to return the vehicle. I was merging onto 400, I think it was. It was just about 3 to 4 minutes away from the Home Depot. >> Okay. Um, as I was merging onto that highway, a truck uh rear ended me on my back, right? >> Oh, passenger side. >> Okay. >> He basically hit the back of my truck. There's a V within that merging lane. He stopped at the V and you know, I was forced to pull over to my or or pull to my left. Obviously, you know, Atlanta, there's traffic there. So, I looked for the exit to get off of, got off the exit, called the Home Depot store, basically reported the issue. They got the service team involved. The truck was towed to the Home Depot, and then the service team uh changed the tire at the Home Depot. >> Okay. All right. Who came out to remove the vehicle, the tow company? Was it one that you called or Home Depot called? Or how did that tow company come out and tow it? >> So, I called. There's a reference number on the homeware. um that they give you for any roadside assistance or accidents, anything of that nature. So, I call that number and then that number I guess is their customer service >> and then they set me up with a service department that sent the tow truck out >> to again tow the truck from the location to Home Depot and then they sent the actual service team to fix it there at Home Depot. >> Okay. All right. Gotcha. >> Do you live in Sandy Springs? No, I actually live in Log area. >> How far is that from Sandy Springs? I'm not familiar with that area. >> Oh, it's a it's a bit uh maybe about an hour 15, hour 20. >> Okay. I basically know where Locust Grove is. There are Home Depot all over the place. Why did you drive an hour and 15 minutes to rent a truck from that Home Depot? >> The truck because I was picking up some uh furniture that I had purchased from uh Facebook Marketplace from some people up there. Okay. And then also possible piano, but I never actually put the piano. >> Gotcha. Gotcha. Okay. >> Is there any issue with the truck or service? Was uh >> Hey, Tandy. >> How weird to have a officer call back for arrest? >> Um, so after well, after the the accident happened, you said with the truck, did you call 911? >> Um, no. I didn't I didn't make a police report because I directly asked Home Depot if there was any insurance. uh liability that I would have for the truck or the tire. They said based upon it being a blown out tire >> that there was no, you know, liability liability there and they would change it and there was no extra charge. >> But I didn't I didn't make a police report. >> Gotcha. Okay. All right. >> I actually kind of believe his version like I think that's what he actually thinks happened was that he changed lanes and the dump truck ran into the back of him and he didn't have any place to pull over right away. But they show him the video in a little bit and then I don't believe him. >> Well, the reason why I'm calling you is because um you end up hitting the the dump truck um during that incident. You went from about the middle lane and you uh shot across two other lanes and you end up clipping the the dump truck. >> Um okay. >> So, in a nutshell, I would need you to come into Sandy Springs either today or tomorrow, but it has to be at least by tomorrow by 3:00. And now I just wanted to scratch you out a ticket for a hit and run. >> A hit and run. >> Correct. Yes, sir. >> Oh my god. I mean, I didn't I didn't I mean, do you guys have video? Is that what you're basing it off of? Yes, sir. I mean, I definitely >> And he ran it to me. >> Correct. I watched it from my side view mirror. >> Correct. Yes, sir. Yeah. Um, once you come in, I can show you the video. We have a d have a dash camera video from it. >> Okay. What am I looking at? I definitely did. I mean, my intentions was not to hit and run >> from from from an accident. I mean, I couldn't I couldn't stop during that period of time. Obviously, there was traffic. >> Well, you know, whenever you're involved in an accident, you know, it has to be reported. And so, you know, if if you have an accident and you swap information with the other driver, such as your name, phone number, entrance information, all that information, that is fine. But then that no information was was was being swapped. And, you know, after watching that video, you you clearly went from third lane and then went straight over into about the lane that was over there. It looks like you're trying to go over to a 400 or Roswell Road area. Then you end up clipping that 18-wheeler. I see that you kind of stopped for a second. You hesitate and then you kept going straight. >> So if you do the reporting to Home Depot, I mean that's not >> Well, yeah. You Yeah, you reported to Home Depot. You didn't report to authority. You know, you didn't report of an accident. >> All right. >> Does that make >> And that's the other problem. His first call should have been to the police and say, "Hey, I just got into an accident. I couldn't pull over right away, but here's where I am. Can you send somebody out?" Instead, he called Home Depot and never called the police. >> Sense. >> All righty. >> All right. Thank you, man. >> All right. Thank you, sir. >> It didn't take long. In less than 2 hours, the suspect met with the officer at a Target parking lot in a local plaza. >> There he is. Hello. >> How's it going, sir? >> Good, sir. Thank you for meeting me here so quickly. >> No, it's no problem at all. Definitely want to uh handle uh handle. You get your license with you, sir? Come on. Oh, thank God. Um, that video real quick. >> Is it okay if I record? >> Uh, not record. I mean, I can let you watch it. >> Okay. >> So, that way you can see it. >> Um, there we go. All right. So, >> I've been there. >> There's your vehicle there. Okay. >> See it? Um, see if we go this way. Here we go. >> All right. >> Vehicle, right? >> He's maintaining his lane. Yep. So, you go >> straight over. >> And then if we do it frame by frame, >> he was trying to make that exit. established basically his lane and then you're kind of coming over. Coming over my blinker on you had your blinker on. So then that's kind of close. Yeah. So then you got to come up that way. He stops here and then that's when he calls us. Okay, >> I'll just do it again. >> He said after watching the video a second time, and I think he showed it to him the second time in slow motion, he Well, yeah, it's kind of close. No, it wasn't. >> Yeah, the blinker is definitely on. >> It doesn't matter. >> This is >> uh Yeah, I mean I I it it's it's definitely close. I can see what you're saying, though. So So I'm not I'm not going to see it. >> It's not close at all. You were not in the lane. he was and you cut into him >> and argue with you. I mean, you know, for my knowledge, when when I've had accidents before in Atlanta and you call >> and say, "Hey, look, if you're not in the roadway blocking traffic, you know, call your insurance guys, whatever. First, call us, let us know where you're at, and then we can go from there." Obviously, get outside. Got >> All right. Sorry to pause again, but since I live in Atlanta, what he just said is [ __ ] No, I've been in an accident. I've been in a few accidents around Atlanta. No, you call the police and they send somebody out. It might take half an hour for them to send somebody out, especially if no one's injured. But no, they don't say, "Oh, yeah, don't worry about it. Just call your insurance. >> Get out of the highway. Get somewhere you can say pull over the shoulder." Or some people might have an accident. Some says, "Hey, no, he's running." And then the person says, and then the other person that they think is running is really down the street and they're said, "No, I'm here at this gas station. I didn't run. I'm here." >> And and that's >> I'm trying to get it to the safe place. So, but then the thing was you you never called. >> Yeah. So, no, I I I didn't cuz cuz my first thought was >> insurance because that's what I've been told like if you're not in the roadway, if you've gotten out of the way, hey, look, we're not coming. >> You know, you know, call your insurance, do do that thing. So, you know, that was my that was my initial thought, but I you know, I understand exactly what you're saying. You got to you got to take care of all all the steps. So, >> he didn't let me uh scratch your roll real quick and then you can uh you can do whatever you need to do. He was fortunate to receive only a citation for the hidden run rather than being taken to jail. >> Yeah. >> He promised to appear in court and was released. >> All righty. >> Regulation. >> I got one more after. >> Here's your copy of it. I just get your autograph there. By you signing it, you're not saying guilt. You're not saying your fault. Saying basically, I'm either going to go to court or I'm going to take care of the thing. If you don't, they put up one arrest. So, yeah. All right. Any questions? >> Uh, no. Thank you so much. >> No problem. Thank you. Thank you for coming by here so quick and being up up front and honest. I was on the phone with you. So, some people when I call them up, they give me a beating around the bush explanation. And I'm like, well, I got cameras here and here, here, and you going from this intersection, that intersection. So, >> all right. Well, thank you so much. Have a good day. Okay. >> That part's surprising. Usually they do arrest the person. All right. Well, that was that. He got his ticket and uh he'll have to pay Home Depot a bunch of money. I don't know if they'll have I I don't know how they do that if you damage some a rental car, but anyway, we've got uh one more video. This is going to be the last video of the day. The last video until Thursday. This lady uh she got really really drunk. her daughter was driving her home because she was drunk and uh they got into a little fight and the police had to show up and figure it out. Police received a call from a woman who reported that her 17-year-old daughter had been yelling in her face and had physically attacked her during an argument. [music] When officers arrived at the scene, they quickly approached the mother to find out what had happened and began [music] investigating the situation. Okay, I'll see you when you get your line. >> Where did she go? >> She walked up the road. >> Did she see where she went went through it or she just started walking? And >> she just she literally just wants >> Okay. What's going on? >> She literally hit me in my This is my daughter. She's like 17 years old. >> Mhm. >> She hit me in the right side of my face here. I'm sure you can tell because I have hair on my eyelashes, but she hit me in the face a couple times and then she got out. >> She like give me a led up to this. Like what happened? >> She's just an angry person. I I don't >> So where you guys going from now? Let's start there. >> We were I was at a a birthday party with my younger kids. >> Okay. >> So they came to pick us up and we go we're going to my niece's birthday cuz she's turning 17. and they were all there. So, we were just going there. >> She's just an angry cat. >> So, what happened? I'm trying to get up. >> Um, she started cursing me out and yelling at me. >> Why? >> I I have no idea. I guess >> you guys are coming from a birthday party. >> Cuz she had to pick me up and she's helping me out. I'm a mother. I do everything for her. >> So, you guys were at a birthday party? >> Yes. Me and the me and the um the younger kids, which is um they left with somebody else in a van. So they were on the way, we were on the way, and then she started getting angry and she punched me in the face a couple times. >> You're leaving a lot of stuff out. So you guys were at the party. Was she at the party, too? >> No. >> So you had to call her and start that. You called her? >> Yes. >> So to pick you up? >> Yes. Okay. >> To pick all three of us up. >> All three. Oh, the two kids. Me and the two kids. They're twins. >> Okay. >> Yeah, they're >> But the kids left before she showed up, after she showed up. >> No, the kids because her best friend Summer has a car. >> Mhm. >> So, they were all at my niece's birthday party. They came to pick us up. We were all going here and then everyone came to pick us up. They left with Summer and the van, Ava and James. That's my other two kids. >> Explain exactly from beginning and the physical part of it. You're saying she was punching you a couple times and then that's like what happened? Like you're you guys are driving and arguing. >> She's Yeah. She started arguing me at first. I said, "Pull over." >> Mhm. >> I said, "Let me get out the car." And I got out of the car. >> Okay. >> And I sat on the side of the road. This was all the way up by some of the woods. So I She pulled over and I got out of the car all the way by some of the woods. >> And I sat on the grass and then >> and she came back and I was like, "Okay, maybe she calmed down." And I got back. You got out. >> Oops. I was muted. Thank you, Rachel. >> And she drove away. >> Yes, she did. She did drive away. Yeah. If you could find her and ask her why she caught me in the >> You're You keep leaving out details. So, >> I'm not leaving out details, sir. I'm telling you exactly what happened, sir. >> I'm not What's Which direction did she go? >> She went that way. She should be right up there. She has a She has a red shirt and and black shorts on. She's walking. >> She drives away. How long before she comes back? >> Oh, god. I don't know. probably like 2 or 3 minutes. It wasn't that long. >> Did you call her? She just turned around on her own and came back. >> She turned around. >> And then what' she say when she came back over there? >> She didn't really say anything. I just got in the car. >> Okay. So, you got in the car and then you guys just drove normally and you guys start arguing right away again. >> No, not not right away because it was silent for a while. >> So then you guys ran out of the road. Then what happens? >> Then she started arguing with me, her mother. >> Yes. About picking you up? >> Yes. Okay. And then at what point did she pull over? Were you guys >> right here >> arguing already? When she got physical >> as soon as she came to get me. >> Okay. So you guys are coming. She pulled over. Was it physical yet before you pulled over or after you pulled over? >> No, >> it was physical and I told she was hitting me when she was driving the car. >> So she was hitting you while driving. >> Yes. >> At least you It was after you got out. >> No, she was hitting me while she was driving the car. And then I said, "Pull over the car if you're going to hit me." And then we pulled over and then I got out. >> Okay. How >> she was hitting me while she was driving. >> Well, how >> Okay, right there. That doesn't make any sense. If somebody's driving down the road, she's going to be driving looking at the road with one hand and just swinging her hand, slapping you and hitting you in the head. That and look at her face. If somebody was hitting her in the face repeatedly, where where are the marks? >> Was she hitting [clears throat] you with the closed fist? Open hand. >> Closed fist right here in my [ __ ] eye. Right here where I'm missing the eyelashes. This is where she was hitting. >> Okay. Did you hit her back at all? >> I didn't hit her back because she's my daughter. I never hit her. I never had any like >> How many times did you hit you? >> Probably four times. She >> Where did she hit you at? Has she done that before? >> She has. Yes. >> How long was the last time? >> Probably like a year ago. It's been a while. >> Okay. What made her give like what? Cuz yes, you said it was verbal. So, what made it physical? Did she just >> I She got >> Did you say anything? Did she say anything? She just started getting >> She just started getting physical. You're going to have to ask her. I have no idea. >> I know, but I'm trying to ask you first before I find her. >> I don't know what her got physical. That's just how she is. She's like her father. >> Hello. >> Are you uh the sister, Amber? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Can you call the daughter? >> Huh? >> Can you call her daughter? Just want to get see what happened and get everybody home safe. So, >> probably not check. driving. I just want to make sure you guys know she wasn't driving. >> All right. I just want to talk to her. All right. We're just >> She should have been feeling >> All right. We're going to investigate the disturbance. Okay. We're going to get We're going to hear both sides. All right. >> Oh man, she's your daughter. >> Hello. >> All right. Who's Ariana? >> And yes, the 17-year-old is blurred. That's another clue. The mom wasn't blurred. The teenage daughter is blurred, partly because she's 17, but also because she's the victim. >> All right, Ariana, can we talk back here? So, just walk us through what's going on. >> So, we're at my cousin's >> real quick. Are you injured at all? >> Uh, I don't know. She's leaving marks on my face cuz that's >> How do we get that scratch? Has that been there a while or is that >> No, that was for my dog yesterday. >> Your dog yesterday. Okay. I just want to make sure. So, walk us through what's going on today. We were at my cousin's birthday party in the S section and my mom called my friend because she was at another birthday party in the S section and she called her. So I have to go pick her up because she's drunk. >> And she call you, >> huh? >> She called your friend, not you? >> I don't have a phone. My phone's broken. But I went to go pick her up and she's [ __ ] stumbling blocking straight. And I told her what she didn't want to hear. that I'm almost 18 and I shouldn't have to be coming to pick up my 40 almost 40year-old mom because she's old enough to know she has two other kids with her and that she needs to be responsible but she's acting like a child and she didn't like it. So she hit me one time. Um she had pulled my hair like right here was happening. Well, I think she hit me in my head on seven woods and then right here we were I was driving and she pulled my hand and started hitting me in the >> You told her what she didn't want to hear. So, you commented on her being drunk? >> Yeah. That I'm almost 18. I'm your child. I shouldn't have >> Is that when she decided to pull your hair? Which did she do first? >> Um, she pulled my the back up underneath of my hair and then she started hitting me while I'm still driving. So, I had to slam on the brakes and I pulled off where the car is right now. It hasn't moved. She She told me to pull over the car and get the [ __ ] out because I'm a cardboard bag. And then she called me a dumb [ __ ] And then she got out of the car and called my arc up there, Amber. And she wouldn't get back in the car, so I drove away and then I went back and got her. And then >> yeah, her the daughter's story is making a lot more sense. It's it's a little more linear than the the mom's story was just she was bouncing all over the place, leaving out a lot of details. >> Just to clarify, so you had to go pick her up from the party >> because she was she had two little ones with her. >> Uh she had my other brother and sister, Ava and James. They're turning 14. >> And where are they at now? >> Um yeah, they went with my friend because >> they in the car when this all happened. >> No, they weren't with us. >> Just you and her in the car. So you're driving up >> and I knew this was going to happen, but this always happens. She always starts arguing when I tell her the truth and she doesn't [ __ ] like it. >> So you're driving up some arguing about her. >> She called my dad and was on the phone with him and telling her and then she told me she doesn't want she doesn't want me in her house anymore. She wants me out of the house and that I'm a cut rag and a dumb [ __ ] And then she got out and she's like cuz I I had pulled her hair and hit her back when I pulled over cuz she was still hitting me. And then she got out and she's like I'm calling the cops. She just hit me >> right here. >> Yeah, right. >> When did it first get visible on some What did she do exactly? >> She uh she just like swung her hand and like hit me. >> How many times that that time? >> Just one. >> Where she going? >> Uh I believe on my cheek. I don't know. >> Earlier you mentioned she pulled your hair too. Which happened first? The hit or the pull? Yeah. Well, she hit me one time on Seminal Woods and then when we got here is when she pulled my hair and started hitting me again >> while you were driving. >> Yeah. >> All right. And then did you hit her off? >> Yeah, I did. I pulled her hair and her >> Was this after she hit you that you hit her back? Was that to get her away from you or were you just >> to get her away from me? Cuz I'm driving. We're going to [ __ ] crash if I don't pull over. >> Yeah. Where was she hitting you at the second time? >> Uh the second time she pulled my hair was hitting me in my head. >> Where on your head? >> Like out here. >> I see. Can you like point to the area? What's your little medical attention at all? >> I have a little bit of >> I remember that. So, you don't need medical attention right now? >> Yeah, I'm fine. >> Okay. Um, >> my sister had had drink at at another birthday party. So, she called Ariana to go pick her up >> because she knew she couldn't drive. >> So, Romney threw it exactly from beginning to end again. What happened? >> Starting with you call your daughter shows up to pick you up. >> Yes. >> I want >> All right. So, now she gets a second chance to tell her [ __ ] story. Let's see if she has cleaned it up any or if it's the same nonsense. >> So exactly goes from there to this exact moment right now. >> Okay. So I called her to pick me up. I got in the car. Everything was fine when I got in the car. She started yelling at me. I don't remember why. So >> you have no idea why. >> I don't know. She started yelling at me. >> It was an hour or two ago. >> It wasn't that long. It wasn't an hour or two ago. It was It wasn't that long. >> Maybe less. Exactly. So, you don't remember why she was yelling at you, but you know she was yelling at you. >> She said, "I have to pick you up from a [ __ ] party." She was screaming at the top of her lungs like I [ __ ] you not. >> Her voice was like >> up like Mariah Carey. >> Yes. >> So, she was screaming at me. I said, "Okay, can you just pull over and I'll get out the car?" I got out of the car. I I sat under her tree and I sat there for a while. >> You didn't respond to her on the phone. >> You didn't respond when she was yelling at you? No, I said pull over and let me get out of the car. >> She was screaming at you and said, "Please pull over." >> She was screaming at the top of her lungs. You didn't say anything on the phone because I called her. No, I did say something in response. I said, "Pull over and let me the [ __ ] out of the car." That's exactly what I said. Pull over and let me the [ __ ] out of the car. That's >> You didn't call her any names before that? Like during the argument? >> No, I didn't call her any argument. She was yelling and screaming at me. her mother who pushed her out of her [ __ ] my [ __ ] vagina. I got 13 goddamn stitches pushing this kid out of my vagina. >> I'm just saying. >> I'm just saying, >> ma'am. We did not need that. What does the matter with >> that? Talking to you right now. Okay. I find it extremely hard to believe that your 17-year-old daughter was screaming and cursing at you and all you said was >> you find it hard to believe. This is my life. >> Okay. Do you have any kids? >> Yes. And I have parents, too. Do you have a 17? Where are you from? New York, New Jersey area and my family is too. So I know >> I get it. Okay. So I got out of the car. She came in and I got back in the car and I'm like, "Okay." I'm like, "Just take me to Aunt Jackie's house because my niece, it's her birthday party. She's turning 17 years old." That's all I said. I sat in the car and she start yelling at the top of her lungs. >> I didn't say anything to the child, >> this child that I pushed out of my bag. But but I take care of her. I do everything for this kid. >> Okay. So, I didn't say anything to the kid. She started yelling at me. She's pissed off that she had to come pick me up from a party with the other kids. The other kids are with someone, >> her best friend. >> So, before you got dropped off, she yelled at you. You said, "Let me out." She drops you off. It was not physical before that. >> No, it was not physical before. >> You were physical with her at any point. She wasn't physical with you at any point. >> No. No. No. Not before I got out and and sat by the tree. Nope. And then on 100. >> That was on 100. >> She comes back and picks you up. And then what happens from there? >> Then so I get in the car and I'm like, "Okay." I'm like, "Wait, >> you're saying you got out of the car?" And what did you do? >> I got out of the car cuz she hit me in the face here. >> So I said, "Pull over the car." Cuz she was she was driving and also hitting me. So she was also swerving in the road >> for no reason. She was hitting me. >> She was hitting me cuz we were arguing cuz we were fighting. >> All right. What does she do after that? >> We're not She's not hitting me for no reason. Obviously, if you ask her, she's going to say, "We were we were arguing." >> What does she do after she she hits you? What happens now? >> After she hits me a couple times, that's why I'm missing eyelashes and I probably have marks. I said, "Pull over >> before we all die and she gets out of the car and she starts walking up." That's what happened. And then I pull. >> Yeah. I just turned 50 and she looks pretty darn close to my age. She's been spending way too much time out in the sun. told you guys. >> Okay. >> So, when she pulled over, was she still hitting you as she pulled over or? >> Yeah, she was hitting me as she pulled over. Yes, she was. >> Okay. >> So, before So, starting the first time you got out, you you were not physical with her >> and you didn't yell at her. You didn't call her names? >> I probably yelled at her. Yes, cuz she was yelling at me. Absolutely. I'm not saying >> two seconds ago you said you didn't yell at her. >> No, she I didn't say you didn't yell at her. >> Yes, you did. You said that. You You said she was screaming at you. You didn't reply. You said, "Let me the f out." And she let you out. >> Yes. That's what I said. >> And now you're saying the [ __ ] out of the car. So now you're admitting you did yell at her back then. >> But that's what I said. I said, "Let me the [ __ ] out of the car." That's all I said. >> I wasn't physical with her. No, I'm not going to say I was physical with her cuz I wasn't. >> So then as you guys come up the road, you never grabbed her by the hair. >> When she was hitting me in my face, I might have grabbed her by her hair. Yes. But when we got up here, when we got up here and she was hitting me in the face. No, I never got physical before that. >> So, you might have grabbed her hair now cuz earlier today earlier, like 5 minutes ago, you said you absolutely did not touch her any time. >> I did not touch her any time until she she hit me in the face. That's what >> I'm saying. Earlier you said that when she started hitting you, you didn't hit her back. You just simply got out. >> She started hitting me up to the point where we got here, I did not touch her at all. And when she started hitting me in the face to the point where she was hitting me and I was getting and it was hurting me, then I might have I may I probably did for her. Yes, absolutely. Cuz I was defending myself. >> Hit her in the face repeatedly and she keeps pointing right around here. She keeps pointing there. I don't see a mark. If somebody hit you in the face repeatedly, it would be all red. >> Get out of the car and try to get away from her. >> I did get out of the car and I ran up here up to here and then I called you guys. Is it possible when you might have grabbed her hair, you might have been hitting her too in response to her? >> I did not hit her. I I might have grabbed her hair. Yes, absolutely. When she was when she was hitting me in her face when we already pulled over after she was hitting me in the face, I might have pulled her hair. >> So, she had red marks on her face. What would cause those? >> I I don't know. >> It's not possible you hit her back. >> I don't remember. >> If you just don't remember, then just so you don't >> I don't remember seeing her back, but I know I probably did rip her hair. Yes, I probably did. Yes. >> Cuz right now it's >> getting a little conflicting statements. Okay. >> Mhm. >> One person has given us a clear concise statement from beginning to end. The other person has >> the other person provided us a constantly changing story up until this very second. That's the issue right now. >> I never said I didn't hit her. I never did. You did. >> So when I first >> I pulled her hair. Maybe. Yes. >> Maybe. So when I first got So So just so just so we can see it, >> but just so we can all understand what I'm seeing, right? When I first showed up, >> you said that she picked you up and obviously she was upset and >> you simply said that you guys got here, she got physical with you, you got out and you called us >> ice. >> Then you said that well actually you got out of the car at one point and then got back in and then we ended up here. And then when I asked you I didn't get out when I don't want to ask me. >> When I asked when I asked you >> cuz that's not the whole story though. That's a proper story. >> I When I asked you if you yelled at her in response, you initially said absolutely not. The only time you yelled at her was let me the f out. But then you just But then then you admitted that you may have yelled back at her. >> Yes, cuz I said let me the [ __ ] out of the car. That's what I said. >> No, you said you may have been cursing at her and calling her names, too. You said that. That was your words. >> No, I said get me the [ __ ] out of the car. And then I asked you if after that point when she was striking you in the vehicle repeatedly in the face. >> She did strike me in the vehicle completely in the face. Right. >> When I asked you about that, you stated that you simply did not reply with any type of force and you just got out of the car. And then now when I asked you about pulling hair, you said maybe I might have pulled her hair too. >> Okay. >> Yeah. Queen Jelly Bean, I'm going to be off for the next two days. So I figured I'd go a little longer today. We've got a few minutes left of this one and then I'm going to wrap it up cuz I got to start making dinner. We did pull our hair when I I'm not saying I didn't pull her hair. I probably did pull her I'm not saying I punched her in the face. >> Even Even as simple as a detail as why was she why was she arguing with you? You initially said you didn't remember. >> But then when I told you that's very unlikely you were able to tell me exactly why she was yelling and what she was saying to you. >> I told you why she was yelling. >> I know I was saying at first when I asked you said you have no idea. You don't you don't know. I >> I got it. I I I got it. I'm not an [ __ ] I totally understand. I got it. Have things been physical with you guys in the past? >> No. >> Okay. Maybe I was looking pump for >> probably like 10 12 years. >> Oh, guess a long time. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Probably pork chops >> from New York originally. >> Yeah. >> I I don't I don't want to get her in trouble. I don't want to get myself in trouble. I'm just >> A kid should not hit their mother in the face. >> It's just >> And that's what you should be telling her. She shouldn't hit her mother in the face. It's very disrespectful. >> After hearing statements from both sides, the officers discussed the situation and determined that Jennifer Lorentino was the primary aggressor. She was then placed under arrest and handcuffed for further processing. >> Is there anything else that you want to add about what occurred today the evidence already? >> There it is. Turn around and I'll hand you back. Based on the information we've got, we've determined her to be the primary aggressor. We have conflicting statements, but again, in our training experience, we're going to go off of the information we've got. So, >> that's where we're at. Okay. >> This is all on >> it's not on her right now. Okay. >> At the end of the day, we have to make a determination as law enforcement, but if you're primary primary, >> I'm going to get fired off from my job. It's just a misdemeanor charge. >> It doesn't matter. I'm on probation. >> Oh, you are? >> Yeah. >> For what? >> For um I got into like a bar fight. >> You're missing your probation? >> Yeah. >> For for battery? >> She's on probation because she got into a bar fight. Ma'am, you might have a drinking problem, you know. >> Yeah. >> Is there a condition of no alcohol? >> It's help. >> Wonderful. >> All right. >> Hello, Jenn. just learned just so you guys may understand cuz I I know you guys don't really agree with our decision on this. She's also on probation. One of the conditions of probation is no alcohol >> only or um a battery. So he tried to get both sides of the story just I'm going to explain to you guys um not a lot of people. >> She was spot on with her story. It came right out flawlessly. There was no changing. No, nothing wavered as far as details. >> Yeah. And she's >> I guess she's scared. We factor that in, but she initially wasn't providing any details. She was and she kind of changed her story time. These are things we look for. >> So again, we're only as good as the information we get, >> right? >> So based on the facts, we determined her to be a primary aggressor tonight. So not only that, she's on probation and there's no alcohol stipulation in there, too. >> So um so that's what's going on there. Okay. >> Can't do it. >> After Jennifer Lyn Santino was placed in the patrol car, officers explained the situation to her family before transporting her to the county jail. Santino then faced charges [music] of violating probation or community control, battery with a prior battery conviction, and child abuse without great bodily harm. The incident concluded with Jennifer being taken into custody for further legal processing. [music] Oh, well, they didn't tell us. All right. Well, fine. Screw you guys in the video.
