Uh, I just realized as soon as I hit play, I had the wrong intro. That was my old logo. That's all right. Same song. So, I hope everyone's doing okay today. I hope everyone's doing great. Actually, I'm doing okay. H kind of a boring week. Haven't had uh much to do this week. Got to the dentist yesterday, no problems as usual. So, that's always fun. Uh let's see. What do I have today? Um yeah, when I was loading the videos, I realized the guy from the thumbnail is the only guy that I have today. All the rest of them are uh well, I think, yeah, they're all drunk or completely insane women. So, uh what are you going to do? It's the roll of the dice sometimes. All right. Uh, let's see. I'm going to start off with a lady who was down in Key West at a bar. She got drunk. I think Leslie sent this one to me. Um, yeah, she had a little meltdown in the back of the car. It was sad to see. Not really. It was actually funny to see. So, let's jump right into that one. >> 2026, officers were dispatched to Rick's bar in response to a trespassing incident involving a combative customer. According to staff, the woman had repeatedly I turned the sound down on this one. I know the uh the narration is really low, but wait until the uh the sound kicks on. She gets much louder and there's background noise and all that. >> Refused to leave the property after being ordered to do so and battered security during THE ENCOUNTER. >> LET GO OF ME. >> I know, right? >> Me in It's okay. >> It's okay. It's okay. >> Back up. >> It's okay. What is happening? >> Back up. >> You know the place. >> Okay. >> Come mess with me. >> It is what it is. Good to see you. >> Yeah. >> Take her out. What happened? >> She wouldn't go down here. So, I'm like, "Send the ghost." She's like, "No, you're just like every other guy. We don't care." I never touched her at all. >> Then we got her to come down here. And she wanted to cry cry. I'm like, "I don't >> And I was like, we don't care. Leave my bar." And she was turn around. Like, >> you want to turn? >> Sure. Yeah. >> She hit somebody on the stairs. She didn't hit me, but she was grabbing >> video. >> Yeah, [music] pretty much. >> While one officer escorted the woman to the vehicle, another line to review the surveillance footage. >> But before we get into her screaming, Kendra, I can click on it. There we go. Kendra, thank you very much for the gifted membership. I do appreciate it. And speaking of members, Saturday at uh 4:30 p.m. Eastern, it'll be about half an hour after my regular Saturday show, we'll do a members only. I've already got one video that we everybody seen. Help me. Help me. Help me. Help me. Help me out. Help. Help. >> Calm down. There. I helped you. >> I appreciate it. Every little bit helps. >> Please help. >> Sort of. Mom, >> I I really hope not. >> Sarah. Sarah, I'm off. >> Sarah, >> calm down. Sarah, >> where are you? Where are you visiting from? >> Please. I want my >> All right. Give me a second. What? >> My heart hurts. >> But Key West is far enough away. >> My heart hurts. >> Your heart hurts. >> So you need to see rescue. >> Did you just watch Casablanca? Is that why you're bringing it up? >> I'm think you say that your heart hurts. I'm thinking that you're having a heart attack. >> No, it's a little bit. >> So you're like heartbroken. >> Yep. >> It's okay. Keep talking. >> Huh? >> It's okay. >> All right. Well, >> she might be. I'm happy to see you. Wahoo. Glad you're here. >> My heart hurts. >> Heart broken. Get your legs in. >> Can I tell? >> Otherwise, your knees are going to hurt. >> Who? >> The security officer. That's me. >> I don't recall hurting anyone. >> You didn't say you hurt him. You hit him. >> I hate myself. I hate my life. I don't even want to be. >> Get it together, girl. You're young. You can turn it around. No, she really is. I don't know if I want to be alive then. Look at me. >> She goes back up. It's the roller coaster. >> I'm sorry, Dan. I'm sorry, D. I love you. >> Too far to drive. And I'm not flying. >> Mom and dad you not flying down there at least. Hey, Susie. Iing love you, but you for not loving me back. >> It's a good movie. I >> saw it once. >> Can somebody just get me the >> Hey, you what? >> No, they're not letting you out. You got to get to the jail first, then they'll let you out. >> Believe me, I know that. >> Get me out of here. Keith, you're acknowledged. >> Hey, Sharky. Always good to see you. >> Maybe when she's sober. >> What are you doing? >> She's a mess. >> You all right? Come on. Sit up for me. Okay. >> Are you free? >> Okay. What's your first name? >> Sarah. >> Spell it for me. >> S A R A P E. I can't hear you. >> S A >> Mhm. >> R >> Mhm. >> A H >> middle name. >> What's your middle name, love? >> They've asked early. Well, they had >> a middle name. >> What's your middle name? I mean, your last name. >> Yeah, I think all the butts that have been on that seat. >> It's not the fluids. >> Clearly, he's got some distance in What's your date of birth, ma'am? >> Hey, Marlin. >> So, >> I'm sorry. I'm sorry. My >> ma'am, I need your date of birth. Okay. I can't help you out. Okay. >> July 9th. >> Uh-huh. What's the year you were born? >> 96. >> 96. >> What's your What's your phone number? >> Way too young for me. >> Sorry, girl. You're on your own. >> It's traumatizing. [laughter] Can somebody take this [ __ ] off of me? I'm so uncomfortable. >> We're going to do our best. The quicker we get this done, the quicker they come off. Okay. >> I know. [crying] My god, it was a power trip. >> Hey, ma'am. >> He wasn't on a power trip. >> Tell you to chill out one more time now. >> I'm trying to, but I'm trying to also >> I like the officer's accent. >> Trying to tell you one last time now. Is she cutting up? >> Yeah, she's making us all uncomfortable, I think. >> I'm not trying to cutting up. I'm just trying. >> I need you to chill out now. Relax. >> Trying to >> one of the nicest offices, but don't piss me off. >> I'm not trying to. I'm just trying. >> All right, I got you. >> Hey, Timmy. Two choose. >> How you doing? [panting] >> And it's not working. But >> Sarah. Yeah, >> we're going to um >> transfer you to my car. Okay. >> No. >> Are you going to be ladylike and able to walk or [crying] >> All right. So, this is how >> Why do you have to be ladylike? >> Wait, why is he >> You're not going to be doing all this screaming and [ __ ] Okay. You're going to jail. Okay. Um that's the end of it. All right. There's no changing that. You put your hands on somebody and that person wants to press charges. So, you're going to jail. You understand me? >> Okay. So, we can either do this the easy way or we could do this the hard way. The easy way is the hard way. >> I'm going to start off. You're going to walk to my car and sit down in there. Okay. >> The hard way is that I'm going to have to grab you and then throw you in the back of my car. What would What do you prefer? >> Do it the hard way. Come on. >> You prefer the first one, right? >> Yeah. >> A That's no fun for us. >> Hey, Donna. Good to see you. [crying] All right. Why'd you take your shoes off? >> Relieve pressure on our feet. All right. I'm I'm just waiting on you. >> Let's go. Besides alcohol, what did you take tonight? Doesn't matter. You can't get charged for it. But >> yeah, sure you didn't. >> You obviously have taken more than alcohol. >> Take any pills? >> Are you in Are you on any type of prescription medication or anything like that? >> Okay. >> Are you sure about that? >> What state is your ID at? Why you way over there? >> I don't know. >> What state is your ID out of? >> Virginia. That's why. Okay. >> All right. >> That's why you're going to get out the car now. Okay. Okay. So, let's let's get out. >> Hey, Jerry. How you doing? >> Try to put your sandals back on. Come on. Come on. Get out of the car. We're going to walk this way, Sarah. This way. Walk this way. >> So, if you don't listen to what I'm telling you, then I'm going to have to grab you. Okay. So, let's walk this way. >> Now, wait. Do what? >> To this car over here. I just told you like five times already. >> Let's Let's walk up the step here. >> All right. Pay attention. There's a curb here. >> Trying to decide which way to go. Do I go up or down? >> So, step on the curb. Oh, good job. You're following me directions. >> Right over here. this car. [laughter] All right. Okay. Take a seat. >> There you go. >> Cry [laughter] again. Stop crying. It's annoying. >> Jeez. [laughter] drunk and high on whatever. And [laughter] [cough] yeah, sometimes they do. [laughter] >> Oh, stop it. Now your shirt's falling off. No, it's not. There's a seat belt. Okay, good. >> We're going to need the blur box. myself. I hate myself. I hate myself. I hate myself. I hate myself. I hate myself. >> I do too. It's flattering on her. >> She just needs to get it together. >> My parents hate me, but I hate me. >> She really is. >> Girl named Joe. Good to see you. >> My hearting. [screaming] >> [laughter] >> I've had many nights. >> Yeah, it's mostly an act. I'm sure she's upset, but we don't know. My [laughter] >> she out there by herself or did you have friends with her? >> My race. My dad raised me to fight back, which is insane because >> that doesn't apply to the police. >> He abused the [ __ ] out of me. >> So he abused me, >> right? The the bouncer told her to leave and she punched the bouncer. That's not fighting back. That's just >> he taught me to fight back >> and then >> fight back against fight back means that somebody's fighting you. >> What the problem is you were asked to leave. >> That's what I thought. I saw the seat belt strap going down. I was like, uhoh, here we go. >> Is there any specific reason why you decided to turn on a red light? >> All right. Well, you need to pay attention to the street lights. >> If I didn't have somebody in the truck, I would not be writing you a citation for that. Pay attention. >> Okay. >> Whoever the driver is, probably put their hands on me >> because they hurt my friend. >> They hurt your friend. Really? I wouldn't touch anyone unless they hurt my friend. >> I have my own issues, but with everything that's going on in the world, >> I don't even pay attention much. >> Everything that's going on in the world >> affects my immediate friend group or issues in my life. I pay close attention and I watch them with my friend who is >> I'm sure she's wonderful when she's so >> I don't even know what the she is. >> Trans maybe. I don't know. They're being disrespectful. >> The hell are you talking about? >> I watched the video footage >> to touch you and you just turn around and clock them >> even >> which is a battery in the straight floor. >> My jobing sucks. All we do is clean up [ __ ] left and right. >> Are you a nurse? >> Get abused by mying manager. >> What do you do? >> Nursing. >> You're a nurse? >> Yeah. All I do is get abused. My [ __ ] Okay. >> And Iing love it. >> I didn't know that she was Well, I I think I might have remembered that, but uh when you're cleaning up [ __ ] how many jobs do you have to do that in? >> But I also hate it. Like >> it was a lucky guess. >> [ __ ] Clean up after people to love people that nobody else loves. >> What? Do you work in an old folks home or something? >> As a nurse, you're dealing with people on a regular basis. So >> yeah, people they get left behind by by their family cuz they'reing tired of it. They're tired of the same [ __ ] over and over again. >> Oh, you're sick again. Going to the hospital. I'm sick of this. Just leave you there. >> Out of all places >> talking about catch up catch a battery charge >> because I have issues. >> Does have issues. >> My [ __ ] heart is broken. >> I understand that. But that doesn't >> Who broke your heart? That doesn't I wasn't hurting anyone. >> Justify you hitting somebody, especially in >> He wasing touching me. >> I just told you. I watched the video footage. >> Okay. And >> he was not touching. >> Yes, he touched. >> Watch it again. Video is lying. >> Watch it again. >> He was. >> Are you getting upset? >> No, he was. >> You were in a crowded bar. >> Tell me that he wasn't what he was. Okay. And I explained to you that heing was touching me in a way that made me uncomfortable. >> Okay, let's touch you in a sexual way that's uncomfortable. How about you react in a way that's proper and professional? >> You don't I've been through my past, what the I' through my life. I can't wait to get taken advantage of once I get to get to jail, too. >> I never have internet problems. >> That's going to becept when I do fun. All right, Sarah, >> girl named Joe. Before the lady gets out of the car, uh, lady gets out of the car. Girl name Joe, thank you very much for the gifted membership. I do appreciate it. And again, members only this Saturday at 4:30 p.m. Eastern. >> You've come a long way in the last 20 minutes. Okay. So, I'm not going to hold you like a baby. I'm going to let you get out and walk. Okay. >> Shoots are in the car. >> I got I got them right here. We're going to go right up to those doors. Okay. to the elevator >> this way. >> Thank you. >> Like I said, you'll be out first thing in the morning. >> Well, I mean, I can't. >> Well, she wasn't a bar. >> Let's go. >> I mean, drunk guys probably did want to touch her. >> Okay, Sarah, please don't make me grab you like a child. >> Okay, let's walk. >> Stop whining. >> Uh, she's going to melt down again. There we go. >> I don't have a say. I don't want to >> hurt. >> Depends on how sick I was. [laughter] >> Sarah, I understand your heart. If >> I wasn't too sick, I probably wouldn't mind. >> But again, that doesn't justify you hitting somebody. Okay. >> All right. We're not doing You didn't want me to touch you. Now you trying to come and hug me. No. >> All right. Let's not lean up against that, please. Let's not. >> She has potential. [laughter] >> You see this bench here to your right? You're going to take a seat there. Okay, >> let's go. >> Please don't so much me. >> Let's go out of the elevator. >> I have to. [snorts] >> All right. Now, go sit down. This is Sergeant Rodriguez. >> Watch where you're walking. You're going to run into somebody. >> Go ahead. Take a seat. >> The woman was ultimately charged with battery and trespass in a structure conveyance. >> Good to see you. All right. Well, that's the uh that's the nurse for the day. Yeah, she uh I'm sure she's a totally different person when she's sober. She's not quite as emotional. All right, next we got a lady who refuses to get out of the car. She's driving on a suspended license, if I remember correctly, and no insurance on the car. And it's not the first time that she's been pulled over for this. So, they're going to tow her car. She wants to go with the car. Nope. Not going to happen. >> Vehicle now. >> Your car is being towed. >> I'm not going to use this. >> I'm not about your car. >> Don't fight me. On October 3rd, 2025, deputies in Florida conduct a traffic stop on a local highway after spotting a vehicle with a suspended license plate. The driver was unable to provide valid insurance and was informed her vehicle would be towed. Here's what the deputies did next. >> How you doing today, ma'am? >> I'm good. How are you? >> Good. I'm Deputy Christine Gini River County Sheriff's Office. The reason why I stopped you is because the registered owner to this vehicle has a suspended license and there's a suspension on the license plate. Do you have your driver's license on you, ma'am? >> What was that? >> Mayor Cena seems more concerned with her cell phone than the officer's questions. >> Is this your husband's vehicle? >> But she eventually hands over her license. >> Whose vehicle is this? >> Yours. Do you have the um insurance and registration for this vehicle? >> It's in your husband. >> She doesn't want the car to be left all alone. >> Car so you don't have those documents, ma'am. >> Marcina claims she can't find the car's insurance papers. They're over at the home. Okay. So, not in the car. No. Okay. One second. I'll be right back. >> The officer returns to a cruiser to look up the vehicle's insurance information in the police database and discuss the traffic stop with the second deputy to arrive on the scene. >> So, I see this car in front of me. I'm just running tags. I run FR suspension on the license plate and FR suspension on the driver. So, I ask her, you know, you're driving this vehicle. Can I please see your driver's license? Then she hands me the driver's license. her driver's license has been suspended longer than his has been suspended. >> Okay. >> She cannot produce the insurance andor registration. She says the husband has it. [snorts] >> To make matters. >> So the so her husband has a suspended suspended license and she has a suspended license. What the hell are they doing? >> Worse, there's no valid insurance on file for the car. [laughter] >> In Florida, driving without insurance isn't just a minor traffic violation. It means the vehicle cannot legally be driven away from this stop. Yeah, it says no insurance on fire and she cannot produce me insurance, >> but she's suspended. >> Okay. Well, she's suspended for it. >> Um, so hers is suspended since July 7th of this year, >> failure to pay traffic fine, failure to pay traffic fine, failure to pay another traffic fine, uh, FR suspension, a case number on this, and then she has another suspension for violation resulting in death and/or seriously bodily injury. So they suspended her license for not paying that. >> At this point, the other >> Okay, so that means she was driving on a suspended license and got probably got into a car accident and injured somebody. >> Deputy gets in the cruiser. They determine exactly what laws the woman broke and the extent of her charges. And as serious as this issue is, if the woman complies with officers, she will be going home today. Although it >> I don't think she left her information at home. I don't think she left the insurance information anywhere. It doesn't exist. >> Will have to be on foot. I was told that if a vehicle doesn't have insurance, we're supposed to tell them. >> Because she was so insistent that her car was insured, deputies check with the woman the final time to see if she's able to locate her documents since the system shows the vehicle as without insurance. >> Yeah. >> If she doesn't provide the requested information, her vehicle will be towed from the scene and impounded. >> Hello, ma'am. >> Hey, Nebel. >> Ma'am. Hello. >> Blasting music now. When the deputy returns to speak with her, the suspect is blasting music, making it nearly impossible to communicate. >> How you doing? >> That's a hospital building. >> And rather than her insurance papers, the suspect has provided officers with documentation from a hospital visit roughly 2 years earlier. >> Do you mind lowering that? Can you lower that? >> This is This is not proof of insurance. >> No, this is not This is not insurance. What insurance company do you have? Do you know insurance? You're you're supposed to be responsible to have that in the car at all time. >> The woman continues to insist she has insurance for the vehicle. She just doesn't know where the information is. >> Okay. Do is is there any way you can provide proof of insurance through the mobile the mobile app online or anything? >> I don't know how to do. >> All right. Listen, I'm I'm trying to help you out criminal offense or you not have any insurance on your car. You understand that? >> Marcina simply ignores the officer's request. I do that every time I or not not that I get pulled over a lot but anytime I've been pulled over if I'm wear usually I'm wearing sunglasses take the sunglasses off turn the radio completely off just hit the button turn it off and keep my hands on the steering wheel and sit there and wait and answer the officer's questions and get it over with as quick as possible >> for her information and go silent seemingly hoping they'll go away. She definely checks her phone and turns the volume back up on the stereo in her vehicle rather than engaging with law enforcement. >> Are you calling anybody? Are you trying to look for the insurance? Yeah. >> All right. So, call somebody to pick you up cuz you can't drive. >> Marcina insists the officers let her drive home with no license and no insurance since it's only a short distance away. >> No, ma'am. You have to get a ride. >> You have to get a ride. This vehicle has no insurance. >> Either either you can walk home or you can pick up, but you're not driving this car. You could get insurance and go pick it up at the tower, but as of right now, your car is going to be towed. >> Yep. You got to go, lady. out of the car. Thank you, Keith. Oh, just wait. She gets worse. >> Marisena's license has already been seized. And after removing her plate as well, officers try to explain the fines and charges. >> This woman come here to get you. >> Notice Marcina's body language. She's dismissive, looking at her phone, completely ignoring the severity of the situation, pressing law enforcement to simply let her drive her vehicle home, as if the deputies haven't already seized her driver's license and removed her plate in preparation for the tow truck. >> Why? Because the vehicle has no insurance and you do not have a driver's license. >> You do not You weren't able to produce that, though. You have a suspended driver's license, Miss You can't operate this vehicle. >> Yeah. >> In Georgia, there was uh I don't know. It was like 15 years ago. I was just going through a lot in my life and just forgot to pay my insurance. It was when I had to I didn't have it on autopay. And like 3 days after my insurance lapsed, I got a letter from the DMV that my license my registration was suspended and I had to get the license or I had to get the insurance done and then send a letter to the DMV. So I couldn't drive for like two weeks that was like automatic. >> Anything to you? You were issued two citations from the city of Vero Beach and you didn't pay those citations. Did you know that? I stay here only. >> This is your beach. >> The tow truck has arrived and the market stop is over. Marisina is free to leave, but she simply won't go. >> This vehicle is going to be towed. You're going to have to get out of the vehicle now. Okay, ma'am. >> Why? >> Because this vehicle is not insured. And because it's not insured, we have to tow this vehicle. >> I'm not This Everybody gets treatment when they operate a vehicle with no insurance. Ma'am, >> take me with it. >> No, we're not taking you with it. You can walk. Absolutely. >> You can walk. Yes. >> You can't walk this. You have to get out of the ma'am. >> What was that? >> Somebody can take you home. >> My stuff. My stuff. >> This is why I'm asking you to get somebody to come pick you up. >> The police remain professional with Marcina even as she frustrates their efforts to get her home peacefully. >> I cannot know. The vehicle is not insured. >> Every time you can you can do too much to push me. Okay. >> Every time. You and I see your all time in my life. >> Yes, it is. >> I will take you off in my life. >> Okay, ma'am. I still need >> I don't do nothing. >> Okay, ma'am. I need you to get out of the car. >> She's not getting out of the car. >> You need to get out of your car's being towed. Okay. You're giving a lawful order right now to get out of your car. If you come out of your car, ma'am, it's unlawful order. You're going to be resisting arrest. Do you understand that? >> I'm not going to use. Despite having every opportunity to avoid arrest, Marcina simply will not comply. >> I'm hoping that the uh some of the captions are wrong cuz a couple of those sentences didn't make any sense to me. >> Hey, I'm not out. >> I'm not out. >> Get out of your house. I'm not him. >> Yes, you are. >> Stop him. What now? >> Stop. >> Let me go. Don't bite me. >> There's another one. >> While resisting the deputy, Marisina grabs his radio and unwittingly alerts nearby law enforcement officers [laughter] to her violent attack. Several units raced to the scene to help. Oh yeah. >> Yeah, there's some uh there's some thing you can do with the radio. I think you like click it three times or something and it sends out an alert signal that every officer in the area has to has to go there. It means officer in distress. She accidentally did that. >> No, she's not Stop. Stop. Stop fighting. Ma'am. >> Oh, I missed that. Yeah, she's Hian. >> Yep. >> That [ __ ] has got to be hot. [screaming] >> When a third deputy arrives on scene, Marcina is finally able to be placed in handcuffs without the officers worrying about being scratched or bitten again. She's kicking, scratching, and everything. >> They got that part right. >> Give me your other hand. >> Drag her out. >> He drag her feet out from under the car. >> Get your hand out. Stop resisting. >> Yeah. >> I guess you accidentally hit that. You go. Plug in. >> STOP. >> Stop scratching me. And she's still saying, "Let me go." >> What world are you from? >> Yeah. Come on. >> Hold on. Let me get your milk out. >> Stand up. >> Good. Tell me about it. >> I don't know why you calm down. Calm down. >> Watch your head. Step in the car. >> I am telling you. Step in the car. I'm >> put me under arrest. Now resist. >> I did. I'm Sit up straight. >> You're a grown woman. >> There you go. >> Police in this case managed to maintain their composure despite Marcina's infuriating refusals to take the situation seriously in any way and her violent resistance to being arrested, but it has clearly taken a toll on the officers. Not long after the transport leaves with Marisena, they are forced to pull over due to her violently thrashing in the back seat. >> Ah, ninjas. If they can't get her to relax, they may need to call in an officer with a Hubble device to safely secure her so she can't seriously injure herself. >> You have a spin. >> You have a >> Listen, you want to you want to put her in that anyways? >> Stop. Let me see your other foot. >> Are we going to have to tie your feet? >> My knee >> hurt. Push me down. >> All right. Listen. No, you fault. >> Oh, stop it. Stop it, lady. Just give it a rest. >> She continues to berate the officers and complain about being sore from her arrest, totally overlooking that she was free to leave and is only in the cruiser because she brutally attacked law enforcement. >> You're not helping. >> Do my life my neighborhood. Look at what you done to me. abuse me. Sit back. >> Oh my chest hurts. >> Okay, you're right. >> My chest will take it off FROM ME. MY MY ARM now hurts from the seat belt. >> Following the incident, Marcina was charged with two felony counts of battery on a law enforcement officer as well as resisting an officer without violence and failure to maintain required insurance. She was held on a $1,000 bond for the misdemeanor charges with no bond set for the felonies. All right, next we got I think this is an older video, but it popped up as a new video. It was from one of the uh one of these smaller channels. There's like thousands of body cam channels out there. Um the date on it is kind of old. I It sort of looked familiar, but not really. It was a lady at a hotel. Uh I think she was trying to have relations with another guest there. He wasn't interested, so he went out to his car. They'd both been drinking. He went out to his car and he was in the running car when the police showed up and she was standing outside and h it's a circus. >> 5th at approximately 2:00 a.m. police received a call from a hotel in Palm Coast, Florida. Two guests were causing a scene. Their argument was loud enough to wake other guests. Hotel management tried to handle it, but nothing worked. With no other options, staff called the police. >> What's going on? So basic the whole thing or just All right. Anyways, >> so we were out here. I was smoking my black my black and wild. She was drunk. They were sitting there. >> She came up to him, pushed him over that bench. The bench leg broke. And then after that, >> he started getting mad because I told them both to go to the room. >> Okay. >> And she went inside inside the lobby area, but he was getting mad >> coming back and forth. He kept pushing me. >> I got to join us over at grammar school. Go to his room. >> Okay. >> I walk inside. uh tried to call the police, but I hesitated. That's when he followed me inside and then he started following me. He was trying to beat some I don't know what it was called, but it looked like a big dragon that he was trying to kill. It was fun. >> We've already gone over this. This is my point. You haven't been listening since I got here. So, if she doesn't want to go to her room, do you want to have her trespass from the property? >> Oh, whatever. >> Yeah. Okay. If you're not even >> listen to me, it doesn't matter. It doesn't matter. Here's what's going to happen. >> One of the people you bothered. >> You can either go to your room and sleep it off right now or you're going to be trespassed from the property. >> Trespass. >> Those are your two choices. >> That's it. You have no other choices. >> So, what you're saying is I actually have a room here and she doesn't. It doesn't matter. >> That doesn't matter. You can either go to your room and sleep it off or you can be trespassed from the property. Which one would you like? You've got 3 seconds. I'm walking. You got 3 seconds to make a decision. >> I'm walking inside. However, my that's my biggest concern though is like I actually have a room here. I am a stay in doing smart blond. She is doing >> So your biggest concern is not what you're doing, but what somebody else is doing. I told you you have 3 seconds to make a decision. Now, >> I think part of her problem is she doesn't want to go to a room and sleep it off by herself. She's still thinking there's somebody out here I can coax into my room. >> You have 2 seconds. I'm getting ready to go get the trespass form and trespass you from the property if you do not go to your room. Just go inside. >> You're still standing here. >> Well, you are in my way. >> You have a path right there. >> Oh, >> thank you very much, Leslie. >> Oh, I'm sorry. Am I Am I supposed to walk? You want >> go to your room. >> You do. >> All right. Now, now it's too late. Come out here. Like I said, she's going to be >> Heidi, you're not in the room. Come here. >> You better stop. >> Heidi, >> now I'm being told my constitutional rights. >> Now you're being trespassed from the property. >> Oh, Lord have mercy. >> Middle of the night. >> Really? >> Yep. >> So now you come out here and you can have a seat. >> Thank you. >> Yep. >> Thank you. >> Go have a seat. >> Have a seat right here. >> You're being trespassed. >> You're being trespassed. Have a seat right there on that yellow curb. >> No, I have a room. Just >> release the tension. It >> doesn't matter. Have a seat on that yellow curb. >> Yep. >> Okay. >> Oh, those aren't mine. >> Well, then you can leave them there. >> Well, they're going in the trash. >> Why? Why? >> Dropping their crap everywhere. >> We've explained it 17,000 times. So, >> who litters right in front of trash cans? >> Well, you can explain it, but nobody actually said we were trespassing. >> That's your paperwork. I wouldn't throw that. Okay, >> that's exactly what you need. That's exactly why you're getting >> It's magnetic, isn't it? Okay, that's fine. Yep. She can yell and scream all she wants. And >> I believe this is the guy that uh she pushed over a bench. I maybe because after 3 hours he was just like, "Yeah, I'm not really interested. I'll I'll just sleep alone." >> Shut your mouth. >> Yep. >> Tighter, tight, tight, tighter, please. Am I going to jail? >> I don't know yet. I'll make that determination in a second. I know it is. Give it here. >> No. That's my wallet. >> Listen, man. We're not going to play this game. Stealing it. That's my wallet. >> You got any weapons on you? >> No, not at all. You can pat me down. >> He was the boy toy that she was trying to get. >> Like, what are you doing? >> You're being detained right now. >> For what? >> For officer safety reasons and for the fact that when I pulled up here, you were in actual physical control of a vehicle with the vehicle running. Have a seat right here. >> Oops. Under the influence. >> So, if nothing's wrong, I'm going to be >> Yeah, he's way too young for that lady. >> If nothing is wrong, >> sit down. His shirt is torn. >> You are being detained right now, >> sir. >> Hang tight. We hear from an animal. >> Yo, please don't close the door. >> What? >> Please leave an air >> on. No. Please leave an air gap. >> There's no air in the car. >> I'm going to do anything wrong. Let me shut this door. It's going to get worse for you. >> Please let me. >> The air is on. You are fine. >> I'm not I'm not >> I'm going to warn you. Listen. Why? Why? I think it was just opportunity. They're slim pickings there at the hotel at 2 am. So she's like, "All right, whatever. I'll take him." >> Is the door close to my face? I hope he'd feel the same. >> What is my reason of causing to be >> You don't even know what you're talking about right now. [laughter] >> My reason of causing. >> Listen, things could get a lot worse for you. And don't shut up. Trust me. >> What do you mean I don't know what I'm talking about? I've been dealing with >> You don't know what you're talking about. You're drunk. I drive a Camo Audi S3. I get pulled over every single day of my life. I get pulled over every >> I'm not doing this. Listen, if you block the door one more time, I'm going to cuff you in here so you >> I'm already cuffed, bro. What the hook? I'm already cuffed, bro. What? What's the difference >> where things get a lot worse for you right now? They're not looking too bad, but they can get worse. >> I I sit back. I will turn the air up for you. That is it. >> Right now, >> right now. There we go. >> Sidewalk Olympics. >> He failed the sobriety test. No way. Really? So you being >> driving under the influence. >> I wouldn't drive it. >> In the state of Florida, actual physical control of a vehicle means in the vehicle with the vehicle on. >> I wouldn't. The vehicle wasn't on. >> I don't know. Maybe a comfort in or something. >> No, that vehicle has no cats. It's got no mufflers. It's got no resonators. You would have heard the vehicle. I swear to God it wasn't on. >> Listen, >> you were in it with the keys. You're in Florida. >> Your vehicle was on. You're being underrest. >> He's being arrested for DUI because when I pulled up here, >> as you saw, you were talking to him, he had the vehicle on and the vehicle was in gear. >> Yeah. Oh, no. It wasn't just a Well, it was on regardless. It doesn't matter. The vehicle doesn't even have to be on. >> Right. Do you want me to tell him where the keys are? Cuz I see him looking. >> Okay. My vehicle that's right behind you, when I turn the lights on and you were in the vehicle, >> it wasn't >> with the vehicle on, >> the battery was on. Okay, that's fine. >> Are you serious right now? >> Has a heart attack. Serious as a heart attack. >> She was one of the witnesses. >> Going to jail right now? >> Yes. For what reason? >> DUI. Driving under the influence. >> I wasn't driving under you. >> Okay. I've already explained it to you. In the state of Florida, actual physical. >> You're getting the better end of the deal. Think of your alternative tonight. >> Vehicle on. >> The vehicle wasn't on. I swear to God's grave. >> You can tell that to the judge. >> I will because I witnessed it as I pulled up behind My car wasn't on >> and you've had to ask us multiple times why you're going to jail, which means your memory obviously isn't working very well right now. So maybe you just can't remember the vehicle being on. >> No, the memory wasn't on. I'm asking you why you're arresting me because the vehicle wasn't on the guys are arresting me right now. >> Okay. >> My vehicle is going to get towed if it's left there. >> No offense. Like it's going to get >> tow truck's already on its way actually. >> Okay. Well, that car >> it's on the ground. >> Okay. >> Why would you do that to your car, dude? Can you actually see it? Right in the car. >> You're not towing that car. >> Yes, we are. >> No, you're not in the patrol car. >> Please don't. >> Yeah, they are. >> Please don't in the car. >> Please don't. >> Just leave it parked right in front of the hotel in the way. >> Please don't tow that car. Please don't turn your face that way. >> I will. Please don't tow that car. I'm back. >> The car is being towed. We're already telling already told you. >> You can't tow. Wait. Let me Wait, wait, wait. Let me tell you how to air it up. Let me tell you how to air up. >> Watch your foot. >> Let me tell you how to air it up. Air out. Let me tell you how to air it up so you don't destroy the car. Watch your leg. Can I tell you how to air? >> Shut up and move your leg over. >> They know how to tow the car. Destroy my car. Okay. Well, that's >> No, they're not going to destroy the car. I wasn't behind the wheel. Please, let me tell you how to air it up. Please begging. You're about to begging you about mess up. You understand me? >> Why? Move your leg there. Snatch across the other side of the car. Do you understand me? Tell >> I am not playing with you right now. >> Please tell you I'm Please, please, please >> put the window down. Let him tell you how to air the car up. Are you looking for the keys? No, just go inventory. >> Inventory. Okay. >> Well, that's what I was saying earlier. Think about the alternative night that he could have had. This is probably a better deal. Just spend the night in jail rather than you would have had to spend the night with her and at some point she would have flipped out and things might have gotten a lot worse and you'd still end up in jail. >> I asked cuz my brother told me um if I needed to to move the car, park it and put the keys in the money drawer. But I that's what I was asking for. >> Okay. Well, I mean that's something like I said that you can discuss with Deputy Carter. He's the arresting officer. Well, >> so >> what's up? >> Um, >> it's really awful. >> If he's okay with you moving the vehicle, that is. And if it's okay with the arresting deputy >> or brother. >> The car is lowered. He's got racing shocks on it. I' I've had that on my car. It's not quite as low as that one, but yeah, they have to use like they have to put a bunch of boards and everything to get it up on a flatbed. You can't just lift up the front end cuz then the bumper will scrape on the on the ground. >> It it but tow truck drivers, they know how to do that. >> Brothers, >> it's not a mystery. >> So, they said that they can move the car into a parking spot for you. >> Yes, sir. >> They can move the car in a parking spot for you. >> All right. >> That was a classic. >> But that means they they're going to have to drive the car. Yes, sir. >> All right. I don't know what you're saying. John's not here. She's driving. >> Have to drive it. >> Her brother's not here. >> That's why that's Listen, I'm just painting job is terrible. >> That Well, she said she was just talking to him and he said that you could leave the car here and they'll put the keys in the money box, but she would have to move it >> out of the entryway right here. She would park in the parking spot. >> Okay. Well, here's the deal, man. You got two choices. We're trying to help you out. >> We're trying to help you out. Your two choices are >> Let me finish. Your two choices are >> Wixom. How you doing? >> Okay. tow the car. >> Get her information, too, cuz she's also on the last video to him in the vehicle with the vehicle on because she was talking to him through the driver's license. I thought it was when I pulled up. >> It looked like a New Jersey plate. I couldn't read it. >> We were trying to help him out by letting you move the vehicle. >> He's being >> and he's being belligerent. So, the vehicle's getting towed. >> He doesn't want you moving it cuz he doesn't know you. >> What? >> What he says? >> So, we're going to Did you already get towed? >> Okay. >> Nobody. You didn't have one. No. Let's return to the woman. Keep moving. No, that's not what I'm asking. >> Oh jeez. Here we go. >> Sorry. I just >> They're trying to find her. She needs to find another hotel. >> Go to the the hotel next door. See if they have a room available or sleep in your car. But you can't be here cuz you've been trespassed. >> Our car's on the property. So >> wonderful. I'll sleep next door. >> No, you can't sleep next to your car. >> Sleep next door. Thank you so much. You're welcome. >> You're welcome so much. >> You guys are awesome. >> Thank you. >> Like Don't get me wrong for my attitude. I [ __ ] >> Your attitude sucks. >> Mad though. Not your problem. My problem. I got it. >> Nope. Door. >> No. She >> They know all the tricks. >> They do it for >> You have your card and your keys in your pocket. >> Um, >> good. >> No, no, no. Why are you being aggressive? >> He He didn't say anything aggressive. No, not him. >> Like you. >> None of us are being aggressive. We're just tired of dealing with you. You're not listening. So >> please. >> Bingo. >> Thank you. >> Where is your vehicle? >> All right. Stop. Stop right now. >> Iowa. >> Stop right now. Stop right now. >> Your vehicle is in Iowa. >> You're off the property. You can't go back on the property. That's the only place you can't go. You figure out your living situation. >> You're an adult. >> My phone. >> We don't have your phone. You have the keys to your vehicle. You can >> You can figure it out from here. Yeah. >> Do not walk. >> You cannot come over here. >> You can go that way. >> How do you understand where the property line is? >> You're going to walk into the property again. >> Yeah, but where's the property line? >> Where were you going to go? >> To go get my phone. >> You can't go on the property. >> Do you want to give me your keys and see if I can find your vehicle? Because you apparently don't know where it is. >> No, I I actually know very well where my vehicle is. That's not my situation. >> What is your vehicle? My vehicle is a 2012 walker. >> Mom 2012. Walk now. >> She doesn't need to know what model her is. >> Get your phone. >> No, I don't need my >> You do need your phone because you cannot. >> Yeah, they got her out of the hotel room. They got her off the property and they walked her over to the hotel next door and the hotel is closed and now she's saying that they stole her phone and she wants to go back to the hotel to find her phone. Like here, I don't need my vehicle. I just need my phone. >> Yeah. And it's probably your vehicle because it's not in the hotel room and it's not on you. >> Otherwise, you >> So, where is your vehicle? Where did you park? >> Oh, my my vehicle is right over here. >> Okay. >> All right. There we go. It's a Hampton in and sweet. >> There is no however. We're going to your car. You're going to see if your phone's in there and you're going to call a taxi and get out of here. >> She sounds the same. Why are you yelling? >> Why are you still yelling after I've already explained the offense of disorderly intoxication to this way? >> Oh my god. I am not trying. >> But you are not walking. You keep stopping. >> I thought she was staying at that hotel. >> It's close. >> I am staying at this hotel. >> No, not anymore. But like I said, you'll go to court, you'll get your court date, the labs will come back and >> Hey, Bill. >> We'll go from there. All right. And when I go to grand explain everything, the facts of the case, I'll explain all that. But you're in a dorm. People have access to it. You have beef with this female. >> Okay. They'll take that into consideration. >> No, cuz I'm already at court. I was sentenced here for 6 months. >> Ah, she's going to go to jail. If it comes, you know, best case scenario, it comes back false >> and it's something else >> and it's no big deal. >> All right. Now, if it does come back positive, you still might have a case being the fact that you're in the dorm. >> Meth pills in there. How would they even get them in? This is supposed to be a locked out security facility. >> There's quite a bit of contraband that gets it gets their way in there. They're human. They miss stuff, unfortunately. >> All right. >> What kind of meth pills? Uh, I don't know. It's just it's pressed like little round tablets. >> Yeah, they're all like that. >> Well, when they they scraped it and tested the powder in a test kit and I tested positive now. >> Okay, they're all like that. >> What I don't know for sure cuz I'm not a chemist. >> Bill, thank you very much for the late fee. You don't have to pay late fees here, but I do appreciate the super chat. Thank you very much for the $2. >> Is if I were to go to the store and buy melatonin pills. >> Yeah, >> if those would test for that. So, >> well, can't you test another pill? I don't have the stuff to test for. You know, you don't understand what I'm saying. It >> doesn't matter about the other pills. >> Can't you ask them for the whole pill bottle? >> That's what the >> So, >> they have the whole pill bottle. >> I'll go ask him about that. Here's what's going to happen. That stuff's going to go to the lab. >> Okay, that stuff can go to the lab. You ask another >> You know, if you guys have questions, I might answer them on the members only. It won't be monetized, so I can pretty much talk about whatever I want. >> Another pill, the pill bottle, and the pills that are in the melatonin. Yeah. Well, they gave me the two. >> Yeah, they found we want all the pills. There was There's 13 in there. There's more. There's 15 pills in there. >> These pills don't match what what else is in there. That's That's how they found out what they were. >> They do match. They all match. >> When they dumped them out to count them cuz they have to count the contraband, right? They have to count. >> No, it's not contraband. We're allowed to have melatonin. >> Whenever they get pills, they have to count. Well, >> it's not contraband. >> They want to make sure you're not hiding stuff. Right. >> Right. >> So, when they look and they saw two pills that didn't look alike >> that did not look like the others. Well, >> will you go grab them? >> Yeah, I can. Please. And look. >> Absolutely. >> Yeah, but it's good for you. >> Hang tight. >> I've I've heard fiber is good for you. >> I'm sorry to bother you. Do you guys have her um melatonin bottle? >> We have the melatonin bottle. >> You guys in my office? Can we grab >> Yeah, I'll tag that, too. And I'm sure they'll ask about it at grand jury. >> Um just so I understand when I go to testify, they are they allowed to have military? >> Yes. >> Okay. And then she turned it in. >> She turned it in because we just today we changed the policy that >> Hey, Janette. >> Can't have that on her. Good to see you. >> Went up to us. Here you go. >> Okay. >> Our RS staff went through it. >> All all the pills look the same except for two. The ones we tested. >> Yeah. Okay. >> So, all right. Appreciate it. Thank you. >> Yeah. All right. So, I'm looking at these. These are obviously different. These are bigger. The one the two that they found in the bottle are much smaller. Almost like the size of a new print. >> Okay. Well, go in there. Okay. I'm going to tell you the real [ __ ] They have other contraband in there. Then >> I got them for another client. >> Okay. >> They're in there. They're in the They're in there in the medication room. So, someone a client had them and you worked out whatever deal you can got them for. >> No, no, no. She said, "Here's two melatonins is what she gave me." I thought, >> but she >> This is where she I If this story is true, she's an idiot. So, she loaned two of her melatonin pills to somebody else and they gave them back to her. It's either quite a quite an inventive tale or she's telling the truth and she's just an idiot. >> Why would you do that if you had a whole bottle? Cuz I cuz I gave her two melatonins. >> So she was giving like kind of your >> Yes. There you go. So we had >> That melatonin is incredibly cheap. >> Just here. Here are two. Don't even bother giving them back to me. >> Turning her meds. >> I'm saying she gave you She had like >> She's got them all in her room right now. >> Okay. So she had melatonin, ran out, you gave her some. >> Yes. >> And she was repaying you back for giving her some >> and now she's got all those melatonin in a cup in her room. >> Okay. I got you. You're facing a jail >> sentence in the room. >> I'm going to I'm going to grab your phone. I'm going to let you call mom. All right. >> Yeah. >> So, you're not going to go ask them? >> I'm going to contact them. Cuz here's what happens. If I keep going back in there, they get suspicious and they're going to start dumping [ __ ] >> No, she's not here. She's at work. >> Okay. It's even better. I let them know. >> But she's got them up in her room right now. >> So, it'll get me off scotch-free. That >> No, cuz you still had it on your person. >> No, I didn't. >> You did. It was in your pill bottle. That's where we're going. But that's why you have to go to court. >> They're melatonin. >> No, the two that they tested. >> Mom, >> what? >> I'm going to jail tonight. >> Why? >> And I put them in my melatonin bottle. And when I turned them in today because of new policy, I didn't want a violation. They came back meth pills. The cops came out and they tested them. And I'm back in the cop car handcuffed and I'm going to jail. >> Yes. Well, if one of the other people there said, "Yeah, I need some melatonin. Can you give me a couple?" There, there a couple, and they're really cheap. Just Yeah, don't even worry about it. But instead, this friend was like, "Oh, here you go. Here, here are the two back that I borrowed from you." She's an idiot for taking them. >> Oh my god. >> She should have noticed that they were a different size. >> I gave them to you. >> What's her name? >> Colleen. >> Hi, Colleen. >> Hi. >> Hi. This is Officer Morgan with American Police. Um, so what happened was, um, based on what your daughter just said, um, I was called here. When she turned in her melatonin bottle, they had to count the tablets that were inside to make sure everything was there. Um, they found two tablets that were not the same as the others. They tested it with their um, mobile field kit test and it tested positive for methamphetamines. >> Um, they gave me >> Yeah. Yeah. I mean, like I said, either way, whether she's telling the truth or she's lying, she's an idiot. I mean, either she's an idiot and tried to bring that stuff in or she's an idiot because she took random pills from another person in there. >> The uh the contraband myself with my kid and I had the same result. >> As I explained to your daughter, what's going to happen is >> she's going to go to county for tonight. She'll see a judge in the morning. >> Our narcotics lab will test it. they have they have way more tools and procedures to be able to test better. Um, if everything comes back false and it's not narcotics, then she'll be fine. She'll be okay. If it does come back positive, obviously they'll go through that route and go through court and all that stuff. Okay. I interviewed your daughter. My report's going to state what she just said. >> Now, at this at this point, I'm sure you understand it's it's kind of hearsay. I can't prove that one way or the other. >> I understand that. I understand that. Right. So once I do my report, um, Orienta Internal Affairs will get a copy of that and they'll be able to investigate further. >> Tina, just calm down until that time >> and everything will work out. Trust me, I'm praying. >> It's not going to work out. She's going to get a violation. >> I told you anyway, come here. This is why I should have just stood out. >> I know, but you also should not have taken anything from anybody in that facility that you already know. >> Bingo, mom. Mom, that means they got the meth pills inside then. >> Exactly. Which they what? You don't need them girls. They're criminals there. >> Mom, I'm talking about Oriana house, dude. >> Well, those are usually amphetamines. But yeah, they also at least when they're tested, yeah, it'll test positive as >> they got them inside. Listen, Santina, I'm telling you that girls do that to set people up, first of all, because they I don't know why you would accept anything from anybody in that facility. >> I don't know. >> I wish you would have just been thinking that day. >> Yeah, >> you don't need nothing from them. If you needed melatonin, you could have asked me for it. We would have >> I have a whole bottle. >> Giving me two back because I gave her two. Why' you take it? >> Okay, but right there. Right there. That's odd. That's odd. >> It is odd. Odd. >> No, it's not, Mom. It's not odd. >> Yes, it is. >> Odd that she wants to give you back two pill. >> She had a whole cup full of them. >> Okay, I understand that, but they're melatonin. >> No [ __ ] Mom. >> I would have said no. I'm cool. All right. Do you have any other questions worth of pills? >> Just call your son. Just calm down and call your son. Yeah. Your cell phone's in there. That piece of paper, that phone number's in there. >> Thank you. That baby? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Thanks. Walk right through here. On the side of you. >> Yeah. But she's still got the addict mentality. Oh, and then it just ends. So, we have no idea what happened with her probation, but we can guess. Uh, yeah, she's she does strike me as one of those that she's going to keep saying, "It's not my fault. It's not my fault. Even while she's sitting in jail for however many months for the probation violation, if that's what ends up happening. All right. Next, we got the guy from the thumbnail. And looking at the time, I may add another video on after this guy just to stretch this out to 4:30 cuz grammar is going to start at 4:30. I don't want to try and raid him. He's out uh out there in the mountains. Uh, how rating a channel works is if you stick around here or if you just wait until the stream ends, a link will pop up at the bottom of the chat. Or you can just sit here and wait and it'll redirect you to Grammar School's uh live stream that he's getting ready to start. I've got that set up and I will be back here uh what is today? Thursday. I'll be back Saturday. I've said this like three times already now. I forgot. Uh Saturday at 2 p.m. Eastern. And then uh if you're not a member yet, there's still time. You still got about uh little less than 48 hours to get a membership and be there for my first membersonly at 4:30 on Saturday. Be about a half hour break between the regular stream and then the members only. And then I'll be doing Sunday either at one or two, but I'll figure that out as we get closer to the weekend. All right, that's all I've got. Mods, thank you so much for being here. Thank you for helping out. It really does help out with the chat. And with that, I'll bid you all a good afternoon. Take care, everybody. Bye. [music] [music]
