Is it one? >> Where's the rental agreement at? Are you drive? >> I haven't rented a lot of cars, but how many of these videos have we seen where somebody's driving around in a rental car and No, I didn't rent the car. It was my cousin or my brother. My mom rented it. >> I was borrowing rental cars. >> Multiple drivers, but I Oh, >> okay. >> Absolutely. >> Indeed, it has. >> It I don't know what this is. >> What uh what was given to you when you rent this car? >> That's it. >> Huh? >> Um >> where did you rent it from? >> But >> where did you rent it from? >> He rented it from Herz. >> Okay. Who's he? >> Oh, my brother. He He's the one who rented it. >> What's your brother's name? >> Juan Morgan. >> Oh, yes. >> Juan what? more. John, >> we're trying to figure because you got to have the written obviously. Okay. When you rent the car. What is this name right here? What is this number here? Because >> 85. My year of birth. >> Okay. I could not read that. >> Yeah, it's 85. >> Well, then they shouldn't even be borrowing it. All right, we'll figure this out. What do you mean? >> Because he's the renter of the vehicle. >> Yeah. I don't think Juan exists. >> Hey, we can call Herz. >> We can hold the car until we say that she can drive. >> Yeah, that's what I'm saying. >> I'm trying to find her. >> You can step off the vehicle, too. >> They need She needs That's required to be carried >> on a rental car. She has to have the >> Hey, Wiggles. >> And if she's not listed, then >> I'm sure he's going to give us a hard time for >> Oh, yeah. He's going to give you a hard time. >> All right, we're going to have both of you guys step out of the car. >> Why? >> Because I told you to. >> Because >> No, we didn't do nothing wrong. Why are you going to get out of the car for? >> Because I told you to. >> That's not Call >> Pennsylvania versus Mims. You want to try that? >> Say it again. >> Pennsylvania versus Mims. You're stepping out of the car. >> We're only going to ask one time, okay? If we have to say it more than once, you'll go to jail. You can film me all you want. >> He's a straw man. >> Back. >> Thank you very much. Appreciate that. >> Hey, appreciate that. >> You didn't do anything. I'm asking you to step out of the car so we can investigate on who's >> No, that's fine. I can call if I get a phone. >> Thank you very much. I do appreciate it. >> Stand over here. Okay. >> Take it easy. >> You're not free to go. >> Take that, too. Stop walking around, ma'am. Just so you understand, >> stop reaching your pocket. Okay. >> Yeah. He made a run for the border, if he even exists. >> Excuse me a second. Let me finish. >> You have to have a rental agreement with you. Okay. Because that rental agreement shows that you are the rightful >> renter of that vehicle. Or if you're not the one who rented it, you're one of the approved drivers. Okay. >> You're supposed to require you have to have that with you. >> I'm so sorry. I thought it was in there. I apologize. >> And for those, you got to keep it for a really long time. I had an accident and my car was in the shop for like 6 weeks and I had to keep cuz they the insurance approved my rental for two weeks. So every Friday I had to call and say, "Yeah, I need to extend it for another week." And they were like, "Yeah, you don't need to call. You can just keep the car." And I was like, "Yeah, but how how long before you guys are going to like report it as stolen?" He said, "Oh, it would have to be like a month or two." Really? I think like 5 minutes past the rental time. But >> that's why you guys are out of the car now because as far as we can tell right now, we don't know if you guys are supposed to be in the car. Can I get on the phone? >> Okay. >> Yes, that's fine. Can I >> That's all anybody can. Where's your phone at? >> Yeah, you can get him on the phone. We're also going to call Herz to confirm it. >> That's fine. >> Trying to be nice, but >> if he can if he has like a picture or maybe an email that would that would probably help. >> It is. >> It shows 800 number to call. >> The registration. >> They have a special one for law enforcement for people that are working. They work 24 hours just to answer those calls. >> I think you said it was for failure to stop at a stop. >> Yeah, I was shocked >> behind the stop bar. >> Yeah, mine the the shop kept delaying the repair. Well, I don't think they were delaying it, but it just took them a lot longer. They said originally it would take two to three weeks and ended up being six weeks. But the second that the uh that the shop reported to the insurance that the car was ready, I got an email from State Farm and said, "You need to return the rental car now." >> 450. >> Can I speak emergency police? >> Hi, this is Deputy Ball Singer with the Charlotte County Sheriff's Office in Charlotte County, Florida. >> Uhhuh. >> All right. I have a uh one of your rentals here pulled over for a traffic violation. Um if I give you a tag, could you confirm whether or not this person could be driving it? >> All right. So they cannot give me an answer until they cannot give me an answer till uh tomorrow. >> So they said they're okay with the car going by going down [cough] >> essentially. [clears throat] Um so we have her name his name and then she gave me this this name for her brother who supposed they gave me something not valid. He was with She got arrested in 24 for false ID and cash and checks and and and >> they just got a no gift card. >> I told you that's why they're going to 7-Eleven. See, that's the only reason why they're going for 71. >> They're cash and all the cash they just so he was with her. She she uh I'm reading their PCA. That's how I figured out to make sure he's not >> Oh. Oh. Oh, please. Is that him? 8274. 8274. Oh, he may have a warrant. >> Oh, Pennsylvania. >> Looks like it. >> If I'm reading, >> wait a minute. Yeah, Lee County. >> He's got a warrant out of Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania vms. Ah, he can't use that one then. >> And this is the See, see these charges here? This is all the cases I had together. That looks like him, is it not? I think that might be him. Let me get a good look at him. Or let me call her back here and ask him. [snorts] >> I'm sorry. I don't know why he's not answering. >> It is 3:00 in the morning. I'm sure he's sleeping. >> It is. He's very excited. >> Yep. >> The cops have us pulled over here. They need to know where the rental agreement is. >> Oh, she's calling Juan. >> The little piece of paper. >> Yeah. >> He said that's what the rental agreement is is what I showed him. >> You didn't do anything on the email. You said anything in the email said the receipt. [cough] >> You said anything in the email. >> See him? >> I see him. >> I think it's just Yeah. So, we'll wait. >> Oh, he's got a warrant. >> He has emails. >> I'm send them over to you. >> Do you want me to send it to you here? >> Wix. I'm glad you brought that up. I'm expecting either Friday or Saturday I'll be able to apply. I don't know how long it takes, but hopefully, fingers crossed, sometime next week >> to your phone. Then you can pay all your late fees all at once. >> Send them to your >> Yeah, >> just uh I guess uh screener send it. >> Glad you stopped by. >> Okay. All right. He said that they gave that little >> Cottonwood. >> I'm glad you made it. >> Yeah, sometimes they give you like a little credit card receipt or something. a regular. >> You finally get to put a a face to the name >> thing that you put on a window, you know, not long, but you know, >> but that usually has like the renter or >> it has a name on it and everything else. I don't know what else they needed to have. >> Well, it's also supposed to havebody else. >> We can work something out besides him. They have to be an approved um driver. >> Well, I don't think I'm approved driver. >> I'm just being honest, you know. Hey, Mary Beth. I >> I didn't know that either. And they take a small back. Put your HANDS BEHIND YOU. GET BACK. GET BACK. >> Here we go. TASER. TASER. GET BACK. GET BACK. >> OH. BOOM. RUN. >> Oh yeah. Get back a little bit. Let's do that again. >> Get back. Get back. >> Here we go. Go, go, go, go, go, go, go. [laughter] Try it. TRY IT. TRY IT. TRY IT AGAIN. >> Stand by. Somebody's been tased. He tried to pull a gun. >> That's awesome. >> You got to keep your hands up and don't move. YOU UNDERSTAND ME? >> Stay over there. >> I'm not doing nothing. Listen, I'm not >> Yeah, he he was really getting ready to pull out a firearm when all those officers were like, "What? What is he? You know, Wild Bill or something. You come on, man. >> Nothing. >> Put your hands on that hole. >> Both of them now. >> You lift him off that hand. We're going to have a problem. >> Maybe he tripped at the same time. >> You going for a gun? The hell is your problem? Yep. >> I got it. It's on my foot. >> All right, get up. >> So, he's in custody. We're in clear traffic. >> Yeah. Why would you throw a gun on you? Oh, no. >> Dude, YOU'RE LUCKY TO GET SHOT. >> YEP. You got to be quicker than that. What am I getting detained for, sir? >> Because >> we're dealing with him. >> Okay, that's fine. But I didn't do nothing. I didn't know what to do with Brian. >> Ground. >> Why would you try to throw on? >> You're lucky to get shot. >> Okay. WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU? YOU GOT IT IN YOUR HAND. NO, you're not dead right now. >> Left F turn. >> WHAT? NOTHING. >> WHAT are you trying to do with it? >> Huh? >> Very lucky. >> So, run a CH on him and send it to my dad. >> Get up. Well, he's medically cleared after trying to run sort of and getting tased. All right. Next, I've got one that uh there is a kid who uh is crying in this because he did get hurt. Um but it's not he's not hurt bad. A crazy lady saw a couple walking with their kid and the kid was being a kid in the airport. Didn't want to go with the parents and the father's dragging him along by his arm. The lady decided that the kid was being hurt by the father and decided to come over and pepper spray the whole family. >> February 27th, 2025, deputies were dispatched to Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport after receiving reports that a woman had pepper- sprrayed a family. What happened? >> Okay, so the guy says he's the kid's father, right? >> He squeezes his son's hand so hard THE BOY'S GOING, "YOU'RE hurting me." I heard crack and there's a woman there with long black hair. She's a witness to it, too. >> Water's not going to help with my >> Yeah, I know. Just come sit down. Water. >> Oh my god. >> And I apologize about the crying kid. Normally, I wouldn't play a video with that, but this one was just too crazy. >> Why would she do that? >> We'll call for >> Oh my gosh. >> He's not crying as much as I would. rescue our friend Pepper. >> Oh my god. Why would she do that? >> It's insane. >> You okay? [screaming] >> We were just walking. We rushing to our game cuz WE DON'T WANT TO BE LATE >> and he's agitated because we're walking and she's saying that I'm screaming. >> He wasn't. >> That lady here for no reason. >> Okay. So, it's less than 3 O and they can't see exactly what it is. If it was in her purse and they scanned it, it would have just looked like a little thing of like shampoo or something. They And if they didn't even search in the bag, they wouldn't have known. >> Call the cops on them. >> Why would you bring it though? >> She was agitated. They were just trying to walk. >> About pepper spray and proceeded to pepper spray them. >> Even Oh my god, we're going to be late. >> She was saving the kid by spraying him in the face. >> Is the best thing for pepper spray. So, try to keep your eyes open. Watch. >> Do this. Fan your face. >> Oh my god. Why would she do this? >> No. Something about game. I don't know. >> Come over here. >> Thank you. >> Yeah. TSA. I didn't say anything, but she did. And that's when I stopped cuz I was like, "Okay, I'm not the only one who noticed that." >> All right. So, the guy was trying it hand hard. Then what? >> He was like pulling the kid who really hard and I was I wasn't going to say anything at first, but then she did. And I was like, "Okay, I'm not the only one who noticed that." It was problematic, but he was really The kid was >> Thank you so much. >> All right. Miss ID real quick. >> Yeah. >> What time is your flight? >> 9:23 minutes. >> We have to start. >> Yeah. There's so many other things you can do. You're in an airport with people walking by. You can start shouting and cause a scene you and do it that way. You don't just walk up and spray somebody in the face. >> Okay. >> You saw pretty much the same thing. >> So, he was squeezing a hand. >> I paused my life to be here. >> How about that? >> Not that I have much. >> They might not be calling. >> He gets in trouble. [ __ ] >> Yeah. >> All right. We might be calling you then. Okay. Okay. >> We did nothing wrong. We just >> We're rushing to our negative. We just got off of our flight from St. Louis. I'm thinking that somebody maybe I know. >> When I was a kid, I did the exactly what that kid was probably doing. I didn't want to walk as fast as my dad wanted to go and he'd grab my arm and he'd start dragging me. He wasn't trying to hurt me. He was just trying to get us to the gate on time. >> When I turn, she going at it at me and then death. She sprays me. >> Yeah. >> Saying that I'm murdering him. If she would have came up to me, why is he crying like that? She gets worse. >> He's agitated. We've been at this explain to her. >> 9:00, you know, like it's I want to get over this quick. >> She came out of nowhere like out of nowhere cuz all I was doing was what I always do with my son when we're in a rush. Hold him and then weate. >> Oh. Oh jeez. >> Boy, I'm really behind. Well, he's taking the shirt off now, so Okay, that's what you guys were saying. The second amendment is the right to protect yourself and bear arms. It's the right to self-defense and bear arms. Here, let me get my phone out and read it to you. >> You're not touching. >> The Second Amendment. Oh, yeah. I know it's a big justice, but you know something big deal. Tomorrow when I get out of jail or whatever you're going to do with me, >> let me catch somebody else doing a battery on a child. I'll do the same thing again. That's not nice. >> Yeah. You know what? It's not nice to abuse a kid and it's not nice to be a blind, deaf, and dumb cop that don't want to acknowledge abuse on a child and try to say that I did something wrong by protecting a child and you got a black girl that's a witness that said the same things I did and I noticed it better that the girl's black. What? What are you talking about, lady? >> What planet are you from? >> I'm so crazy. I protect children and I'll do it again. You're so crazy that you don't want to protect kids. One of the things I'm thinking about doing once I do get memberships is I might do something uh along the lines of what Colin does and uh have a panel, have a couple people on, maybe just open it up, maybe not even watch videos. I don't know. I'm going to do some polls once I get some members. I'll put some membersonly polls in YouTube and see what what time works for you guys. I haven't even figured out what time I would do it. Um whether I just add another stream or just switch one of my regular streams over to members only. I don't know. We'll figure it out, though. It'll be fun figuring it out. All right. Now, I got the lady from the thumbnail. Uh she it started out as a shoplifting video, which those are like 50/50 whether it's going to be any good. He was transported to the Iowa County Jail and held on a $10,000 cash bond. Court records later show Matthew entered no contest please to several of the charges. He was found guilty for threats to a law enforcement officer resisting an officer and two felony bail jumping counts. Other charges including disorderly conduct and two additional felony bail jumping counts were dismissed but read into the case as part of the plea agreement. At sentencing, prosecutors requested prison time, including extended supervision. >> However, the judge withheld prison sentences and instead ordered probation. Matthew received 3 years of probation for the threat charge, 3 years of probation for each felony bail jumping conviction, and one year of probation for resisting an officer. The sentences were ordered to run concurrently. As with all criminal cases, court outcomes and convictions are matters of public record.
