Heat. Heat. [music] [music] Heat. Heat. [music] [music] Hello. Happy Saturday, everybody. Hope you had a good Friday night. Hope you got some rest. We've got two shows today for the members. Uh well, this one's for everybody. And then if you're a member of the channel, I'm going to do another. It'll be a little bit shorter because I did a members only on Wednesday and it was kind of spur of the moment to add another one on Saturday. Uh, but I think going forward I'll move the members only to to Saturday after the Saturday show. That seemed to be more convenient when I was doing it a while back for the members. Um, it was certainly more convenient for me. I already had everything set up. All I had to do was take a bathroom break and come right back and get going. Uh, all right. Let's see. Sorry. There we go. Play it day. You're getting your keys to your house tomorrow. That's fantastic. I remember when I uh signed Oh god, it was like stacks and stacks of paper when I bought my house. Uh Seumps, thank you very much for the gifted membership. And yeah, let's get started with the first video. This is a lady who uh they just need her to get in the car with her friend and go home. So, I'll be back in like >> back on the street in like 20 minutes >> cuz I don't I don't understand how how it works. All right. >> I'll explain to you in just a second. He's got to search you. Okay. anything on you still have me poke me weapons. >> I got my phone in there. >> My girlfriend uh the owner to the car is actually parked behind you guys. You got to step in. >> Really? >> Yeah. >> I mean, even if she's right here, too. I mean, >> I got to step in with the license. >> I'll explain the paperwork to you in a second. That's why. >> Do you want me to call police? I'll call police by myself. What? >> Okay. I think it's because the driver, they let somebody with a suspended license drive and I don't know what the deal is with his license. I I don't know exactly why they're towing it or if they've even decided to tow it yet, but like you can't just walk up on a traffic stop. You got to wait. >> Call police then. >> We'll call police then. >> I'm calling the police. >> We're going to call the police. >> You're calling the police. >> We're going to call the police. >> You're calling the police? >> Yes. Is that what you're telling me? >> We're going to call the police on the police. >> Okay. >> Because first of all, >> you're making a false police report? >> No. First of all, I came at you correctly and you came at me with attitude. >> I'm getting misappropriation and it's going to be a problem. She said, "I'm going to call the police." And she walked away and she was calling 911. You You can't call 911 on the police. Especially when they tell you don't call 911. It's misuse. >> What are you guys doing? >> Turn around now. >> What are you guys doing? For what? >> For what? >> I asked you a question. You're mad. >> What are you guys doing? >> I asked you a question. You're mad. >> Cuz I asked a question. >> What are you guys doing? >> Cuz I ask a question. >> What is going on? >> Cuz I asked a question. >> Cuz you asked question. Cuz I asked a question. What are you doing? >> What do you think I'm doing? >> I don't know. >> Turn around. That's what you need to do. >> [ __ ] reason. [ __ ] >> Oh, I missed that. >> Yeah, that is I don't know why. Huh? >> What are you doing at the end? >> I came to ask a question. What are you doing? >> That's why you asked for a supervisor. I don't >> [ __ ] care. What the [ __ ] is wrong with y'all? >> Cuz I called the police. Why are you scared of the police? >> They are the police. >> What the [ __ ] I didn't even talk to the police. [ __ ] >> Now you get it, man. She was asked to get off the traffic stop politely. No, she didn't. >> And that's it. >> I just talked to this [ __ ] >> Yeah, there's a lot of background noise. There's one back here. >> Do you roll the window down? >> Yeah. >> Always disappointed. >> Back right one. >> She was the one that approached my traffic stop, saying if she could take the car. I was like, "No." I was like, "Please stop the traffic stop." >> He's rolling it down. >> Yeah. >> Thank you, Fox. >> Okay. >> All right. Fast forward. They reapproached my traffic stop again. Both of them. >> I was like, "No, registration. Seat belt. Seat belt." >> That's it. They both started coming at me and Mark, fingers on her face, started calling police. >> Started to call 911. I was like, "All right, we're not calling 911. That's a police lo false police report." >> Started calling 911 where they're at. Okay. I was like, "You know what? At this point, you guys are arresting. Our guys are obstructing." >> I grabbed the first female over there. She started to fight with me. The other one started pointing fingers at Mark's face. So, Mark arrested her and then they started fighting and we arrested both. >> All right. So, Explain the first one again. The first girl. >> Okay. >> Resisting and obstructing. >> I'm wiping my eyes. We're not This is not a policeman. >> Thought it was just my backyard. >> Yeah, we have an emergency with two police officers here. >> So I was like, you know what? At this point, you guys are under arrest. Like your guys, you you keep approaching the traffic stop. This is when they started fighting. >> Okay. Well, fighting away. >> Well, the one Mark arrested, I think, was just resisting. This one as well was >> I vote mosquitoes. >> No, they were both resisting. Yeah, cuz I just kept like moving away then started fighting where pushed me until I had to like grab her. >> All right. >> And then arrested all three. >> All right. So, >> thank you very much, Jeffrey. >> Bring her and the other one in then. >> Yeah. The other one, the man I can release on the street once my tow comes in. I'm I I can't drive with that. >> Officer you guys >> My name's Kevin. Okay. What's your name? >> That's That's a pretty cool name. What's your name? >> That's a beautiful name. Okay. >> And then, >> hey, Kevin, will you take them inside, please? >> She's okay. >> Take them inside. Is there anyone else in there? >> No. >> No. Okay. >> She's okay, though. >> Yeah, she's okay. But we got to make sure the firemen check her out here. Come on. Let's go talk over here in the shade cuz it's hot out here. >> Hang up the phone. J, I'm not asking you. I'm telling you. >> Let's have a seat right over here on the bench. >> She's a woman. >> You guys are water. >> You guys want water? >> Yeah. Why weren't they letting you guys leave? Do you know? >> Water lemonade. >> Okay. You get the water and someone got a lemonade. Someone got lemonade. If you're talking about if I was the Uber driver, I'd say you got to get another Uber. I'm I'm not dealing with this. Somebody some Uber driver I mean this Uber driver let her into the car and I it looked like they were getting ready to leave. >> Why is Personally, I wouldn't do >> cuz I wanted to check you out. Okay, >> I'm not being checked out. I didn't I do not leave. >> Nope. Noelves, do not leave. I'm telling you. >> You grab my arm. I will sue you. Perfect. >> Okay, let's do it. >> Put your hands behind your back. Please >> put your behind your back. >> I did nothing to you. >> No, they're arresting me. >> I did nothing to you. >> Stop. >> I did call the police. What are you talking about? >> Let go of me now. >> Stop resisting. >> I did nothing TO YOU. LET GO OF ME NOW. >> I don't know where where that became a phrase. I didn't do anything to you when you're getting arrested for something. It's not personal. You broke the law. >> I did nothing to you. I did nothing to you. Let go of my arm. >> Just relax. Take a deep breath. >> I didn't do anything to your kids. Now shut your mouth. >> Shut your mouth. You are traumatizing kids. Be a good mom. >> Be a good mom. I was a good mom until you guys showed up. >> You're literally trying to [ __ ] fight about everything. Give me mying purse. Let go of me now. GIVE ME MY PURSE. GIVE ME OW. There's nothing. >> You are intoxicated. >> I'm drunk off a Woodbridge $2 wine. >> Okay. >> Make me love the wine. >> Make me love the wine. >> I I don't know what the brand of alcohol and the price. I I used to get drunk off of Miller Light every night. This cheap beer. I still got drunk. >> Give the kids to alcohol and the children and families and your kids. >> I want you to call Russell. >> No, he's not helping you in this moment. And he doesn't against me. >> Who can we call to give the kids? Cuz I'm not calling. I don't want to call the state, but I will if you're going to be acting this way. >> You made me bleed. >> You're cutting yourself with the own handcuffs. Who can we call? I've never Why are you doing >> Who can we call to give your kids to? >> Give me my purse. >> Who can we call? Give me my purse. I'm calling DC. >> They call grandma. This is grandma. They call grandma. >> You want to talk to the grandma? >> Yeah. This is why the Jupiter police officers would like to speak to you. >> Okay. >> That's the grandma. >> Okay. Good afternoon. My name is Officer Sal with the Jupiter Police Department. Hi. >> Okay, so long story short, we got called for a call for service. Uh the mother of the juvenile is extremely intoxicated. We try to have fire rescue come check her out and make sure she's okay before we know we get them on the way because she obviously got fit to drive. As with the fire rescue arrived on scene, she started walking away from myself, my partner, and fire rescue men. Don't leave, don't leave, don't leave. She refused to obey. We tried to grab her. She tried resisting. So now she's being placed under arrest. That being said, we need a guardian to come pick up the children. Are you with me first? >> I am. Yeah. >> Okay. So, you're the one that called? >> Yeah. >> When happened. What was going on? >> She was verbally, you know, her daughter more than son, I guess, just being very mean and nasty in her face talking to her and once or twice, you know, repeating and never hit her or anything like that, but I guess >> Okay. So, she wasn't like she didn't hit her kids. She just like forcefully grabbed them and was emotional and out of control like she's been since the video started. Clint, thank you very much for the $5. >> Then she said, "Get a ride." Then she goes to get in her car. The two guys saw her going get her car and they're like, "Oh, she's getting the car." So then they went out and they're like, "We're not letting you in. We'll call you an Uber. They offered her an Uber over and over. She was getting IRA with them rather than taking the Uber right now." >> And that's pretty much what, you know, I saw her when when you saw >> when I saw The dog was just, >> you know, she was little tears but hide in her face. Was kind of hiding her face. The sun was kind of working. >> Come on. Go look at the truck. >> I appreciate it. >> I'm pretty good. >> No, it's not going to work, BUDDY. >> OH, YEAH. I CAN'T MOVE. >> Why did you apparently murder? >> Yeah. Last [ __ ] handcuffs off me now. Something wrong with me. >> All right. Inside. >> Inside what? For what? I'm not dying. You guys are going to be sued the [ __ ] out of me. I can tell you that. >> What's your logic? >> Off. Why am I >> Let's go. Come on. >> Come on. Walk with me. I'll talk. >> I can't even wear my HAIR ON MY FACE. >> Walk with me. I'll talk to you. Let's go. >> Where's my Where's my WOOD BRIDGE? WOOD BRIDGE. >> WE'RE not doing this. shortly you could possibly drink the face of the earth. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. I think since the father isn't in the picture, they pretty much at this point they're required by law. They have no choice. >> Karen. Miss Karen. >> Where is >> Are you Karen? Okay. So, >> where is the mom? >> So, mom's at the hospital. She's getting So, >> she's an adult, but obviously because I care more about the kids, I'll tell you exactly what's going on. >> I am so out. I got a call. >> So, long story short, hear me out. We get a call from the establishment. They're saying that there's a mom here who's yelling and screaming at her kids like in a ruden hostile. Not not scolding, not trying to parent like me. She's screaming and yelling at the kids and she's not one of those at all. She's like, "I'm good. I'm good. I'm good. We have come because you're extremely intoxicated. Come check her out. Make sure she's okay or you just be with the kids." >> As she was, she stood up, tried walking away from my partner. My partner is telling her, "You need to stay here. You need to stay here. Definitely. She's not willing to listen, not willing to do anything. So my burner grabs her. She starts trying to flail around. >> He's going on and on, but he still hasn't verified whether this is the grandmother or not. >> Trying to run away. So at that point, we throw her in cuffs. She's screaming, yelling at all of us now making a whole scene in front of the kids, traumatizing them. >> So now she's in the hospital, not get medical. >> In this case, we need a guardian respons. >> I've known her since 2011. cheated on him. >> What's your first name? >> I'm Angela. >> Okay. >> So, for some crazy reason, we are all involved in a weird cosmos. >> Bobby. >> So, this is grandma. So, he went on and on telling that entire tale to some random person in the parking lot who happened to know the lady. >> Has mom typically act like this? Has she been going through some stuff? >> She lost her job. moved here two and a half years ago from St. Pete. >> The father of the kids was horrible. It was abusing her and I had to get her out of there fast. She left on Christmas Eve and came down with what she could fit in the car. And so she's been going through a lot. No child support, no anything. I've been trying to help. My son's been trying to help. She lost her job in March. And >> the economy just goes down. When did she start giving up drinking? >> It's been a while. >> Okay. So the uh when she said the dad is a loser, he sounds like a loser. If he was hitting on her and Yeah. If he was beating her and hitting the kids. >> So in this case, >> he sucks. >> Are you okay with taking responsibility on the great kids in the meantime? >> Absolutely. >> Yeah. >> Do you have your ID on your >> Yeah. >> Thank you. Bye. >> We got you some fries. >> Oh boy. >> Yeah. We gave him a little side of French fries to take home. >> Thank you. Do I have >> a bill in there that I need to settle? Nothing at all. Appreciate it. >> Absolutely. That's it. Good. Right. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. >> Thank you. >> Oh, absolutely. Thank you. >> So, I want to So, the main the reason why she was going into custody was just for disorderly intoxication, which we would have released her with a notice of fear. On her way, >> Clint, thank you very much for the jewelry. >> She's being medically cleared at the hospital. She started fighting officers, like physically fighting officers, kicking and punching. So, >> she's at the hospital now. >> Yes. And now she's being now she's being transferred on kind of general on battery on the law enforcement officer because she's good to see you. >> Her brother's a police officer. She knows. >> Good. I'm sure she knows what's going on, but unfortunately it's one of those. Thank you. >> Thank you again. >> One of those when it rains, of course. And this is probably one of those breaking points. I'm going to notify my partner everything that's going on. You know, I can't promise you she's going to be like let go, but maybe the judge can find something in his heart to help her out. because I don't think Joe's going to do her any good and she probably needs actual help. Whether it's some kind of rehab for alcohol, whether she needs financial help or something, I don't think Joe's probably the appropriate action for her. >> I mean, she's been trying. I mean, >> unemployment has been just >> it's horrible >> running around and around. She's been laid off since middle of March. Hasn't received one check yet. >> And trust me, it's it gets to a point, but obviously it's one of those where this is probably wasn't the best time of especially in front of a lot of people. Thankfully, a lot of people were here to actually stand by. Hey, make sure nothing went too. >> I'm glad that they didn't let me get in the car with them. >> Yep. Cuz that would have been horrible. God forbid. Listen, I've been on a handful of traffic homicide investigations. Unfortunately, some with juveniles involved. It is not the prettiest site in the world. And unfortunately, it's always the drunk people that live. It's innocent people that are passing away. >> Yeah. >> So, do you have any questions for me at this time? >> So, she's at the hospital and you're probably going to take her to >> County Joe. Yes. >> Okay. And will I get a call to come get her? um she'll be able to make a phone call with how if anything if if she does if she's been I'll just drop a copy of your phone number in her she has her phone with her but she obviously can't use it but I'll give her a copy of your phone number in case she doesn't remember it by memory that way she can give you a call whenever she's able to be bonded you out she'll be spending the night there she'll be able to see first appearance in the morning uh she may have a bond the bond I believe is for disorderly intoxication I believe is $250 and then the next one for battery unlawful I don't know if it's a th000 or 5,000 I really remember However, you don't have to pay all that if you go through a bondsman. A bondsman charges you 10% of whatever it is. So, in >> Well, to be fair to grandma, I think she was probably chilling at home and she wasn't expecting this. And then when she got the call, she immediately hopped in the car and >> this case $250 $25. So, it could range between $25 to up to $275 to $300 for her bond. But, she has to make sure she goes to court. If not, she's going to get a warrant and then you lose that money. Guys, do me one favor. >> I agree that they're way too lenient. I don't know if that's the reason why, but they they are way too lenient. >> Can we um tell you how this happens? >> Sure. You can just stand outside the park if it's not on. It might be hot in there. Okay. >> But um yeah, and Maddox was telling me that like she was yelling at his sister. She was yelling. >> It's an emergency. You had to go. day mom tried getting in the car to leave and people were like blocking her and telling her like no you can't leave you can't leave so he was telling me that and for a kid to be in the third grade that's took a lot to be able to memorize that >> it's a lot >> this child when he came to my house >> do you have any other questions >> he was 5 years old and told me how his dad beat his mom >> Yep it's Listen it's definitely not a perfect scenario for >> any other question I can help you with >> no I just need to know does she have her purse She has a purse. Her car is staying here. We're not >> I'm going to double check. It shouldn't be like open or anything like that, but I'm just going to make sure. But we're just going to stay here. We're not going to tell her anything like that. >> All right. Thank you. >> And probably obviously tomorrow before I can get her. >> Yep. I'll uh I'll let them know and I'll let obviously her know when she so up a little bit where her car is at. I appreciate you coming out here. I'm sorry to bother you on a Sunday. >> Please. Those are my grandkids. >> You guys are good to go though. >> All right. Thank you. I'm sorry. We're good. You have no reason to apologize. running Jupiter. You don't want to go on any calls for any Oh, bikes. What are you doing? I've never been arrested in my life. You guys are like your friends with your little >> I had two sisters. >> I know what it's like. >> Have a seat. You're going back. >> What the is wrong? You guys are so >> Can you pass me the seat belt? Yeah, I got >> unlock me. I'm not a criminal. >> No, ma'am. We can't. Can you just sit back AND FOR >> NO, I AM. I'M I'M IN PAIN. >> All right. Sobered up at all. >> Thanks, man. >> Jeez. >> All right, genius. What's going to happen? You can either be cool, we can take you inside, or you can sit out here in the car. If you're cool, we'll take you inside. >> Look, I didn't do anything. What's going to happen? All right. So, if you're cool, we'll take you inside. >> I didn't do anything for you to take me. I was sitting. My kids were playing on a playground. >> You got to be cool. bag ass decided to make up some nonsense and you believed him. >> Listen to me. Are you going to be cool? >> Why are you believing everybody? I didn't do anything wrong. >> You're out of control, ma'am. >> Come on out. Let's go. >> You guys are so >> I want my shoes. >> I'm not screaming like what? I want shoes. I want my shoes. >> I want my phone. >> Like, this is disgusting. I need to use the restroom. Like, it's the car, please. >> What am I in a car for? >> The car. >> You guys are in so much trouble. You have no idea. I'm in there for >> It's now 11:30. This started at 7:00. So, that's what 4 and 1/2 hours later. And she's still belligerent. >> No reason. I cannot breathe in here. I mean, what time is it? Can you tell me? >> It is 11:30 at night. >> 11:30 and I have kids at home. >> You're kid. >> Woodbridge. >> The worst [ __ ] >> was taken into custody and charged with the following offenses: disorderly intoxication, battery on a law enforcement officer, child. >> Okay. Well, looks like I uh I screwed up with the timing. I got to We're not quite at 4:00 yet, so I got to grab a video that I had uh for tomorrow. I thought I had it just right. I usually do a better job than that. Let me see. Uh oh, here we go. A woman nearly crashes into a deputy, then resists. Ends horribly. I forgot what this one is, but we'll see. >> 12, 2020. A deputy in Reading, California, narrowly avoided a head-on collision when an Audi SW >> This is another lady who desperately needs some help. She is wasted. And uh apparently the police know her and uh they've got some crazy stories they tell about her. >> Directly into oncoming traffic. Upon pulling over the 37year-old woman, officers smelled alcohol, but when they attempted to place her under arrest, the encounter quickly escalated. >> What's going on, ma'am? Is there anyone else in the car? >> What are you drinking your wine again or what? >> Yeah. wine again. >> How much How many bottles of wine have you had tonight? >> Don't know what happened to your horn. Just hang out. My partner will be here in a sec. >> We can clear. >> All right. Yeah, I was going to ask. >> Yeah. Light her up. Like she's slow. >> I got a members only. >> Okay. She's not. >> Oh, yeah. She's way drunk. >> Yeah. Robot juice. You weren't here at the beginning. Um, do you drive the car? >> It looks good for 37. >> You weren't driving the car. >> You just not want to talk to me or >> weekend. I'm slacking. >> I like I was walking. >> Okay. This deputy pulled you over. So, what we can go to we can go to different questions. Do you have any physical impairments? Do you want to do another test? >> No. Are you kidding me? >> Let's walk over here if you do. >> I'm going to turn that off. >> I understand you're upset, but we have to get through this. Okay. So, would you like to do another test? No. Okay. I'm going to tell you you're under arrest for DUI. Okay. Listen to what I have to say. >> I did it. I understand. Listen to what I have to say. Okay. >> Reason. >> Huh? Uhhuh. >> Okay. Listen to what I have to say real quick. You are under arrest for the DUI. You are required by the law to submit to a breath or a blood test. A breath test, you blow into a machine. You'll go to the jail. You'll blow into a machine. >> The results get printed out onto a piece of paper. I attach that paper to your report. >> Okay. >> The other option is I take you to a hospital. A nurse two vials of blood. One that can one vial can be retained at no cost for evidentiary. Like you can have it tested at a different source if you couple months ago. I turned it off. I thought you can independently have it tested. Okay. I booked those vials into evidence. Okay. Which one would you like? Okay. A breath test or a blood test. You have to choose one. >> Be a dick. But I have a job to do. Okay. You made a mistake. It's a mistake. It's not the end of the world. >> I understand you're going through some hard things. Okay. But this happened. We have to get through this. Okay. >> Well, they said at the beginning she was 37. Parson. Oh, there we go. Come on, Parson. There we go. Thank you for the five gifted memberships. So again, you want do you What's that? Would you like a breath or blood test? Seriously, >> I told you you're under arrest. Stop. >> We don't want to hurt you. Stop. >> Don't do this. >> Stop. >> Now, I don't like the way the officer grabbed her arm and pulled it back like that and then stop. >> As someone with bad shoulders, I don't like seeing that. Yeah. >> Let me know when you're ready. Go, >> Sharky. I did. Sorry to pause again. I uh I I watched about half of it. The sound I don't know if it was just on my iPad, but the sound was like painful on my ears. The microphone kept peeking. I might have to see if I can find a different version of that. Or maybe I can fix the the sound. >> Not smart. Um, yeah. This lady >> got in here. >> Do you want breath or blood? You're going to jail. I've already told you that. >> Talk to him. Don't look at me like that. I'm not here to help you. You almost about killed me on the road. So, >> what's your name? >> Would you like breath test or would you like what? >> Let me let me put this to you. Never works out. If you refuse, >> if you refuse, >> I'm going to author a search warrant. If the judge signs it, I'm going to take your blood forcefully. Okay? If that happens, uh, your license will more than likely be suspended. Okay? >> You are required by state law to submit to a chemical test, which is a breath or blood test. I've already described what the difference is, right? >> Like, let go of my arm. You guys are great. >> He can't let go of your arm. For one, you're being combative. for two years. She's wearing freaking Nikes. >> I know it's frustrating cuz if that was anybody else, it would have been different. >> So Oh, cuz what? They would have lost her [ __ ] >> What? >> Or because So it's bad. I talked to dad or not dad, the husband. >> Okay. um very bad, very much spiraling. Um he found her yesterday in uh with his truck drunk with two transients in the car drinking with her. >> So yesterday they had a run in with her. She was driving I guess her husband's truck with two transients, two drifters in the car with her. She's got a serious problem. >> Oh [ __ ] >> Yes, he's in. So, we got to get a toe. Um, he goes, "It's bad. I'm making serious changes." Like, it's really bad. >> So, she's got nothing coming. The stitches from her arm. She was so drunk >> last week. She fell and dropped the wine bottle in the kitchen. They went to the hospital. She explained the story at the hospital. >> Holy crap. >> She got stitches for it. That was actually close. She got right above. Thank god. Not my recap. Okay. Um, I have something. >> Hold on. I got to have my sister a lot less than >> I just don't think she's going to actually blow. I might have missed it. Um we >> Yeah, she needs jail and then treatment >> next line for our black obviously six. >> Okay. So I I'm hearing what you're saying. You want to do you want to do that? >> I mean she said she said breath. >> Yeah. >> Um the question thing is you can do it and then you're if you're going to do it and it goes bad and she refuses.
