Heat. Heat. [music] [music] Heat. Heat. >> [music] [music] [music] [music] >> Hey Everybody, happy Friday. We made it to the end of the week. Yay. All right, you guys are already talking about food. Funny thing, I actually have two airport PF Chang videos today. Uh, but then I have kind of a disgusting video where a lady uh hides a key fob where it's not supposed to go. Uh, but we'll get to all that in a little bit. Uh, let's see. What else do I have? I got the PF Chens. I got uh the lady with the key fob. Uh the lady on the thumbnail decided to drive through an active crash scene and she's drunk. So that was fun. Uh then I got a lady who won't out of the car who is told not to get out of the car. They're two separate videos. So one won't get out and the other one won't stay in. So I've got sort of a theme going tonight. Uh let's see what else can I ramble about. Um, I I'm going to do a little schedule change for the weekend. Um, I'll probably wait. Well, I'll I'll announce it now. I'm not going to do a regular stream tomorrow. I'll do the members only at 4:00 instead of 4:30. And that'll be the only stream for tomorrow. And I'll announce it later on when more people show up. And uh then Sunday, I'll do the regular 1:00 Eastern stream. Uh, let's see. I'll go ahead and get started with the lady who won't get out of the car. See how that turns out for her. >> 9th, 2026. [music] Officers responded to a call of a domestic battery. >> Hey, turn the car off for me. Okay. >> I don't have a car on. He got the car. >> Okay. Can It looks like it's on to me. Stop talking to me. >> I need you to step out of the car. >> I don't do what y'all going to do. Do what y'all going to do. >> You can either step out of the car or I can pull you out of the car. >> Don't do what y'all going to do. Don't do what y'all do. >> Listen, all we have to do is talk to you. That's >> I don't care. Don't talk to me. >> I do care. I have to be here cuz I already talked to somebody else and they ass wasn't cooperating. Okay. >> Don't do what y'all going to do. >> At this point, you need to get out of the car. I'm going to pull you out of the car. >> You understand? >> That's fine. That's fine. Do what y'all going to do. >> Step out of the vehicle for me. >> I'm always the victim. >> Step out of the car. Y'all not just trying to talk me out of the vehicle. Don't touch me. Now it's arresting your hands on me. It's not >> is anything to be defiant. And this lady I I don't know. I I I really don't understand how she thinks this is going to go. >> I just have to >> That's NOT HIS CAR. THIS NOT HIS CAR. So matter if he could get his [ __ ] and he don't got to say [ __ ] to me. I was sorry to pause for this, but uh I noticed that Katie Zed uh apparently didn't add her uh channel to booze and body cam. I was going to set up the raid to raid her. It's not showing up. Is she not on tonight? Are you Is it just you flying solo? >> I'm not doing [ __ ] I'm not doing [ __ ] It's not his car. I'm not doing [ __ ] HE'S IN SOMEBODY ELSE CAR. Please. >> Nobody has the keys. He got the keys. He shouldn't even have the keys cuz the my best friend didn't give him the car. My best friend didn't give him the car. So, he shouldn't have the keys. >> I don't give a [ __ ] bro. >> Listen, if that's the case, then we have I have to talk to you so we can get to that point. >> There's not nothing to talk about because someone called y'all. He called y'all when I'm the one looking crazy. But when he's the one putting his hands on me, I didn't call him. I didn't call y'all because I'm not trying to make him look crazy. >> Hey Ann, how you doing? >> I don't care. I don't care. So whatever y'all next up, y'all want to arrest me, y'all want to do whatever the do that do that cuz I don't have [ __ ] to say. I'm not in a wrong about [ __ ] >> I NEVER ABOUT [ __ ] I Ubered here. How the coming to me? I Ubered here. How are y'all coming to me, bro? >> At the beginning, they said this was a DV call. What? What the hell is an Uber? Okay, big deal. You took an Uber here. [ __ ] cares. >> Do what the do. It's not [ __ ] to talk about. I'm telling you, I'm I'm resisting. I'm not saying [ __ ] I see you. So, whatever the next step is that you have to do, do that. >> How about this? Can Can I start with this? Do you have a driver's license? >> Yes, I do. What if I do? Yes, I >> Well, we'll take it in baby steps and we're going to try to figure out what's going on. >> You have to fake cool with me, bro. You don't have to fake cool with I'm not trying to fake cool with you. >> You is. >> I don't want to take anybody to jail. >> Yes, you do. That's all. >> You did you say you know your driver's license? >> I know my driver's license by heart, bro. >> By heart. >> Yes. Just like I know my social. >> You're good. >> Can I get my phone or y'all going to like do some extra [ __ ] if I try? >> Listen, we're not trying to do extra for right now. >> Cuz I'm black. So, I'm just saying like [laughter] my phone. This has nothing to do with >> auntie cuz this [ __ ] is weird. Like he calling my auntie. This [ __ ] is weird. This This car is not in his >> It's the best way to get what you want. Just argue and complain. And eventually they just give up and they go, "You know what? Just whatever you want." >> He paid this car no twice. He paid this car no twice. It's in my This is my best friend name. >> Like y'all acting like >> No, no, no. Can I explain why we're here? Can I explain why we're here? Can you just help me speak for a second? >> Whether you guys I don't know if there was some sort of argument or something, but somebody >> argument. I didn't put my hands on him. >> Okay. Well, listen. Somebody called and said that there was an argument and that they it appeared like there was some sort of fighting. That's why we're here with a grown ass man. I'm 5'5 and he's 64. >> Listen, I'm just telling you why we're here. Okay. And because of that, we have to try to investigate here. >> Can I get my phone on the floor? I get my phone. >> Can you please get my phone, bro? I just want to call my auntie. My auntie My auntie is the third lieutenant in the in the um >> the lieutenant >> in the lieutenant thing. >> I just in the lieutenant thing to talk to him. He called y'all. He can say whatever you want to say. He's weird, bro. You because I love you. I gave you all of me. You weird. I hope you cuz you're making me look crazy. You making me look crazy. All the [ __ ] you did. Yeah, he's making her look crazy. She's acting totally normal, but he's just I don't know what he's doing, but he's making her look crazy. That nose ring and everything. Hey, look at me. Don't touch me. Don't touch me. I'm not doing [ __ ] to you. >> I don't know. Who knows? She's not on that goofy time. That's not his car. It's weird. you, bro. He's recording so you can post on his content. You're recording so you can post on your content. You weird. >> No, it's for my content. >> I hate you. Why would you? >> I'm not being honest. Why are y'all detaining me if I did NOTHING WRONG? >> WHY Y'ALL DETAINING ME IF I DID NOTHING WRONG? THE GAME. >> WHY ARE Y'ALL detained on the road? >> Two days ago, I paid um >> Hey, Bill. How you doing? >> $300 to the car now. >> It's 7:07. I paid $300. >> So, you got here. You got in the back of the car. You >> And he's the one got the doing all the extra. I'm like, "That's not your car. It's my best friend's car." >> Get out the car. He said, >> "Not all of them." Cuz I got about 30 subs yesterday. Those videos are working. >> Out the car. I paid the car note as well. What happened after that? >> He told me that I had to put him out the car. I threw his [ __ ] out. I'm a woman. I'm 5'5. I'm 171. I cannot physically remove him out the car. So, I put his [ __ ] out the car because I knew that throwing his [ __ ] out, he don't like his [ __ ] on the ground. >> She was asked to get out of the car. They were here for a DV investigation and she just decided to be defiant the entire time and scream and yell. >> Been with him for 10 years. >> So, you did you throw this stuff out hoping that that would get him to get out of the car? >> Yes. I'm not going to lie. I throw [ __ ] Hey, >> I'm going to call the police. >> And I'm just like, this is my best friend. This not your family. This not your best friend. >> Not true. >> She can't afford her car. I'm paying on the car. You're paying on the car note. Her past due payments. That's $12,500. I'm a paying on that. If they look at the receipts, they're going to see that I'm paying it. Just cuz you're paying a monthly payment on the 26 unpaid. >> Who is she talking to? Is she telling the the officer that he's responsible for paying off her car? that already. Like what the >> that you are not paying on the car. I'm not even concerned with the car right now. Okay, >> then why did y'all put me out the car if I didn't threaten nobody life with a >> I know that. Let me let me explain it to you again. Okay, somebody called because you guys got in an argument. They do it. They all do it all the time. No, somebody else called. Okay, regardless, because of that, we had to come here and and make sure that everybody's okay. That's why we're here. Okay. I'm not here because of who has rights to the vehicle or not, who's paying the car note, whatever. That's kind of besides the fact at this point. I need to make sure that you're not injured, that he is not injured, and that now that I verified that neither of you need to go to the hospital, I have to figure out why we were called here. Okay? I understand that you're frustrated. >> I know why you was called. >> Okay. But I need to hear it from you guys cuz I have to, you know, if if if you guys were physically fighting, then we have to address that. wasn't physically fighting. I pulled up because my best friend contracted the car. She can't afford to pay the car. I can't because of my job. >> So, I paid the car notes. >> She told me the address in the car notes. I don't even know if he was here or not. >> My baby don't even have formula. We have a newborn. >> She's 7 months. You have been paying on her formula, but you paying on a car. My best friend >> baby hasn't eaten. >> The car is at this location. I'm like, "How is she paying on this car?" But he don't even pay for a formula. >> Okay. >> She like, "The car is at >> I I'm listening to what she's saying, but I have no idea." Does any can anyone follow this >> this location? Best go get the car. I already told Miss Walker. She's in Indiana. Like I said, she can't pay. She can't afford to buy a car cuz she lost her job. So, I'm paying on the car. >> I know that you're paying on the car note. You express that to me. Uh what's your friend's name? That >> you run the plane? Do you want to see? >> Yeah, that that's why I want to make sure that it that it goes back there. I think it does. Um, >> so so you got here in an Uber, correct? >> Yes. >> You did not drive here. >> No. >> Uh, after you got out of the Uber and you got into the car, you guys just kind of had an argument. >> No, I got in the car. He carries our car back. I said it's best car. You can't dictate where the going. >> Brand new baby. A whole baby. >> When I was in the house, we already had a prior disagreement. We had a prior disagreement on the way. I mean, regardless, I mean, if you want, but that's kind of the size of >> Where's Barbara Billings when you need her? >> Okay. When you guys were in the car and you were arguing, did >> Yeah. Uh, did you just spit in the car? >> No. I got a lot of hair in my mouth and I'm >> Nobody's paying for anything. >> There's hair in my mouth. I'm not about to say >> I do sometimes in my mouth like I'm not about to do that. child that said they were home alone and locked down the house. They'll be in the leasing office. >> 104. We'll try to see if we can get somebody through here in a second. >> Um >> I hope not. >> Okay. So, you guys are arguing >> for him at any point? >> No, we never hit each other. >> Okay. See, that's that's what I was trying to get out. >> When he got out the car, he called police once he got out the car. I threw his [ __ ] out the car. I was going to leave before y'all even got here because why was y'all pulling me over? I just left before he was got out the car. I was out the car. Hey. Yeah, she's doing it. She's doing this. She doing this. I'm just like, >> do you get why? Like if somebody was standing by and they heard people yelling and then all of a sudden they saw a bunch of stuff flying out of the car. They might call 911. Like like do you understand why somebody might call? >> No. Okay, I understand. >> You know what I'm saying? That's that's it. That's it. >> But I'm just saying that this isn't her card. This isn't his card. was in the house. I'm not going to lie. I was in his face. >> Okay. >> I wasn't in his face. He called the police in the house. >> We got a great bunch of people here. He threw a liquid at him. Thank you guys. >> And I threw it like I would hit him, but I really did throw it. >> You threw the liquid at him? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> What? >> All right. >> Threw a liquid. >> Here's the deal. All right. >> What kind of liquid? >> Um, >> so you're telling me that you threw the coffee on him? He's stating that he threw the coffee. >> Coffee. Okay. >> Coffee. that qualifies as a domestic battery and I have to place you under arrest for domestic battery. >> Okay. >> So, at this point, you are under arrest. >> Yeah. Small victory. >> Um, >> I'm going to contact your friend, see what we want to do with her car. She wants to leave it here. We'll park it. She can come get it. If she's okay with him taking it, >> that's what we'll do. But as of right now, that's where we're at. Okay. >> But the baby, >> the woman was charged [music] with domestic battery and resisting arrest. Thanks for watching today's video. If you're new to the channel, be sure to like >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I started uh if any of you haven't seen, a lot of you have watched the videos that I've been doing this week. Been trying to trying something new, branching out a little bit. I'll probably cut back a little bit on the streaming, but I like streaming. It's fun to hang out with you guys. All right. Uh so, if you haven't seen the videos, go check them out after the stream is over, of course. Uh next, we got a guy who was told to stay in the car and he didn't want to stay in the car. So, the opposite of this lady, >> September 2024, officers conducted a traffic stop on a van for a turn signal by >> part of waking up. >> At the outset of the stop, the driver exited the vehicle and began walking away, ignoring officers repeated commands to stop. >> Hey, where you going? >> I'm out of here. I'm done. Hey, stop. >> No, I'm not. >> Police, you need to stop. Are you going to be arrested for obstructing? >> Oh, no. I have nothing to do with this. Stop officer. Your your beef is with the car. Deal with the car. >> My driver's off. >> He's going to come back to his car. >> No, no, no, no, no. I know when to drive. >> Hey, stop. We're driving. >> No, he wasn't driving. >> Stay fine. >> I know when behind your back arrest. >> No, no, no. Under arrest. >> Nobody. >> See, see. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> No. >> Put your hands behind your back. Eventually, they go away. >> Put your hands behind your back. You're under arrest. >> Hey, you're going to take my keys. You're going to take my wallet. >> No. No. >> I don't know nothing. >> Well, Trish, you must not have been here yesterday. I showed that video and I'm actually thinking about doing that video uh for just a standalone video. I'll probably do it sometime next week. >> Put your hands behind your back. You're under >> back. You're under arrest. >> PUT YOUR HANDS BACK UNDER. >> HEY, YOU COME IN the >> Take it. >> Put your hands behind your back. YOU'RE UNDER ARREST. HEY, >> put your hands behind your BACK. YOU'RE UNDER ARREST. Hey Mikector 135 no >> caron no too many. >> Yep. We just did >> his mouth like >> Oh, I remember that. >> And you had to use a can opener to open it. I REMEMBER THOSE. >> MY EYES WENT AWAY. [screaming] >> How's it going, Ace? >> Oh, no. No, no, no, no, no. >> Did you shut up? No. I can't. Why? All right, >> I'll check it out in a second. >> I wish I had one. Nothing. No. No. No. No. Calm down. Every set. No, it's >> I've never put my keys in my mouth. That's >> you. No. No. >> You put out no reason. >> Split those out. >> No. What? >> No. No. I put nothing. I You just here and the and the and the judge and you're going to prove it. >> No. Split the keys out. >> No. You're going to take my car my car. >> All right. Now, they haven't said yet, but I'm going to guess 7:30. Yeah, he's probably drunk. >> Put the keys down. >> He's just saying no. Nobody sit down. >> No. Wife. No. No problem. >> Split the keys out. >> Split the keys out. >> Nobody. You hurt me very much. My my hand is hurt. >> Spit the keys out. >> Please out. >> Spit the keys out. >> Spit the keys out. >> Take my truck. >> Is he Houdini? >> No. No. You're going to fall. You want to? NO. YOU'RE GOING TO GET >> a handcuff key. Swallow. >> I want one. >> Uh, I forgot about this one. Get the keys off. >> The The second one is really kind of It's kind of gross. >> Where do you keep your teeth? >> Start moving. >> Hey, not taking me. >> Calm down. >> Give me my head. Put my head in. >> No. My wife. You want to start my >> I just saw him choke on it. Spanish and English. >> She's that type of guy. >> No, no, not today. Nobody. No. No. No. No. I know. No. No. Why? Nobody. No. No. Hey. [laughter] >> He's acting like they're dragging him to a prison camp or something. Dude, it's jail. You'll be out in a few hours. Calm down. >> No. >> I know. when I got hit my shoulder. >> No, I told you. >> Come on. >> Now, get in the car. >> Yeah, even my own keys. I'm not putting them in my mouth and I know where they've been. >> Yeah. Well, thanks. >> I did that with my cell phone once. I was looking for my cell phone one time using the flashlight on my cell phone. I had been drinking. So >> you come look at heaven. >> Chap. >> Shut up. We're not talking to you. >> He talked to you. He talked to Lou. You break my heart. >> He's proud of it. He's happy. He's excited. >> No. You made me so tired. What do you think? Someone is going to feel this much. Why you send me too much strong stuff? >> What? >> You have to hide it some. No. No, no, no, no. >> Get in the car. >> No, no. He knows words. THERE YOU GO. NO, NO, NO. I KNOW. >> I figured I wasn't alone. [laughter] >> No, no. You put me to [screaming] No. >> No. No. No. Take anything off. >> He's got no. >> No. No. No batteries. >> Anyone coming? >> No. Not today. No batteries COMING TODAY. HE FORCED ME TO DO THAT. AND SPANISH GLASS IN GLASS. SPANISH. CHINESE. WHY? Why you talking to >> Chinese? >> Come on, buddy. No, no, no. Not drugs today. I I SWEAR HE PUSH ME. Come on, guy. No, he want to kill me. >> Oh my god. No. No. I not kicking you. No. I like you. I know. You for me to do that. I GOT THE PAPERWORK. Come on. >> Hey, I got you, too. I got Christmas. family. >> Christmas, brother. It's freaking September. What are you talking about Christmas for? >> Over. >> STOP KICKING [screaming] OUT. >> STOP KICKING. >> HEY, DAD. >> OH, YEAH. >> DAD, >> it's on already. >> No, it's not. >> No, he's not here. >> No, he's not here. No. No. You know my friend. >> Hey, shut up. We're not talking to you. CALL the Spanish people. >> I am too. >> You got my keys, right? number. >> All right, Buck Wild. >> Be safe cooking. >> Subsequent search of the van resulted in the recovery of a pipe. >> What do we got? >> Commonly used to smoke narcotics. The driver was cited for failure to signal narcotics, >> driving without a valid driver's license, and operating an uninsured vehicle. The suspect was charged with driving under the influence of drugs, DUI, aggravated resisting a peace officer, three counts of obstructing a peace officer, and three additional counts of resisting a peace officer. >> That sounds like a scam. That sounds like an Avon scam. It's like that's worse than Amway. Seriously, I'm not paying that. They can take me to court. Then I can end up on Colin's channel. All right. Next, we got a uh it starts off with a 911 call. It's all blurred, but you can hear everything perfectly clear. A lady's calling to report her Rolls-Royce. It's stolen. They eventually find the uh the car and the uh and the suspect. >> March 28th, 2026. A $600,000 Rolls-Royce Phantom was stolen from a woman's driveway. >> This is a witness confession statement reference to an autotheft. >> So, go ahead with the story. And I was invited to a big party at the flowers res and I was wearing very high high heels that night. So I asked one of the ladies to drive me over there because I don't want to walk. And when she got there in my beautiful >> very [laughter] special one of a kind Phantom [clears throat] >> which was a show car and it had never there's only that was that was it. I mean, that car was one of a kind. It was made by Rolls-Royce to be a show car. >> It was really a a masterpiece. And besides, I loved it. It was like my child. Anyway, we got there and there were like 30 uh different valet parkers all in red jackets. And I thought, gee, that look they all look like, you know, penguins or something. So they got a good look of everybody got a good look at my car and they got a good look at me. So I kind of was a little suspicious. You know >> the valet >> somebody there might have tipped off somebody. I mean that's ridiculous. I know but I've lived in that house 14 years officer and I've never had even a newspaper stolen. >> Was the car was the car park? It was on the parking lot but not in the garage. >> Okay. And 90% of the time we put it in the garage. Nelly, it was late. [laughter] >> The valet they were like penguins. >> Was tired and went to bed, fell asleep, whatever. >> At night, that Saturday night was the last time you saw the car, right? >> March 9th when I left. >> Did you realize that the car was gone? Well, at about 8 a.m. yet uh Sunday morning, Nelly >> got a Lexus made by Toyota >> came up in a panic and woke me up in the bedroom or I was just getting up and she said, >> "The car is gone." And I said, "What are you talking about?" >> SHE SAID, "THE ROLLS IS GONE." I said, "It can't be gone. It can't what do you mean?" And what did she say? >> It's gone. And the gate is broken flying on the floor >> halfway in the street, which amazed me that none of the police had seen it lying there since they're supposed to be patrolling. I don't know. Immediately called the Palm Beach police that were there in about 2 minutes or less. But he said, "Do you have cameras?" I said, "Yes, I do." My cameras were not that great. They're really good now, though. He looked at it and he said one young man, he said it was a younish guy, climbed over the gate and the other guy who was working with him came in over the garbage gate which is no big deal. I mean, you know, a poodle could get over the garbage. >> Yeah, she I think she just talks like this all the time. She just sounds drunk kind of, but she's actually the victim. So, she just she talks about poodles and penguins. And >> now, let me ask you a question. Anybody have permission to take your car? >> Of course not. No. Are you kidding? No. >> What's What's the value of of the car? >> What was what? >> How much the car cost you when you purchase it? >> I don't know exactly over I would about $600,000. I am not spending 600. Even if I won the lottery and won like $100 million, I'm not spending $600,000 on a car that as soon as you drive it off the lot, it loses half its value. What a waste of money. >> $600,000. Okay. >> It's worth that right now. So, you know, it could have been a trade and anybody who took that car is a damn thief and should be locked up and put away forever. >> Now, should do you want to press charges against that stole your car? I sure do. What's the maximum I could press? >> Well, that's up to the state attorney. >> I don't have a garbage can. >> The most I can press I want to press >> because I won't have that car for probably five or six months of your property. >> They they not only stole it, they freaking it to where we can't they have to they don't even have the parts in London the car. They have to make them. >> Okay. And that's going to be 2 to 3 months before they can do that. >> Have nothing else regarding this. >> They have to make the parts. >> Officers located the Rolls-Royce Phantom and noticed a vehicle circling around the area with a woman in the back seat who matched the description. >> Officers then initiated a traffic stop on the suspected vehicle who came to retrieve the Rolls-Royce. >> Now, this lady they saw walking away from the Rolls-Royce and she's in an Uber now. So, we got another Uber driver. >> How you doing, sir? Are you an Uber? All right. Are you dropping her off somewhere? >> Z five. I'm with him. He speaks no English. So, >> it's all at the same location, correct? >> Do you know where you were supposed to drop her off at? >> Just come over here. >> I have Espanol's officer coming. He's tell He just told me they've been going around in circles. >> Yeah. >> If it was my car, I'd say go for it. >> Probably trying to find the car right now. >> Yeah. >> Speak to him. Find out. >> She wouldn't be calling otherwise. >> 27. >> I'm asking if you do. It's a question. Mine's a 2002. I ask you that question. >> All right. The reason why we're asking you this question is because um this reader >> whatever. >> All right. >> What were you where are you trying to get to right now? >> I'm going home. >> Where's your home at? >> My home is 4680 Southwest 29. That's what I have on his GPS. >> Oh, well at least she was dressed kind of incognito with the the bright blonde wig and the little bow in her hair, you know, so nobody's going to really notice. >> He says you've been driving around in circles. >> In circles? >> Yeah. Does he mean the circles in Water Hill? >> No, he's he's saying that you have her going around in like different places like >> her. I'm just going to We were back there in the corner >> cuz he was going in the opposite direction. I was trying to guide him. That's all I saying. Like I was trying to guide him. go to the right direction. >> Okay. >> Back there where you saw us in the corner over there. I'm sure you saw us all back there in the corner with with a tow truck. >> Yeah, that's what I was saying. Like I was asking him why were he going this way? >> Okay. Well, we were loading a car back there in the corner that was reported stolen out of Palm Beach. >> All right. And we have video surveillance of someone getting out of the car of the stolen vehicle that matches your description. >> Is there any reason why your description you be getting out of a stolen vehicle right now? I mean, why would I be getting out of a stolen description? >> Well, we have we we have video of someone with your blonde hair and your stature and size and everything of getting out of a stolen vehicle. >> Is this a stereotype? >> No, it's not a stereotype. We have We have video. We have video. >> I mean, but at the end, >> what stere I don't understand what the stereotype is. People in blonde wigs steal Rolls-Royces all the time. >> The day I'm getting in the car, I'm going home. >> That's true. >> Nowhere near here. >> He's nowhere near here. And he's he has nowhere near circles. >> Circles? I never have him go in circles. I told him that he was going in the direction that we're supposed to go. >> That's what I'm saying. >> I'm asking you. >> Do you have ID? >> ID where you're supposed to be going. >> We have video of you getting out of that car. Don't >> I mean, but at the end of the day, I know this. This is what I'm saying. I have my name and I have everything. That's what I'm saying. >> Okay. Well, how about you tell us what your name is then? >> You have a notepad? >> What? >> You have a notepad? So, if you give me a fake >> I'm not trying to I'm not trying to give you no no fake and no >> because right now this right now this is a stolen vehicle investigation. All right. You have the right to remain silent. >> If you answer any question about attorney present you understand your rights but do I need to read your >> Okay. That's why we're This is why I'm talking to you. >> I'm saying like it's like you're being like you're yelling. So I'm just like I don't I'm I'm not understanding like >> let's take a step back then. I'm sorry if I'm yelling to you. The reason why we're talking to you right now is because you match the description of a female that got out of a stolen vehicle like 6 hours ago in that complex. You just so happen to come by the same area to where it was and you're matching the description of the same subject that got out of the stolen vehicle. >> They're either cat ears or it's a bow. >> Yes. That's why we're talking to you right now. >> I don't know. Could be both. >> That doesn't even make no sense. That's what I'm saying. Because I don't even stay around here. I'm not even in there. >> That's what I'm saying. I gave this man directions >> and he's an Uber driver. >> I gave this man directions to my house. >> He was driving this way and I was trying to tell him because he don't speak English. >> What city do you live in? >> I sit I stay by the Hard Rock. Please don't be a fictitious. >> What's What's he saying? >> So, he's an Uber driver. He picked her up somewhere. He said that she was she first had him going somewhere and then had him change directions to here. As soon as they turned into the apartment, she was like, "Hey, left, right, left, right." I got him. >> Yeah. I forgot. The first time I watched this, Ann Anderson, that was the best you could come up with. Steve Stevenson is your friend, too. >> And then as soon as she saw the cop, she's like, "Keep going. Keep going." >> Stop right here. >> So when he got here, he was telling me, "Keep going. Keep going. between. Okay. She was telling to keep going. Even we were right here. >> I'm not stealing those. >> Jim Json. >> Yeah. Yeah. So, as soon as she saw the the car, she told him, "Go straight. Go straight." >> Leave. >> Okay. So, he was telling telling her to pretty much flee, right? >> There you go. Tom Thompson. >> Okay. Just make sure you get ID on him. >> Yeah. Yeah. I got it. >> Just be truthful. >> I'm not saying the gig is not up, but at the end of the day, >> keeper, I got to get a picture. >> Is that Is that the reason why we're being pulled over? >> Yes. >> Listen, you're you're going to take the phone for whoever. >> But that doesn't even But that don't even look like me. It is you. Don't look. >> Why the do you think we stopped you for? >> I'm not yelling at you. I promise you I'm not yelling at you. >> Stop thinking I'm stupid out here. >> How do I think I'm >> How do I think I'm stupid? >> All right. All right. Let's be honest. You're not the one driving the vehicle. You understand? >> I understand that. That's what I'm saying. >> I want to know who's driving the vehicle. Would you be able to help me out who's driving the vehicle? >> Okay. So, earlier my boyfriend pulled me up and that's what I'm saying. Earlier, my boyfriend pulled me up in a car that would >> What? What does that mean? My boyfriend pulled me up. It >> was way foreign than I'm used to. >> When do you look that car? >> It was It was like a like a car. Got a bird on the front on the front of it and all that type of [ __ ] It was gray bird. >> Like a little bird >> like a little one in front of the hood. >> Like a little [ __ ] like that. >> Okay. >> Like right there. Right. So, >> what color was the car? >> Huh? >> What color was the car? >> What color? >> It was like a little gray or some [ __ ] like that. like a dark gray. So, I don't know. But I just know that he pulled up on me in front of the car with the gray bird. He said that I told him I'll be like, "Listen, I'm going to be home." But I don't I don't be on that stuff like that. He just pulled it up on me. He wanted to take me out on a date, take me out to dinner. He said it was going to be a early birthday surprise cuz my birthday is in a couple months. So, well, >> in a couple of months. An early birthday surprise. Nobody took me out for my birthday last month. not much, but he wanted to do something special for me. So, I'm like, "Okay, well, what are you going to do in two months?" >> He was just like, "Oh, yeah. I'm going to take you out and we're going to go down and we're going to just hang out." You feel me? I was just like, >> "All right, that's cool." You know what I'm saying? He knows I'm not a tough girl. I'm a good girl and all that. So, >> the bird the car had a bird in front of the [ __ ] When he started the car, it came out and [ __ ] like that. >> So, that was that. And then he picked you up and then we got >> That's not the only surprise. >> We just went around Sunrise. I don't I don't know Sunrise Plantation. I don't know. >> Notice how she she said they were going out to dinner. She's She hasn't mentioned a restaurant name or what she had to eat or anything about the the actual dinner. >> That's what I'm saying. I don't know. Like he put me up some dropped me off. >> So your birthday gift was just to go on a ride. >> He didn't take you to dinner or anything, >> huh? He did. >> Where'd he go? We went down to >> Happy early birthday. >> Surprise. >> What's your boyfriend's name? >> Joshua. >> Joshua what? >> Joshua Reed. >> Joshua Reed. >> Joshua. >> It's like R E D. >> R E Ed E D. Where does he stay at? >> He just recently I know that he recently got out. That's the only thing I know. So I'm not sure if he's still stay in the same place on Oakland. Um, >> I know that his name is Joshua Ree, but I know that something about him out. I'm not sure if that's still the same. >> I'm really not trying to be like funny with you guys. I'm really trying to remember, but I know that he told me two dates. I'm not sure if it's actual, but I know that's his real name because when I seen him before, when I searched him up cuz I was doing our little the little behind the wall thing like, you know what I'm saying? You be down for your man, [ __ ] like that. So I know his name was Sasha Reed. So I believe it was like September. >> September maybe November. September. November >> somewhere around there. >> Yeah. You have a pen. But I'll say >> I don't know. >> Bruce take the car. >> What? >> Plans for me to take what car? Why would I have to take a car? No reason for you to be here when you live nowhere around here. And there happens to be a stolen Rolls-Royce over there. >> So why would I have to sit there and be >> and you already told us you were in the car at some point today? >> You said you showed me that the car around stolen >> and you told us you showed me a video. I never said I aditted chicken from picked up because my boyfriend wanted to show me a beautiful time. That's all I said. >> Listen, everything was recorded. >> Exactly. So you can replay that back. So, why would I have to sit there? >> And you knew that it was stolen. >> How did I No, I didn't. >> You said that? >> I don't No, I didn't know it was stolen. I never said that. >> What is your boyfriend do for a living? That he can afford a $600,000 car? Come on, give me a break. I didn't know it was stolen. >> Why did you come here? >> I said that I did not have my ride in. I had my ride Uber for me and I had my address in. >> That was never something. >> Make sure we pat her down real good. >> Weapons on you, right? Oh god. >> Listen, I just got out here so I don't >> mean y'all don't have to, man. >> I don't have to. Y'all said that I got a key. What do you have? >> Oh, she has the key. They find it at the jail. She has the key. >> Y'all just did. >> You said it was somebody key. I don't give a about no car. I never wanted to be in no what the I wanted to go home. >> We asked you if you had a key. Like what the >> You thought your boyfriend that just got out of jail was affording a half a million dollar Rolls-Royce. See, I haven't seen anything from Pittsburgh. >> You got to understand that people out here nowadays they be doing they got their own businesses. They sell perfumes that can resell. I don't know what the >> I probably don't belong in that neighborhood. >> So you you expecting you're stereotyping now. >> Like >> that's what you're doing. You're stereotyping. That's what >> you're stereotyping though. >> I'm really not. >> That's what I'm saying. You're stereotyping. super cool with you trying to get you to just be honest with you. Camera on video. >> I did this off this. >> Wait a minute. >> Her name's not Ann Anderson. >> Hold on. >> I'm saying y'all stereotype. >> You don't have a warrant. You're probation. >> I never said that. I wasn't not on nothing. >> I said that something. >> Oh god. truthful about everything I said was truthful. >> Same for Atlanta. >> We didn't cut him loose. Now, >> as long as we we we definitely took that back seat good, right? Let me ask him one more question. >> I thought she said Catherine was her middle name and Katherine Anderson. >> I just wanted to make sure like he she didn't give him. >> Hey, Sanchez, can you ask him before we stopped? Did he like did she pass him anything like a key? She rolled the window down. She started getting phone calls and then she started directing it like left right like you know giving the right through the complex. >> Um >> okay. So >> but she didn't like pass the key to her before she didn't stop like to get rid of it or something like >> Okay. After heading to the jail, officers x-rayed the suspect and noticed a foreign object matching that of a key fob to a Rolls-Royce inside of her. >> Boom. And there it is. They saw the key fob inside of her. I wonder where inside of her. Hold me. So, >> we're in the middle of the [ __ ] here, right? >> You don't want to be here any longer than than you want to be. >> And I get off at Check that out. That's what I'm saying. What time is it? >> It's 3:53 and you've been up since I god knows what time. >> I've seen a handful. >> Listen, let me very few though. >> It's easier if you when we get to the hospital. >> Oh, yes. >> You get it out and we just hand that key to PBSO and they do what they do, >> right? Just to streamline this process and >> and imagine the poor lady whose car it is. They have the the key fob in an evidence bag and they go, "Here's here's your key back, ma'am. Have fun." That way, like you said, you have 2 millimeters. You'll be that [ __ ] in like a week. >> They they ain't pursuing that. >> So, if you can just get that key whichever way you got it in, >> just get it on your own >> instead of us having to go through the whole process of getting it out of >> They still said that regardless of it cuz I know at the end of the day >> that's not even that's that might not even be the case. But say that was the case and that was that is they're still gonna have to tell me I had to go to the hospital and do all of this, do all of that. They not even trying to sit there and talk about nothing. That's aggravated, bro. >> What's What are they hiding? >> So like they that they won't tell you what it is, what it looks like. >> No, they won't tell you. They just >> remember what we told Remember we told you already? You're in you're being you were being you were a few hours ago when we when we first met you >> investigated for a stolen car. >> Yeah. Remember the the Rollsroyce with a little birdie thing up top that you >> I don't care >> for that one. We found it, right? >> No. >> And we were just going to recover. But then we got the incinerator >> that looks show someone that looks like you. >> So we found you in the area. You look like someone. You know what I'm saying? You're being investigated. >> Then when we ask you for your name, you give us a [ __ ] name, right? >> So that's a charge, right? >> Wait, that was a [ __ ] name. >> You're being inside that car. That's another charge. Simple as [ __ ] right? And now >> when they scan you before getting being processed, right, before being fully booked in, >> being done with it, >> they see what inside of you, what looks to be a key. >> You're an engine. You know what I'm saying? >> So now 1 plus 1 plus 1 plus one. It all starts adding up, right? >> What does that tell you, officer? >> And I'm giving you the clear options, and those options are still open to you. >> Get it out. I don't care how you got it. >> That would be totally worth it. that I would pay it in a heartbeat. If my alternative was to get a nasty key that came out of the inside of somebody. Yeah, I I'll take it. Mayor, while I'm paused, thank you very much. Five gifted memberships. Tomorrow, I'll be doing the members only at 4:00. So, a half hour earlier than I normally do. There's no regular stream. I mentioned that at the beginning, but now that we got more people here, I'm not doing a regular stream tomorrow. I'm just going to do the members only. But if you're not a member, Sunday at 1:00 Eastern, that'll be the regular stream for the weekend. Right? I don't care what you got it in for. That's Palm Beach's problem if they want to deal with that. Right. Get it out. Hand it to us. We'll give it to them. They do what they do with it. All right. >> So, where was the key? I need >> there and we'll go through the warrant. We'll go through a whole lot of pain in the ass. It's up to you. It really is up to you. >> Oh, I don't know. >> Like, we still got to go, right? So, we can either spend seven more hours in the hospital or we can spend 45 minutes getting you clear and and getting you back in here. >> But they they said I still will have to go. You heard what the nurse said. Even whatever regardless of it, I still have to be finished just in time to hospital. Now, one way you get it out, that's like what a like maybe an hour at most getting you clear, right? getting it out of you, getting you treated, getting getting you, you know, or you don't want to get it out. And now we go through the whole process of getting warrants and talking to judges and now your case just gets worse and worse. >> Like right now, you're the owner of your destiny. >> Yeah. >> So, I'll give you the ride in the car, right, while we while we get to where we're going to the hospital to think about it. >> You ain't got to answer to me right now. I'll let you think about it. Is that fair? I don't know what her hesitation is. They're going to get I mean, the key is going to come out one way or the other. I wouldn't you want to get it out yourself? I I I don't have those parts down there, but I I wouldn't want somebody else digging around for a key inside of me. >> All right. >> Yeah. And her contemplating like >> you good now? >> Yeah. >> All right. >> A hospital extraction or I just get it out myself. >> Think about it. When we go to the hospital, just think about it. All right. All right. Have you thought about what we talked about? [ __ ] A pain in the ass. >> I don't know what they think is the key inside. That's the thing. >> Oh my god. Are you kidding me? Earlier they said we have you on video getting out of the car. Oh, I don't know what you're talking about with the car. I don't I don't know anything. Now they have an X-ray where they can see the key fob clearly inside of her. I I don't know why you guys think I have a key inside of me. This is just crazy. >> Said it looked like it looked like something else. >> I don't know why I think it's a key. I mean, I already I already told you, right? >> Yeah, you told me. But the man said it didn't look like that, though. So, I don't know what you're talking about. >> That's not what you talking about. I don't know what that is. >> Talking about what happened before. >> Yeah. >> We got to tell you what I think happened. >> Wait, I know you're already going to tell me it's [ __ ] right? >> Doctors were able to retrieve the Rolls-Royce key from inside of the suspect at the hospital. Sandrina was hit with a total of six charges, including felony grand theft and tampering with evidence. The case is still pending. There a whole bunch of Chinese restaurants around Atlanta and they're all named Lucky Key and they they always have some other like a a habachi place connected to them. So they have some other name that's supposed to sound Japanese. They're not. So, I need to know if you guys are going to prosecute now. >> So, let me talk. >> Let me talk. >> I'm not going to let you talk. >> Just so you can have accurate. Bye, guy. >> Hey, babe. >> Does he have a wallet? >> All suspects are innocent until proven guilty. Thank you for watching. >> You're welcome. Police on scene. Thank you for the videos. I appreciated both of those. Next, we got a lady who uh thinks she can drive through a an active crash scene. I mean, it's obviously somewhere you you don't want to drive. There a bunch of police cars around. There's a policeman standing out of his car in the road. No, she just wants to keep going cuz that's the way she always goes. July 4th, 2024. Deputies are investigating an unrelated traffic crash when a woman drives straight into the active crime scene. Despite several deputies, police vehicles, and a barricade blocking the area, she insists this is the only route she knows to get home and refuses to leave. But as deputies begin dealing with her, they have no idea how far she is willing to take things. This is what happened. barely physically car. >> Please don't give me a ticket. >> I'm set for >> Please. I'm I'm going through a hard time with this. >> Fine. I'm fine. >> I would suggest you make better decisions then, especially when there's five police cars. >> I I didn't know. I thought I should go through it. >> If you didn't know, you >> Oh, and this is on July 4th. >> Should ask. >> I was standing right there. I need your license, >> please. >> I need your license. in the area. >> Please don't give me a ticket. I thought I I live right there. I thought I should go home. >> I'm sorry. I just came from the bunch of police cars down. >> We find out what's wrong with her. >> Yeah. You need more subs. >> Please don't give me tickets. >> Please. I'm begging you. >> Your license. >> Thank you. >> All right. So, it's Miss Is it Ross? >> Take your sweater off. >> All right. Miss Ross. So, I'm deputy the sheriff's office. The reason why we stopped you is because Yes. You drove around a barricade. >> I thought I could get through cuz I get to work. I'm sorry. >> Again, I would ask. There's 1 2 3 4 five. >> There's nobody in the car. I was going to ask. Was nobody >> I was standing right behind that car. >> I didn't see that. >> And if you can't ask, then the answer is automatically no. Go down to 47th Street. Drive around. I don't know if we get one. >> We live in South Florida. Everything is a grid. >> I didn't know that I could do that. I'm sorry. >> How long have you lived here? >> Um, 8 years. >> 8 years. And this is the only road you know how to take home? >> Pretty much. That's what the way I go. >> That's That's pretty much. Yes or no? All right. Is your license good? >> Yes. >> My ass. >> Oh, come on. I look at all that. And I mean, how many times have somebody I've driven up to accidents like this. You you're as you're approaching the intersection, you slow down and you look for a way to go like you turn on a street or do a U-turn or something. You're not driving through that. Come on. As the deputy checks her information, he discovers that Donna's driver's license is suspended. >> Oh, no. Oops. >> All right, Miss Ro. So, here's what's going on. So, >> she's only lived there for 8 years, so you know, give her some time. >> Give me a ticket. >> Well, I have two tickets. Okay. Because your license is suspended. No, it's not. >> Yes, it is. It's showing from >> No, it's not. >> They have a computer, man. >> March 4th. >> So, >> why wouldn't we say spitted? >> It says Well, it is >> for financial responsibility. So, what I'm assuming it is is because you have insurance, right? >> Yeah. >> So, I'm assuming it's unpaid tolls. >> Do you have unpaid tolls? >> I know. They'll go to the DMV and figure out. So, here's the thing. You have the one citation for driving around the detour barricade. Okay. >> Detour. I didn't know. >> You should have no problem. Okay. >> Ignorance isn't a excuse. All right. >> Yeah. Just right through a suspended license. Okay. Without knowledge, which means you didn't know. So, it's just a regular ticket. So, my recommendation is you have 30 days to take care of these. So, I would suggest you get to the DMV, figure out why your license is suspended, >> and reinstate it. Once it's reinstated, you could show the courthouse that you fixed your license, and they'll probably dismiss that ticket. Then, you just have to deal with this one. >> Okay. Stop giving me a ticket, please. >> I didn't know you better. >> You keep saying that, but it's not going to change the fact that you did it. Okay. >> Right. So, like I said, these are the two citations. Your license stays with me because it's not valid. Okay. >> No, I need my license. >> You can't get it back. It's not valid. You can't You're not allowed to have it. >> You can't keep my license. I need it for ID. >> She needs it for ID so she can get more alcohol later. >> Sir, please give me my license back. >> Absolutely not. Okay. >> It took me forever to get it. All you need to go is do a DMV and have them fix it and print it back out. >> $25 or whatever it cost, >> please, sir. >> I cannot give it to you. It's not valid. >> It belongs to the state of Florida. It's suspended. It goes back to the state of Florida. >> Forever to get it. >> I'm not doing anything to you. >> Please give me my license back. >> I'm not doing that. Okay. >> That's not what you can do to me. >> I'm not doing anything. Your license. >> Listen, your license is suspended. >> It's not suspended. It shouldn't be suspended. Do you want to argue or listen to me? >> Your license is suspended. Okay. That means it is invalid, which means you cannot possess it. Okay. Therefore, I send it back to the state of Florida, Tallahassee, and they dispose of it >> in order my license back, please. >> It doesn't matter how many times you ask me. I'm not giving it to you. I cannot do that. It is invalid. It is an invalid driver's license. You cannot have it. My life is fast. >> Okay. So, I'll tell you what. If you want to keep arguing with them about it or your car's going to >> If you want to keep arguing, I'll have who is this? >> Emerald is going to hook it up and take it home for you. >> All right. >> All right. I'll take care of it. >> So, you cannot drive this. All right. >> So, figure out how you're going to get it home. And >> now, notice he just said you cannot drive this. So, you need to figure out some other way to get home. >> Once it gets home, keep it there until you get your license reinstated. >> Go right home. >> All right. After walking away to continue with the original crash investigation, the deputy suddenly hears a loud crunching noise behind him. When he turns back, he finds Donna attempting to drive through the restricted area. But in the process, she strikes the back of another deputy's vehicle with a prisoner from the [laughter] original crash still sitting inside. >> Yep, she's off. She's gone. All right. All right. Stop. Stop. No. Put it in park. Put it in park. Put it in park. >> Put it in park. >> Put it in park. >> Hey, go get her. >> You know, I should do a buzz cut and you'll see how big it really is. >> Yeah. She's in my car with a beside it. >> Hey. >> Yeah. Right after he said you cannot drive. You need to find a way home. And she's like, "Okay, I'll get the car home right now." >> Hey, how about how? How about >> Yeah, just a little common sense. >> Actually, wait here. Wait here. Wait here. >> Hey, she just hit his car and then went home. Uh, Mont's car. They have her license. They couldn't give it back. So, they can just look and find her her address. They're just going to drive to her house. She lives right there. Yeah, get him one of those neckes. >> I think I can find it. >> I I think I can see the watermark is Patrol Pro. I I'll find it and send it to you. >> Grammar turned me onto this channel. >> Nope. >> Okay, >> never me. 4822 northwest second terrace >> locked away in her castle 152 north >> he knows my link my neck my back my uterus Oh, >> I don't know why they put the dramatic music in the background, but >> 482 seconds. >> There you go. Thank you, Mark. >> Hey, come here. >> Come here. >> There she is. >> What? >> Okay. >> You told me to go home. >> She's barricaded herself. >> I would I didn't I got >> What's your name? >> Miss Rash. >> Miss Rash, you are under arrest. >> Come outside, Miss. >> Miss Raj, come outside. >> The Broward Sheriff's Office. You are under arrest. Come out now. >> Miss Well, then let's talk about it. The problem is you've hit the deputy's vehicle. I need to take a Miss Rash. I need to look at the damage on your vehicle. You need to come outside and show me. >> That's a trick. [laughter] The vehicle's right there. He can just look for the damage. >> You need to come outside and show me. >> I need to You need to show me. All right. Because right now it looks bad. >> We in Missouri. Is this a show me state? >> Miss Rash, I need to see the damage then. >> You have to point it out to me. >> It was like that before. >> Miss Rash, you have to point it out to me. >> Mile. help. At least let me go. I didn't do anything wrong. >> You are a disaster. >> You did a few things wrong. >> What do you mean I didn't do anything wrong? >> My door is open. >> I don't care. >> My door's open to my house. >> My dad's going to get to my house. >> Is there anybody at home? >> Anybody else home now? >> Please, you got to let me go. Sit down. I didn't do anything wrong. >> Sit down. >> I didn't do anything wrong. >> I'm so sorry. I did not know that I didn't do that. >> Hang on. Stay stay in there. Okay. So, I promise you I miss Raj. Right. >> Okay. I've had some problems and I really don't need more aggravation. >> Okay. >> Had some problems. >> What's going on tonight? >> What? >> Like, just tell me what's going on tonight. >> I didn't think my license would be suspended for no reason. >> He told you. >> And then, you know, I tried to make that turn. I thought I could come home that way. There was space. No. Okay. Where are you coming from? >> Um, Deerfield. I watched the fireworks on the beach down there. >> Okay. >> So, I was coming from there and then I just wanted to go home. >> Where in Deerfield? >> Right on the beach by Hillsboro there. But I had the fireworks. >> Okay. So, at the end of Hillsboro down at the beach. Okay. >> Please, sir. I mean, there's no reason to arrest after her. >> I didn't do anything wrong. I thought I could make that turn and I was wrong and I apologize and I'm sorry. >> So, you're Hang on. Stop. Stop trying to climb out. Just wait. Okay. So, you're you're acknowledging that you didn't make right. >> No, I did make the turn and I was wrong. >> Well, yeah, you did it, but you hit a vehicle in the process of doing it. >> I didn't I didn't cuz he backed up. He told me to back up before he told me to pull forward. >> That's not what he said. He said, "You cannot drive. You need to find a way to get this car home." >> And that's why when I turned it, it tapped it. I didn't mean it. I swear. >> Okay. >> I'm so sorry. So at Deerfield Beach while watching the fireworks, did you have anything to drink tonight? >> No, I don't drink alcohol. [laughter] >> Okay. >> I don't drink. >> Sir, please just let me go. I promise you I'll take care of those tickets. >> I'll find out why my license was suspended. I have no idea why. I I worked hard to get my license back. That's why when you took it, I was like, I need it back. >> What does that mean? I worked hard to get my license. How much work is it? You just have to wait a period of time and then you fill out the application, go down to the DMV and you get a new one. It's not hard work. It's not like she was, you know, breaking rocks or something. >> Sir, please. I'm I I'm having other problems, family problems and stuff, >> and I just don't need this. [laughter] >> Okay. So >> Oh, she's got family problems. Oh, that's unique to her. >> Okay. >> And then I'm going to ask you some more questions. All right. >> Okay. So, you have the right to remain silent. Anything you can just just I'm just reading you this card, okay? Cuz I'm asking you questions, right? >> Okay. Are you going to let me go, right? >> Just stop trying to talk. What does that mean? >> All right. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. >> Yeah. Present with you while you are being questioned. If you cannot afford to hire an attorney, one will be appointed to represent you before any questioning if you wish. If you wish, do you understand each of these rights I have explained to you? Why are you looking? Why are you looking at that? >> You wish to talk to me now? >> Yes, I wish to talk to you. Just let me go, please. >> I I didn't think I was doing anything wrong. I I abide by the police. >> You did something wrong. >> Okay, sit back. >> But this host really hurt. >> Turn around for me. I'll fix them. Okay, >> just loosen them up. I'll make them >> Just take them off, please. Can I get my phone so that I can get somebody to help me, please? The time for that has come and gone, ma'am. Okay. >> Take them off, please, sir. I'm I'm a Biden citizen. >> Stop telling me what to do. Okay. >> I cut hair and I do some police's hair. I cut their hair. >> Did she just Did she just say she cut some of police officers hair? Is that supposed to get you out of a DUI, fleeing, and driving on suspended license? >> I mean, I I didn't think I was doing anything wrong. I really didn't. I would have lost I would have never done it. >> The hell's the matter with these cops? >> They're abusive. >> Okay, >> go ahead and have a seat. >> But that's what they told her to do. >> I was doing anything wrong. >> Stop talking and let me ask you a question. Okay. >> So, again, not my type. Not my type. Yeah. Just saying. >> We told you that you were free to go. Okay. right? >> Told you to figure out how you're going to get your car home. Okay. >> And then when you pulled forward, there was a very loud crunching sound because >> because they had asked me to pull forward so the tow truck could get through and I didn't realize that was that >> they did not say that. >> And then afterwards you stopped and I was still at the window next to you. I was telling you to stop and you said no and you kept driving >> cuz you had my license so I figured I you know >> I wanted my license back. >> But you understand sit down. Okay. So again I told you to stop. Yeah. >> I didn't cuz I was scared. I was scared that I would be arrested like this and I didn't want to be >> What is there to be scared about? So wait, first they told her to pull her car up and No, that didn't work. So no, I was just scared. So that's why I drove away >> cuz my license suspended and it's not it's not supposed to be. >> It just got me all shook up. >> There's stuff going on in my life right now that I just got funny. Well, I'm just trying to figure out your thought process of I mean, you you rushed a police vehicle with your bumper. You know, I didn't realize it. You didn't. >> They asked me to because you stopped. Okay. >> No, they didn't. >> Right. There's a very loud crunch. We all noticed it, right? >> When you hit the deputy vehicle, it rolled forward, right? >> Oh, I don't know. >> So, >> again, I didn't I didn't realize it. >> Again, it's not like a vehicle was total. Not a drop of a scratch on the car, right? And we told you to stop and you said no >> cuz I got scared. I got scared. I'm sorry. I apologize. >> Police. What is there to be scared? Stop. Sit back. >> Please. Please. I'm under abuse. Please. >> I'm begging you. >> Please. Please. >> I I have other problems in my life right now trying to pay for this place that I live in and just everything. >> Oh, you have you have to pay for the house you live in. Well, that's unique to her. Again, >> I do I'm doing everything I should do. >> Okay. >> And that's why when he's pulled me over, I just didn't think I did anything wrong when I turned. I thought there was space in there that I could turn and pull and go home. I didn't realize that I couldn't. >> I don't. But I do have things going >> cuz there was a big big space in there and I figured, okay, I could pull in and go home. A >> big space. So, I still hit the car. >> Sir, please please let me go. I I head. Swing your feet back inside for me. I'll be right back. Okay. >> No, please. >> Just sit back inside the car for a minute. Don't get back out. >> Please sit back down. >> Let me go. >> Sit back down. Okay. Please for me, okay? And just give me a minute. All right. >> All right. Please let me go. >> Yeah. >> While speaking with Donna, the deputy begins to suspect [music] she may be intoxicated. Believing this could explain some of her erratic behavior, he begins an investigation to determine whether alcohol may be involved. >> Please, please, I'm so sorry. I did not mean it. I didn't think I was doing anything wrong. >> I understand. Okay. I'm trying to >> It was all a simple misunderstanding. Come. Come on. Let's cut her a break. >> Talk to you now. Okay. Driving with [music] a suspended license. Leaving the scene of a crash involving property. Failing to obey police. Driving around a detour or barricade. Driving with a suspended license without knowledge, DUI involving property damage or injury, and driving under the influence. >> Four shy bonds were later posted on her behalf for a total of $7,000. Court records also show that an electronic monitoring and house arrest agreement was later filed in the case. The DUI related charges were first closed after prosecutors filed no information, meaning they chose not to formally move forward with those counts. Then on January 13th, 2025, the remaining eight charges were dropped after prosecutors entered a null pros.
