Man, two in a row. Had the internet yesterday and I muted today. Well, I was saying, "Hello everyone. Happy Thursday. Hopefully the picture's coming through. Yes, I'm looking over at it. It looks good. I think we're good today. And before we get started, hey Ben. Wahoo, thank you so much for the gifts. Uh, let's see. It ruined my my big announcement I was going to do yesterday. Some of you were here yesterday to watch me scramble to figure out what the hell was going on. It was my internet. I guess from time to time maybe it was all the storms we had over the last few days, but my internet speed dropped to like crawl. It was like trying to stream on dial-up. Uh, I did a speed test after the third time that I tried the the stream and saw what was going on. I reset the modem and everything worked just fine, but then it was too late to do a full stream, so I did a little I think it was about 40 minutes yesterday. Some of you were here here for that. But anyway, I'll do the announcement today. I got monetized on Monday. As you can see, some of you are green. Most of you are green. Bill, you're still not green yet. We'll work on that. I don't know if I have the I the gifted memberships that I can give out for free yet, but I should get those soon enough. But anyway, yes, I'm monetized, so uh thank you for sticking with me yesterday. Uh I guess that'll happen from time to time. Shane was in here and said, "Yep, welcome to streaming." So, anyway, uh thank you, Terry. Thank you very much. It was an exciting exciting email. I actually woke up Monday morning. I get up around 6:00 and by the time I got down checked my email the email had come through that I was approved and then I had to go through all the verification steps and all that. They're supposed to mail me something with a PIN code and I don't know. That's I guess to transfer my money to wherever I'm going to transfer it to. I don't know how that works, but I'll figure it out. So far they've given pretty clear instructions, so all right, let's get started with some videos. I got a couple airport videos, couple restaurant videos. The guy from the thumbnail, he was actually the guy in the thumbnail. I It's a long video, but I picked it because I've been to that Taco Mac that he's at. Um I used to live, I don't know, 15 minutes from there. And uh yeah, so I as soon as the video started, I looked around in the plaza and I was like, "Oh, wait a minute, I've been there a few times." That's pretty cool. It's always cool to see places that you've been in body cam videos. Uh let's see. Oh, I get them the first of the month. Oh, well, it's perfect timing for getting monetized right at the end of the month then. I should be able to give some out in a few days. Uh let's see. I don't know when the first is. Um hey, Mr. Wizard. Yeah, if the first falls on a Monday or Tuesday, then I'll have to wait until Wednesday. But um yeah, I got a couple airport videos, couple restaurant videos. I got a guy who uh it started out he ran from the police and I thought, "Oh, here we go again. He's going to fight with the police." No, his attitude completely changed after he crashed his car. >> [laughter] >> He suddenly had regret. It It was actually kind of cool to see. So, uh let's get started with the first airport video. This guy it It doesn't start off uh it kind of starts in the middle of the police reaction. Um so, they're already they already have him in cuffs and he's screaming and they're already trying to figure out what to do with him. So, and it's Florida, of course. >> It's 31st, 2024. Officers responded to a disturbance at an international airport after reports of a man causing a scene. >> Right off the bat, I got to pause for this. Gifted memberships. We want to make sure you're okay." >> Where's my daughter? >> He's stumbling and he's like, >> What was his act? >> This was in front of the Chick-fil-A. >> Okay. >> So, then we're like, "Okay." So, we go and we check on him. >> Yeah, he's excited. >> He starts stumbling. He's He's saying, >> Awesome. Yes, I'm going to get fired. He's like, "I just want to see my little daughter. I just I can't." And he's not talking to us. He literally smells like alcohol. We were like, "Okay, we >> Wait a minute. I can definitely relate to that. I think that's why I live alone. No parking. There's no stopping in the red zone. The white zone is for loading and unloading passengers. Hey, John. The bartender took too long to get me a drink and so I was like, "Hey, man." And we were having banter back and forth, me and the bartender, like talking about the music. And I said some >> It's Taco Mac, m a c. They sell uh really they have really good tacos and then the rest is like uh burgers and other kind of bar food. They have really good wings. >> Come to the Accord, like, "Oh, dude, you're a [ __ ] listen to this music, you know?" Cuz it was like kind of lame music and and me and some other patrons were kind of agreeing about the fact that the music was lame and so we all kind of like agreed, like, "Hey, this is like music. It's depressing." It's like, "Dude, you're a [ __ ] playing music like this." And somehow she got a stick up her ass and I I don't know, dude. I had drinks. The bartender had served me drinks. I paid for the drinks. I tipped them well and I don't know, she got a stick up her butt and >> You got your ID with you? >> I do have an >> You're probably trying to get him a ride home. >> I do have it. >> your ID. >> Well, you don't need it. >> Okay, I'm going to tell you right now. >> No, listen. >> It really You're under arrest right now for drinking while intoxicated. >> Yep, there we go. >> I haven't broken the law. Well, if that's the case, I'll give you an ID. >> No, you already I asked you I asked you once. I even I even said please. >> Well, cuz I don't feel like I've broken a law. So, I mean, we can go back and forth like we can do >> like you have broken a law. If you have broken a law, then we'll give you a law. >> Well, there is. >> No, there is no going back and forth. >> I mean, there absolutely is. >> No. >> Yeah, I mean, you come up to a citizen and you determine whether or not he's broken the law. And if he feels he hasn't broken the law, and >> It's got nothing to do with your feelings. Look, she already asked you >> man. >> She already asked you for your ID. She asked you >> I don't feel like I broke the law. >> You said no each time. That's on you, bro. >> All right. I think it's the same, though. >> Well, he explained to you. He said you were disorderly, public intoxication, and obstruction. There's three different things. >> So, >> The third thing is stems from >> All right. So, how am I disorderly? >> You just explained it to me, man. >> You said No, no. And how have my actions like displayed disorderly conduct? I'm I'm cordial I'm cordial with you. I'm not fighting you. I'm not being combative. I mean, dude, if you want to take me for disorderly, dude, like I >> Yes, we will sue the pants off you guys. >> It's pretty standard across the country. How have I been >> Listen to what I'm telling you. >> I'm done arguing with you. You're under arrest for public intoxication, disorderly conduct, whatever you want to sit there and think about. That's where we're at. >> Okay, so how have I been disorderly? I've been nothing but cordial with you. >> Well, we have a city ordinance. >> It's because I told you I don't want to die. >> They had to figure out some way to get him trespassed from the bar. They had to do a report, so they had to ID him. And he was being disorderly. I don't know about, you know, I guess yeah, I mean, he's intoxicated and he's in a private business being disorderly, called the bartender a [ __ ] and you know, was raising hell with the other customers. >> unless I've broken the law. I'm not trying to be argumentative, but I've not broken the law. Tell me what law I've broken. >> Uh he said disorderly conduct and public intox. Those are the first two. He told you a few times actually. >> First Amendment, your feelings matter. >> Yep, we're all going to get fired. >> So, what's happening? >> Actually, when I gave him his last round that I gave him, cuz I only gave him like three rounds, which is not usually enough to do that, you know. It was sitting in front of him for a minute. I came around the corner, he's like, "Sam, where's my [ __ ] drink?" And you know, I had to take it back for a second cuz I'm like, okay, maybe he's just joking, but I might answer was like, it's right in front of you. So, now I'm like, okay, I'm not going to serve him another round. He didn't even see the drink that was right in front of him. So, then tried to order another one. I told the manager, I was like, "Look, I don't feel comfortable serving him anymore cuz we can get in trouble for that. I can't You know what I mean? I can't keep serving someone if they're already drunk." She was like, "Cool. Let him know." I let him know. He wasn't trying to hear that. The manager came around the corner and tried to tell him, "Hey, look, you need to just pay and, you know, get up out of here." He wasn't trying to hear that. I never had an issue with him, but out of nowhere he just goes, "Sam, you're a bitch." You know what I mean? Like loud as [ __ ] Like the whole bar was like, "What?" You know what I'm saying? And I just I walked to the back before I did something that I was going to regret. You know what I mean? So >> And they were playing soft music. >> He didn't like that. >> Stop. >> Is that the manager right So I need to get her. >> What are you doing? >> Oh, hey, I'm trying to get your attention. Uh, can I get a immediate supervisor down here, please? >> You already talked to a supervisor. >> Even when I'm home, I'm on my best behavior. >> I am. >> Yeah, he's the highest ranking person in there. >> What's your rank? >> I'm a shift supervisor. >> Who is your supervisor, sir? >> My supervisor is not working right now. >> I'll tell you >> I need a supervisor down here. I need a supervisor down here. >> No, no, no, no. >> No, listen to what I'm telling you right now. Listen to what I'm about to tell you right now. >> I don't want to hear it. >> I need a shift commander down here. >> No, I need your supervisor. >> You should have had some tacos with the alcohol. It would have helped. >> Stop hitting my car. Stop hitting my car. >> No, I'm entitled to speak to his supervisor and you know it. You know it. I got to say I need to speak to his boss. >> I'm entitled. >> You know I need to speak to his boss. You can't be the [ __ ] only supervisor on shift. There's someone above you and I need to speak to him now. >> No, I know you think I'm drunk and speaking nonsense. Hey guys, please. Can you please open the door? Because you're ignoring me. >> You're asking for my supervisor? He's the one that put handcuffs >> Yeah, if if he had calmed down, they probably would have said, "All right, look, we're just going to get to do the trespass and you get an Uber and go back to your hotel or whatever and then in the morning you can fly back to wherever you came from." But he went the other way. >> I want his supervisor. I want the [ __ ] whoever his boss is, please have him come down here so I can talk to him. >> No. >> Absolutely not. You cannot deny me. >> That's right. >> This is what we're not going to do. >> No, I want to talk to his >> Stop talking right now. Well, we're no longer going to be ON THE INSIDE OF MY CAR. I have a right to speak to your supervisor. >> You want to talk to him Monday morning, you can come in and talk to him. >> Dude, >> Actually, he'll be in Monday. >> Dude, >> Uh okay. >> If you're going to deny me your supervisor, then you got a [ __ ] big lawsuit on your hands. It's not the first time I [ __ ] sued the pants off of the police. My last win was [ __ ] $120,000. It is not going to be the last time. Please get me a supervisor. Officer, what's your name? >> They eventually do, but I think they're getting they're in some of the other officers are getting statements in the restaurant, and he's just sitting back here just rambling and rambling. But once they get all the paperwork done and get the report finished, then they drive him down to the jail, and he keeps going and keeps going the whole way. Luckily, they cut out a lot of the drive cuz he's in the northern part of the county, and the jail's near the south side of the county, so it's a good I think with no traffic, probably 30-45 minute drive. So they cut that out. >> Officer, what is your name? >> Who are you yelling at? >> The the gentleman right here in the driver's seat. >> He doesn't He doesn't have a name. >> He doesn't have a name and a [ __ ] badge number. Give me your badge number, dude. >> How come you wouldn't give us your ID? >> your [ __ ] badge number, officer? >> Um >> You're involved in this incident. He didn't do anything. He was just sitting here. >> Because, ma'am, he was a >> He was a what? >> He was a a responding officer to this case and I need his name and badge number, please. >> get that um from the >> I know I can get it, but can you please just provide it? Why are you trying to conceal it? >> Officer Elias? >> Here he is. >> in your report report. >> your name and badge number again? >> going to give it to you. >> What is your name so I can address you instead of just calling you ma'am? >> You can call me ma'am, that's fine. >> All right, ma'am, who's your immediate supervisor? >> His name is uh Sergeant Foreman. >> Sergeant Foreman? Is Sergeant Foreman available right now? >> Yeah, he is. >> Can I please talk to him? >> Sure. Sergeant Foreman, are you available right now to speak to the gentleman in the back? >> It's the guy he already talked to. >> Hm. >> May I speak to your supervisor? >> Yeah, he's busy at the moment, but he can speak to you in a minute. >> All right, can I ask you this like >> What? >> What am I being charged for? Why am I under arrest? >> So, disorderly conduct. >> Okay, what basis of disorderly conduct do you have? >> Public intox. Public intoxication. >> All right, what reasonable suspicion do you have that I'm intoxicated? >> I can smell the odor of alcohol coming off of you. You also were in there drinking. >> All right, can you like can you prove without a reasonable doubt that I'm intoxicated or you just have like an inkling? Do you have some sort of like concrete evidence that I'm intoxicated or do I have diabetes or am I just super tired or >> I How the hell would they know? >> Maybe. >> Do you? >> Oh, you shouldn't be drinking then, sir. >> Okay. Um I can smell the odor of alcoholic beverage on your body. >> Yeah. >> Coming from your person. >> Maybe that's a Maybe that's a diabetic's smell. >> No. Um the smell that's >> time and time again. My wife is a paramedic. I've I've I've been on paramedic runs where people are presumed >> Are you a paramedic? >> Yeah, I mentioned this on I think Mark Stream yesterday. The after they gave all the badge numbers and the names, they should quiz them and say, "All right, now I want you to read them all back to me." >> I'm not a an official paramedic, but I've been on rides with paramedics. >> Yeah, exactly. >> And there's been plenty of misdiagnosis of intoxication. It's not It's It's not >> It is a different smell. No, it is. It is. >> It is. >> No, it's not. So, intoxication is the charge at hand. That's the main point. Why didn't you arrest the guy that brought charges up against me? >> Why would we? >> Why's that? >> Okay, so the manager? >> They have to take it. >> who was equally, if not more intoxicated than I am, if I am intoxicated. >> is not intoxicated. >> Oh, really? But the people that came out to witness for me or against me, you had no business with them. >> Yes, because they called us out here because of you. >> on. Plain English. Really Like, what's the charge here? >> Okay, I'm going to give I'm going to tell you one more time, okay? >> Can you loosen these cuffs at least? This is super uncomfortable. I'm not a [ __ ] murderer, first of all. >> It's against our policy. >> Oh, come on. Really, dude. >> Yeah. >> Come on. You're a human being just like I am. And you know I've I have no threat. >> If you if you say that I'm a human being just as you are, I have not done anything but speak with you with respect. >> No, you haven't. Because as soon as you asked me for a my ID and I refused to give it to you because I felt I had not broken a law. >> to you? Please, and then I asked you what happened. >> No. >> I do apologize for him being so annoying, but uh it's not really my fault. I'm just playing the video. >> No. I refused because I was convinced I did not break the law. >> Okay, well, just because you're convinced does not mean that you are right. >> not broken the law. No, and you found some loopholes charges >> No. >> and arrest me because I I refused to get If I gave you my ID, I would be already on my way home right now. >> Then why didn't you do that in the first place? >> don't like to identify myself to the police unless I've committed a like an egregious crime. >> Well, there was a reason why we were out here. >> What? Because I drank too much? >> And you were in in there bothering other patrons. >> Was I bothering patrons or did I >> He's being difficult on everything. >> The person who was bothered by me >> Okay, let me ask you Let me ask you Hold on. Let me ask you a question. >> sent >> You're out some What do you do for work? >> I'm an aircraft mechanic. >> Okay. So >> you try to I get drives >> Can I Can I talk or no? >> Of course. Sorry. >> Okay. So, you're at your job being an aircraft mechanic and someone is there calling you for something that you're doing. >> No, that was misconstrued. >> And that's not against the law, by the way. >> Do you know those people? >> No. >> I know some of the people >> He's one of those people who only listens to what somebody is saying so that he can come up with an argument to argue against. >> But I was with I got to know them while I was there. It's not against the law to to say that to somebody. If I called somebody on the street a and they called the cops on me, you would tell them to [ __ ] off. It's not against the law to call somebody a >> No, there is such thing as freedom of speech, Jeremy. >> on, man. Come on. >> But >> No, don't twist it. You know exactly what I'm saying. >> not going to argue with you. >> I'm not trying to argue with you either. >> yes, you are. >> But I'm the one in front of cops. Not great. >> And I'm doing my job. >> No, I called the bartender of this because he took [ __ ] like 9 hours to come and bring a drink. >> 9 hours, really? You'd be sober by now, sir. Shut up. >> Yeah, you don't want a reason. >> Oh, no. Oh, no. >> Man. Come on, dude. You know this is ridiculous. >> Okay, well, I'm doing >> No, you got Come on, you really know this is [ __ ] stupid. Some trigger-happy [ __ ] bartender who got a stick up his ass because I said something and then I tipped him like 30 [ __ ] percent. And then he wanted me gone and then I [ __ ] stood here waiting for you guys, even though I knew you were coming. I didn't want you to [ __ ] wait. >> Bring the supervisor. I'll get a supervisor. >> I'm here and you guys can let me go. You know I didn't do anything wrong. So, I stood here and waited for you. And the only reason why you have me in handcuffs is because I >> If it took like 15 minutes, I'd try and get the bartender's attention. 9 hours, he just sat there and like The first 8 hours he's like, "Yeah, this is normal." >> gave you a hard time about getting my [ __ ] ID. Cuz by the law, if I didn't commit a crime, I don't have to ID myself. And you know that for sure, man. >> I'm not trying to be a >> It's just the law. >> Okay, and you're from Illinois? >> Yes, I am. >> Not Georgia. >> I'm not from Georgia. >> Okay, Illinois law. >> Well, sometimes >> the laws are a little different. >> Yeah, but you know what? There's a constitution and we have a [ __ ] right to our privacy. And that's just the way it is. >> Georgia law and the city ordinances of Dunwoody. You are in the city of Dunwoody. >> Okay. >> Your actions tonight have violated some of those city ordinances. >> And what actions are those? >> Um causing a scene inside of a coffee shop. >> Stop. More than one person said that you did. >> Well. >> We're reaching the halfway point, so we're almost halfway there. >> I want you to know that's hearsay. >> And you can also take it >> Tell the judge that this is not okay, man. >> And you can talk to the judge about it. >> You And And you know I can't talk to a judge down here because I'm from Chicago. >> You can certainly talk to a judge down here. >> Yeah, and you know that's going to be >> I'm not an expert on the law, but I'm pretty sure people from out of state, when they get arrested, they're allowed to talk to our judges. >> An enormous inconvenience for the person who lives out of state. >> Well. >> Come on, let's be real. Officer. >> Yeah. >> I'm not a [ __ ] [ __ ] I came here to have a couple of drinks. >> know. I mean, you called me >> complained to the second and 11 o'clock. And now I'm in [ __ ] handcuffs because I didn't want to tell you who I am. >> He's literally repeating himself. >> And you know that. You know that. >> I don't know you from Adam. >> No, you don't know that from Adam, but you see >> know you. >> I know that. You don't know me from Adam. >> I hope so. >> But you see the circumstantial evidence and you know I'm not a [ __ ] [ __ ] >> I mean >> I mean, maybe right now I come off as an [ __ ] but you're not the one in [ __ ] handcuffs. >> if you'd like to show me that you're not an [ __ ] that's totally fine. >> That's hearsay that the witness said that. >> now you're not really >> well, let's trade places and >> I would never be where you are. >> Let's trade places and you tell me what your demeanor would be. >> say it's the end of the world or something. >> Seriously. >> A little more cooperative. Wouldn't you want people to be >> Okay, where's my name? Where's my address? Where's my social >> Maybe it'll be on TV. Or on my name or on my TV. >> I don't know. >> your name. >> Like, don't gaslight me, man. >> That's not what >> it's the first time you've dealt with someone who >> That's not what gaslighting is, sir. >> thinks they should be in here. >> Yeah, and a lot of times they're wrong. >> Okay, well, am I entirely wrong? >> Exactly. >> Yes, you're pretty wrong. >> Come on, man. Like everything I said, am I absolutely wrong on every front? >> And nobody has said anything. >> Yeah, other >> Nobody in this entire video so far, I haven't heard anything from the witnesses, nothing sounded even remotely woke. He was just being a a dick in the bar. >> Some facets were like legally, yes, you can take me on, sure. But in the grand scheme of things, like am I a [ __ ] criminal that's actively caused like chaos and damage to this establishment? No, and you know that. Yeah, that's what you will call your [ __ ] supervisor. >> My supervisor's right here. >> Well, and he doesn't want to hear it, I guess. >> You're not missing a thing. That's exactly what he's complaining about. >> I'm not like out here trying to >> Hey, just finish signing some paperwork and then you can speak with him. >> Like, I'm not out here trying to this establishment. >> But I don't like trouble. >> I came here to have a couple of drinks. I've never been in Atlanta. And so the bartender who took like 90 minutes to pour me a [ __ ] drink and played some really lame music. >> Good point. >> I off the cuff, I called him a [ __ ] Because he was playing playing like Coldplay when he should have been like Blink-182. Like, I'm sorry. >> Blink-182? >> speech illegal? >> Lame. No offense, like Blink-182 >> arrest for what, exactly? Offending the [ __ ] bartender? >> Yeah. >> Jesus Christ, man. Come on. Am I making like any sense or are you are you just like in default like standby mode? >> What's default standby mode? >> Yeah, what is that? >> Like are you hearing me or are you just ignoring me and just like standby mode waiting for your boss to tell you what to do with me. >> Well, I am going to take you to the Cab County Jail here shortly. So yes, I guess a little bit of it standby mode. So waiting for your the paperwork to take you down there. >> And what charges am I being No, I need to know now. Okay. >> What am I being arrested for now? >> Yeah. >> Uh disorderly conduct, public intoxication. >> What is your evidence to support that I'm being >> Yes, we are, John. Yes, we are. >> You were inside of the restaurant cussing and then you refused to leave. >> And I refused to leave. >> To be fair to Blink 182, I don't think I've listened to an entire song by them, so I really shouldn't judge. >> I was outside when you pulled up. >> You refused to leave inside of there. >> No, I didn't. I was outside when you guys pulled up. >> I I understand that. >> So >> before that all that. >> Oh, you guys are going to be burned in court, man. >> Okay. >> So what about that was disorderly? >> He thinks it's too soft. Bad music. He's not into it. >> You can get up and go. >> I was outside the establishment. Where was I? Where was I when you pulled up? I was outside the establishment. Was I in or outside the establishment? >> I again I'm not arguing with you. >> Ignoring who? >> Ignoring me. >> No. >> No, no, come on, man. Was I in or outside the establishment? >> Yes. Why is there a hot wall? >> Is he doing >> Then I'll have to check him out. I like cameras. >> I left. >> We're good people. >> That's over here. >> I don't know why I was trespassed from the property. Is this a trespassing issue? >> the service would do it. I'm I'm leaving. Music I don't really care about. >> They asked you to leave. A business has a right to ask you to leave. >> Okay, so that's trespassing. And if I return to the establishment that told me to leave, >> I don't know if they want to trespass you or not. If they do trespass you, >> it, dude. Come on, it's semantics. Well >> They have witness statements from the bartender that the bartender noticed that he was drunk and served him alcohol and watched him drink the alcohol. So it it's not like it, you know, he's getting a DUI or something. It's not that big a deal to get charged disorderly intox. They they don't have to bring in like mountains of evidence and bring in 30 witnesses. There we go. >> Come on, man. Roll the window down because you don't like what I have to say? >> He wants us to prove that he's publicly intoxicated. >> Okay. Cuz if I gave you my ID, I guarantee you you would have just let me walk home to the hotel. You know that would have been the case. But the reason I gave you a hard time I >> I've been doing this long enough where I could care less if somebody gives me a hard time. >> Yeah, right, dude. Am I [ __ ] stumbling all over the place making a fool Am I a nuisance to society because of my demeanor, my conduct? Really? >> I'm not a threat to society. >> you can make that the case, but realistically, dude, man-to-man Yeah. >> So, let me explain something to you. >> buzzed like this? You've never been out to the bar with your friends or your family? >> Let me explain something to you real quick. >> You know I'm not a >> Listen to me. >> I don't deserve to be arrested. >> to sit here and talk to me about it? Do you want me to explain something to you or no? >> Sure. >> He is very cool. >> So, I go to a completely different state. How many times do you come to the state of Georgia? How many times do you come >> I've never been Well, I've been through Georgia a dozen times. I've never stayed here. >> So, you come to another completely different state. >> Are you here with anybody or no? I'm by myself. >> Okay, you're down here by yourself, right? Man, I tell you what. >> He told them at least 10 times. >> where I live at, I'm not going to go and give anybody a hard time in the establishment that I have never been into before. >> That's I didn't give anyone a hard time. >> On top of that >> Where's your proof? >> to sit here and argue with people inside of a bar. I'm not going to go and drink to the point to where I'm making statements to people that I probably shouldn't be. And then sit here and make statements to someone and then sit there >> Even if you were late if you're helping a rescue dog, that's a good excuse to be late. >> and think that I'm going to go and tip you X amount of dollars over >> the thing, dude. I I wasn't sitting there being like, "Hey, follow along, a grown man." >> What I'm telling you >> You told me over and over. >> I tipped that guy 30% and basically the way you're making it sound is that it is okay for you to go and tip someone and then say things that you say the things that you said and it's okay. >> First of all, exactly. >> First of all, I'm not an [ __ ] I wasn't just like berating the guy. >> The jury's still out on that. >> Whatever I said, which maybe was misunderstood. He took offensively and then called the police. >> If I sat here >> Yeah. Dude, if I if I if I called you a >> Okay, what was your your your last name again? >> Foreman. >> Unfortunately, ladies, he did say earlier he's got a wife. Although after this night he might be single. >> Man, okay, so if in public at some establish at some establishment I was like, "Officer Foreman, you're a [ __ ] You're a and then somebody in the establishment called the police and said, "Oh, this person offended this officer by his words." And then the OFFICER SHOWED UP AND ARRESTED THAT PERSON, that's insanity, dude. Foreman, that's that's insanity. You were offended by what I said to you? >> Why are you talking like this? >> The words I used, I can sit in front of the White House and call Biden a and I would be protected under the Fifth Amendment for saying that outside of of Washington, D.C. and call the President of the United States a and because I called the President of the United States a and he got mad about it and he got mad about it and because I had a couple of drinks just like everybody else, you guys show up and say, "Oh, disorderly conduct, drunk in public. Let's just throw everything every technicality at this guy. >> Technicality >> Jeez. >> Come on. I can sit on the street with a bullhorn and say [ __ ] the police all day long. >> Yes, you could. >> Until you start disturbing the peace. And when you disturb the peace >> What peace am I disturbing, man? >> The whole time. >> why you got a stick up your ass about what I was doing >> I said my ass. >> is because your officers have got a stick up their ass because I didn't want to give my ID. >> Me, neither. >> The first thing they asked me "Do you have an ID?" I said "Yeah, no. I mean I do, but I didn't break the law." You can have my ID if you suspect me of breaking the law. And as soon as they brought up charges, I was like "Fine, I'll give you my ID." They were like "No, it's too late. You're in handcuffs. You're going to [ __ ] jail." Okay, well where's the law on that? I didn't do anything wrong. I paid my tab. I broke no law. I offended some people. It's not against the [ __ ] law. >> Nobody Nobody likes him. Nobody here likes him. >> and in that moment I was like "Well, I don't I don't give ID unless I've broken the law." And they didn't like that. And so that's why I'm [ __ ] handcuffed. >> Exactly. >> Tell me I'm wrong. >> And he didn't show his ID. That's it. >> I can sit here and not say anything. It's not an argument. Like I mean we can have a conversation. >> We're not having a conversation because all you are >> Oh, because I'm upset. >> Yeah. The law This isn't an excuse. >> So I can't So I can't hear what you have to say. So what do you have to say? >> I told you what I had to >> Actually a lot of people come here by themselves. You're a law enforcement officer. What part of the law did I break by saying that? >> get out of jail? >> You really need to let that clip >> Go and look at that. >> No. No. I mean, yeah, legally we can hash that out in court, but I'm telling you like man to man right now, what is the law? So, what's the [ __ ] statute? >> Well, right now we're not in court. >> We're not in court, but you have to have reasonable articulable suspicion that I've broken that specific law. So, if I'm arrested for loud and boisterous behavior, what's the statute that you have and what's your reasonable articulable suspicion that I've broken that specific law, man? What is it? No, Foreman, what is it? >> Oh, yeah. She was really great. >> No, what's the decimal law? No, Foreman, what's the decimal law? >> be deaf. >> What's the limitation in that law? No, you know what? They turned into an acronym and then turned it He's an ass, man. >> He was charged with disorderly conduct under the influence and disorderly conduct, then booked into DeKalb County Jail. >> Take your hat off. Take your sunglasses off. Put them up there. Take your shoes off. Take your shoelaces out of your shoes. >> It's DeKalb. That's how we pronounce it down here. And um he started like touching her. She said that he was touching her, blah blah blah blah blah. She said that he was touching her. She's like, "I want to press charges, cuz you made me feel uncomfortable, and I'm working, and blah blah blah blah blah." So, he's out here in the foyer. I come out while Bart is trying to grab her information. As soon as I open the door, he tried to go inside. I said, "No, you're going to stay out here." And then that's when he kind of jerks off. He started putting him in handcuffs. And that's when everything started. He just started like uh pretty much throwing himself uh throwing himself out here once he wasn't in handcuffs. Like he just literally went face face first. And now he's got like a cut over here. And he used a force with I mean, other than just being on top of him, but nothing uh crazy or anything like that. His combative behavior continued in the emergency room where he attempted to kick officers and disrupted medical staff by shaking his bed and flailing. Consequently, he had to be fully restrained to his cot. After being medically cleared, he was discharged and booked into the Peoria County Jail on four specific counts. Aggravated battery for the unlawful and offensive physical contact of grabbing a female employee's chest in a public establishment. Aggravated battery to a peace officer for intentionally kicking a law enforcement officer during the arrest and subsequent medical evaluation. Disorderly conduct for his intoxicated and predatory behavior that caused a significant public disturbance to the patrons at the restaurant. And resisting a peace officer for physically fighting and struggling with officers to prevent them from performing a lawful arrest. >> That's gross. That guy.
