Is that a good idea? >> Out front of the window. >> 150 and 153, we're not getting anything out front. Do you see anything out back? >> Negative. >> Well, we have no good PS's for mom. I don't know what we're going to do with this girl. All right, come on. We'll try to call Alyssa, and if we don't get a hold of her, we'll have to see what SARS wants to do with the girl, cuz she doesn't want to come back here, and she has kind of a good reason to not want to come back. We might We might take her to Children's. I don't know. All right, this is Officer Hunter with the Grove City Police Department. >> Hi, a man is at my door because I was about to like I was in the shower, and my daughter yelled at I'm not dressed. >> Okay. All right, so you're home? >> Um yeah, the other room. Like I was I just got out of the shower. >> Okay. Is Is Zachary there? >> No, just me and Ally in the bedroom. Zachary is about to be here. >> Okay. Has Zachary been staying here? >> No. >> He hasn't been here since he's been given that protection order? >> No. >> Okay. Do you mind if we come up and talk to you? >> Um can you give me a minute? Because I'm not dressed. >> Yeah, we Yeah, that's fine. Um we're here, so we want to talk to you. So, basically your your daughter is a rep party to an immediate, and she says that she doesn't She's afraid to come home because Zachary has been staying here. >> Okay. >> So, Zachary has not been here, you're saying? >> No. >> Okay. All right, well, I'd like to just kind of talk to you in person real quick, and verify that, and then um we'll first see what you want to do with your your daughter at Park Street. Either go down and get her or we can give her a ride back or whatnot, but we want to verify that Zach's actually not here cuz he's not supposed to be. Okay? >> Okay, give me a second to get dressed. I'm in a bathrobe and I have no teeth in. >> All right, sounds good. Thank you. She's lying. She's lying. You can tell on her voice that she's lying, so. Stop sir, honey. >> Hey, I didn't tell you guys that I cannot find my keys. I was going to call you guys but I'm not like Um >> What do you need? Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. What do you need? What do you need keys for to come to the front door and talk to me for? >> I'm here to talk to you because my daughter's saying that my 4-year-old got here. He's not. She got grounded yesterday. >> Okay. >> I I still don't know what I can think of but I was in the shower and no teeth. I can't find my teeth. I have them. I just can't find them. So I'm embarrassed. >> Okay, I don't care about whether you have teeth in or not. I want to talk to you in person. I'm not going to let your daughter come back to this apartment till I talk to you and I see you face-to-face. Do you understand that? >> Yes, I know but >> So I don't care if you have teeth in or not. You need to come to the door and talk to me. >> I know. I was just telling you guys that I couldn't find my keys right now. I'm embarrassed. >> Well, I'm sorry that you feel that way but I could care less about that. >> I know but it's embarrassing. It's the insecurity. I'm >> Here you go. Okay, are you able to come to the door or not? >> Yes, I'm coming. >> All right, you ready? >> Hello. You still haven't gotten dressed yet? >> No, cuz I was looking for my keys. >> Okay. >> I don't have my teeth. I'll come in, please. >> So where is Where is Zach at? Zachary? >> Why does she say he's a kid? >> He used to be what? >> He's a kid or his mom's Taylor's mom's calling. >> Okay. >> [snorts] >> And hello. So he's not here. He hasn't been here. >> [groaning] >> And you're not concerned. >> No. >> And you would allow us >> No, I promise you. I promise you. There's not There's a concern about my daughter. I don't know what to do with her. >> Okay. >> Because she knows She knows that she shouldn't do this, but she's not cuz she's honest. So, like I don't know why she I don't know if someone told her. >> Would you have an issue if we came in and did a quick walk through? Would that be a Would that be a problem? >> Well, it's fine. >> It's fine? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Is that good? >> She's the only one in here. >> Yeah. Hers. >> Okay. Why don't you walk with me? Sit over there, okay? >> Okay. >> 10-50, we're going to be doing a walk through the residence. >> It's just really messy. >> All right. And 100% if he's in here, I need to know now. Cuz you're letting us walk through, I need to know if he's in here. >> Yeah, I'm afraid that I'm not being considerate, but >> I understand. You can You can refuse. But >> There's no point to refuse. It's messy like it's in here. >> Okay, then I just want to know. >> Yeah. >> He pops out, we're going to have problems. You understand? >> Yeah. >> All right. >> I think he's in his bedroom. Hi. >> Hello, buddy. We're going to We're going to end up getting a hold of her so we can have to see again and see if she wants to do cuz we obviously have paraphernalia everywhere in here. It's a problem, so we might hold this somewhere. Yeah, right there. I'm going to get all out put somewhere, to see everything. Guys, try to look when I come up the stairs. I guess there's a basement, so we'll check that real quick and then we'll go from there. Brook City Police, anybody down here? Brook City Police, is anybody down here? Come down here. >> Got you. I'm coming down. >> You're going to watch this pile. Watch this pile of [ __ ] Make sure it doesn't move, okay? >> [snorts] >> All right. Good. Hang tight. All right. Just kind of hold here in the living room. Don't let her out upstairs. [ __ ] it. I'm pretty sure there's bed bugs all over here. >> Do you see bugs on your legs? >> I don't know. They're going [groaning] to be [ __ ] killing me the rest of the day. 10-50 to 66 man can you give me a PS? >> Hello. >> Hey. Uh so we checked the residence for him. She gave us consent to come in and have a walk around. He's not in here, but we have other issues. I don't know which how you want to handle it, but there's a in her bedroom there's paraphernalia in plain view. Burnt There's burnt foil all over the bed. There's a meth pipe laying on the floor. She's got a small child in here. Obviously, the other kid's over at the school. So, I have more just inside the residence, kind of holding the first floor, having mom and the baby stay in the living room. See what you want to do. >> But, we don't think they're selling it or anything like that. >> I doubt they're selling. They look like, if anything, they just use. So, if anything's in there, if anything's in there, it'd be personal amount, personal use. But, I mean, like, what do you want to do with these kids? She's got freaking meth pipe and burnt foil just laying on the bed. And she's got a a toddler in here, and then she's got like a 11 12-year-old over at the school. >> How old is the Like, is the toddler walking around with all that stuff? >> Yeah, like, probably two. Or maybe three. She's old enough to talk and walk around and do her own thing. She'd walk up that bedroom right now and grab that meth pipe just laying on the floor. The apartment's disgusting. There's I'm pretty sure there's bedbugs hopping around everywhere in there. It's Yeah, it's filthy in there. So. >> And no drugs in plain view? >> No drugs in plain view. I wasn't going to like start microscoping when we were in there, obviously, looking for Zach. >> Right. I would at least make a referral to Do you have enough for endangering? >> Not with this burnt foil and the pipe. Unless there is something in the pipe and we If we pick it up and there's still [ __ ] left over in the pipe, that'd be different, but >> I would say seize what you have in plain view, cuz you have a right to seize that and charge her with the paraphernalia. >> Okay. >> And then make a referral to children's services. >> All right. All right, we'll question her on it, too. We'll we'll question her to see if she'll admit if there's any drugs in there. >> All right. >> All right, thanks. Bye. >> Bye. >> This one. >> [snorts] >> We went in to look for him, and she's got meth pipe and burnt foil laying all over her bedroom, so. >> She wasn't dumb enough to hide that before she let you come in and >> She was probably up there smoking it, and that's why she didn't answer. She said she was in the shower. >> Okay. She's probably smoking. >> Because then she wouldn't come to the door. She's like, "I don't want to come I can't find my keys. I don't want to come. It's embarrassing." It's like, "Well, I'm not bringing your kid back until you come and talk to us." And then her keys are laying right up there by the nightstand, where the meth pipe and the burnt foil is. We're going to go gather that up. We're going to see if she'll admit if there's any drugs in the house where I have drug paraphernalia at the least. And then we'll make a referral to charges. So. >> Give me donuts. >> Mhm. Donut. All right. What is your name? Alyssa? >> Yes. Alyssa or >> Alyssa? >> Yes, sir. >> All right. Here's the deal. Is there any drugs in this apartment? >> No, there's some foils up on my dresser. I know. >> I know the foils on the dresser. And the meth pipe. >> Oh, I threw them all away. I was I put them in the bag over there before I got in the shower cuz I was >> So why would you put them in there? >> Cuz I was looking in my closet for a bra and I saw it in there. I said it >> And you saw the one where you used to keep all your burnt foil in the in the bathroom. >> No, I saw it in the closet. I set it in there so I wouldn't forget to throw it away. >> What drugs do you use? >> I used fentanyl ice, but I'm mostly off it now. I got clean. You guys remember Ashley helped me like I detoxed here like 2 days ago. So I could get clean and I had >> So there's no drugs in there? >> No. >> So what if what if we search your bedroom, are we going to find drugs? >> No, you might find foils. Like that's all I threw away. That's why that's what I threw away. >> So you want to give us consent to search your bedroom? >> It's fine. You can. >> Okay. We're going to search your bedroom. >> Because there was foils in there. I found it. >> at the very least we're taking the foils and the meth pipe and we're going to charge you today with it. >> Okay. >> So. >> I found it to throw away. I set it there cuz I really got to remember. >> Okay. All right. Well, we're going to we're going to search your your bedroom then. Um stay down here. If you want to if you whatever and you can let us know if you change your mind, but All right. Hang down here with Officer Moore. >> What do you want to tell him to do with me? >> You can but I promise there's no drugs up there. If there was, I would have thrown them and did them before I got clean. I found them in my closet. That's why the safe was open cuz I was making sure there wasn't any drugs up there. >> Looks like you're using our cans, so that's cool. Someone over there is sleeping. >> Needle covers back here and some more burnt foil. >> See this right here? >> Yeah, that's probably enough there. That kid came up here and got into that that probably That feel like it, right? >> Yeah, definitely. >> So, doesn't take a lot. So, >> Can I ask you something? >> we're going to uh we're going to arrest her. So, we'll arrest her. >> What do you think that is? >> She said she uses fentanyl. It's probably fentanyl. So, that's definitely enough to kill you. So, she's going to jail. And we'll take the kids to juvenile services and send them to grandma. So, um yeah. >> All right, Alyssa, I need you to do me a favor. Sit the phone down. Stand up. Place your hands behind your back. You're under arrest. >> Can I put my hands behind my back? Why am I under arrest? Why am I under arrest? No, why am I under arrest? >> Felony drug possession and child child endangerment. I know. You need You need to have a nice, safe home. That's what you need. And we're going to do that. >> You're under arrest. Bring your wrists closer together. >> No, Mommy. >> [laughter] >> I didn't do it. >> Please don't arrest my Mommy. >> The wrong way. This robe is throwing me off. >> No, don't arrest my >> You just told me to secure your hands real quick. I put my handcuff [crying] on the wrong way. >> You just take it off. >> Yeah, cuz the robe's on her. >> Just take it off her. >> [crying] >> There you go. >> No, don't take my Mommy to jail. Please don't >> [laughter and crying] >> It doesn't matter. All right, let's go this way. Hop in. And then when we go to holding, you'll put We'll put that shirt on. You'll We'll put you in a cell to put that shirt on. All right, have a seat. >> Thank you. >> Yeah, we'll get it. >> at anytime overcast. 5 >> [snorts]
