[music] [music] Hey, hey, hey. >> [music] >> Hello everybody. Happy Sunday. I shortened up the intro a little bit. I think I found the right length. I don't know. All right. What do we have today? Ah, the usual. Uh, we got drunk people, stubborn people, foolish people. Uh, got a good mix of all of them. And I have the last video I'm going to play is uh, she's on the thumbnail in the bra. She's driving the wrong way on the highway. Very, very drunk. Might be I think I have two videos that they might be like top five for the month of the drunkest people I've seen in a body cam video. Uh, let's see. We're going to get started at a club, though. Uh, a couple ladies were uh, clout chasing. Uh, I don't know what they were doing. Uh, but they got all dressed up and then got in a fight with other women at this uh, fancy little club. And uh, boy, it was fun. So, let's get started with that one. >> I JUST TOLD Y >> I TOLD y'all not to leave. Y'all don't listen to y'all going TO JAIL. >> WHY ARE WE GOING TO JAIL? >> I JUST TOLD Y'ALL NOT TO LEAVE. What's wrong with her? >> Meet Jasmine. One summer night in Miami, she gets an invite from local nightlife legend Money Matt. So, Jasmine asks her best friend Sam to [music] join her. Sam says she's getting too old for the club scene, but reluctantly agrees. So, the [music] two friends head to a little club called The Studio. Shortly after, cops are called to the studio and arrive in the midst of chaos. This woman claims Sam and Jasmine attacked her, stabbing her in the back in the process. She has a deep laceration bleeding all down her dress. Security guards then escort out Sam and Jasmine as they argue with the other woman, insisting they didn't stab anybody. The lone officer on scene tries to separate the woman, ushering Sam and Jasmine into the elevator. I told you to I'm not from Miami. >> You You took it out. You're out. >> She hit me first. She hit me first. What the? My nail is broken. She hit me first. How would you stop her? >> Listen, listen. Listen, listen. Come here. Come here. Follow me. Why did I stop? >> YouTube, get out the elevator. Get out the elevator. >> I never told you to come inside. >> You didn't bully FOR NO REASON. YOU START THIS FOR NO REASON. >> Struggling to control the chaotic scene, the lone officer chases after Sam and Jasmine as they try to leave through the stairwell. in the elevator. >> She said that something happened to her. We're going to see her out. Okay. >> Don't touch us CUZ SHE WOULDN'T GET OUT OF THE SEAT. >> She for no reason. >> I know how to dress. You >> look nice. >> It doesn't matter. I'm not getting out of your seat and I throw a cup at >> Come back here. Come back here. >> Go through the door. Go through the door. Go through the door. No, >> I'm never coming back. >> You I'm fighting a girl. I HAVEN'T FOUND A GIRL IN YEARS. >> In years. I'm the fighting [ __ ] The girl. >> Travis, thank you very much for the $2 super chat. >> I told yall to stay right here. Y'all don't want to listen. >> GET IN THE ELEVATOR. >> OKAY, you guys are not free to leave. I already told y'all that. >> Okay, and we're going to figure it out. Okay. >> I have two females walking with you. The injured female is upstairs. She has like a superficial wound to her back. >> I got a hand with what? >> Make sure them two don't leave. Black and pink. >> It comes and goes. Tony, >> do you let them go? >> Did you really let them go? Sir, >> do you have any service? >> Yeah, they're coming. >> I'm going to the elevator in one second. >> Did you let them go? >> No, I did not. You can hang up the phone now. Have a seat right here. Have a seat right here. >> Have a seat right here. Just >> let me see. Lift up. Lift up the >> Let me see. >> Can I see it? Can you just lift up? >> They need to look at the wound. She's like, "No, I I can't. It's going to hurt." He needs to take a look at it. Move your >> pink dress. Fueled by liquid courage, Sam and Jasmine decide the best way out is to make a run. >> Always good to see you. >> I just told y >> y'all going to jail. Come on. >> WHY ARE WE GOING TO JAIL? >> CUZ I JUST TOLD Y'ALL NOT TO LEAVE. WHAT'S WRONG WITH Y'ALL? >> WHY? WHY WOULD YOU do that? >> Because I told y'all not to leave. Y'all don't listen. >> Why did you try to walk AWAY THOUGH? WHEN I DID YOU >> YEAH, BUT I JUST TOLD you that though. I just told you that. >> I'm going to kill for no reason. my mother. >> No reason to run. I told you ran >> because she put her hands on me for no reason. >> Okay. And I told her it was >> it doesn't matter. We told you where the other girl tell other girl. Come on. >> I'm going to change everything. So what? >> Okay. >> Girl, you know what's funny? >> No raising. I I knew it was you raising >> and I'm like, "Oh, it's Thursday. He's got to be working." Look, you should be at me because I was sitting there. >> I feel the air. I know. She could have killed me if he got my lung. >> We're worried about your injury right now. Not get the story in a little bit. >> Me because I was sitting at the chair >> and then I turned around and she attacked me and I didn't want to hit her back. Are you guys Are you guys related to her? >> Okay, so step over there. >> With the injured woman in stable condition, cops head upstairs to gather eyewitness accounts from the club security guards. >> Yeah, Parrot Court YouTube has been very buggy this week. I I don't know what the hell's going on with it, but I've had all kinds of issues off and on. >> See what happened over. Okay, hold push. I didn't see the first aggression, but I just seen both of them together and >> it looks fine on mine. It was mutual. Both of them squared up and then got into fell on top of a wine glass. >> They got tied up. She fell. They fell on the ground. >> You guys don't know what was under seat. >> Are they assigned seats or >> No, no assigned seat. So, they can >> They don't know who was on the seat first. >> I have zero clue. >> But then we hear a very different story from the victim and another witness. They say it wasn't a wine glass that injured her. They claim she was stabbed with a high heel. >> Yeah, she hit him with a heel. She hit him with a heel. >> That's not what they're saying up there. >> Yeah, they're not going to say that. But >> yeah, if you guys are having issues, I've got it on my iPad and iPhone. And both streams look they're they're working. So, you might need to uh close YouTube and come back. I don't know. Like I said, YouTube's having some issues this week. >> She had her off in her hand. >> Yeah. Some girl established her. Okay. >> I told you we're trying to figure it out and you didn't want to stay. You decided to run away. I don't know where you thought she was running to. The lady's going to the hospital. I don't know what happened, but you didn't want to stay around and tell me. >> So now this is what we're dealing with. I never said you were going to jail. >> But you're saying that they hit you with a heel. Do you know who was holding the heel? >> The one with the shorter hair. >> Shoulder hair. What was she wearing? you know, black. >> Another reason not to go to clubs. >> But Jasmine says she wasn't the instigator. While Sam was in the bathroom taking selfies, Jasmine saved her seat. But when the other woman sat down and Jasmine told her the seat was taken, the woman responded. >> She's like, "I don't feel at my friend." And then once I got him to befriend my friend, she fell into something. I don't know if it was glass or I don't know what happened or how how else did she get? I understand your story, but this is why you're in the back of a police car. You started to run away. I still don't understand where you were running to. >> It's just It's not crazy. It's not crazy. Do you think it's crazy that someone's in the trauma unit right now? >> We're going to raid Shane after I'm done here at about 4:00 Eastern. Shane, I hope you're ready. >> Do you think that's crazy? >> It's not crazy. That's very serious. >> You're 100% right about us getting up. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. That's That's resisting. That's resisting without violence. I've never had my handcuffs in my life. I don't know what's going on. Look at that. >> Are the handcuffs still on? >> I'm Jamaican. >> I'm not Jamaican. >> I have no idea. But do not pee in the car. >> Crazy. >> It's busy. >> Do we have to stay hiccups? >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Well, wait until you see what she was stabbed with. I I don't think it would have gone all the way through >> until we figure out what's happened. Who is Matt to you guys? Who's your friend? just a friend that buying us like a promoter or something. What is he? He's I don't know. He's just our friend that buying this phone. >> He had the same button. >> Make sure my phone is >> Yeah. It's a pink phone. >> Yeah. >> And now the details of the story change yet again. After reviewing the surveillance footage, the club manager says the victim didn't fall into a wine glass, but was intentionally struck with a martini glass. >> Okay. Martini glass. >> You'll see right here in the corner. This is the one that hit this wall here. We definitely see without a doubt. That's him. >> Oh, Matt is that man. >> Yes. Matt money is what he goes by. He knows a lot of people the rest of the piece of plastic. I like to kind of show you. >> Oh, look. >> You have some blood. >> Does that look red to you? That looks red, right? red. >> I mean, I couldn't tell you like which girl or girls, but I like saw like the glass in the hand in her like >> she missed something. >> Yeah, but it happened like really fast. >> One was wearing pink. >> With both women now in custody, it's time for the part neither claims to have experienced before. Both Sam and Jasmine say this is their first and only arrest. Whether that's true or not, they're about to get the full experience. Handcuffs, a search, and the booking. >> You had on heels. Okay. But you don't want to walk with them anyways. You're going to go down to the station. They're going to further interview you. Okay. >> At the station, bro. Come on. >> Cuz you you got to pee like a 100 times. Come on. Come on. Turn. Did you check? >> Yes, we had your phone. >> Okay. You know how to get out of cuffs cuz you got out of the first place. >> I never handcuffed me in my life. If you get out of the handcuffs I put on you. If you get out, I doubt you will. But if you do, then you will go to jail for a charge. >> Another charge. >> With another charge. Travis, thank you. >> It's not supposed to be comfortable. It's not made to be comfortable. >> We're going to switch gears. Okay. >> Okay. >> After they handcuff Sam, police will interview her and you'll hear Sam introduce a new theory. The injured woman was clout chasing and got jealous after seeing Jasmine flirting with Money M. Is my hands or my my nails hurt? >> I'm cut up. >> Okay. Put your hands behind your back like you're praying. No. No. Like this. Like this. >> We're going to go to the station now. >> In the video. >> It's not about the sharks. It's not about that. >> I never got arrested. >> Oh my gosh. Jesus. Yo, all my jump friends see me on arrested. >> Oh my gosh. Oh my bad. If my if my body hurt, I can't go to the emergency room. >> If you want to go, we can take this kind of pull. >> But she already went and she said I stabbed her and I never even touched the girl. I mean, I'm fighting her, but I never stabbed her. We had a fight. >> Okay. Um, pass. Look. You see? >> Okay. But sit in the car. Okay. Yeah, because you guys saw it. So, of course, you got to cut her. So, I didn't have no knife or no nothing. It was just a regular fight. And she hit us first. >> Explain that to the detective. Okay. >> Let me read it to her because >> I'm going to read your Miranda. Okay. >> Okay. Having this right in mind, do you wish to talk to us now? >> Yes or no? >> This is unfair. >> This is unfair. >> Yes or no? Ask your question so we can continue. Move on. >> Huh? >> Take me to Texas. >> No. No. The detectives are not going to talk to you. >> Oh, okay. So, what do we got to talk about? >> That was your chance to talk to her. Oh, sorry. I can't. >> So, do you wish after I already realized, do you wish to talk to me? >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, tell me. So, I went to the bathroom and I went to use the restroom. I was making videos. I just went to I went to pee and I make videos. So, I said, "Jasm, just hold my seat." So, when I came back, the girl was sitting down. Um, so she told her, she's like, "You know, my best sitting there." She said, "Cool." Like, whatever. So, I'm like, "Okay." So, I came back and she was like, "Oh, I'm not getting up." So, I said, "Okay, why you not getting up?" And, you know, I've been sitting there. I've been there from earlier. Why you not getting up? So I said, "Matt, can you talk to her?" Because that's Matt friend. He introduced us to said hi to her. I don't know if she had someone with Matt or cuz Jasmine was flirting with Matt. I don't know. Next thing you know, I don't know. We just started fighting. I don't know who hit who. I don't know who cuz I'm kind of tipsy. But I sit down. She got up and she got mad at Jasmine. And I think she hit Jasmine. I don't know if my instinct I don't know what. You get what I'm saying? But nobody had weapons. I don't have weapons. and they won't allow us in there or whatever weapon. >> Right on. >> So, that was just it. >> Good luck. >> It was nothing crazy. So, >> okay. >> And I don't even know how she got blood on. Look, I got cut, too. So, I never I'm not going to I mean, I haven't had a fight in so many years, you know? So, she don't pay my bills. I don't worry about her. I don't even know her name. And I told you guys for some reason, I'm like, "Babe, I don't even want to go out." Like, Sammy, come on. I'm just over it cuz I'm a business owner. I don't have time to deal with unnecessary drama. I got bills to pay. But I've been peep that she was talking to Matt and I've been peep when Jasmine was talking to her, she kind of had a little jealousy. But I never put you know sometime I'm like maybe it's my mind. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> So when I came out the bathroom I'm like why is this girl hacked hot style over my seat and you know we were sitting there the whole time. So the reason why we left because I'm like okay I'm black they going to think I started it but I did not start. >> When the officer tried to stop you. Yeah, I try to run. Yeah, I try to run because I just feel like I don't know. You know, it's just a it's just it's it's just I never got arrested and I just feel like I didn't do anything. >> Yeah, but you know, you didn't do anything. You can't run like that because it makes it look >> Yeah, make it look weird. I know. I know. >> So, you said you wanted to go to the hospital. You want to go >> I don't you know, we both had a fight. It's not that serious. Like I'm a strong woman, but I just feel like she went to the hospital and said we stopped her and I don't I don't have a weapon. >> Well, she has a big big >> Wow. >> But I'm just saying I never had a weapon. We were just a regular fight. She grabbed my hair. I dropped on the floor. If you see the videos, I dropped on the floor a couple of times. So, we had a regular fight. And I'm just frustrated at myself because I don't even do this. You get what I'm saying? >> Look, my hand is cut. >> I cut my finger. Your nail. >> Yeah. It's just a reck like girls fight. Like I'm 33 years old. I don't need to be having friends. You get what I'm saying? And we're just petty and caddyy and dumb. Like I don't know if she's intoxicated or she just got mad over Matt. Even Jine, she's just a she's not going to want she don't want Matt. She just, you know, so maybe she just think in her mind like this girl want Matt. And >> she started with her first. If you watch the videos, she came at her just being hostile for no reason. And he's just like, why? Like it's petty. >> Um but there's video and on the video all you see is your friend attacking her. >> Girls fell on the floor. >> Okay. >> So when she was on the floor she must have cut. >> Maybe you don't remember but in the beginning >> I remember. I'm perfectly safe. >> Okay. >> You do try to go back for your friend. But you also throw punches. >> But I'm grabbing my friend. But you're throwing punches at the same time. Just here to let you know you're getting arrested. You're getting charged for that which is battery. And you're getting charged for eating after I told you to stand by and sit down there. Okay. >> It's not us. We didn't do this. If I said she told you she want to stay home, you say, "Hey, no, let's go out." Sometimes you got to listen to that. >> So, I'm actually going to jail. >> Looks good for her. >> But while Sam is worried about going to jail, she's not too surprised to find Jasmine at the station laughing about the situation. >> Jasmine always think everything is funny. Why you always laughing, bro? We got to pay for lawyers. They need my girls. >> I think her first her >> Oh, she threw her phone in self-defense. >> That's what I'm saying. They said in the video I hit her first >> in self-defense. >> All I know is I fell back in the chair. I >> She fell in and then I and I hit her. I grabbed her in >> and that was it. >> And I fell back. I dropped something. Look, she I cut right here. Cut right here. The girl said, "Come here. There's one pretty girls in jail. >> Good grief. I need a break from them talking for a second. Jeez. I don't think either one of them has stopped talking since this started. >> I got to pay for lawyers. They're going to put us on a Miami Teeth page. >> I know called back and then me and her started fighting. That's all I remember. >> I know. I swear to God. >> I know they're going to have a heart attack. >> Why did we come outside? coconut. You will get the coconut water. >> I can't believe you know. >> Yep. >> Oh my god. >> And she said this will be the sauce. >> Oh, no. Don't blame us. >> We're going to be able to talk. So the glass broke and it covers you guys. I think after you post the video they got jealous cover up to pray for us sometime we just got to stay away >> and you know she was fighting over the night at some point we're grown ass woman like I saw her it was over a chair like she said it was over chair I'm going to ask you a chair >> next time she said I don't give a about your chair but she had not stopped >> anybody amendment that's real speech that's not speech This is why I need to start going to church. >> Is this our dream? >> And we're going to wake up still. >> More than a year later, both Sam and Jasmine are still dealing with the fallout. Sam is facing a felony aggravated battery charge and misdemeanor resisting. While Jasmine is facing misdemeanor battery and resisting, both women were released on bond and ordered to stay away from the victim. And after a whole lot of court dates, continuences, and paperwork, neither case has reached a verdict. Jasmine's trial is currently scheduled for September 28th, while Sans has been pushed back to December 7th. [music] So, yeah, that seat at the club next to Money Mat ended up being a lot more trouble than either of them expected. All right. Well, that was kind of exhausting, but I had to have some video to start this off. Now, I'm going to go to a guy. He's got a warrant. They stop him at a gas station and he decides, "Yeah, I don't really want to go in on the warrant right now, so I'm going to try and run you guys over." >> February 26th, 2026, a Defiance Police Department officer on patrol observed a truck with a missing rear passenger door in Defiance, Ohio. The vehicle matched the description of a bolo issued by the Napoleon City Police Department. The officer ran the license plate to confirm, and the registered owner was found to have an active warrant from Napoleon City Police Department. The officer initiated a traffic stop and the vehicle pulled into a Marathon gas station. >> Hey, Matthew. How are we doing today? >> Not too bad. Was there a situation that happened earlier today over Napoleon? >> You're not You're not aware of anything that happened to Napoleon? Okay. Gotcha. You are Matthew. Is it? >> Okay. Gotcha. Um I'll be out talking now. Okay. I got you. Uh, so what I'm going to have you do is I'm going to have you step out of the vehicle. As of right now, you're just going to be detained just because it's an ongoing situation. Um, we have a warrant actually from Napoleon. Uh, we're I'm going to be honest with you, Matt. We're Is Matt. Okay, Matthew. Um, we're not entirely 100% on what's going on. Um, I just we did receive that warrant. So, like I said, right now you're >> She called me. She called me earlier. told me earlier. >> Okay, I gotcha. Yeah, like I said, uh we got the warrant, so uh we're gonna have to take >> Welcome back, Erica. >> Um I'm not entirely sure. It just got faxed over. Probably not even 10 minutes ago. Do what now? >> Under arrest. >> Um as of right now, yeah, you're going to be under arrest uh off of that that warrant from Napoleon >> regarding the situation. So, what I'm going to have you do is go ahead and step out of the vehicle for me. Um and We'll go over everything. We'll we'll uh >> I've seen a few >> inform you of what's going on right now. I need you to step out of the vehicle >> for me. >> Come on. >> Make this easy. >> Um I'm going to go ahead and detain you. Then we can let you make a couple of calls. Okay. >> It's an odd name for a city. Napoleon def. Driver refused to step out of the vehicle and began acting suspiciously. >> Backup arrived shortly after. >> What you going to do? >> J, I know you heard me, so I'm going to tell you again. I'm going to have you step out of the vehicle for me. Drop the phone. >> Go ahead and leave the phone in the car. >> That's some [ __ ] dude. >> Okay. I Yep. >> I know, but it's just I don't understand why. >> Okay. I got >> the rest. I did nothing wrong. And I get >> Why would she call? Why wouldn't it? Just don't make no sense. >> Okay. He [snorts] had to wait for his backup. Now that the backup's here, now they're going to try and get him out of the car. >> Okay. Yeah. No, I understand. I asked you about four times now to step out of the vehicle. >> If you're not going to step out of the vehicle, we're going to have to take it out of the vehicle. Okay. >> I don't want to me. >> Okay. Yeah. No, I got you. Okay. >> Hello, Matthew. Dude, they're going to >> go for it. Step out of the vehicle. Give me step out of the vehicle. >> Come on, buddy. >> All right. >> Talk to your mom outside. >> Yeah, they're going to freaking try to get >> Put the phone down. >> I didn't talk to Please, guys. Stop. Okay, here we go. >> Step out of the vehicle. You're going to catch extra charges. >> Matthew, don't do that. >> Refusing to get out of the vehicle. >> You can I told you you can make the call back at the >> Okay, I will. All right. >> All right. >> Matthew, >> step out of here. >> I don't I don't feel like he's safe or anything, dude. Please. >> I don't feel >> Oh, he's not safe. >> You're going to get tased. >> I don't feel safe. >> Step out of the vehicle. >> All right. I don't feel safe. >> Step out of the vehicle, Matthew. You're going to get tased. Step out of the vehicle. I got step out. >> Matthew, step out of the vehicle. >> Come on, buddy. >> Go, Matthew. >> Step out of the vehicle. You're getting tased. >> Please stop. >> Matthew, >> get out. Please stop. >> Whoa. >> No, that hurt. >> Matthew, step out of the vehicle. >> Step out of the vehicle. Okay. >> Whoa. Uhoh. Oh no. Don't stand behind the car. >> HEY, [screaming] >> STEP OUT OF THE VEHICLE. >> I DON'T want >> I don't want to. >> And he's off. And he broke his door, so he can't even close the door. So, he's riding down the road with his door open. Yeah. Who saw that coming? What a shock. Yeah, apparently not. That would have been helpful. >> He's running back behind the woods. They'll never find him in those woods, >> but he tried. >> Matthew, stop. >> He's over here. Matthew. >> Yeah, then I couldn't show it. Matthew, it ain't worth it, man. >> I don't know. Good question. I should test it. >> Yeah, >> it's going to be in the woods across the street from B&Z. >> I don't want to go to jail, so I'm going to do everything possible. >> Just wait for the dog. >> Okay. Hey, I didn't even catch that. >> Okay. [panting] >> I don't know, man. My leg got >> Yeah. >> [ __ ] up. >> I don't know if he hit me with the car or what. >> And that would be aggravated battery times two cuz there were two officers there. Good job, buddy. >> This is it. >> Yeah. A [ __ ] >> Hey, Southern Queen. Good to see you. Happy Sunday. >> I saw him in this area here. That's why I tried turning the car on. >> Stay with me. All right. >> You're not the only one. Flower, >> he's going to be facing a tree. Hey guys, I'm going to go back get the drone. >> Okay. >> Yeah, that's why we try not to ban people here, but sometimes they give us no choice. Hey, Trish. bit. >> Yep. And if he's really smart, he won't show up to court whenever he bonds out for whatever this is for whatever they're going to charge him for here. And then he'll have another warrant. Then he can do it all again. He's >> come. That's good boy. We just came from there. >> Oh, yeah. That is infrared. They got the fancy ones. Bigfoot, too. [snorts] >> Here you have Nancy. Yes. But I see you have a Credence and Mikey. I know what you're up to over there. >> Yeah. Did they touch him? Where'd he go? Oh, they got the dog. >> Right here. Hey, hey, hey, hey. Right here. >> Right here. Under the blue truck. >> I'll subscribe. >> Get out. GET OUT. >> CRAWL OUT. >> CRAWL OUT. >> CRAWL OUT. >> The dog out. [ __ ] you. >> Oh, there he is. He's under the car. Well, that was a pretty good hiding spot until the dog showed up. [ __ ] you. >> You have cuffs on you. >> CRAWL THE [ __ ] OUT. ROLL THERE. YOU'RE GOING TO GET bit traffic in [screaming] Nico. >> I'm sorry about any of the cops. >> Good job. You hear me? I'm sorry to officers. Roll on to your right. >> Yeah, I'm not crawling around in the woods to look for some hardened criminal. I don't know if this guy's a hardened criminal, but still. Yeah, that's not my job. >> Bring your legs up to your chest. >> Bring your legs to your chest. >> Queen, happy Monday to you. >> All right, >> you two, right? I'm sorry. >> Go ahead. Search him. He said, "So, >> you can contact my mom and try to get my dogs, please." >> No. Would you do please? >> Still wants to call his mommy. We'll get you in the car first and we'll talk. Nice. >> Yeah, it's unlocked. >> No, the nose knows. >> Yes. I want to tell you >> Oh my goodness. >> Yeah, >> I feel very unsafe now. >> He was arrested and transported to a local hospital for medical clearance before being taken to jail. Both officers were also struck by the truck and required medical attention, though they were cleared and released. He was charged with assault on officers, failure to comply, and vehicular assault, and was transported to the Correction Center of Northwest Ohio for booking. He appeared in court the following morning where his bond was set at $500,000 cash. >> Yeah, he's not getting out. No way. Holy crap. Yeah. uh a $500,000 bond. Bondsmen usually take 10% and you don't get that back if you go through a bondsman. So unless he has $50,000 to spare, he's not getting out. Or if his mom lives in a house that's worth over $500,000 that's paid off that she wants to put up and risk this guy doing this again. Nope. All right. Next, we're going to go to a middle school. The kids are all blurred out so we don't see them, but a teacher was running a fight club out of the school. And then it was all on video and the police saw the videos. Parents complained. And uh most of this is the interrogation of her. And she just lies and lies and lies. >> This isn't a street fight. This isn't some random place where nobody is watching. This is a classroom. But you know what's shocking? There's a teacher right in that classroom. She wasn't just there when students started fighting. She allowed the fights to happen, gave them rules and watched as her students fought each other. And when detectives finally asked her about it, she denied despite multiple pieces of evidence. >> You can clearly hear you say in certain videos, "Hey, no screaming, no yelling, go at it." >> But how do you know that? >> It started at Griffin Middle School in Tallahassee, Florida, where sixth grade teacher Angel Footman was responsible for her students. But inside her classroom, investigators discovered something very different was happening. Several students were being called out of their normal classes and sent to Footman's classroom. And according to investigators, they weren't going there to study. They were going there to fight. >> Yeah. >> What the And there she is. >> One of the videos clearly showed a teacher coming to stop one of the students recording because she knew the implications. On top of that, multiple students confirmed what exactly happened inside Miss Footman's classes. I have Miss Hampton's mother, Elizabeth Stoops. Um, Miss Stoops, if you'll say your date of birth, please. I heard this is in reference to um a fight that you possibly witnessed at school. Do you know what I'm talking about? Okay. Do you want to tell me about it? >> There was like this fight in Miss Spman's class and I don't know why came into the classroom for the fighting. I was doing my McGra Hill and >> All right, I got to pause it right there. She said she was doing her McGra Hill. McGraw Hill is a publisher of textbooks for schools. So, she was doing a she was doing school work. She's trying to do work and this teacher is bringing in people to have a fight >> and they just started fighting. >> And you said you didn't know why they wanted to fight? >> Yes, ma'am. >> Okay. And what were the name of the girls that were fighting that you saw fighting? And do you remember what day this happened on? >> I think it was 23rd. >> The 23rd of February, I'm assuming. >> Middle school, though. >> And what classroom did this happen in? >> Miss Footman's class. >> Was Miss Footman in the room? >> Yes, ma'am. Did Miss Footman or any other teacher or school staff person try to check up break up the fight or anything? >> Like some students were >> some students tried to break it up. Okay. But Miss Footman didn't try to break it up. >> She did try. >> She did. Okay. What did she do? >> She was like saying stop and like trying to pull them away a little bit. >> Okay. Was this the first um fight that you witnessed in her class? >> No. Okay. What was the other fight? >> There was another fight with I forgot but there was another one. I just forgot who fought. >> Okay. Were they boys or girls? girls. >> Okay. Do you remember what day that happened on? >> No, ma'am. >> Was it before or after the the one on the 23rd? >> Before. >> Do or you don't understand what we're investigating? >> I do. >> Okay. What What would that be? >> Fight from yesterday. >> Hey, Frank. >> The fight from yesterday. Okay. Where was this fight >> in fourth period? >> Whose classroom? >> Okay. Did you just witness it? >> No, I was just sitting. >> What led up to the fight? >> I don't know. But they just talk about a fight and they was fighting. >> Okay. Who was fighting? I don't know their name. >> You don't know their names? But this happened in Miss Footman's class in fourth period yesterday. Okay. Yesterday was Thursday the 23rd. Was it two girls, a girl, and a guy? Like who all was fighting? >> We I think we find out >> two girls were fighting. You don't know why it started. What all went on in the fight itself? >> I don't just talk about that they're going to fight. >> You don't know. Like could you describe how the fight was? It was just the two of them. What were they doing when they were fighting? Yeah, >> I was pulling hair and that was on the ground. >> Pulling hair and throwing each other on the ground. Uh, how did the fight end? >> Miss Footman pulled them apart and they Oh, >> they got to learn sometime. >> Okay, so Miss Footman pulled them apart when the bell rang. >> Yeah. >> How long were they fighting? >> I'm not going to spoil anything. >> It was about time to go. >> So, they were fighting for about 10 minutes until it was time to go. I suspect that she either she's got some kind of psychological problem with girls, or she knew that if she let two boys fight, even middle school boys, there's no way she'd be able to break it up. >> Told investigators that the students knew they could fight inside Footman's classroom and that Footman had eventually agreed to let them do it. But these weren't the only students who described what was happening. >> So, tell me what you saw. It was other people in my classroom that called another girl down to our classroom so they can see the girl that was in my classroom fight each other. They called >> her down >> they can fight and the teacher said that they could do it like a friendly fight. >> Okay. Miss Footman said that. >> Yes. She told them not to record. >> Mhm. >> But they recorded. >> Mhm. >> So >> did you see who recorded it? >> No. So she Miss Did Miss Footman say anything else? >> She was stopping. She was like trying to break it up. >> Okay. After they had been going for a little bit? Yeah. Okay. Were the desks moved around and everything? Like I mean, did they know they were going to fight or >> The desk were in the same place. >> Okay. All the witnesses confirmed fights started there while other students watched. And according to them, Footman was right there. But investigators weren't relying only on student statements. They had the videos. And those videos showed footmen inside the classroom while the fights were happening. The investigation was now becoming much harder to explain away. So detectives sat down with Footman. >> You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in court. Do you understand? >> Okay. >> Give me your first and last name. >> Tell me [sighs and gasps] how this all came about with these students and the fights and everything. >> Okay. So basically on Thursday um before fourth period um the student she was the aggressor and she came in my classroom and she was trying to get in to fight my classroom. So I had escorted her out of the classroom. I said no like we're not going to do this. We're not going to fight. >> Um so then she came back at the end of the period. So 42. She came back at 20 and you could probably see that in the cameras the time stamps. >> Um she came back at 2011. So I sit on the far side away from my door. The doors are always locked. So students answer my door. So um [snorts] >> student I open the door and then you know she came in and then the other little girl immediately jumped up and they began fighting. The fight lasted maybe less than 30 seconds. Like it wasn't even enough time for me to call someone. >> Um and it definitely wasn't enough time for me to get up and break it up. Usually when a fight does happen in my class, um you know, usually I'll call for someone, but we only have one security guard, so it'll take a while for him to get there. So I'll usually have to step in and break it up. And then I've gotten hurt that way many times. Um having to break up. >> Um but that's pretty much how that happened. And then when the bell had rang, cuz she came in at the >> when the bell had rang and she's a teacher. Yeah. Did it look like in that video, I know it was blurred, but did it look like she was doing anything to try and break it up or just standing there watching? >> Very end of the period, they all dispersed and um I didn't write it up because I just didn't even process what really even just happened. >> And according to her, she didn't have time to intervene or call anyone. But there was a problem. This wasn't the only fight investigators were looking into. There had been multiple altercations in the classroom. >> What about fights on the day before? on Wednesday. >> I'm not sure about that one. >> Okay. Some of the videos that I saw, again, I can't verify whether they're the same ones you saw, but >> um in terms of these fights occurring um the classroom sitting at your desk >> and watching these two girls beat the crap out of each other. I mean, is there a reason that you did not call anyone? >> I couldn't call anyone. My >> YouTube is glitching, Cherry. >> Okay. And I have that documented as well by it. >> She really is. >> I do have a cell phone. You could use that to >> That could be too. >> I could have. >> Okay. >> Um and >> Footman clearly had a way to call for help, but she didn't. However, that wasn't the end. >> Clearly hear you say in certain videos, "Hey, no screaming, no yelling. Go at it." >> But how do you know that? >> Because you're clearly standing there and it's an adult. Mhm. >> She's a middle school teacher and she was running a fight club type thing out of her classroom. >> Voice. It's not a child's voice. >> Yeah. But even when like I'm talking on the phone, like they don't know if it's my voice or not. >> I mean, I can I I can get the videos and show you um what I saw. I know they were kind of blurry. So, I'll have to look at the school. I know the school resource deputy has those. But again, this was multiple people that identified that as your voice and you're scene in the video as the only adult in the room. Um, you teach alone, right? >> I do teach for lunch. >> Um, but it's clear that. And then there's the other video where I clearly saw it was you and I'd have to look at which two it was. There was only two other girls in there. And >> that's the one I had described to you, >> right? And then you walk towards whoever is filming it at the end and you tell them to shut it off. Um [clears throat] that's clearly I mean it's your face, you know. Um so that story is not the story of them just coming in there and fighting. Why are all the desks moved out of the way? >> Oh, that's how my desks are set up. >> Okay. So if I asked any of the kids, you know, who told me the desks were moved and all these girls knew that they were going to go there to fight, why would they be saying that? >> I don't know. But my desk are always set up like that, especially towards the end of the day. >> Okay, >> cuz my children love the >> footman seemed to have answers for all the questions the detective confronted her with. But while the officer stepped out a bit, something noteworthy happened. >> Hello. >> I'm in big trouble. Mama >> in here. They're questioning me. Footman got on a phone call and then she began crying, visibly shaken as she waited for the detective to return. >> Things that differ from what you're telling me in terms of, hey, I've got multiple students saying she was called there and I've got kids saying she called me there and they knew it was going to happen. It's not like you force them to, but they knew what they were going there for. >> Footman's statement and pieces of evidence weren't matching. It's clear that she almost cannot explain her way out. However, she has one last question. Um, so what could be the outcome of >> So I'm going to continue interviewing, talking to people, pulling those records and seeing what the school can provide me with. But, um, it's going to be kind of up to the state attorney's office in terms of moving forward with charges or not. That's in their hands. >> What would the charges be? >> Um, I don't know at this point in [snorts] terms of >> A lot of people have to do that. >> You know, in terms of how it's not going to be a surprise. I'm pretty upfront. Um, but I have to say in terms of everything, I mean the videos it's not acceptable. I mean from an outsers's perspective there are beating up each other. >> I mean and you know that >> I know that um >> and I know you're small and I know but you also knew that there was steps you needed to take to stop this from happening. On April 6th, 2023, prosecutors approved four counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, one for each juvenile involved in the case. She was later removed from her teaching position. The criminal case was eventually resolved through a plea agreement in 2024 with the charges dropped in exchange for conditions that included community service and a permanent bar from working for the Lyon County School District. >> Really? So, the charges were dropped? What the [ __ ] H. All right. Now that I have everyone angry at the teacher. Hey, Fluffy. All right. Uh, we're going to go to a couple. Um, the the girlfriend's okay. Like, she she's a little emotional, but you know, she's young. The guy's young, too. This one frustrated the hell out of me. It's a young man. He's just being stupid. He gets himself arrested for nothing. >> I'm not getting arrested. No. For what? If they give me a reason for what? No. Oh no. >> Julia, please license insurance, please. Park in your pocket because fine. I want I want your license, registration, insurance. >> This is my father's fine. I understand. >> We're not trying to start. Please don't give us any. I'm not. I just want to make sure it's all legit and I'll send you your way. Okay. I promise. >> Just stop arguing with them. Stop this one. >> It's not worth it. Bro, I was just saying, bro, >> we were literally hugging in the back. >> I have no problem. I have no problem doing that. >> I just want I'll make sure everything's all legit and I'll send you on your way. >> Stop talking to him. Don't talk to him. No, don't talk. You're not even the driver. >> Yep. >> So far, they just want to run the license, make sure that neither one of them have warrants. They're in a park that's closed. Not a big deal. If everything's good, then they're going to let them leave. No problem. Right. >> It's my paperwork. It's my father's car. >> Why? Why you arguing with these people, bro? They always people tickets. Come on. >> I got enough [ __ ] going on, bro. >> Make sure everything's all legit. I'll send them your way. >> Make sure. >> There you go. So, everything's legit. Why do you got to make sure it's legit? >> Because we're the police. We're investigating. >> But we're parked here after hours. Why do you need the insurance and everything? >> There you go. That's because after hours technically it's illegal. >> There was there's a car. >> There's mad people here, sir. Okay, very well. I'll make sure everything's legit. I'll promise I'll give you nothing. >> You're not. I promise and I'll arrest you. >> If you don't, you'll be a place under arrest, sir. >> You're not about to do that to me. >> Simple choice. Let me see your license or I'm taking you to jail. Which would you guys choose? >> You You want to make a bet on it? >> You want to make a bet on it? >> Come on. >> Yeah. I want to make a bet. You're not doing nothing. You want to go to I'm telling you to calm down, bro. There we got another. >> I'm telling you to calm down, bro. Why are you making things so complicated? >> I want your license. If not, you're going to be placed under arrest. >> Don't be foolish. I want I want his license. If he's going to go on his way, and if he if he does it, he'll be under arrest. Just stop the police. We are the police. I'm asking for license or I promise y'all are arrested. >> Hey, you right. I don't know if I do my mother. I'm not getting arrested. No. >> I don't think this is the first time he's acted like this. So, I don't feel too bad for her. >> For what? If they give me a reason for what? No. >> I'm not doing that. No, I'm not doing that. He's not. >> I'm at East Side Park. Can you please come? >> They harassing me over here. Well, not even they. There's one cop he's harassing for no reason to leave after parked after hours. We're about to leave. He pulled over in the front of us. Said, "You're getting pulled over now. I can't leave." >> Whatever ID you have, >> he's trying to take my ID and all >> about arresting him. Pulled over for nothing. For we didn't get pulled over here with the car. Come around all the time. There's nothing else to discuss. >> May I come out the car? >> No. What you getting out the car? May I step out the car, sir? >> Why are you getting out the car? >> Because >> one bad >> one bad dab. Good to see you. >> What's wrong with you? >> I DIDN'T DO NOTHING. >> I know you didn't know anything. >> Yes, you don't know the law. I'm screaming in my ear or anything like that. >> Oh, Julian. Julian, please show them to you. >> Yeah, those would be reasons. Those are like normal reasons why somebody doesn't want to ID themselves. They have a warrant or, you know, their license is suspended. No insurance at all. >> I don't want You're not Are you or not? Last warning. Are you or not? >> I'm not giving out. >> Stop it. >> You're under You're under arrest. Get out. You're under arrest. Get out. You're under. It's too late, man. Your license. >> Show it to them. That's it. NOW, LET US GO. OH, COME ON. GET OUT. GET OUT. YOU'RE UNDER ARREST. >> NO, SIR. STOP. PLEASE. JULIAN, COME ON. >> WHAT AM I BEING arrested for? >> [ __ ] license. See >> how simple that was? >> Please. >> Julian, please. >> Please. >> Now she jumps out of the car. Get back. >> Give me my phone. >> Why you taking my hand? >> Show me how you take it. Yo, grab my phone. >> You got him. >> Grab my phone. You got him. >> My phone. >> I'm not I'm not resisting. [laughter] >> Give me a hand. >> I'm not resisting. >> Please. >> I'm not resisting, bro. >> I'm not resisting. Then give us your hand. >> Well, my hand is >> I'm just saying there there are a bunch of reasons why people don't want to give their ID. This guy doesn't have any reason. I It's just so stupid. You're arresting him. >> Come on, bro. That's too tight, bro. That's too tight. That's okay. >> He's not resisting. LET HIM GO. >> THAT'S TOO WARNED YOU [screaming] WRIST. That's >> Anthony. That's not true in most states. Yes, you do. >> [ __ ] ass [ __ ] That's tooight. Break my wrist. >> Now, calm down. Please, bro. Please, bro. Okay, it'll come off. >> Come on, bro. Please go loosen this one and DO IT OVER, BRO. Loosen this one and do it. >> Mama shows up. >> My wrist. My wrist. My wrist. I swear to God. I swear to God. My wrist. I swear to God. >> Okay, I'll take care of it. >> Crazy. Good to see you. >> I'll take care of it. >> Yo, I've got to loosen it. >> I've got to loosen it. Calm down. >> Let me tell you, bro. All you had to do was >> I told you that two minutes. This is his mother. Exactly. >> I'm not going nowhere. >> Here, here. Here. >> Get off the phone. My mom, >> bro. All you have to do IS SHOW IT. RELAX. >> YEAH. I THINK she's a drama queen. >> Here. Talk to your mother. He's bleeding. >> YEAH. >> I'M NOT RESISTING. >> TOO LATE. >> Too late. >> Really, dude? >> You're not losing. He's going to loosen it. He's going to loosen it. >> Guys, come on. >> Calm down. >> Calm down. >> He's going to loosen it. >> He's going to loosen it. Calm down. >> Yeah. >> Come on, bro. >> Are you going to resist or No, >> I'm not resisting. >> I'm not going to jail again. >> What are you going to do, bro? >> There you go. See? >> Please, bro. >> All right. >> I have no problem, Randy. >> Is it good now? >> Okay, hold on. Hold on. >> You good with the other one? >> That's good. That's good. The cuffs are too tight. I'm not resisting. >> All you had to do is not a man, bro. >> Wait until his mother come. >> He's a grown man, right? >> Yo, take everything out my search. >> Take everything out my pocket. Take my wallet. Don't give nobody my went straight to emotion. >> Don't give nobody. >> That's sad. Who? Me? >> Go ahead. You're okay. >> No, I'm not okay. Why are you guys arresting my [ __ ] boyfriend? He didn't do anything. >> You were there. >> They said like 10 times, give us your ID or we're we're taking you to jail. And she was there. She heard the whole thing. Why are you taking him? >> No. Do not Guys, >> wait. Just wait for his mother to come. Please. Do not leave. Do not leave. >> Okay. Talk to her. Please. Do not move. Move. >> Yo, don't tell nobody. Talk to my >> Rachel. This wouldn't even have been a ticket. They said, "Let us just see your ID. We'll make sure everything's okay and you guys can leave." It wouldn't even have been a warning. Nothing. >> My mother, bro. >> You want to calm down? This is one of the police officers. >> Okay. Well, >> you're going to come to 111 Broadway. That's where we're going to be. Okay. >> The park is closed. We're going to 111 Broadway. probably call a lawyer. >> Okay. >> I want to make sure you're following the process myself. >> Well, first of all, I'm following the process and he's going downtown. I'll give you your paperwork. >> Give me a position. >> She shows up in a second. >> What? >> No. What? I don't >> uh This one, this one was from the channel Uncovered. I forgot the name of the video, but it's one of the most recent ones. >> This is a >> Where are you? >> Can I have my paperwork? >> Yes. Y you're going to get it back. >> What y'all need all of this for? He didn't do anything. >> That would have been the worst. >> She's coming. She's coming. >> Hey, Junior. Just calm down. >> Don't worry, >> bro. I'mma get you out. I'mma get you out. I'mma get you out. I'mma get you out. >> Nice to to uh start differently. What do you mean you're here because of me? >> Relax. Relax. Relax. Relax. Relax. Okay. You don't want to obstruction. You don't want nothing. It's okay. Just relax. Get in the car. I want to know. My son called me. >> I'll talk to you. I'll talk to you. Come here. >> My son told >> Now notice she starts every sentence with my son told me. He told me >> told me that you asked the police to park and he was going to do it and you blocked him and Cook wouldn't let him leave. Why is he being arrested right now? Because he does not have to give you his ID. What? Stop. >> Thank you. >> It's okay, bro. Yeah. Please tell him, bro. Please tell him to >> NO. YEAH, I KNOW. YED. >> NO, WE WE DIDN'T MESS UP, BRO. It's an order. >> I asked him for his paperwork and I told him you were going to get a warning so I can let you on your way. >> I said very much. I I >> Michelle Michelle Michelle Michelle get in the car. Get in the car. It's not going to help. Get in the car. >> What do I do? >> A motor vehicle stopped for what? I need to know why you give me a second. >> He He was like, "Why the you looking at my girl?" I was like, "Bro, first of all, I'm not looking at your girl. You guys are in the back seat, >> bro. I don't know why he Bro, he flipped out. He flipped out. And all he he asked him was he's like, "Look, >> do you have the paperwork for the car? Could we see it and you could leave? I'm not sure. He's not He wasn't The park is closed. You're in the backseat of the car. Okay. You know what, >> bro? The park is closed. Okay. >> All we were going to do is just look at the paperwork and send him on his way. But you know what? He didn't want to do that. He warned him. Look, if you don't show me your paperwork, show me your license or ID, you're going to get locked up. I ain't showing you [ __ ] I ain't showing you [ __ ] Whatever paperwork she had for the car, he put it down his pants. >> He put it down his pants, bro. Nothing for nothing. And I'm telling him, calm down and calm down and calm down over and over. Bro, you really think I want to lock him up for this nonsense? Come on, bro. >> Thank God that you're older or younger? You're younger, bro. Let me tell you, you know what? You're a lot more calm and a lot more mature. But like, he just flipped out. He >> He did flip out. Yeah. If I got caught in the park with a girl when I was much younger, I would have just shown my ID and we would have left. >> Flipped out from I don't know why. I don't know why he has a bad experience, >> bro. But but but the thing is he he's going to have another bad one because you know what, bro? Like, you're being disrespectful. You're being defiant. We're telling you that if not, you're going to be locked up for obstructing a governmental function. And he's like, you ain't giving you nothing. >> What do you think we're going to do? We're going to back away. >> I don't know about any experience locked up for paperwork that we could show you right now. There are certain circumstances like they can't just walk up to a random person say, "Hey, you you look funny. I I want your ID." They It does have to be like a a stop like this or like even passengers don't have to ID unless they're suspected of of a crime, but she was in the park after hours, too. So, yeah, she does have to ID. >> What do you want to say to him? >> I need to talk to him. He's my boyfriend. That's This is her car, >> right? >> And he has a license and his license is valid. >> I have no problem. You want to let me finish? >> Okay. Go ahead. >> Yeah. The park's closed. Okay. >> We stopped. Make sure make sure everything was good. I asked for license insurance. He was given a warning until the park's closed. I'm actually about 10:00. >> We need to again >> but he said you stood in front of him and wouldn't let the police >> he's standing there park closed and he's like stop looking at us that way. I'm looking at you. Which way? We're the police. >> Nevertheless, we warn we let him get your paperwork and I promise just like that. Obviously you're not going to take anything. I'm going to send you down your way. I'm not giving you nothing. >> Sir, please give me your paper. >> He doesn't have to though. >> Yes, he does ma'am. >> Why? >> Simple. It's still obstructing. >> Obstructing? >> Yes, you are. Yes, sir. >> Yes. >> He has to give his ID because that's the law. Lady, you are wrong. Your son is wrong. You taught him wrong. >> He's working hard to drive. He's driving. >> You ask him to leave the park. So, what is he obstructing? >> When he's behind that motor vehicle vehicle and I stop him for a motor vehicle stop and is his obligation to give me license, restriction, and insurance. >> Right. But you asked him to leave the park. What was the motor vehicle stop? >> Park is closed. >> That's what you said. >> Yes, it is. Yes, it is a motor vehicle. >> He said you asked to leave and then pulled in front of him. >> He's not giving me his paperwork. He has he has given me that paperwork. >> So, at what point did you ask for this paperwork? He decided to say no because he told me you asked him to leave the park and then he said you pulled in front of him to block him from leaving and then you saying didn't show ID >> tell my mom to stop talking. I got everything. >> All right, get on my face. You get on my face. >> WHY ARE YOU MAD AT ME, BRO? >> Just chill, Julie. >> The guy's mad at every He's deep in his emotions. He's mad at everyone. Moon dance, thank you very much for becoming a member. >> Calm down. Okay. >> You want me to open the window? Leave him alone. >> Triple trouble. Good to see you, >> Julian. Please just calm. >> Just leave him alone. Leave him alone. >> You missed looking at him. >> No, I said why? Can I say why not? He said that. >> No. Why? Yeah. Why? What do you guys want? What should I say? The park's close. Why? Close. Why? He's arguing with you. I said, you know what? Fine. Let me give you your paperwork. >> I was going to say, here's your paper. Listen to here's a warning. Leave now. I ain't giving you >> as I you know nothing. >> You'll be Please. My my my partner begged with him. Please give us a paper so we go on your way. >> Yeah. >> All nope. I'm not giving you nothing. >> That's necessary. You are obstructing. You will be arrested. >> Nope. I'm not giving you nothing. You need to learn self-disipline. Shut the up. Period. Your mouth is going to get you in trouble, >> ma'am. >> No, you're going to listen to me. YOU CALLED ME OUT OF MY BED NOT FEELING WELL. YOU'RE GOING TO LISTEN TO ME. THIS IS NOT BEING A MAN. You told me they pulled you over. You talking [ __ ] to them for what? >> I didn't talk no [ __ ] to no. >> YOU REFUSED TO GIVE THE PAPERWORK. THIS is the paperwork. YOU HAVE YOUR LICENSE. They asked for it and you're in the park. IT DOESN'T MATTER. >> I DIDN'T EVEN >> YOU SHOULD have left first. He said you asked what you're looking at. >> You know what I'm saying? Look at him still arguing. >> If they if they had just given them the ID, they could have found another place to go and then carried on. >> Believe what he's saying. You got TO GET HIS BADGE NUMBER.
