Heat. Heat. [music] [music] >> [music] >> Heat. Heat. [music] >> [music] >> Hello. Happy Saturday, everybody. Hope you had a good Friday night. Hope you got some rest. We've got two shows today for the members. Uh well, this one's for everybody. And then if you're a member of the channel, I'm going to do another. It'll be a little bit shorter because I did a members only on Wednesday and it was kind of spur of the moment to add another one on Saturday. Uh, but I think going forward I'll move the members only to to Saturday after the Saturday show. That seemed to be more convenient when I was doing it a while back for the members. You're going to step to the back of your trunk. Okay. Let's do that. I go hard time. I know. I >> think somebody can explain that in the chat. >> All right. Huh? >> All right. So, you're being on your arrest for driving on a suspended license. Okay. Can you help me and your wife? >> I got my phone in your left pocket. >> My girlfriend uh the owner to the car is actually parked behind you guys. I forgot. It's been years since I turned mine on. >> And the car will be impounded or nothing. >> No, your car will be impounded. You got to step in. >> Really? >> Yeah. >> I mean, even if she's right here, too. I mean, >> I got to step in with the license. >> I'll explain the paperwork to you in a second. That's why. >> Do you want me to call police? I'll call police by myself. What? Okay. >> Okay. I think it's because the driver, they let somebody with a suspended license drive and I don't know what the deal is with his license. I I don't know exactly why they're towing it or if they've even decided to tow it yet, but like you can't just walk up on a traffic stop. You got to wait. >> I call police. >> We'll call police then. >> I'm calling the police. >> We're going to call the police. >> You're calling the police. >> We're going to call the police. >> You're calling the police? >> Yes. >> Is that what you're telling me? >> We're going to call the police on the police. >> Because first of all, >> you're making a false police report? >> No. First of all, I came at you correctly and you came at me with attitude misappropriation. You understand that [ __ ] >> Nobody touch first of all. >> That's your division. Where's my phone? >> Nobody touched first of all. >> And I got police cam. Nobody touched you. Nobody touched. >> You did. You grabbed the officer's arm and tried to get it off of your friend. Ma, thank you very much for the five gifted membership. >> Nobody touched you. Nobody touched you. [ __ ] >> We saw it. >> Nobody touched you. Nobody touched you. We're not doing this. We not doing this. >> Oh yeah, Nick. She said, "I'm going to call the police." And she walked away and she was calling 911. You You can't call 911 on the police. Especially when they tell you don't call 911. It's misuse. >> What are you guys doing? >> Turn around now. >> What are you guys doing? For what? >> For what? >> I asked you a question. You're mad. >> What are you guys doing? >> I asked you a question. You're mad. >> Can I ask a question? >> What are you guys doing? >> Can I ask a question? >> What is going on? >> Can I ask a question? >> Cuz you asked question. Cuz I asked a question. These these cops have fight as a question. >> No, I don't. I really >> Yeah, this one. >> Yeah, she grabbed the officer's arm >> for the [ __ ] reason. cuz I said if somebody could pick up the car with lifetime insurance. >> No, this [ __ ] is tight. >> You're not doing nothing. >> I'm not doing nothing for real. >> If she stayed calm, she might have been able to get the car. Magd. >> Terry, thank you very much for five gifted memberships. Awesome. I should do a members only every Saturday. I think I will. No, you can't. Do it again. Awesome. Can you hear him? >> No. No. It's too tight. Yeah, >> I'm not sick as [ __ ] >> They're sick. >> Walk away. >> For no [ __ ] reason. For no [ __ ] What are you doing? What are you doing? >> What do you think I'm doing? >> I don't know. >> Turn around. That's what you need to do. >> Reason. [ __ ] >> Oh, I missed that. >> Yeah, that is I don't know why. >> Oh my god. What are you doing at the end? >> I came to ask her a question. What are you doing? >> That's why he asked for a supervisor. >> I [ __ ] care. What the [ __ ] is wrong with y'all? Cuz I called the police. Why are you scared of the police? [laughter] >> They are the police. >> I didn't even talk to the police. [ __ ] >> No, I get it, ma'am. She was asked to get off the traffic stop politely. No, she didn't. And that's it. >> I just talked to this [ __ ] >> Yeah, there's a lot of background noise. They didn't filter it out. >> Stop touching me, bro. The [ __ ] >> I just called the police >> because I'm asking them what they're getting locked up for. >> I called the police right now. If they locked me up for calling the police. Yeah. I arrested him. Oh, the registration wasn't any good. Okay. >> One of the females, the one in this truck, approached my chobby shop. >> No, the other one. There's one back here. >> Do you roll the window down? >> Yeah. >> Always disappointed. >> Back right one. >> She's the one that approached my traffic stop saying she could take the car. I was like, "No." I was like, "Take it off the traffic stop." >> He's rolling it down. >> Yeah. >> Thank you, >> All right. Fast forward. They reapproached my traffic stop again. Both of them. registration, seat belt, seat belt. >> That's it. They both started coming at me and Mark, fingers on her face, started calling police. >> Started to call 911. I was like, "All right, we're not calling 911. That's a police off police report." >> Started calling 911 where they're at. Okay. I was like, "You know what? At this point, you guys are fussing. Our guys are obstructing." I grabbed the first female over there. She started to fight with me. The other one started pointing fingers at Mark's face, so Mark arrested her. And then they started fighting and we're about to go. >> All right. So, >> explain the first one again. The first girl. >> Okay. Resisting and obstructing. >> I'm wiping my eyes. There's mosquitoes in my face. Why don't you be quiet? Why don't you just be quiet? >> All right. Go ahead. >> I got mosquitoes in Illinois, too. >> Approach my traffic stop. >> Both. First one. Approach my traffic stop. >> Saying it's her vehicle and she wants to clean the vehicle. >> Ask her to get off the traffic stop. She left. >> Flip back around in the same escalade. Both of them came up to me and Mark saying that they wanted the car. He's like, "Get off the traffic stop. Leave us alone." Right. You need to get off. Started pointing their fingers in their face. Kept approaching. >> Approach. Were you in the car? >> No. >> Like I was by I was searching the trunk. >> Okay. >> When they both came up to me and that's when I told them like, "Hey, you need to get off the traffic stop." Like, "By the way, we're not we're not doing I just tried to do this earlier." >> Spell check. They started calling it. You guys are with the police. We're not. This is not a police man. >> Thought it was just my backyard. >> Yeah, we have an emergency with two police officers here. >> So I was like, you know, at this point you guys are under arrest. Like your guys, you keep approaching the traffic stop. This is when they started fighting. >> Okay. Well, fighting away. >> Well, the one Mark arrested I think was just resisting. This one as well was >> I vote mosquitoes. >> No, they were both resisting. Yeah, cuz I just kept like moving away then started fighting where giant pushed me until I had to like grab her >> and then arrested her all. >> All right. So, >> thank you very much, Jeffrey. >> Bring her and the other one in then. >> Yeah, the other one. The man I can release on the street. Once my tow comes in, I just do a citation notice on the street. >> All right. So, Mark and I drive the girl in. >> Yeah. >> John's going to drive the other one. >> Yeah. >> All right. Well, let's get >> Oh, that's true. They got to tow both car. Oh, jeez. Mark, you can take her. Jen Jen would take her. >> Well, it was it was the uh the girl who called 911. It was her car and she was just going to walk up and just take it instead of saying, "Hey, officer, by the way, that's my car. I can drive it. My license is good." But all right, this next one, uh I put this one kind of in the middle. Uh cuz these parents, it it's two parents. I think the mom was drunk. They're having a a fight, shouting match, and it gets physical. The police show up, nothing changes. They just keep right on going, fighting and screaming at each other. >> Were called after an intoxicated mother locked her husband out of their home, leading to a screaming argument in front of their children. Officers tried repeatedly to calm them down, but the couple refused to let the fight end. >> THIS IS MY HOME. >> COME HERE, MAN. So, it's kind of >> So, I got I got to figure this out. Um, >> okay. Angela Angela, my my best friend who lives in my house is driving over there right now to get to get and she'll bring the kids to our house. >> Okay. >> We do hear about Jamie's a good girl, right? her brother's 14. Wasn't she no cop? >> Maybe something's going There's something going on with her and her mother and she's been really like down and out and [clears throat] she's a good girl. Okay. >> All right. >> Don't arrest her. >> Okay. >> All right. Thanks, Bobby. I appreciate you arrest. Okay. Thank you. I appreciate >> mom's not in any trouble. Okay. We just want to make sure you guys are okay. All right. Why would I not let somebody who's this out of control in my car? Because I'm trying to drive and she's going to start grabbing me or shouting and scream. I'm I can't drive with that. >> Officer My name's Kevin. Okay. What's your name? >> That's That's a pretty cool name. What's your name? >> That's a beautiful name. I have a daughter that's named as well, so it's a good name. When could mom leave? >> Right now, we're just going to have mom have the fireman come check her out. Make sure she's okay. Okay. >> And then Hey, Kevin, can you take them inside, please? >> She's okay. >> Is there anyone else in there? >> No. >> No. Okay. >> She's okay, though. >> Yeah, she's okay. But we got to make sure the firemen check her out. Here. Come on. Let's go talk over here in the shade cuz it's hot out here. >> Hang up the phone, J. I'm not asking you. I'm telling you. >> Let's have a seat right over here on the bench. >> She's a woman. >> You guys are water. >> You guys want water? >> Yeah. We'll take two cups. You guys weren't ready in any trouble. Okay. But we want to make sure you guys are safe. All right. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. And I'm glad you guys are okay. The firemen are here. They just got to make sure mom's okay. All right. So, as you can tell, >> fine. >> I know. But because she's okay. >> She's really mom always >> because when he was trying to leave, these three guys were blocking our car and he wouldn't let us leave. >> Okay. Why weren't they letting you guys leave? You know, >> water lemonade. >> You're going to use that water and someone got a lemonade. Someone >> Well, if you're talking about if I was the Uber driver, I'd say you got to get another Uber. I'm I'm not dealing with this. Somebody some Uber driver. I mean, this Uber driver let her into the car and I It looked like they were getting ready to leave. >> Personally, I wouldn't do >> cuz I wanted to check you out. Okay. >> I'm not being charked out. I didn't. >> Do not leave. >> Nope. No. Yourselves. G, do not leave. I'm telling you. >> You grab my arm. I will see you. >> Okay. Okay. >> Put your hands behind your back. Please >> put your behind your back. >> Grab my I did nothing to you. >> No. >> I did nothing to you. >> Stop you. >> I did call the police. I did nothing to you. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> I did nothing to you. You guys are [ __ ] trying to shut me up. What are you talking about? Let go of me now. >> Stop resisting. >> I did nothing TO YOU. LET GO OF ME NOW. >> Same thing here. >> I don't know where where that became a phrase. I didn't do anything to you when you're getting arrested for something. It's not personal. You broke the law. >> I did nothing to you. I did nothing TO HIM. LET GO OF MY HEART. >> Just relax. Take a deep breath. I didn't do it. >> You are traumatizing your kids now. Shut your mouth. >> Shut your mouth. You are traumatizing your kids. Be a good mom. Be a good mom. >> I was a good mom until you guys showed up. >> You're literally traumatizing about everything. Give me mying purse. Let go of me now. Give me MY PURSE. GIVE ME OW. OW. OW. I will see the out of everybody. >> My brother would leave. Let the go of me. >> Oh yeah. I'm leaving the chair. >> Yes. I'm not aing dog, [ __ ] >> Notice how different they're treating her compared to the last video. >> I can't. >> They're not putting up with her [ __ ] >> I can't move. >> Any of these bars are broken. You will be trying. That's the point of >> cutting my circulation. >> Purposely cutting bleeding right now. >> CALL NOW. CALL NOW. YOU'RE MAKING me bleed. >> They're making me blame. >> Who's Angela? call. I don't [ __ ] know who Angela is. >> Can we give the kids soup? >> I would prefer >> Excuse me. >> You heard me. >> There's nothing wrong with me. >> You're drunk. >> There's nothing. >> I'm drunk off a Woodbridge $2 wine. >> Okay, we make you love the wine. >> Make me love the wine. >> I I don't know what the brand of alcohol and the price. I I used to get drunk off of Miller Light every night. This cheap beer. I still got drunk. Give the kids to call the children and families and your kids. >> I want you to call Russell. >> No, he's not helping you in this moment. And he doesn't even against me. >> Who can we call to give the kids to cuz I'm not calling. I don't want to call the state. But I will if you're going to be acting this way. >> You made me bleed. >> You're cutting yourself with their own handcuffs. Who can we call? I've never >> Who can we call to give your kids to? >> Give me my purse. >> Who can we call in DC now? They call grandma. Mr. Grandma, the program. You want to talk to the grandma? Yeah. This is one of the Jupiter Police officers. I'd like to speak to you. >> Okay. >> That's the grandma. >> Okay. Good afternoon. My name is Officer Sal. Jupiter Police Department. Hi. >> Okay. So, long story short, we got called for a call for service. Uh the mother of the juvenile is extremely intoxicated. We try to have fire rescue come check her out to make sure she's okay before, you know, we get them on their way because she obviously not fit to drive. As the fire rescue arrived on scene, she started walking away from myself, my partner, and fire rescue men. Don't leave. Don't leave. Don't leave. She refused to obey. We tried to drive her. She tried resisting. So now she's being placed under arrest. That being said, we need a guardian to come pick up the children. >> Are you the one that ended up? What was going on? >> She was verbally, you know, her daughter, more than son, I guess, just being very mean and masculine in her face. talk to her and once or twice, you know, listen to me. Never hit her or anything like that, but I guess >> Okay, so she wasn't like she didn't hit her kids. She just like forcefully grabbed them and was emotional and out of control like she's been since since the video started. Clint, thank you very much for the $5. >> Then she said she get a ride. Then she goes to get in her car. The two guys saw her going to get her car and they're like, "Oh, she's getting her car." So then they went out and they're like, "We're not letting you leave. We'll call you." They offered her over and over. She was getting I rather than taking the Uber right back and that's pretty much you know I saw how reaction of her when when you saw >> when I saw the dog it was just >> you know little tears but hide in her face was kind of hiding her face was kind of more hanging. Come on. Go look at the truck. >> No, it's not going to work, buddy. >> Oh, yeah. >> You're going to jail. >> Apparently, I'm a murderer. >> Move. >> Yeah. >> Move. [ __ ] handcuffs off me now. There's nothing wrong with me. >> All right. Inside. >> Inside. What? For what? I'm not dying. You guys are gonna be sued the [ __ ] out if I can tell you that. >> That's your logic. >> Trump off. Why am I >> Let's go. Come on. >> Come on. Walk with me and I'll talk to you. >> I can't even put MY HAIR ON MY FACE. >> WALK with me. I'll talk to you. Let's go. >> Where's my WHERE'S MY KIDS ON THE WOOD BRIDGE? WOOD BRIDGE. >> WE'RE not doing short on the face of the earth. >> Yeah. Yeah, I think since the father isn't in the picture, they pretty much at this point they're required by law. They have no choice. >> Karen is Karen. >> Where is >> Are you Karen? Mom. Okay. So, >> where's the mom? >> So, mom's at the hospital. She's getting so >> She's an adult, but obviously because I care more about the case, I'll tell you exactly what's going on. >> I am so out. I got a call. >> So, long story short, hear me out. We get a call from the establishment. They're saying that there's a mom here who's yelling and screaming at her kids like in a ruden hostile. Not not scolding, not trying to parent. She's screaming and yelling at the kids and she's not worth listening at all. She's like, "I'm good. I'm good. I'm good. We have to come because you're extremely intoxicated. Come check her out. Make sure she's okay or you just be with the kids." >> As she was, she stood up, tried walking away from my partner. My partner is telling her, "You need to stay here. You need to stay here." >> At that point, she's not willing to listen, not willing to do anything. So, my partner grabs her. She starts trying to flail around. >> He's going on and on, but he still hasn't verified whether this is the grandmother or not. >> Trying to run away. So, at that point, we throw her in cuffs. She's screaming, yelling at all of us now, making a whole scene in front of the kids, traumatizing them actually. >> So, now she's in the hospital not to get medical. >> In this case, we need a guardian respons. >> I've known her since 2011. >> Cheated on him. And >> what's your first name? >> I'm Angela. >> Okay. So, for some crazy reason, we are all involved in the weird cosmos. Bobby, hold on. >> Space there. >> So, this is grandma. So, he went on and on telling that entire tale to some random person in the parking lot who happened to know the lady. >> Does mom typically act like this? Has she been going through some stuff? >> She lost her job. She moved here two and a half years ago from St. Pete. The father of the kids was horrible. It was abusing her and I had to get her out of there fast. She left on Christmas Eve and came down with what she could fit in the car. And so she's been going through a lot. No child support, no anything. I've been trying to help. My son's been trying to help. She lost her job in March. And >> it's kind of just going down. When did she start to drink? >> It's been a while. >> Okay. So the uh when she said the dad is a loser, he sounds like a loser. if he was hitting on her and yeah, if he was beating her and hitting the kids. [snorts] >> So, in this case, >> he sucks. >> Are you okay with taking responsibility on the grandkids in the meantime? >> Absolutely. It's clear. >> Absolutely. >> Yeah. >> Do you have your ID on your budget? >> Yeah, sure. >> Thank you. Bye. >> We brought you some fries. >> Oh, boy. >> Yeah. We gave him a little side of French fries to take home. >> Thank you. Do I have >> a bill in there that I need to settle? >> No problem at all. >> Thank you. I appreciate it. >> Absolutely. all be good, right? >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. >> Thank you. >> Oh, absolutely. Thank you. >> So, so the main the reason why she was going into custody was just for disorderly intoxication, which we would have released her with a notice of fear to put her on her way. >> Clint, thank you very much for the jewelry. >> She's being medically cleared at the hospital. She started fighting officers, like physically fighting officers, kicking and punching. So, >> she's at the hospital now? >> Yes. And now she's being now she's being transported on kind of general on battery on a law enforcement officer because she's good to see you. >> Her brother's a police officer. She knows. >> Good. I'm sure she knows what's going on, but unfortunately it's one of those Thank you. >> Thank you again. >> One of those when it rains, of course, and it's probably one of those breaking points. I'm going to notify my partner of everything that's going on. You know, I can't promise you she's going to be like let go, but maybe the judge can find something in his heart to help her out. I don't think Joe's going to do her any good and she probably needs actual help. Whether it's some kind of rehab for alcohol, whether she needs financial help or something. I don't think Joe's probably the appropriate action. >> I mean, she's been fine. I mean, >> unemployment has been just >> it's horrible. >> Running around and around. She's been laid off since the middle of March. Hasn't received one check yet. >> And trust me, it's it gets to a point, but obviously it's one of those where this is probably wasn't the best time of especially in front of a lot of people. Thankfully, a lot of people were here to actually stand by. Hey, make sure nothing went too. >> I'm glad that they don't let me get in the car with them. >> Yep. Cuz that would have been horrible. God forbid. Listen, I've been on a handful of traffic homicide investigations. Unfortunately, some with juveniles involved. It is not the prettiest site in the world. And unfortunately, it's always the drunk people that live. It's the innocent people that pass away. >> Yeah. >> So, do you have any questions for me at this time? >> So, she's at the hospital and you're probably going to take her to >> county jail. Yes. >> Okay. And will I get a call to come get her or >> um she'll be able to make a phone call. What's if anything if she if she does if she's been I'll just drop a copy of your phone number in her place. She has her phone with her but she obviously can't use it. But I'll give her a copy of your phone number in case she doesn't remember it by memory. That way she can give you a call whenever she's there. We'll be calling it out. She'll be spending the night there. She'll be able to see first appearance in the morning. Uh she may have a bond. The bond I believe is for disorderly intoxication I believe is $250 and then the next one for battery unlawful. I don't know if it's a,000 or 5,000. I really remember. However, you don't have to pay all that if you go through a bondsman. A bondsman charges you 10% of whatever it is. So, >> well, to be fair to grandma, I think she was probably chilling at home and she wasn't expecting this. And then when she got the call, she immediately hopped in the car and >> beat $250, $25. So, it could range between $25 to up to $275 to $300 for her bond. But, she has to make sure she goes to court. It's not. She's just going to get a warrant and then you lose that money. >> Guys, do me one favor. >> I agree that they're way too lenient. I don't know if that's the reason why, but they they are way too lenient. >> Can we um tell you how this happens? >> Sure. You can just stand outside the park if it's not on. It might be hot in here. Okay. >> But u Yeah. And even Maddox was telling me that she was yelling at his sister. She was yelling >> It's an emergency. You had to go. day mom tried getting in the car to leave and people were like blocking her and telling her like no you can't leave you can't leave so he was telling me that and for a kid to be in the third grade that's took a lot to be able to memorize that >> it's a lot >> this child when he came to my house >> do you have any other question >> he was 5 years old and told me how his dad beat his mom >> Yep it's Listen it's definitely not a perfect scenario for >> any other question I can help you with >> no I just need to know does she have her purse is She she has a purse. Her car is staying here. We're not >> I'm going to double check. It shouldn't be like open or anything like that, but I'm just going to make sure. But we're just going to stay here. We're not going to tow her or anything like that. >> All right. Thank you. >> And probably obviously tomorrow before I can get it. >> Yep. I'll uh I'll let him know and I'll let obviously her know when she so up a little bit where her car is at. I appreciate you coming out here. I'm sorry to bother you on a Sunday. >> Oh, please. Those are my grandkids. >> You guys are good to go, though. >> All right. Thank you. I'm sorry. No, we're good. You have no reason to apologize. uh job at Jupiter. You don't want to go on any calls for any Oh, electric bikes. What are you doing? I've never been arrested in my life. You guys are treating like your friends with your little I have two sisters. >> I know what it's like. Where am I going? You're going back. >> What the is wrong? You guys are so >> Can you pass me the seat belt? >> Unlock me. I'm not a criminal. >> No, ma'am. We can't. Can you just sit back FOR >> NO, I AM. I'M IN PAIN. >> All right. >> Sobered up at all. >> Thanks, man. >> Jeez. >> All right, genius. What's going to happen? You can either be cool, we can take you inside, or you can sit out here in the car. If you're cool, we'll take you inside. >> Look, I'm telling you what's going to happen. All right. So, if you're cool, we'll take you inside. >> I didn't do anything for you to take me. I was sitting. My kids were playing on a playground. >> You're going to be cool. >> [ __ ] ass decided to make up some nonsense. And you believed him. >> You listen to me. Are you going to be cool? >> Why are you believing everybody? I didn't do anything wrong. >> You're out of control, ma'am. >> Come on out. Let's go. >> You guys are so >> I want my shoes. >> I'm not the criminal. Why am I screaming? What? I want shoes. >> I didn't do anything. >> I want my shoes. >> I want my phone. >> Like, this is disgusting. I need to use the restroom. Like, the car, please. >> What am I in the car for? Sit >> in the car. >> You guys are in so much trouble. You have no idea. >> It's now 11:30. This started at 7:00. So that's what 4 and 1/2 hours later. And she's still belligerent. >> No reason. I cannot breathe in here. I mean, what time is it? Can you tell me? >> It is 11:30 at night. >> 11:30 and I have kids at home. >> You're kid. >> Woodbridge. >> The worst [ __ ] woman was taken into custody and charged with the following offenses. Disorderly intoxication, battery on a law enforcement officer, child Okay. Well, looks like I uh I screwed up with the timing. I got to We're not quite at 4 o'clock yet, so I got to grab a video that I had uh for tomorrow. I thought I had it just right. I usually do a better job than that. Let me see. Uh oh, here we go. A woman nearly crashes into a deputy, then resists. Ends horribly. I forgot what this one is, but we'll see. >> 12th, 2020. A deputy in Reading, California, narrowly avoided a head-on collision when an Audi SW >> This is another lady who desperately needs some help. She is wasted. And uh apparently the police know her and uh they've got some crazy stories they tell about her. >> Directly into oncoming traffic. Upon pulling over the 37year-old woman, officers smelled alcohol, but when they attempted to place her under arrest, the encounter quickly escalated. >> What's going on, ma'am? Is there anyone else in the car? >> What are you drinking your wine again or what? >> Yeah. My bottles wine again. >> How much How many bottles of wine have you had tonight? >> Don't know what happened to your arm. Just hang on my part. >> We can clear. >> All right. Yeah, I was going to ask. >> Yeah. Light her up. Like she's slow. >> I got a members only. >> Okay. She's not. >> Oh, yeah. She's way drunk. >> Yeah. Robot juice. You weren't here at the beginning. Uh this is the last video for this stream and then I'm going to take about a 20-minute break and then come back for members only. And since you're a member, you can join that one. And I have uh two videos for that one. >> Okay. Said she's been drinking. She's got the sticks in my arm. Look here. >> Hi there. So, obviously we're called going to do a DUI investigation with DLK. Uh, I got to ask you some questions. Just standard questions I got to ask people. Um, do you drive in the car? >> It looks good for 37. >> Do you want to drive in the car? >> You just not want to talk to me or >> weekend. I'm slacking. >> I like I was walking. >> Okay. The deputy pulled you over. So, what we can go to bit we can go to different questions. Do you have any physical impairments? Like move your legs, spine, move your arms. >> I do. >> Glad you're here. >> What's your impairments? I know you obviously got stitches right there. >> Sort of, but I keep my shirt on. Okay. How much you had to drink today? You don't know. When's the last time you ate? >> You don't know. Do you wear contacts? >> Of course you are. The $1.99. Anything wrong with car? No. Um, you diabetic, epileptic, take any pain switch medications prescribed by doctor or anything? >> Well, sorry to pause again. I'm I have two videos for the members only. One of them is uh like 40 minutes long. Uh, it's a fun one and then I've got a kind of depressing one that's only 20 minutes long. >> Go ahead. Stand over here again. Oh, sorry. Sorry to pause again. Jason, thank you very much for the five gifted memberships. You're going to face me. Just going to check your eyes. Okay. I want you to just put your feet together on your side. Okay. With your eyes only, you're going to follow the tip of my finger. >> She starts making noise. Follow my finger with your eyes. You understand that? >> Yes. For the members, can't do that. YouTube will shut me down. >> Keep falling. It's going to be a little bit falling. You got to follow something. >> Do you want to do the walk and turn in and one leg stand? You'll try it. Okay, let's go over in the road. Let's walk over here to the road. >> She thinks by not talking they can't smell the alcohol. >> You don't have to. I decided I'm given the opportunity because if you don't I have to make my decision on what I've seen right now and I understand you made a mistake. Okay, it's not the end of the world. I promise we all make >> I'll be back tomorrow for everybody. >> I will be honest with you. You are >> now she's now she's starting to make little squeaky noises. You can't understand her, but she's she's squeaking. She's starting to make noise. Mayor, thank you for five gifted memberships. >> I am. Based on what I'm seeing right now, you are under the influence of alcohol. Unable to operate a car. Okay. Safely. Okay. I'm giving you the opportunity to do other tests. >> Charlene, thank you for five gifted memberships. >> If you don't want to. Do you want to do the other test? >> No. Are you kidding me? >> Let's walk over here if you do. >> I thought I turned that off. >> I understand you're upset, but we have to get through this. Okay. So, would you like to do another test? No. Okay. >> I'm going to tell you you're under arrest for DUI. Okay. Listen to what I have to say. >> I get it. I understand. >> Listen to what I have to say. Okay. >> Huh? >> Okay. Listen to what I have to say real quick. You are under arrest for DUI. You are required by the law to submit to a breath or a blood test. a breath test. You blow into a machine. You'll go to the jail. You'll blow into a machine. >> The results get printed out onto a piece of paper. I attach that paper to your report. >> Okay. >> The other option is I take you to a hospital. A nurse two vials of blood. One that can one vial can be retained at no cost for evidentiary. Like you can have it tested at a different source if you turn it off. I thought you can independently have it tested. Okay. I booked those vials into evidence. Okay. Which one would you like? A breath test or a blood test. You have to choose one. >> I'm a dick. But I have a job to do. Okay. You made a mistake. It's a mistake. It's not the end of the world. >> I understand you're going through some hard things. Okay. But this happened. We have to get through this. Okay. >> Well, they said at the beginning she was 37. Parson. Oh, there we go. Come on, Parson. There we go. Thank you for the five gifted memberships. >> So again, you want do you What's that? Would you like a breath or blood test? I can't make the decision for you. Would you like a breath or blood test? You had to pick one. Which one? >> I don't think so. Your name's not >> Yes. >> It's not going up green here. >> Is that fine? Like what's this mean? >> Okay. >> Why wasn't he already a member? Stop. >> No. No. >> No. >> Seriously. >> Yes. Seriously. >> I told you you're under arrest. Stop. >> We don't want to hurt you. Stop. >> Don't do this. >> Stop. >> Now, I don't like the way the officer grabbed her arm and pulled it back like that and then >> Stop. As someone with bad shoulders, I don't like seeing that. >> Look up. >> Yeah. >> Let me know when you're ready. >> Sharky. I did. Sorry to pause again. I I watched about half of it. The sound I don't know if it was just on my iPad, but the sound was like painful on my ears. The microphone kept peeking. I might have to see if I can find a different version of that or maybe I can fix the the sound. >> Um, yeah, this lady got >> in here. >> Do you want breath or blood? You're going to jail. I've already told you that. >> Talk to him. Don't look at me like that. I'm not here to help you. You almost about killed me on the road. So, >> what's your name? >> Would you like breath test or would you like what? Let me let me put this to you. Never works out. If you refuse if you refuse, >> if you refuse, >> I'm going to author a search warrant. If the judge signs it, I'm going to take your blood forcefully. Okay? If that happens, your license will more than likely be suspended. Okay? >> You are required by state law to submit to a chemical test, which is a breath or blood test. I've already described what the difference is. >> Like, let go of my arm. You guys are great. >> He can't let go of your arm. For one, you're being combative. For two, you're surgery. >> If you fall and get HURT IN >> NO, I'M NOT. >> Do you want a breath or blood test? >> Breath of Blood. Answer his question. >> I like them in moderation. >> Warrant. >> I love body cam videos, though. >> Will you blow into a machine twice or do you want to go to the hospital and have them grab their whatever needle they use, extract? temple. >> Which one would you like? >> Blow. >> You want to blow? >> Okay, go sit in the back of my car and cool off. >> No, let go of my arm. >> Yeah, I can't radio. >> I want that. >> We're trying to be very nice to you. Okay, bring it right now. Oh, >> stop ugly. >> I didn't even notice that. >> One year ago today, this is what she was doing. Ah, >> I'll see what I can do with the sound. >> Just 148. >> I will uh >> Yeah, just cut to the chase. >> I feel like Shasta County, California. She >> after a reminder 148. >> No, >> that's just 10:15. >> Yeah. Um, George 10:15. >> Let me see if I can do something here. >> I told plumber to meet me at the jail for breath. She wants breath. So, I have to >> Yeah, I think you got to try to deep breath. See what happens. >> I have to, but she's wearing freaking Nikes. >> I know it's frustrating cuz if that was anybody else, it would have been different. >> So, >> Oh, cuz what? They would have lost their [ __ ] >> What? or because so it's bad. I talked to dad or not dad husband. So um very bad very much spiraling. Um he found her yesterday in uh with his truck drunk with two transients in the car drinking with her. >> So yesterday they had a run in with her. She was driving I guess her husband's truck with two transients, two drifters in the car with her. She got a serious problem. Oh [ __ ] >> Yes. He's in. So we got to get a toe. Um he goes it's bad. I'm making serious changes. Like it's really bad. >> So she's got nothing coming. The stitches from her arm. She was so drunk last week. She fell and dropped the wine bottle in the kitchen. They went to the hospital. She explained the story to the hospital. >> Holy crap. >> She got stitches for it. That was actually close though. She got right above. Thank god. Not my recap. Okay. Um I just don't think >> Hold on. I got to have my sister-in-law. >> I just don't think she's going to actually blow. I might have missed it. And we >> Yeah, she needs jail and then treatment >> next line for our black A6. >> Okay. So, I I'm hearing what you're saying. You want to do you want to do that? >> I mean, she said she said breath. >> Yeah. Um the question thing is you can do it and in your if you're going to do it and it goes bad and she refuses it's just another step you took in your report to >> I hope she doesn't have kids. >> Why are you doing >> those poor kids need a mom? >> Oh have four. >> I know he put me in spring 21. >> No no no. The uh the officers the last time they encountered her she was driving I guess it was her I don't know if they said her husband or her boyfriend's truck and she had two transients in the car with her drinking.
