[music] [music] Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. [music] Heat. Heat. [music] [music] [music] [music] Hello everybody. Happy Saturday. I'm looking down. All right, the mic's working today. [laughter] Not going to do that two days in a row. Start off on mute. All right. Good to see everybody. Hope you had a good Friday night. I had a lot of fun with uh Katie Zed and Kayfar on Booze and Body Cam last night. We stayed up a little late, a little little later than I normally do, but it's okay. I slept in a little bit to this morning. Uh, let's see. I've got I've actually got a couple that we played last night, but uh I figure most of you weren't there, so [snorts] you probably didn't see them. Um, they're fun videos, so they're worth watching again. And what else do I have? Oh, and I've got another uh a long DUI with this woman is just so insufferable. her woman. She's a little girl. [laughter] I think she was in her early 20s, so technically a woman, but I'm almost 50, so anyone in their 20s, they're kids to me. Uh, then I got a couple other ones. I have a uh she said she's a a famous casting director. I didn't recognize her. I have no idea who she is, but she's famous. Everybody knows her except for everyone in the world. Uh, she got caught shoplifting at Walmart. Uh, let's see. I think that's pretty much it. Uh, members, uh, at 4:30 today, 4:30 Eastern, I've got the members only set up. Um, probably have about 15, maybe 20 minutes in between the stream and the members only. So, if you're not a member, you got plenty of time. Yeah, maybe you can wait till halfway through the stream to decide if you're new to the channel whether you want to be a member or not. If you like it, then you can join us for the members only after this. Let's get started with a drunk driver. um in sort of my neck of the woods. She's in uh North Metro Atlanta. I I know exactly where this is. I It took me a little while to orient myself when I was watching the video cuz they've done a bunch of construction since I drove through there the last time, but here we go. >> On September 8th, 2024, Chambbley police officers responded to a report of a female asleep behind the wheel and blocking an exit at a local plaza in Chamble, Georgia. By the time the officer arrived, bystanders had already woken her up and she was ready to leave. >> I had three, >> man. Stop. >> No, I'm I'm okay. I'm not going to my door on you. >> One second. Excuse me. >> No, no, I'm fine. They're your sister. >> No, no, no. I'm trying to do anything bad to you. I'm trying to make sure you get home safe. Tina, I'm okay. I'm over here in a second. Okay. >> Okay. >> Step out. >> Step out. >> Step out the car. >> Yeah, but you can talk to me correct. >> Yeah, I guess. >> Yeah. No. Talk to me correct though. No. This come over here talking crazy. Like for what? Like what reason? Look at my record. Like what the [ __ ] crazy? >> Be on your way real quick, man. Probably act crazy. >> You're not going to act crazy. How you know I'm not going crazy? If I if I want to sit in jail tonight, I'm going to sit in jail tonight. It's not on you. So if I want to be stupid tonight, I'm be stupid tonight. No. Exactly. So don't make me act like that. >> No. Why would you be be accordingly? Look at my car. Look where the [ __ ] I'm in right now. Look at my record. Look me up. So why you got to act like that? Just search me and do what the [ __ ] you doing. Like just do what they need to do. Do what you need to do. What you need to do. >> That's a big question. >> This what you guys asked for. Hey, >> it's exactly what she asked for. >> You know, it's exactly what you asked me. Hey, why? My name is Jessica. >> Jessica. Okay. >> Yeah. Jessica, what's up? >> Where you coming from? >> I've never heard of Mod Pizza. >> Where you coming from? >> Pretty much. >> You going to answer my questions? >> Yes or no? Jessica, I'm giving you a chance to speak to you. >> What's going on? my ID. I have everything in the car. I'm fine. Drug test me. Do whatever you need to do. I'm okay. I woke up in my car. That's what it was. >> You were asleep. >> Yeah. I was I was sleep because I went to work. I work overnight. I'm a bartender. I sleep. Yeah. I'm not going to say anything else because you don't like cooperating. >> You don't like that cooperating. >> You want to speak to the funeral officer? >> Yeah. That's that's absolutely fine. Thank you. >> Good morning. Good morning. >> Yes, ma'am. What's going on? >> So, you know why we here? >> Yeah. >> What happened? >> I was sleeping and you woke me up and my sister, you spoke to my sister. My sister say, "Hey, yeah, she did an event. She was sleeping and now you seen here. I just was worried about this girl that was sleeping in her car." That was it. So, why is he making a big deal about it? I don't understand. There's a way to talk to people about it. I was sleeping in my car. That was it. My sister called me after she spoke to him and said, "Hey, they making a big deal about you sleeping in your car." Da da. Okay. Okay. That's >> okay. It's not that she was sleeping in her car. Look where her car is parked. She's pointed in the entrance of the the little shopping center here passed out at a quarter to 8 in the morning. It It has nothing to do with just sleeping in the car. >> Well, the thing is cuz you're in the entrance way. And so typically when we run into people like that, not saying you are, but typically was to run into people like that, they're under the influence. So that's probably why he kind of came out the way he did. I'm not sure how he came off, but I apologize if it offended you. Um, but that's typically why we kind of make contact with people, make sure they're okay, make sure there's no medical attention needed, make sure you know you get home safely, cuz that's the biggest thing here. Um, your sister drives this truck, the black truck. >> No. Where's your your sister's here? >> Is she able to drive? >> Yeah, she's I don't feel far at all. >> Is she able to drive? >> Oh, yeah. Do >> you have your license on you by your head? >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Okay. >> Brandy, that was Booze and Body Cam. I was a guest on Katie Head and Kfar. They do a show every Wednesday and Friday night at 8:00 PM Eastern. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Give me one second. Okay. >> So, who called? >> I did. home. When did she return? >> She was passed out. Brett parked right there with the car running and she went up to her to see if she could wake up and she was, you know, okay. And she did wake up and she was able to talk to us. >> I don't, you know, we were concerned that maybe she wouldn't be in a condition to drive. >> Hey, Mark. >> She said she lived close. Her ID said she lives in Cobb County, so we just didn't want her driving all the way like this. >> She was She was fine. She was calm. She was, you know, we were trying to get her help. She called her sister. Her sister's coming to get her. Like, she wasn't doing anything wrong. She was just passed out like this. Our concern was it was like a medical thing. Like, we thought something had happened. So, we just hopped out to check on her and then she um woke up and just seemed not, you know, >> I've got my kids in the car. They're probably terrified right now. So, I don't think we can stay. >> Okay. Um, so how was she? >> So she drove up there with her kids in the car probably to do some shopping or something and then see some lady passed out with the engine running. So I'm assuming there's some kind of nightclub or a bar in this shopping center. She probably left at like 3:00 or 4 in the morning and passed out for hours before anyone noticed. >> When she laid her head back or her head slumped over. >> No, no, no. She was laid back. The seat was laid back. She was like, >> you observed that too, right? >> Yes. >> Okay, you're good to go. You need to go. >> I'm with her. >> Oh, I'm sorry. I just need one ID just as a witness. You don't have to write anything else. >> I don't mind. >> I saw her. If you guys want to saw fine just had >> a good day. Thank you so much for calling. >> So, one of my employees pulled in over here and then came and got me. So, I came over here to see um if she was okay. >> Were you here first or they? >> We got here all at the same time. >> Same time. >> Yep. her head was >> Yeah, she was leaning back in the seat. Um, she got out and she knocked on the window. She did not wake up. She opened the door and that's when she woke up and was kind of disoriented. We asked her how long she'd been here. She said it's been about 4 hours. >> Oh, okay. >> But I don't know if that's the truth or not. >> Yeah, that's a witness. >> Ma'am, put your phone on the hood of the car for me, please. >> I don't know. >> Put your phone on the hood of the car. >> Why? Cuz I'm asking you to put your phone on. >> No. But why? >> Cuz we're here investigating something. That's why. >> Investigating what though? >> Well, we got called out here for >> What did you call her for my needs to be on the hood? >> Did someone die or did I die driving or something? Like I don't understand what why does my phone need to be on the hood when I'm calling someone that's coming here to get me when I wasn't driving. >> You can call them after we finish with you. Okay, >> Keith. It's on my homepage. >> What? You can call whoever you need after we finish. >> No. Why does my phone need to be on the HUD? >> Because I'm telling you to get off your phone. >> Why? >> Because we're here investigating something. >> What? >> And she's going to finish with you. >> No. But what though? >> Yeah. >> I'm not going to talk. >> You're drunk. >> So just stand right there until officer comes. >> You're not going to talk to me. >> Just I'm not I'm done. >> What? You're not going to talk to me in nothing way. >> She want to talk to me. So he was going to take care of it. >> Ma'am, um, what is >> I can't go in my car to get anything, right? Tell me the female. >> Oh, open the door for me. >> Probably at night. Yeah. >> So, I can't get water and nothing out of my car. >> No, not yet. We're almost done. We're almost done. Okay, that's fine. We're almost done. No, not you guys are not almost done because what you did get doesn't make you sense. >> But go ahead. >> So you're a bartender. >> Where at? >> O'Neal close by. >> Okay. >> Oh, sorry. Douchebaging douchebags the far up your ass man. >> Hey Mandy, good to see you again. >> Why you looking at me like that? >> Why are you so awesome? >> Because this is no reason. There's no reason for this. >> There's no reason. There's no reason. This is so unnecessary. Look at my record. It's so unnecessary by records. Really? So, what did he go by? >> We go by what we see at the scene. >> Okay. What did you go by the scene to make it seem like this is all necessary? >> Okay. Let me explain. Jessica, that's her name. Jessica >> with a Y. >> Jessica. Jessica. >> You got Jessica with a Y. >> Plenty of witnesses. You were sleeping. >> All right. >> Yes. Why is that wrong? >> I'm not done talking. >> Drive. I'm not done talking. >> Yeah. Talk to ME CORRECT. YOU'RE NOT BETTER THAN ME. TALK to me correct. If you talk to me correct, we can talk. Talk like we're both humans. No, I'm not interrupting you like you. Then don't talk to me. >> Okay, then shut. Get away. >> If you cannot talk to me like you're human, >> talk to me like a human. I told you to leave. >> Go way it go. Now at 11:30 I was like we call the cops on you and leave. So now it's like 1:00. How can I make 131 movies and be a felon? >> On October 3rd, 2025, deputies in Florida responded to a Walmart theft call that quickly took a bizarre turn. A loss prevention associate watched a woman stash nearly $90 worth of pharmacy items into her purse and walk every checkout lane before confronting her. Here's what the deputies did next. >> Take care, Queen Bee. Call the police. >> I wish you wouldn't have called the police. >> We have the right. I >> I offered to pay for it. I wish you didn't steal >> this woman on the floor or the uh pharmacy. Then I continue um watching her until I remember where she paid for some stuff. >> But she didn't pay for >> the NFL too. >> She passed the last bonus without paying for the mission. I detained her and when I brought her here, she said that she wanted to pay for this. >> Okay. >> Okay. I'm just going to explain that um >> real quick. We we we can have this conversation. I >> I just want you to know that I I can't get rid of this. I have money. I am famous. I can't have this casting director. I made 136 movies. I have the money. I have never stolen anything. >> Okay. I'm sorry. I I couldn't name you a single casting director anywhere in Hollywood. They're not famous. I'm sorry, lady. You might be known in the industry. Nobody outside the industry knows who casting directors are. And the only reason I did it was I took the medication I shouldn't take it because of my anxiety. I offered to pay for it the minute he caught me. I was honest from the beginning. I just don't want to go to jail. I can't go to jail. My husband's sick. Um and my business if I go to jail I could lose everything. Google me. You'll see. I made 13. >> Google me. >> I I don't It's not a felony. >> You're a casting director. >> It's not a felony. make movies. >> Yeah, >> Rita, do you just have your ID for me? >> Sure. >> Thank you so much. >> I I just can't go to jail for this. I was arrested once in my life when a guy beat the [ __ ] out of me and I stabbed him 11 times and I went to Riker's Island to save my life. I cannot go back to jail. Not enough of this. >> Can you please tell me what's going to happen? I'm sorry. >> That's true. >> I'm going to just double check with everything here. Oh, casting directors are in charge of organizing the casting for movies. That's, as far as I know, that's pretty much all they do. They organize the auditions and talk to the directors about who they want in different parts. That's it. Nobody knows there. Thank you. >> Listen, I was honest from the getgo. I did not lie to him because I knew what I was doing was wrong. I go to church every Sunday. I go to Bible. I know I shouldn't be doing this. >> Then why'd you do it? >> I know I should. I'm not a criminal. >> Apparently today I >> What's a good phone number for you? >> 91. You can just Google me and find everything. >> Sounds like a fun combo. >> You could just Google. You could Google me and get >> Is the address on the address for my address? >> Please don't send anything there. I'm not telling my husband. Yeah, >> he's already anxious. I'm on medication. Yeah. Going for four. >> Oh, [laughter] sure. I got it. >> I'll do it. >> Can you please tell me what's going to happen? >> What do you think's going to happen? If you come to the store stealing stuff, what do you think happens? >> Yes. Yes. You're going to go to jail something. >> Okay. Have you been arrested here in C County before? >> Are you a felon? >> No. >> You are, but you get a bond. >> Okay. Your bond for this is going to be $150. You have to pay 10% of your bond to get back out. If you have $15 on you and you call a bondman, you can get right back out. Okay. Within a couple hours. >> So, that's the deal. I'm not here to show you. >> This isn't even a felony. It's a misdemeanor. It was 86. You can't give me a break. >> No. Here in Florida, we don't do that. >> No. Be so mean. >> I'm not being mean, but you're coming in here. >> The way you're speaking to me, you could have a little compassion. >> At the end of the day, it's a conscientious decision that you made to come in here and steal. >> I could do that. Yes, >> I did. I agree. >> I could have lied. You have it on camera. Why would I lie? But I was also steal. >> Okay. Simple. >> I have a you are you going to put me in here? >> Yes. >> Yep. And then you're going to get a get on the phone. >> I have $15. Don't worry. >> Okay. You can call the bondsman. >> I don't need a bond. I'll just pay the whole 15 hours. I don't need a bond. You'll be on a couple hours. You'll be given a court date. Make sure you show up to that court date. Otherwise, a warrant's going to be put out for you. >> Honey, Google me and you'll see who I am. I always show up. Good. >> I have a lot to lose. >> Okay. >> I'm I'm I'm not a thief or a criminal today. Apparently, I am, but I'm not a thief or a criminal. I'm a hardworking. [laughter] >> Then you're going to arrest me. >> Just you could have a little compassion. >> No. No compassion. >> S please. >> What about my personal things? go for my personal fees. >> Well, this is just for a misdemeanor. So, it's $150 to get out and or if she can't afford the $150, then it's just $15 to a bondsman. >> I I I have a friend in in outside. I'm giving him my personal things. >> Okay. >> Sure. >> Okay. >> You tell your friend to come stand by the police car out there, but he's not to come back. >> She's famous. >> Yes. Listen, they're going to arrest me for shoplifting. I need you to take my personal things and I'll hook up with you later. What kind are you coming back? Piece of [ __ ] >> Yeah, I have to pay $150. How can I be a famous person and be a felon? How can I make 131 movies and be a felon? I'm licensed in Bond in New York City. Are you kidding me? >> I'm trying to explain why I did this. And look how mean they're being >> Put your hands up like this. >> Tried to kill me. It was the only other time I was in handcuffs. >> Why? It could have been avoided. >> Well, it could have been avoided. You could have been a little nicer, too. >> Don't steal stuff. >> You have a mother. Do you have a mother? >> Do you have a mother? >> I had a mother. She didn't steal. >> Children. >> That's good. >> I'm sorry. >> That's good. >> I'm sorry. Okay. Forgive me. >> You also trespass. If you return to this Walmart, you get a [ __ ] She has the nerve to call Walmart a [ __ ] hole after she just got caught stealing from this [ __ ] hole. >> Screw go this way. Right down this hallway here. This way. I'm a 60-year-old woman. You never hurt anybody. Is this proto or you had to do this? >> Did you have to do this? You could have just let me get in the car. I wasn't going anywhere. >> I have a mama. You have to have a mother. It's not your business what's in my car. >> There's no there's nothing stolen in this car. >> Ma'am, get in the car. >> Wait till you hear from my lawyer. >> I got searched when I went in detox, but didn't have to bend over. Search your cell phones. Just wait until the ride to the jail. She puts on a terrible acting display. >> That is the stuff she actually purchased. She did buy some of this stuff. >> Picture of all the stuff she >> Yes. I can read the receipt, but sometimes it's like it's weird the way it says it. >> Yeah. And then you're trying to figure out what what the heck Rachel, how's the cat? >> Thank you. >> Oh, thank you. >> Just send me that picture if you could, >> please. Thanks, >> sir. >> Yeah. Left on the hoodie. >> It's in your bag. >> And and and first off, I need my phone. My husband's on the way to the hospital. Can you please be decent and let me call my husband back? >> No, please.
