Why you don't want to help? >> I'm waiting on you. >> Why he don't want to help? >> Waiting on you. >> No. Why he don't want >> We can't do anything if you're sitting >> about him, >> dude. Come on. Give me a >> slow [laughter] night. >> Yeah, >> bro. You tackled me when your white shirt got here. >> I don't know. When he eventually stepped out of the squad car, he still appeared to have a bone to pick with the arresting officer. >> Why he got my stuff to a few minutes, bro? Right. But he can't help me. He can't even look me in my eyes cuz you can arrest me. >> Close the door. Turn all the lights off. Leave him there. I'm right here. I'm talking I'm not even grass. >> Oh no, they can't do that anymore. >> I have a right to talk right now. >> Can't touch anywhere in this area. >> You can arrest me, but you can't even look at me. >> Seriously. >> Hello. Now you Now you ready to look? The boss got me. Bro, some nuts, man. Officer B1. >> Yeah. And they're not comfortable. Like you're untouchable. >> You don't go home. >> You might get a gifted membership, Joyce. This one's almost over. >> Right. How he treats everybody. >> Come up front, man. You're the arresting officer. >> He's doing the most. >> The suspect was ultimately charged with domestic battery and resisting or obstructing a peace officer. >> All right, we're going to move on to a couple that got pulled over. This young lady, she is so stupid. the uh I don't know why they wanted to get the ID of the passenger uh but she ends up ratting them out their boyfriend girlfriend and she is such an idiot. >> Notice a vehicle making sporadic lane changes. So they get behind it, initiate lights and sirens and then pull it over and before long things somehow go from bad to worse. >> How are you two doing today? >> We're doing okay. >> My name's Officer Bill. I work with Borman. Reason for the traffic stops a couple reasons. Number one, when you had the red light, you pulled pretty much all the way to the intersection and you backed off. Then you turned left from not the turning lane. So >> when I saw that when I saw you do that, I was like, is this person impaired or what? >> I'm not impaired. >> I can tell talking to you. Yeah, I can tell talking to you. You're not drunk, anything like that. >> Come here. And >> that changes. >> This is his uh company car. >> Okay. Where are you guys heading this evening? We were just overwhelmed. We came out to see a movie. >> Mhm. >> I see. >> We seen uh Insidious 2. >> How was it? >> It was good. >> That's good. >> Yeah. >> Yes, it is. >> No problem. Miss, do you have your driver's license on you? >> No, I don't. >> Okay. >> But he has a license. >> Do you have a license? >> No. >> Okay. Yeah. What's so so far they haven't said like he's not wearing a seatelt or there's any reason to identify him. >> What's your name, miss? >> Kylie. K Y L E E. >> What's your birth date? >> What state is your driver's license or your ID or what what state your ID through? >> Yes. >> Yeah. What's your middle name? So, what's going on with your license? >> So, I got a speeding ticket when I was 19 years old. Okay. I didn't stop driving because I've constantly always had to get myself to work, right? >> Every single time I'm on my way. Uh, I get stopped and I constantly I'm I I'm just last month I paid $400. >> Okay. >> Short answer. Why is your license suspended? I got some tickets in the past. Done. >> Some fines. Okay. >> I don't have any warrants or anything like that. >> Okay. >> Sir, do you have your ID on you? Make sure that you're valid. That way we we might be able to switch seats. >> That's in his wallet. >> Okay. >> Now, at this point, he should say because he has he say, "I've had a few drinks. I can't drive." And you know, I'm the passenger. You don't need to ID me. But he doesn't. >> The reason why I'm driving is uh the reason why I'm driving is because we're just out and uh Tim had a few drinks. >> Okay. >> Oh, Tim, >> I'm going to step off. >> Oh, no. You can just stay there. I'll just look you up by your name. So, I'm going to >> What's your first name, sir? >> I'm going to start off by telling you um >> right here, though. >> He has a warrant out for his arrest. >> Okay. What's the warrant? >> Why would you volunteer that information? >> I for >> But, um I sent a >> You able to close the door, boss? I sent a message out to um >> the police officer of Newcastle three times. I've been trying to get a hold of >> Well, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on. Yeah. No, I have a quick question. What's the warrant for? Because if it's if it's >> I don't know specifically. That's why I'm explaining. >> Okay. >> So, specifically, >> well, we're at a party together. >> Okay. If it's if it again, there's no reason to explain the background of the warrant. They'll run it through the computer. They'll check to see if whoever issued the warrant wants them and then they'll extradite him. Or if they don't want him, then he's not going to be arrested. It doesn't matter about the story. >> Hold on. Would you hear me out real quick? >> Sure. >> If it's for some [ __ ] little traffic charge or a misdemeanor or things like that, they might not even want him. >> It's misdemeanor. >> Okay. >> Um, so what what happened was uh you can be good here. >> So Timothy, what's your last name? >> So are you going to listen to me or >> Yeah, I'm going to listen to you. Just like I mean I obviously got to get the name and everything like that. >> But you 51 by name. Doesn't matter. >> So, are you listening in? >> Hold on one second. >> No. >> First name Timothy 1988, code six. I'll take a second break for a second name and date of birth. >> What happened was we were >> Give me one moment, ma'am. Okay. >> Okay. >> He's still talking on the radio and she just keeps So, what happened was >> Yeah. Whenever you're ready to actually listen because you've been telling me, >> "Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, relax, relax. I'm being calm and cool and everything with you, but I I do have to >> not listening to me, sir. All due respect, >> the second one is going to be King Young Lincoln Edward Edward. Last name. >> Yeah. >> 2000. Both these are out of Pennsylvania. >> Yep. >> So, like I was saying, we were at a party. >> Doesn't matter. >> I got drunk. >> Okay. and I got in a fight with the girl. >> I was so mad at my boyfriend for being his ex from >> that I actually told the police officer that it was Tim that I had a >> like that I had gotten into a physical altercation. >> Okay. But I tried I've been trying to contact officer Bigs and I told him like the whole story that I >> made a false police report >> to begin with. >> You know how it usually goes though. Once that warrant's out, you got to do that. >> I don't know how it usually goes at all. >> Well, I was trying to explain. So, so usually how that goes is was once they put out that warrant, even if you say after the fact, hey, I made that all up. You usually got to go through court and tell the court that, hey, this was a false report, false allegation, and they'll usually drop the charges. So, he's probably not going to be able to do anything. I can't necessarily speak for Pennsylvania. Sometimes it's a little different over there, but at least in Ohio, you would have to go talk to the prosecutor at that point once the warrants put out for his arrest. >> So, what's going on right now? >> So, I'm waiting to hear back from dispatch to see if those warrants are all good. I'm waiting to see if you have any warrants and I'm waiting to see whose license is valid. Okay. >> There's no license. There's no valid license except for his. I already told you that. >> Okay. >> Right. They have to run it through the system. They don't just take people's word for it. that just just settle down and it's not the end of the world. >> Okay. >> What do you do for uh AUS, Mr. Brooks? >> So, what we do is uh >> basically we try to stop the water from what happened in Flint, Michigan from happening in Michigan. So, we dig >> in the tunnels and we try to find lead, a couple pipes. >> Okay. >> And we report them to the city and we patch them up and we leave home. >> Sounds like a pretty good job. >> Yeah. You can have that proof of insurance back. >> There's another cop showing up. Why? >> Because we usually have two cops on all traffic stops. Obviously, not initially cuz I'm only one person, >> but also he's got a warrant. So, if the warrant ends up being good, then we'll obviously have to take him into custody. >> Of course, we know. >> Mhm. Okay. I don't know, >> sir. What else? >> Okay. I don't know why why you're having such an attitude right now. >> No, because I already told you what the truth was and that the warrant is invalid and you're still talking about taking my man. >> Okay. >> Okay. If the warrant is out of another jurisdiction, there's nothing this officer can do. If there is a warrant in the system and the other jurisdiction wants him, he's going to get arrested. It doesn't matter about her story because if we have a warrant that's confirmed through leads. >> Mhm. >> Don't close that window. >> I'm allowed to roll my window. >> All right. Do me a favor. Step out. Step out. Yes. Stepping out of here. No. Let me ma'am. Let me explain this to you. >> Let me explain. >> No. No. No. Let me explain to This isn't your show. This is my show. I'm trying to be calm and respectful and explain everything. I'm trying to explain everything to you. >> Please, >> if a policeman tells you to step out of the car, you do have to step out of the car. >> No, it's the US Supreme Court case is Maryland versus Wilson and Pennsylvania versus Mim. That's United States Supreme Court case gives us the right and the authority to order you out of the car. >> So, if you don't step out of this car, which you are going to, we're going to have to do is we're going to have to pull you out of the car. >> And then at that point, you'll be under arrest. >> Kylie, arrest Kylie. I don't want to arrest you, but the way things are going right now, that is what is going to happen. >> I think so. >> Do me a favor. Turn the car off and step out. >> If I'm not going to be arrested, >> they can't. >> Kylie, >> you're not under arrest right now. If you step out of the car, you don't step out of the car, >> you will be under arrest. >> Do you not understand that they are arresting you? >> Yeah, >> because you made sure that that's going to happen, dummy. >> Give me a kiss. >> Can you relax? I'm out of here. >> Relax. >> But you're getting arrested. >> Okay, calm down. >> That's the only reason why I'm upset because he doesn't need to be arrested. >> Good. >> He never >> he never hit me. And a girl and I lied. >> First one. [clears throat] Timothy is valid through Newcastle, showing not valid through Ohio. Break for code 9. >> Go ahead with it. >> But you have to understand I lied. I I do understand that >> it's 23 for extradition out of Pennsylvania. >> So it's Yeah. P it's the warrants out of Pennsylvania and Pennsylvania wants him. So it's a full extradition warrant. They got to arrest him and Pennsylvania will come get him. >> Congratulations. >> No, sir. [laughter] No, sir. >> Yeah. Good. >> All right. Do me a favor. Come on. >> Venus is repealed. >> Keep your hands out. Thank you, >> Maddie. >> Tyler, it's going to be all right. >> Oh, no. It's not my phone. >> Well, they can't charge her with making any false statements because she did it in Pennsylvania. So, she told all of that for no reason. >> He's He's been cool. >> Yeah. Just Yeah. Leave your phone there. I'll get it for you. >> Here, I'll get it. You want it, right? Come on. Don't give me a hard time. All right. I won't >> turn around. Turn around. >> I won't. >> Turn around. >> Yeah. You know when he does everything right. Stay right there. [laughter] That laugh or cry or whatever that is. >> All right. Kyle, can you >> do me a favor? Hop out as well cuz I got to write you a ticket for the driving under suspension. >> Okay. You don't have any I'm not going to like search you or anything like that. I'm I'm just going to pat down your pockets. I >> swear I lied. >> And I understand. Kylie, just >> take them on. >> We can because Let me explain this to you. >> I LIED. I SWEAR I LIED. And >> Kylie. Kylie. Kylie. Will you hear me out? >> I I already know. I already know. I can't drive this car. >> Okay. Hey, you don't even know what I'm trying to say. If somebody's If we have a warrant, a valid warrant for somebody's arrest, >> I know that. >> Then we have to take them into custody. >> I KNOW THAT. If we DON'T TAKE >> YOU'RE TAKING MY BOYFRIEND to Ohio and then they're gonna have TO EXPERT ITE HIM. WHY WOULDN'T I BE A >> I'M expertite him? >> I'm gonna pat you down for weapons based on your attitude right now. >> Sure. Based on my attitude, you can pat me down for weapons, sir. I already told you there's no weapon. >> Okay, turn around. >> I don't believe anything you're saying. >> How much you had to drink tonight? >> Nothing. >> Okay. Really? >> Is there any weed in that car? >> No. >> Okay. Why does it smell like weed then? beats me. >> You're going to have a seat in the back of my car. >> Stop it. Stop it. Stop it. You're going to have a seat in the back of my car. >> Well, that's true, Google. But keep in mind, she tried to get him arrested in Pennsylvania and she didn't straighten out the warrant. So, now he's getting arrested and he's going to be in jail in Ohio and then have to go to Pennsylvania all because of her. Not worth it. >> Well, I'll write you the ticket. >> Daddy, I love you. >> I'll take him, but just put in your car for now. >> Daddy, >> I LOVE YOU. [laughter] HAVE A SEAT, >> DADDY. That's so weird. Creepy. >> I have to Okay, ma'am. Oh, jeez. That was >> Why is she so upset? >> Cuz she said she lied. >> What she lied about >> about uh him beating her up? >> Yeah. >> Yes, ma'am. one of >> I need to know where to tell my dad to come to. >> Um, tell him to come to uh the Duncan Onus over at South Avenue and you're >> on channel one. Go ahead. >> How are you doing, sir? >> Okay. >> I need you to write me. >> This is Officer Beal with Boardman Police. Uh, if you could come to South Avenue or the Duncan's right near South Avenue, 224 and Boardman >> on the left hand side. >> Yeah. Yes. So, if you're coming if you're if you're coming um >> across from Red Lobster. >> Yeah. Across straight across street from Red Lobster. You'll be able to pick your daughter up. >> There's one more thing I need to get out of the Kia, please. >> I think this is We'll let you do that before you before you get out of here. It's not going to happen right now. >> Okay. >> No, I was talking to your daughter. She said she wanted to get something out of the car. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> So, no, wait. Before you leave, sir, can you tell me what you're doing with my boyfriend? He's gonna go to Money County Jail and then and have either a hearing or he can wave his extradition hearing and go to Pennsylvania. >> So he's going to go there tonight and then then he would either have his extradition hearing on Monday >> or if he signed the waiver of extradition where he didn't want to fight extradition then he could go straight to Pennsylvania. Once he goes to Pennsylvania, I'm sure they'll all blond out. >> But uh do me a favor. Hop out real quick. I got to check your pockets. I I patted him down but now I'm going to search him. >> He did. >> Hold on. I patted him down. Now don't reach. No, no, no. Don't don't reach. You're You're You're going to detain a handcuff. Stop. >> No. >> Okay. Why? Because you're screaming at me. You have no reason to arrest me. So, >> please come and pick me up ASAP. >> Thank you. Don't hang up, Lenny. >> It's in my titties. You're not allowed to touch it. You're a male. I don't want you touch. >> I do not. Can you respect me? I'm not. >> Absolutely not. >> Absolutely not. She's now in more trouble than she had to be. >> It is, but she said that she lied. She lied about the whole thing, but apparently she didn't tell the police in Pennsylvania, so there's still a warrant out for him. >> She should have just been quiet, cooperated. She kicked an officer. Now she's looking assaulting a police officer. Felony charge. Car is getting towed. The whole nine yards. We had a ride coming for her and she just wouldn't cooperate. >> My vehicle is getting >> Is that your vehicle? >> Yes, sir. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Is that a company car? >> Yes, sir. >> You allowed to have it here in Ohio? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. The woman initially faced three charges, including fourthderee felony assault, fifth degree felony obstructing official business, and misdemeanor resisting arrest. However, the case was ultimately resolved through a negotiated plea agreement where prosecutors agreed to dismiss the felony assault charge while she plead guilty to obstructing official business and resisting arrest. Considering the felony assault charge was a more serious crime than obstructing or resisting, this was in her best interest. And as a result, the court found her guilty on both obstruction and resisting. Despite the felony conviction, the judge chose not to impose any jail or prison time, finding that a non-prison sanction was sufficient. So instead, she was sentenced to 2 years of community control. If you're not familiar with what community control is, it's essentially Ohio's version of probation. And given the 2-year community control sentence, the court imposed no fines or court costs. As always, let me know your honest thoughts on this case down below in the comment section. At the end of the day, you shouldn't be out here at this age drinking. Like what the problem if you're drinking or not. I'm not dumb. >> So, what I would do is just >> All right. I hope I get to arrest some 18-year-old girl for disorderly." Do you Do you think that's what I wake up in the morning for? >> She's 19. >> Okay. If that's the case, then we don't have anything to talk about because you're not making any sense. And I only speak in reality and things that make sense. I would ask the debunking deputies because that's their job. They they are the ones that are subject matter experts with those situations. What I would highly recommend that you do is that you pull yourself together, stop crying. Hey Mike, >> because it's going to be an issue if you walk in there. People might try to >> just stop crying and just go in there and be okay. I'm sorry. >> You did binge them. >> No, I'm not saying that that would happen. And what I'm saying is is that if you want to have the smoothest >> um experience at booking, I would highly recommend that you just stop crying. [snorts] You walk in there and you do what you got to do. Your friends, >> you find the baddest person in the jail and you go up and you punch them right in the face.
