Why? But you're a wreck and you're going Just had an HOA meeting about me. But if you get listening in 2 days, I will have 7 years sober. Really? You want me to like relapse? In 2 days, I'll be 7 years sober. >> What's up, everybody? I hope you guys are ready for an electrifying episode. Today, we have an extremely obnoxious Karen getting arrested poolside. But first, I want to show you this insane tasing video where the suspect and the officer could have very well lost their lives. Without further ado, let's get started. >> Hello there. I'm Officer Swatton Baytown. Hey, man, I stopped you because you're doing 82 in a 60 and your registration shows to be expired. I need that license there as well as your proof of insurance. >> And just confirming um Liberty County confirmed on those uh felony warrants. >> Mr. Trevino, hold on for me. I'll have you sign your tickets here in a quick. Hey, so you got one for your speed and one for your registration. Which if you get your registration fixed, I can dismiss this special for you, okay? >> Okay. >> I need your signature on there. It's not an admission of guilt. It's a promise to contact the court, okay? >> All righty. Okay. >> Hey, man, you got warrants in Liberty County. I'm going to take care of that. Put your hands >> Can I find your background, please? >> No, put your hands behind your back. >> Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Sir, sir, sir, I'll get out. I'll get out. >> Get the [ __ ] out of the car. I'm not [ __ ] around with you. You get the No. Get the [ __ ] out of the car. Do it now. No. Get out of the Get the [ __ ] out of the car. Start getting out of the [ __ ] car. Get the [ __ ] out of the car now. Slide your feet out. Slide your feet out. Slide your feet out. Get on the ground. Get on the ground. Get on the [ __ ] ground. We're running on the South bound South bound side. >> So I don't know if this guy has a death wish or something. Maybe he's running away from a first degree murder warrant, but he is taking so many risk and at the same time is putting the officers in so much danger. This guy could have ended up flat like a pancake within seconds. Luckily there were no cars coming in at that point, but if there were, not only could he have died, but he could have caused a massive crash if a car tries to avoid him at the last minute. I really think the judge should take a look at this body cam and give an appropriate sentence. >> Get on the [ __ ] ground now. Hands behind your back. Do not [ __ ] move. I will [ __ ] light you up. Do not [ __ ] move. >> Light me up with what? >> Do not [ __ ] move. >> Light me up with what? >> Do not [ __ ] move. Hands behind your back. Hands behind your back. Hands behind your back. [ __ ] hands behind your back. Lay on your stomach. Hands behind your back. Hands behind your back. Hands behind your back. Get on the [ __ ] ground now. Get on the [ __ ] ground. Get on the [ __ ] ground. >> What's this [ __ ] about, man? >> Get on the [ __ ] ground. You're under arrest. >> For what? >> Stepping up with your self outside. >> Will you please stop? >> You stop. Get on the [ __ ] ground, dude. >> That's too much [ __ ] That's too much [ __ ] >> You [ __ ] up, dude. Get on the [ __ ] ground. Get on the [ __ ] ground. Woah. Get on the [ __ ] ground. What the [ __ ] are you doing? >> That's too much [ __ ] >> Now you're going to not going to let go of me? >> Come on, man. >> Dude, I'm a Get on the [ __ ] ground. >> I'm not resisting. I got you. I'm turning around. >> Hands behind your back. Do it now. >> Ow. >> Hey. Hey. >> Why are you tasing me? Stop. >> Okay. Okay. Okay. I'm down. Okay. >> You're tasing me. >> My arm is >> I got you. >> My arm is underneath your legs. My arm is underneath your legs. My leg's caught. You mother >> Now that is nuts. I don't think I've ever seen anything like this. This guy ended up getting tased by his own partner. You know it's going to be one hell of an awkward conversation back at the station. Now this guy picked up multiple felonies. Hopefully the judge locks him away for several decades because he does not belong in society. So let's move on to the next body cam. Now I just want to warn you guys ahead of time. You might need earplugs for this one. Not because the woman is going to be screaming, but just because her voice is incredibly irritating. >> I hold a chair cloth on my bare >> Do me a favor. Do you have a pair of bottoms you can >> No, a chair cloth and a thong is one law. >> Okay, well, you do me a favor and will you wrap up around yourself, please? >> I'm not leaving. >> Well, you are because you're actually going to be placed under arrest. So, I'm going to ask you this one time, wrap up around yourself. Well, right now you're disturbing the peace. Okay? No, that's like that. >> [laughter] >> Okay, I'm going to ask you again to stand up and put the towel on. Yes, you are. >> I'm going to call my dad real quick. >> No, you're going to get up and you're going to put that towel on. I am. You are going to jail, yes, ma'am. Ma'am, get up and put that towel around you. >> I don't understand what I did wrong. >> So. I've already explained it to you. You're going to be placed under arrest. >> Hey, look, listen, I'm putting my towel I'm in a thong. I'm not going to I'm not going to resist you guys. Please tell her I'm not going to I don't even know why I'm going to jail. I'm not going to resist you guys. >> Do me a favor, lift that up, please, so it's underneath you. >> Can you please tell me why? >> Yes, ma'am, I've explained it. You're disturbing the peace. >> How? >> 69, so if you'll show one white female with a uh >> Are you serious right now? Can you stop? >> No. >> I didn't do anything. I have video camera and everything. I have video camera on. I'm trying to type this in so it doesn't fall off. Wait, >> I'm going to get you in front, so it's okay. >> No way. >> Put your camera in that. >> Okay, can we talk about it? >> We are talking about it. >> I don't need to. I didn't do anything. I have video camera. >> Ma'am, I can smell alcohol on you from here. It smells like you've been drinking heavily. You're slurring your speech. >> I swear I have video of everything. I am not disturbing. >> All right, so I'm going to pick up your belongings. Is your Is your car locked? Is your house locked? >> Um it should be, yes. but listen, I don't need to go to get Listen, in 2 days I will have 7 years sober of O B H. >> Well, I'm really proud of you >> Okay, I know. I just >> So, she claims that in 2 days it's going to be her seventh year of sobriety, and I would say that it would have been a very good accomplishment if it was true. She is completely shit-faced. There's no way you can convince me that she is sober right now. There is absolutely no way in hell that's happening. And if she indeed is sober right now, that would be even more concerning because then we would need to get to the root of the problem as to why she's acting like this. If she's drunk, at least she has an excuse. It might not be a good one, but at least there's a reason for this behavior. >> I just don't like it. Like this is crazy. I have a job and I was like I didn't do anything. I have video camera. >> Okay. >> I have video camera on everything. I was not disturbing the peace. >> Do me a favor. Um >> Please don't take me to jail. >> Grab your sandals up from underneath there. >> Please don't take me >> They're right there. >> Please don't take >> Grab your tennis shoes. >> Please don't take me to jail. I don't need charges. I'll go inside. But there's a >> You're going to put them shoes on right now. >> I was feeling everything going on because they keep coming and harassing me and making new rules after the HOA meeting, and I did not mess with anybody. I didn't do anything. I asked her name. That's it. >> 51 and 11. I hear that y'all are 10-97 with >> Please do not arrest me, sir. >> Do me a favor. I need you to bring about three affidavits, please. >> Can you please not arrest me? >> No, ma'am. >> I have to go to work in the morning. Like I have a job. I've been doing what I needed to do. I didn't do anything. I really didn't She told me I wasn't going to be charged. Like I didn't do anything. Please don't arrest me, sir. >> Is there anything out of this bag we're willing to let you Well, open up your door. >> talk over there? >> Yep. >> Please. I'm crazy. I video everything. I really didn't do anything. >> Okay. >> They've been trying to trespass me from here. I paid $1,000 fine. Like I have case numbers with that lady who I never even spoke to before coming and yelling and screaming at me twice and the police officer Sergeant Howell >> What is the code for this again? >> They changed it. Oh, you don't have to lock it. It locks by itself. >> No, that's fine. I'll write it down so I can get back in here safe. Are you good escorting her? >> Can you please let me Can we please talk like at least I have video and everything. >> I'm going to give her the opportunity to put what belongings she doesn't want to get at her house if she does not want that. >> I'm asking you to leave. >> Young lady, my hands are tied. >> How? What did I do? >> Because we got a call because you're out here hollering, screaming, arguing, disturbing the peace. >> I have video of everything. >> Okay, well we have multiple witnesses that are saying whatever it is >> I have a whole lawsuit against them. There's a whole lawsuit going on. They just had a HOA meeting about me. >> Okay, so if you have an entire group of people that are assembling to have meetings about you, that's not a good sign. That is not something I would be proud of. Now, granted, you have to take that with a grain of salt because usually HOA people might be Karens themselves. Matter of fact, they might be the biggest Karens. But in this case, I would be tempted to believe that you are a nuisance to the entire community. >> Sir, please. I'm not lying. This is crazy. I'm really not lying. I swear to you that I'm not lying and I can show you video of everything. >> way or else real quick. >> Please do not take me to jail. >> Okay. >> Come with us. >> Jail is the last thing I need. I I I got I got >> Stop walking. Start. >> Let's go. >> No, that one. >> Don't be talking to me like I'm a dog. >> Stana, listen to me real fast. I'm going to do the talking. Do you have anything that you want >> No, I don't. I don't understand why I'm going to jail if I had told you I can show you the video. I can I can show you the video. >> Stana, listen to me. >> You're not listening to me. I can show you video proof of what they're saying is wrong. >> Listen to me. >> Really? You want me to relapse? Why are you taking me to jail? I'm just trying to go inside. No, I'm trying to go inside. I didn't do anything. >> want me to take her in my car or their car? >> I didn't do anything. >> Cuz my car's over there. >> Why are you taking me to jail? On Father's Day. >> You're not a father, though. >> Excuse me? >> I said you're not a father. >> It doesn't matter. I have one who works who we used to work I didn't do anything. You're not even hearing me out. You're just taking me to jail. >> Stana, I'm going to ask you this one last time anyway. Do you have anything, including this bag, that you would like to go inside of your home? >> Yes. >> Because the jail, when they get this bag, I can assure you anything that's wet or someone else's >> that. I just don't understand why you can't let me just go inside and I can show you the video, though. But you didn't even talk to me. >> Uh young lady, I got told you this a second ago. >> What are you talking about? >> intoxicated. You're slurring your speech. >> I found what she was saying earlier so funny. She says, "You want me to relapse?" Lady, sorry to break it to you, but it's a little late for that. It looks like you took care of that on your own. You didn't need any help whatsoever. Now, it's not the end of the world. If you have a problem with alcohol, just get back on the horse and head back in the direction of sobriety, but don't start guilt-tripping these cops like they caused you to relapse because you did that all by yourself. >> I can smell the alcohol. When I was 3 and 1/2 ft away from you, I could smell it. Anytime that you breathed in my general direction, direction, excuse me. >> I had two shots of Fireball. >> Okay, so you have been drinking. >> Two [clears throat] shots of Fireball. The little 50 ml. That's why you could smell it. That's it. Please do not take me to jail. I just completed probation for the first time in my life after 28 years. Like I don't need this. I will go in my house and I will go to bed. >> Ma'am, listen to me. >> I didn't do what they were saying. >> Okay, I'm going to turn your phone off. >> No, it's an alarm. >> Well, I know I'm just trying >> Can I call my dad, please? >> You can do that from the jail, young lady. >> No, it's Why are you still taking me to jail? >> How do you turn this phone off? >> It's Well, my side button's broken. >> Okay. >> Please do not take me to jail. I did not do anything jail-worthy. >> Well, disturbing the peace, young lady. >> I wasn't though. You're just going Those people I have a whole lawsuit going against them. That's what I'm trying to tell you. >> All right. >> You're not hearing me. We had a whole They had a whole HOA meeting about me. And then that lady with the blonde hair said, "Anytime you come down here, it's a $100 fine." >> Well, that's a civil issue. Which one of these is your keys, young lady? >> That one. >> This one in the middle? Okay. >> Please do not take me to jail. Like seriously, in 2 days I'll be 7 years sober. Like I don't I have a job. >> So, she says in 2 days she'll be 7 years sober. Well, I'm going to flip the script because this morning I just ended up 2 days sober, believe it or not. I had some drinks on Saturday, and I won't have any more drinks until Friday night. And here's the thing about alcohol, it's not for everyone. Someone was trying to give me [ __ ] last week because I was promoting alcohol in my live streams, but I can actually handle it. I can have a couple drinks and not become an obnoxious douche. And if you're able to control it, it's pretty relaxing. Now, the problem is that not everybody is able to do that, and then they end up like this Karen. This woman should stay far away from alcohol, but that doesn't mean that everybody else should refrain from it if they can handle themselves. >> I'm just trying to live my >> have an ID or anything in here that you want to take or just leave me here? >> You're really taking me in? >> Yes, ma'am. Yes. >> Why? >> Because I have a victim, and right now, like I said, you've been disturbing the peace. >> How? I can show you on video camera. >> Ma'am, you haven't been quiet the entirety of the time I talked to you. >> We've been talking because you just like came at me and just blamed me. Oh, I have stuff in there. >> Okay. Well, give me just a second. Um, and we'll go over that here in just a minute. You're going to come with us for a second? >> Can I call my dad, please? >> Not right this second, you may not. >> So, I need my medication. >> Okay. You're going to come with me. >> Okay. >> Do me a favor. >> Can you say that I can go inside my house? >> What kind of medication do you need? >> My anxiety >> Well, you're not going to be able to take that going inside. So, do me a favor. >> Well, I need it right now. I'm having an anxiety attack. >> Well, a lot of people do when they're getting arrested. >> So, okay. Well, turn around, miss, and I'm telling you. >> Dude, I >> I am not going to ask you again, or I'm going to assist >> Please don't. I just don't Hey, don't push me. Hey, you're on my doorbell camera pushing. >> I don't care what I'm on. I have a body camera. >> Okay, that's fine. You just pushed me. >> Grab for my arm and move. >> Don't grab me. I will walk. You don't have to grab me. Hey, bro. >> I am going to drop you on your head. >> Yeah, because you're lucky you're here. You don't even know what's going on. Are you kidding me? You don't care. You're anything that AB have going on. Are you [ __ ] kidding me? I just told you I did my probation. I did everything. I complied with you everything. >> When I tell you to leave, you leave. >> Why? But you're arresting me for no reason. >> Get in the seat. >> You're arresting me for no >> Get in the seat right now, please. >> Bless your soul. God, immediately. Cuz I'm not going to the jail. I'm going straight to the courthouse and getting a bond. I need my dad to call now. I didn't do anything and I have video of everything. >> All right. So, I had to cut out the parts where she was spitting and pretty much puking on the ground. I also had to blur out a part that was showing her badonkadonk a little too much. And trust me, I don't like censorship, but I don't really have a choice. YouTube has been cracking down on several channels with age restrictions and this is how I make my living. So, I don't want my videos to get age restricted. Now, I always try to censor the least amount as possible and just to make sure I stay within the guidelines. I hope you guys understand. >> This is crazy. He wants people to say junkies. You want me to relapse. Jesus Christ, I didn't do anything wrong. I have videos and you can call your Niceville Police Department who had that lady harassing me two times and told to not talk to me or >> starting arguments. >> I'm not. >> You didn't physically fight her. >> I know. >> The problem was what the initial call was that said initiated in the back. >> I didn't physically anything. I have it all videotaped. >> Huh? >> I have everything videotaped. I do have it. >> was no physical Tina, give me a second. >> I'm about to throw up. That's the only reason I'm not in your car yet cuz I don't want to throw up in your car. >> Listen to me. >> I'm about to throw up. >> Listen to me. At this point in time, our witnesses are not sure whether or not they want to press charges. So, if you will hold still [laughter] All right? >> Yeah, I have a whole lawsuit against them. >> I don't care about the lawsuit. That's simple. You're disturbing the peace. You're disturbing the peace. You made it my fault. >> But I didn't disturb >> Sit in that car for a second. >> I don't give you the documents I was talking to you in the car. I just someone threw up in your car. >> That's fine. If you're going to throw up, you throw up outside. Sit in the car, please. >> I will. I didn't do anything. I said, "Right here, please." Really, you know, I didn't do anything. Those people have been messing with me for over a year. She got those people to press false charges on me, which I have 45 pages of documentation that when Judge Brown said, "Eh-eh." Then they took a whole HOA meeting. Then it was a thousand-dollar fine, which I paid. And then there's I didn't do anything. I did was say to the lady, cuz I I had spoke to her last time I had saw her. It was like, "Hi. Hello." And I seen she was like, and then I was like, "Are you the one?" And that's all I did was ask a a question. This is the type of [ __ ] that makes a person want to relapse. >> Here she goes again talking about the relapse. Lady, that ship has sailed about 5 to 6 hours ago. Now, she was saying that she completed probation, which is great, and that's fantastic. But then the whole point is that once you complete probation, you stay out of trouble because it looks like she's going to go back on probation. It's like she's doing a never-ending circle and is never changing the behavior that causes all these convictions. >> But he's been so mean and like aggressive from the beginning. Like, hear me out. You know what I mean? I never had a voice cuz I was on probation, and I'm not anymore. And I have videos of that lady coming out two times. And the police telling her, "Go away. Go back inside." I never even talked to her. And she just came out yelling at me with her son the first time talking about they were going to do whatever this that the other. And then the second time whenever Chatter Puff and some man was out there, they had told me to get out of the pool, right? I was in the out of the area cuz I wasn't in the pool. They stood two deep on each side with a padlock, would not let me out, and I had to call the police just to let me out. Thank you. My Hooters cup? Did you get Is this tap water? >> No, out of that pitcher. >> Okay. >> What did I do though? >> You just got orange cuz it matches your outfit, and I don't like that. >> that cup cuz it's plastic. She's following me. >> What? >> She's following me. >> Don't touch my lashes. >> I didn't touch your lashes. >> Uh I made $80 a week for these. Thank you. You're welcome. Look at hers. >> Oh, she goes out to the pool. >> Yep. Yeah. So. I got special goggles if you want to go swimming. What if I have to pee? Will you walk me in to pee, or is that not okay? >> When he comes back >> I'm not going to be like Shut the >> All right. So, she got charged with disorderly conduct, resisting an officer without violence, and disorderly intoxication. Now, if you enjoyed the video and you want to support the channel, you can grab yourself a Karen Tears mug available on my website. The link is in the description. Thank you so much for watching.
