[music] [music] [music] [music] [music] [music] [music] [music] [music] [music] [music] [music] [music] [music] [music] >> Oops, I was muted. It's Saturday. You'll have to forgive me. I'm a little tired. >> [laughter] >> I think that's allowed on the weekends. Anyway, I'm unmuted now. So, how is everyone doing? It's Saturday. Hope everyone's having a good weekend so far. Uh let's see here. Yeah, Parson I I would have enjoyed the show if I had remembered to unmute my microphone. Ay, ay, ay. I try and mute it in case I cough or something during the theme song. I need to have an actual intro video, that way I don't have to worry about that, but it is what it is. Keith, how you doing? Always good to see you here. You are acknowledged. >> [laughter] >> All right, I've got uh couple hours of videos today. Uh I did put up a poll earlier this morning. Uh some of you voted. I was asking, do you like the longer videos, the shorter videos, or some combination of those? And it seems like uh some combination or shorter videos. So, I reworked my my playlist for today. I have one long video, but six shorter videos that are they're 20 minutes or less. So, those are actually more fun anyway, cuz sometimes those 45-minute ones the person gets really irritating after like 20 30 minutes and you just want to move on. So, hopefully nobody will move on. I have the shorter ones. Uh this first one is I thought it was kind of funny. It's it's not action packed. They're looking for a speeder in a black SUV. That was the only description that the officer had was pull over a black SUV that's speeding. So, he pulled over like three or four wrong SUVs before he finally got the right one. It was kind of funny. So, let's get into that. >> Hurry, buddy. >> The Kia was the one that was flying. >> There's five black SUVs. >> On October 25th, 2025, Indiana, an officer responded to a car speeding at 121 mph. >> There's about five black SUVs was the one that flew by there. I might have been 121. >> Due to identical-looking nearby vehicles, a confused officer mistakenly pulled over several wrong cars. >> How you doing? At least Hey, how's it going? A little bit. Hey, mayor. How you doing? Nope. Nope. Whoops, wrong one. All right. >> You good. Wrong black SUV. >> Oh my gosh. >> Hey, play it safe. People Our reaction time isn't what it used to be. You want Drink Coca-Cola. I live in Atlanta. They all drink Coca-Cola. Yep. That's the first wrong one. You good. Nice to play. I'm off. >> You got the wrong car, buddy. That guy went around me. >> On her mom on her. >> Okay, which one? >> The black one right there. >> There's There's three black ones. >> The one in the one on the right on this side. >> On the left side in the back? Okay. That's >> All right. >> All of these black ones. Okay. You didn't get a make or model? Nothing? Oh. You want to go? Hey, Vicky. It was a 35 36. >> 35 36. >> Put me out 627 Northbound 69 at the 38. >> [snorts] >> I got him at 121. >> 35 36. >> I say that to everybody. >> You got the wrong one, pal. >> Morning, Trooper I save you got your driver's license and registration on you? >> Yes. >> Are you sure? >> Any reason for your speed today? >> Um I was going 74 cruising. There was a Kia that >> Thank you very much. >> The Kia. >> Okay. >> Uh the Kia. >> the one that was flying. >> Okay, there's been a There's like a bunch of black cars. Okay, stay right here. Let me go first, okay? >> Not yet. We do meet the driver eventually. It's like a convention on the road. No. Person pulls over. Once he catches up. Oh, yeah. He's gone. Nice stop. It will be. >> And I got a 1.5. >> [snorts] >> I thought it was funny. Hey, Stacy. >> Morning, trip day safety. You got license, registration? >> Uh yeah. >> Okay, any reason for your speed today? >> No. >> Okay. >> I'm sorry. I'm just >> What's that? >> I'm sorry. I was just driving. >> Yeah, where have you been? >> Okay, how old are you? >> I'm 21. You think you're going to be here all >> Okay. Yeah, can I see your driver's license, buddy? >> Hey, Chelsea. >> Okay, we're right back with you, okay? >> Okay. >> I think it's a Kia. Listen. Maybe a Kia. >> Okay, do me a favor. Go sit by the vehicle for me, okay? >> Okay. >> You're going to jail. >> Sit back here. All right, go and turn on the police radio on your back for me, okay? I'll explain to you what's going on in just a second, all right? >> Okay. >> Pretty obvious what's going on here. >> All right, so what's going on is you're being arrested for reckless driving, all right? You were at 121 in a 70 coming up through there. All right? All right, let's see. You got plenty of room back there. >> Do you have anything on you? Any guns, knives, drugs, anything? >> No. >> No, okay. Cuz once you get to the jail, they're going to verify everything, okay? >> Okay. >> And we got 35 10-50. >> Hey Agent, how you doing? Yeah. It's hard to read it. It's kind of like the edges of the body cam video are kind of like a fish eye, so. >> reckless driving and officer started a 10-51. All right, you can sit back here. >> Hey Carolyn. >> Sit right here real quick. We'll move some stuff out of the front seat. >> Yeah, or at least reduced. Probably not her first time. >> All right, come here. You sit in the front seat right here. >> Yeah. >> Just pull your feet up. >> Yeah. >> Weird. Now, if you scoot it when you get in, if you scoot your butt forward as much as possible and then you sit back on your shoulders up against the seat, it will put a little pocket right there for your hands, okay? Go and turn your head to your left for me. >> deal. >> Yeah, is there anything out of there you want? You want your phone? Have you got a wallet or anything? >> Uh both. >> Okay. >> Like my wallet's not like it's connected to my phone. >> Okay. It's in the middle console? >> Nice. >> Okay, I'll see if I can't find it. >> Yeah. Definitely not her first time. >> She had There's five black SUVs. Yeah, well, she's at 121 coming up through there. >> Yeah, I don't get why they do that sometimes. >> She confirmed said, "Nope, it was that Kia." Which I It's between a Kia and a Jeep one. And yep. >> Were they all the USI student or something? Or were they traveling together? >> Uh-huh. Nope. Nope, not at all. >> Yeah. >> Just just had me thinking there were five black SUVs. She's flying that left lane at 121 in a 34. >> What'd she say? >> Just trying to get home. So. >> That'll do it. >> Keys are in it. I got everything. You want to do the impound paperwork for me? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Yep, keys are in it. They have to get to Penny Jail. >> Sounds good, man. >> I got to hit my GPS because I'm not 100% sure where that's at. >> I don't know where that is. >> I've never been there before. >> It's been a while. >> She got charged with reckless driving. I just noticed how they spelled reckless with a W. >> [laughter] >> Oh, well. It maybe it's not an American that does the channel. Might be a Canadian that don't know how to spell. I'm kidding, Canadians. I'm kidding. >> [laughter] >> All right, next I have the whoops. That's what I meant to do. Stay over there. Uh next I have the long video for the day. Uh it's about 28 minutes. This one my first thought was she's mentally ill. And then as the video goes on it's Oh, she's not mentally ill. She's not drunk. But uh Yeah, this was induced by something. >> No. >> She said to tell. >> YOU DID KNOW. ABSOLUTELY NOT. GIVE ME >> DON'T BE RIDICULOUS. >> PLEASE. >> DON'T YOU >> DUDE, >> THAT TELLS YOU >> GET THE OFF OF ME. YOU DID NOT BELIEVE [screaming] ME MY RIGHTS. GET OFF ME! OH! >> OH, SORRY. UH LITTLE BIT OF A HEADPHONE WARNING. A little late, but sorry. >> OFF [screaming] OF ME NOW! OW, BRO. >> YEAH. >> ALL RIGHT. >> NAUGHTY, NAUGHTY. >> All right. >> We're waiting for the road crew. >> Where is she at? >> Sweaty. >> Move that car real quick. >> You sure about that? I've been spelling it with with no W. Reckless driving? I mean, technically it was reckless cuz she didn't crash, so All right, I don't know. >> All right. Do you guys need this car? You want us to jump in and move it, or is there something in here of evidence, or >> No, right now we just have plain looting. >> Okay, what she's stating she's stating she's >> Yeah, I've got the deputy who originally tried to stop her on his way. >> No, no, don't open the door. Don't open the door. >> I'm not opening the door. >> Okay, no. >> It was a prescription. >> Get everything off the road? >> Y'all just want to pull it in here, I guess. >> Yeah, we'll pull it in here. >> Bro, unlock your door. >> Were you here when she made comments? >> What's that? >> What kind of comments was she making? >> We didn't She didn't really make any comments. >> Okay. >> Somebody said she was just talking to us. >> Yeah, I think it's cuz we got it off of your >> What's up? The same girl? >> Yeah, she was involved in a head-on collision the other day. >> What's her name? >> I don't know. >> I don't know. So, apparently apparently somebody got out with her earlier in the day. Um apparently she's been trying to engage deputies for this >> She just told me the reason she was doing what she's doing is because she wants to kill herself, and she was trying to grab everybody's attention. We blocked her in with cruiser car, and then we took her out at gunpoint, and she's been fighting us ever since. And she stated multiple times now that that I should So >> What sir? >> Well, I think one thing about her >> No, he >> He tried to initiate a traffic stop for a traffic offense and she continued up near the courthouse and then we terminated cuz she started taking some evasive action but speeds never went over 45 and then he tried to re-engage her at Sam's Club. He got up to the door. She got out and uh >> That's part of the that's one of the things that I thought either she didn't take it as directed or the doctor wasn't careful when he prescribed it. >> I I was alone. I'm like get back inside her vehicle and then she got back inside her vehicle started laughing. >> Shouldn't have just left her let her out. >> I know. >> Made made her stay. I know. >> But if he's going to >> Right. She said >> She said her IDs in her in her phone called LA Wallet which is not abnormal. LA's been doing that or Louisiana's been been doing that so Her phone is on top of the car. You want to try to talk to her? Go up. >> Well, I'll get the guy who's going to I think he's going to charge her. So if not even though she made statements we got a felony anyway so Yep. >> All day. >> Hey Donna. So she resisted y'all too? >> Yes. >> See you guys are confusing me. You're picking on me. No, I'm kidding. >> What I mean she's just she's hysterical right now. >> No, so one of our deputies tried to engage her at a traffic offense for a traffic stop and she fled. Speeds never reached 45 but she was weaving in and out of lanes and so with the amount of traffic we terminated. He re-engaged her at Sam's Club cuz apparently she she was originally had north of you near the courthouse turned back south. He got her at Sam's Club. She pulled in there. Almost got out of the car. He was ordering at gunpoint. She got back in and took off. So, we didn't re-engage her. >> So, what happened when we got her stopped? >> I guess I better stop here, so >> And also, she was fleeing these guys. They they stopped, and then yeah, they re-engaged. She fled again. >> I do think they need to start patients with the lowest dose, and then very slowly go up if needed. Cuz that's that's some strong stuff. I I actually take one to help me sleep, but a very very tiny dose. >> I don't know. >> The the deputy who tried to stop her originally, it was a traffic offense that he was stopping her for. >> We stopped her something about law enforcement, threat to law enforcement, or something like that. >> Yeah, supposedly she's been trying to antagonize law enforcement to get them to engage in pursuits or something like that. Um we had Apparently, there was a call with her earlier today. And some information was apparently relayed to y'all when I was looking at my phone notes. I don't know what that was. >> Just resisting, basically, but >> I mean, she didn't get get want to get her back in the car cuz they didn't have her right. >> Anyways, the the plane elusions, and uh >> She listened once she was at >> Once we stopped her >> gunpoint and all that. >> She didn't start acting foolish till after >> The right person got there. >> She was completely calm, and and then she saw the backseat, she flipped out. And that I made her mad. >> Who's that? >> Sarge. >> What she want? >> She said we're going to charge her with I'm going to charge >> with resisting, >> fleeing eluding, >> and then we should have that for a DUI if >> if she wants that is. >> He said that she was aiming for some date from some other >> We do meet her eventually. I know we're just listening to the cops talk about what had happened, and we do miss what happened, but I think she was driving around reckless, and they finally had to chase her down, and they circled her in, and stopped her, and got her out of the car, and that's when the video started. >> sugardaddy.com? >> Yeah, that's the call we were at earlier. Standing up standing for some date from some sugardaddy.com. Yeah, that's the call we were at earlier. Apparently she's here on vacation. Apparently this friend and a couple of other friends were taking her back to an Airbnb earlier. There's something about Who was the reason for the stop, the initial stop? That deputy is about to be here. I don't even know. I don't know what he was originally stopping her for but it was traffic related. I already have a lot of wonderful mods and one of them I'd be happy to post the link for you. This is we're charging her with fleeing and eluding and resisting. So I mean whatever she'll get help at the jail. What are you doing? I'm Corporal Frederick with the Sheriff's Office. So your friend's going to be going to jail for fleeing and eluding and resisting without violence. One of those is a felony in the state of Florida. Multiple law enforcement officers have tried to to stop her and she has fled from our traffic stops. So she's going to be going to jail for that. I mean you can see the the problem she's causing throughout the city here. So I mean what's going on with her? >> It's been 2 days now. >> Oh, acting like this? >> First it was the FBI's after me. We called y'all. I wanted her to make like just feel >> Yeah, we were out with y'all earlier today, right? Okay. >> And last night at 5:00 in the morning and 3:00 in the morning like it's been non-stop and I just I don't know. >> Has she ever acted like this before? >> I don't know. That's the problem. I met her in high school. I had one class with her. >> Do you know if she uses narcotics? >> I know she uses Adderall, 50 mg. >> Is it uh prescribed? >> it, yes. >> Woo, 50 mg? That's a lot. And yeah, if you take too much of that and you stay up for days, you're going to hallucinate and you're going to act crazy. >> It's like from a pediatric doctor, not a psychiatrist. >> Okay. >> So, that's what her mom was telling me. I just got off the phone with her. >> Is it just y'all in town? >> It's just us three. Her mom is coming. Um she lives in Louisiana, so it's going to be a Louisiana hold with the plane and everything. >> So, it's just y'all three friends? Um >> Yeah. We had her >> I can I if she's calm enough to ask her, I can try to release the vehicle to one of y'all if y'all feel comfortable with that. If not, we're going to tow it. >> Um definitely, do you mind if I go pick up my other friend? We had her stay there just in case she makes bail. >> to get confirmation from her if she's going to release the vehicle to y'all. >> It's in It's in her mom's name. Can I give Can her mom give me permission? >> Technically, yeah. >> Okay. >> You have a power of attorney and the damn like day. >> Hey, man. >> Yeah, I I've never taken that stuff, but that sounds like a lot, like way too much to take even spread out throughout one day. >> Um so, real quick, I'm definitely going to show you something. The reason we're we're trying to make contact with you is cuz we have some questions. So, I just have to let you know your rights are obviously you're detained, you're not free to >> already detained. You're reading your rights to me. >> I mean, you didn't, but like your your county did, so I shouldn't >> Okay, well, I'm well, we didn't stop you this time. So, I'm just letting you know. Uh you do have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in court. You have the right to have an attorney with you prior to, during, or after any questioning. If you cannot afford an attorney, this is our one that court will appoint one >> But, sorry to pause again. But soon, hopefully next week, fingers crossed, you can be green. >> for you. You may stop the questioning at any time by refusing to answer further or by requesting to consult your attorney. Do you understand your rights? >> I do. >> Having your rights in mind, do you want to talk to us? >> I feel like I have so many reasons. >> Say it again. >> I feel so relieved right now. >> Oh, yeah? So, what's going on? >> What's relieved? >> Um I've been I mean, I feel like you don't know, huh? >> I mean, maybe, but I mean, so what's been going on though? >> I feel like I don't even have to say anything. It's okay. I'll just >> I'm just trying to figure out what's going on. If you're having some kind of medical episode or what? I mean, we don't know. >> It's not that. >> Very close. >> So, you're not having medical episode? >> No. >> Okay. So, what was So, what was your intention on Obviously, you ran the stop sign the stop light. >> Yeah. >> So, what was your intention after that? >> Um to not get myself so I could I was being followed by some police. >> You're being followed by somebody? Do you know who you're being followed by? >> Uh no. Weird jeeps. >> Who? >> Weird jeeps and this orange truck. >> Orange So, different kind of vehicles? >> Yeah. >> Is this something that's been going on regularly though? >> Yeah. >> Have you reported >> And in all fairness to her, I we don't get to find out whether she was just prescribed too much or whether she just looked at the bottle and said, "I'm going to take more than is prescribed." If she was just prescribed too much, this isn't her fault and I feel bad for her. >> reported this to law enforcement at all? >> Yeah. >> You have? >> Yeah. >> Since when? >> [music] >> Since When have you reported it? >> Since 2012. >> Oh, yeah? >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, you were driving the car, the Hyundai? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Is that your vehicle? >> No. >> It's not yours. Whose is it? >> Well, it's my mom's. >> Your mom's? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Was anybody with you? Was anyone with you? >> No. >> No? >> Yeah. >> Are you Do you take any kind of medication at all for anything? >> Yeah. >> Well, what's that? Have you taken it recently? >> No. >> No? Are you supposed to take it >> It's for attention deficit disorder. >> Often? >> Um I'm supposed to take it like everyday, but um my doctor did tell me that he's like >> Have you ever been Baker Acted or Marchman Acted at all? >> I'm sorry. >> Have you ever been Baker Acted or Marchman Acted at all? >> I don't know. >> Taken to the hospital for a mental evaluation at all? >> I don't know. >> Yeah? When was the last time, do you know? >> Um around 16. >> No, it was like >> When? 15 years ago? >> 4 years ago. >> Say it again? 19 years ago, a couple of years ago. >> Yeah, it was a couple of years ago. >> Okay. Okay. So, did you see the police lights behind you when you were driving? >> Mhm? >> Did you see the blue lights behind you when you were driving? No. Did you hear the siren at all? >> No. >> Hey, you okay? All right. >> OH, OH, OH, OKAY. I GOT IT. ARE THERE LIKE CERTAIN TIMES THAT I WAS talking >> My hormones caused my mental breakdown. >> Yeah? >> Yes. >> Okay. Have you been drinking lately? >> No. >> Have you had anything to drink? >> No. >> Okay. Have you had any kind of narcotics? >> No. >> Okay. All right. >> Well, basically mom just said this isn't like her. She was recently prescribed Adderall from a pediatric doctor. Um and ever since then she's been thinking the FBI is tracking her and some type of sex trafficking, but she said this isn't like her at all. No criminal record. >> She had vehicles She said vehicles were following her and she was trying to get away from them. She said she didn't see the lights or didn't hear the siren, but she was like, I think I was I was trying to go to the >> I kind of suspect that she was taking it as prescribed and she was just prescribed too much and had a bad reaction to it. That's my suspicion. I don't know. >> Somewhere, I don't know. She said hospital at one point in time to get her evaluated. However, she hasn't been evaluated in 3 or 4 years, I think is what she said. Um so, yeah. She was trying She admitted that she was driving the vehicle. >> Well, I mean, and he uh blue lighted her, too, and pulled her out at gunpoint. When she got out and looked directly at him, so it's not like she didn't see blue lights and a uniform. So, you got fleeing and resisting too. >> Was there any comments he made when y'all got her out of the car? Anything like that? Did she make any utterances or anything like that when you got her out? >> Oh. >> I know what first she said. No, no, whatever. And uh she eventually did open the door. We told her to get out, and kind of pulled her away. Said she wasn't going to do it. We got her out. Cuffed her up. That was pretty much it. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> I appreciate y'all's help. >> Absolutely. >> We see it ended safely. >> And you guys got it. >> Right on, Mayor. Take care. >> Can you rub the sand off my neck for me? >> Rub the sand off your neck? Or what? >> Yeah, it just hurt. >> On the lower side right here? >> Yeah. >> On the front? >> Yeah, thank you. >> Okay. Is that good? >> Yeah, thank you. >> Did you take any of your Adderall medicine today? >> Mhm. >> And uh when's the last time you taken it? >> Um yesterday. >> Yesterday? >> Yesterday morning. >> Has it been kind of giving you a uh like you're amped up and stuff like that, usually? >> Not necessarily. I feel like it makes me more focused. >> Makes you more focused? Okay. Okay. >> Um >> Have you taken anything else today at all? >> No. >> Nothing else I would >> Nothing. >> Okay. >> Oh, no. >> All right. >> Okay. >> So, we're going to just just due to everything, we're going to have EMS come check you out real >> I thought you were doing something fun, Mayor. Well, vaping, I guess. It's not fun, but it's it's something to pass the time. >> Quick, just to make sure that there's nothing going on. I think your mom told somebody that you got some kind of medication that's could be causing some kind of issues. Um so, we're going to have them come check you out just to make sure that nothing going on and then once we're done we'll we'll go ahead and start the transport, okay? >> Okay. >> Any other questions for right now? What's that? Say it again. >> I don't want to >> You don't want to die? We're not going to die right now. >> I know I don't want >> Yeah. Well. >> Can I get out of that like >> Out of what? >> dying? >> Um not to my knowledge. I mean, if you find a way definitely let me know. So Uh as of right now we're we're going to just maintain you right here, okay? >> Okay. >> What do you know? >> Uh >> All right. >> I was laying in my bed today. >> Yeah. >> Can I ask you some questions? >> Yeah, cuz I've seen a lot of people they they just assume that the doctor knows what it's what he or she is talking about and they just take the medicine and if they're having side effects, they're like, "Well, the doctor says I have to take this, so I'm going to keep on taking it." I'm not like that. If I start having a side effect, I call the doctor immediately. I I don't know what this crap is, but you got to find something else. >> Do you have any COVID-19 symptoms? >> No. >> Under the influence of alcohol or drugs? >> No. >> Want to harm yourself or anybody else? >> Yes. >> Who? You want to harm yourself? >> Yeah. >> How do you want to harm yourself? >> Uh I think just kill me. >> Read me the charges. >> Wait, okay, I'm sorry. Okay. >> Is there something to kid about? >> No. I'm sorry. I have not been kind. >> Miranda rights have been read. >> I'm sorry. I don't know what time. >> Uh I understand. >> No. No. >> Anything medical? Were you injured during your arrest? >> My neck hurts. >> Bro. Did they injure you during your arrest? That's what I'm asking. Do you understand the question? >> Yes, I do. I just don't know how to I don't know. I don't know how to answer. >> It is yes or no, ma'am. >> Um my neck has been hurting. >> Yeah. From them? That's what you're saying. All right, come on here. Have a seat over here, man. Have a seat over here. >> Don't worry about that. No, no worries. I'm going to be reading this paper. >> Okay. Listen very carefully to what I'm about to say because you have been arrested for an offense committed while you were driving or in actual physical control of a motor vehicle while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage or controlled substances. I'm usually lurking if I'm there. >> permanently disqualified if you have been previously disqualified under section 322.64 Florida statute. Do you understand what I just read to you? >> Yes, but I'd still like to decline. It's fine. All right. >> So, you're going to be Thank you. >> You're welcome. >> You're going to be signing here. Yes, yes and then your initials. >> She's going to read your rights now, but >> I don't know. You didn't read me my rights. So, I don't have to. Nope, right? That's fine. Okay, thank you. All right. And I really want to talk to my lawyer right now. >> Come on with me. >> Yeah, I think so. >> Where? >> Come with me. >> Where am I going? >> Hey in this room over here. Come on. >> You didn't read me my rights. I don't have to go anywhere. >> I don't got to read you rights. >> read me my rights. >> I'm not your arresting officer, ma'am. >> Yeah. >> No, but no one ever did. So, I don't have the right to be detained. No. >> Ma'am, come on. >> No. >> Come on. >> No. I'm refusing to be detained here. You have not let me speak to my lawyer and you have not >> Come on in here. >> No. >> Stephanie, do you think that's what I >> Come on. >> I could have sworn I heard that. No. And I don't mean to laugh at her when she said I refuse to be detained while she's in jail. >> I want to sit where I want to sit cuz I don't feel comfortable with you guys right now. >> Wait a minute. >> All right. >> I forgot. Wait. Hold up. They're not actually doing this, are they? They are. They're going to That's the breathalyzer, the intoxilyzer 3000. She's not going to be able to do a breath test now. She can't follow any instructions. >> They're here. >> Hey, literally no. >> They're right here. >> No, you're not going to hook me up to a [ __ ] machine. What is it? >> We're going to get a breath sample for you. >> No, no thank you. Put some air in the machine. You're not I'm good, COURTNEY BOURGEOIS. HEY, I'M GOOD, COURTNEY BOURGEOIS. THANK YOU. >> COURTNEY BOURGEOIS. >> We're not injecting you with anything. >> Okay? >> Yes. >> Yeah, I mean that would be a really bad idea, honestly. Well, there Cameron, can you >> I'm a [ __ ] T-Rex. >> I'm going to read you this paragraph, okay? Listen very closely to what I'm what I'm about to say. She was just screaming just to be annoying. I mean some of it I think is her just her personality, but I think yeah, if she had a bad reaction to the medicine that would explain a lot of this. >> GET THE [ __ ] OFF OF ME NOW! >> [screaming] >> GET THE [ __ ] >> THAT'S TRUE. >> STOP. I know, I'm just joking. I'm I'm a very adequate host. I do an all right job. I'd say I do a great job, but I see other YouTube channels where they really do a great job and I'm still new at this, so I'm learning. For a new guy, I'm doing all right, I guess. All right, next we got a lady who got a DUI and her attitude is just awful. No screaming, so no headphone warning for this one, but man, she's got so much attitude. >> After traffic stop after spotting a driver failed to stop at a red light. >> Hello. >> Hi. >> Dopey Road Lake I sheriff's office. Oh. Hello. >> Hi. Oh, he's sweet. >> Okay. Reason I'm stopping you is when you turn on a 441 back there, you kind of just like rolled the red light past the bar and on the 441. >> I'm sorry. >> That's okay. You got your driver's license with you? >> Yeah. Hopefully her mom picked her up and took care of her. >> like he probably like >> Is it just >> yeah. >> Okay. Okay, I was wondering if there was something else back here. He's much better than I am. >> It's I'm sorry. I wasn't paying attention to him a little bit. >> That's fine. Uh do you still live in St. Petersburg? >> But >> Where are you coming from? >> But the good thing about this video, we got a cute dog to look at. >> Um we're from Leesburg. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> That's right. We just picked him up. >> Okay. You have insurance registration in there as well? >> Um on my phone. >> That's fine. >> Okay. I can't show you my insurance card until I get it up on here. >> Oh, it's totally dead. You have your registration? >> I don't know if I keep it in the car. I'm sorry. >> Her phone is dead. Who's driving around with a the phone the battery's out? >> I just got like tags recently, so probably not. >> Okay. All right, give me a second, all right? >> Yeah. >> All right. >> Well, I'd much rather watch you than watch >> about you. Have you been drinking tonight? >> Not at all? >> No. >> How old are those empty cans in that box? >> Empty cans in the car. >> Um old. >> They're the dogs. The dog was drinking. >> sorry. If you look in the back, same way. >> Okay. Like like what are those from? >> It's YouTube, not me. >> Go to the beach when it was nice. >> Okay. Have you had anything to drink tonight? >> Last night? >> No. >> Okay. >> Did I give you a reason to? We just left We just picked up the dog from your mom's house. >> Yeah. Okay, sorry. So, did I give you a reason to think I was drinking? >> Yeah, your your eyes I can see like every vein in your eyes. They're totally bloodshot. They're glassy. Your pupils are dilated. Your driving pattern's a little bit strange. Yeah. >> Yeah. It's the dog. The dog >> Like driving under the speed limit. Kind of weaving within your lane. You rolled through the red light. That's why I stopped you. >> Even I want to pet the dog and I'm a cat guy. >> That was a red light. >> I thought that's what you said. >> No, it was it was a red light right there at 4:41 and 44. >> He's had a long week. >> We just picked up Dora from her mom's house. >> Okay. >> I don't really know like what gave you that. I guess. >> So so if I get a portable breath test out of my car right now and I give it to you just to check to make sure you're safe to drive. It's going to show zeros across the board. 100%. >> Well, no, you have no reason to like breath test >> That wasn't the question, ma'am. Are you going to blow a zero? >> If you have a drink anything then should be concerned, right? >> No. But you also I didn't give you a reason to think that. >> Well, I just explained it all of my reasons. >> gave you like five reasons. >> Uh-huh. You're driving. The smell of alcohol. >> eyes. >> But where does my house >> Orange transport. >> My house is right here in Lee County. >> Oh, okay. Okay. >> Avenue. >> Okay. Have you been drinking? >> No. >> Nothing at all? >> No. >> So if I do the same thing and I give you the portable breath test, it's going to come back all zeros. >> Okay. So >> So here's the thing. I I asked you guys this question and a and a sober person that's Hold on. Listen. Listen. Listen. A sober person that's had absolutely nothing to drink is going to like yeah, absolutely I'm going to blow into it. It's going to blow zeros. We're going to be good. We're going to go home. >> Anyone can ask me to do that. >> We just picked her dog up from her mom's house and like we literally just left there. >> No, I'm going to be 100% honest. >> I've got water bottles in my car. >> Okay. And you're not driving so that's that's fine. That's cool. >> Much better than that. >> I'm worried about you. >> What was it? Yesterday or Thursday when I had that video with the dog that just would not shut up the entire video. >> You cuz you're driving. >> Like my like there's nothing wrong with what I was doing. >> No drinks whatsoever. >> Nope. >> Okay. Can I check your eyes? >> Yeah. >> Like like >> But you have no reason to >> Can I have you come out and do field sobriety exercises to make sure you're sure you're safe to go? >> reason to. >> I'm going to show you even better. >> American driver's license, right? >> They always do. >> Mhm. Mhm. Mhm. This is on the front. Operation of a motor vehicle constitutes consent to any sobriety test required by law, right there at the bottom. Boom. That's So listen to me. You have the right to No, listen. You have the right to refuse, but I'm I'm I'm telling you what it says on your drive Listen. Listen to me. >> What is >> Nikki, listen. Listen to me. You can refuse, however, >> However, >> if you refuse, I have to go based off my observations, and my observations right now lead me to believe that you're intoxicated. >> It's going to dog jail. >> You have no reason to be upset about anything. >> 39 in a 55 is the speed limit? >> 39 in a 55? >> What? 39 in a 55 Okay. >> So that's it. >> Believe it or not, I work 16-hour shifts with a dog in my car, and I drive >> Yeah, I'm sure you're strange, so no. I I refuse. >> Okay, you don't want to do anything? >> No. >> Okay, go ahead and step out for me. >> What the [ __ ] up? What is your problem? >> She's rude and >> No weapons on you? >> The attitude sucks. >> You have shoes? >> Yes, in my car. >> What? >> It's normal much. >> Yeah, it seems kind of amped up. Look at his eyes. >> They're a little big. >> Okay. >> Is that where you want me to do something in? >> Well, I'm going to give you the one more opportunity to do these field sobriety exercises. If you want to >> Okay. >> and you're safe to drive, we can do that. >> So, here's the thing. What do you want from me? >> The field sobriety exercise. I'm asking if you're willing to come >> Sure. I just want to feel comfortable. I have a dog in my car. You were worried about what I was >> a second. See, I told you I'm slow today. >> It's because we had a dog in my front seat. >> I got you. >> Nothing to do This has nothing to do with >> Right, but you were worried about me. >> Come to think of it, I guess cuz in Georgia the only roads that are above 45 for the speed limit are highways, and it doesn't look like she was on a highway, so that's why I was like, "39 in a 55? Okay." All right, she was driving way too slow. Yeah, you're an obstruction. >> drinking, so I'm telling you why I was going >> Worried about you driving after drinking. I think the dog was driving. >> No, sir, I was driving the way I was because I just picked up a dog. >> And and these field >> mom's address? >> So, Nikki, these field sobriety exercises are going to show me that you were driving because of the dog You ran away because of the dog and not because of alcohol. >> do it. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> All right, give me just a second. Just wait here. Yeah. >> Like in the tummy button. >> do that. I couldn't even do that sober. Okay, he's going to explain it to you. >> You followed me all the way from >> should be. It is dangerous. >> I was driving. >> followed me all the way from when I picked that dog up. >> No. >> Yes, you did. >> No, I was at the gas station. I never saw you there. Do me a favor and stand with your hands to your side. >> Yeah. >> Okay. I'm going to have you do one more exercise, okay? >> Did I just pass it? >> Yeah, who has the wrong size shoes in their car? >> No. >> Is that it? >> No, there's one more. There's one more, okay? >> Is that it legally? >> Yeah. These are all field sobriety exercises. All the things that I explained to you about your driver's license that you agreed to for driving. Because I want to make sure that you're safe to drive. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Just like the last one, you're going to stand with your You're going Feet together. Arms straight down to your side. >> to fight. >> Feet together. All right. When I tell you to, you're going to take your fingers with just your pointer finger out. >> Ah, okay. >> What What >> Then it makes sense. >> That's That's into the instructions. I feel like you're like What is your deal? >> I'm trying to make sure that you're safe to drive and everything else. >> Very dangerous. >> the sobriety I feel like you're getting me an extra >> But I can show you the packet. There's more. After this one, we could do more and I'm not going to do those. >> Yeah, there's five or six we can >> There's a lot more. >> What still should be >> When I tell you to, you're going to take just your pointer finger and you're going to put your arm straight out like this. You're going to tilt your head back. You're going to close your eyes and I'm going to say either left or right. When I say left or right, whichever one I say, you're going to take your pointer finger, you're going to touch it to your nose, the tip of your nose, and put it directly down to your side. >> Okay. >> Okay. Whenever I tell you we're done, whenever I tell you you're done, you can >> You know I'm nervous. >> But you have no reason for me to put my hands behind my >> I'm not trying to make you any more nervous than you already are, okay? So, when I tell you that we're done, then you can relax. But during the whole during the whole time of the exercise, make sure your head is tilted back. And when you touch your pointer finger to the tip of your nose, you put it right back down to your side. Okay. Feet together. All right. Put Pointer fingers out. Arms out. >> I always thought it was a good idea to wear shoes when I was younger, when I first got my license. I didn't know anything about the human anatomy and I thought, "Oh, if you cut your foot, oh, a lot of arteries and oh, that's very dan- Keep shoes on and then, you know, you won't get a cut on your foot." I've seen enough car accidents to know that's not true. Left. But I still wear shoes. >> Back down to your side like I told you. Right. Remember, once you touch, put it right back down to your side. Left. Right. Left. Okay, relax. Okay, he he's going to explain to you. >> So, based on your performances here, I do believe that you are driving under the influence. I gave you the I gave you everything. >> on both of our observations, we believe that you're impaired beyond your normal faculties and it's unsafe to drive. >> Because I didn't blow. >> Well, no. You're >> I'm not asking you. What >> You're going to be able to blow later. >> Yeah. >> Nikki was charged with DUI and refusing to sign her citation. After making her $1,500 cash bond, she played no contest on the DUI and not guilty on the refusal to sign. She was found guilty on the DUI and the other charge was dismissed. Her sentence was 12 months of probation and a 6-month driver's license suspension. >> Yeah, my feet don't look great, so I've I've always been self-conscious of my feet. Maybe it's a a guy thing. I don't know. No, I always wear shoes and socks. Even when I wear uh those shower slides at the end of the day, I keep my socks on. Just cuz uh this just putting my bare feet on them that's just gross. All right, next we got a lady. Uh this is from a new channel, so I don't know if this was just a repost. It takes me a few minutes to collect myself. >> Isn't that Isn't that That's privacy for you to go in my car. >> I think so, too. How do you not see flashing lights for 3 miles? >> Wow. Wow. Amazing. So, you don't mind doing the field sobriety test? >> Uh do I have a choice? >> Yes, ma'am, you do. >> And if I decline, what? >> I'll go with observations I have at this point. Okay, so what I'm going to do is I'm going to hold an object up fro- up in front of your face. I'm going to make it real easy for you. It's a little blue light. >> Mhm. >> I I need you to follow that light for me. With your eyes and your eyes only. Do you understand? >> Mhm. >> Can you see clearly? >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, keeping your head facing forward and follow that blue light. >> hotter than it needs to be. >> Okay. >> Officer, we can't see your eyes. >> Do you still see clearly? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> I just tell him I don't want to discuss my medical history with you. >> Okay. Yeah, that does bother me, but if it's if it's an older person and they call me honey or sweetie they're just being nice. Doesn't bother me. Maybe it's a south thing. >> Yes. >> Okay. What I need you to stand there sit still put your feet your feet together, hands down by your side. I need you to remain in that position while I explain the next test to you. Do you understand? >> Sure. >> Okay. >> Ooh. >> So, now >> I don't want to be distracted. >> put your left foot in front of your right. Heel to toe. No, no. I'm sorry. Put your left foot in front of your right like this. >> Okay. >> I've heard that one before and I'm like under the care of a dentist? >> while I explain >> When I tell you to begin, I need you to make a series of nine steps, heel to toe, watching each step, count each step out loud. To turn around? Same thing. Heel to toe, each step, watching each step, count each step out loud. >> Until you get to the end. Once you get to nine steps, that's the end of the test. Do you under the test? Do you under the >> When they say under the care of a dentist, I'm like, well, I get a cleaning every six months, does that count as being under the care or do you mean like ongoing, like I go once a week for a treatment? >> as I explained to you. Okay? You can perform anytime you want to, ma'am. >> Oh, she's nailing it already. There we go. Well, if I grew one out, it would be underneath here it's all gray and here it's kind of salt and pepper. Well, salt and brown. >> Okay, good. Okay, turn around. Relax for a second. I'm going to you one more test. Uh another test. Okay. Again, are you still comfortable in those shoes? >> I am. >> Okay. All right. Again, I want you to put your feet together. Put your hands down by your side. >> be, too. >> you to remain in that position. >> wait until we're older. Then we can get away with it. That When I tell you to begin, >> Oh. >> That's when I tell you to begin. >> Or hide the ejection. >> You're going to raise your your heel up off the ground about 6 in like that. Point your toe out. While you're watching that, I need you to watch your toe. >> Oh. >> Okay, and count. 1,001, 1,002, 1,003. You need to keep going until I tell you to stop. >> surgery. >> Okay. >> Not doing medication. >> You're going to raise it, heel about 6 in off the ground. Point your toe out. Look at your toe, and begin counting. >> Okay. >> Do you understand? >> I do. >> Yeah, I don't have much on top right here in the middle. >> begin the test anytime you want to, ma'am. >> Luckily, I still have it here, so I can comb it over. And it's not too obvious. >> it's not easy, you know? >> Oh, sorry about that. >> Okay, you can stop. You all right? >> I'm okay. I'm okay. I'm okay. I have a lower back problem. >> ears. >> Okay. Okay. It's okay. >> All right. >> What else? >> You all good now? >> I am. >> Okay. >> I think so, too, but it always sounded weird to me. Okay. Again, I need you for you to put your feet together. Share your thoughts in the comments below and don't forget to like and subscribe. >> We did share our comments in the chat. We had a lot of thoughts about that lady. >> [laughter] >> None of them were very good. All right, that's all I've got for today. It is 4:00. I guess I got to start making dinner soon. I don't know what I'm going to make. I was going to order groceries, but it looked like it was going to rain this morning. So, I was like, "Eh, I'm not going to order. I'm not going to make the delivery guy drive in the rain." And now it's like partly cloudy. I could have ordered groceries and had something cool to eat, but I didn't do it. So, anyway, I'm going to leave that poll that I mentioned at the beginning about whether you guys prefer shorter or longer videos. I'm going to leave that up probably till tomorrow morning and that'll help me decide what I'll do tomorrow. The The reason I put it up is tomorrow I had two really long videos. They were about an hour each. That was going to be the entire show. It was just two videos. I may I may play one of them, but it judging from the poll, it doesn't look like uh two really long videos of two really annoying people is going to be very entertaining. It'll probably just annoy everyone. So, I'll find some shorter ones and then I'll look at the poll in the morning and if it looks like you guys want to mix of them, long short videos, then I'll mix it up for tomorrow. And I'll be back tomorrow at 1:00 p.m. I'm doing it an hour later now. Uh Uh it will still I'll end up around 3:00, so it'll be about 2 hours. Those long streams were just I I guess I'm getting too old or my chair is just too uncomfortable. I can't sit here for 3 hours. I'd get up and kind of hunched over. Oh, it was awful. But anyway, that is all I've got for today. I will see you all tomorrow at 1:00 p.m. Have a good day. Take care, everyone. >> [music] >> Thank you for watching. Goodbye for now. >> [music] >> Don't you go screaming. Don't you go yelling. We hope you enjoyed the show. We'll meet again on another [music] day. Just don't you go screaming. Don't you go yelling. We hope you enjoyed the show.
