[music] Heat. Heat. Heat. [music] [music] Heat. [music] >> [music] >> Happy Sunday everybody. Uh let's see. I've got a few videos. Uh Shane is going to be on at four o'clock. So I've got like kind of a hard stop right around four o'clock where I'll probably run over a little bit. It's not a problem. He doesn't mind. Uh let's see. I've got uh Real Body Cams posted one. It was about 35 minutes long, but it's a good video. Um it's kind of a journey through a a DUI and uh the family gets involved and there's identity theft problems and all kinds of stuff. It's fun. Uh so since I've got uh I've got two hours worth of videos and I've only got two hours to play it, I'm not going to ramble too much longer. I'm going to go ahead and start the first video. 22. >> What year were you born? >> 2007. So that comes from >> You're born in 2007. >> I'm just trying to literally like >> But you're 22 years old. That doesn't make sense. >> Okay. Well, I don't >> How old are you really? >> Literally 2002. I don't even know. I don't care. I'm just tired. Okay. >> On December 12th, 2025, officers in Washington responded to a welfare check after a transit worker reported a Jeep blocking the roadway with a woman passed out behind the wheel. Once officers arrived, they found a driver who was not only heavily intoxicated, but also quick to give them a name that wasn't hers. Here's what the officers did next. >> So, we got called because she was parked there. She was full passed out in the front seat. >> Okay. >> Um, she is car reeks of weed and booze. I think my wife has an open bottle in there. >> Um, >> she tried to turn the car on a couple of times. I don't know if she's going to drive off or not. She's super uncooperative. She doesn't want to talk to us, calling us names, telling us go away, all kinds of stuff. >> She's not like overdosed or anything like that. There's not really anything for us to do. Okay. >> Um, but she can't drive that thing anywhere, so we've waited for you guys. >> Yeah. Sorry to pause, but O'Neal the Welshman, happy birthday to you, sir. And we had one other birthday and I didn't get much sleep last night so I forgot who it was but somebody has to remind me [laughter] so that she wouldn't >> partner is going to be here and we'll >> perfect >> go from there. >> Yeah. She doesn't like us very much. She refused to give us her name. >> She said she would show us her ID on her phone but >> there is >> um so that's as far as we've gotten. >> Okay. >> I remember 2008. >> That was a bad year for me. There's an open bottle of tequila and some there's some >> stuff on the format. >> Okay. And I'm >> Hi, nice to meet you. >> Um, just so you know, my camera is on, so everything is being audio video recorded. >> Oh, where are you coming from today? >> I'm coming from Tacoma. >> Tacoma. Okay. Where are you heading to? >> Uh, Tacoma. towards uh sorry I'm also recording >> 30 minutes away. >> 30 minutes away. Okay. And then I have my um >> Not everybody. Some people were happy that year. >> I wasn't. >> When did you get the car? >> I literally just got it. >> I'm just annoyed because like I was taking a nap and they're over >> I don't think I have a picture of my license. >> You're so drunk. >> I have it memorized. >> If I feel like I'm being cautious. Yeah, I did drink with my friend yesterday >> and I'm sitting here and I'm just waiting for this to wear off. I don't think that's a problem. You know, >> you realize you're in the middle of a road, correct? >> No, but I was on the side. >> Okay. You're not on the side right now, though. >> Yeah, right now. Because of what is going on. But I am I'm I'm okay. I'm [clears throat] not trying to [music] drive right now. >> Okay. You are in the middle of a road though. >> Yeah, of course. Right now. Okay. So, >> Leslie, thank you very much. And yes, again, happy birthday, O'Neal. >> You can't stop in the middle of a road because you're going to cause a collision. >> I'm not stopping in the middle of a road. >> You're not moving. You're stopped. >> We're going to walk back here. >> Um, what is going on with my car, though? >> Well, we're going to work through that. Okay. >> No. Do I need to call my dad or somebody to come get my car? >> Possibly. Yeah. >> Okay. Nope. Come on. Let's get out of the car. Down here. >> Did you have an ID or anything like that? >> Yeah, I did. >> Okay. So, we're going to just take a seat on the front of my car and I'll just get your your info and everything. Okay. >> Right here. Right here. Other way. Turn around. >> Right there. >> Stoned drunk. >> Take a seat. >> Should I even like call somebody or >> Not yet. Let me get your info first. Okay. So, take a seat. Okay. >> All righty. What's your last name? It's >> Oh, hyphenated. >> First name Elizabeth. >> Typhenated name. >> Yeah, first name Elizabeth >> and date of birth. >> Uh, zero. >> I'm tired. >> She doesn't remember when she was born. >> I thought I was like >> November 2nd, 2007. ah 2007 >> there but I'm literally like was sleeping on the like I was trying to literally like pull towards the side of the road trying >> you know. >> Okay. >> Yes, it is in Washington. >> Maybe it's a color red hair. I'm 22. >> 22. >> 28. >> What year were you born? >> 2007. >> Yeah. 2027. >> I'm just trying to literally like >> But you're 22 years old. That doesn't make sense. >> Okay. Well, I don't >> How old are you really? >> Literally 2002. No, 20 >> 2002. 2000. >> What year were you born in? >> What planet are you on? 2001. So, I'm I don't even know. I don't care. I'm just tired. Okay. I'm just literally trying to drive by right here and younger memories like get >> remember this stuff. >> Somebody to come pick me up. >> Yeah, that would have been a good idea before you ended up in the middle of the roadway. >> Well, it wasn't me being in the middle of the road. >> How much did you have to drink last night? >> I didn't even drink. >> You didn't drink at all? >> No. >> Yeah. >> I'm just tired. >> Okay. What about the empty bottle of tequila in the back seat? >> You can check my stop. >> No, I'm just I'm just asking you questions right now. >> And I'm telling you, >> I know. I don't know if my partner, but every time you're around police, you're audio and video recorder right now. >> And I understand that, but you don't need to sit here and like say that to me because that's not what it is. >> I'm literally telling you what's going on and you're continuously telling me, "Oh, what about the it doesn't matter >> cuz I'm concerned that you're impaired." Okay. Well, you don't need to be concerned. >> Do you feel like your consumption of alcohol impaired your ability to drive at all? >> I don't need to talk to you. >> Okay. >> What year were you born again? >> Cuz we are going to have to identify you. >> Only one shirtless man. And he's a jackass. >> We aren't going to call anybody right now. So, don't don't make a phone call. I'm going to put you >> She is going to call someone. >> I said do not make a phone call right now. >> Why? >> I said do not make a phone call. Because you're detained and I have the ability to not let you make a phone call. >> Trying to call >> because I don't know if you're going to tell your dad to come shoot it out with police to get you out of here cuz you're in trouble right now. Obviously, >> I'm not a dramatic officer. >> I didn't do anything. >> Okay, we'll figure that out. But right now, you're detained for investigation of physical control of a motor vehicle in a roadway and or DUI. I don't know if fire department said it was turning on and turning off, which puts me at probably >> car is messed up right now. Nope, we're not grabbing it. I'm not grabbing it. >> You were grabbing it. >> Can you like >> No, just leave it. What year were you born? >> 2003. >> 2003. >> Now it's 2003. >> Okay. >> Okay. Change again. >> October. >> October. So, how old are you? >> 22. You don't know how old you are? >> Two. Is that a question? >> Wait, Tim, >> I don't know. I don't want you to pay attention. >> You don't pay attention to how old you are? >> No. >> Okay. You don't have any ID on you? >> I do, but it's in my >> That's the best place. It's handy. >> Can you spell your first name for me? >> It's E L I E D. Elizabeth. >> Okay. And do you have an ID in the car? >> Yeah. >> It's in your purse. Mhm. So, if I bring you your purse, you'll be able to find me an idea. >> Okay. Do I have permission to go in your car to find get your purse? >> Um, yeah. >> Okay. >> No guns, bombs, bazookas in here. >> No. Okay. >> Bazookas. >> I left it at my dad's house. It was supposed to be in here >> or 2000 or 2007. >> I always leave it in here like the little one that I carry. >> Okay. So, >> got a lot going on. I'm not finding you in our system. So, I just want to verify. >> So, your last name is is I do not wrote it down. >> Last name >> dash. >> Yeah. >> Oh, it gets worse. >> Yeah. The middle initial is G. >> Yep. And date of birth is Okay. >> [laughter] >> Elizabeth, would you be willing to participate in voluntary standardized field sobriety tests to determine whether or not you're impaired this morning? >> Can you just leave me alone? >> That's I It's a yes or no question. >> I said no. Like I'm I'm like you are pissing me off. >> Okay. >> Oh, no. I'm >> literally so like you're like I'm already having a bad day. >> Okay. You don't you don't need to shoot that. I'm already having a bad day. You don't know what somebody goes through. >> Okay. So just >> I'm understanding completely, you do not want to participate in voluntary standardized. >> I don't want to do anything right now >> except get my car somewhere that's safe because obviously you are on a different level than me. >> I'm not even doing [ __ ] to you. It's not called sobriety. It's not called sobriety. No, it's not cuz I'm already having a bad day. >> What's your What's your address? >> Stop talking to me. >> Can I talk to you? >> What's your address? >> Stop. Sit down. 01. >> Perfect. Sit down. >> Can you get away from me? >> Nope. >> Define fields. >> What? >> Define fields. >> Define fields. Okay. >> Up. >> So, I'm going to have you stand up. >> Wait, what? >> Stop touching me. No, >> you don't need a touch. >> You're under arrest. >> That's fine. >> You're under arrest. >> He doesn't >> I don't think they've mastered the touchless arrest yet. you to touch me like that. >> He's assisting me >> taking you into custody. >> Okay. So, can I call somebody for my car? >> Hey, Honky Kong. >> Do you have someone that's close by? >> Yes, I do. >> Where? >> What? >> Where? >> Can you stop? >> Nope. Sorry. >> I can't cuz I have to make sure your card go to gets towed. >> Yeah. >> Or not get >> Do you have someone close by that can pick up your car that's sober? >> I do. >> What's their phone number? >> Can I f my phone? You can take a seat and then you can direct me on how to get the phone out of you. >> Did you idea? >> Yeah. >> Number. >> Well, that wasn't hers. >> They planted it. My >> dad number called >> What's dad's name? >> Francisco. >> I don't understand why I'm arrested. >> So, >> we have your 22, 24, 28-year-old daughter, whatever she is. But I'm not drunk. >> Okay. The sound of your voice, the slur speech, everything like that. He barely able to walk. He parked in the middle of a road. I have >> It's the fact that he did that. >> Listen. Who did that? My father drove your car over there. >> No, he he's over here. >> Okay, whatever. >> So, let me let me explain this. Okay. >> Give me the phones with my dad right now. >> You're not talking to your dad. Okay. So, I'm going to read you something. Okay. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in the court a lot. >> Oh. You're going to renew me my randa rightites while he's over here acting weird. >> My randa rights. >> Okay, I have to reduce you. Okay, so just give me a minute. >> That's weird as a woman. That's weird as he wants to. We have one question. >> Hey Kyle, >> you can decide at any time to answer. >> As a woman, that's exercise these rights and not question. Give me the phone to my dad. >> Do you understand these rights? I've just >> having these rights in mind, you still wish still wish to speak with me. >> I think she hates everyone. >> Not me. Oh, okay. So, we're going to walk over here. Stop touching me. >> Get up. Stop touching me. >> Stop touching me. >> Why are you touching me? >> Cuz you're going in the car. >> Why are you guys touching me? >> Why are you guys touching me? >> I'm not touching. >> I don't care. Why are you touching me? >> Is my dad coming? >> Oh, you're going to be aggressive, too. >> Oh, and then you're going to hit me in the face. >> Nobody seat belt. >> Yeah. Okay. Okay. Okay. >> They cancelled that. >> What's your name again? >> Officer D. >> So, all I'm asking right now is if you want your purse and your phone to go with you or do you want it to stay in the car? >> What does jail? >> Huh? >> I don't want to go to jail. >> Right now, we're not going to jail. We're going to my police. I know my birthday. I have to run you through some tests. I have to do the math, but >> the year I remember >> for DUI. >> Why? >> You weren't in the driver seat of a car. >> Turn the ignition on and you're in the middle of the road. >> I'm not talking to you, sir. Thank you. I apprec I appreciate you talking, but I'm not talking to you. >> I'm not talking to you. [ __ ] >> She's >> She was cooper. It's all unlocked, too. >> Yeah, I know. I can't search it, though. >> You want me to take pictures for you? >> No, I can do it from the outside. [laughter] There was some weed tube. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> That's going to be secondary to the alcohol. >> That comes later. Bookie worm. >> You see that bottle of tequila? >> Holy cow. Completely empty. >> Oh, there's three juice boxes out here on the floor. Just inside. >> We're just getting warmed up with her. >> Yeah. There's the box of Capri Sun right there. >> Where did she say the keys are? >> She thought it was in her purse, but it's not in her purse. It's in here somewhere because >> cool. I'm guessing they're probably putting the tequila in the Capri Suns. >> Put tequila and Capri. >> Explain it. >> How do you get it in there? >> Is she 21? >> Huh? >> How old is she? >> 2003. So she gave me >> She gave me 01, 07, and then 07, then 01, then 02, then 03. >> And she gave me the wrong day, too. >> She's so far gone. >> Escorted straight into the station's BAC room, the suspect wastes no time throwing up defenses. Denying she was ever behind the wheel, she lashes out with sharp insults and aggressively challenges the officers. >> Hi, I'm the sergeant. >> I'm in charge of the cops that are working today. I understand that you've been arrested. They believe he might be DUI. >> I remember that. >> So, we're going to ask you to provide two valid breath samples in this. >> I was driving. >> Put tequila in it. I don't know. >> Yeah, ma'am. Did you get rid your rights? >> Thank you very much, man. >> Yeah, I wasn't driving. >> So, well, >> regardless, I wasn't driving. I was trying to park. >> Yeah. >> So, regardless, I wasn't driving. >> Okay. >> Wait, wait, wait, wait. She wasn't driving. She was trying to park. How do you park without driving? May I explain something to you that a lot of folks don't understand to be completely honest. I used to be a traffic cop and did this every single day. >> So in the state of Washington, they don't care if you're actually literally driving down the road >> or if you're >> I wasn't even driving >> or if you are in a motor vehicle in the driver's seat, keys in the ignition. >> I wasn't >> on the road. I wasn't. >> Would you like to exercise your rights? No, I don't about my rights because you guys don't care about my rights. >> I wasn't even >> Nobody cares about her rights. >> So even if you're not >> I wasn't driving. >> Why am I getting pulled over if I wasn't driving? >> Can I explain it to you? >> I wasn't driving. >> Can I explain it to you? >> No, I wasn't driving. >> There is. >> You're better. You're better. >> Really? Good to see you. Oh, I I'm I've actually >> I'm not talking to you. >> We're trying to work with >> I'm not talking to you either. >> I'm not talking to you. >> You have to talk to somebody. >> I'm not talking to you. >> So, I'm trying to explain to you why you're here. >> I'm bitter as [ __ ] It's bitter as that I have to go to jail because you guys have nothing else to do during the day when I was doing absolutely nothing. >> Do you want me to do this? >> This is what they do. >> Just want to go that way. >> I'll do this. >> Cool. >> No, you can do it. I I would prefer if you did it, actually. Well, you don't need to tell us. >> Well, I'm not talking to you. >> Well, >> we still got to go through this process, so you have the right to that. >> Wait till we get the BAC >> before this starts because once starts processing and things, there's a time limit to provide us to it. If that's not done, it's a refusal. >> Do you need to use the restroom now? >> Cuz if so, we want to take care of that now. >> I want to talk to my dad. >> We're not allowed to do that. >> Yeah. So, I'll explain the process to you, right? So, because you're under arrest for an impaired driving offense, >> which I wasn't. >> No, but that's why you're under arrest. It's either DUI or it's physical control of motor vehicle. Those are both impaired driving offenses, which means you have to go through this process. >> Okay, I understand that. But is there any way you can call it? >> We'll get you phone calls when we finish up this whole process. We can't do it before >> before we start this process, which is going to take 10 or 15 minutes. You have to go to the bathroom. Okay, let's [snorts] get that taken care of. >> Yeah, >> I used to be one when I was younger. >> You rude. >> That open door right there. Just stop by the red line and I'll take you out. Watch. >> We have that right. The first amendment. >> Take out handcuffs. >> Toilet paper. And there's a door that I'll close. >> Disgusting. >> Yeah. Unfortunately, it's a jail facility. Yeah. Go ahead and take a seat in the same chair. >> Now she's gone potty. >> Okay. >> Do you have anything in your mouth at all? >> No. >> Okay. Your mouth. >> So, like I was explaining earlier, right? For there's two different types of impaired driving offenses. There's DUI. >> I was not driving, >> but there's physical control of motor vehicle. physical control. You don't have to be driving to be arrested for physical control. >> You just have to be in the driving seat. So, >> ultimately, Officer D was the only one that did the arrest. I'm just doing the processing. So, I have to read this to you. Okay. >> Okay. >> It's fairly long. Feel free to let me know if you don't understand it. You can also read it if you like. >> I really don't care about it. >> I wasn't driving. >> Warning, you're under arrest for RCW 46621502 or RCW 46621504. or being an actual physical control of a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor and or drugs. Further, you're now being asked to submit to a test of your breath, which consists of two separate samples of your breath taken independently to determine alcohol concentration. You're now advised you have the right to refuse this breath test, and that if you do refuse, your driver's license, permit, or privilege to drive will be revoked or denied by the Department of Licensing for at least one year, and your refusal to submit to this test may be issued in a criminal trial. >> Do you understand what I just read to you? I saw you nod. That's a yes. >> Yep. >> Actually, I don't want to do it. >> Okay. You understand that based on what I read to you, that means that if you refuse, your driver's license is going to be suspended for a year. >> Yep. >> Okay. So, the process now >> it's cinnamon. >> So, the process now is we're going to apply to a judge for a search warrant for your blood. If that gets granted, we'll either do it here or we're going to do it at the hospital depending on if we have a phabotamist working. If that search warrant is granted, we're going to get two vials of your blood that are going to be submitted as evidence and the refusal to submit >> to the breath test may also be used as evidence against >> a refusal why you're forcing it. >> I'm not I'm not forcing the breath test. That's weird. >> I will force the blood warrant that's weird. >> That's standard practice for us because a search warrant allows us to >> whatever. You guys are going to get absolutely fuckingutely nothing. So, congrats. >> Okay. >> Ooh. >> But if you guys want me to do a hard time, >> I mean, that's that's not what it's about, right? Like, >> whatever. >> Alex, good to see you. >> So, we're done, right? My dad. >> Nope. >> You'll get phone calls when we get to the jail. >> Oh, now I can do phone calls when I get to my dad. >> I just need her information to put it into the trick. >> And then I'm going to throw in a woman. Yeah, you'll get phone calls when I get to the jail. >> When I get to the jail, I don't I don't remember my dad's phone number by heart. >> You your phone's in your purse. They'll have to give you access to it. >> Do you need the case number? >> Thank you. >> Mentally, she probably is. >> I'm not threat society. I've never done [ __ ] in my life. Like I >> an inconvenience. >> You did choose to >> I will be done and I will be right back tomorrow. >> So find me again. Just >> you actually won't. It's going to be a no bail hold and you're going to be held all weekend. >> Oh my god. Really? >> Must have a good lawyer. >> Two days. I don't care. >> Okay. >> She doesn't care after two days. Maybe no. First event. Nobody gives a [ __ ] >> Just a reminder that everything's audio. >> Nobody cares. >> A reminder that I don't care. >> I don't do [ __ ] >> I stay by myself. I mind my own business. You guys, okay, you guys have it. And that's fine. >> And I don't care if it's a a weekend stay. All weekend is two days. Two days. >> Yep. A weekend is two days. >> I'm fine. >> Unless it's a holiday. >> I don't do [ __ ] I didn't do nothing. I don't do [ __ ] I wasn't even driving. Like, okay, >> you got it. That's fine. >> You said you were trying to park your car. >> No, I wasn't. Actually, I wasn't driving. >> Oh, you said you were trying to park your car. >> Well, I wasn't. >> Why is your story changing? >> It's not their fault she was driving drunk. >> No, it's not changing. I wasn't. I wasn't doing [ __ ] I don't know. >> Well, we do get to meet dad. He shows up later. >> Oh, way better now that you're here. >> So, your dad is at the front desk. >> Thanks. >> Here we go. >> He would like to speak to you. >> I would love to speak to my dad. >> We cannot let you speak to him until we are done with the process. So, the process is either going to be we provide two valid breath samples into the machine. That will be done way before what the second option is. It's completely up to you on what you choose. >> Fine, I'll do it. >> Talking about me. >> All right. Deep, deep belly breath in. >> Don't breathe any out. All the way in. Okay, good seal. Then blow into it. Blow. Blow. Blow. You're not blowing. You got to blow out. Exhale. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. More air. More air. More air. More. More. More. >> That was perfect. It's going to do a couple things. You're going to hear make noises. We got to do that one more time. Sit up. Deep breath in. >> Blow out. >> There you go. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. More. More. More. More. More. More. More. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. More. More. More. More. More. Keep going. Keep going. >> Great, Granny. >> So, like I said, this will go with your property. It's a request for DUI hearing form. U. Um, this will print out two copies of the results. One of them I have to sign both of them. One of them is going to go with you and the other one's mine. >> Okay. >> Okay. So, >> I don't know. I can't see them. >> Because your blood alcohol content is so high, I have to offer you a second test. Would you like to take a second test after a 30-minute wait? [snorts] >> Yeah. >> Okay. What's that even mean? >> Do you know what the legal limit is for? Have you ever heard of 0.08? Okay. So 0.08 is the legal limit >> for your blood alcohol content. The per say legal limit >> for when you're driving. >> You're like almost four times higher than that. >> You're a three. >> And she didn't seem that drunk. She's a professional. She's been doing this a while. >> Put it this way. I've had probably like 60 or 70 DUIs in my career. This is probably in the top five for how how how high your BAC is. >> Mistake. Good to see you. >> Damn. >> It's not a good thing. >> Meanwhile, in the lobby, officer Dra's conversation with the suspect's father finally yields her real identity. >> Um, so from what my sergeant was saying, we Who is at home? >> It's Elizabeth. >> Elizabeth is at home. >> Yes. This guy. >> Wait a minute. I thought the lady who was arrested was Elizabeth. >> Okay. So, who's who do we have? >> Ebeth. >> She's trying to use I think the sister picture on the phone. >> I got a picture of Elizabeth. >> You got a picture of Elizabeth. >> And then, so is the last name the same? >> The same. Yes. The same. Yes. >> So, spell the last name for me. The last name. Um, >> and then spell the first name for me. >> Uh, I bet I B E T H. >> She's lying. >> Her date of birth. >> Oh, >> okay. Has she Are do they look similar? >> No. >> No. >> Who's this on the phone? >> Can you Can you talk? >> Hi. Um, my dad had called me saying that one of my sisters got arrested. My sister's actually with me. Elizabeth, >> that's Elizabeth. >> Okay. And what's your date of birth? >> Okay. Do you know where your sister was last night? >> Absolutely. [laughter] She was really drunk. I have no idea why she's using my name or my social. >> Okay. Has she done this before in the past? >> Yes. Okay. Now, we have making false statements to police officers, identity theft on top of the DUI because she's trying to use your name to get out of the DUI. So, there's multiple things. So, I can't guarantee you that she's going to get released today and maybe go with dad. I can't guarantee you that because right now for odds of that, it does not look very good. So I appreciate you guys calling in for me as a little sister. [clears throat] >> Yeah, cuz if you are trying to get into law enforcement and stuff like that, that's going to mess the whole system up. >> Okay, so I'm going to give phone back to your dad >> trouble. Good to see you. Yeah, he seems like a nice guy. [sighs and gasps] >> Did you guys get my car keys? >> I don't think they get that chance. She knows that the her license is going to get suspended. So, she gave her sister's name so her sister's license would get suspended and then her sister next time she gets pulled over will have a suspended license. It's kind of low. >> I gave her address. You know, >> you're trying. Yeah. You're trying to pull [clears throat] your sister. >> What do you want? What do you want? >> You know, I'm so sorry. Whatever you're going to see right here, >> whatever. >> Whatever. >> Whatever. [snorts] >> [clears throat] >> in my car. You never listen to me. You see many times every day. Every day. All the time. I'm good. I'm fine. I'm fine. Whateverone weekend. Okay. What else do you want to hear? >> I know you >> just get my car talking to you. >> Shut up. They already figured it out. So be quiet. >> No, listen and shut up. Nobody's [ __ ] worried about you. Over at the Holio Police Department in Colorado, the real damage comes to light. >> No, she's actually the uh older sister. It was her younger sister she was trying to get set up. >> Elizabeth and Jacqueline walk into the station to set the record straight with an officer, revealing the ultimate betrayal. >> Their sister, Ebeth, was busted for DUI in Washington, and she's dragging Elizabeth's name through the mud to save her own skin. >> Okay. Uh name is Jacqueline. What was your name? >> I'm Corey. >> Corey. Nice to meet you, Corey. Um you're new to Holio. We have been here for a week or so. >> Um, we got a call today. We are from Seattle. We got a call today from my dad and my little brother stating that my sister, >> her name is Cory. Nice to meet you. Nice to meet you. >> Um, we got a call from my dad today two hours ago saying that my sister, this one standing, is in jail right now, currently has a DUI and is going to be in prison. I had no clue what was going on cuz she is asleep right next to me. And I was like, what are we talking about? >> My older sister, she's 22. My older sister is 24. Her name is Ivette. >> Mhm. >> She's using identity fraud. She used my sister's socials, her name, her last name, her birth, >> and stated that that was her when the police were trying to identify her because she doesn't have ID, was drunk, driving, intoxicated, no registration. >> This is not the first time she's >> But the car is under her name. So, the person that sold the car to her did it somehow. Back end, we talked to the police and they said, "You guys are going to have to go to court up here. So you guys are going to have to come back. >> Where are you guys right now? We said Colorado Holy Oak and they said >> you need to get a new ID >> of Colorado >> and you need to change your socials because she is using your identity >> and it's not the first on her record at this point because there's been multiple incidents but this is the first one where she's got trouble and then used her [clears throat] identity to get out of it. >> So your sister was arrested in Washington under your name, correct? Yes. >> Okay. Do you have do you have an ID on you? >> Absolutely. >> Okay. >> And we want to press charges and everything because it's >> I do want to press charges because I know this is not the first time but I don't want you know this is going to be the last time for sure. >> Okay. >> And um I spoke to my sister as well the phone and I told her like I just asked her and I have the recording as well and I was like why did you like why were you using my name? Why did you do it? And she all she had to say was they already caught me. It doesn't matter. and then continues to say, "Oh, [ __ ] up, bitch." And I I recorded it all and I was just like, "Okay." >> Okay. So, here in Colorado, when you use somebody else's identity for um for a benefit to yourself, which means to get out of >> trouble, >> trouble. Um it's a felony charge. Here in Colorado, it's called a criminal impersonation. If they are charging her with that charge, >> I can't charge her for the same charge for the same incident. So I will >> as long as someone is sure you're with that then I >> I will give Lakewood police a call and let them know that you contacted me. Um, >> as far as [clears throat] they do need proof of identific footage to prove that she is here and uh, they should be able to charge her. After the arrest, she was charged with identity theft in the second degree, driving under the influence, driving while licensed suspended in the third degree, and making a false or misleading statement to a public servant. At the police department, she underwent a breathalyzer test and provided two breath samples that read 0.29 [music] and 0.30, nearly four times over the legal limit. Officers conducted a DUI search and found that she had no prior DUIs. Well, I can answer that uh because it depends on where she committed the crime, where she stole the identity. If she did it in Washington State or Colorado, either state can charge her uh because the victim is in Colorado, she's in Washington. But if one state charges, you can't two states can't charge for the exact same thing. We actually have a lawyer in chat. He could explain it better than me. Uh let's see. All right. Next, we have the shirtless guy from the thumbnail. He uh is insane and was calling his ex a thousand times. 9th 2025, deputies arrested a man after he allegedly made over 1,000 harassing calls and threats to his ex-girlfriend. [music] >> Tell me, I know you kind of written in there, but I want you to tell me if you can a little bit chronological order from the beginning. You're saying, "Have you guys had cases with us domestic dispute or all these other things?" That's all right, ma'am. I'll talk to her. So, there there's a call history with us is what I'm saying. Okay. So, you don't need to bring up all those. Okay. >> Just kind of what I'm here for today in the sense of you're saying that he's now making threats via text and voicemails and you're saying to you and the 2-year-old? >> Yes. >> Okay. So, I guess go with that. We'll go from there. >> Okay. So, some of these threats are not within like a week. And we've been advised that if it wasn't within a week, it wouldn't be >> What do you mean within a week? >> Can I let me explain? >> Yeah. I'm Ann Blakeley, her her grandmother, >> and I have legal counsel, a registered Florida registered parillegal that we have submitted documents trying to do a plan parent plan and whatever to him. So she it works for Wicker Smith attorneys and she sent me a note this morning and said that when the next incident happens that he does something physically that we have to call 911 and have someone out again then we should go run to the courthouse to file report for uh injunction for restraining order. She said normally if it's not done within a week's time then >> that's what you mean by within >> parameter of time. Last night, what he did was sent ugly, ugly, ugly emails. I mean, Texas, and we've got screenshots. I sent them to his dad >> asking, "Please turn his phone off, get him to stop." You know, this is this is it's horrible. And before that, we have a voicemail where I recorded he was speaking to her and threatened her life. And the sheriff's department did the uh they did the fake harassing on him themselves that there were five of them here and they said, "Okay, they saw him. They did he did like 200 calls over and over and over on unknown numbers and they sat right there at that table and watched it. But they said there was no imminent danger at the time. So they came back in and asked us to get him on the phone which which we didn't have any problem cuz he never stopped calling. We got him on the phone and they talked to him. >> Beyond repeated unwanted contact, reported threats and claims of Jacob's access to a firearm heightened safety concerns for everyone inside the home. investigators now needed to assess how far the situation had escalated >> and said, "Listen, let let us help you." When was this? >> This was just a few weeks ago. [clears throat] >> Okay? >> And then he was uh uh at that time that he was like, "F this, f that, whatever. You you can't do anything for me. I'm not going to be here tomorrow. I don't I don't need your help." Blah blah blah. That's right. >> So then they told us hang up. They said found that's an imminent threat. They stayed outside my house and he was in Fort Pierce and they contacted every location by the computers or whatever. They pinged his phone and he showed up outside her window at 2:00 in the morning that that same night and I had to call again. We stayed down really low because I could see lights outside my pool area and so the police were still here which I didn't know the deputies >> and they caught him down the street really and they baker acted him on Sunday night or Monday morning and took him to 45th Street and that's like 10 pages long and it's in those documents as well. >> So during that during that time was there any threats to her safety or anything like that? >> Yeah, that's what he was doing. He said he had a gun that he was going to kill her and the baby and himself >> and he Okay. >> You know and that's Yeah, in the end she survived. How do how do you guys know it was him that was here? I [clears throat] mean, we all know it was him. Well, point being is how do how do we know this? >> He knocked on the outside of her window to wake her up. >> Mhm. >> So, you saw him? >> No, I didn't see him, but he called me at the same time as doing that. Okay. >> And like he calls on no caller IDs and stuff because I have them blocked and whatever, but like I mean at that point I kind of know it's him and I don't think anybody else would be banging on my window. >> I don't think so either. I think a reasonable person would believe it. >> I was just wondering like if you like he's at the window and you go crap told us not to go outside and they said cuz I had gone out before and was in the driveway waiting you know for his truck and he said you need to go back in the house don't be outside and we will take care of it >> and that's what they did. >> What started as >> that's just awful to do to somebody. They're trapped in their own home. They have to live in fear. Remote threats had moved dangerously close to the victim's home as deputies uncovered an increasingly intrusive pattern of behavior. The evidence gathered that night became critical to the investigation. >> So Aubrey, we spoke yesterday with the sheriff's office in regards to your exboyfriend, Jacob Swickle, correct? >> Can you just explain to me what made you call the cops yesterday? Well, I have been receiving phone calls uh from anonymous numbers from his accounts that he's made from uh from his friends. I have received like multiple um text messages from him. And the night before yesterday, I received like a whole bunch of messages about my grandma, me, just everything. And uh he um at that point I was something needs to be done. I wanted to file a restraining order. >> And who who is he to you? >> Well, now he's my ex-boyfriend, but he's the father of my child. >> Gotcha. Okay. When did you how long have you guys been together? Years. And when did you break up? >> A little after September 4th. >> Okay. Since September. >> Yeah, she does. >> 4th. You guys do not have like a like an actual court ordered custody agreement? >> No, we don't. We tried making a parenting plan and stuff and then never couldn't get him to sign any papers, no rides, nothing. He said that his dad could pay it. He wasn't wasting his money on this child. >> Okay. >> That he didn't want in the first place. >> And in these past years, >> how many times have she has he actually like saw her alone? >> Maybe like three or four times. >> Okay, >> that's it. With the rest has either been with me. I mean it's not so it's his dad who picks her up and then they like supervise him with her >> but it's just random like when he calls and wants to go through that >> like on random days it could be a Saturday Sunday it could be a Friday like any of those days um last time they my grandma was talking about last Saturday >> Jacob threw a whole pissy fit when she got there and said he wasn't even coming out of his room to see her >> well when we when we meet him he doesn't look like some you know wildeyed crazy person. >> I wouldn't answer. >> Audrey's account intensified the investigation, detailing more specific personal threats. Detectives now must verify the messages and recordings to determine if the behavior signals a greater danger. >> The night before yesterday, it was just like the things that he were saying. He was saying stuff about my grandma dying, me dying, and >> on voicemail or on the phone? >> On the text messages. I have those too from the day before. You got to stay. >> It was Instagram on those messages. >> What's his new Instagram account? >> This one that he sent >> Oh, social media, too. Jeez. >> He has a bunch of fishing pictures on there cuz I saw it. >> Then he sent you a picture of >> Yes. They're reporting a crime. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Cuz I didn't I never looked like that. They saw me. I look ugly. This and that. And he sends a picture of this new girl that he's with. >> So obviously that prompted you to call. >> Yeah. cuz I was just like, "All right, I don't know how much longer I can receive stuff like this and take stuff like this." And my grandma's concerned, too. Like, she's concerned for both of our safeties that he's going to blow up and he's going to just come here and kill me or her. >> The shotgun thing. When did he when was that voicemail? >> October 19th. >> October 19th. Okay. >> And he does still have a weapon at his dad's house. >> His dad's weapon. >> I think it's his weapon. unless he changed it into his dad's name. But from what I was told, all of the guns were not taken. One was missed and it was a 9 mm AR rifle style gun. It's a big gun. It's a black gun. >> Detectives are assessing whether Jacob's alleged firearm statements were meant to intimidate Audrey or posed a genuine threat with reported messages and recordings serving as key evidence. the dad was supposed to. >> He's sleeping in the moment or I don't know still cuz he had uh his step brothers down for college and stuff for the holidays, but he's sleeping in the room with the ammunition and the guns, everything in the closet >> at his at his dad's house. >> He said that. >> Yeah, he told me that. He's like, "Yeah, I think >> okay. If she if this guy is with the dad and the dad knows anything about what he's doing, he needs to take the weapons away. any any gun I want, I'm sleeping in the room with it. >> Interesting. >> And he's like, "Sleep with one eye open." >> That's what he told me one night cuz he was out here fishing in my area around here. And he called me and called me and called me and then I finally answered one night and none of this was on recording or anything, but he he also came to the window and everything. He's knocked on my window multiple times and he just he says he's going to come in through the back and he's gonna and he don't mention that Aurora >> at that time of night like 2 a.m. in the morning and it's like she's sleeping. >> Did you I know you uploaded some of the pictures to >> Yes. >> the community request. >> Yeah. He told me just to do the be used and I did the >> Can you >> Sorry to pause but Maya tell your sister thank you very much for her service. send the voicemails as well. Send the voicemails. Yeah. Do you want me to send like the audio clip? >> The audio clip, not the audio voicemail. >> Cuz I only sent the transcript cuz he said that they weren't going to be able to be used. >> It's okay. I I still can. >> She might be. >> Should I send the audio thing to your phone? >> Um, let me >> She's got voicemails. >> I'll send you another link once I get back to the office and you just upload it there. >> Okay, perfect. >> Um, and obviously you do you do want to proceed criminally. Yes. >> Okay. >> While processing Jacob's arrest, officers reviewed the allegations, existing court restrictions, and reported communications to determine if they supported the pending charges. >> So, I don't know. >> Adam Adam spoke to the officer now. Okay. >> You need a shirt? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Yeah. When you're done talking, if you can get a shirt and shoes. >> Yeah, I got them. >> Or slides would be better cuz I'll end up taking the shoes. >> Okay. >> Yeah. They got phone records and voicemails and everything. I talked to you about I told you that if you were going to see I can't see my daughter anymore. >> No, no, Jacob. That has nothing to do. Understood. >> I I don't I don't know about kids. Go get your clothes. Call me when you get processed in. >> Phone, but I'll call you on that. >> Do you know his phone number by heart? >> That's what I was going to say. Do you want to grab his necklace and like any jewelry? Can you call my boss? >> You got to give me his number. >> You got to get my phone. >> I'll get your phone. >> We'll get out your phone cuz you >> How long do you think I'm going to be there? THEY'LL LET YOU CALL. >> They'll let you call. >> Sorry, I've been seeing this a lot. Yeah, I we're not dealing with racist comments. I I don't mind people commenting on the video, but this video really doesn't have anything to do with the race of the individual. So, let's drop all that. If you want to make those comments, you can do it somewhere else. >> The jail wants to book you in. I'm going to get you out of the jail so you get out those uncomfortable handcuffs and out of this truck. Okay. >> Slide your feet in. We're going to now please. >> Actually, let me find your phone real quick. You said you wanted your phone. Is it this one? >> No, that's Lyrics. Now >> you rolled the window down. >> I'll help you work on some of this. >> Yeah, >> there were three women present, but one taking all of the charges. And if you guessed it, it was the 29year-old driver. She was given a total of seven charges. These are those charges from least to greatest with number one and number two having severe consequences. Charge seven was speeding which was dropped by prosecutors. Charge six, giving a false name to law enforcement which he was adjudicated guilty and was given 60 days of confinement. Charge five, obstruction of an officer, also guilty with 60 days of confinement. Charge four, possession of methamphetamine, guilty with 3 years of probation. Charge three, possession of marijuana more than one ounce, which prosecutors would go on to drop and instead adjudicate her guilty on a more severe charge of charge number two, possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute. She was adjudicated guilty on this one and given a 15-year sentence with the first 5 years to be served in state prison. And for charge number one, her most and serious charge, she was adjudicated guilty on trafficking and illegal drugs. She was sentenced to 20 years in total on this charge with the first 5 years to be served in state prison and the remainder on probation. For this charge, she was also ordered to pay a $50,000 fine. It's important to note that all of these charges run concurrently. So, in total, she was sentenced to a 20-year sentence with the first 5 years to be served in state prison and the remaining 15 years to be served on probation. As she would go on to mention, she was recently released from prison. It's important to note that this took place in the state of Georgia, which I mean has much more serious punishments for certain crimes as we see here. And also, this was a negotiated plea deal where all the charges run concurrently. As always, let me know your honest thoughts on this case down below in the comments. Stay safe out there, and I'll see you in the next video. >> Sir, I swear to God, that's not my bag. >> Wait, wait, WAIT, WAIT. THAT'S NOT MY BAG. >> WAIT A MINUTE. I forgot today. After they sum up the video, they go back and play little clips from the video. We've already watched it. So, uh, let's go to the next one. Let's go to the airport. We got a guy, uh, he's drunk causing a scene. Uh, he's he's a jerk. >> September 20th, 2025, Nashville airport officers were dispatched in response to a disorderly man who threatened flight staff. >> Just don't deal drugs. >> What's up, guys? Hold on a second. >> Everything all right? Yeah. >> Okay. You didn't threat him or anything like that? >> No. No. I just met him. >> Okay, I got you. So, we just got a complaint if you threatened somebody. >> Somebody's threatening you. I don't even know. But >> somebody was threatening you. >> I don't know. It could be copy of the person. >> Okay, I got you. You got your ID on you? >> I I sure do, but I'm not sure if I'm like under arrest or is there a reason why I didn't show it to? >> Well, I need to identify you to see who you are. >> I'm sure. >> Well, we just got a call that you was threatened. >> I'm sure. Let me see your ID, please. >> I've already given an ID here. >> Okay. Well, can I see your boarding pass to see what kind of business, sir? >> Well, you have to show me your boarding pass cuz you're in a airport. This is a private building. >> My boarding pass, too. >> I'll give you that. >> Okay. >> Not seeing my ID. >> Okay. >> I'm not under arrest. >> You're being detained right now. >> For what crime? >> For possibly threatening somebody. >> Possible crime. >> Give me a crime. State me an actual crime, sir. >> Hey, man. I'm just trying to get to the bottom. >> I know. I'm trying to Am I right? >> We got what rights am I violating? >> You're trying to make me show ID and identify what I don't have >> because you're being detained illegally apparently. What's the crime? Am I being detained for sir? >> So we're trying to figure that out right now. If you threaten somebody, that's a crime in the state of Tennessee. >> I didn't. >> Okay. Well, we're going to get to the bottom of it. So if you work with me, I work with you. >> My boyfriend. I don't know where that's at. >> Were one of you guys question? >> You So what's what's going on? Not this guy. >> So I like I took him off his flight. >> Hey, robot juiced. Goodness you. I don't know what's going on. >> And then he storms off. Goes to talk to the assistant and I'm talking to uh the husband. >> Wait. So the guy in the wheelchair stormed off. >> Yeah. The guy in the wheelchair stormed off and the person next to me was his husband. I was talking to him telling him like what I can do and what I can't do. And then after that he just came here and started cussing me out, started threating me and all that, trying to fight me, everything. I just I just said, "Sir, you want me I can't do nothing about it." And then he just tried to fight me. And I >> Did he put hands on you at all? >> Put hands on me. >> No, just like uh if you don't if you don't get out my face, I'm going to start pushing you. I was I'm just like really trying to help you. I'm not trying to walk away. >> Sounds good. >> Okay, you're good, man. I'm not trying to hit him up or nothing like that. I'm just trying to go. I got called to you, so I'm doing my job. And then once I do my job, I'll leave you alone. >> Why they called you, sir? They're wasting your time. >> Um, story. We just want to make sure no hands got put on. >> Or if you wanted to press charges. >> No, I'm not pressing fast. >> Thank you. I'm not, brother. I think this might be it, sir. >> Yeah. What do you do? >> Yeah. Can you not help me and just relax? Hey, >> why are you so hostile right now? >> That's my husband. I talk to my husband. >> I understand that. >> Okay, so that's your husband. So you can treat him like crap, dude. >> But there ain't no need to be awesome. >> Have I been coarse to you? >> Have I said a square word? >> Do not ask me how I talk to my husband. It's my business. >> Thank you. Let's go ahead and talk to me. Okay. You please stay quiet. >> Go sit over there for a second. Thank you. I don't For what? I didn't do anything wrong. I'm sitting down. >> I'm sitting down for saying words. >> I'm going to need you to stop talking to me. >> I need you to talk to me. >> What if he was talking to you that way? >> I will deal with that. I married him. Did you marry him? >> Correct. >> But if I talk to if I talk to my wife that way, she'd be done with me. >> I don't give a [ __ ] I don't I don't care. I don't know your wife. I don't care what you talking about. That's what you're doing. >> Well, you sit right there and you calm down. I'm not telling you about your wife. >> Because I don't know her. Hey, >> so keep my husband calm down. Your mouth, sir. Calm down. Keep my calm down your mouth, sir. >> I didn't say your husband. I said your husband's name. >> So, it's not been It's not >> You don't ask me questions about my relation. >> It's not been in my mouth. >> You don't have to ask me questions about my relationship with my husband. >> Well, you just said Ty right there. >> Take notes. >> What's going up? Take notes. It's crazy. What's going on? >> So, he said he got him off the flight. He's just uh kind of disorderly like like, you know, threatened. He was going to punch the guy and why why is he making him late? Everything else. I mean, it could be. I asked him the key question, which is, did you did you think this guy was going to cause you any kind of immediate, you know, great injury, bodily harm, anything like that? Did you have any reason to fear for your safety? He said no. He said he didn't want to press charges. So, >> well, he >> Yeah. Where you from, man? Salt Lake. >> Yes, sir. All right. It's all I needed. >> Ah, Utah. I mean, stand by for a little bit longer, then we'll tell you when we go. Um, we're just making sure it's all good, man. I'll see what they want to do. So, I've tried to be cordial with you. >> So, the guy is saying that you threatened to punch him. Well, I threatened. >> You didn't? So, why would he just a guy that's just working in here? >> He actually told me that he was like, I'm not working. If I wasn't, it'd be different. That sounds like a threat. I let him know. I let him know. >> That's not a threat. >> So, neither I didn't punch anybody. >> Listen to me. All right. >> I'm recovering from cancer. >> Okay. I understand from me. And he decided to just leave. And he was like, I'm done. He said, "I'm going to let your husband push it." I said, "My husband doesn't work here." >> Okay. >> I didn't pay all this money to that. >> Listen to me. Listen to me. >> Yes, sir. >> You can't just threaten to punch people because they're going to make you out. I didn't I didn't >> Well, that I got two conflicting stories here. >> I know, right? He said, she said, >> but anyway, he's not want to press charges. So, I said t when I get a read back on you, we'll let you go. >> Okay. Thank you. >> Is this your final destination? with it. >> What do you mean? >> Are you connected to >> Are you connected to another solution? >> Are you connected to another flight? >> No, I don't know. We're having problems. We were on a plane. We were getting ready to leave. I said, "Hey, the plane's got problems." And then he said, "We're getting everyone off the plane." >> So when I when I looked for the guy that supposed to push me in the wheelchair, he was gone. >> And I told my husband, "What happened to the guy?" He said, "He just left." I said, "So who's going to push me?" He's like, "I am." I said, "We don't work here." >> I didn't pay thousands of dollars for you to push me. So then I saw him over there. I said, "Hey, why did you leave?" "Oh, because I thought you didn't need me anymore." Did you hear that from me? >> And then he started getting attitude. I said, "Listen, son, don't talk to me like that. I disrespect you." He started popping off. >> Okay. >> I don't know what story you're getting. But of course, it doesn't sound like it's good for me, right? It doesn't Why would he say, "Hey, sir, I started saying this." Why would he say that, right? He's pushing it on my side. Okay, I get that. Again, I didn't do anything illegal, so I'm not concerned. I work for the sir. I'm sworn in. I'm in the service. >> I work for the D. >> He's in the service. >> Show you my badge right here. Where's my backpack? >> You don't have to show me. You can sit back down. >> I can also stand up, too. Right. >> He's a jerk. >> Whatever you want to do, man. >> Whatever you want to do, >> if anything ever happens, if he sees you again, >> just call us. Okay. >> All right. See you. >> If everything's good, he's good. I didn't mean to get him riled up. >> He's not bad. >> He was good to start. I tried to be cordial with him, but I'm sorry about it. >> Like I said, we just got a call that somebody threatened somebody, so we got to investigate. >> Close it. >> Here's my ID. You can go see ID, right? >> Yeah. I'll take picture of it. >> You don't need a miracle. You can walk. >> Here you go. >> I have higher clearance than all of you guys. Will you leave me alone, sir? >> I'm not interested in whether or not you work. >> What is it? Top secret agent or something. >> Go sit right down. >> Correct. Exactly. Go sit back. >> You want to take a picture of me? Go sit down. Stand up, sir. >> Okay. You keep being disorderly, you're going to be detained. So, go sit down. >> You already told me I was there. >> Okay. >> Oh, so I'm not detained. >> So then I'll see you. >> My point is, if you keep being disorderly, I will physically contain you. >> I'm not being disordered. >> I don't care who I don't care if you work for not. >> Ask me for identification. I'm giving you >> Have a seat. Let us finish what we're doing. >> I'm not sitting down, sir. I am recovering. >> Okay. You have a right to You have a right to be silent. I suggest you take it up. Okay. >> If you're going to arrest me, you need my right, right? >> I don't have to read you your rights if I arrest you. I only have to read you your rights if I question right now. And I'm a federal agent. >> Okay. You're actually not a federal agent. No. Are you >> agent? Huh? >> Show me. Show me your commission book. Show No. Show me your commission book. You're about to get You're about to get hooked up for for impersonating an officer. >> I'm not impersonating an officer. >> Okay. Okay, then don't tell me you're a federal agent cuz you're not. Sit down and be quiet. >> Okay, >> you're going to talk yourself right into handcuffs, brother. Sit down and be quiet. >> I'm not sitting down, sir. >> Well, recover quietly. Stop running your mouth. >> It's my legal right, sir. >> Okay. You've already been disorderly. Okay. You've already You've already told somebody you were going to hit them. You got five cops here. >> I didn't say that. I didn't say that. You I don't know who are you getting that information >> from the witness. >> Okay. They're lying to you. >> Okay. Do me a favor. Let us run you. We'll get you to your flight. But you don't have to impersonate a federal agent. >> Impersonating a federal work for the federal. >> Okay. So far, if he just calms down, he can still fly. Is he going to calm down? >> Okay. You said you were a federal agent. Everything that you say is being recorded audio and video. Okay. You're not a federal agent. >> You say I was a federal agent, sir. >> Sit back down. You're good. >> Yeah. Thank you, sir. Appreciate that. >> Okay. Yeah. >> We're done. >> The whole thing. Thank you very much, officer. appreciate you. >> I'd be really careful telling people you're >> tell me anything. >> Presenting your federal ID >> by your dismissal by 12. >> Yeah. Oh, you're fine. Apologize. I would be clear with him that if he goes around impersonating a federal agent, he's likely to get himself in trouble. >> You're you're you're this close to catching a disorderly charge. >> You're this close. So, I'd wheel away before I change my mind. Hold on. The officer wants to talk to you. Yes, sir. What's wrong? >> I saw you waving me over. So, I was >> I didn't wave you over. I was I was just shaking. >> Oh, you just I thought you had a shake. >> Looks like he made the best move he could make. He went back to the bar to have another drink. >> Got you. >> You might have took it a little different, right? >> Yeah. I thought you were just waiting. So, we're good. >> Make sure on the phone, though, if you don't mind. >> Yeah. >> Hello again. >> All right. All right. So, now we got flagged down by somebody out here who said that there was maybe some back and forth in there and is that your husband? Okay. That they had taken a bottle of wine back from him or whatever and that you guys are maybe arguing. I don't I just >> Yeah. Can you maybe in your own words tell me what happened? So, I'm not just taking the word of someone else. >> What I know is I was over there. He said some things to me. I walked away not to ask him. Okay. Left for a bit. You can see me standing over here. He called me over there. Started talking again. I left. Okay. I'm not I'm I'm not going to let Yeah. I'm going to deescalate by walking away. >> Okay. >> Hopefully that deescalates. >> Okay. And help help me understand. I guess >> I wouldn't either. >> Are you guys waiting for this Salt Lake flight? >> How much of that line have you? Um, I had one >> one. Okay. Well, I'm going to cover. I'm not getting >> Okay. I mean, that's that's your prerogative. >> So, what was the question? >> Yeah. Uh, you guys are waiting to board this flight to Salt Lake. >> Okay. For normal people. >> Um, it's just pretty far for the course or is this >> This is not okay. >> This is not >> He mentioned to me that he's going to Is he on medication right now that would affect alcohol consumption? He went through chemo a year and a half ago. So, he's probably he's on some medication. >> He's very much literally as well. So, now bucks. >> So, he's already paid his portion. >> No, I haven't paid the bill at all. He's just getting loud with me. You know, I'm from California. All that stuff. Thanks, brother. >> We have more than enough to work with. >> Hey, S. Uh, so I got this guy here. We got called a Bravo 3 or Pigstar. He was uh just gotten off a flight that deported because of mechanical issue that was going out to Salt Lake. Um he he and his spouse are uh getting into it. um being loud, having a bunch of issues, and then and then he's 42. He drank a whole bottle of wine somewhere else, his spouse told us. And then now he's here demanded to drink more. He's being disorderly with the staff at pharmacy and uh he was he was real disorderly with us. Told me he was a federal agent cuz he works at the IRS. And I asked him to see his credentials and he showed me a PIV card, which obviously, you know, he's not a federal agent. Uh, and uh, he was real real obnoxious with uh, Hallebertton and then with me and now he's he's ordering the wheelchair pushers around and and being disorderly with the guy here at pharmacy and he's obviously had a bunch of drinks. So, I'm just I just wanted to keep you updated here. >> Okay. >> So, okay. So, his husband said he before this little incident, he had a bottle of wine. Uh, I'm going to basically jump in. I don't know if you're going to want to let this guy on a flight cuz if you stay in this way, they're going to get in the air and you're going to be stuck by yourself. >> Just listen. Just go backwards. I got you. No, you don't have >> I don't need to do that. >> They want you out of here. >> Yeah, I know. But I don't need you to assist me, sir. >> Do you want me to pull this wheelchair out then? >> You can do whatever you want. I didn't ask you to do anything to be honest. >> Well, he walked away, so I was trying to help. >> Come on. I don't >> you do wood bridge. >> So my suggestion is that you guys find a place and just come get rebooked tomorrow because I'm I'm 30 seconds from book hooking in for public in talks and then he's going to go to Davidson County. So I'm going to give you guys the choice of of book a hotel and sleep it off and get on a flight tomorrow and we'll work with you guys to get Delta to rebook you. But I I in good conscience everything I'm seeing here I don't think letting you guys get on an airplane in the condition he's in is is is going to work out well for anybody. So I'm gonna have um another unit respond you guys stand by with this guy in case you know >> anything in my absence. I'm going to go down and talk to Delta.
