[music] [music] down. Down. [music] [music] >> [music] [music] >> Hey everyone. Sorry I'm a couple minutes late. I uh I I scheduled the uh stream to start 5 minutes early so I'd be done in time. Um and then I forgot while I was sitting here fooling around and had to go to the bathroom real quick. But I'm back. Only two minutes late. Not bad. Uh, let's see. It is pouring down rain here. I'm really hoping I don't lose power. I checked the radar. It looks like in about 20 minutes, this will this will pass over. So, if we make it for the first 20 minutes, we're good to go. Uh, let's see here. I have got a couple of DUIs, couple of airport videos. I actually got three airport videos. One has a tasing to get us in the mood for uh Shane's uh comeback. He got back from uh vacation and he's going to be streaming at 3:00 today. I've got a setup already to raid him when we're done here. And then I've got the lady from the thumbnail, which yeah, she's a DUI, but uh she's quite a character. Quite a character. She uh she's going to get some guy in a lot of trouble someday. I can tell. She seems the type. All right, let's start with a lady who got a DUI. Uh she has the memory of a goldfish. I I've never seen a DUI like this. They get her out of the car and 5 seconds later she doesn't even remember that she was driving. She doesn't remember she was in a crash. She doesn't remember how many drinks she had. She doesn't remember anything. So, let's jump right into that one. >> I have no idea why you're taking me here. >> Because you took me here. What do you [ __ ] mean? And you're saying why? Do I know my why I'm here? Because you took me here. >> Do I know why I'm here? I do. I know. I >> On June 19th, 2025, >> police responded to a crash scene where a [music] confused female driver quickly raised an unsure of what had just happened. >> Yeah, we weren't involved. We just saw him. >> Gave him a rag. That's it. >> Okay. Thank you. >> Where you heard at? >> Hey, >> you knocked out. What? >> They got knocked out. >> What's that? >> Did your teeth get knocked out? >> Did you hit the scar? >> No. No. No. I don't think so. >> How about it? >> Your knee hurt? >> No, you're good. >> Anything missing? >> No, you're good. >> I'm just >> And sorry to pause so soon. Yeah, she hit a a motorcycle uh rider and you can see kind of through the blur his face is all jacked up and she doesn't remember any of it. How's your day? >> No. Uh my right ankle really really I I don't know if it's broken or what. Bro. >> Yeah. >> I'll go check on the other car. >> Hey, >> hey, Erica. >> Hello there, ma'am. Are you injured? >> No. >> Are you sure? Are you concussed? Did you hit your head? Anything happened to you? >> No. >> Okay. Have you been drinking tonight? >> Uh, no. I just >> I had just left my friend >> and was going home. And I'm not sure what the hell happened. >> How did the accident come about? >> Adam, I didn't I didn't think there was an accident. >> What do you think was happening? We just started. >> Uh >> I just came uh >> Go ahead. >> Nothing happened. >> Did you take anything today? >> Did I tank it? >> Yeah. Have you taken anything today? >> No. >> Okay. >> Do you mind? Oh, well, let's just leave you here for now. Give us a second and we'll come back to check on you. Okay. Um, do you have a driver's license? >> Yeah. >> Thank you, Keith. >> Seems confused. [laughter] >> Thank you very much. I just got over the radio. >> No, she's okay. >> She's okay. >> Yeah. >> You all good? >> Go ahead. >> Do you want to get checked out or? >> No. >> Okay. All right. We'll we'll get him taken care of and then we'll uh >> All right. Thank you. >> Okay. 911. Can you >> All right. So, she just told the fire department, "No, I'm fine. I'm not injured. You can go." >> Tell me a wife Florida. >> Remember that. the uh driver, she might be a little bit intoxicated cuz I'm talking to her and she's a little confused. She didn't even know an accident happened. I'm like, "Have you taken anything today? Her pupils are a little dilated." And I asked her, "She drank today?" She said, "No." >> Thank you very much. >> She took anything. She said, "No." >> She might be intoxicated. She She didn't even know that an accident happened. And um pupils are a little dilated. I just ran her on the um radio. No, I'm with I'm with K911. I'm just riding with him today. >> Okay. >> I'm not even >> Oh, okay. How's it going? >> She might be intoxicated. People are dilated and she didn't even know an accident happened and she's a little like out of it. I'm like, did you hit your head? You thought I was like, oh, I just came from my friend's house. >> You got his info? >> Uh, no. I don't know. I was He was here. I went here. How you doing? >> His info. >> Good to see you. Okay. >> It's all me. >> Did your guy his driver's license? >> Last thing you want to do is run the tag and family. Someone's scanning the radio and then he's hurt. >> Oh, Lisa, they got their information on the call. >> We did check them and >> they can put it themselves, but you never want to run. Tags are named especially in a crash. Especially if you book scanning. >> Okay. >> Oh, I can't go hold Johnny. Oh [ __ ] They just ran this guy's motorcycle over there over the air and he's in a crash. Did you do >> talking about you if you did? >> You did pretty good. >> Yeah, buddy. I was nice at the battle. I was like, "All right, I'll just go up there and see if I can help." >> As officers tried to piece together what happened, Alyssa's answers became harder to follow and the roadside conversation slowly grew more tense. >> Let's go. Come over here to the sidewalk. You okay? >> Yeah. Well, I'm trying to get my All right, there we go. >> You are Alyssa. >> Oh, yeah. She looks great. She's in fantastic shape. >> So what? You know what happened here? >> What? >> Do you know what happened here? >> No. >> No idea. >> Not a trick question. >> What happened? >> So you don't know what happened, right? >> No. >> Okay. >> All right. So you've been involved in a car accident? >> Chicken and waffles. Not yet. >> Got rear ended by the motorcycle that's over there. >> Oh, what? No. I have been >> No. >> You don't So you didn't realize you've been in a car accident? I have not been involved in a car accident. >> Yeah, look at your car. I got >> She can't >> Yeah, I stayed up too late last night, too. >> Where were you coming from? >> Yeah. So, they they already reminded her when she was sitting in the car, you were in a car crash. Oh, okay. And now 2 seconds later, she I wasn't in a car crash. What are you talking about? >> You remember? >> I have not been involved in a car accident. >> Do you know where you were coming from? Where you were driving from? And two, >> do you remember? I have not been involved in a car accident. Are you serious? >> Can you ask? >> Are they serious coming from and where you were going to? >> Are you serious? >> Yeah. >> Are you Are you serious? >> Yes, they're serious. >> Asking if you wanted to get check. >> You heard somebody >> or if they check Do you know if they checked her out yet or no? >> No. >> What? >> Hey, it is what it is. Are you tell are you trying to make me >> of all the confusion? >> Are you are you trying to claim that I've >> Oh, yeah. They love them. >> Okay. Do you remember where you were coming from and where you were driving to? >> When? >> Just now. >> Just now. >> Yeah. Do you know where you left and where you were going to? >> Today. >> Yeah. Do you know what insurance you carry? >> Uh yeah. >> Okay. >> And I left my house at >> Let's start doing the crash report and then I'll stand by with her. >> No. And I'm telling you I left my house at >> you. Make sure you get the tag. It's been ranked. >> Are you girl name? >> Okay. So then just start doing the crash report so we can get that done. And then >> So you're not going to listen to anything I said. >> I was letting her know what she needed to do. >> So you're not going to even drive. I'm listening to I'm listening to you right now. >> She's been home all night. >> I left my house. >> Okay. >> Hey, Buck Wild. >> Was working all day. >> See, she's been home all day. >> I left my house at >> I can smell it. Um, they say around let's say, >> have you guys checked her out yet? >> It's weird how they do the AI. >> She decline. >> They use the AI to cut down the background noise. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. >> Perfect. >> 4:30 or 5 today. >> Okay. In the morning or >> Yeah. Bless her heart. >> Yeah. Okay. >> So, what is doing this one investigation after? So, you left at 4:30 and then where'd you go? Do you remember? >> You ever remember? >> Yeah. Do you know where you're at? >> What planet you're on? >> Yeah. Port Charlotte Boulevard. >> Yeah. Well, I'm about looking at the sign I'm at. So, you know where you were at before you looked at? >> Do you know what city you're in? >> No, because you guys just pulled me here. Like, I have no idea why you were taking me here. >> Okay. >> Now, she thinks she was pulled over or pulled over to the side or something. >> Because you were out in the road. We didn't want you to get hit by another car or something >> because you took me here. What do you [ __ ] mean? >> Your car is right there. >> Car to here is what we did. >> And you were saying why do I know my why I'm here? Because you took me here. >> I'm saying if you know I'm saying if you know >> I know why I'm here. >> Do I know why I'm here? Because you took me here. >> Are you [ __ ] serious? >> Hey, what's your first name? >> Yes, they're seriously. >> Are you [ __ ] serious? What are you saying? Do you know why you're here? Do you know where you are? I know where I am because >> you need EMS. >> Wait, what? >> You need You need paramedic. >> Are you okay? Are you hurt? Are you hurt? You need a paramedic? >> Hey, Gary. >> [ __ ] you. >> Okay. >> All right. Let's stay over here in the sidewalk. [laughter] Let's get off off the road. >> I need to go to the hospital right now. >> Are you injured? [ __ ] you. >> You are all [ __ ] And yes, I want to go to the hospital right now. >> You want to go right now? >> She wants to go to the hospital now. Yes. >> Now she wants to go to the hospital. Now she's >> injured right now because you >> psychotic >> and don't know what the [ __ ] is going on. >> So she wants to go to the hospital because everyone there, EMS and police and fire department, they're all psychotic and they don't know what the [ __ ] going on. Alyssa grew more upset as officers tried to sort out what happened and the situation soon shifted toward a medical >> signal on um her and she's being a little difficult. She wants to go to the hospital. Might as well get the discharge stuff going rolling. >> A little difficult >> so that way we can get her. >> Yes. >> Yes. >> I want to go to the hospital because none of you know what's going on. >> Okay. What's your medical >> That's not a reason to go to the hospital. >> Yes. I want to get to the hospital because >> Okay. What is your medical for what do we tell the doctor why you're there? What's your medical? >> We can't just tell them that no one knows what's going on. That's not a valid answer. Take it off. >> Oh, that's not >> No, that's not a valid answer. So, >> are you hurrying? >> Yes, I know. If we get one >> and none of you know what's happening to me and I want >> You're about to go to jail. She's going to need to be discharged anyways before we take her. So, >> yeah. And all of you are going. >> How much is the other? >> [ __ ] yeah. >> Okay, cool, >> [ __ ] [ __ ] you. >> You want to go to Advent? >> Do you want to go to the hospital? I didn't know what I >> Where were you going? >> Oh my god. >> Controlling women. >> Keep trolling. Controlling women. >> Yeah. There are like 15 emergency vehicles. >> Keep controlling women and doing what you're doing. >> Yeah. Keep controlling women and doing what you're doing. >> Oh yeah. No. Valid reasoning. Keep controlling living and doing. >> Controlling living. Why? >> So now we're hanging out. >> I said I wanted to go. >> Yeah. This is her sober. >> So because she's clearly intoxicated. Um, we would have to end up taking her to hospital. >> Hey, no sunshine to the jail. >> So, so we can just get her there. >> They're all misogynist. >> She wants to go there. >> Boooo bus is here for you. >> I'll do whatever you want me to do. >> I'm just now she'll do whatever they want. >> Doing whatever you want me to do because you're a man wanting you to do what you want me to do as a woman. Yeah, you're a victim, [ __ ] >> I'm not I wasn't the first one here. I'm not sure if he saw her. I think she was >> I think he pulled her out. >> I thought I saw one, too. >> All right, my dear. We're going to get you loaded in the hospital. >> Okay, sure. Whatever you want me to do. >> Okay. >> Yeah. Behind the wheel. Well, in her case, I think she's just trying to be difficult because she doesn't she's so drunk she doesn't remember anything that happened 5 seconds ago. But yeah, a lot of times, yeah, they they think I'll go to the hospital and then they'll just have to release me. >> I can go home. >> I got her out. >> Whatever you want me to do. Whatever. >> Oh, are you [ __ ] serious? >> Yes, they're serious. >> Are you [ __ ] serious? >> Oh, I'm dead serious. >> Look at the uniforms. They're serious. >> Who do you think you are? >> Are you [ __ ] serious? 100% couldn't be more serious. >> Are you [ __ ] serious? I am going to sue you, [ __ ] I hope your lawyer. >> Where's that lawsuit? Jar >> are I did not even touch you. You are >> hit you. Are you [ __ ] serious? >> She said she want to go. >> Are you serious? >> Or are you staying here with them? Yeah, I'm going to call record. >> No, he's so sad. >> What's your name? >> He's such a [ __ ] >> Are you serious? >> I'm a new guy. I'm with the fire department. What's What's going on? >> So, he's so sad as that I didn't even Are you injured? >> And then he Are you physically injured? >> Okay, >> you guys are >> Are you hurt from Do you understand what they're doing? >> Are you hurt from the car? >> Yes, they're arresting you. >> Do you see what the [ __ ] they do? Yeah. You got put >> Yeah. When they don't do [ __ ] >> And you see what they do. And you're okay with this. >> I can't control what they do, man. >> You're okay with this. >> That's your handcuffs. Yeah. >> No. >> You don't control what they do. >> No. When they when we don't When we don't do [ __ ] and they do this. >> Who is they and they? >> You want to go to the hospital? When we don't do what >> you >> I'm saying that you don't give a [ __ ] that >> we don't do anything to them and we what they do to us. >> I'm saying who's us? >> Yeah. We'll have we'll have some >> This is what they do to us. This is what they do to the citizens >> when the citizens have a drink tonight. No, it doesn't give a [ __ ] >> This is what they do to the citizens when we stand up to them. >> We're going to put you on that stretch here. Probably going to end up staying in handcuffs >> and we're end up going to the hospital. >> Hey, give me two shoes. >> Because we >> Because you >> Yes, it I think they said earlier that a motorcycle hit her car. I don't know if she hit the motorcycle or if the motorcycle crashed into her, but they showed a uh a motorcycle rider and his face was blurred and you could see through that he was he was gushing on his face. So yeah, she heard somebody >> told the medic on the fire engine that you wanted to go to the hospital and you're also disoriented. >> That's all right. Noia, we got a little ways to go. >> We just got started. >> That would be nice. >> Hey, Crystal. We're going to take a ride. Okay. >> Going for no pay. >> All right. Take a seat. How the [ __ ] do you feel about this? >> How are you? >> Where's your back? >> How do any of you feel about >> you feel about that? >> Well, you seem pretty into >> Yes. This is what they do to us. >> Are they joking? >> Are they kidding her? >> You want to just follow her so I can bring these two? >> Yeah. driver exchange and her ID >> and ID. Okay. >> So, if one of you guys just want to say for the for the records. >> Are they taking >> probably? Yeah. >> Yeah. >> I don't know who we are or they are. >> He's transported. >> I don't know. >> The motorcycle was transported. >> Yeah, I know. But I'm saying the record. >> Yeah. >> They're taking her to the hospital. It's going to be a big surprise party. Her whole family's there. >> Happy birthday. >> Yeah. We'll follow you to the hospital. You guys going to advent or foster? Advent is getting pretty busy right now. >> You can still do your signal one if you want. >> I don't know. Excited to maybe. >> Yeah. >> Leave you alone for like five seconds. >> I didn't even say anything to her. I didn't say it. >> Go around. >> All right, we're going to go follow them to the hospital. >> No, you can't go. >> They Stephanie, how you doing? Lurk away. >> Neither do I. I'm almost 50. We can turn them off for now and we'll turn them back on. >> Well, you really don't have a case here. Uh, no, I do have a case cuz look, he did this and that. All right, next I got a uh I think the guy is drunk. I really hope he's drunk because of the way he was acting. Um, hey Terry, how you doing? Um, it's another it's an airport video. Um it's a couple I think uh he said something to the uh to the airline about her his wife being sick. So they said, "Oh, okay. Well, you have to get medical clearance before we can let you on the plane." And he just he was fined for like the first half of the video and then he lost it. >> 10th [music] 2025 around 10 p.m. Orlando police responded to Orlando International Airport after a couple was denied boarding over a medical issue before the flight. According to officers and airline staff, the woman had complained about lower abdomen discomfort and staff required medical clearance before allowing her to fly. Officers tried explaining to her the airline was a private business and they had the right to refuse boarding. The couple was told they needed to leave the terminal area, get medical clearance, and retrieve their luggage. But instead of moving on from the situation, the man kept demanding answers, refusing to leave, and becoming more belligerent with officers. What started as a denied boarding dispute quickly escalated and multiple officers eventually had to step in to get the situation under control. Here's what the deputies encountered. >> Did you understand what they're telling you? >> No. >> Hold on. >> Baby, baby, please. >> So, they're saying since you have discomfort and don't feel well that you need to see a doctor, >> go to the emergency room and get a clearance that you're okay to fly. >> They're willing to reook you. Hold on. >> Stop. Yes, >> they're willing to rebook you tomorrow >> if you feel better. >> That's unacceptable. Yes, it is. >> Yeah, this channel uh they the first couple videos they did on this channel, they were original videos and then after that they've been recycling. I hadn't seen this one though. I should have if I've seen it, I would have recognized the shirt, the captain shirt. >> Don't fight with me. Don't fight with me. I'm telling you. >> I'll do what I have to do because you're drunk and you're not listening. So what? >> So what? You're going to get trespass. >> For what? >> Please, sir. My father is Chicago police. >> My father >> 69. >> That sounds familiar. Actually, >> I want you to over there. My father is Chicago police. I have no respect for you. >> That's great. But we're trying to deal with this right now. >> Yes. And I I am I am simply telling you that I respect you, okay? and that my husband is >> I all that is great, fine and dandy, but you have to get a medical clearance if you want to fly tonight. >> Good. I'm not I'm not the only one. >> They're willing to rebook you. >> Okay. >> Okay. So, >> okay. I accept. >> Yeah, I'm picking up that she's drunk. So, that means he's probably drunk. >> Okay, >> great. I'm not just cooking. All right. >> So, >> so you get some blur together about rebooking rebooking a flight. All right. >> Okay. All right. Please do. So, >> but if you're not feeling well, you can't fly. >> Do you you get that? >> You're drunk. >> Okay. >> Okay. So, you're going to have to make other arrangements tonight to go somewhere. >> Okay. >> Or >> Okay. >> Okay. >> All right. Yes. >> If we come back, you're going to be trespassed. If >> we come back a third time, somebody's going to jail. >> I don't want him in the jail. >> I don't either. I don't want anybody to go to jail. >> We're going to go together and go and >> Excuse me. Before you leave, hotel. >> This is an embarrassment. >> Shut up. >> Well, then calm down. Stop embarrassing yourself. >> You're stopping and leave these >> me. I'm the one. >> All right. >> Can I talk to her? >> Yes. make other accommodations you have to go to the airport manager and make sure that you're fly otherwise you're going to show up here tomorrow and if you don't have that clear you're going to run into this situation again seems >> about half of us haven't seen it tomorrow >> hurry yeah >> we got we got medical prepared we got medically cleared she can go >> this guy the dreadlocks back >> said no >> well they're coming back now They're uh we're going to check her out. I had to step out. I'm good. >> Yeah. >> Since they're coming, do you want them to look at you as well? >> Since they're already coming, do you want them to look at you as well for anything? >> Oh, I'm fine. >> Okay. >> They would have smelled it on her. See, I'm not How can I >> We're going to go to a hotel and >> I'm going to go to work, honey. >> You're going to have to take the day off. >> Why? Why >> leave the office to fly and they have to >> look? Leave the office. >> I want an explanation. >> We wouldn't know. That's That's between you and the airlines. >> Why? Stop. I want you to leave the officers alone because they deserve our respect. >> That's a good one. >> Let's go. >> Okay. >> They have my luggage. What about my luggage? >> That actually happened once. There was a news story about it. They called it the diarrhea plane. A lady had just lost it right down there. >> No. Shut up. >> They'll get the bags for you. >> Yeah, they will. And we're gonna go to the >> I want to How do I get an explanation as to why I can't travel? >> Stop. >> Because you're drunk. >> Back up. Just back up. >> He's going to put in an order to get your luggage and it'll be downstairs on level two. >> I want to explain why I can't drunk you more than once. You're drunk and you're not listening or understanding what I've been listening to. You are not going to stop. >> You are going to stop. You are going to stop. >> Yeah. >> So, I would go downstairs to the second floor. >> I want wait for your luggage. >> All right. Thank you, officers. >> Not without an explanation. >> Thank you, >> Steve. >> Come on, Steve. >> Thank you. >> Bye, Steve. >> Yep. I want to go home. >> I want to go home. >> Aren't we all, sir? >> Even with the man's anger growing, more and more he's realizing he would not be flying today. He surprisingly makes the wise decision to walk away. But a short time later, officers find him a short distance from terminal A, now yelling, causing a scene, leaving them with no choice but to engage with him again. >> No, no. All the ste >> I didn't do anything wrong. Look, >> I didn't do anything wrong. I'm an American city. I didn't do anything wrong. >> So, here. Stand back for me just a second. I'm not going to arrest you. >> Just burn the >> I just wanted to talk to you for a second. >> I just want to go home. >> So, who is she to you? >> She's my wife. >> That's your wife? >> Yes. >> So, >> that's what kind of plan to go home. >> Yeah, man. But we explained to you several times that you have to listen to the other officer first before you can even come to that decision. They don't want your wife flying for whatever reason, whatever medical reason she has, right? >> I mean, >> that that is the explanation. >> Why? >> They can refuse with them over there. >> He's a police officer. >> Nobody cared. >> She was clear. >> There's nobody. >> The paramedics came. The paramed license. >> The paramedics. >> You have her license. >> The par license. >> Go home. Captain. >> The paramedics came and cleared her. >> They said she's okay to travel. >> That's not >> okay. That doesn't matter anymore. >> Yeah, we're not talking about that. >> We are past that. >> And it doesn't matter like the officer. >> Now, all we're asking you right now is if you have her ID. If you have any idea anywhere >> two Americans being harassed >> not being harassed. >> Yes, we are. >> No, you're not. >> No, you're not. >> No, you're not. >> Board plane. >> Yes, I am. >> Well, it's not harassment. >> Yes, it is. >> Why can't I? So, in the state of Florida, >> United States of America, >> okay, in the state of Florida, >> it's not very specific. >> If we if we see someone, >> batter another person in the relationship, >> they're in a domestic setting, >> Tammy, don't be get on the plane, go on vacation, it'll be fine. I've flown hundreds of times. I've never seen anything like this. So, >> she was pointing detained >> right now. Let her go. Call here. >> I don't want to speak to my wife. >> Step back. Stop. >> I cannot speak to my wife. >> Calm down, little child. >> Cuz I said so. He was arrested by the Orlando Police Department and transported to Orange County Corrections. Steven was charged with disorderly intoxication, violation of probation out of county, possession of MDMA or ecstasy, resisting an officer without violence, possession of cannabis less than 20 grams, and providing false identification to law enforcement. The disorderly intoxication charge was listed as a secondderee misdemeanor, resisting an officer without violence, possession of cannabis under 20 g, and providing false identification were listed as first-degree misdemeanor, and the MDMA possession charge was listed as a thirdderee felony. The probation violation is important because this means that the airport arrest may have created problems beyond the new charges from this incident. Under Florida law, the court can later decide whether to continue probation, modify the terms, or revoke it completely and send Steven back to jail. What's going on? >> He's [ __ ] with me. >> Turn him up a little bit. >> I'm flying out to Pittsburgh. I said I got to go see my niece. >> What time? He said, >> "What time is your flight?" >> 12:30. I'm already late. >> And I just I ate all my >> It's 20 after after 1. [laughter] Yeah, you're an hour late. >> I'm still recording now. I just watch a >> black tomorrow. >> You can say that, but I got it on camera. I'm doing nothing wrong. I'm not drunk at all. Stone. Yeah, I smoked before I came. Who gives a [ __ ] Everybody's stoned. Who gives a [ __ ] about >> Is it turning off for anyone else? Is it looking good on my screens? >> No, I can't accept it. I got to go see my niece tomorrow. I just watched him. You can see it's still recording. Listen racist. He's being racist on the camera. >> Yeah, it is. I I have it recorded. I have record I have recorded. I'm going to keep it recorded. >> They deny you flying right now. >> I'm not drunk at all. What's the matter? I'm standing, but I'm not drunk. And >> I I have it on video. You can see right here. >> 4 minutes. Check. Did you check a bag? >> You can check my bag. I don't care. I have nothing in my bag. I I missed my flight. I'm supposed to see my niece. I'm supposed to be because of this racist. Where am I going? >> Might be your YouTube. >> All right, I'll go get >> it because both of you are black. >> Let's go. >> He's black. Nice. >> And of course, we had to watch that again. >> Knock it off. Boom. And why not? We'll watch it a third time. We'll watch it a third time. >> Knock it off. >> There we go. [laughter] >> Turn around. Put your hands behind your back. >> He's quiet now. >> If only that bag wasn't in the way to break his fall. Ah, >> yeah. I'm going to be ready for dinner in a couple hours. >> Yeah, he's just chilling. They're all just like Mhm. Whatever. White bleed. >> It was kind of >> It kind of added to it. Yes, ma'am. >> Yeah, I think the the first set hit his jacket. >> I'd be recording with my phone turned sideways. >> Uh, turkey sandwich, my usual. Some potato chips and a bunch of fruit. I need to switch it up at some point, but it works. >> Oh no. What happened to your head, sir? You bumped your head on something? >> Come on, man. I I never attacked you. You attacked me. My shoulder. >> They're trying to arrest you. >> See my knees. I don't I don't care about a lot of 273. >> Yeah. >> Maybe he had a ketchup packet and splashed all over his head. >> It's terrible. >> Stain his shirt. >> Very intoxicated. earlier. >> What for recording in public? >> Well, that way you can send it to your favorite YouTuber and they can play it on video. >> Probably got two on should be total four. >> Four. One's on hit ground here. >> Your hand up on you. Okay. >> To the right. >> You can go ahead and just give it to >> That's what I'm having. Little avocado. >> Okay. Tell me what you witness. >> I was sitting here at the gate at T concourse on T2. I witnessed the male arguing with the Delta manager up there saying that he was being discriminated against stuff. I observed Officer Graham come up and ask him to step away from the counter. He didn't want to step away at that time. Officer Graham asked him to go over and get his bag. He refused to go over to get his bag. Officer Graham attempted to put handcuffs on him at the ticket counter. He turned and went toward his bag, >> still running his mouth, being belligerent. Officer Graham then ask him to go get his bag a second time. He didn't do it that time. Officer Graham attempted to put him in handcuffs again. They both went down to the ground and then he stood up and started trying to get away from Officer Graham at that time in which Officer Graham used taser to get him under compliance. sir. >> And he looked right in the camera for us. Sort of. >> Yeah, that was a little too good. >> Yeah, this guy could teach a class on it. >> I'm not giving you anybody in trouble. >> You're not going to. >> It sounded exactly like a police narr. >> Can you do my left side? >> Your left side. Uh yeah. >> One, two, three. >> Oh, right. While right while the flight is deboarding. Atlanta Police Mercedes. >> Appreciate it, sir. >> Appreciate you, man. All right. All right. I think so. >> Traffic. >> Come on. Step out the car. >> That's the problem. That's why this happened. You own this. All you had to do was do what I asked you to do. >> That's it. >> They told you you couldn't fly cuz you're clearly intoxicated. You can barely walk. Oh, they're doing all that construction in 2023. >> Nice relaxing music. >> All suspects are innocent until proven guilty. Thank you for watching. >> All right, that's a little tasing. Now, we got the lady uh from the thumbnail. I believe based on the way she's dressed. Uh I've seen another video where it was two stops in one video. This one is much better footage and the one that I saw I don't know maybe a year ago. Uh it didn't have her in the back of the car. You you could hear her but you couldn't see her. Now we get to see her. But I based on the way she's dressed I think she was a Twin Peaks waitress. I don't know if you guys have been to any of those restaurants. Maybe you could uh correct me if I'm wrong. Help! Help! Somebody help! >> On June 17th, >> somebody deputies with the Sarasota County Sheriff's Office responded to a call for a drunk woman who allegedly crashed her car into multiple parked cars in a bar parking lot, then tried to blame others on scene for the crash. >> And look at the front of her freaking car. She didn't just graze them. Jeez. >> Okay, Miss Bianca. >> Yeah. Okay. So, at this point in time, I'm done with the crash investigation. I'm now moving into investigation. So, that being said, I do have to read to your rights. This does not mean you are under. It's just cuz we're going from a civil crash investigation into a criminal investigation. Does that make sense? Okay. So, you have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in court. You have the right to have an attorney with you prior to, during, or after any questioning. Do you understand each of these rights I've explained to you? >> I've never been. They're too far away. Okay. All right. I do >> having these rights in mind. Do you wish to answer any questions or make any statements at this time? >> I'm all for you guys. >> We're all talking to me still. >> We're good. >> Okay. Can you run me through one more time what happened? >> So, what happened was I was coming around this way. >> I think that's our next stop. If she gets fired in this parking spot, he came out this way and as I'm coming out, >> the one that was in this spot. >> Yeah. >> The one that was in this spot. >> Okay. So, in So, what happened with like the car back there and then these ones? How did they get involved? >> I'm this car right here. >> Yeah. See, so there's there's the one that they're all crowded over uh that one and then there's going to be the three cars here. So the SUV that they're looking at right now, the little Lexus, and then the Kia there. How did those ones? >> Oh, that might be the one. >> So, as far as I was driving this car, >> this car was going this way. >> Okay. And this car that was in this lane right here smacked into me. >> Okay. So, he pulled out. >> When it comes to these other cars, I have no idea what happened. >> She gets closer. >> Okay. Um, would it help if I tell you video footage from the parking lot? >> No. Watch out. >> Okay. So, do you have room to get out? >> I think I can right here. >> Okay. Hey, Carson. Carson, can you just if he I'm unlocking it. If you need to move my car, do it. Okay. Um, so from what we've seen in the video footage, you ended up hitting this one all the way back here first. Kind of careened off it and came into the other ones. Does that ring any bells? Yeah. >> I didn't even look at the I just read the uh the chat. The waiver, how you doing? >> I know you from the comments. Good to see you here. >> Yeah. Does that ring any bells at all? >> No. >> No. I came around this corner right here and when I came right here, >> somebody smacked into me. Maybe that gray car right there. >> Okay. Were you the only one in your car? >> Duct tape, new radiator. >> I see this already, but are you hurt at all? >> No. Okay. Obviously, your airbags went off. Were you wearing your seat belt? >> Correct. >> Okay. Um, so again, no no passengers right anything like that. >> As far as I'm concerned, >> well, and look at the front of it. I mean, the whole thing is just smashed >> for that car to hit >> both sides of the front. >> I was coming around the corner. >> Okay. >> And I was doing as what I was supposed >> Well, it was it was stationary and it was >> just another version of it. security video and that's what it shows. It's parked there. You're coming around the corner here. You hit the first one and then you kind of bounce off of it and hit the other three. >> It's for us now. >> Did I call? >> Yes, you did. >> Okay. I was trying to get your recollection of things, but that doesn't quite >> add up. >> If that's what it is, that's what it is. >> Okay. How much have you had to drink tonight? >> Hey, what's >> a drink? A drink? >> A drink. >> No more than a drink. You're winking. Does that mean not not a single drink? >> A drink? >> Yeah. Okay. >> I had a drink. >> Okay. I just I got confused cuz of how you were saying that. You're doing like the a drink and winking at me. >> I'm sorry. >> How how [laughter] many drinks? >> I've had a drink, dude. >> Okay. What were you drinking? >> I don't know. >> Uh beer. Beer, liquor, wine. Like, what are we talking about? >> God, is your guys's job this detailed? >> Yes. Regrettably. >> Okay. I've had a beer. >> A beer? Okay. I've had a and he has arrested me for a >> I already told you you're not under arrest right now. I'm conducting a DUI investigation. >> Okay. >> If you're under arrest in handcuffs you're not in handcuffs right now. Okay. I'm still conducting my investigation. So I don't know which way it's going to go at this point. All right. So what kind of beard did you have? >> Dude, I've had a [ __ ] Yingling. >> A Yingling. Okay. So just one Yingling. Um about how long ago? >> [ __ ] two hours ago. >> Two hours ago. Was that here at Livingston or was that somewhere else? >> Here. >> Okay. So, nothing else since? >> No. >> Okay. Anything before that? >> I'm not trying to be an [ __ ] to you, but like dude, I'm just trying to go home. She's not trying. >> Okay. So, at this point, I am concerned that you are impaired, so I'd like to do some field sobriety exercises. Are you willing to do those with me? >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, what I'd like you to do is just stand right where you are, put your feet together for me, and keep your hands at your sides. >> Do you have any medical issues I need to know about before we get started? No injuries, no broken bones or anything like that. Okay. You taking any medications for anything? >> Skeleton. >> Okay. Do you wear glasses or contacts? No. All right. >> We're doing the eye test or the feet test. >> So, right now, what I'm doing is I'm checking your eyes. >> Yeah. If you want to like toss it on your hood or in your car or something, >> that works fine. Okay. Don't put your phone on the ground. Okay. So, again, feet together for me. Hands at your sides. Are you comfortable in the boots? Good enough. Okay. So, can you see the green light there? Okay. All right. What's going to happen is it's going to move inside. It's going to rip. All I want you to do is follow it with just your eyes and I want you to keep your head nice and still. Yep. Do you understand that? Okay. >> I do. >> All right. >> I've seen some videos of that. It's gross. >> If it stops moving like that, >> they almost all throw up. They they sometimes dock you for if you stay too long on it. >> And notice how sweet and innocent she's trying to sound right now. >> I don't want to >> I need you to keep focusing on it for me. Okay. >> Sometimes they talk to you for >> Hey, Sher. Good to see you for two hours. >> Nope. All I need you to do is just keep focusing on it. >> Really? >> Okay. You're good. Relax. Just hang tight right there. All right, we'll be right back. >> Do you guys need to pull out? >> You guys >> Okay. Yeah, just bear with me a minute. >> Oh, she's falling apart. >> Um, give me like a step towards me. Good. >> Officer, you have gas. What is that? >> If you could just toss that on my hood for me, please. >> Yeah. Okay. >> So was I when I was kids. Ma'am, right over here, please. >> Okay, >> now we got his. >> So, for this, what I'd like you to do is take your left foot and put it on the side. >> I thought she was coming over. >> Okay. Then, you're going to take your right foot, put it directly in front of your left, so you're touching heel to toe, just like me. >> Good. Now, keep your hands at your sides and just stay like that until I tell you to start. I don't want you to do anything else until I tell you to. Okay? >> If you step out of this position like you did there, just step back until I tell you to do anything else. Do you understand that? Okay. Do you understand that? All right. >> Oh, no. She claims that she had one yingling. That's it. And that's her car right there. It's all smashed up. She hit a bunch of parked cars. They They must have jumped out in front of her. >> I do. >> Okay. Do you have any questions? >> Okay. Can you put your right foot back in front, please? >> I don't blame you, Crystal. >> So, the right foot's going to go in front. >> Okay. From here, your next step is one. You can begin whenever you're ready. >> Nice. Oh, >> hands at your side. >> Whoa. Almost fell off the tight rope. >> Off. Heel. Off. Heel. Heel. Heel. Eight steps. Stagger the turn. Hands are behind her now. >> Yeah. Just the one. Just the one girl. That's it. >> Heel. Heel. Heel. Heel. Heel. Heel. 11. >> Right back up to the start of the line for me, please. Sure. >> We're done with the line though. >> No, you're good. >> One or two things, right? Out of like 50. >> So, we're done with the line. So, you can ignore that. Okay. All I want you to do is stand as you are. >> Do you need to take a breath for a minute? >> Stop hyperventilating. It's so fake. >> Just take a couple deep breaths instead of the quick shallow ones. >> I just I please want to get it over with. >> So, stay with your feet together. Your sides. Okay. >> Sorry. You guys want to do me the little >> But bear with me. I have instructions I have to give you. Okay, you may have seen it on TV or anything like that. I need you to ignore anything you've seen on live TV or cops and just focus on what I'm telling you, okay? Cuz I don't want you trying to remember something you saw on the internet and then doing it incorrectly cuz you weren't listening to me. Okay? >> All right. So, feet together, hands at your sides, the third time she's done anything until I tell you to. Do you understand that? Okay. >> All right. When I tell you to begin, what you're going to do is you're going to pick up a foot. I got through all the FSTs. >> Okay. Listen to me for a minute. >> Hey, Susie. Good to see you. Can you listen to me for a second? >> The tests that you had for me before, they were fake and they forced it. >> Hold on. [laughter] Listen to me for a moment. Listen to me for a moment. Listen to me for a moment, please. >> Listen to me for a moment, ma'am. Ma'am. Ma'am, listen to me. >> Now, I mentioned earlier, remember how she was being all sweet and innocent? That's about to change here in a second. >> Get away from me. Get away from me. You're under your back. We're done. >> Get away from me. >> Here we go. her name. >> Yeah, she's done. Can she just go home? >> From the fake test. >> I just wanted to breathe. >> Okay, you got to calm down. >> Can I hit my vape? >> No. >> No, you cannot. >> You got to calm down. >> I can't. Okay. At this point in time, you are under arrest for DUI. Call it out, please. >> I don't care. >> Okay. I am requesting. >> Now she doesn't care. Now she's back to Nope. >> Okay. Then I got something I have to Stop. Stop that. >> You know what? >> Then I got to read something to you. >> You're a superhero. >> Here we go. Now she's getting nasty. >> Face the car and stay there. >> Yep. >> I wish I could hear what she's saying. I got a feeling from her body language and the way she's kind of arching her back and moving her butt into his hip. I think I know what she's saying or I have some idea. >> I can't read lips though. >> 714 to dispatch. >> White female 1015 signal one. Do I have a female deputy? I can have 51 for a search. >> What? You're going to make me >> Oh, there we go. >> We're not doing that. Okay. Is that better for you? >> Is that better for you? >> Is that better for me? >> I I think that's what she was saying. >> Oh, does that make you feel better? >> Oh, do you feel so good, mother? I can't feel my arm. >> I have to read this to you, so I need you to listen up. Okay. >> I am now requesting that you submit to a lawful testy of your breath for the purpose of determining its alcohol content. Do you understand what I just read to you? >> I understand. >> Okay. Do you still refuse to submit to this test? >> Correct. >> Okay. Mark time 2219. >> I'm just gonna put her in the back seat. >> You guys want to handle me so bad. >> Oh my god. >> Oh, I turn it back down a little bit. >> She gets loud in the back seat. >> Not a headphone warning. She doesn't scream, but the acoustics are terrible. >> No, it's not. Well, my grandmother, they're both gone, so I don't have to worry about that. >> She used her looks to get through life >> numbers here at the top. by the time they get the report from the cuffs right now those back to you >> so um also this is going to be >> you got to turn on the notifications weird >> great that makes you flip your >> if your Discord notifications are turned on so I posted this >> and ugly >> good to see you >> oh my god >> not a problem we're about to head over to Shane's after this lady you work where you do cuz youing ugly No wonder why. Well, that's the problem with uh Yeah, the lawsuit jar. Yeah, that's the problem with uh attractive women. Sometimes they they can get us men into trouble cuz we just get distracted by their looks and uh by the time we realize their personality sucks or they're like this woman going to bring nothing but misery to your life, might be too late. But yeah, no BAC. We didn't get much of anything on that. I was hoping because I I didn't watch the whole thing. I just kind of skimmed through it and I was like, "Yeah, that's sort of familiar." And yeah, I saw her kicking in the back and I was like, "Okay, this is going to be a good one." Wasn't as exciting as I was hoping, but it was still good. It was still fun to see her go to jail, lose a tooth. Yes, Aiden, I'm about to wrap up. Uh, it looks like it's Yep. Just after 3:00 my time, and Shane is just getting started, I do believe.
