Heat. Heat. [music] [music] Heat. Heat. [music] >> [music] >> Happy Monday, everybody. All right, we have got a whole bunch of videos. I found a bunch of short ones. So, uh, usually I'd get like six to eight in. I've got 10 today. Uh, the usual stuff. DUIs, people resisting arrests, not wanting to cooperate, wanting to make things worse for themselves. I even got, what do I have? No, just one airport video. Hopefully Parson shows up because he loves the airport videos. Uh, let's see. Yeah, I'm just going to get started with the first video because I got a lot of them. Um, I forgot what this one. Oh, uh, this guy. Jeez. He reports that one of his friends stole his firearm and the officer's like, "Okay, I'll go over and check it out." And he just, he can't control himself. Uh, I don't want to spoil too much. >> Number 20th, 2025. Officers were dispatched following a report of a stolen firearm. >> You involved in all this stuff? >> No, I called you. >> Oh, you called me? >> Yes, sir. I don't know what he's yelling at. You just said you're harassing dude. >> What? Hey, Harry. >> I'm not sure what the he's got going on. >> Do you know him? >> No, not at all. That's not who the I call, but >> Oh, okay. >> And what's going on today? You said your buddy stole your gun or something. >> Uh, yeah. So, we >> Where do you stay at? Right here. >> No, I don't stay here. This is my dad's house. I My It's a lot. I guess I'm going to lay on you. But my girlfriend broke up with me today. >> What's her name? It doesn't matter. >> But I took my weapons from the house obviously because they're mine. >> Okay. and they're all registered to you and everything like that. >> Of course, I have my Ford. I can show you and everything. Well, actually, I can't because they have my book bag. But, so I went to my friend's house. I put my guns in his safe and they were going over to somebody's house and I I literally did not even know. But they took both of my guns. >> Okay. >> Without me knowing. And so they said that they're not giving them back. And I told them, I'm going to call the police like, "You're not going to just have my guns." That makes zero sense. They can't do that. >> So you So I They told me something about a safe. Were they in a safe? >> Yes, they were in a safe. She knew the code or you or >> No, it it just stays at the same I mean this is like my best friend. Okay. >> Like that's why I wasn't telling names and [ __ ] I'm not trying to be weird or anything, but he I told them not to bring the guns and they brought the guns and without me knowing. >> Mhm. >> And so [ __ ] started to hit the fan. There was some guy that was going to come over and they were going to get in a fight, whatever. And I told them, well, they asked for my guns and I told them, "You're not going to have my guns to go fight somebody like that. It's not happening." They're like under my name. Everything is valid. I have Floyd. I have and >> and they took them anyways. >> And they took them anyways. >> I need to know their names. I need to know their names. >> I'll give you their address. I won't give you names, bro. >> Well, uh here's here's where I'm at. If somebody stole stole your guns, >> they're right up the street. You can go. I'll show you where they live. I'm not going to tell you names, though. That's just my respect to my friends. I'm sorry. >> Okay. So, if you here here's where I'm at. If you >> right across the street from visitation, you know who it is. He's been in trouble multiple times. I'm not I'm really not sure if >> you probably are sure who it is because he's been caught for a a big thing in private. >> I've only been on since January. I don't know a whole lot of people's names, but that's fine. I just >> Jeffrey and Augustine. >> Do you want to press charges against him for having your >> I don't want to press charges. No, >> but he's a felon >> my [ __ ] back. No, I don't. Not that I know of. I just want my things back. >> Was there any So, anything else other than the There was money in there. They take your money. >> No, I have my money. There's money in my bag. Okay. >> But I mean, they have everything. I have my bag, my coat, my car keys, my car is parked in front of their house, my gun, four mags. There's two regular mags. >> What's the address over there? Do you know it? >> I don't know the address. >> Can I just ride with you, bro? >> No, we're not going to do that because I don't want to cause any problems. I >> I I won't I won't get out the car. >> I know, but especially cuz they have guns and stuff like that there, bro. >> Okay, that's fine. >> Got guns, too. >> I know. I'm just saying there's there's no reason to take it there cuz what I can do >> I don't want to get amped up. Man, there's one in the head. >> That's That's why I don't want you going back over there. >> No, I just want to see the car. I just want to see the reaction when he's sitting in the back of your car. >> I'm not going to do that. Probably actually going to call a couple other people and then we're going to go. >> I know. So, let me ride. >> So, you're starting to get kind of a flavor of where this is going. [laughter] He wants to be there and watch him get busted and dragged out in handcuffs >> with you. This is man. >> We're not going to do that. I know it is. >> I'm going to walk. I mean, I I >> Okay, that's fine. I'm just saying I >> Just let me ride with you. >> It'll go smoother. It'll go >> I will sit in the back. Just let me ride with you. >> Give me Give me a quick second. I'm going to make a phone call. >> Sit in the back. You can cuff me, bro. >> You're fine. We'll We'll figure that out in a second. I'm going to go >> see the reaction because this is absolutely ridiculous. He just told me he loved me 30 minutes before he stole my gun and just going to shoot me in the face. >> Okay. All right. >> I just want to see the >> I'll be right back with you. I'm going to make some phone calls, man. >> No, I get it. All right. Listen, we a a couple of us are going to go over there. Um >> I'm going to leave. That's that's fine. If you do that, you do that. But I'm just saying there's no reason to risk anything cuz if he gets aggravated and they got firearms, I don't want you to be in the middle of >> scared. I mean, you won't let me sit in the back of your car. >> I'm not going to do that because I'm not going to take the liability of having you in the back of my car when we're going somewhere that there's loaded weapons. That's fine. It's right down the street. If you want to go over there, I can't stop you. But we're going to head over that way. Okay. All right. Hey, >> how's it going? Just It is. Okay. How's it going? You got uh he was having trouble over the weekend. >> Uh Augustine. >> Yes, I am. >> Okay. Are they here? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Can you talk? Let me talk. >> Okay. >> Just wait. >> Hi. Uh, next we got a guy who was trespassed from a store. Didn't seem to understand that being trespassed means you can't come back. Benjamin Aet. And today we're finding out how his run-ins with police went from a pretty simple trespassing call to a full-on chase. It all started Friday, May 2nd, 2025 at around 5:00 p.m. when St. Charles police were called to [music] major loss prevention told officers Benjamin had already been banned from the store since September. [music] Apparently, he decided to come back anyway. And while he was there, they say he was pulling the security device off a [music] $200 Nebo power bank. But here's where things get interesting. Before officers even got inside, dispatch was telling them Benjamin had three outstanding warrants. Two out of Illinois counties and another from the Wisconsin Department of [music] Corrections. So, watch how quickly this turns into a chase through the store. >> Hey, man. >> Three warrants. >> What's going on? Um, do you know you trespass from this property? >> Say what? >> You trespass from this property last year. >> Uh, I'm buying I'm buying things. >> You trespass. We just don't decide. >> Leave then. I mean like like like >> No, you had to come with us. So here's the thing. >> I got to come. >> It gets worse. So here's the weird thing. >> Really? >> We don't decide to just come here and just bother you. We got to call. That's why we here. >> Who who called you? >> Okay. So >> no, come on, man. Like like like that's first of all, that's profiling. Profiling. Profiling. [laughter] Yes, it is profiling. Now, if they would just calmly explain what they're trying to say, they're trying to say they can get the owner on the phone and the owner can give permission for the car to stay there, but they're so amped up that they're not making any sense. The officer doesn't understand what she's trying to say. >> She's on the phone. >> I'm I'm trying to be as cordial as possible. >> She's on the phone. She's at work. The 34year-old woman was charged with driving while licenses suspended, resisting an officer without violence, failure to obey police, running a stop sign, and a tag light violation. Driving while license suspended, resisting, and failure to obey police were all dropped by prosecutors. Her tag light violation was eventually dismissed after she provided proof of compliance. and for running a stop sign, she pleaded no contest where adjudication was withheld, meaning that the judge didn't formally adjudicate her guilty, but the woman still accepts the ruling, any penalties or sentencing, and in some her total financial penalties were $266. The woman secured a diversion agreement where within 30 days she had to complete 25 hours of community service, a 4-hour anger management course, $100 prosecution cost, and proof of a valid driver's license. And if she successfully completed this, the state would abandon prosecution entirely. No jail or probation sentencing were involved considering this was a pretty minor case. Never heard that complaint. >> Yeah, same in Florida. He's not going to he's not going to follow through. >> He got all my stuff and y'all let me go. I don't even understand. >> Got five boys. This ain't going to go pretty. >> Little five children. >> I got five boys. >> It's not going to be pretty. I'm tell. >> But it's okay. >> What about your necklace? You want to give it to him? Do I want to give it to him? No. >> I want to get him a gun and shoot himself. That's what I wanted. >> Ma'am. [laughter] >> All right. Thank you. >> All right. >> The woman was placed under arrest and charged with battery, disorderly intoxication, and resisting arrest. Thanks for watching, and remember to like, comment, share, and subscribe for more of our content. >> Well, it's technically not a threat. She didn't say, "I want to get a firearm and do something to him." She just said, "I I want him to get one." And All right. Next, we have another couple at a gas station. Lady Parks uh or she has a handicap placard or I forgot what it was. It was some some minor dispute over a handicap placard and they turn it into a whole circus and one of them gets tased. >> Boom. >> Get back. You're going to get too Is that your handicap placer? >> That's my wife. >> Okay. So, your wife wants to be difficult over a simple question >> and now she wants to make it. So, the problem that I have is I was just ask I was being courteous by asking if it was hers >> and instead of rolling down the window just so I could ask her. She just kept pointing to it >> and now she just wants to play this game with me. So, technically I could go write her $250 ticket and I can confiscate the handicap pla for her using it when she's not using it. And it was just going to be a simple >> I I I don't know the laws about using the handicap placard, but he's saying she could get a ticket for using it without using it. >> Conversation of, hey, just go park the car over there. And now she wants to turn into this. >> So that's not that. >> Yeah. >> Get in the car. >> Sure. And I'm going to get her driver's license and I'm going to run it and I'm going to see if she has any other pers. >> This is ridiculous. Like this doesn't have to be This is a simple yes or no question. That's She has a handy flat pocket. >> I don't know what >> she put it up there after I was like, "Hey, do you have it?" And she put it up there. >> I I need to go in the store and remember. >> Well, no, but you're right now you're detained and you're staying with me. >> Maybe. I don't know. >> So, you don't want me pulled over >> for a violation of the handicap law. So, I need driver's license. >> I'm not violating anything. You don't have any lights on me. You don't have me pulled over, sir. >> You are stopped. I am telling you in uniform that you are being stopped and detained right now. >> For what? >> For a violation of the handicap placard. >> You want to bother me for nothing, sir? I'm sitting here batting my disc. If I didn't bother you, I didn't say anything. >> You're right. You're absolutely right. You're absolutely right for nothing. >> Like I told your husband, I noticed the placard wasn't in the window. You don't have a handicap plate. >> I ask you about it. You hang it up there. I ask you if it's yours. You just keep pointing it to me. You won't answer any questions. >> What you say? I start my >> Okay. So, I got a feeling if she would just calm down, hand the license over, he'd run the license and give her a warning. >> Window is up. >> I asked you to roll the window down >> and I let it. WILL YOU LET IT DOWN? I SAY YES. I see like I'm driving gas. >> So, it's it's very simple. If you want to be petty, I can be petty because >> sir, >> because you're in violation of this handicap placard by using it in a parking space and not using the spot because your husband's inside. You can't use the parking spot with a handicap placard and let your husband go in. >> Yes. So, that's all I was going to simply say to you. >> And I said, "You didn't even You didn't even get that far cuz you scared to talk with >> You're right. I couldn't get that far because you wouldn't you wouldn't reason with me. You're like, "I'm just going to move. I'm going to leave." >> I said, "I just moved at the park then. What's wrong with moving?" If you say I'm IN VIOLATION, OKAY, WELL, I'LL move your ticket. I was sitting right here. YOU WOULD HAVE GAVE MY car a ticket. >> Absolutely. >> So, give my car ticket then or I move. What does my license have to do with anything? >> Because you're the occupant of the running vehicle with that handicap placard. So, I'm going to issue you >> I'm going to issue you the citation. >> If I'm not in here, then anyway. >> Now, it's a cit. Now, it's it's a ticket. >> Issue me the citation. >> Don't make it worse. >> That's That's after the fact. >> You're You're not in violation. >> That's after the fact. I want your driver's license. >> What? >> Because I'm going to write you a citation for violating the handicap placard. I've explained it to you twice. >> I'm not violating. >> You're using the handicap spot that you're not using. >> So, it's very simple. I can get your driver's license and write you a petty ticket or I can arrest you. I really don't want to do that. I just want to write the ticket and go. But you want to be argumentative. So here >> it is. Call your kids from home. >> Here it is. Driver's license. Thank you very much, Tiffany. >> Or jail. The choice is yours. If you're going to run away, I'm going to go get a warrant for your arrest. >> Get out of the car. >> Get out of the car. No. Move. You move. >> Whoa. Whoa. >> Get out of the car. Get out of the car now. Get out of the car now. >> Get out of the car now. >> Get out of the car now. I'm going to break the window. >> Back off. Don't stand over there. >> Get out of the car now. Get out of the car. You are under arrest. Get out of the car. >> She's not there. >> You are under arrest. Get out of the car. >> Get out of the car. >> You are under arrest. Get out of the car. Technically, she did break the law, but I have a feeling if she had a completely different attitude from the beginning, he would have run her license and if it was clean, she would have gotten a warning. Don't do that again. >> You are under arrest. Get out of the car. >> You are under arrest. Get out of the car. >> Thank you. >> You are UNDER ARREST. BACK UP. >> BACK UP. DON'T DON'T PUT YOUR HANDS on me. I didn't put my hands on you. Back up. Get out of his house. Back up now. He's going to make >> Back up. >> YOU'RE GOING TO BE UNDER ARREST, TOO. >> Turn around. Put your hands behind your back. >> You know what? >> Taser. Taser. Taser. Taser. >> Oh, >> get back. >> Gently guide him to the ground. >> Taser deployment. >> You know what? >> We can watch that again. >> TASER. TASER. TASER. TASER. WHOA. >> Get back. You're going to get >> Thank you, Tony. >> Taser deployment. >> Sit down. >> COULD BE. >> GET OUT. >> Turn around. Put your HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> YOU ARE UNDER ARREST. >> I got the coffee. >> They just couldn't. Neither one of them could stay calm. >> I did nothing. >> You are under arrest. >> I just come from a funeral. >> You sitting up there. >> You [ __ ] YOU [ __ ] AIN'T >> AIN'T NOBODY HERE. >> You are under arrest >> for obstructing. I've said it a 100 times now. >> Can't stay calm. >> You [ __ ] ain't right. >> Yeah. Well, too bad. >> Yeah. >> You [ __ ] ain't >> right. Is that what it >> is? Well, >> they now they're kind of hot, but they didn't start off that way. It started off nice and calm and he was talking to her calmly and she was arguing. >> Get my jewelry up. Put your hands behind your back. >> For what? >> Put your hands behind your back. This is what you want. Put your hands behind your back. Behind your back. >> I've explained it to you. >> Why? Why? Why? >> Stop. >> Put your hand behind your back. >> You're not under arrest. >> What do you mean? >> Just listen. Just listen. >> Stop doing this to me. >> Put your hand behind your back. >> Ma'am. Ma'am. >> We don't. >> Just put your hands BEHIND YOUR BACK. WE DO [ __ ] >> Where's the gun? >> What gun? >> You just said you have a gun. >> I ain't saying [ __ ] >> I DID NOT SAY NOTHING ABOUT THAT. YOU'RE LYING. I AIN'T SAYING NOTHING ABOUT >> STOP PULLING AWAY. YOU BOTHERING ME. >> YOU'RE GOING TO GET TASED AS WELL. >> FOR WHAT? >> YOU'RE GOING TO GET TASED. >> FOR WHAT? >> CUZ YOU'RE RESISTING. PUT YOUR HAND BEHIND your back. >> My hands behind MY BACK. >> WHAT Y'ALL WANT ME TO DO? >> PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. THAT'S all they're asking. Stop doing this. >> That's all they're asking. >> Oh, that's right. You're meeting them today. >> Nah. >> Cuz I'm going to move THE PARK TO ANOTHER PARK FOR Y'ALL. >> I'M A HANDICAP STICKER. YES. >> Could y'all get this off? My husband drove me up, please. Can we walk over here? >> Why y'all bothering us with nothing? >> Thank you, Brad. >> The thing on you that's going to stick me poke me. We can walk right in front of the squad right here. >> I don't have nothing. >> Okay. Face the squad. >> Yeah. Just try to remain calm. >> You don't have anything on you? >> I got blood on me. Where do you have Where do you have blood? >> Thank you very much, Jesus. >> All right. Well, that's interesting. >> It's very interesting. I'm trying to get home to change myself. >> That's all I'm trying to do. >> Yeah. >> Sitting here to CHANGE MYSELF. TRYING TO get >> myself. >> They just never grew up. >> Go over here. >> For what? >> Uh you're being placed in the back of the squad car so we can figure out what's going on. >> Very simple. >> Just watch your head. stepping. >> We'll meet him over there. >> I ain't do nothing. I'm going to move to a park from the man. >> All right. You want me to double lock them? >> Y'all took my phone and everything. >> Hey, can you can you just step out so I can double lock them so they don't cinch up on you in the car? >> What you mean? >> The handcuffs. I got to double lock them >> so they don't get tighter on. >> Yeah. So they don't get tighter on you. >> So I got to just adjust the fit so they're not too tight on you. All right. >> I ain't trying to move to the next car over. >> Y'all broke my hood chain and everything. And y'all, >> that's how it started. And she had to argue. She couldn't calm down. >> Y'all vocals. Ain't nobody done nothing. >> Some of us just showed up. So, we don't even know what what was going on. >> I ain't done nothing. I ain't done nothing. I'm sitting in my car. My husband come out and y'all do all I don't know if you got a felony. >> Move to out the parking spot. Let me get out the parking spot. It's a problem. They told you not to move. They wanted your license. >> Park at a handicap spot then. >> Why can't I? If I'm handicapped. >> Are you handicapped? >> Yes, I am. >> Yes, I am. You have a placer. >> Don't you see it in the car? >> It sounds like it went further than just the handicap. >> It's in the car. >> All right. >> Okay. >> Have a seat. >> Besides your phone, you need anything out of there? >> Oh, what? What am I being detained for? >> So, you're under arrest charged with resisting and obstructing? >> I didn't resist or obstruct anything. >> I was just told that on the trans. >> I didn't resist or obstruct anything. I didn't resist or struck anything. >> I have um tampons. Walk up behind cuffs. I don't know about pads though. You sure you don't have anything in your car for that? >> I don't have anything. >> Okay. >> You want a tampon at least when we get back? >> Can you give my c to my daughter? >> Tampon. >> The car is being towed. >> For what? >> For what? All the things going on. I grabbed your phone. Do you need anything else? You got your purse on you with all your stuff. You don't need anything else out of there. >> I don't know if they can tow the car cuz it's on private property. It'd be up to the gas station if they want to tow it. I didn't do nothing. I didn't do nothing. >> It should have been, but she just she wasn't going for that. Let me cuff off of you. I take your hand out and just place it on um in front of you right up here. >> Are these your cups? >> Would have been so simple. >> I don't know who. >> Well, she was talking about why she needed it. I I didn't need to hear that. >> I know what they're for. I had sisters. I have sisters. >> All right. Well, that was a that was a fun one. Quick one. Now, we got a lady uh a little girl actually. I don't know. I think she was like 18 or 19. She is bombed out of her gourd in the airport. And uh well, I'll just let >> March 26th, 2025, airport officers were dispatched following reports of an intoxicated passenger. Yeah. >> Well, Gina, the way you're acting right now, they're not going to let you fly >> cuz you seem like you're intoxicated on something, right? So, >> have you had anything? Don't just be honest with us. >> I will I will um I had shots in the airport. >> What? Um, but I >> What time is your flight today? >> Take care, John. >> Gina, >> Gina, when's the last time you drank something or took something? >> Yeah. Have you been drink Did you have some drinks last night or today? Just be honest. >> No, not today. Um, I just saw my sister and >> Okay. Well, right. Hey, you're acting like you said you fly. So, what time is your flight today? >> Cuz right now, if you went to the gate, they probably would not let you board. >> So, but do me a favor. Finish tying your shoe. We don't want you to trip. >> I'm What I'm telling you is that if they don't let me board, it's going to be a huge problem. >> Well, that's trying to avoid. So >> I know I I >> I will do anything to >> stop doing math. It's no good. >> Go ahead and tie your shoes so you don't trip >> and then we'll go from there. Okay. >> Let me see if I can get a CCS. >> Yeah. >> Right. I can tell you right now the way that you're >> renegade at the end uh we get a list of her charges. Uh I'll pause it and read them out. >> They're acting. They won't let you fly because they think you might be intoxicated and they can't have you up in the air like that. >> Okay. Do you have anyone we can talk? >> I I I don't. It's okay though. It's It's my It's okay. >> Who you flying out with? First of all, >> I'm not flying with anybody. I'm flying alone. >> Okay. All right. >> We'll just wait. >> All right. Once she does, ma'am, you're going to have to go onto the other side. Security. Either get a cab. I'll see if I can get a CCS to help you. >> No. >> Or you can sit on the other side. >> What's your name? >> My name is Officer Davidson, ma'am. I'm sorry. >> Davidson. >> Yep. >> I am going to write a good review for you. Amazing. >> Um, I really appreciate you. >> You want to sit down over here? >> Give you some first class ride. Okay. Actually, I could try to fix her because I've been where she is and yeah, I could give her a nice lecture about where her life is headed. She won't listen. >> No, I think you should ride this. All right. >> You should take a seat cuz you were stumbling earlier. We want to make sure you're okay. You're not, like I said, you're not >> treat you like a queen. Come on, sit down. >> Okay. >> Like a queen. >> Huh? Yeah, sure. Go ahead and have a seat and you Yep. Tell me everything. Let's go. >> It's not alcohol. Yeah, >> cuz if she was that if like let's say if she was that intoxicated, you'd be able to smell it. >> You're not smelling anything. >> Nothing. >> We get a shot. >> There's no smell. Her eyes are dilated. >> Uh and basically based on what they're saying, whatever she took, she took right before she like got on this plane. I think it was probably like u [clears throat] Xanax or something to help her be calm. >> Miss Gina, we can't see her. I just need you. Do you need me a favor? I'm not asking. >> No, no. I'm asking you I'm asking you to get up so you can start walking so we can get you out of here. Okay. >> She's definitely calm. >> All right. So, I'll >> All right. >> It's not that bad. >> All right. >> All right. Well, do me a favor. >> My dad, when I was a kid, I told him I was nervous about flying, and he said, "There's no reason to be nervous. If something happens in the plane, before you even know it, the plane will have crashed and you'll be gone. Didn't help. >> Can you start walking forward a little bit cuz you are wobbling like no other. So, do me a favor. Take a seat right here. You don't have to sit back down, ma'am. Look, you're not in trouble yet, but I need you to start listening. You can call your father and I'll talk to him and then he'll probably talk to you and not know the way you want to be talked to. Or you can just hop in this chair. We'll take you on the other side. You can sit down there. No. Well, then you need to stand up and show us that you can actually walk without any problems. Cuz right now you you've wavered. You're So stand up. Stand up, please. I want you to walk to that officer right there. >> Ma'am, excuse me. >> Ma'am. >> Okay. Sit down, please. Give me your hand. >> Please. No. Stop. >> Go ahead. Hit hit the latch. Hit the latch right there. >> Show me one female. She's a white sock fan. She >> slipped out of these. >> Yes. >> I just want to talk to my dad. >> Christie, you tell me. I want to talk to my dad, please. I want to talk to my dad, please. >> Yeah, we can. >> Hey, Wiggles. You had every opportunity. >> No, not anymore. >> It's okay. Come on. >> Oh my god. I need help. Help. Help. Help. Help. Oh, to my step kicking. >> Okay, >> then get up and sit in the chair. You got >> There you go. There you go. >> You got the hat. We got that. Here's your hat. >> Is what it is. No. >> Push your >> I asked you for this. I asked you for this. Oh my dad. >> I I swear to God my dad willing you. You have no idea who the you're messing with. My dad willing you and I'm [laughter] being stupid. My dad will literally you. So worry about it. He will in the next week. I promise you. My dad >> get the elevator. >> Okay. Where's my phone? Your phone and stuff is in here. So, you're going to sit down. >> I thought they said her name was like Gina or something. What was it at the beginning? Now it's Christina. >> And you're going to listen to this officer. >> Sit down. Put the feet up right now. >> No. No. >> Do you think we got an AP up upstairs? >> Yeah. >> Help. Help. >> Go get an AP, man. >> Just let me know if there's one upstairs or not. [laughter] >> Yep. They gave us a list at the end. Dude, >> can you stop? >> No. No. No. >> Well, Jason, to be fair to her, I think she I think the descript the video said she was 19, so yeah, she's an adult technically, but >> a woman like this is wrong with you. >> We're trying to be nice to you. >> No, you're not. >> Be nice. I don't care. >> Oh, Miss Gina. Okay, we're not going to kill you. >> Go ahead. Just relax. >> Okay, I had 27. >> Different colors. >> PE took a photo with that. >> Yeah. So, she can brought in her alcohol, [laughter] please. >> Ma'am, >> good point. Good point. Okay. Let me see. >> Yeah. Xanax. >> What is that? It's >> a zany. >> Xanax. Zani with alcohol. That's why she's so jacked up. >> Yeah. >> And she doesn't have a prescription bottle. >> Got a lot of >> Why did Why are you putting me in handcuffs? >> Cuz she weren't talking to >> Let me talk to my father. >> Sorry. It was And then did it to herself. >> Let me talk to my father, please. Let me talk to my father, please. >> I'm I'm a young I'm a young woman. I am I We can see that. >> I need to talk to my father. This is so wrong. >> No, we're in Georgia. Savannah, Georgia. >> This is so wrong. >> She's so high. She doesn't even know where she is. She's in Savannah, Georgia. >> Please. I'm not trying to fight with you. I just I just want to talk to my father. >> Please. >> Jail when you sober up. >> Sir, the only thing you do is contact jail. >> Please. Just please let me speak to him. >> Your dad told you to let What did your dad say to you? >> What' your father say to you? >> I'm I'm >> What did your father say to you? Did he >> follow our right now? Just sit here. >> My father did not say that. Are you [ __ ] [ __ ] >> That's why he told me before he Well, not now. Oh, so they did. They called her dad and the dad said, "All right, young lady, listen to what they're telling you. Don't make things worse." [screaming] >> I got to make sure. >> Listen up. Listen up. >> STOP MY PHONE. LET ME TALK TO MY DAD. >> TALK to my dad. You're too high. Calm down now. >> No. [crying] >> We also We also need to search her pockets just in case she might have extra drugs. >> She's good. >> Wait till you see the mug shot. >> Good. >> No. No. >> Yeah. >> Oh, no. No. Talk to my dad. [screaming] Talk to my dad. >> Please my dad. >> But she's a lot safer than getting arrested. >> Yeah. Right now, going to jail for her is much safer than just leaving her in the airport in that state. >> I need to talk to my father. Mom, what are you doing? >> You know what I mean? I got to go. I have to grab my legs now. >> No, >> I want to talk to my dad. Come on. I'm a young girl. No, >> I just want to talk to him. Got >> a seat belt. Yeah. Got it. Just let >> Well, yeah. Well, that's the problem with being 19. You don't have a whole lot of experience with prescription medication and alcohol. And I mean, we've seen adults do the same thing. They mix prescriptions with alcohol in the airport and they end up in the same situation. >> Push all you want. PUSH ALL YOU WANT. MADAM, >> YOU'RE ADDING WARRANTY [screaming] CHARGES. ARE YOU GOING TO SLIDE ME? What would you do? What are you going to do? [clears throat] Go ahead. Hit me. I don't care. I don't care. >> The woman was charged with obstruction. >> Whoa. Damn it. Hold on. Let me see if I can mug shot. The woman, >> there's her mug shot. That's her without the wig. Kind of see why she wears it. She's got the same thing I got going on. A little thin up there. >> Was charged with obstruction, public drunkenness. >> All right. And before they read these out, I got to lean in a little bit. Uh she's had cocaine, methamphetamine, amphetamine, um hydrocodone, and the uh the Xanax, which would be a benzoazipene. So, she had a whole lot with her. >> 13 counts of felony drug possession. Dangerous drugs not in an original container and drugs not an original container. >> All right. I think that was the view from the other side. Uh that was the officer on the other side. So they closed one door and then he was trying to keep keep her feet in and she kept kicking him. So uh Oh yeah, she was a mess. All right, that is all I've got for today. Let me make myself big.
