[music] Heat. Heat. >> [music] [music] >> Heat. Heat. [music] >> [music] >> Happy Monday, everybody. All right, we have got a whole bunch of videos. I found a bunch of short ones. So, uh, usually I'd get like six to eight in. I've got 10 today. Uh, the usual stuff. DUIs, people resisting arrests, not wanting to cooperate, wanting to make things worse for themselves. I even got what do I have? No, just one airport video. Hopefully Parson shows up because he loves the airport videos. Uh, let's see. Yeah, I'm just going to get started with the first video because I got a lot of them. Um, I forgot what this one Oh, uh, this guy. Jeez. He reports that one of his friends stole his firearm and the officer, okay, I'll go over and check it out. and he just he can't control himself. Uh I don't want to spoil too much. >> 20th, 2025, officers were dispatched following a report of a stolen firearm. >> You involved in all this stuff? >> No, I called. >> Oh, you called me? >> Yes, sir. I don't know what he's yelling at. He just said you're harassing him. >> What? >> Hey, I'm not sure what the he's got going on. >> Do you know him? >> No, not at all. That's not who the I called about. But >> Okay. >> So, what's going on today? You said your buddy stole your gun or something? >> Uh, yeah. So, we >> Where do you stay at? Right here. >> No, I don't stay here. This is my dad's house. I My >> It's a lot. I guess I'm going to lay on you. But my girlfriend broke up with me today. What's her name? It doesn't matter. >> But I took my weapons from the house obviously because they're mine. Okay. >> They're all registered to you and everything like that. >> Of course. I have my Ford. I can show you and everything. Well, actually, I can't because they have my book bag. But, so I went to my friend's house. I put my guns in his safe and they were going over to somebody's house and I I literally did not even know, but they took both of my guns. >> Okay. without me knowing. And so they said that they're not giving them back. And I told them, I'm going to call the police. Like, you're not going to just have my guns. That makes zero sense. They can't do that. >> So you So they told me something about a safe. Were they in a safe? >> Yes, they were in a safe. >> She knew the code or you or >> No, it it just stays at the same. I mean, this is like my best friend. Okay. >> Like that's why I wasn't telling names and [ __ ] I'm not trying to be weird or anything, but he I told them not to bring the guns and they brought the guns without me knowing. >> Mhm. And so [ __ ] started to hit the fan. There was some guy that was going to come over and they were going to get in a fight, whatever. And I told them, "Oh, they asked for my guns." And I told them, "You're not gonna have my guns to go fight somebody like that. It's not happening. They're like under my name. Everything is valid. I have Floyd. I have" and >> And they took them anyways. >> And they took them anyways. >> I need to know their names. I need to know their names. >> I'll give you their address. I won't give you names, bro. >> Well, uh, here's here's where I'm at. If somebody stole stole your guns, >> they're right up the street. You can go I'll show you where they live. I'm not going to tell you names though. That's just my respect to my friends. I'm sorry. >> Okay. So, if you here here's where I'm at. If you >> right across the street from Visitation, you know who it is. He's been in trouble multiple times. >> I'm not I'm really not sure if >> you probably are sure who it is because he's been caught for a big thing in private. >> I've only been on since January. I don't know a lot of people's names, but that's fine. I just >> Jeffree and Augustine. >> Do you want to press charges against him for having your >> I don't want to press charges. No, >> but he's a felon. >> My [ __ ] back. No, I don't. Not that I know of. I just want my things back. >> Was there any So, anything else other than the gun? There was money in there. They take your money. >> No, I have my money. There's money in my bag. >> Okay. >> But I mean, they have everything. I have my bag, my coat, my car keys, my car is parked in front of their house, my gun, four mags. There's two regular mags. >> What's the address over there? Do you know it? >> I don't know the address. >> Can I just ride with you, bro? >> No, we're not going to do that because I don't want to cause any problems. I >> I I won't I won't get out the car. I know, but especially cuz they have guns and stuff like that. >> Okay, that's fine. >> Got guns, too. >> I know. I'm just saying there's there's no reason to take it there cuz what I can do >> I don't want to get amped up. I just I just want to see. >> Do you just want your stuff back is what you want? >> Yes, man. I just walked in and he just has the gun like this right in my face with with one loaded, man. There's one in the head. >> That's That's why I don't want you going back over there. >> No, I just want to sit in your car. I just want to see the reaction when he's sitting in the back of your car. >> I'm not going to do that. Probably actually going to call a couple other people and then we're going to go over. >> I know. So, let me ride. >> So, you're starting to get kind of a flavor of where this is going. [laughter] He wants to be there and watch him get busted and dragged out in handcuffs. >> With you. This is [ __ ] man. >> We're not going to do that. I know it is. >> I'm going to walk. I mean, I I >> Okay, that's fine. I'm just saying I >> Just let me ride with you. >> It'll go smoother. It'll go >> I will sit in the back. Just let me ride with you. >> Give me Give me a quick second. I'm going to make a phone call. >> Sit in the back. You can cuff me, bro. >> You're fine. We'll we'll figure that out in a second. I'm going to go >> see the reaction because this is absolutely ridiculous. He just told me he loved me 30 minutes before he stole my gun to shoot me in the face. >> Okay. All right. >> I just want to see the >> I'll be right back with you. I'm going to make some phone call, man. >> No, I get it. All right. Listen, we a couple of us are going to go over there. Um >> I'm going to leave. That's That's fine. If you do that, you do that. But I'm just saying there's no reason to risk anything cuz if he gets aggravated and they got firearms, I don't want you to be in the middle of >> scared. You won't let me sit in the back of your car. I'm not going to do that because I'm not going to take the liability of having you in the back of my car when we're going somewhere that there's loaded weapons. That's fine. It's right down the street. If you want to go over there, I can't stop you. But we're going to head over that way. Okay. >> All right. >> Hey, how's it going? >> Is this It is okay. How's it going? You got uh He was having trouble over the weekend. >> Uh Augustine. >> Yes. I am >> Okay. Are they here? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Greg. >> Okay. >> Just wait. >> Hi. There's this guy behind you. What's he doing? >> Yeah. >> Hang out over here, man. I don't want to flare him up or go hang out with a couple. >> He just couldn't resist staying away. >> Yeah, they was that was raining outside, but this guy got a pistol. He want to kill everybody, so he said, "Take the pistol away." Okay. >> Who's got the pistol? >> My We got it here. Okay, hold on. >> He wanted to play with a gun and I wouldn't like it. >> What's going on, dude? >> So, >> oh, he was threatening to use it. >> So, where's where's this gun at? He had two of them. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> And I grabbed one and I threw one at him and we took off. And today we're finding out how his run-ins with police went from a pretty simple trespassing call to a full-on chase. It all started Friday, May 2nd, 2025 at around 5:00 p.m. when St. Charles police were called to Major. Loss Prevention told officers Benjamin had already been banned from the store [music] since September. Apparently, he decided to come back anyway. And while he was there, they say he was pulling the security device off a $200 Nebo power bank. But here's where things get interesting. Before [music] officers even got inside, dispatch was telling them Benjamin had three outstanding warrants. >> Two out of Illinois counties and another [music] from the Wisconsin Department of Corrections. So, watch how quickly this turns into a chase through the store. >> Hey man, >> three warrants. >> What's going on? >> Um, do you know you trespass from this property? >> Say what? >> Do you trespass on this property last year? We just don't decide >> leave then. I mean, like like >> No, you have to come with us. So, here's the thing. >> I got to call it worse. So, here's a weird thing. >> Really? >> We don't decide to just come here and just bother you. We got a call. That's why we here. >> Who Who called you? >> Okay. So, >> no. Come on, man. Like, like like that's first of all, that's profiling. >> It's not profiling. >> Profiling. Yes, it [laughter] is profiling. How do you know my name is Ben? >> Profiling. The 34 year old woman was charged with driving while licenses suspended, resisting an officer without violence, failure to obey police, running a stop sign, and a tag light violation. Driving while license suspended, resisting, and failure to obey police were all dropped by prosecutors. Her tag light violation was eventually dismissed after she provided proof of compliance. and for running a stop sign, she pleaded no contest where adjudication was withheld, meaning that the judge didn't formally adjudicate her guilty, but the woman still accepts the ruling, any penalties or sentencing. And in some, her total financial penalties were $266. The woman secured a diversion agreement where within 30 days she had to complete 25 hours of community service, a 4-hour anger management course, $100 prosecution cost, and proof of a valid driver's license. And if she successfully completed this, the state would abandon prosecution entirely. No jail or probation sentencing were involved considering this was a pretty minor case. You want to give it to him? >> Do I want to give it to him? >> No. >> I want to get him a gun and shoot himself. That's what I wanted. >> Ma'am, [laughter] >> all right. All right. >> The woman was placed under arrest and charged with battery, disorderly intoxication, and resisting arrest. Thanks for watching and remember to like, [music] comment, share, and subscribe for more of our content. Well, it's technically not a threat. She didn't say, "I want to get a firearm and do something to him." She just said, "I I want him to get one." And all right. Next, we have another couple at a gas station. Lady Parks uh or she has a handicap placard or I forgot what it was. It was some some minor dispute over a handicap placard and they turn it into a whole circus and one of them gets tased. >> Boom. >> Get back. You're going to get too. >> Is that your handicap placard? >> That's my wife. >> Okay. So, your wife wants to be difficult over a simple question >> and now she wants to make decision. So, the problem that I have is I was just ask I was being courteous by asking if it was hers and instead of rolling down the window just so I could ask her, she just kept pointing to it and now she just wants to play this game with me. So, technically, I could go write her $250 ticket and I can confiscate the handicap placer for her using it when she's not using it. And it was just going to be a simple. >> I I I don't know the laws about using the handicap placard, but he's saying she could get a ticket for using it without using it. conversation of, hey, just go park the car over there. And now she wants to turn into this. >> So, let's not do that. >> Yeah. >> Get in the car. >> Sure. And I'm going to get her driver's license and I'm going to run it and I'm going to see if she has any other prior. This is ridiculous. Like, this doesn't have to be It was a simple yes or no question. >> That's She has a hand. >> I don't know why. >> She put it up there after I was like, "Hey, do you have it?" And she put it up there. So, I I need to go in the store now. >> Well, no, but you're right now you're detained and you're staying with me over maybe. I don't know. >> So, you don't have me pulled over >> for a violation of the handicap law. So, I driver's license. >> I'm not violating anything. You don't have any lights on me. You don't have me pulled over, sir. >> You are stopped. I am telling you in uniform that you are being stopped and detained right now. >> For what? >> For a violation of the handicap placard. >> You want to bother me for nothing, sir? I'm sitting here batting my business. I didn't bother you. I didn't say nothing. You're right. You're absolutely right. You're absolutely right. >> Like I told your husband, I noticed the placard wasn't in the window. You don't have a handicap plate. >> I ask you about it. You hang it up there. I ask you if it's yours, you just keep pointing it to me. You won't answer any question. >> What you say? I s my >> Okay. So, I got a feeling if she would just calm down, hand the license over. He'd run the license and give her a warning. >> Window is up. >> I asked you to roll the window down >> and I let it when YOU LET IT DOWN. I SAID YES to my driving. Yes. So, it's it's very simple. If you want to be petty, I can be petty because >> because you're in violation of the handicap placard by using it in a parking space and not using the spot because your husband's inside. You can't use the parking spot with a handicap placard and let your husband go in. >> Yes. >> So, that's all I was going to simply say to you. >> And you didn't even you can't even get that far because you scared to talk. >> You're right. I couldn't get that far because you wouldn't you wouldn't reason with me. You're like, "I'm just going to move. I'm going to leave." >> I said, "Oh, just move at the park then. What's wrong with moving? If you say I'M INVOL. OKAY. WELL, I'LL move you ticket. I was sitting right here. YOU WOULD HAVE GAVE MY CAR A TICKET. >> ABSOLUTELY. >> SO, get my car ticket then or I move. What does my license have to do with anything? >> Because you're the occupant of the running vehicle with that handicap placard. So, I'm going to issue you. >> Then what? >> I'm going to issue you the citation. >> If I'm not in here, then >> now it's a cit. Now it's it's a ticket. >> Issue me the citation. >> Don't make it worse. >> That's after the fact. You're You're not in violation. >> That's after the fact. I want your driver's license. >> What? >> Because I'm going to write you a citation for violating the handicap plate. I've explained it to you twice. >> I'm not violating. >> You're using the handicap spot that you're not using. >> So, it's very simple. I can get your driver's license and write you a petty ticket >> or I can arrest you. I really don't want to do that. I just want to write the ticket and go. But you want to be argumentative. So, here >> it is. >> Robert, call your kids from home. >> Here it is. Driver's license. Thank you very much, Tiffany. Or jail. The choice is yours. If you're going to run away, I'm going to go get a warrant for your arrest. >> Get out of the car. >> Get out of the car. No. Move. You move. >> Whoa. Whoa. Whoa. >> Get out of the car. Get out of the car now. >> Get out of the car now. >> Get out of the car now. >> Get out of the car now. I'm going to break the window. >> Back up. Don't stand over there. >> Get out of the car now. Get out of the car. You are under arrest. Get out of the car. >> She's not under arrest. Get out of the car. >> Get out of the car. >> You are under arrest. Get out of the car. >> Technically, she did break the law, but I have a feeling if she had a completely different attitude from the beginning, he would have run her license and if it was clean, she would have gotten a warning. Don't do that again. >> You are under arrest. Get out of the car. You are under arrest. Get out of the car. >> Thank you. >> You are UNDER ARREST. BACK UP. BACK UP. DON'T DON'T PUT YOUR HANDS on me. >> I done put my hands on you. Back up. >> Get out of here. Back up. >> Now he's going to make arrest. I'm not. >> BACK UP. >> YOU'RE GOING TO BE UNDER ARREST, TOO. >> Come on. Turn around. Put your hands behind your back. >> You know what? >> Taser. Taser. Taser. Taser. There you go. >> Oh, >> get back into the ground. >> Taser deployment. >> You know what? >> We can watch that again. >> Taser. Taser. Taser. Taser. >> Whoa. >> Get back. You're going to go. >> Thank you, Tony. >> Taser deployment. >> SIT DOWN. >> GET OUT. >> Turn around. PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. YOU ARE UNDER ARREST. >> I got the cough. They just couldn't. Neither one of them could stay calm. >> I couldn't do nothing. >> I ain't did nothing. >> You are under arrest. >> I just come from a funeral. >> You sitting up there. >> You [ __ ] You [ __ ] ain't right. >> AIN'T NOBODY >> YOU ARE UNDER ARREST. >> For obstructing. I've said it a 100 times now. >> Can't stay calm. >> You [ __ ] ain't right. >> Yeah. Well, too bad. >> Yeah. >> You [ __ ] ain't right. >> Is that what it is? You got your daddy down on the ground and they trying to arrest me. >> Well, >> they now they're kind of hot, but they didn't start off that way. It started off nice and calm and he was talking to her calmly and she was arguing. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> For what? >> Put your hands behind your back. >> This is what you want to do. Put your hand behind your back. >> Behind your back. >> Why? >> I've explained it to you. >> Why? Why? Why? >> Stop. >> Put your hand behind your back under arrest. What do you mean? Do you record? >> Just listen. Just listen. >> Stop doing this to me. >> Put your hand behind your back. >> Ma'am. Ma'am. >> Just put your hands behind your back. [laughter] >> Where's the gun? >> What gun? >> You just said you have a gun. >> I ain't saying [ __ ] >> I CANNOT SAY NOTHING ABOUT THAT. YOU'RE LYING. I AIN'T SAYING NOTHING ABOUT >> STOP PULLING AWAY. You bothering me. YOU'RE GOING TO GET TASED AS WELL. >> FOR WHAT? >> YOU'RE going to GET TASED. FOR WHAT? >> CUZ YOU'RE RESISTING. PUT YOUR HAND BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> MY HANDS BEHIND MY BACK. >> WHAT Y'ALL WANT ME TO DO? >> PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. THAT'S ALL THEY'RE ASKING. >> STOP DOING THAT. >> That's all they're asking. >> Oh, that's right. You're meeting him today. >> Nah. cuz I'm going to move THE PARK TO ANOTHER PARK FOR Y'ALL. >> My handicap sticker. >> Could y'all get this on my husband? >> Thank you, Brad. >> Thing on you that's going to stick me pooping. You can walk right in front of the squad right here. >> I don't have nothing. >> Okay. Face the squad. >> Yeah. Just try to remain calm. >> You don't have anything on you. >> I got blood on me. >> Where do you have Where do you have blood? >> Thank you very much. Jesus. >> All right. Well, that's interesting. >> It's very interesting. I'm trying to get home to change myself. That's all I'm trying to do. >> Yeah. >> Sitting here to CHANGE MYSELF. TRYING TO GET people in their >> They just never grew up. >> Go over here. So what? >> Uh you're being placed in the back of the squad car so we can figure out what's going on. >> Very simple on the uh >> y'all. Just watch your head. Step in. >> We'll get him over there. >> I ain't do nothing. I'm going to move you from the man. >> All right. Do you want me to double lock them? >> Y'all took my phone and everything. >> Hey, can you can you just step out so I can double lock them so they don't cinch up on you in the car? >> What you mean? >> The handcuffs. I got to double lock them >> so they don't get tighter on >> Yeah. So they don't get tighter on you. >> So I got to just adjust the fit so they're not too tight on you. All right. >> Try to move to the next park over. >> Y'all broke my husband's chain and everything. Y'all >> that's how it started and she had to argue. She couldn't calm down. Y'all bogus. You done nothing. >> Some of us just showed up so we don't even know what was going on. >> I ain't done nothing. I ain't done nothing. I'm sitting in my car. My husband come out and y'all do all >> I don't know if you got a felony. >> Move to out the parking spot. >> Let me get out the parking spot. It's a problem. >> They told you not to move. >> They wanted your license. >> Park at a handicap spot then. >> Why can't I? If I'm handicapped. >> Are you handicapped? >> Yes, I am. >> Yes, I am. >> You have a pler. >> Don't you see it in the car? >> It sounds like it went further than just the handicap. >> It's in the car. >> All right. >> Okay. >> Have a seat. >> Besides your phone, do you need anything out of there? >> No. What? What am I being detained for? >> So, you're under arrest. Charged with resisting and obstructing. I didn't resist or obstruct anything. >> I was just told that on the transport. >> I didn't resist or obstruct anything. I didn't resist or struck anything. >> I have um tampons back. Walk up behind cops. I don't know about pads though. You sure you don't have anything in your car for that? >> I don't have anything. >> Okay. You want a tampon at least when we get back? >> Can you give my c my daughter? >> Tampon what? >> The car is being towed. >> For what? >> For what? All the things going on. I grabbed your phone. Do you need anything else? You got your purse on you with all your stuff. You don't need anything else over there. All right. Well, >> I don't know if they can tow the car cuz it's on private property. It' be up to the gas station if they want to tow it. >> I didn't do nothing. >> I didn't do nothing. I didn't do nothing. [sighs] It should have been, but she just she wasn't going for that. >> Let me off of you. I take your hand out and just place it on um in front of you right up here. >> Were these your cuffs? >> Would have been so simple. >> I don't know who. >> Well, she was talking about why she needed it. I I didn't need to hear that. a sec. Can you join? >> I know what they're for. I had sisters. I have sisters. >> All right. Well, that was a that was a fun one. Quick [snorts] one. Now, we got a lady uh a little girl actually. I don't know. I think she was like 18 or 19. She is bombed out of her gourd in the airport. And uh well, I'll just let it go. >> March 26th, 2025. Airport officers were dispatched following reports of an intoxicated passenger. Well, Gina, the way you're acting right now, they're not going to let you fly >> cuz you seem like you're intoxicated on something, right? So, >> have you had anything? Did you have some drinks last night or today? Just be honest. >> No, not today. Um, I just saw my sister and >> Okay. Well, right. You're acting like said let you fly. So, what time is your flight today? >> Right now, if you went to the gate, they probably would not let you board. >> So, but do me a favor. Finish tying your shoe. We don't want you to trip. >> What I'm telling you is that if they don't let me board, it's going to be a huge problem. >> Well, she has to take a >> So, >> I know I I >> I will do anything to avoid. Your thighs are dilated. Uh, and she's >> basically based on what they're saying, whatever she took, she took right before she like got on this plane. I think she was probably like uh [clears throat] kind of Xanax something to help her be calm. >> Miss Gina, we can't see her. I just need you to do me a favor. >> I'm not asking. >> No, no. I'm asking you. I'm asking you to get up so you can start walking so we can get you out of here. Okay. >> She's definitely calm. >> All right. So, I'll >> All right. It's not that bad. >> All right. >> All right. Well, do me a favor. >> My dad, when I was a kid, I told him I was nervous about flying. And he said, "There's no reason to be nervous. If something happens in the plane, before you even know it, the plane will have crashed and you'll be gone." Didn't help. >> Can you start walking forward a little bit? Cuz you are wobbling like no other. So, do me a favor. Take a seat right here. You don't have to sit back down, ma'am. Look, you're not in trouble yet, but I need you to start listening. You can sit down there. No. Well, then you need to stand up and show us that you can actually walk without any problems cuz right now you you have wavered. You're So stand up. Stand up, please. Let me talk TO MY DAD. YEAH, [screaming] >> but she's a lot safer than getting arrested. >> Yeah, right now going to jail for her is much safer than just leaving her in the airport in that state. >> I need to talk to my father. No, what are we doing? >> You know what I mean? I got her leg. [panting] No, >> I want to talk to my dad. Come on. I'm a young girl. >> No. >> I just want to get a seat belt. Go light. Will Yeah. Well, that's the problem with being 19. You don't have a whole lot of experience with prescription medication and alcohol. And I mean, we've seen adults do the same thing. They mix prescriptions with alcohol in the airport and they end up in the same situation. >> PUSH ALL YOU WANT. PUSH ALL YOU WANT. MADAM, >> YOU'RE ADDING WARRANTY OR CHARGES. What do you guys do? [snorts] >> [cough] >> Go [clears throat] ahead. Hit me. I don't care. I don't care. The woman was charged with obstruction. >> Whoa. Damn it. Hold on. Let me see if I can mug shot. >> The woman. >> There's her mug shot. That's her without the wig. Kind of see why she wears it. She's got the same thing I got going on. A little thin up there. >> Was charged with obstruction, public drunkenness. >> All right. And before they read these out, I got to lean in a little bit. Uh she's had cocaine, methamphetamine, empetamine, um hydrocodone, and the uh the Xanax, which would be a bzzoazipene. So, she had a whole lot with her. >> 13 counts of felony drug possession, dangerous drugs not an original container, and drugs not an original container. All right. I think that was the view from the other side. Uh that was the officer on the other side. So they closed one door and then he was trying to keep keep her feet in and she kept kicking him. So uh Oh yeah, she was a mess. All right, that is all I've got for today. Make myself big. That's all I've got for today.
