[music] [music] [music] Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. [music] >> [music] [music] [music] [music] >> Hello. Happy Monday everybody. Uh, it looks like Mark sent everyone over to the vertical stream. So, if you don't want to be there, you'll have to find your way to the channel homepage and find the regular stream. I should stop calling it the regular stream. They're both regular. It's one's horizontal, one's vertical. Uh, let's see. Right when we get started, Fargan Bastage, thank you very much for being a member for one month. Hola. All right, Alana, how you doing? Randy, good to see you. Yes, I'm uh some of you who didn't see my post earlier are probably wondering, "What the hell is he doing uh streaming on a Monday?" I'm changing my schedule. Um I've been fiddling around with the schedule, trying to find good times that work for me and don't overlap with other people, and I gave up. I just need a consistent schedule. So, from now on, I'll be doing Thursday to Monday, 2 o'clock Eastern every sing five days straight. That'll just make it easy for me. Hopefully it makes it easy for you guys. Uh members, there is a poll up on my channel. Uh for the members only, I've got to reschedule that as well. The choices are between Tuesday at 8:00 p.m. or Friday at 6 p.m. Right now it's tied. I think 24 people have voted and it's tied 50/50. So go and vote in that. And uh whatever that is, we'll either do a members only this Friday or next Tuesday. I won't be able to do one tomorrow obviously because it's too soon. I want to give people a chance to to answer the poll. Wixom, thank you very much for $2. I appreciate it. Let the Crown Wars begin again. All right, let's see here. Yes, I had uh physical therapy this morning. Um, actually this afternoon. I just got back like 20 minutes ago, so I knew I wasn't going to make it back by 2, but I scheduled my physical therapy for next week and I'll be able to do 2:00. So, I know it's confusing. I promise I'll make it simple at some point. Anyway, I've got a couple DUIs. I got some punk on a dirt bike who uh threatens an officer with a thumbtack. I don't know. A judge uh she gets a DUI and she was trying to fight the uh apparently trying to fight the release of the body cam footage and she fought and lost cuz it's out. Uh, then I got a lady who uh the lady from the thumbnail who stiffed a taxi driver for 28 bucks and puts on this whole act. Oh, I'm looking for the money. I'm looking for I could have sworn I paid him. I know I paid him. Yeah. Okay. It doesn't work out. Yes, Dr. Frankenstein is still working on things. [laughter] Always experimenting, never succeeding. Well, he did. He did succeed that one time. But first, we're going to start out with uh believe this one's from Body Cam Zero. This is a lady who got a DUI. She keeps arguing that the officer wasn't clear enough, and he wasn't. When he asked her if she wanted to do the FSTs as far as what would happen one way or the other, in my mind, it doesn't really matter cuz all those do is just allow them to gather more evidence. So, he actually did a favor by not explaining it. But let's see what she does. >> Fondo me. I promise I'm not trying to fondle you. >> It's okay. I wouldn't blame you. It's a knife. Nice. >> How did you get parked like this? >> Parked like this? >> Yeah. >> I just I just got bad death procession. >> When did you get here? How long have you been here? >> I literally just got here. >> You just pulled in here? >> Okay. Where you coming from? >> Literally. Um I was kind of from [music] um >> She sounds great. >> That way we were heading to our friend's house to to go crash tonight. >> Okay. And you just >> But then I seen my buddy here, so I stopped. Oh, >> okay. Well, my sergeant was down here at that intersection up there. He said when you turned, you struck the curb. What's up with that? [music] >> I You know why? >> Yeah. My power steering is [ __ ] >> Okay. >> Oh yeah, it's power steering. >> I mean I mean I would like you can get in and check it. Like my power steering is messed up. >> Sure. >> Okay. So you just had trouble with getting the car to turn around. >> Yeah, I did. [music and singing] >> Okay. All right. Well, here I got something for you. Okay. So >> an alcoholic beverage from you. How many drinks have you had tonight? >> Um how many drinks have I had tonight? >> Yes, ma'am. >> Maybe like one. >> One. What was it? Oh, it's always two. >> Um, I think it was um some beer. >> Beer? What kind of beer? >> Yeah. >> Like, do you know which one it was? >> PVR. >> Okay. How big was the can >> or was it a bottle? >> Um, it was probably like 8 o 8 o. >> Okay. >> That was an 8 oz can. >> Here's what I want to do. >> Cuz you went and left the roadway and hit the curb and then came down here and now you're parked in this spot crooked and everything that I have. I want to run you through some standardized foot sobriety just to make sure you're safe to drive. Is that something that you're cool with? >> I mean, I guess I got to be, right? >> No, no, it's up to you. It's optional. I'm just asking if you're cool with it. Like, if you're fine with doing >> Am I allowed to say no? >> You can if you want to. >> Okay. No. >> Okay. All right. Do me. Turn around. >> Yeah. >> There you go. >> Now, here's the part where she starts to complain because he didn't explain what happens when you say no. She's too drunk to realize it doesn't matter whether she said yes or no. She was going to jail. Put those hands behind your back for me, please. >> What? >> There you go. Just like that. All right. >> No, it would be the thing. I didn't have an option. >> No, no, no, no. It's It's voluntary. So, I don't want you to do it just because I'm putting you in handcuffs. >> No, I want to do it. >> You want to do it? >> Yes. >> Okay. I'm I'm letting you know that you don't have to do it. It's not It's not like something that you have to >> I know. You didn't tell me that was the other option. So, you do want to do build sarati? >> Yeah, that's fine. >> And you're not wanting to do it just because I put handcuffs on you? >> No, it's just like you were like, "Do you want to do it?" And I was like, "Preferably not." >> Okay. All right. We'll just We'll just leave it like this. Okay. >> Yep. >> I don't need you to mess it up by doing it just because you're at home cuz >> So, I'm going to jail. >> Yes, man. You under arrest for DUI. Okay. >> Here. Turn around. That way, this officer can search you. Okay. >> But you spread your legs on me, please. didn't let me do the field sobriety. >> You said you didn't want to do it. Spread your leg because you didn't tell me that was the other option. >> Do me a favor. Spread your legs. >> Yes or no? Those are the options. >> I'm I'm confused because >> No, you're not. >> Told you to spread your legs. Okay. Let this officer say >> relax. Relax. >> No. Hold up. >> Relax. >> You ain't got to touch me like that. >> Relax. Touch your legs. >> Relax. She's trying to search. But I I I don't need somebody touching me like that. >> Well, I asked you to spread your legs, man, but you didn't >> because I told you I would do the other thing that you thought that I could do. >> Stop moving. Okay. Stop it, >> ma'am. Please don't do it. >> Stop it. What are you doing? >> Yeah, that's what she doesn't understand is if she had done the FSTs, all they would do, all that would do is just give them more evidence against her. So, it he did her a favor. >> I got [ __ ] issues, man. >> Hey, Charlene. though. Okay. >> No, I got people me in issues. Can you please let go of me? >> Just let this officer search you. Okay. >> Really triggering the [ __ ] out of me, man. >> Just let this officer search. Okay. Relax. >> No, this [ __ ] this shit's really triggering the [ __ ] I'm can't like if anything she checked me because >> she is searching usually say spread your feet for holding on to me. Cuz you keep moving >> because you you didn't make me options. >> You got that's up. >> Yes or no? >> Just stand still. Okay. Let her search you. >> God damn, dude. >> Like, why are you Why does it need to be this many people? >> She was very surprised. You can you can barely hear him in the background, but there's some clown in the background. Why do they need so many officers? She wasn't even doing anything. >> Soriety test, >> man. Shut up. >> Not for me. That'll be >> all good. >> Thank you, man. I can take it from >> Oh, well, let me read her unlock first. >> All righty, man. I got something to read for you. Okay. >> What I'm saying? >> I know you said I >> shut up. Stop talking. >> You stop talking. >> Now, that's good advice. The person in the background, whoever it is, is telling her, "Stop talking." Perfect advice. >> All right, we're gonna walk back this way because our friends are getting here. We're gonna walk back this way. Okay. >> Stop talking. >> Walk back this way. Just walk. >> Stop talking. >> No, because you ain't >> Just walk. What are you doing? >> No, because >> No, man. >> Just go. Come on. What are you doing, >> bro? >> Because you ain't make it clear to me what was going on. >> Have a seat. Have a seat. >> Have a seat. No, [screaming] >> ma'am. If you fight with obstruction, okay? I'm trying to give you a break cuz I see there's a drone, >> but I need you to sit down in the car. >> Anybody can do this. >> Sit down in the car. Please sit down in the car. >> I can't do this, man. >> Or he's going to pull you in. >> Sit down. He's going to pull you in. >> Please help me out. [screaming] >> Slide backwards. Slide backwards. >> Slide backwards. >> No. No. She's okay. >> No, >> I gave you the chance to do it yourself. You didn't. >> I tried to. I didn't understand that. You didn't explain to me. >> You filtered already. Okay. >> No, you you didn't explain it to me. >> Sir, he didn't explain it to me. >> He said, "Do you want to do this?" And I was like, "Well, if I don't have to, I don't have to." He said, "Okay, I'm arresting you." >> I didn't understand. That's what that meant. He did not implicate that to me. >> It was all right. >> He did not clear to me. >> He did not make that. >> I need to get the door shut. >> He did not make that clear to me. >> Just yank those legs. Legs. >> No, her legs. Her legs. Yank them legs. >> Thank you. >> No. >> There we go. >> Calm down. >> Hey, Sarge. can't come down here. >> You're not going to explain everything to me. >> I'm trying to. I need you to listen. Okay. >> No, it's not. You're not trying to. >> You haven't been cooperative. I need you to listen. >> Yes, I have. >> Okay. Listen to what I'm telling you. >> And I told you. >> Did you just slip your cuffs off >> and I told you like if if you had told me what was going on, then I would have known. You didn't say, "Hey, if you like >> if you if you don't want to do this, then I'm arresting you." That's >> That's not right. >> Okay, ma'am. >> Excuse me. >> I'm trying to read this. >> The state of Georgia's conditions your privilege to drive upon the highways of this state upon your submission to state administered chemical test of your blood, breath, urine, or other bodily substances for the purpose of determining if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. But it >> about that. Nothing. >> I think what the officer is trying to say is if he said that that could be her lawyer in court could argue that it was coercion. >> I'm very confused. >> Okay. Thanks, man. >> Smoke. So >> only here. Come on, man. Come on, man. >> Hey, Lisa, can you get out of the car for me, please? >> Yeah, he did mess up, but it worked out for her. So, >> all right. Well, man, we wouldn't be here right now if you just cooperate. >> You probably be fine in the morning. >> I was trying to cooperate. >> Like, >> you slipped your cuff several times. I told you to just sit there while I got a warrant for your blood cuz you didn't want to give blood voluntarily and you just kept slipping cuffs. >> Like, if if you sat there in the handcuffs and not have slipped your cuff so many times, you wouldn't be in >> home tonight. Can I please >> Can I >> Can I please just do my [ __ ] thing like you told me to do? >> She's still going on about the field sobriety test. That's why I'm applying the war. >> I don't think she is. >> No, I didn't. >> You You did not say yes. You said that >> I didn't say no. You said that you only knew under a condition and then you wouldn't reply when I told you and asked you for it again. >> That's why we're here. >> I didn't say what I was down to do that. >> So you do want to give blood. >> Yes. Please God. >> She's desperate to do it. [laughter] >> All right. Come on, man. Let's get you inside that way we can get this off of you. Okay. Oh, behind you. >> Well, that's just it. There isn't a charge for that. I mean, you maybe they could get her for obstruction at the most. Resisting another resisting charge, but there's there's not really a charge for slipping your cuff. >> You bet some just a little bit. >> Fondle me. >> I promise I'm not trying to fondle you. >> It's okay. I wouldn't believe you. It's some nice ass. >> All right, cool. Bam. The next thing you're going to sign for me is going to be her hip on hip and it's a privacy statement. Go ahead and sign. >> Oh, it did not go through. >> Oh, no. Yeah, it wasn't red. You can go now. >> Maybe. I've never seen it though. >> One second. >> Hold on. >> And then that one signed just >> really small form. >> No, I want to show you something. >> There's nothing that you can show me. All right. That's what's on. >> Well, I think it could be. I mean, I'd consider it escape, but I've never seen it charge. >> All right. >> Are you good to go or do you >> Yeah, Georgia. I don't think there is. >> Yes, your honor. I mean, if we if I can present it real quick, that'd be great. >> Okay. >> That way they can't say she didn't. She did it just because we had to zip tie her. >> Well, I don't want to do both. Uh, so if she consent it, then uh you probably want to go with that. We don't want to do both. >> Yeah, she uh she what's it called? She uh said it was fine uh that we get the blood screening. >> Yeah, let's do that because you don't want to then you know you don't want to put anything that might >> uh suggest that the consent was not uh >> Hey, Karina, thank you very much. Good to see you. >> Oh, okay. I see what you're saying. >> You know what I mean? Like you second guessed it. You don't know. >> Lady got a DUI. All right. I see what you're saying. >> I'm sorry. It just took me so long. >> We still got a little more action then in this one. >> Oh, no. You're fine. >> Brand new computer and it just took a while. >> All right, Miss Elizabeth. >> Let's cut these zip ties off for you. Okay, >> please. >> Please. >> Nice. Ryan, thank you very much for the silver star. The two gems. I'm so glad that Streamyard this is I think they must have just updated this. It's finally showing up. Thank you very much. I understand. I'm going to clamp down on it. It might get a little tight for a second, but it'll loosen back up. Okay. >> Yeah, pretty much work. >> It's going to be better than what it is. >> Hurts like Thank you very much. Just dizzy tongue. >> Ow. >> I don't know. >> Hey, John. Good to see you. >> This one's going to hurt the worst cuz I'm going to have to get >> What the heck? Well, it doesn't get much worse. >> Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, >> stop. Stop. Stop. >> And for those of you who weren't here a few minutes ago, a little bit of a headphone warning. She's about to start up again. >> Relax. It's going to pinch me. [laughter] >> I have to get the zip so they can cut it off. >> I told you that it's going to pinch you. >> Grabbing me. >> Relax. >> Grabbing me. >> Let me get this off. Okay. [laughter] >> No. Stop. It hurts. Stop pushing me down. >> Ma'am, I need you to stay still. Okay. I'm trying to cut off >> pushing me down. >> Stop trying to get up. [screaming] >> Well, I'm sorry to hear that. >> You hurt. I'm sorry about [laughter] that. There's nothing I can do. >> I don't know how to do a poll. Damn. It has a I'll have to figure that out sometime. [screaming] Look at that. >> Ah, >> comes off very easy. >> The more you know. >> See, man. We wouldn't have had to zip tie you in the first place if you hadn't slipped your cuff so many times. Okay. Why don't you have a seat up here in this chair? Okay. >> Calm and rational. >> Let's get out, Da. Let's have a seat in the chair. Okay. >> Here. Cool. Stand up. >> Really? Elizabeth, >> you just >> I need you to stand up. Okay. >> I did not know that. >> It's been a while since I've been arrested. >> I know that the zip >> I need you to stand up. Okay. >> Hurt me. >> Elizabeth, stand up. Okay. >> All right. Come on. Usually stand up. >> She said two PBRs, >> ma'am. Yeah, of course, >> ma'am. >> Miss Elizabeth, these guys are here or my man. And >> well, >> at least laying on the floor in the hospital. You know, it's been cleaned recently. >> Is here to draw your blood. Okay. >> You said that that was what you were on. They're here. We don't want to hold up their time. Okay. >> Erica, thank you very much for the $2. All right. Hit 900. That's awesome. Thank you very much to the new subscribers. I appreciate it. >> So, if you're going to give them the blood, let them take the blood and then we can talk about everything else that happened after the fact. >> You can be upset at us and you can be frustrated about what's happened. >> But you can't get up. We can't be curling up in this position right now >> in a fetal position. Come on. >> I know that your wrist hurt, man. >> Maybe. Maybe might do it. I don't know. I know that it hurt, ma'am. They're zip ties. They're definitely not comfortable. But you slipped your cuffs five times. >> I slipped five times. >> Okay. Well, I don't want to argue about how many times you slipped your cuffs, man. >> Well, I was a stupid kid, so >> let's get into this chair. Okay. >> One time. >> Wasn't always perfect. >> Okay. All right. Let's get up off the ground. Let's sit in the chair. >> You know, I think I could. >> Can do their jobs. Okay. >> But she has a boyfriend, so probably not. Oh my god. >> Come on. You got it. You'll be fine. >> Elizabeth, you are making this process unnecessarily longer than it needs to be. >> You've got Come on, girl. >> You've got to get up. >> Drawers are falling down. >> Here, [screaming] >> relax.
