Heat. Heat. [music] Heat. Heat. [music] Heat. Heat. [music] >> [music] >> Happy hump day everybody. Yeah, I know. Sunday I said I wasn't going to do a show tonight, but I missed you guys. had a nice uh nice Monday off and then yesterday I was getting bored and I said, you know, I don't think I'm going to be able to wait till Thursday to do another stream. So, I started looking for videos and found some for tonight. Uh let's see. And tonight, I do have the vertical stream going as well as the regular stream. I did pin the link to the full size the full screen uh stream in the uh chat for the vertical stream. So, if you find yourself in the vertical stream and you don't want to be there, just go down to the pin comment, click the link, and it'll take you over to the other one. I get to see everyone in the chat, no matter which stream you're on. So, whichever one you prefer, it's up to you. I don't mind. All right. Today, I've got a lady who went to her probation office, found out she had a warrant, and tried to run out of the probation office. That didn't work. She did get out of the building, but she didn't get away. Uh, I got a couple DUIs. Uh, one guy, I didn't watch the whole thing. I watched like the first few minutes. You know, sometimes you can get a a pretty good flavor of whether it's going to be a good video. The first couple minutes I was like, "Yeah, this is going to be good." It was a hit and run and the guy acts totally surprised and oh, I was just at the park with my dog. Yeah. Okay. Uh, let's see. I think I've rambled long enough. I'm going to go ahead and start the first video. It's the lady in the probation office finding out that she's got a warrant for her arrest. >> I wasn't there. >> I DON'T CARE. And C Dumps, late fee. Thank you for the $2. I do appreciate it. >> Hey, you. >> Okay. >> I saw you pull I thought you were just a car at first. I'm pulling away. No, he's just sitting there staring at me. He comes up to my car. I'm charging. He comes up, he puts his his his hand on my on my car. >> Oh, sorry to pause again, but Kendra also wants to thank me and congratulate me for 700 subs and C dumps five gifted memberships. Thank you very much. New members at 4:00 Eastern on Saturdays. I do my members only. >> And I go, excuse me. And sorry, I know you like just got here. I'm like I'm pissed off. I fell asleep. Like I I just worked 23 hours. I work at Lower Keys Medical Center. I'm sitting there. I'm charging my car. He comes up. He puts his hand on my car and I go, "Can I help you?" >> And he's like, "I'm security. You need to get the out of here." I'm like, like, "Chill, relax. Like, you could just ask me to leave. No problem." He's like, >> "Mayor, thank you very much for the $2 super chat. >> I got a video of you. You're not looking so good." I said, "I you could take a video of me all day. Like, I'm not doing nothing wrong." >> Okay. So, you just worked the whole shift of the year? I literally worked 23 hours. I worked from 6:30 in the morning >> yesterday morning and I got off at 5:00 this morning. So, so 22 and a half. >> So, are you staying here or why are you here? >> No, I plugged in my car like I'm waiting to go Tesla destination charge public. >> So, unless it unless they're um trust me, I've done my research. >> Unless there's a lot,00 pin it >> I don't have 700,000. Just 700. >> Put a pin on it. Unless they put a pin on it and like you have to like make an account like put your reservation. >> This is Road Runner. Good to see you. >> With Chargers. >> Okay. Yeah, I don't know about that but the Twitchy good to see you. >> So if they don't want you here, you know, >> and it is what it is. Like I'll go but like he came and I'm like like leave me alone. Like you got a video like I'll be honest like I was rude like you want to go to a video like go cuz he was being nasty immediately. >> Okay. Is it okay? >> Sorry to keep pausing it but you guys are being very generous. Charlene, thank you very much for five Australian dollars. That's like what? $7 US. >> If I get out of this guy, >> thank you. Um, it's all right. >> Yeah, he can feel bad. >> It's all right. >> Um, like he came up and like he was super aggressive. >> I wouldn't be able to keep up with chat. >> You want me just go like I'll just go like just come super aggressive like whatever. >> So he told me that I made contact with you, asked you to leave, then you left and then you came back. So basically at this point then they want you trespass from here. >> So you said you said you're local. You live live in Key West. >> I literally I work at Yes, I work at lower key. Like if he wanted me to leave, he could have just said my window was all the way down. He had >> Okay. Can you do me a favor? Roll both windows down. That's officer Young. She was >> It was as much as saying, "Hey, can you go?" No, I'm leaving. I have better things to do with my time. >> Okay. Do you have your driver's license? >> I don't know. I don't think I'll get that many. >> What? What happened to the car? Was it in a crash? >> I was Yeah, I got uh t-boned at a red light the other day. >> No way. What was this recent? >> Yeah, like a week ago. I'm waiting on insurance. No, I drive down. I I live part time here. Part time in Palm Beach. >> Okay. >> Um Palm Beach County. >> I don't. But I can give you my name and date of birth. >> You don't have your license on you? >> No, I don't think so. >> Okay, Alexa, you go. Just give me a second. Okay. Thank you. >> Hi. Okay, so she was charging Tesla. Yes, it is charging the Tesla. >> She was sleeping. >> Mhm. >> I asked her if she was okay. She's swinging back and forth and she said, "Why don't my >> Mhm. All right. Um, yeah, just give us a few minutes to uh wrap this up." And >> I just want her be >> And you want her trespass from here? Is that the case? Okay. Okay. I'll be back with you. >> Are you a nurse? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. I'm like all I probably have chop it on my face right now. >> No, you're fine. >> Like she's irritating. >> You work in the ignorant. No, I do not work in the ER. >> What do you work in the uh You said you said you're a nurse, >> correct? Yeah. No, that is a whole hospital. So, I'm a travel. So, I come in, I work where they need me to. >> Okay. So, >> So, but I'm down here for 2 weeks at a time. >> Okay. So, but you're going back to this hospital at Hey, Bill. Good to see you. That >> No, I go back at like 4 5:00. >> I think she might be a nurse. about 8 hours from now. 7 and 1/2 hours from now >> cuz you just you just told me you were going right back. >> Oh yes. >> No more cigarettes here. >> Okay. >> Like I literally like I came I plugged in. I knocked out of the charger. I have to eat and pretty much go right back. >> Okay. >> I'll knock out there for an hour. But like I don't I was explaining to her like he's ignorant. He has no idea what he's talking about. They're public chargers. If he doesn't want me to be here, there's 30 other chargers I can go plug in >> anywhere else. I'm not taking their electricity. I'm not taking up their spaces because technically if they have >> How are you not taking their electricity if you're using one of their charging stations? It uses electricity. >> Have the Tesla sign right there. Tesla charging only. >> He can ask me to leave. He can have small dicks to him. He can come up and act like a big bad guy. >> Yeah, >> I'll leave. Kudos to you for for doing your job. But he's completely ignorant with the situation. >> I'm not taking up their space technically when I'm parked fully in the spot. I'm not taking their electricity. M I'm also not going to cause problem because why am I sitting here wasting my time when I could be sleeping >> and I still haven't eaten so I have better things to do. >> Okay. Are you taking any medication? >> No, I'm not taking anything. >> So the biggest concern is basically what the the guard told me that you were kind of like passed out. Then you were like swaying around and you look like you were like there's something wrong. There's something going on. >> Okay. And my, you know, it's kind of funny like to specifically tell you my wife says don't fall asleep in your car >> because I she says you look high when you sleep and people are going to call on you. I like it's honestly >> Wait, wait, wait. Her wife says she looks high when she sleeps. >> How do you look high when you're sleeping? You look >> asleep. >> Like it's a joke. No, I'm not taking any medication. >> I'm not taking any uh prescription, whatever you want to call it. I'm a nurse. I live 23 and 12 hours. I'm tired. >> Had to charge that car. >> Okay. So, if you're that tired that you're basically passed out in the vehicle, like do you >> I had my seat back. I had >> No, what I'm saying is like I% that's where it caps. >> I just passed out for this time. Now I'm okay to drive. >> I'm okay to drive. >> Okay. Well, I don't know how much you get while you were trying to charge the vehicle. >> 5 and 1 half hours. I'm okay. Like I'm okay. I woke up. I'm pissed off. He came up. He was in my window was all the way down. He was in my face. I'm pissed. >> I'm irritated now. You, all due respect, you're taking on my time. Like, this is irritating. I know you're doing your job. You're on your job time, but no. Like, I have better things to do. That's why I'm like, I know I'm allowed to be here >> with with the fact that it's a Tesla public charger. >> I don't have time to sit here and argue with them. >> Okay. So, I just left. No, I didn't leave and come back. I have better things to do. >> Mhm. Okay. All right. Just give us a moment. Okay. All right, Alexa. Let's go over this one more time. You said you were going back to work, >> correct? Correct. Work out about 4 or 5:00. Yes. >> 4 4 or 5 in in the afternoon. >> 5:00. Like, I have to be there. I technically work at 5. Okay. >> So, I have to be in the parking lot changing my scrubs. Okay. >> So, where are you going now? Because that's still hours away. Yep. I got a V6. >> You know what time it is? >> I'm going to get food. What? >> E coyote. >> I plugged in my car. >> The issue is you were passed out in the vehicle. The issue is I saw the video of he that the guard took of you. Okay. Can I can I finish talking? >> I understand you're exhausted. Okay. But that's the another reason why we want to make sure you don't drive away and get in a crash. So, do we have somebody who can come and pick you up and drive you in the vehicle? >> Because I don't know if you're okay to drive. >> If she's a traveling nurse, I think different rules would apply. I don't know. I I never worked in the medical field, so what the hell do I >> I am okay to drive. >> Okay. Well, you say that, but you know, it's >> Would you like to follow me? I'm going to grab my Starbucks and go back to the parking lot. >> Yeah. >> So, you didn't answer the question. Where are you sleeping? >> I go to the shovel. >> Okay. >> What? >> You go where? I'm sorry. I didn't hear that. the KO up the KOA up in Sugar Lake. >> Okay, so that's >> I am okay to drive like this is just and I know that you guys are just doing your job. I respect I'm a process server and I work for Palm Beach County courts. I have a lot of respect for law enforcement. I'm not the person to get nasty, but like >> then you should have respect for Right. But you should have some respect then that if we decide that it's not okay for you to drive because you've been up and you're exhausted and maybe your driving faculties are impaired that that that's the call that that we make and we have to deal with it accordingly. >> Okay? >> Because you're a nurse. You know that if you're up 24 hours and you haven't slept that your faculties can become impaired. >> I just slept for 4 hours at the charger as you saw. Well, I saw you when you woke up and you look like a ghost. You were you were just like doing really weird stuff in the car. So, that's what I'm concerned. Like now you're talking to me. Now you woke up. I get it. I get it. >> Oh my god. Here we go with Mocha. Come on. >> Wait, what? I'm sorry. Okay. So, >> like everybody's just commenting like, "Do you want to follow me to the camera?" >> No, I don't want to follow you. I'm asking you. >> I do not have anybody. >> Okay. >> No, ma'am. I don't like Why is nobody >> This is just obnoxious. Like, dude wants to be a [ __ ] Of course, I'm knocked out like that. Like, come on. No, I'm going to go grab my stuff. >> I used to manage restaurants and I do 12 to 14 hour shifts and it was just a small sandwich shop. >> Starbucks. I'm going to grab my coffee and better move on with my life cuz this is embarrassing enough. >> Okay. Well, I mean, in that case, >> take care. >> Sorry, but like that's obnoxious. Like, it's not you. Like, you guys just saw a video of me like this. >> Okay. So, >> now everybody's like showing off. >> Here's what I'm going to tell you. Um, maybe it's cheap. >> They don't want you to come back here. Okay. So, this entire property, including the chargers for Tesla, you cannot come back here again. Okay. If you do, you'll you >> do you understand? >> Yep. Sure. >> Okay. All right. You're good to go. Drive safe. >> Appreciate it. >> Sorry. >> Oh, yeah. A naughty naughty nurse. >> A few hours later, officers received another call reporting that the woman had returned to the property. >> And I looked at the time stamp. This is 6 hours later. So, she went wherever she was going, got some rest, and came back to the exact same place that they just told her. You can't come back here or you're going to get arrested. >> I know. I'm waiting for my Starbucks. >> Ma'am, what's going on? >> Are you got to sleep in here? >> I am not. What's going on? >> You're not? >> Nope. >> Why? >> No, because I have a security guard. >> I'm sorry. >> I had a security guard. Oh, sorry. I had a I'm sorry. I have like a rash of some sort. >> What's going on? >> Nothing's going on. Can I help you? >> Why are you sleeping in the car? >> I'm not sleeping in my car. >> I'm literally sitting here itching at my Starbucks. I'm ready to go to work. I'm good. Can Can I help you? >> We were called out for you cuz or I was called out for you because you were here earlier today and >> Yeah, I was. And the security guard is an [ __ ] and now I came to my Starbucks before my shift and I'm going to go. I'm looking for my phone and and I just want to be left alone. Did they trespass warn you from here? >> No, I did not give a written warning. >> Blue flamingo, did they give you a verbal warning? >> Starbucks. >> Oh, this is Blue Flamingo's property. >> I'm here at Starbucks. >> This is Blue Flamingo's property, >> sir. I'm good. I'm here. >> Did they give you a warning? >> I did not get a written warning. >> Okay. Do you have an ID? >> I I do not. >> You don't have an ID on you? >> I did not do anything wrong. >> Well, >> I'm here for my >> I actually like her hair, but I'm partial to blondes. So, >> Starbucks. And that's it. >> I think you may have done something wrong. Let me go talk to him real quick. What's going on, man? She been here. She got trespass warned earlier today. >> She came back. >> Yeah. You guys want to tres press charges before? >> Oh, yeah. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> He's the one that that can I talk to him real quick? >> Yeah. >> What's going on, man? >> Um, so I can understand that she was here earlier today. >> She was trespassed this morning. You got >> this morning. Can I give her a full warning on that? >> She was giving a warning. Yeah. Yeah. Starbucks for that. >> You want her out of the property? >> Yeah. I doubt it. >> We don't want her to come back. >> Starbucks is part of our property. >> That harassing me all day. So, >> I've been harassing her all day. This is my case number. >> Okay. >> This morning. [laughter] >> All right. Put your hands behind your back. >> There we go. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Really? >> No. No. Put your hands behind your back. >> Excuse me. You're really resisting. Put your hands behind your back. Get your hands behind your back. >> I am putting I'm not resisting. Knock it off. >> Knock it off. I'm not resisting. Stop. >> Sir, I'm not resisting. >> Oh, you got trespassing here. >> No, I did not. I did. >> I'm here at Starbucks. >> This is property. >> I'm here at Starbucks parking for Starbucks patrons only. Am I not allowed to have Starbucks? >> This is their property. Stop. Okay, then I'll leave. I'm not doing anything. Come on. >> Stop. >> Yes. You were trying to purchase Starbucks. You're guilty in the third degree. >> I'm literally not doing anything. >> Chase the car now. Are you going to get a charge for resisting anything? >> I'm literally holding right here. >> Stop. Literally the car. >> I'm literally leaning against the car. I'm not doing anything. I have never once in my life been arrested. I'm a nurse. I'm a pro being harsh on her. >> I work for Palm Beach County Court. >> Do you have an ID or not? Sir, I wasn't physically the car. Okay. >> 100. I'm 103. She's >> I'm not wanted to resist. Uh that one's >> You have anything in your pockets? >> No, I'm a nurse, sir. >> Ma'am, you were trespassing here earlier today. >> I wasn't. You don't understand. I was not given a written warning. I'm here at Starbucks. >> This is Blue Flamingo's coffee. >> At Starbucks. >> We heard the warning. I wasn't given a warning. We heard the warning. You have to leave and don't come back here or you'll be arrested. That was verbatim what the other officer said. >> I'm here >> to the hood of the car. I'm here. >> Stop. >> I cannot be arrested. I'm a nurse. >> You trespassing trespass. >> Too bad they have a card. Okay. >> I was not trespass. >> So you don't understand. I am a nurse. I wasn't trespassed earlier. You don't understand. >> Yes, you were. >> I explained the charges. You can go in there. I don't care. I got nothing in my car. >> Okay. Are you in the car? Okay. Like I think you don't understand >> the car. >> I'm getting in the car. Listen, I cannot be around. Okay. >> Yes, you can. >> We need to have a conversation before. >> I'm going to put the camera on and go talk to >> I work with cops all day. You show up. Like, come on. I just work [ __ ] 24 hours. >> She's a nurse and she works with cops all day. Huh? >> You don't get it. They get it. No. Come on. [ __ ] He's been so mean. >> I work with cops all day. Like, you don't understand. >> I cannot like this is my career like day one. Like, [ __ ] arrested. Like, my whole livelihood is done. I wasn't trespassed. >> Earlier, >> I was not trespassed earlier. So, I did not get a written warning. >> Are you sober? >> Of course I am. >> She is. I am a nurse. Jesus. I'm wearing scrubs. For sake, I'm a nurse. I'm a process server. I work for the courts. Come on. [laughter] Behind my back, bro. Come on. >> I can't be arrested. I can't be arrested. He said, "Oh my god, for my life." >> Like, how long am I going to be in here? my [ __ ] dog. >> The woman was charged with trespassing in a structure or conveyance. The case is still pending. >> All right. Well, that was that was that. All right. Now, we got a DUI. And this is the the lady that I mentioned during the last video that uh she tries to use emotional blackmail and says she's going to off herself if the officer doesn't let her go for her, I think, third DUI. sip of alcohol. But I know >> just one sip, one sip. >> Cuz I've been like 26 days alcohol free. >> Now, you know, it's easy to say, "Oh, wow. Big deals. 26 days." If she has a drinking problem, like I suspect she does. 26 days, that's a big deal. But she's blown that now. She's starting back at zero. anything else happens to my life, I'm not going to live anymore when I go home. >> I mean, not at this time. He's not going to figure out what's going on. >> I know, but you just said if I put you in jail, I'm killing you >> because that's your choice. You know that. >> All right, Sabrina. >> I'm going to have three DUI. >> Okay, just have a seat, please. I mean, it's obvious just from the preview, it's obvious she's wasted and and she's putting it all on the officer like, "Oh, this is your fault if I get a third DUI." >> Hi. >> Look where she's. >> Are you okay? >> Yeah, I'm fine. >> What happened? >> I'm just trying to >> Yeah. >> back out of this culdeac. >> Culdeac. >> Well, this yard. >> Look where she is. >> Okay. >> Two blocks away. >> Okay. Turn off the car for me. Put it in park. Put it Put it in park. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Do you have the key with you? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Where? How did you get into this yard? >> Um I made a left turn because I thought this house was doing buying something for free and I went in there. So that's what I did. >> Yeah. Well, you made a left turn and you what? >> I made a left turn to get in this site that I'm on buying nothing free. >> Yeah, she took a left turn and drove into somebody's yard. And now she's wedged in between the uh what is it? That the guide wire coming off of a telephone pole and trees in front of her. >> And I was going to get it and you know I was here. >> Yeah. sip of alcohol. But I know cuz I've been like, >> "Get off my lawn." >> Six days alcohol free that I know I can't have a drink and you know it affects you paramedics. I'm two blocks away. I'm going home. >> Okay. She gets a buy one free something. >> And I've reached out to >> all my NA people. All my AA people. >> So Sabrina, I my reasoning is you're in the middle of a yard. >> You're backed up to a tension line on a utility pole. That's why you can't back your car up >> because that is directly behind your vehicle. And you said that you were just turning left to come this way. Where? Where were you before this? >> I was driving on my way home from Chicago Heights. >> Now, lady, I think he wants to know where were which bar were you at where you got drunk? >> Homeboy. Okay. >> And the first street on the left is Popular Avenue and that takes me to Evergreen and that's my home and they're waiting for me. >> Okay. Do you know Do you know the intersection you're at right now? >> Yeah. >> What is it? Uh, ID Wild. No, no. 100. Wait. Regal Road and um >> name Random Street. >> 187th Street, >> right? So, why did you make a left to come over here if you live? And that's >> that would be a right. You'd make a right and then turn left on Popppler and go all the way down and around. So, how did you end up over here? cuz I was looking for that house that had buy nothing free, you know. >> Oh, I got you. So, you were looking >> Okay. Yeah, she did say buy nothing free. I I don't know what that means. If I buy nothing, then it's free. >> For the buy nothing free house. Do you know what street that's on? >> What? >> Um I thought it was this house right here. >> Okay. >> I go there all the time and I give away stuff to them, too. >> Okay. And that's how you ended up in their front yard? Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Well, so do me a favor, Sabrina. I'm going to have you step out of the car real quick. Okay. >> Yep. >> No charge. We'll ship nothing to you. What? Unlimited. >> If anything else happens in my life, I'm not going to live anymore. >> What do you mean? Yeah. I've been trying to do so good. >> Okay. You haven't been trying that hard. >> I'm not a bad person. I'm not a bad person. >> I didn't say you were a bad person, but your car is in the middle of someone's yard leaned up against like a a tension line for a utility pole. So, >> I need you away from it cuz it's a concerning spot for it. Where were you in Chicago Heights? >> Doing great. You're doing fantastic. >> I was um I was at um >> the Family Dollar. >> I was running errands >> and then >> Okay. >> I was on my way home. >> Mhm. >> Running errands and then you're on your way home. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> What? >> Back in my day, we just called that donating. Uh you just donate things to people. wouldn't buy nothing. >> The issue I'm having here is you said you take some medication that is a controlled substance that could affect your driving, but you're saying you only had one of them, >> right? >> That's what I'm supposed to actually I'm supposed to take two of them. >> Right. So, >> and I didn't. >> Right. So, that medication isn't the justification for why your car is here like this. >> Hey, Queen Jill Bean. >> Right. Okay. So, the other reason is you said you had one sip of alcohol and you were 26 days sober up to this point, but again, one sip of alcohol would not have done this and made your car end up like this. That's not >> and that doesn't make a lot of sense. And if you were coming from Chicago Heights and you made a left >> to come here looking for the buy free sell, >> you were looking for donations. >> I mean, not at this time cuz I got to figure out what's going on. Sneaky, sneaky queen. >> Cuz right now your car is up in someone's front yard. Damaged their bushes. You knocked over a fire hydrant. >> She had a fire hydrant. >> I have to figure out what's going on. >> How do you not know that you hit a fire hydrant? And she just kept right on driving. Just uh it's no problem. I'm two blocks away. >> Done before I can let you go anywhere. >> Okay. >> Do you understand what I'm saying? >> Okay. >> Do you live with anybody? >> I'm not going to live anymore after this. What? >> I'm not going to live anymore after this? >> What do you mean? There. There's no reason for me to live. There's no reason. >> Be calm. 416. >> You're going to ruin my life, officer. >> I know. >> Hang out with my partner for one second. Okay. >> DUI right now. You ever listen anything about DUI? >> Right. I didn't say anything about a DUI, ma'am. No. >> That's why I'm asking you all these questions. Cuz you're saying you take a medication for >> Yeah. on a control substance. >> It's all It's all >> You're saying you have medical problems. >> It's all about, you know, you know, and I know, both of you know, it's all about, you know, the >> Yeah. >> the county. And how could somebody that hit a >> Yeah, she might be taking something to elevate her. She might be taking the anti-depressants and then she drank on top of it which is going to hit her that and if she was a chronic drunk and then took 26 days off her tolerance is going to go way down and she started drinking like she normally does a >> [ __ ] car and was drunk got off of it but she had her dad that paid $10,000. >> What's the relevance of >> right what's that relevance right now Sabrina? I haven't mentioned anything about court. I haven't mentioned anything about that. I will admit to you, yes, I'm asking the questions that I am supposed to ask for an investigation. And if that investigation leads me to the conclusion of a DUI, then that's possibility, but I haven't mentioned that at all to you. That's why who keeps who keeps tearing ass out on the street? That's like the third time I've heard tire squeal. >> That's why I've asked about medication. That's why I've asked about all these other things. >> Just be kind. Well, so Sabrina, I'm not going to lie to you. You just told me that after this there's no reason to live. You're not going to live anymore. Those statements I am required to call our hell is that? >> No. No. >> So I called our parent. I did not say >> I don't want to live anymore. >> Sabrina, you did say that. >> Well, technically she didn't say she didn't want to live. She said she's not going to. So she's trying to get by on a technicality. No, they should call EMS. She's pretty dumb. >> You said there's no point in living. I'm not gonna live anymore. You me You said that. >> I can't go through this anymore. >> Okay. Well, Sabrina, >> well, it'll be the last time. >> So, you and you please >> have that on your conscience. What? >> Because after this, there won't be any more of these. >> And I'm a good person. Sabrina, see, you're you're saying you're saying things that are requiring me to inform paramedics. >> You literally just said you want us to have it on our conscience >> that now when something happens to you, it's on us. >> Why did you do that to >> call paramedics? >> Yeah, >> because you >> and this is where she starts doing this. Why are you doing this to me? You're doing this to me, officer. This is your fault. >> Made statements saying you're not going to live anymore. >> Screw you, lady. >> I want to live. Okay. Okay. And now you're saying you want to live. Okay. But you keep going back and forth. That's what I'm saying is you keep going back and forth. >> It's It's so incredible to me. >> All the things I read about Homewood and all the shots and all the people that get killed and all the people that get pushed on their front door and all these things. And >> what >> you know I lived here 38 years of my life and I never had these kind of things happened to me. >> I don't know what the hell that little rant just I I don't know what that meant. What the [ __ ] >> Homewood >> Sabrina >> but you pick on me. >> You pick on me. >> You said you only had a sip >> to me. You did tell paramedics that you had a Gatorade bottle >> of an old trick. >> Gatorade. >> A Gatorade bottle of Gatorade. >> Yeah. >> And what else was in the Gatorade? >> A little bit of vodka, but I poured it out. I went >> a little bit of vodka. Ma'am, mixing it 50/50. Gatorade and vodka is not a little bit of vodka. >> Went to the park. >> Okay. I went to 187 Street Park >> and it wasn't even a third of full and I put it in the garbage. >> Okay. >> Would you be willing to do some sobriety tests? >> Why? >> So I can determine if you're fit to drive cuz right now given your mannerisms, given the way you've been talking, things like that, I don't believe that. >> And then you're fit to drive. >> Then what are you going to do to me >> if you don't do it? [laughter] So if you don't do it and you fail or if you don't do it >> or you do it and you fail, I'm still probably going to go the exact same route one way or the other. >> So either you do it, you fail, >> or you don't do it. >> Given my observations, I would still like you to submit to a breath test >> to determine your blood outcome. If you refuse that, that's your right as well. So you can refuse that. But that's kind of the route I'm going. >> The last cop I had, he was a piece of [ __ ] >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> Well, I'm not him. I don't I don't know what that has to do with me. >> Yeah. Now all of her emotions are just going to come vomiting out. >> He did. He took me in his house for 40 in my house for 45 minutes and then he decided me to take me out and do a sobriety test. >> Okay. Okay. Well, you're not in your house right now. You're still by your car. You're in the middle of this these people's front yard. You you damaged the hydrant. You damaged some bushes. So, that's where I'm at is I kind of need to get this from you. I need to understand >> Gatorade. >> What's going on? And I need to complete a thorough investigation given all the damaged property involved. >> They're picking on her. Why are they picking on her? >> You said it was not your medication. You said it wasn't any of your mental or medical problems that you have that would have caused this. >> We still have those. So that leads me to believe that it is alcoholrelated. >> So go ahead. You know what you do if you put me in jail? >> What? >> You kill me. >> Okay. That's why I called paramedics. >> You will kill me. >> That's why I called paramedics. >> No, I don't want paramedics. >> I know, but you just said if I put you in jail, I'm killing you >> because that's your choice. >> It's not your choice. You understand that if you have been doing this and are doing this, the choice is not with me because you've damaged multiple pieces of property. You damage your village property. >> I need to complete a full thorough investigation. >> You may if it's alcohol related, I need to act accordingly. >> This guy This is God. This is God. >> No, ma'am. This is not God. God gave you free will and you decided to use that free will to get drunk and drive for the third time. >> I'm ready to go to heaven. >> Oh, stop. >> Give it a rest. >> Submit to field sobriety tests. Do you want to perform them? Okay. You don't want to perform them. Would you be willing to submit to a breath test? >> No. >> You don't want to submit to a breath test? >> You had alcohol. Everything like this. You didn't mention that before. >> What? Mention what? >> You didn't mention either one of those before. >> Mention what? >> I've mentioned all of this before. I've been talking to you about it. >> Did it. >> Okay. So, Sabrina, given all of this, >> why aren't you out there getting the people that are [ __ ] shooting people in homeless? >> And there it is. There it is. There are really bad people out there. And you're picking on me. Little old me. I'm not doing anything. >> Oh, absolutely. >> Do you need to go to the hospital? >> No. >> And be evaluated? >> Yeah. >> No. >> Okay. >> Yes, I think so. >> Are you in any pain right now? >> No. >> Okay. You're not in any physical pain right now? Okay. Perfect. So, given all of that, you're not in physical pain. Your medication didn't cause this. You don't want to submit to any testing. Okay. Given my observations and my experience, you got to come back with me. You're going to get a couple tickets. I >> dear God. >> Yeah. You're going to get a couple tickets. >> What am I going to get tickets for? >> You're going to get tickets for leaving >> like coming off the roadway. So, whatever that ends up being, improper turn because you said you were turning and went off the roadway. >> So, improper turn, >> DUI. Yeah. >> A DUI >> and you will have a court date. >> Wow. >> You'll be out in probably >> an hour. >> So, you'll be out in an hour. >> I already got a DUI in Indiana. >> Okay. >> Well, now you're going to get >> Didn't pop up on your Illinois license. So, it's not doesn't affect your Illinois license cuz you still are valid. >> Why would you do that to me? >> Sabrina, walk over to my car, please. Sabrina, >> that's true. actually cuz I don't know if they saw her actually driving the car if she was she was in the car. I mean, clearly she drove. That's obvious. But yeah, she might have been able to get out of the DUI if she just cooperated. Yeah, call EMS. Yeah, I should probably go to the hospital. >> Please don't touch me. >> I'm not going to touch you. I'll just walk over there. That's it. >> I I will pray. I'll pray every day. >> Okay. You need to pray every day that you're you're going to feel this in your life with your family. >> What? Cuz I am Sabrina, >> it's a bump in the road and you made a mistake. >> Oh, [ __ ] I already just got a DUI in Indiana and May. >> Okay. >> Oh, she made 4 months. >> If you don't walk to my car, I'm going to have to put my hands on you. So, please just walk to my car. >> Why would you put your hands on me? >> I said if you don't walk to my car. So, I need you to walk to my car then. >> That's it. I told you this is going to be very quick. We're going to be we're going to be in and out. We're going to be done. I'm not going to make you pay any money today. Okay. >> Good to see you, Ace. >> I don't have any money. >> I'm not going to make you pay any money. >> Please, Sabrina. >> I'll lose everybody in my life. >> You're not going to lose everybody in your life, Sabrina. >> Yes, I am. My daughter will talk to you. >> Come on, Sabrina. I bet the reason her daughter doesn't want to talk to her is because she's a drunk. Stop drinking and your daughter, you can build a relationship again. >> We'll handle this. >> We'll handle this. Come on, sweet. We'll be I'll be with you this whole this whole process. It'll be very fast. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> If you feel like you're going to fall or stumble, please let me grab onto your arm. I don't want you to fall. >> Okay. So, right here. >> It might help her if she listens. >> I'm going to have you just have a seat. Okay. >> I wish one time in your life you couldn't. I'm going to have three DUIs now. You know that. >> All right, Sabrina. >> I'm going to have three DUIs. >> Okay. And >> just have a seat, please. >> It'll be a quick process. I'm not making pay any money. >> I'm looking at your eyes and >> I know >> they have no compassion at all. >> I'm sorry you feel that way. >> Okay. >> Okay, Sabrina. So, just have a seat. >> That's a good point. Good point. >> All right, I'm going to buckle you in just for safety. >> Yeah, that's what happens. >> And I'll be right back. Okay. I called family like, "Hey, given her mental state, whatever." >> Her family, her cousin basically that she lives with basically said >> sick of her [ __ ] >> Basically said she does this. She claims she's going to do something to herself and people will sweep some things under the rug and yada yada. So >> Jesus Christ, >> given that given the damage to the property, given the fact that she said she's consumed alcohol, I just and I smell it on her breath. I got to do it. She refused fields. She refused everything. She's stumbling. Yeah. So I'm going to just do it. She'll be in and out within like an hour. If you want to help me just >> Yeah. >> Knock together. So what do you need? >> First is the hook. >> Yeah. >> You don't look like a nice person at all. >> Okay. Now, >> what was that? You do not look like a nice person at all. >> Yeah, that's fine. You don't either. >> Oh, [laughter] [ __ ] >> All right. Well, that was quite a way to end the uh end the video with just [ __ ] All right. Next, we got a This is a goofy looking guy. This is the one I mentioned at the beginning. I didn't watch it all the way through, but it looks pretty good. uh guy uh is involved in a hit and run and they catch him at his house pulling into the driveway. >> A hit and run suspect's license plate to a residence in Wilmet, Illinois. Police stop the vehicle just as it pulls into the driveway and notice something immediately. >> Let's see if we notice something immediately, too. How you doing? >> I'm great. >> You're great. >> Oh, we got a report that you struck somebody on a scooter. No, I didn't uh hit anyone. >> Well, Max is here. >> Well, they have your license plate. >> No, don't do that. >> On Sheridan Road. Where are you coming from? >> From him uh uh swimming >> at the dog beach. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Which way? >> Look at that dog. >> The guy A guy chased me. >> Right. He chased me and he hid my car. So, I'm But you just said no one >> there was no he didn't hit anybody or nothing. >> Wait a minute. He was in his car driving and a guy chased him down and hit the car. >> And now you're telling me >> that would have been a great >> That would have been a great start. This is >> I'm not a guy that does things like that. So >> I wasn't there. I don't know. >> Do you want to Do you want to go inside and have a cup of coffee or >> No, no. I I want I [laughter] just got to see if the other officer needs to talk with you right now. Okay. >> Jesus god. >> Come on, officer. You want some cookies, coffee? Tea. >> Amazing. I mean, look at my dog. >> Let's sit around the table right here. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. What about your dog? >> How come you didn't pull in your driveway? >> Cuz I I I go around and then I pull in. That's That's how everybody does it here. >> How much have you had? >> Everybody drives around in circles in the road before they pull in their driveway. No, I've never done that. to drink >> nothing. I smell alcohol on you. >> I do. >> That's great. >> Is it? Is it great? >> That's great. You do that. >> Okay. It's great. >> It's It's >> I'm too fet away from you, sir. >> That's the first thing alcohol will do. So, >> Oh my god. >> I noticed that, too. He He with no warning at all to the officer, he just lets this gigantic dog out of the car. I mean, the dog's friendly, but still, that's not a smart move. >> Do you talk to, you know, 30 people around here? >> About my reputation? >> Yeah. No. >> Do you want uh >> donut glaze on it? >> Cuz I pay your everything. And so, what do you want to do? >> Well, I got right here. >> Well, I'm concerned that you're driving drunk right now. >> No, I'm not. I'm right here. >> Okay. Well, I saw you driving. I smell alcohol in your breath. Your eyes are super glassy. test. >> So you're saying you have zero? >> That's what Yes, I am saying that. >> So if you take a breath test, you're going to have zero. >> Yeah. >> Yep. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> Yep. Yep. >> Have a breath test. Sure. >> Well, you're not going to get any of that. >> Why not? >> Well, cuz I'll just >> You just said >> cuz I just I just blow zero. >> Man, what what is wrong with >> Come on, man. Nothing's wrong with you. >> Go do something that's >> I'm investigating a crime right now. >> Go do something that's more important. >> So, >> are you kidding me? He's doing it, too. He's doing the same thing the last lady did. Are you kidding me? You're coming after me. There are real criminals out there. >> Okay, >> go do something. >> I know. He's a great guy. >> This guy's an [ __ ] But I can't ignore the fact that you're driving. >> I'm right here. >> There was an incident involving you possibly striking somebody. >> No, somebody alcohol in your breath. >> So, what do you want to do about that? >> You You're going to have to do whatever you want. All right. So, I'm going in. Well, right now you're staying right here. You're not going anywhere. >> Oh, I am. >> No, you're not going right. >> Okay. Not right now. You're being detained right now. >> So, you're not free to go in your house. >> Uh >> Okay. You got to stay right here. >> Uh All right. Um so, what I'll do, >> you just stay right here. It's like those uh those cartoons from or the little puppets from the Muppets. Yep. Yep. Yep. Yep. Yep. >> Like that. >> Yeah. That's what we're going to do. >> Why are you doing this? >> Okay. You say you had nothing to drink, but you don't want to give a breath test, >> sir. >> So, would you do you want to do some test? >> Just stop it. >> Yes, it is. >> You don't tell me to stop it. >> Stop it. Stop it. >> Look at this guy. >> Yeah, I know. >> What about him? Why do you keep doing that? Would you look at that? >> There's nothing going on >> except for what's going on down there. >> Okay. He looks like a gin drinker. >> I really can't believe this. >> Sit right here. >> Unbelievable. >> No, no, I'm not. Unbelievable. Don't touch. Don't touch me. >> I have the right to touch you if you don't stay. >> Don't touch me. Why are you touching me? >> So if you want to go in cuffs, I can put you in cuffs if you don't want to listen. >> Jeez. What? Don't you have anything else to do? >> This is my call. This is my responsibility. you right now. >> Nothing better to do. >> For what? >> For the >> the thing I told you like five times already. Can you not remember what I told you? >> No, I don't. >> Okay. Well, then that's an issue then. Why can't you remember what I told? Because I don't understand what you're talking about. >> So, somebody hit me. >> Okay. Well, they said you hit them, >> so that's why we're investigating. Okay. >> No, you're staying right here. If you want to put them so you can put them in, they're real criminals. >> Nope. >> Don't touch that dog. >> Well, we got to do something with the dog. All right. >> Nope. I mean, if you want to do that, I mean, >> you guys want to have an issue. So, it's fine. >> So, cuz if you come back to the station with me. Well, I'm I'm right here in my house. >> I'm not in your house. >> Okay. He looks like a dude. >> Not in your house. >> No, I didn't say that I was in my house. No, I did not say >> No, I did not. A cat in a tree is much more important than a drunk hit and run. >> That's great. >> I'll do it right now. Shut up. >> Let's do right. >> Hey, don't touch me. >> I'm going to touch you. >> Do not touch me. Okay. >> I I didn't touch you. >> Hey, listen to me, guys. Jesus Christ. You touch me. Many people. Operating an uninsured motor vehicle. failing to give notice of an accident, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, failing to give aid/information, and faced an additional charge of resisting/obstructing a police officer. [laughter] >> I was hoping they'd tell us what happened to him in court. Well, maybe next time. All right, next uh before I introduce the next video, Jackie, thank you very much for the $1.99 loose and lose. Yeah, I actually misspell those on purpose sometimes just to mess with people. Uh, next we got a lady who thinks that her ethnicity is why she's being stopped for driving drunk. Um, sorry, it's not spoiler. >> 15th, 2025, [music] officers responded to a traffic crash involving a female passenger who had allegedly switched [music] seats with the driver. >> Yeah. Before asking her to step out of the vehicle, officers investigated the crash and reviewed video provided by the other driver, which appeared to show the woman climbing from the front passenger seat into the driver's seat after the collision. >> Uh-huh. >> We're going to go talk back here. >> Why? >> Because I'm having you step out of the car and talk back here where it's safer to do so. and she's going to fight every step of the way. She's desperate to get any kind of control over the situation. Well, >> if it was safer, I think I would we would pull over. >> Officers also noticed a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from inside the vehicle, but with three people inside, they couldn't immediately determine who it was coming from. >> Okay. Well, I don't know any of your guys's intoxication levels right now, so >> No, I I'm okay, but I want to know why. >> Oh, okay. You're okay. while you're moving over there to be safer. I think >> because this isn't a good spot for me to stand next to two people that I can't see inside the car. So, we're going to >> safer spot would be like to pull over. I don't think so. >> We're not moving the cars. >> She's an idiot. >> No, cuz I still need to be near these cars. >> That's fine. It doesn't need to. We're >> Yeah, the pants are holding on for dear life. >> Just right here. Okay. Who is actually riding the car? Me. I do not. I don't mess with anybody. >> They have video of you in the passenger seat climbing over. >> Okay. And before you answer, I'm going to show you what our camera looks like >> at this intersection. I just don't want to waste 10 minutes watching to see it. >> Probably. >> You can't see anything. >> You can't see anything. >> I see the door open. >> No, no, no, ma'am. The doors. This door open. Actually, the back door. He kind of freaked out. >> Okay. >> Okay. How did you get from the passenger seat to the driver's seat? >> Show me again. >> Well, that's on their video. >> Show me again. >> This is just our intersection. >> Show me again. >> I don't have to show you anything. I was doing you a favor. >> Otherwise, >> I knew what you meant. >> For obstruction. >> Obstruction? >> For talking to you >> or for jumping on. >> There wasn't anything on there >> to show that I would jump the seat. I showed you a picture, not a video. >> Yeah. >> So, how was it? >> Are we going to play this game? >> Whoa. You're sounding like my kids. >> That's fine. >> She She only brought up the kids to say, "Well, I'm a mother. How dare you talk to me. I'm I'm mature and I'm serious. I know what I'm doing." >> [ __ ] you, lady. >> Let me see it again. >> No, I'm asking you. Are you going to tell me who's actually >> Do I got to call the um What is it called? I'm sorry. I forgot. The the top guy. Who's the tough guy? >> Who is the tough guy? >> I don't know who you're talking. >> You're the one that said you're going to call them, so you should know. >> No, no, no. I said, do we got to call them? >> Go ahead. >> I don't know who. >> Hey, fair. Real quick. >> Put your hands. >> No, no, I didn't do nothing. Put your hands behind. >> No, I didn't do nothing. You better stop. Why? Cuz I'm Mexican. >> Cuz I'm Mexican. >> That has nothing. >> I didn't do nothing to you guys. >> No. No. No. No. Let me go. >> Stop. Let me stop moving. >> Don't resist. Don't resist. They're hurting me. Don't resist. They're hurting me. Stop resisting. Stop moving. Relax. You can't stop moving. I'm not moving. >> I think they were all drunk and somebody said it earlier that the person who was driving probably didn't have a good license. So, she has a good license and switch seats. And they saw her switch seats. So, now she's behind the wheel. She gets the DUI. >> You're hurting me. >> You're pulling away. >> You're hurting me. >> Then relax. >> You're hurting me. >> Why are you arresting me? Why are you all right? None of the obstruction. >> Hey, Siri. Hey, Siri. Call 911. >> No, do not. >> Hang up, Siri. >> Please call them. >> No, >> we are in 911. Stop resisting or we're going to put you to the ground. Okay, stop resisting. >> Call. >> Stop resisting. >> I know. IT'S >> SO TIRED. IT'S EXHAUSTING. >> Why are you arresting? Ow. Ow. Ow. Ow. >> Stop pushing them. Stop pushing. >> I'M NOT PUSHING. WHY ARE THEY HURTING? Relax your hand. Why are they hurting me? Why are they hurting my hair? >> Cuz you're not hurting me. >> You're fighting Mexican. >> I'm Mexican. It doesn't have anything. How you doing? >> So why are they hurt? Why are they arresting me? >> Because you're resisting. At this point, you're resisting. Okay, >> dude. >> Do you have anything on you that's me? >> Why are you arresting me? Cuz I'm going to search you. >> You. >> I'm asking. Do you have anything on you that's going to stick? >> Okay. >> No, wait. Do not. >> I'm facing wherever. >> Enjoy your dinner, Kendra. Just go towards the car. >> Why are you putting the handcuffs on me? You guys are under the bus. >> Neither am I. >> Face this one. >> Why? >> Please face this one. >> Under the law instruction. >> I didn't hit you. I didn't touch that way. >> Jordy double up. >> Why are we supposed to switch seats? So both of you like >> I don't know who you want. >> What are they? >> I know, right? >> Can you separate your legs? >> Yeah. You got enough room for >> That's what she said. >> Nope. You want me to take my pants off? My shirt. I have to wear my box. >> You're drunk >> and you're stupid. >> Did you play with me? >> Okay. >> We're going to go this way. >> I'm going to I'm going to check your handcuffs over here. >> Who's the major? >> I don't know who the major is. >> You want a supervisor? >> Yeah. >> Call them right now. >> Someone will. We got to go to the spot. >> I'm not going inside until you call the supervisor. >> She just did. Well, I opened until he gets here. >> Now I'm on tacos. >> You just heard me on the radio >> through the window. You're hurting me. You are hurting me. >> You're No, I'm not getting in. Why am I getting arrested? >> Well, this isn't a debate. >> Not a debate. Why am I getting arrested is what I want to know. Isn't that a law for me to know why I'm getting arrested? >> It's actually not the law. They have to tell you when you're being arraigned in court. Then they have to tell you what your charges are. But technically, no. Right now, they don't need to tell you. >> No. >> For obstruction. >> I heard you. >> Do you want to check? >> That's not That's called battery. If you hit us, >> you're not around. >> Adam, teed it up for me. >> You switch seats. >> I don't need to. Let's go. >> What? Get in the car. >> How are you not? So, because somebody said so, you're going to take somebody's else's word. Why? Because they're white. >> I have video. >> Because they're white. >> You're on video. >> Please step in, please. >> I'm asking nicely. Can you please stop? >> I'm also asking nicely for you guys to talk to me because I can talk like a normal person. >> Yeah, and we can whenever we roll the window down. >> Why? >> Really? >> Because we can do it that way. >> You think I'm going to run away? >> Well, honestly, you weren't very cooperative with us. >> Have I not Did I not get off? >> Get off the car. >> I didn't get off the car. >> Get off the car. >> Yes. >> I don't know what that means. >> When you were you standing on the car >> when when I when you guys asked me to get off the car, did I not get off the car? >> I never told you get off the car. >> She did. >> Told you to get off the car. >> She did. >> Were you standing on the car? No matter what you say, this is not going to change. I'm asking you nicely, very nicely. Will you please? >> You are very nice. Can you take these off? I'm not >> I can't take those off. So, at the end of the day, >> you're handsome. >> Facing is nothing significant. >> You have to let me go. >> No, you have to go down through the process and you're out on your signature. You don't have to post any money. You don't have to do anything and you're going to be out in no time. >> Okay. So, he's saying we just have to fill out some paperwork.
